Donnie J 5 Stars – Highly Recommend! Liz is absolutely amazing! I was in so much pain from a pinched nerve in my neck, and she helped me tremendously with dry needling. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I felt relief almost immediately, and I can’t thank her enough. I also want to give a shoutout to Janelle at the front desk—she was so nice and helpful! She even gave me some cream to put on my neck, which made it feel even better. The whole experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Liz and her team to anyone dealing with neck pain!

Hide Talents Recitals I believe that it wasn’t by chance that I stumbled across this clinic, but that it was God that led me there. I fell in love with them on my first consultation with Dr. John. They truly do care about their patients and treat us like family, with a lot of attention and care. Dr. John and Dr. Jason truly search for root cause and not just a remedy. I had pains for over 2 years on my legs, mostly at night, so much so that I wouldn’t be able to sleep most nights. With time the pain started to prolong, showing up during the day too. With a little over two months of treatment there, I don’t even remember what the pain felt like and my life has changed completely. Everybody, from the reception to the physical therapists and doctors, are highly professional and dedicated. Thank you Dr. John, Dr. Jason, and all the staff! God bless you all.

Nancy Lague I arrived at the clinic in a very bad way. I was unable - among other things - to turn my head to the right, I had pain in my right shoulder blade, and several small non-functional elements in my body. Despite my strong accent (because I am French-speaking) Dr. Jason immediately knew how to take care of my case. What adjustments later I am a new woman and I can now play golf and pickleball again. I will definitely continue to come see him regularly in order to "hold" my adjustments because I feel so much better.

Luana Barbedo I got hurt at the gym and I barely could move my head, my neck was very painful and my back sore. So Dr. Jason took care of me and did all the adjustments, he also gave me many recommendations to keep improving the healing. What I thought it would take me at least a week to recover, it took me only two days. I highly recommend this place!

They keep in constant touch after recovery and have a Zoom meeting Wednesdays to keep up with your new friends and continue to help. I was frightened at first to go but then sad to leave.

Annalise I recently did 30 days at Boca Recovery center, On my flight down there I wasn’t sure what I was walking into. From the very minute I walked through the door I have never met a nicer staff. Everyone there actually cared about how everyone was doing and put our recovery first. The techs are amazing, They constantly have your back and place your needs above their own. The counselors check in on you and advise you on your after care needs and insure they assist you and set you up for success. The Therapist at BOCA are honestly top notch. They actually listen and care. I highly recommend BOCA Recovery.

Roger I came to Boca Recovery for substance abuse treatment. I was sick and hopeless. They assisted me with my sickness and gave me a reason to have hope. G G Don’t understand why the are part of the providers directory of some insurance companies if they don’t see patients from those companies Plus the front desk is very inefficient they just put you in on hold for a long time. So what are those women sitting up front doing?? Was there last year and I don’t have a copay. At the end they tried to chat me a copayment even that I didn’t have one. Not very honest. Yesterday try to get the appointment and they none of the doctors want to work with patients that have my insurance including Dr Dan IIkovich. They need to take their name out of the insurance companies they don’t want to work with. Terrible service

Professionally he knows a lot, reads the results of the tests and calls the patient if he finds something that is not normal, prescribing what he considers necessary and following up after that. Erika O. The first impression of the location is great. There is plenty of parking. The walkway leading to the suite could use some renovation as it is not a smooth trail and can be considered a trip hazard. Inside of the office it seemed nice. The young man attending the front desk was very kind, and his smile was infectious. My son spilled a bit of water on the floor, so I asked for some napkins to clean it up. Inside of the exam room is filled with dust and cobwebs. They need to take cleaning a bit more serious. The patient bed is falling apart. The nurse taking the vital signs was very kind but, very rough while getting a blood sample from my kid. I did not like that. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who blatantly disapproved of me breast-feeding my child. I was given a recommendation to supplement my kids iron levels but, I was not advised of the side effects. I took off one star for cleaning this and one star for the lack of beside manner.

Brittney Herrmann One of the worst places I have been to in South Florida. It should not take over a week to produce paperwork needed for your child’s school. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes from scheduled appointment time to be seen.

She was the greatest surgeon for colon and rectal surgery and was thorough, courteous, and knowledgable. She took her time reviewing everything. I think shes the best colorectal surgeon for getting the most accurate and speedy recovery. In the modern world, her bedside manners are a little unusual. Dr. Bhatt takes the time to get to know his patients and address any questions or concerns they may have, in contrast to other medical professionals who treat them in and out. Im thrilled that my primary care physician in Broward County suggested Dr. Bhatt to me for best quality medical treatment. Please visit Dr. Bhattis clinic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, if youre searching for a diverticulitis surgeon! I highly recommend her, she is an expert with diverticulitis and sever constipation treatment.

