Jane Jackson Bayfront physician, Dr. Wilson, has been my primary for six years. I have never sat in a waiting room or examination room for more than 10 minutes without someone addressing my needs. Dr Wilson is very thorough about reviewing the bloodwork results with you and making sure you understand it also. She listens to her patients and includes them in the formulation of a wellness plan and her office usually follows through a couple of days after the appointment to ensure everything is still good.

Chris Easterbrook Dr. Wilson and her staff are great. Dr. Wilson is very friendly and not pushy. She takes the time to go over everything and then makes her recommendations. Its a refreshing change from the usual in and out from the doctor, but usually a nurse practitioner, from my previous visits at a different office. I totally recommend going to see her if you can.

Rachael Parkison After years of being treated by military physicians and dreading interactions with doctors, I had the best medical experience of my life with Dr. Kumar-Pelayo. She spent at least 30 mins in the room, asking me a series of questions about my medical past, social history, and current symptoms - not based off a checklist, but sitting face to face with her computer closed, paying attention. She is very thorough and a clear communicator, on top of having a stellar bedside manner. Her expertise was clearly displayed, but she was able to explain everything in a manner that made it easy to understand the next steps we were taking and why. I simply cannot say enough good things to explain how positive my experience was with Dr. Kumar-Pelayo. If you have to see a neurologist for any reason, she should absolutely be your first call.

Ariane Davis Dr. Meghna Kumar-Pelayo has helped change my life by telling me the truth, that I didn’t want to hear, and by listening carefully and giving me 10/10 medical guidance on conditions that I never would have considered. I had a “stroke” in August which we now think was never a stroke but a bad migraine. Bloodwork and imaging showed nothing but it was very clear I had stroke-like symptoms. I continued to have these episodes and had to dismiss a doctor for wanting to send me to the ER again and not listening to me knowing I wasn’t having a stroke. I had migraines with postpartum preeclampsia that were severe and debilitating so I never considered that they could be the cause of the health issues that I’ve experienced lately that are bringing down my quality of life but not severely. I also consider being on the verge of death as severe so it can be difficult to communicate symptoms at times which is why I love Dr. Kumar-Pelayo because many times doctors think Im over-exaggerating when I really underestimate because there’s no real guidance on a scale of severity. Thank you! This medication is life changing and I’d give you a kiss on the mouth if I could but that would be weird!

Also, there was a call from another very effieient team member to schedule my imaging appointment. Not a doctor equipped to take care of patients with mental health. Office staff scheduled me an appt that was out of the range Anton preferred. She gave me refills for every other medication I needed but 1. No one from the office could give the courtesy of a phone call, so now I’m out of refills and their response was for me to go to an ER. Would not give me a courtesy full of a couple to get me through to a new appt they had to schedule me, because the office scheduled me the wrong appt in the first place. I’ve never had an issue with any other doctor my entire life. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety/depression disorders since I was a child. Now I’m being withheld medication. For a diagnosed mental health condition I’m being told to go to the ER because of a scheduling error on their part.

Annie Nguyen Dr. Oppenheim was unprofessional, impatient, and inattentive in her assessment and care of my family. When listening to their descriptions of discomfort and pain, she would often cut them off and move on without any discussion or solution. After providing several instances of feedback to the office, we were informed that her behavior was due to a language barrier, even though a translator from the family or Baycare was always present. Dr. Oppenheim would also take inaccurate clinical notes, misgendering the patient and even recording described symptoms on the incorrect side of the body. I would not recommend anyone seeking care from Dr. Oppenheim, especially if you are a person of color. There are many thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional physicians who will and can truly dedicate themselves to your families.

Joe P Great walk-in alternative to a hospital Emergency Room. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Don’t mistake this for a typical urgent care center that has primary care physicians. This place has true board certified Emergency doctors. Having said that, if you think you’re having a stroke or heart attack, call an ambulance because only a ride to a hospital emergency room can definitively treat such conditions and have hospital backup for the next steps under the same roof.

Mary OHara I never go anywhere else for urgent care than GuideWell. I did in the past but no urgent care centers measures up! Today was a perfect example. I could make an appointment and be seen at that time. Front dest staff are warm and affable. Medical staff are outstanding. Dr Natale took excellent care of me today. She is so outstanding. lori mcbrayer I was having some stomach issues and visited GuideWell Emergency Doctors in St. Petersburg. I was very impressed from the start. I was able to make an appointment and fill out paperwork before arrival on my phone. I was in the waiting room in 5 minutes and the doctor was with me within 15 minutes. The facility itself was immaculate and everyone greeted me kindly. My doctor spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough in listening to my symptoms. I was very impressed I was able to have a ct scan and labs while there. I was so happy to have a diagnosis and I am finally feeling better. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Definitely will be using this location with health emergencies in the future.

Travis Head I came in for wax build in my ear, not only did they do a great job cleaning it out they offered a same day ear test. I usually have to wait weeks to get back in for a hearing test. Very friendly and tooth doctors took there time and explained everything they were doing to include the results of my hearing test. I would recommend Dr. Morrow and his team to anyone having hearing problems. Outstanding staff from the beginning to the end of the visit.

