Diane Young Joann has been taking amazing care of my hair for several years and she has basically resurrected it from an over-processed frizzy mess to a smooth and manageable golden mane! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to color and is always conscious of maintaining - and in my case, restoring - the overall health and integrity of your hair. She is also one of the kindest and sweetest people I know! Thank you Joann! I love you!

Nancy Richards I absolutely love JOANN!! I never feel rushed. She talks her way through everything she’s doing, and the whys of it, which I love! My hair has never looked nicer! The cuts I’ve had hold their shape even if I’m out of town for weeks. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and honest!! She truly cares about how my hair looks when I leave the salon. Really, what more would you want in a beautician?? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOANN!!

Miyake Gilroy Joann is an amazing hairstylist. She is very patient and experienced. Shes very open to sharing tips on hair styling. The salon has a cozy vibe to it which makes it very comfortable being there. Will definitely go back again whenever I need a haircut.

Caroline Iannucci Every stylist in the building makes you feel comfortable I am so glad we found you guys!! if you personally arent the biggest fan of haircuts this salon its a great spot for you, definitely come here! Every stylist listens to what YOU want and doesnt push things on you ever and they really respect boundaries and how people work and what they want. My 8 year old has a very specific way of things when it comes to her hair and and Abbi is so sweet and respectful of her and towards her! Andrea McCullers First time with Abbie. She did fabulous! The color I wanted was seen through her hands, and a beautiful layered cut was done to add whipped topping to the best hair and color EVER! You cannot go wrong with her, I will wait and pay for this woman—any day of the week. She won me over —

I came to Xpressions because of the reviews and I am not disappointed. I made appointments for my daughters and myself. Abby is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so great at making my girls comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and had a conversation with them and explained her technique and asked for their feedback. I cannot express enough how important that was for me and them. She took the TIME and perfected what they wanted. Its so hard when a youngster doesnt really know how to explain what they envision. Abby made it easy for them to understand and they looked like they walked out of the pages of a magazine. I had my appt. a few weeks later. I had damaged hair from a previous salon and was in process of repairing it. She did an AMAZING job! My hair was fried and falling out and the cut was uneven (from the previous salon), again, she took her time w/me and explained her techniques and her vision and made sure we were both on the same page. She wants to make sure that she does the best job for YOU. She sees people as individuals and gets a sense of what they want. I love her energy and will keep coming back!!!!!!!! THANK YOU ABBY!!!!!! Thuy M. Love getting my hair cut here. Abbie is so great. She listens to my likes and dislikes. She doesnt rush me in/out. She tries very hard to learn my style so for the next time I return she knows what to do without asking as much. She gives me great advices for hair care. This salon is by far my most favorite.

Victoria B. The stylists and staff at The Hair Haus are simply the best. I drive over an hour to come Gracie. She is always wonderful to see and keeps my hair looking its best. The salon itself is so warm and welcoming and is a clear safe space! It is also super cute and they have turned me on to other cool local shops in the area. You can’t go wrong seeing any of the stylists here.

Aly My visit with Gracie was amazing. She allowed me to explain what I was looking for and absolutely nailed it. I felt so amazing after and was able to take her tips and recommended products and can say that I have now mastered my blow outs. Absolutely phenomenal experience. CupQuake Monster Have you ever met a kindred spirit that makes you feel at ease immediately? Well that was Kat for me. I saw her beautiful work with curls online and we scheduled an appointment. She warmly welcomed me into her salon, guided me to the salon chair, and offered me something to drink. Then she went over her service options and explained how she charged based on short, medium, and long hair length. I opted for the full curl experience with a trim, wash, and styling. I was pampered in both hair and soul as we talked about various life experiences as she guided me from chair to washing station and back to the chair again. She showed me how she divided hair into sections, applied product, and styled, finishing off with the hooded standing hair dryer. There was no pressure to buy products but I was sold after seeing her work her magic with only 2 that I bought a bottle of leave-in conditioner and curl mousse foam. Overall, if youre looking for a refreshed look I highly recommend Kat!!

Lucy Williams Kat is truly a master at color, cut and extensions.. I have very fine straight hair and she made my extensions looks so natural. She is simply the best at curly and extension for straight hair. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Andrews Cam (clynnicious) If you’ve been burned by a bad haircut, a stylist getting too snippy, or only experiencing a blowout as your style because they couldn’t style curls, Kat will fix you. Don’t even worry. You’re in good hands. She listens to what you want and will get you there in the steps that will work for you. On top of her skills, she may be an actual angel on earth. Truly a sweet person and so personable. She clearly cares a lot about her clients.

Noor Daraiseh I was looking for a place I could trust with my long curly hair in the area, and my luck brought me to the wavy salon! Kat is a very kind, caring, and experienced hairstylist! I came in with damaged hair with different fading colors in it only for Kat to bring new life to my hair in the most affordable way possible! I have found my forever hair home in Florida and fully recommend her salon!

