My 3 day stay was active, moving from the ER, to a Hold room, to an observation room to the Cardiac wing to a room on the 3rd floor. Doctors, nurses and technicians were exceptionally helpful and courteous. If you need a great hospital look no further.

Nichola Baye NEXT! I’ve used this location once and I am largely unimpressed… Not a single person in the building has their story straight. It’s honestly pretty unbelievable. I had an appointment weeks back. I called to check on my results several times as the portal (Athena health) had not been updated. Only once did I get a call back in the 3 calls I made to the results line. The return call left a voicemail saying my Quest results were in. Yesterday I call their office and speak to someone for 5 minutes. They advise that my results are available and they can’t release them to me because they aren’t authorized. I ask that someone who is authorized call me back. No callback…. So, today- almost 24 hours later- I go into the office and physically request my results. I don’t need paper copies, a verbal will suffice. And, a different staff member at the front desk starts saying “all” my results are still pending which I know isn’t true because I’ve seen my results from Quest… These people in this office need to get on the same page. Health status seemingly isn’t valued here…and that is terrifying. As I said, NEXT!

Makenzie Deluca I can honestly not say a single good thing about this practice. If you care about the health of yourself and your child then you need to find a different practice to provide care to you. To start, I was dropped from care at 33 weeks through a letter in the mail for failure to prepay despite being on a payment plan and having already paid a significant amount towards the balance. The OB Coordinator Asia ignored multiple attempts at contact initiated by both myself and my husband to try and figure out what was going on. Multiple voicemails and emails were sent regarding this urgent issue and yet to this day she has still never responded. Afterwards it took us a few months to get a refund of all the money paid toward the prepayment which was critical as we needed the money to pay a new provider. Outside of this very extreme issue, we experienced multiple negative encounters. Including waiting over 2+ hours for a scheduled appointment and being told multiple times “you are going to have a long wait unless you are the very first appointment of the day.” This was not a one time occurrence, every single appointment we sat in the waiting room for way past the scheduled time missing hours of work and pay. Providers rushing in and out of the room as quickly as possible during appointments due to over scheduling. I could hardly ask a question during my appointments without the providers inching towards the door to leave and looking aggravated when I did have a question, as it was my first pregnancy. Sending urine samples off to the lab without consent for STD testing during multiple office visits. Which was only partially covered by our insurance so now we are stuck with multiple $100 bills from this. Extremely rude receptionists and schedulers both in person and on the phone. Overall, it was very clear from the beginning that this practice only cares about the money and it shows in the lack of care given to the patients. This practice genuinely caused me so much stress and unhappiness during a time that should have been the happiest of my life. Instead of relaxing and focusing on final preparations and having a positive birth, I was sent on a scramble to even find a provider who would take someone on so close to the end of pregnancy. Run far far away from this practice and find the care you deserve elsewhere because I promise you, you will not receive it here.

Laville Brown Unfortunately just because you pay your bill at the office the amount told. They can change that after you leave. Im a cash payer no insurance paid what i was told the visit was and left 2 weeks later i was told i owe additional money. Not the way to do business.

Antisocial PotatoQueen Edit: very sick and hurting and need to find out whats wrong. Told yesterday to call at 8 am to fit me in.. when I calk "oh we have no space." Im sick right now not 2 months from now. So much for "helping and healing." Calling right now and they just opened so Had to make an appointment in order to refill a prescription. The appointment got made a month after the prescription ran out. Finally make it right on time and im waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Why make me come up here at a certain time if youre obviously not ready to see me? The appointment was for 2:45 and its nearly 4:30 and im still waiting. Wtf. The place closes in 40 minutes. Am I even gonna be seen?

Amber friendly and caring is far from what i experienced today. i was trying to get my sick child an appt and amy wanted to falsely accuse me of something was completely uncalled for. next time someone calls for a new patient appointment and you accept their insurance do your job and just simply make the damn appointment. no need for false accusations. thanks for letting me know ahead of time to not waste my time or risk my childs health with this office. wish i could give zero stars.