C E Dr Cano is a good Dentist. I haven’t met the one that do the cleaning. Dr Cano is really patient with the patients. He takes his time because he wants to do a good job. He’s friendly with his patients. He’s really good and takes serious his job. I had a crown in my front teeth and came about two weeks. That was good. His assistants are wonderful. The place is always clean. I really recommend this place. They’ve all friendly. I like that. Today, I’m getting my second crown. He put the anesthesia and I didn’t feel anything. He can play some music if you want, while the teeth get numb. His assistant is really good on her job. Really professional. Don’t get full that she’s young. She knows her job and she makes sure that you’re comfortable and Dr Cano too. The rest of the place is really good. They have breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday at 11:30am and is really good. They also have activities during the week. They’re bilinguals, which is good. I’m satisfied with this place. They also have Dr Ramos. He’s a good Physician. He takes his time and listen to you. They have Labcorp in the Center, for lab which is a plus.. They have a Therapist. The people that come to this place are really friendly. They also have a Stylist. She’s really good. She does hair and pain your nails. You have to make an appointment though, but it’s worth it. They have Vans for transportation, which is good if you need to go to an appointment. I recommend this place.

Nickolaus Pacione The aspect I had to get used to; it was similar to working Remcor is that coming here I need an interpreter because its main language spoken Central American Spanish; some of the staff members are English-language speaking though if you are one of the groups raised with a house hold thats other than English you have to use Bing Translate or Google Translate to help with navigation. This doctors office is walking distance from me. I explained to Yandy how one of my cousins who is Italio-Puerto Rican heritage and myself who had a mix thats more common in Stockholm, Sweden than it is in Greater Chicago, Illinois. The language barrier is something that would create tension on NextDoor: St. Pete so thats something I would suggest Yandy getting on the network Writing.com because shes one of the dual-language speakers. This greedy money hungry office will let you die before they refill your maintenance prescription if it means they can’t charge your insurance for another visit. This practice is morally sick and doesn’t care about their patients only how they can profit off them.

Robin Carter Overall experience was excellent couldn’t ask for better service! Taken care of in a timely manner very thorough Dr and nurse both receptor to listening to the patient. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have children because we know children don’t like to wait for anything, especially when they don’t feel well. Neither do adults!!! I appreciated their kindness and the Sincerity in which they cared for me!!!

Margo Allison I am a reoccurring patient here due to chronic illness and every time I have been here I have been properly and thoroughly cared for. The staff is always so kind and professionally personable. From security, to the front desk, to nurses, and doctors- everyone has always provided a pleasant experience and environment. It has always a quick but not rushed process and productive in getting relief and follow up medication.

Shanon Kelly This is the second time I have come to this location and this hospital in general and I highly recommend the nurses treat you like family here and the doctors are amazing and youre usually just in and out no wait time so with that being said definitely come here to get taken care of and it quickly manner but also proper manner!! Devan Meinert Visited this ER at 3:30 AM to avoid inner city ER madness. Was absolutely the best ER experience I have ever had. The nurse brought me back to my room before I even finished checking in at the front desk, and the doctor visited me within 10 minutes of walking into the building. Was discharged within an hour and fifteen minutes of arriving. Fantastic service.

Noah Von Dauber Ive never had a faster experience at a hospital. I was called back less than five minutes after I signed in, and my MRI technician was super friendly and explained everything to me very simply.

Joshua Carey My experience was quite a scary one, given my condition, and the fact that I required a major amputation. However, the entire staff at St Anthonys, especially nurse Rachel Hopkins, made me feel at ease with positive attitudes and great information. The open communication really also helped me feel at ease, and made me feel a part of my own treatment, it really was something Ive never experienced at any other hospital. Paul Harris The staff was excellent, professional, very thorough. They were informative when an emergency came in and told me they might be a delay, but they get to me as quick as possible. Which was very quick. The full procedure took about six hours. I was grateful for everything they did and left knowing that I was not in bad health. Thanks for the nurses staff and doctors. They treated me.

TIFFANY MATONDO On 3/3/25 my daughter and I came into the ER staff was amazing and very professional I was admitted by a ER doctor for my low iron , a few hours go by and I a room upstairs my daughter had work in a few hours so the charge nurse allowed her to stay with me which that was very nice of her . So around 5 am while my daughter was changing into her work clothes in a nearby restroom a nurse in training by the name of Summer came to my right bedside looking right a my daughter saying you said you was leaving and she could clearly see she was doing just that Summer told my daughter I’ll leave once you leave which at this moment we both were feeling uncomfortable which asked for another nurse and the charge nurse Summer continued to be rude and very unprofessional. She left the room came back with a paperwork saying sign since you want to leave against medical advice which push the paperwork away and I’m not signing this which I video of the blank document. Summer then decide to remove my IV without a doctor’s approval because another came in saying the doctor had order 3 bag’s of Iron and now they can’t give them to me because my I V was removed the doctor wanted to know why , at this time there’s nothing else to do on my end but leave they didn’t want me to have a wheelchair but a nurse was kind enough to find me one . Now 3/5/25 I had to return the hospital again for the same reasons I received a blood transfusion . In 3-4&3/4/25 I also received a blood transfusion but since summer had removed my IV and made it look like I wanted to leave against medical advice they said I wasn’t admitted it was just an observation this was a total lie. Someone is trying cover Summer for her wrong doing I could have died.
