Ellie Hall LOVE the new owners! I went in today needing a manicure for a wedding that I’m playing guitar at in a couple of days. So I needed a few of my nails kept short, but wanted the rest long. Sally did it, no problem, and even said for me to come back in after the wedding and she’ll make the rest long to match! All the employees there were exceptionally kind, the salon is nice and clean, the manicure is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

Natisha Henry This place is awful and i will not be back. I got a $30 pedicure and brung my own gel polish. They charged me $50. I asked why and they said 15 for gel and 5 for scrubbing my feet. I was pissed and this place is horrible. On top of scamming me on the bill, the person who did my pedicure was rough and wasnt even going to scrub my feet with scrub stuff and that is the main thing about a pedicure. I do not recommend this place not even to my dog.

COURTNEY SCOTT I’ve been going to this salon on and off for 5yrs when I can get in with my sister who also does nails. The owner was nice, funny, and professional which is why I returned each time. Today, my services felt rushed. I was the only person getting my nails done beside a woman getting a pedicure. I chose a solid nude(matte) with a shiny tip. Most of my nails came out fine but there were a few that had imperfections within the foundation of the powdered acrylic, because (I’m assuming) a thin layer was applied so after it was buffed out it appeared to not be a solid base nude but it was smooth. I asked if it was anything he could do to fix it, maybe with a rhinestone or something to hide it. He proceeded to assure me that it wasn’t that bad. Despite me not being happy, and him knowing I wasn’t, he still took my money without further accommodations. I called him and expressed my concern, and his words were, YOU PICKED THE POWDER, I DIDNT. ITS THE POWDER! YOU JUST WANT A DISCOUNT. Mind you, money is and has NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE! I just wanted good quality nails and service. It’s Mother’s Day weekend. I haven’t had my nails done is forever and I just wanted them to be right. I won’t be returning!

Janelle Marcinko Leaving a review over a week later because I just can’t get over how bad everything turned out. I came in for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. The main reason I get pedicures is to relieve pain from my ingrown toenails , my technician butchered my toes and I was in pain the entire time. Despite my reactions he didn’t stop and somehow managed after all that to not even remove them? It’s been Mabye a week and a half and my feet are still in pain not to mention the gel manicure I received has already started peeling off of several nails and completely off of one. I should have said something but I finished at closing and didn’t want to deal with it all that late. Overall this is the first and last time I will visit this salon, 85$ down the drain.

Lindsey Anderson So I usually love this place but a week ago I had the worst experience. My nail tech made me feel i was the biggest inconvenience. Was on her phone before starting nails and in between for minutes at a time. She didn’t know I had asked for a pedi, and mani so when it came time for the mani, she seemed to give off this attitude that she didn’t have time for me to get my nails done. I asked for gel, and not even a week later they are peeling. I wasn’t offered a drink and everyone around me was. I go out of my way to go here but Idk if i will next time. I had Bao a long time ago and he was AMAZING, but i had someone different this past time and she made me not want to go back.

Caitlin Bartlett I had a very painful experience as he hit my cuticles several times with the nail drill and filed the sides of my nails to the skin. My nails are uneven and look very unprofessional. I would not consider having them fix them as I have open skin around my cuticles. I am very disappointed, especially for the price. I wanted to share here so people can make an informed decision. I was excited to try this place based on positive reviews and pictures. I just did not receive the same level of service others have shared.

Jessica Moulton Came in for a new SNS set and pedicure. Despite choosing one of the deluxe pedicures, it was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had. Felt like the nail tech was in a huge rush to be somewhere. I had requested SNS set several times but the tech started to pull out acrylic powder before I reminded her again. She changed to SNS but one week later they’re all popping off. I’ve been getting SNS for years and have never had this happen. They typically stay on and don’t need to be filled for 2-3 weeks. I’ve never had them pop off before. Obviously they don’t know how to apply SNS properly here.

Christina B I absolutely love this place every time I go in there, I challenge them. They meet my expectations every time. It may look a little bit different from the picture that I show them but always happy with the end result. They work well together as a team to make sure you get the best results for what you asked for. Theyre pedicures are very relaxing better than a lot of places Ive been. I will be going there for now on for sure.