Marianne I absolutely love every single staff member here! I cannot recommend these doctors and nurses enough. I came to this pediatrician per casual recommendation of a few women in the Healthy Start Program at the health department. I cannot stress how absolutely incredible, understanding, and genuinely passionate these professionals are at what they do. They care for everyone at such a high level. Even the receptionists are actually super sweet and radiate great energy. The doctors are also very knowledgeable and a few I would even consider to be "old school," in the best way possible. They actually care about you and what you have to say and answer every single question and concern that you may have. Im not really sure why theyre in Madison of all places because theyre way better than all of the doctors Ive been to in Tallahassee and experienced in Valdosta. I cant reccomend these guys enough. I came to them right before I had my baby girl and they provided me with the paperwork and pre registration to fill out before my first visit (I came because I was about to have my baby girl). From the moment you walk in the doors, you feel absolutely welcome and so at home, which is weird because you really cant feel that way in most hospitals. They keep you safe and genuinely have a concern for your children. Because my baby is so new, they even call me in as I wait in the parking lot so that she isnt exposed to the potential germs that may linger in the waiting room (which Im sure gets sanitized daily anyway). They arent like all the other doctors and arent trying to sell you a treatment you dont actually need. The advice they give is genuine and from the heart. They dont care about profiting off of you and give you advice they themselves use. Make sure to ask questions and dont hold anything back, because these people actually understand and will give you the time and space to be vunerable. There are no stupid questions! I cant believe the people who reccomended them to me were so casual, because they really go above and beyond with what they do. I reccomend Little Pines to every mom and parent I come in contact with if theyre looking for a pediatrician for their kid because they really are that good

Jade Montgomery If youre looking for a friendly and caring environment to bring your little ones this is it! The entire staff the front desk, nurses, and doctors are all phenomenal and actually show concern for your child if theyre sick. Check ups are a breeze as well, they do their best to get you in and out. Need to come in last minute? They squeeze you in no problem with very little wait. Highly reccomend this pediatricians office!

Every staff member—from the administrative team to the OB, nurses, midwife, anesthesiologist, and lactation specialist—was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and highly skilled. My epidural was perfectly balanced, allowing me to feel mild contractions and therefore successfully deliver in just 30 minutes. The constant check-ins by all doctors and nurses made me feel truly supported and valued. I highly recommend this hospital and plan to deliver here again. Thank you, Morton Plant!

DeeNYce 228 I had my total knee replacement surgery there and from the very beginning, everyone was very professional and helpful. The day of my surgery, i never once not knew what was going on and what would happen next. I have problem veins and when I told them about my veins, my concerns were met with a level of experience that I truly appreciated. The IV insertion was not painful at all! And that eliminated any anxiety that I might have been feeling that morning. The communication between myself and the nurses, the anesthesiologist and the doctors left me feeling very relaxed and comfortable. They gave my son, who came in town for my procedure, a sense of relief he needed. And to the pt specialist, the ot specialist, and nurses and staff after my surgery, I want to say thank you for making my stay there extremely comfortable.

Cookie Morales HCA is a wonderful hospital. The ER another September then 5 minutes ... The staff a wonderful. From the doctors to the nurses. And even the workers that are doing other things. I give them a 10. They always made me feel like they care that theyre going to take good care of me and always check on me. And its important for me to feel like Im safe and that they care. And they do that very well thank you so much for caring for making us feel safe it means a lot to me and Im sure to let all this. Thank you again so much great hospital.

Lori Patrick Overall my experience at HCA was great. Dr. Eric Duffy was phenomenal. He took the time to explain every stage of my surgery and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would also like to give a shout out to Lise, Patient Care Technician, She was so wonderful to me! She bought me sandwiches, etc. when the kitchen was not available. She always checked in with me to see if there was anything I needed with my meds, housekeeping, etc. She was a very caring, thorough, wonderful person. I cannot say enough kind words about her.

Leo While I am extremely grateful that the technology for mammography exists- lets face it, it is very uncomfortable. BUT NOT TODAY! Best experience ever. Love Becky- this place deserves more that 5 stars- but that is as high as it goes. And the office appointment set-up and previous record retrieval and other paperwork was easy peasy thanks to Taylor. Great team- great experience.