Sthefany Mayumi Dr. Bhatt is an excellent general and colorectal surgeon. She cares for her patients with authenticity, kindness, and empathy. She performed diverticulitis and colon surgery with great precision. I was able to have a faster recovery. She addressed all of my questions. Did post-operative follow-up; getting an appointment was quick. She is quite busy but pays close attention to patient care. She is completely focused on patient care and is one of the greatest care providers in Broward County. I strongly suggest her.

Leticia Lopes Dr. Bhatt is an excellent colorectal and general surgeon. She is sincere, kind, and empathetic in her treatment of her patients. She was extremely precise in her colorectal and diverticulitis surgeries. I was able to recuperate more quickly. She responded to all of my inquiries. It was simple to get an appointment for post-operative follow-up. Despite her hectic schedule, she manages to give the patients the care they need. Heidi Hamilton I went to Broward Health North for the first time in January of 2025 for a hip replacement. All of the staff that worked with me were so kind and genuinely seemed to care about my well being. From the admissions nurse to the person who took me to get ready for surgery to the nurses and anesthesiologist all the way to post-op everyone explained what was happening and what was going to happen and made sure that I was at ease. I believe it was the best experience a person could have who needs surgery.

I visit twice a year with my relative and the office staff always greets her with warmth, compliments her, and generally make her feel like shes seen and appreciated. They greet me too, and they remember me when I call. Dr. Hazel Wiley takes time to talk with her and understand whats going on. She explains things thoroughly and doesnt ever make me feel rushed. Of all the doctor visits we do in a regular basis, this one is the most pleasant.

Jennifer Russell This is one of the best Memorial Hospitals in the System. I go here for all of my labs and imaging studies and Im in and out very quickly and treated amazingly. I have also been here several times in the ER, yes Im accident prone, once just recently for broken ribs and other issues from a car accident. Everyone in the ER was amazing and very empathetic to my issues. Also, this Hospital is always clean and they for hand hygiene protocols!!! Highly recommend this Hospital!!!

Laura Reese I waited over two hours to speak to the doctor to review my lab reports. The ultrasounds were taken close to a month ago. I never received a call from the doctors to let me know the reports were even in. Then to learn about the outcome, I had to schedule another appointment to come in person to review them. Once the doctor came into the room, she told me exactly what was on the PDF that I had already read. No new information. Literally wasted my entire morning, and the whole process was completely insufficient and inefficient. If you live in South Florida – I recommend going up to West Palm for your doctors appointment, especially if it has to do with female care because what you provide here is bare minimum and offers no actual help or direction.

Vincent Lepore Never in my life have I been treated as poorly as Personal Physician Care has treated me. I called to refill my albuterol inhaler for asthma which I have suffered from my entire life. Every single month I have to call and have the same prescription authorized after asking them to extend it multiple times, which they promised they would, but never did. They say their hours are 8-5, but they close down and turn on the answering service every day around 4:20pm. When I finally got a hold of someone, she informed me that to continue receiving my inhaler, I need to visit the Dr every six months or they will refuse to fill it. I have suffered from asthma for over 25 years and never in my life has that been a requirement, asthma is not something that can be cured or treated with an office visit. It’s very clear they want to collect copays as much as possible and do NOT care about their patients. I was told by Lisa that it’s MY fault I can’t get my prescription filled because I didn’t come in, when she was the first person to tell me this was required. I asked for documentation on the policy, which she couldn’t provide. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, this place values money over people and treats you like a number. I’ve spent over 2 hours each month trying to coordinate a refill of a simple asthma inhaler. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by supposed “professionals” I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Florida State Health Department on this matter.

Alex Talarico I call to review my labwork because it appeared to be a mistake or inaccuracy and for the few minutes to call and discuss this I was charged a consult and sent a bill. As a courtesy to a repeat patient if the call is a simple "hey whats up w this, could it be inaccurate?" I would not expect a full on consultation bill.

Robert Jones I’m new to the area and they took my insurance so I figured it was worth a try. I scheduled with the PA and he was very thorough and I never felt rushed. I had a lot of concerns and he discussed and addressed each one (I had been without insurance for a few months prior so they had piled up). The front office staff is also great which is a big deal because that can really hurt an office. I’ve only had one visit but so far I have nothing but great things to say.