Karly Warren This is only my second time here. I was so excited to find a salon that cared for their clients and left them feeling happy. But today that all changed! After today I left feeling very sad and upset as well as several fingers now sore with cuts on them. My tech Kelly was rushing so fast she cut 3 of my fingers with the nail file right as she started my fill in. Then when I asked her for some antiseptic spray or anything to help with the burning sensation she replied with so do you want a sticker. I had to pull my hand away several times due to my tech cutting my fingers and making them bleed. Once painted it was still burning from the file cuts and reluctantly i chose to get a pedi also. Then the same thing started happening with my toes. She cut me with the foot file and I mentioned to please slow down so she could stop cutting me and making me bleed. Then she clipped my pinky toe nail too far and that bleed as well. I’m not very pleased with spending almost $100 to leave with wounds from your technician. I didn’t receive any concern from the staff regarding my complaint. Just told that will be $97 for your services today. This is very disappointing. I would love to say I would recommend your salon to someone else but I’m not sure I will be. Once I got home I realized the sides of my nails are NOT painted as well as my nails are not filed all the way. Perhaps that was because of the cuts the tech cause which prevented her from filing them once filled but I’m not the professional. But I do know it is not safe per osha guide lines. kate l They were extremely rude to my grandma. They refused to do any type of design and said it was “too much” when it was the simplest design they could ask for. The boss called out the lady that was doing my grandma’s nails which I appreciate. The one doing my grandma’s nails, got very rough and rude while the boss and the person doing my grandmas nails, were going back and forth. The nails also broke after not even having them for a week. My grandma high tipped everyone that touch and her daughter after being treated that way too only because she felt bad for them. I go to a high end professional to get my nails done and they never only last under a week.

Price was good also. My daughter had her first mani, but she also had acrylics put on by Jolene. She was very happy were her new look. Now she is ready for her cruise.

Bree Came in for a gel pedicure and regular manicure for the first time today. I’m extremely picky about nail salons and have had a heck of a time finding a good one. This salon is very clean, they obviously take great care regarding sanitation and Bee did an amazing job! Many places make me bleed and she was so gentle and mindful of me! I will be returning again and again.

Lisa Lewis This is my first time here. I am new to Florida and have been looking for a reputable nail salon. When I say I’ve had some bad experiences in Daytona Beach and Atlanta where I’ve lived for 10 years I mean it. I saw Nail Affair and researched it and wanted to give it a try. I have to say I am not only impressed I am hooked the first time. Ethan did my nails and he is a perfectionist and is very detailed in his work. My nails look like the come straight from my skin. They are absolutely gorgeous. I finally found my go to spot. I highly recommend Nail Affair. You won’t be disappointed. I am very pleased with my nails. Army Green matte with shiny tips.

Alexandra Franchella I must first applaud this salon’s attention to cleanliness, as they take a few extra precautions that other salons do not. On the negative side, my manicurist injured me during my simple dip manicure, nicking me multiple times with haste and leaving a very deep cut on my index finger. The day after my manicure, I am noticing more evidence of nicks and imperfections in the nail job. The manicurist paid good attention to detail, however I did spend much longer than was customary for a dip removal + application. After almost two hours, I left quite discouraged and did not feel that I would return to this salon.

S K The pros are that this place is beautiful, the check in process was very friendly and efficient and it’s easy to get an appointment. The negatives are that it is very expensive, and I went in for a service where I asked for a color by number, showed him the color, and he painted an entirely wrong color I hate. When he asked if I liked the color, I said does the sparkle come after? And he’s like why didn’t you tell me it was wrong and I said because it looked like a base color to the sparkle I had chosen. He got an attitude and said this is what you asked for, I insisted on showing him the book where there was no other color by that number and, in fact, the color I had asked for correctly was the only one by that number and looked nothing like what he painted on me. I was very polite but he had an attitude with me and tried to make it as though his mistake was my fault. He finally asked if I wanted it repainted clearly not wanting to do that and I said no because I had already been there over an hour at that point, let’s just get this over with and not wanting to waste any more of his time because I was already unhappy with the service and the outcome. He finally apologized and when it was clear I was not happy he tried to do the rest of the pedicure I guess and put oil on me for a massage. I said no thank you at this point and have never had someone try to massage you after the pedicure is done so it was just awkward. So no massage, no paraffin, a color that looks like a blank base, and they charged me $50. No opportunity to speak to a manager and no concession for a terrible pedicure. Will not be back.

katie crouch They do the absolute bare minimum and charge the same prices. I had a dip manicure done, they put on the wrong color and didn’t fix it. Had a pedicure done and they didn’t do the soak before starting, and rushed me out before letting my toes dry. Will not be going back.