ShaQuila T Broxie This may be the most HONEST reviews ever. But If you dont have ALL day to sit and wait, or have an actual JOB to go to PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! We were referred to this awful place by North Florida College and it was the most horrible experience, especially for a HOPEFUL young person trying to enroll in college. They will suck the hope right out of them. I called off work to go in for DOT physical at 8am and didnt leave until 1 pm. We visited the day before, told to come back the next day at 8 am or 2 pm. Went in the next day at 8 am and had about 20 people who came in after us including a local police officer who were all seen before us. We were forced to wait until around 10:15 am, when we were finally the only ones left in the waiting room yet it was still actually about 11 before anyone even acknowledged that we were still waiting. Im glad I was not dying or God forbid in a manic rage because this practice will let you die while in a MEDICAL facility. In small country towns like this, where there are invisible color lines or you have to know someone who knows someone, people make their own rules and sheep are compliant & follow because everyone is scared to speak out or "cause conflict" because many of them believe in if its not broke dont fix it or in their small minds that their "keeping the peace". Its gonna be a sad day on judgment day when so many people are gonna lift their eyes in hell because they did everything that looked like it was right, except their heart was in the wrong place. Most people claim they go to church and worship God but everyday I see actions that prove their hearts are not really compassionate as Jesus was because they fail to do the same to their neighbor as they would have done to themselves or the people they love. May hell be filled with this kind of people. And if you have other options, please make this place your last resort.

The woman who took my vitals was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I really enjoyed being seen by Tammy Williams. She took her time being thorough and I felt like she really cared for me. Oscar Das HCA Palm West is a great hospital for delivering babies. My experience with them was high and smooth from checking in to checking out. We checked in on October 3rd,2024, and checked out on October 6th,2024. My wife had a C-Section and she recovered within 2 days and was discharged. The nurses there are so attentive to small details and understanding. They truly look and listen to your needs. A special thanks to nurses Hollie, Cindy, Monique, and Annie who looked after my baby, who was born 3-4 hours, and my wife. If I missed a few names I do apologize overall all nurses working there are smart and good. Our doctor Natalie Sohn my god what amazing lady. She thoroughly knows her babies and patients inside and out. She has an amazing personality and is super nice with her behavior. The food given by the hospital is also delicious and nutritious. Overall I didnt find any negative with this hospital all positive and highly recommend parents those who are in labor go to this hospital.

Christi I recently visited Palms West Emergency Room and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was efficient, compassionate, and professional. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a doctor as soon as I walked in. My nurse Vanessa showed exceptional competence and empathy. She took the time to explain each step of my care and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly focused on patient safety and comfort. I’m incredibly grateful for the prompt attention I received and the kindness shown by everyone involved. It’s rare to find an emergency room that combines both efficiency and top-quality care, but Palms West delivered on both fronts. Highly recommend this ER to anyone.

Green Eyes If I could give less than one star I would. This is the dentist office I went to as a child & never had a bad experience but I cant say that anymore. It was my daughters first appointment, shes 3 years old so naturally she was nervous/scared. Becky told us that we had to hurry up because she had other patients. Mind you, her whole appointment lasted less than 15 minutes & was scheduled for months in advance. She made no attempt to comfort my child, just scolded her. Do not accept pediatric patients if you do not have the patience with them. If youre reading this and have children, I would highly recommend you go somewhere that will treat your child with care and courtesy.

Jean Carlos Castillo We came to this place for an emergency, we waited for 3 hours and we were never attended to even though the patient was pregnant. Definitely if you have an emergency this is not the right place to go, if you dont have empathy for someone who is pregnant, much less will you have it for someone else. If you dont have the ability to handle emergencies, let them know when the patient arrives at your reception and dont waste their time.

The care and service at this hospital are phenomenal.

IYC Cruises 1 Richard, the registered nurse, on the fourth floor was the kindest most thorough nurse. He made sure that my dad knew about the call button, helped my dad take his meds and was very cool and kind. He answered my questions and made sure my dad was comfortable. The ER on the other hand was a 1 star. I asked to see the doctor and get information and they just gave me curt short responses from the nurses desk. They seemed too overwhelmed to help or answer questions. I asked for my dad to get pain Meds and never got it. Therefore he suffered in pain. If it weren’t for the great experience once he was admitted into the hospital because of Richard- this would have been a one star review.The hospital also has an issue with signage of the elevators. You see the garage elevators and pass right by getting lost for ten minutes. The reception could at least inform you where to go. Its not a nice ER reception experience either.