Alisha Alexander This review is long overdue! Monica has been my hair “saviorist” for some time now. She has rescued my dry, brittle, damaged blonde hair and has brought it back to life! She is truly a master of her craft! Monica listens to what your hair goal is, and describes how to get it to that goal, without compromising quality. Monica uses quality hair products, and the Demi glaze always makes my hair feel so soft after she works her magic. Forgot to book your hair appointment, and in a panic! NO problem! Monica knows I don’t have my work schedule set 8 weeks in advance, so she reaches out to me every time I am due to come in for an appointment. I never have to worry about panic booking or begging to get squeezed in. It’s the little things like this, that sets her apart from the rest!!! ❤️❤️

Ally & Nate Prather Monica is by far the best stylist I have been to in all the years of getting my hair done!! The first time I went to her she was able to correct my previous mistakes by other stylists just in time for my birthday! I have been blonde most my life and was thinking about doing a little red in there and told her to do what she wanted and she transformed my hair in the most amazing ways! I will forever be a red head now! I get compliments on my hair all the way up until the day before I go back because even when it fades it fades perfectly naturally! Love Monica and could not recommend her enough!!

She has been my most consistent hair stylist ever and it’s because not only does she do a great job, but she is just a great person! I enjoy my time in her chair and the atmosphere of the salon. Aidan Miller I have a gift certificate that was given to me for Christmas in 2017 for $300.00. I have a balance on it for $100.00. I have alot of personal things go wrong for me in 2018 and had to cancel a couple appointments, with Carol, the owner. She too had to change my appointments due to personal issues. I messaged her this week to schedule an appointment (FINALLY) and she told me that she was only cutting hair for friends and family now but I could schedule with another stylist. Then she informed me that they would NOT be able to honor my remaining $100 gift certificate. Mind you, there is NO expiration date written in or printed on the certificate. In my opinion this is very unprofessional. Beware before you purchase gift certificates from here.

Tre Spent over $300 just to leave with orange hair on my damn roots & refused a refund. I asked for natural brown hair and these people left me with orange roots all over and hair so dark it looks black in person, these photos was AFTER they “fixed& redyed” the orange roots they left on me and REFUSED to refund me. Gaslighted me telling me it’s not orange , “brown hair looks that way”. SCAMMERS

Sydney Chance did an amazing job on my hair!!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience here!! I needed a cut so badly I’m a new mom and my baby’s favorite thing to grab is my hair, I’m also experiencing postpartum hair loss so I needed it ALOT shorter and to look like it has a lot of volume. I haven’t been to a salon or gotten my hair cut in years because of the bed experiences I’ve had in the past with salons. I am absolutely in LOVE with my hair!! After years of searching, I’ve finally found the best hair salon and stylists in Florida who have talent, passion, confidence, integrity, and a great sense of humor! On December 31st, New Years Eve, I was ready to enter the New Year with a new and improved look. I called Anglez early in the morning before they were officially open. I didn’t leave a message. About 10 minutes later, Dominique returned my call with the most hospitable and welcoming voice. She put me first on her schedule for the morning, the same day. She cut and colored my hair. Gaby Rush On whim I stopped into Dans Hair Studio on a Saturday. When I went in there where only 2 stylists working and both were not available. So I got in my car yo leave and Toni ran out to let me know she had a change in schedule and could take me. Im elated she could because she did an amazing pixie cut on me. No one ever gets my cit right the first time, they all seem nervous doing a short cut. Not Toni, she went in with precision and gusto and got it perfect the first time. I am now a new client. The salon was very clean, friendly and professional. Great customer service! Thank you Toni.

Debe Gantt I was in desperate need of professional coloring and a good haircut for my darkening blond, thin and fine hair. I completed a simple electronic form for Karen. She quickly made contact with me and we worked out an appointment date that exceeded my expectations. Karen is very nice and professional. She talked to me about what I wanted done. She again exceeded my expectations on the coloring and cut. I can now style my hair much easier and quicker. The layers she gave me lay so nicely across the entire cut. The coloring is giving me the opportunity to grow my hair color out more while looking great in the process. So glad I found Karen!

Marnie Boles I had Ashley do my hair, who does an absolutely phenomenal job. Shes knowledgeable, detailed and really takes the time to get to know her clients so that each time I go in I walk out loving my hair! The salon itself is clean, nice atmosphere and in a very convenient location. Definitely recommend.

vandana rana I got a layered haircut with bangs for the first time, and I was initially worried about how it would look on me. But guess what? It turned out fantastic! Mai did an incredible job. She is so welcoming and humble, and she gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. I absolutely love it !! This place is a must visit!

D. Olive This hair salon under new ownership is a gem. The stylists are friendly, and offer a wide variety of services. Im extremely pleased with the quality of work especially with my hard to manage frizzy hair. I always leave a happy customer. The salon is located off Eber Rd between Dairy Rd, and Hollywood Blvd in a small plaza. They take walk-in customers and also offer a 10% discount to senior citizens. Men are welcome too
