Callie ODell Dr Jen Ezavin has changed my life for the better. She was the first doctor to sit and fully listen to me, explain things thoroughly, and not rush. She has helped me not only learn about my health but improve it and I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. Also, her team is absolutely incredible! I am a really hard stick and Winda can always find my veins, Tara is an incredible nurse and is very knowledgeable, and Amy and Natalie at the front are incredibly friendly. 10/10 practice!

MH RM As someone who is not a fan to go to a doctors appt, I had a great experience! Wenda and Dr. Jennifer Ezavin made my surgical clearance appt easy peazy. They are fun and personable and make the daunting tasks (bloodwork) a breeze. I can tell they really care about their patients- I felt like they saw me as a person and not just a number. They were so comforting and helped me gather everything I needed for clearance and made it a breeze! Made other needed appts on my behalf, beyond helpful. Dr Jen is so kind and wonderful. Nathalie and Laveita are the best nurse/staff I have ever encountered!! Patient, so friendly and caring. Makes me never want to go back to my regular PCP again. Jeannette Klein I discovered Boca midwifery when I was 20 weeks pregnant and decided to part ways with my OB/GYN. Every other OB/GYN office that I contacted refused to have a meet and greet with me unless I transferred all of my records and changed providers, only after officially changing providers would they agree to meet with me. After a horrible experience with my OB/GYN, I was not willing to take another gamble. Boca midwifery was extremely accommodating and set up a zoom to give me an opportunity to meet with Ryan. I am so grateful and will never forget the support that Ryan was able to provide during such a difficult time. Finding a new provider far along into your pregnancy can be very scary and I immediately felt a connection with Ryan during our zoom meeting. During our meeting, information was provided before I had the the opportunity to even ask the question. It was clear that I wasn’t just another patient and this wasn’t just a job for Ryan who is obviously passionate about the work she does. I’m a bit neurotic and Ryan’s energy was just what I needed to balance me out, she made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire pregnancy. I could not have had a better birth experience. I truly feel so blessed and grateful. Ryan really exceeded my expectations. I met Jessica during my last few weeks pregnant and she was extremely sweet, kind, and supportive as well. I was so lucky to have them both there for the birth of my baby boy. I highly recommend working with Ryan and Jessica. You will be in good hands and won’t regret it!!

Meghan Stephens Where do I start with how amazing Courtney and Boca Midwifery is? From the moment I met Courtney I could tell she was different than any other healthcare provider I have ever met with before. I’m someone who has had very bad experiences with doctors and don’t trust the medical system. I wanted to do a home birth, but my husband was really against it so I did a lot of research on where I should go where I could have a home birth in the hospital. Boca midwifery is it! The care you receive is next level. Courtney advocated for myself and my son and made sure that everything that we wanted that was in her control we got. She took the time always to answer my questions and always gave me different options. Throughout my pregnancy I had gotten sick and most doctors would have prescribed antibiotics, but Courtney helped me get past it without antibiotics because she knew how much I didn’t want to take them while I was pregnant. After I gave birth I really struggled with breast-feeding. I worked with a couple of different lactation consultants, but ultimately Courtney and I were able to find a solution that worked for me and now I’m getting way more milk than I was. I’m a chronic low supplier and I believe that if Courtney wasn’t my midwife, breast-feeding would not be in the cards for me. I’m forever grateful to her and she will never understand how much i appreciate her compassion and care. I will scream from the rooftops how awesome this practice is, and hand down will tell you they are by far the best midwifery practice in the state. If you want 5 star care, this is your place!!!