Marlon Rampersad I recently visited the Delray Medical Center for an umbilical hernia surgery. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The entire staff at the Delray Medical Center was courteous, helpful and very attentive. My main nurse “Jacqueline” did an excellent job. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly and my other nurse “Minemole” was terrific, Knowledgeable, sensitive and informative… I immediately felt at ease. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Delray Medical Center and would highly recommend to anyone.

Florence Seff The nurses and doctors are wonderful. They can’t do enough to make you comfortable and at ease for whatever procedure you are having done. The hospital staff is efficient and I had no down time from when I arrived before going for my procedure. They were extra friendly to my friend who brought me there and couldn’t do enough to make me comfortable and at ease before my procedure. My doctor came to see me before my procedure and explained everything to me and answered all my questions so I understood what was going to happen each step of the way. I would highly recommend JFK North to anyone who needs to be in a hospital. Everyone was great!

Mike Segal I am a disabled vet with the spicy brain. I was so lucky to have had my spine surgery here. The charge nurses Andre and Christina were so awesome. The nurses that took care of me more directly were Jessica, Eddie, shadae,valence and laurie , Jenny, Santhia , and Marlene that were great and so kind and very helpful. Also PCT Eddy was so great. I also have to say the PT staff Romilda and lourizza were so kind and patient with me. I even got a visit from the director of nursing Courthey mitin which was very kind of her to make time to stop in and see how I was doing and to listen to me rave about how great her staff is.i even got some visits from the psych department to help with my ptsd thank you caitlyn and dr phan and dr mgmbena.the social worker Michelle was a huge help as well.know Im forgetting a few names and departments but I felt safe and well taken care of at the 2nd floor orthopedics wing. They took great care of me. Going well above and beyond what is expected of the staff. I am very thankful for everything they were able to do to make 6 days in a hospital bed not so horrible.

NGOC CHAU I was admitted to the emergency room. The emergency room team was working on me as fast as possible to stabilize my high BP. Every precaution was taken to ensure I was taking care of. I was admitted for overnight care and fore tests. The nursing staff was professional and gave me the extra care. They even provided my wife a lazy-boy without asking so she could comfortable spent the night there. The doctors were thorough with the examination and provided careful advises before I was discharged. This is my first time at this JFK NORTH HOSPITAL.

edxgma AVOID. I am a retired hospital administrator who had an outpatient procedure there last week. While the staff was very friendly, I was appalled by the way the place was run: 1- at 9 am in the morning, the waiting room rest room was out of soap and the trash can was overflowing. 2- they took me to a private prep room where I was hooked up to a monitor, etc. There, I had a 2 hour wait (that happens, so no problem) BUT ... a)no one from the staff came to check on me during the 2 hours - and they could not see me from their station. They did not give me the call button remote either, which is standard procedure when you leave any patient unattended in a hospital . b) the monitor was not plugged in, so it was running on battery. The battery started making noise after an hour and eventually died, so no monitoring and no one came it to check on it, let alone hook it back up. Wow! c) when it came time to roll me into the operating suite, no staff member showed up so MY ANESTHESIOLOGIST, A DOCTOR, ENDED UP ROLLING ME ON MY GURNEY so they could get started. Incidentally, I was most impressed by his initiative - the JFK staff should learn from him. d) My doctor and the anesthesiologist had to wait for 5 minutes before getting started because a "tech" (another staff member) was late in arriving at the operating suite. BOTTOM LINE: there seems to be no accountability nor a cohesive effort at this hospital and everyone does their own thing. Maybe thats good for staff retention, but not for my health care.

Matt Manning Dr. Perkins and all the staff are amazing. Ive had a spinal cord, injury and surgery and several other significant health issues. They have helped me get past them and get off of a lot of the medication. The doctors in Tampa had me on... I trust them totally. Tiffany is who I see regularly, then a couple times a year I see Dr. Perkins to review medicines.

James Thomas Very disappointing. Called to schedule an appointment and become a new patient. They are accepting new patients, however, they are not taking veterans using Tri-Care. They currently have patients on Tri-Care but for some reason will not take any more. By doing this they are excluding veterans. They are excluding the very group of people who have fought to preserve their rights and freedoms. I will be sharing this experience with all of my friends and acquaintances. FAMILY FIRST DOES NOT SUPPORT VETERANS! PASS THE WORD! Veterans already being seen are still seen, so you still have to deal with Tricare. Protecting our country and your way of life was tough. Stopping terrorists was tough. It was with a STRONG heart that we kept fighting. We never gave up and we never quit because our mission was too difficult to deal with!