Cailiosa Dempsey First experience there was 10/10 unfortunately the second was not. I got a fill and asked them to shorten it a little bit and and he shortened pretty much 3/4 of the nail. I was getting a design and the poor kid tried but it was so god awful I had him just paint them all one color. Absolutely will not be back. Waste of my money. Needed them for a photo session now they’re ugly. I think it 100% depends who you get at this salon. Nail polish completely uneven and bubbles. Literally cried in the car. Will not be back

Ashley Cooper Horowitz I wanted to like this place. It was conveniently located, staff were nice, felt clean, easy to make appointments. The two regular gel manicures (on natural nails) I got here previously all lifted within 2 weeks. Tried one more time yesterday with a full set. The nail shape is fine but that is about it. When asked if they could clean up the gel polish on my skin I was told, “it’ll come off when you scrub your hands”. We’re talking three to four fingers on each hand with polish. Once I was in the car in different lighting and my hands had fully dried since washing them, I realized just how awful my cuticles looked. No care was taken to them. Almost as if that part of a manicure wasn’t included in getting a full set? Is cuticle care/trimming separate? I don’t think anyone should have to scrub polish off of their fingers or take cuticle clippers to clean up the mess after they get home. It wasn’t even that busy yesterday when I was there. It had been much busier the first two times I went. Unfortunately, the search for a good nail salon continues.

Sarah The technician was nice and did a good job; however I found the entire needs to be refreshed. From a dirty bathroom, dusty baseboards, old tired rags to the actual tabletop where they do your nails ( the bar). Was there over 2 hrs and never offered a water and was nickeled and dimed on fees.

Chambers of Care This place is hit or miss. The last 4 times have been total miss, and Im finished with coming here and cant recommend. Firstly I had an ombre full set put on and all the nails were mishapened, dented, too thick, too thin. 3 of them needed to be replaced in a week. The next visit was to take the nails off and to do a mani and Pedi. They put my entire hands in bags filled with harsh nail polish remover. My hands are still recovering. Then every nail was done terribly without all acrylic being removed and an abrasive manicure overall. I had to return a few hours later and have someone else remove the acrylic properly. Next time I specifically requested no machine or scraping be done on cuticles but to have them cut. Which alot of places cut corners and dont do it. An English speaking worker , forget her name, came and did it for me and it was a great manicure. But my pedicure was done with polish that was obviously no good because it wouldnt full dry. Now today I start before I even sit down to repeat that I want the cuticles cut, only cut. She starts using the machine, ignoring me and saying " file then cut " ... I said it again , she repeated herself. Then the polish I originally wanted was obviously expired but the tech didnt admit that herself and correct the issue even tho it was obvious . I had to finally stop her. Lyn came over and blamed it on being neon color and then said all neons like this, which isnt true as Ive used these colors for years. Then she said its happening because its expired maybe... But only after I was told to pick another color that also looked expired. There were a lot of bottles which appeared to have gone bad. When the same thing happened I objected and told her to clean my nails completely off. I was done. I got up to pay and asked them to take something off since I couldnt get them painted. They insist its same price polish or not, but obviously I wanted polish and couldnt complete the service because of their expired products and bad service. They made every excuse. Not only do I come weekly, I always tip well. I was prepared to walk out without paying and let them call police... My cuticles and nail and skin are all damaged. Definitely didnt get the service I wanted and was forced to pay for! You can see for yourself the polish on my pedicure was expired. And you can see the nails look worse than when I came in. The photos prove the cuticles werent cut and abrasive techniques were used. As well, nothing is sterilized or opened new which is legally required, it is very unhygenic in there.

Shari Bentzel Bong gave me a French manicure for my birthday on a Friday. When I left, she told me to come back if anything went wrong. On Monday they started chipping so I called and she immediately got me in and redid four of them, and added fresh clear polish over ALL of them, including cuticle oil. She sent me on my way and told me to come back if anything else went wrong! APPRECIATE this excellent customer service!!!