Victoria Purchase Boca Midwifery is ELITE. The best of the best! I’ve been a patient of Courtney’s since 2019, and after having walked through three pregnancies and deliveries with her and her amazing team, I can say with full confidence that I would trust any person on staff at Boca Midwifery with my life. The care that they provide you with is intentional, personal, gracious, knowledgeable, and - honestly - magical. They have mastered that Disney World quality of care and support, something that’s impossible to find anywhere else. It’s what makes them the very best! Throughout these past 6 years and 3 babies, I’ve been so fortunate to have received care from Courtney, Nikki, Ryan, and Dr. Lubetkin, along with the amazing interns they have serving with them, and my husband and I just feel so incredibly thankful for each one of them and how they have supported and cared for me and my babies!!! Like, being pregnant and giving birth are not my most favorite activities BUT I genuinely believe there’s no obstacle or hardship that I can’t walk through in pregnancy/birth with this team by my side, and I feel like that has to say a lot about these people! Ashley Figueroa I transferred care to Nikki at 28 weeks after not feeling supported by my OB for my desire for a natural birth. My water broke at almost 34 weeks and I was so worried I wouldn’t get the birth I wanted. Courtney was on call that week and helped me understand my options. She was such a calming presence throughout the whole process and multiple days in the hospital. Despite the circumstances, we were able to achieve the unmedicated birth I wanted! I am so thankful for Courtney, Nikki, and the whole Boca Midwifery team - the care that they provide is unmatched! My baby is spending some time in the NICU because he came early, and I appreciate that Courtney and Nikki have stopped us in the halls to ask how he is doing. Jennie Fritz The technician was excellent. She took her time was friendly and very helpful with my mammogram. But they seem to be under staff. The last two years, I was there for over two hours getting the mammogram and waiting for the results. This last time, I waited an hour only to leave when advised they would call me with the results.

Scarlett A Dr Rubin and Christina have been angels in my son’s life. He deals with undiagnosed, chronic GI bleeding. Dr Rubin did everything in his power to find the source, then referred out, sent all info to Mayo Clinic, referred to a new GI when my son moved to go to college, then supported his iron infusions and directed me to the best hospital when he started bleeding while at home for winter break. This office truly cares about its patients. Dr Rubin is a doctor who went into the profession for all the right reasons and I’m so thankful for his expertise, empathy, and guidance.

Dr Levy is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner, the same as when I first met him 10 years ago. Sara is great as are Dr Phillips and Brandon. They are a great support team. Gabby is very accommodating and kind. The ladies at the front and in the back are friendly and professional. I have recommended Dr Levy many times over the last 10 years with confidence.

Paula Tirpak As a new patient to Dr. Levy I had a great experience! The office was able to squeeze. me in on somewhat short notice. The staff was so friendly and greeted me warmly. Wait time is what you’d expect from a specialist. Dr. Levy’s PA, Sara was so thorough and informative. Dr. Levy did his examination and discussed the next steps. He too was very personable and professional and spent time explaining about the shoulder and injury I sustained. I felt like I was is good hands with Dr. Jonathan Levy.

AMELIA SVORINICH Excellent physician and the staff is amazing !! My husband injured his shoulder over the weekend and they were able to get us an appointment quickly. They understood the pain my husband was in and the practice manager was so kind when talking to us. Dr Levy has done multiple previous surgeries on my husband and he makes us feel so comfortable with every surgery. He has a huge heart and is the best !!

Alexandria Aguilar Dr. Hughes is the ultimate best vet! Dr. Roof diagnosed my Maltese with heart murmur and sadly it did develop into heart conditions. I’m thankful for Roof and Hughes as they gave me an added year and half with my fur baby. When it was time to put her down Dr. Hughes offered me much comfort in such a difficult time. My second dog Henry, sadly passed away 6 months later and Dr. Roof was able to help me during that time as I was split between Florida and Georgia. They are both some of the greatest vets I’ve ever experienced in my life. Currently my rescue, Niko is under their care. I treat my animals like I would my children so they get nothing but the best in medical care. Love Pet Medical center and I recommend all my friends with pets to them.

Poliana Castro I was a customer for about 3/4 years, paying a monthly plan the entire time. I spent 2 years with my dog ​​having an inflamed ear without a solution for it, always giving me the same excuse every time “your dog is allergic, thats how it is”, and keeping the same medication which they knew it wasn’t working. They never investigated, never showed any concern or interest in solving the problem. They just dragged along. They never asked for an allergy test to have a more appropriate treatment for my dog, they just keep throwing in a bunch of medicines without looking for a better solution. Totally uninterested. We only observed the terrible service and lack of interest in actually taking care of the dog when we looked for another veterinarian clinic. During the first consultation, She asked me for allergy tests to find out exactly what they are so that we can have adequate treatment and not have to take a bunch of vaccines to mask the allergy like they were doing at Pet Medical Center. She discovered the type of fungus that same week and carried out the correct treatment. My dog ​​has been completely pain free and with a healthy ear for 8 months now, without needing medication. After I discovered that the heart vaccine pet medical was giving me to give to my dog was banned here in the USA for years, due to thousands of animal deaths, was the last straw for me. They never informed me about the effects or the risks of this vaccine. To top it off, their service is terrible and there is no communication. They prioritize money over your pets health.