Alpha Sports Go elsewhere, since HCA has taken over this practice has gone to hell. Phones arent answered , rings out to a fax machine half the time. 99.9% of employees have n awful attitude, if you like a doctor or nurse enjoy the time you have with them because this place is a revolving door , new employees every time n they all are so rude. Dr takes 48 hours to refill medication , its awful .

Lori F Zero stars if I could. AVOID HCA LIKE THE PLAGUE. HCA was convicted of Medicare fraud in the 80s under Rick Scott and had to pay $1.7 billion in fines. Dont understand why they continued to operate after that criminal offense but they do. I had been a patient at Heart and Health Institute that consisted of both primary care and cardiology for maybe 20 years. I was happy and their services were excellent. Then HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) took over Heart and Health, both primary care and cardiology. I saw Dr. Guisto who passed shortly after the takeover and since have seen Dr. Mahmood. I also saw Dr. Garfield, cardiologist. Their pricing changed, they made up rules that a visit had to be 15 minutes or less. They became almost unresponsive when called and everyone I talked to seemed miserable. Then Dr. Garfield got fired for not agreeing to their ludicrous rule for 15 minute visit limitations with patients. Before they fired him though, they took his office away just to humiliate and hammer in the nails of their ideology. I continued to see Dr. Mahmood despite that. Well, Havent seen doctor Mahmood this year yet in person. Had one televisit which went well. Last week I tried to make an appointment with him for an issue. Couldnt get through on the phone. Just rings through to vm no matter what time of day. Left various voice mails. Never got a return call. So I logged into the portal and used the messaging service. No response. Since Ive been using the same number I found that another physician in the group, Dr. E. Sabates had a different phone number. So I called it and after a very long wait they finally answered. I asked to make an appointment with Dr. Mahmood. She took all my information and asked what I needed to see him for. I told her. I also said I logged into the portal and messaged that I need a prescription refill that was never answered. She continued asking questions. It was a strange conversation and finally I asked about the refill and the appointment. Then she said Dr. Mahmood quit. I was thinking best thing he ever did and then thought it weird that she didnt just say that in the beginning. But then she asked if I wanted to see another doctor there. Dr. M is my primary. I asked why no one replied to my messages or voice mail to tell me he was gone. Her reply "Well we have over 300 patients and we cant call everyone back." HMM, thought that was your exact job. Well, now its over 299 after that response! This isnt how healthcare is supposed to work. But maybe HCA, youre still paying back the $1.7 billion in fines. Keep up the 15 minute visits so you can nickle and dime every insurance company in Florida every day.

Folz Phil Good practice in general but the female Doctor, Sood is quiet slow on her timing! Waiting over an hour to be seen is not a good sign as a new patient to this place. I want a doctor who cares about me as a patient & pays attention to my health needs. If am to continue with dem, I will be requesting a switch in doctors with the office manager.

Bonnie Goloski My PCP listens and addresses any concerns and has never made me feel less than. Office staff are prompt and pleasant, waiting area and exam rooms clean and organized. Prompt appointment time and you can actually speak to someone to ask questions and schedule appointments. Patient portal is easy to access and email concerns or request for refills are addressed promptly. I am very pleased with service provided in this facility. I am a retired nurse from Pa. who worked in many fields and always look for respect, quality care and professionalism.

Alexey Filonov One of the useless visits Ive ever had. My son visited DR. HINA T. GUPTA today. Waited for 1 hour for the appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance and having a 5-minute session with a doctor paying $170, not having all of the questions answered and the doctor literally escaped saying goodbye and leaving some questions unanswered

Debbie R Horrible! 11:15 appointment but didnt get in until 1:10 (12:30 came and they all took a lunch break with patients still waiting). Bathroom not clean. Room had bodily fluid from previous patient still on the floor - clean up with a spin mop!

Amara Wilson Waited two extra hours to be seen, Dr. Zeller looked at me was in and out, did not help at all or listen to my concerns. If your appointment is at 9, expect to be seen at 12:45. Would not recommend any friends or family here the entire office is disorganized. Would give 0 stars if I could

Lillian Rodriguez My experience was exceptional! It was my first appointment , I filled out paperwork, was seen by the doctor and diagnosed all in approximately an hour and a half. I arrived at 8 am and was out the door at 9:20 am. The doctor knew exactly what was going on with me. When she read my symptoms, she did some evaluating test exercises and was quickly able to diagnose me.. I was very impressed, Dr. Gupta knows exactly what she is doing. I have already recommended her. I am very pleased with my new ENT! The whole staff is wonderful, they were polite, professional and efficient. My experience was excellent!

cristin yaccarino I would send any of my family here. There was barely a 10 minute wait, I was seen so quickly I was shocked. The doctors and nurses were so good to me. I wound up having 3 broken ribs, they made me comfortable in every way. Very clean environment and didnt leave feeling worried about anything. Thank each and everyone of you all for what you do. Keep up the good work!

