Kayla Allison Fawn is one of the most fabulous ladies you will ever meet! She is so talented with cutting, styling and color. She not only is massively skilled at what she does but she is so friendly and a wonderful listener. It’s like hanging out with a friend while she pampers you and makes you look gorgeous! She listens to what you want and works with you to make sure you get what you want. Highly recommend!

Mitzi LaCoste Fawn was awesome. I love my new hair. It was my first time getting keratin extensions she took her time explaining the process and how to care for my hair afterwards. She was also available through text messages for any questions. I would definitely recommend Fawn to anyone looking to get extensions.

Dano Fish Love Fawn, she always does an impeccable job. So many stylists cannot translate a photo into a cut but Fawn executes perfectly no matter what I present her with— blunt cuts, layered cuts, stacked bobs, french bobs, bangs, and so on. Whatever thing I want. I change styles frequently so Ive thrown a lot at her and she hasnt come up short yet! I was struck from the very first time I went to her with how efficient she is in her cuts. It’s obvious that she really understands the structure of different hairstyles and how that relates to the shape and movement of your head. She pays attention to little differences in length and position that change the feel of the style. (Cant tell you how many stylists Ive been to who seem to work from a generic concept of a hairstyle and just do that cut, bearing only a general resemblance to the photo Ive given them.) On top of that she is a lovely person who makes you feel at ease. On one occasion I made a truly terrible choice in cut and she was so kind and genuine about wanting me to be happy I didnt feel awkward at all about asking her to change it. Which she did, perfectly, as usual. I cant say enough good things about her. Would recommend her to anyone, and especially anyone who likes shorter styles.

I decided to give Daniel Vincent at The Hair Shop in downtown Pensacola a shot, and he exceeded expectations. I’ve found my go-to barber until I retire. SpencerZoe Bonter We had the best experience with Aliza for my daughter’s first haircut! My daughter was very nervous and Aliza was so patient, loving, and accommodating. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and even let her sit in my lap as she cut her hair. It turned out so cute! When she was done, they added tinsel and glitter and my daughter left so happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience for her!

I went to the 9 mile location & had an appointment with Presley, I had a previous experience at a different salon & it was not great so I waited months to finally get my haircut. Presley was amazing, she talked me through every aspect of my shampoo, cut & style. She was patient and understanding when I wanted a little bit more cut off once she had finished the cut. She gave me options for face framing & made me feel so comfortable asking questions and giving my opinion. She made me feel very special and did not rush out appointment at all. Angela Zuluaga I’m new to town and was recommended this place by a couple of friends. Sadly to say I was disappointed. My haircut came out uneven/blunt. I tried to like it but being told by numerous people/ stylists that my hair looks “chopped” really brought my confidence down. I’ve never experienced my hair coming out like this and I’ve been to countless hair salons before. I did give the shop a call and they explained that due to it being past 14 days the best they could do is offer another hairstylist to fix it, and seeing past reviews i don’t think that would help either. I also provided an image of my hair prior to the cut.

Rebecca Nelsen I’m so upset with this salon. My cut is not what I wanted. I have long hair and left with these uneven short layers. Called and explained that something wasn’t right about the cut. It didn’t seem blended. The owner booked me to fix it. Went to that appointment and left unhappy still. It’s still not blended. It’s not what I wanted or like on myself. I have these super short top layers with long hair underneath. I spent $300 for a cut and color. The color is great. Cut is awful. I left so upset and unhappy. And now wasted all this money on the color to just have to wear it in a bun. It’s uneven and looks awful. It’s like my hair has two different distinct levels. I’m embarrassed.

ami wight This is my all time favorite salon. I live out of town and never know exactly when I will be in Pensacola. The receptionist is always happy to help make a short notice appointment happen for me. I have received outstanding education, styling and cuts each and every time. Gabby Lewis was my most recent stylist and she absolutely delivered! I can’t say enough amazing things about Salon San Carlos.

Julia Crow Updated Review! 05/23/24. I got some new extensions put in by Jenine. She is amazing as always. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even exceeded the vision I had. My extensions are beautiful. She did a beautiful color job. I love love love Jenine and her work. Worth every penny and more. I can’t say enough good things about Jenine! I got IBE extensions put in by another stylist at a different salon. I was very unhappy with the installation so I came to Next Level Salon for a fix. Jenine was amazing. I couldn’t have been more happy with the installment. She is very knowledgeable. She listens to your wants while also keeping the integrity of your hair in mind!

Aleena Prek I had my second cut with Maria while growing out a short pixie. She is so attentive and communicates very well not only to make sure I get what I want, but to also tell me why and how things need trimmed to be grown out and look good in the process. Cindy Mayeux Totally disappointed. For someone who said she can do anything and that she is very good, did quite a bad job. I had to go to another stylist to fix her color and cut - she was a bit amazed at how uneven the cut was and that the color was quite "different". Gigi needs to slow it down - she works on too many people at a time - 5 when I was there. Still... the talent is not there as she claims. I wouldnt recommend her.

Alexandria Fischer I tried the head spa experience and it was such a great way to revitalize my hair. The private room is very relaxing and the socks and robe they give you are super cozy. You also get an eye mask that heats up. Marissa was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable. It’s definitely elevated from a typical hair wash in a salon. They spend time massaging your scalp and even use some tools. The treatment I had made my scalp feel tingly. My hair is very fine and gets oily quickly, so this gave my hair a deep cleanse without feeling dry. I was able to go days without washing it and got several compliments. Marissa styled my hair afterwards and did an awesome job. The salon itself is decorated very cute and has a good atmosphere. I also got a haircut months back with Vanessa who fixed a botched cut I got from another salon and she was very personable. Everyone I have interacted with here is so kind. If your hair needs a deep cleanse I highly recommend trying a head spa appointment!

After a lengthy search, I decided to give Tiffany at Growlolgy a try because of the reviews I read on the salon and her. WOW!!!!! I was more than amazed with Tiffany!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and intelligent about everything concerning Hair. Without knowing what color I had been using, she matched the color perfectly! I sorta explained what kind of haircut I wanted and she gave me the cutest haircut ever!! And……. The prices are very reasonable!!! She took my damaged hair and turned it into the perfect shade of blonde that NO other stylist I’ve been to could achieve. She made it look shiny and new! She is very professional, throughout and treats you just like family! I think it’s safe to say that I found my forever stylist! I can’t wait to be back to feel beautiful in Tiffany’s chair!

A. Lathan I highly recommend 2151 Salon! Ive been going to Samantha at 2151 Salon for a couple of years or so now, and shes the best! Shes great with color, highlights/lowlights, styles/cuts...everything. And the bonus is shes very personable, easy to talk to and funny too (as are the other stylists), so I always enjoy going there. The Salon itself is warm, inviting, and comfortable...its a great atmosphere!