Dr. Newman is the best! I had a great experience having both of my babies with Women’s Health Partners. The doctors on call that delivered my sons were amazing & made me feel comfortable.

I had never experienced this and could feel my esophagus burning. My voice is gravely and my mouth feels as though its loaded with fizzies. I need this remedied, so I can have my implant inserted March 1st and not have it fail again.

Karen Martin So far so good. Excellent interaction with office staff. Very pleased with consult with Dr Hirth. The office has either answered my calls or called me back by end of day. Procedure is tomorrow and received another friendly call from office to remind me and see if I had any questions. To all those who are saying he’s a bad dr because of administrative staff you are incorrect. Most Drs offices have issues with insurance companies and patients that are either rude or impatient or both. Everyone should be checking with their own insurance before they even make an appointment with an office. His office staff’s behavior does not by any means take away from his education and experience. Find out who the office manager or management co is and address your issue with them. Drs are focused on the care of their patients. Not the administrative side of the business.

Her friendly and warm demeanor made us feel completely at ease. What stood out the most was how wonderful she was with my kids—they absolutely adore her! We have been to a few pediatric associates locations and feel this one is run very well. They seem very organized, caring, and great with the patients.

The doctors will make you and your child feel comfortable. They are extremely compassionate, professional, and thorough, making any parent feel safe with their children. Wash Fold Pros: Majority of the staff has been nice, that is the reason for the 2 star. I really wish I can give a 1.5 star. Con:: The Doctors and Specialists are not good Doctors when it come to complicated illnesses. Reason: something is severally wrong with my mother-in-law; that is something we All can agree with. They don’t have that special quality to know how to properly connect and understand their patients or unorthodox illnesses. They are incumbent and possess no special quality that set them apart from Google to properly diagnose her, We were even told they can’t figure out her case. They have been the ultimate vampire-constantly taking blood, probing her and more. Countless of waisted test. They have done every test you can think of even biopsy over and over for the past 8 months and after all of that you still don’t know but can attest that something is seriously wrong with her.. None of these Doctors and Specialists has really taken the time to properly dive deep into what’s wrong with my Mother-in-Law and this a fact. Florida has one of the worst reputation for health care and now my husband and I understand why. Sure it is easy to quickly diagnose the illnesses that all the previous good Doctors and Specialists who is now dead or retired has really took the time to understand their patients and understand those diagnosis. Doctors now of days does not go above and beyond to look into specialty cases but instead rely on a machine and google (which is also man made and isn’t always correct) It is a shame that this Hospital do not know what is wrong with my mother- in-law but know how to prescribe medication and collect money for something they’re not sure of.

CATHY VANNESS Everyone was very nice, courteous and friendly. My nurse Hope was just wonderful. I have lung problems and when I came in from valet parking, the check in rep noticed I was a little breathless and asked if I needed a transport chair. I told her I thought I’d be OK, but she said it was a long walk to the outpatient section so she wheeled me down there which was very nice.

Vivienne Kedroe-Lake I had a lumpectomy done by Dr Kerry Ann McDonald. I experienced the most kind, thoughtful and professional medical care experience. Everyone I interacted with made me feel they were vested in me getting well and having a full recovery. Dr Kerry Ann McDonald is a gem, shes made for her chosen profession, and her warmth and personable manner made me comfortable and confident in her ability and skill. Thanks to everyone those I met in person and those who worked in the background.

Ginny Toll I had a lumpectomy performed this past week. All the medical personnel were helpful and friendly. From the time I checked in till the time I left. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was that they sent me home without written instructions. I was under anesthesia and don’t really remember what they verbally told me. It would have been nice to have it written down. I’ll be calling and asking. Otherwise it was a good experience at the outpatient surgery center.