Ray Lyn Been a patient for several years. Gina Sapp is the best in my opinion. She takes the time to sit and listen to what you have to say and she asks questions to completely figure out what is wrong. She is a believer in not giving medication if it is not needed but she also will work with you to make sure you get your correct medication that works with your body. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I have started taking both of my children and my father to this clinic. I highly recommend this to anyone and every one.

Gerry Brady Is there a reason my mothers blood pressure should still be 250/99? She has been going here for years now! They prescribe her BP medicines. ITS NOT WORKING!! After all these years of her going you would think they could do DO SOMETHING ( besides bleed her insurance dry) about her BP!! Also They called in the wrong medicine today. She needs her lacinapril not medicine for gout!!

Howard Sheckells Have been seeing Doc for many years. He takes time to listen to what you have to say and cares about his patients. All the office staff are extremely courteous and professional. I would suggest getting at the office early, as he only sees a certain number of patients daily.

ben browning This hospital is very much a business about making money and Healthcare is not the 1st priority. The waiting area for care is small compared to the mall/shopping area set aside for commerce. The song playing right now is Beat It by Michael Jackson. This hospital is the epitome of what is wrong with the health care industry in the United States. The patient is the last priority. The building itself is named for one of the owners of Publix grocery stores, which I guess isnt bad of itself, but it in fact showcases the divide between rich and poor even more in a place like a hospital/restaurant/shoe store. This is not to say the staff at this business arent great or dont care about their patients, its just obnoxious antld almost tragic that Im here with my mom for a cardiac procedure to see what will be required surgically to prolong her life and right now the nurse has to shout the patients name over Nirvanas Smells Like Teen Spirit. Seriously bad taste, especially with how the public feels about the abusive and obscene health care industry right now in America.

Austin Richardson My family is going through a rough time right now. My mother has some serious health issues going on and she was admitted into the hospital through the ER last night. Today she had a surgery. After the surgery there were some issues that were tended to quickly. Due to the issue she ended up on the 8th floor in the ICU. Im writing this review because the staff that is currently taking care of her are second to none. They were all great. Kerry, the head nurse, was so attentive and on point. She not only took care of things quickly but also was able to keep our family informed of everything she did. The nurse assigned to my mother Jacqueline was working from the moment I got into the room and was still working when I left a couple hours later. She was kind and had a very calm demeanor which was a relief in the situation. I could not ask for any better nurses to be watching over my mom while I get some sleep. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! Karry and Jacqueline are both angels in my book!

Aracelis B Better than five years ago or seven years ago for some has been amazing and praise God that it has been cardiac problems and you can have somebody to have some business here at the same time like this hospital to go through a lot of money they have to pay their employees pay electric fee everything You don’t have patience and you don’t take care of all that goes to this first doctors a nurse could be patient and clerical workers wasn’t my sister allowed to be with your sister not your property until the next day and then let us know. I don’t have a sister. I’m quite sure of in the hospital since then hopefully is good to see better than.

Ashley Williams So my husband had surgery found out he was also a diabetic he now has a big hole from them having to drain everything I asked the nurse last night to clean bed sheets they brought me a bunch of folded clean bed sheets as I started spreading out the bed sheets I noticed this sheet was not clean you could feel the crustynes here is a picture it looks like dried s***. The day shift nurse did not tend to him well at all when she got in at 7:00 in the morning she did not come in the room and put her name or number on the board like she is supposed to and check his vitals. He had been calling for a nurse for 3 hours because he was in pain and needed his medicine she did not come Till I call downstairs and got the charge nurse on the phone the charge nurse came in the room gave him his meds and said that she would talk to the nurse. I only seen the nurse one more time that day that was when he got out of surgery and his machine was going off and she said she needed to flush out his IV she never came to do that. He also called her numerous times throughout the day she never came to his room to check on him. There was a night shift nurse three of them that were very good one of thems name was Travis and then there was two other ones that were really good and I found out during night shift the nurse also skipped one of his doses of insulin and she did not even mark down medicines that she gave him or any of his other stuff like she was supposed to so that the next shift knew what was going on. The adult side is horrible. Im so glad I was here and I was the one that changed his sheets because I could not imagine if bacteria got in that hole with him being diabetic what would have happened.