Jody Oehmke I was unable to make an appointment with my usual place...I had a timeline to remain on...so I decided to try another nail salon... what a lovely place and I had an amazing experience with Miss. Tina.... she blended the coral pink acrylic I had done in the Bahamas with a more natural pink and gave me a lovely French tip. The whole staff was friendly and the work is quality and done efficiently. The salon is clean and the energy and vibe was relaxing. The lovely Miss Tina gave me a new client special and supplied me with a rewards card...$5 off the 10th service...and the price was right. I definitely will be coming back to see Miss Tina and I appreciate the good business practices that can be rare to find these days...a little gem.

The Simple Things RUN DONT WALK! I called earlier today for me and my family to come by. It was originally supposed to be 4 of us but we had two more join. The nail techs were so nice and accommodated for all 6 of us. We had our elderly grandmother with us and the nail tech even helped her get out of her seat after her pedicure was done to take her to the manicure station. The ladies were thorough, quick, and friendly they did an absolutely amazing job! Just four of them completed two sets of acrylic manicures, 1 gel pedicure , 3 men pedicures, and 2 regular nail color pedicures in about two hours. Considering how fast they worked you’d think our nails would be questionable but that was not the case at all. My nails and my friends nails came out AMAZING! I would give more stars but I can only give 5. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed. I’m going here for now on they are so professional and sweet and they didn’t make it seem like they just wanted my money they were all about the excellent customer service. When it was time for me to pay she even slowly calculated the price of each person so I knew the total was correct. If you want amazing nails and excellent customer service BOOK NOW!

Lisa Price I am convinced that these people do not know what they are doing. I’m new to Florida and I live in Daytona Beach. I went to get new license in the building where this nail salon is located. The same day we left my husband and I went out to dinner and he noticed one of my nail’s the color had peeled completely off. I forgot to mention I asked for black matte with shiny tips. This man said he knew what he was doing and the shiny tip he put down to the side and polished extremely sloppy. Anyway, I went back the next day to have them fixed and long and behold later that night another nail started to peel and my toe nails as well. I have never experienced anything like this since I’ve been getting my nails done in the early 90’s $100 down the drain. Upon looking at the reviews these people need to pack up and close. This is just ridiculous! I will never ever come back. In fact they did such a horrible job I’m going to learn how to do nails. This is such an embarrassment. Tia Steward I wanted my old set taken off and the guy was about to give me a fill in and when I told him I wanted a new full set he seemed to have an attitude about. He then proceeded to use this tool to rip off the acrylic from my nails without soaking. When he got to my left hand he made my pointer finger bleed so bad that when he got the rest of the nail off I got up and left the salon. I will never go back here. I should’ve known something was wrong when I saw only 2 people working during the afternoon when it’s suppose to be busy

J Tee I went to this place because it was local, I had stopped by earlier to ask the price for regular manicure ( my own nails) with french tips. The price quoted was $20 but the owner said she would give me a better price when I come in. The woman didn’t have pink I wanted for the nails so I had to settle for flesh tone, she did a horrible job & charged me $30!!! When I said No because that was not the price quoted, she got very loud & stern… insisting on the money, finally I gave her $25 but was very displeased! DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they should never be in business !!