When our daughter recently turned 18, our insurance company attempted to transfer her to another provider. However, after speaking with Boca Pediatrics, they assured us that she could continue receiving care there. I fought with the insurance company to make it happen because we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The service at this office is truly OUTSTANDING! We have Humana Medicaid, and unlike experiences we’ve had elsewhere, we are never treated any differently than patients with other insurance plans. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. Even when we have to wait, I know it’s because the provider is giving another family the time and attention they deserve—just as they will for us. My daughter’s health is extremely complex, and Diane Wold, APRN, has been an absolute blessing. She listens attentively and provides the guidance we need to navigate our daughter’s care. When we can’t see her, the other providers are just as compassionate and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Monique in the Referral Department—she is truly AMAZING! I understand how challenging her job is, yet she handles everything with expertise and dedication. The entire support staff is phenomenal, always going the extra mile to assist patients and families. We are so happy with Boca Pediatric Group that we gladly drive almost an hour to receive care here. The quality of service and level of commitment from the entire team make it well worth the trip. Gayana Char We are extremely happy with the Boca pediatrics group. Anytime we have some kind of emergency, we call and they take us in the same day. They are also extremely good at picking up the phone and connecting to a nurse even late at night. They work great with their clients and attend to their needs and they allow parents to make decisions for their child that they seem fit without pressuring like some other offices do.

Mustafa G. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Alberto Luchtan was disappointing. While I respect their years of practice, it feels as though they may no longer be fully up to date with current medical practices or able to provide the level of care younger, more proactive doctors might offer. The consultation felt rushed, and my concerns were not addressed thoroughly. I would recommend considering a more modern approach or perhaps transitioning into retirement to allow patients to receive the care they truly deserve.

Alexis Rock I’m mind blown at how unprofessional this office is. First issue was when my daughter went in with a tick bite, they sent us out without any form of treatment, recommending bloodwork, or doing anything all they said was it’s “rare to get Lyme disease in Florida” and sent us off without even antibiotics just in case. My son just had his FIRST newborn appt, at first they didn’t even schedule us with his pediatrician I didn’t think I’d have to ask for that? Then they call me and tell me the pediatrician we are seeing had an emergency and had to schedule us with someone else and I said it’s fine as long as it’s a doctor/pediatrician. That was confirmed however when I got to my appt I come to find out it was a lie and I was scheduled with a brand new 20 year old nurse practitioner for my newborn sons first appt. Not only that but he had just got his circumcision the day before which I had mentioned multiple times. The nurse still handled him without being cautious of his surgery and caused Him bleeding. He didn’t have any blood prior to this appt by the way. She told us she has no knowledge of what to do and told us to go to the hospital. The circumcision was checked and there was No blood and he was perfectly fine, all due to the way she handled him. When I tried calling the office back after to say something all I said was can I speak to someone about an issue I had at my visit and I was constantly hung up on for no reason finally I was told the manager will call back and never does. Leaving this office after that.

Nana Went in with my son on 12/03/2024 my son was super ill and also have a bunch of stuff on his face. I was turned away mind you I made the appointment weeks ago I check on the Medicaid portal it’s active on their end it’s inactive I ask if I can get billed cause I didn’t have a way to pay they still turned my one month old son away. Please if you have a sick child don’t go there. I took my records and going to a better place that care for babies instead of a pay.

Ann 0 stars. Dr. Monica Atkinson is the worst Dr I have ever been to. I typed up a list of prescriptions, medical conditions, and referrals that I needed and had all my paperwork ready and she took one look and said, "I am not your secretary!" Then said, "This is 3 appointments in one." I thought a Dr would be glad that I had everything done neatly and ready for them. She spent less than 5 minutes with me and only put in my prescription request. She also didnt seem very bright. She argued with me that she would prescribe Yasmin but I wanted Yaz and she said its the same thing but it is not. I had a sheet with the prescriptions typed up neatly for her to put in the system. Then I had to deal with the pharmacy and the office because she still put in the wrong prescription for Yasmin. I was a few days late with my birth control pills for having to deal with her incompetence. I let the manager in front know everything that transpired in the patient room but they said to just email them. I had never been treated by anyone like this, let alone a Dr. I dont know what this Drs problem is but I am never going back to this office.