Marlene Harrison Each and every time I have visited our home town hospital i have been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond in my opinion. Having grown up in an area that did not have a hometown hospital I appreciate the nearness and reliability of DMH.

feetpiece _ Idiocracy was a documentary so be prepared to meet Doctor Lexus if this place is your least bad option. Redfield and Spencer exude the "I get paid either way" bedside manner like theyre doing locals a favor just showing up. You could be the only one in the ER and you can rest assured theyre finding other things to do.

Nan Albritton Not patient or family friendly. No signs of when cafeteria is open, locked doors, etc. ER staff were nice and thorough.

Kristin Macqueen DMH is a life saver! I was sick and my doctors office had no appointments available same day. I was able to walk in with no appointment to Express Care. They got me in and out. I was treated and diagnosed. My prescriptions were waiting on me at my pharmacy when I was done. Thank you DMH for having such caring, patient, professional, and knowledgeable staff!

annie parker I wish I didnt have to give you a star worst service ever a 14-year-old goes in there with chest pains and you make them sit there for over an hour just in the waiting room then the doctor tries to release them without any kind of test no EKG no blood work nothing we made them do testing I would not make my worst enemy go to the hospital and I know they didnt want to do any of the testing because the patient was my daughter

Doug Cantrell Mr. Jarod Mincey treated me for fractured foot, after several months of suffering from Achilles Tendonitis. He is extremely compassionate, totally focused on his patients, has much grace, & very well mannered. Ive never met a provider w/ such empathy for patient & family of his patients. Joshua Everhart Went to the ER because my 2 year old daughter had fallen and needed stitches. Now the 3 stars is because of my overall experience. The nurses and the nurse practitioner were wonderful and I could not have been any happier with the care my daughter received. (5 stars just for them) But... other than that. The receptionist was ok she typed 1 word a minute and they asked us to sit and they would see us ASAP. I have done triage before and although not bad a bleeding head wound from a toddler got high priority. But I think it was because the receptionist was slow with paperwork. While waiting there was other people in the waiting room and even though the door to the ER was locked all anyone needed to do is knock and you could get in without any questions. Although its not a big deal where Im from that is extremely dangerous. When we left we were warned that we need to call and make sure they bill our insurance on time because sometimes they take so long that the insurance will not cover it because they waited to long. When we went to get the stitches removed again the nurse and actual care we received was great but the the receptionist (which was a different one) barely spoke English and made check it confusing but she was nice.

erin fitzgerald This is the worst hospital ever. My brother is the only one in the waiting room. Going on 3 1/2 hrs when he the only one in the waiting room. I have been in my car waiting I have yet to see Emergency vehicle (ambulance) to come to this hospital.. these nurses and doctors don’t care about these patients these day. It’s Ridiculous that these nurses make $68,000.00 a year and these doctors make $110,000.00 a year. You would this they care about these patients and do there jobs. My brother tells me that the nurse at the front deck as a really nasty attitude.

Sharon Hammond I am so grateful for the amazing care that the MCMH ER staff provided for my mother! She experienced a very frightening medical event while traveling alone with her 2 small dogs and 4 hours away from anyone she knew. Luckily she was close to MCMH, and I was able to direct here there. The team there was so compassionate and helpful! I called ahead, and they had a staff member meet her at the front door, they made arrangements for her small dogs, and they identified and treated her issue in just a couple of hours.

Matthew Puckett Well. My wife and I are planning on moving up to Madison now that I am retired. We recently moved my mother into our home, so I wanted to check out the medical that is available in the area. After reading the reviews, I may have to rethink our plans, worried that we may not get the medical help we may need for the proper care she will need.

Kimberly Bell They do not answer phone. You can leave a message with never a call back. You will run out of medicine because you cant get ahold of anybody. They cant keep counselors there Ive been through three and mine left I believe in May and Ive not had any contact with these people no appointment no video chat Ive had to call the Tallahassee and Perry office to try to get them to contact the Madison office so I could get medicine Ive tried for a week and a half now left numerous messages Im out of medicine today

Syweete Onnystee Certain staff is good, others need to enhance their attitude and become more professional (maintaining respect and privacy of clients and/or their families). When a family member become involved in their familys care, they should be assisted with as much information as possible - other than chasing the Caseworker or staff down for help.