Kerri Nowak Dad’s been in and out of the hospital for years, so we’ve been to many hospitals over the years, and Imperial Point has been the best by far. Every staff member- doctors, nurses, maintenance, cafeteria- are kind and helpful. I’m not sure how administrators achieved such a positive climate, but they should be commended. Even the elevators are fast yet smooth. I’m trying to find one point of criticism to balance this review, but I’m at a loss to find anything they could improve on. I guess it would be to get a place like this in my home city.

Matthew Coelho After being in a car accident, my partner and I both went to get checked out at broward health imperial point emergency room. We had taken a look on Google Maps for which emergency room had decent ratings and are so glad we chose this hospital. We were seen quickly and everybody was both attentive and very nice.

Nick Clark I Let me start by saying, going to the ER when youre 1800 miles away from home is no joke. But man, let me tell you, this ER I walked into was something else. I didnt even have time to sit down before they whisked me straight into a room. The doc wasted no time and got right to the evaluation. Im talking treatment started within 10 minutes of me arriving. Can you believe that? But heres the real kicker - the team working there was absolutely amazing. Im talking next-level incredible. They made it a point to remember my name, which blew my mind considering how many patients they must see. Nurse Ashley was the real deal. She had this smoothness about her, like she could draw blood with her eyes closed and still have time to crack a joke. She was like my reassuring sidekick through it all. And let me tell you about Alex, the EMT who was on break. We talked like wed known each other for years. It was like having a buddy right there by my side, keeping me company during the whole ordeal. It made the whole experience a lot less scary. Then there was Rochelle, fresh out of nursing school but you wouldnt have known it. This girl was a pro in every sense of the word. She had this calm and poise about her that made me forget about the pain I was in whenever she was around. She handled getting me to CT and back like it was a walk in the park. And lets not forget Karen, the radiology tech. This lady was pure love and comfort. Her gentle spirit turned what could have been a horrible experience into something so much better. Im forever grateful to have met her. Honestly, this was hands down the best ER Ive ever been to. Id give it a solid 10/10 and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. They know how to do things right.

Cindy Levi Excellent experience! ALL staff were kind, courteous, friendly, compassionate, and thorough with their examination. They took the time to answer questions and explain what was happening. Staff was knowledgeable and the facility was clean. Test results were also explained in detail. Listened to the patient. RN Crystal and PA Stephane were awesome! Would highly recommend this facility!

Analia R Excellent service, the doctors are professional and care the patient, my children go to Pediatrics associates since born , I tried to find always the same doctor they know or at least remember my babies, more than 10 years I go to the same company, I am very happy with pediatrics associates. I always go to the Hollywood for Dr Liza Ayuso but sometimes for Dr Ray Acevedo, she recommends him long time ago and still follows him because he care, is professional and excellent Dr as Dr Liza Ayuso.

Leo The staff is good, but the waiting time is incredibly frustrating. It doesn’t seem to matter if you have a scheduled appointment. Over the past 4-5 visits, we’ve had to wait at least an hour before a doctor could see our child. What’s the point of arriving on time? We might as well show up 45 minutes late and only wait a few minutes. They keep saying that we have a balance owing because they don’t have updated insurance on file and the only way to update it is by calling the billing department. Well, good luck getting hold of someone there. We have been calling several time and each time on hold for at least one hour before hanging up as no one picks up. I explained this to the clinic and all they suggest is to keep calling…

Johana Marotta I have been taking my 3 year old to different Pediatric Associate’s since he was a newborn, and this office blows them all out of the water! The care from all staff is amazing! The receptionist, nurses, physicians assistants and doctors are all so welcoming. I would love to mention Erika McMullen. She is the only person my children will sit still for. It is so nice to have someone who listens and does not rush through appointments. Overall, I am so happy with this office. We have finally found a provider that we will stick with! Thank you guys!!!!

Rosemarie Wallace Ive never had a doctors visit where I didnt feel rushed or felt like they didnt care about me. But this was so different. Dr Janice Borrows is amazing - she was so attentive and patient. The nurses are also amazing and they actually booked my follow up appointment for 2 other doctors for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctors office