Sue Stocks Incredibly rude, unprofessional, rough, bait and switch. I went in with a friend while our kids were at hockey practice next door - she wanted a pedicure and I currently had dip on my nails and wanted a dip manicure. When I requested that, they said no problem and we both sat down. The woman there did my friends pedicure and the man there did my nails (there was noone else there). When I first sat down he took out cuticle nippers and started to try to pick the dip off of my nails which is the complete incorrect way to remove it! I stopped him and told him that my nails were very thin from using gel polish for so long and thats why I had dip on them (to protect them), and he needed to soak it off to remove it properly. He did, and then started to apply acrylic to my nails. I stopped him and said that I wanted dip, not acrylic. Both employees persisted to try to convince me that I needed acrylic and that dip wasnt good for thin nails (I know thats not true from my regular nail tech at home). He told me that he couldnt do dip because he didnt have the materials, although I saw them right there next to me on the shelf. He tried to tell me that he didnt have the bonder, only the powder. I told him that he shouldve told me when I first arrived before he even touched my nails that they couldnt accommodate my request, as I specifically asked for dip powder. At first I stopped him and said Id just get nothing, but then decided to just get a regular manicure. All along they are trying to convince me to get acrylic and being very rude, pushy and argumentative. I explained the reasons I didnt like acrylics (Im very familiar - I wore them for years) which included how thick they were and the maintenance of getting them filled - and he said that he could do them very thin and natural and theyd last a month (I know thats not true). I reluctantly agreed to give it a try. I shouldve known better and shouldve stopped there. He rushed through, made them VERY thick, and ended up cutting my cuticle until it bled with his drill. I pulled away and said "ouch!" and he didnt even apologize. He rushed through the gel topcoat and when I left didnt realize that they werent completely cured and were sticky, let alone how thick and awful they looked. They charged me $50 for this when the dip manicure I initially requested (and they said no problem before I sat down) wouldve been $35. I now will be returning to my regular nail tech close to home asking him to remove this mess from my nails and do what I initially asked for, hoping my nails underneath are not completely destroyed.

nichole baiardi I went there to have my nails and toes painted, looked fine until I walked outside. Had to go back and have them fixed. They still looked horrible when I went outside again. Wasted 50 bucks!

Jasmin (Jazzy Panda) Jasmine is lovely ! Beautiful job every time and for a great, fair price. Plus the salon is beautiful, organized, and always very clean and cozy. Highly recommend !

Susanne Coggin Jasmine always does a beautiful job on my nails, and is such a pleasure to talk to. My husband laughs because I get compliments when we go out. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!!

Martha Simmons Jasmine is totally awesome. We are just visiting the area for a wedding. I wish she were near where I lived. I would never go anywhere else. The salon is clean and relaxing. Jasmine spends time with her clients instead of rushing through. I dont think I have ever had a pedicure that was so well done.

Wyquila James Jasmine does excellent work and treats everyone like theyre VIP, whether you spend $10 or $100.

B L Extremely unprofessional. We waited over 35 minutes and have not 1 but 2 people walk in and receive service immediately. One people yelled "eyebrows" and they stopped with the person they were working with to accommodate the yelling impatient customer. Then another person walked in and said "manicure" and they immediately seated him. We informed them that we have been waiting and then they said "oh, sorry, you can sit". We just walked out. With complete unprofessional workers, we will not give them service or recommend them. Extremely toxic smells the minute you walk in the door too. The equipment is old and coats of dust all over the seats. Look at the seats they sit on to work on you, covered in dust. Filthy. Horribly managed.

Jodi Levesque Ive gone to 6 different places and my gel nails barely lasted me a week. I found this place randomly and wont go anywhere else! Tim is amazing!!!! And my nails are going on 3 weeks!!!!!!

Kelly Leiva This is by far the best nail salon I would say in all Florida. They do such an amazing job!! The thickness, the width everything is perfect. I have been here twice already and they do the best nail jobs every time! They leave me loving my nails! The prices are the most reasonable in town! I love this place

Wanda Miller I purchased a gift card for a friend in an attempt to generate more business for them. My friend gave it back unused a month prior to expiration. I had major surgery and didnt get into Nails 4 U until after it expired. I was offended that after giving them my business for 2 years and then trying to generate additional business for them they wouldnt honor it. Afterall, it was paid for and didnt cost them anything. Lesson: No good deed goes unpunished. A smart business savvy owner would realize that was a poor business decision. They took the money for that one un-used visit but lost all future business from me and my gift cards. I even attempted to explain it but all the owner, Lena, could say was "we are small"! That was my point! A small company needs to be customer oriented. Penny wise, pound foolish! Service and Quality? They are average, nothing special, same price as anyplace else in the area.

Diane Curtin Nail Fantasy by Zelda - Zelda did a wonderful job on my hair. I have very thick unruly hair and she made it look great. I am on vacation and live far from here. I REALLY wish I could have her for my regular hairdresser. Zelda is a very lovely, interesting person and the shop is small and nice. The negative comments are ridiculous.

Mary Balloqui Today I had a mani pedi although I also get my hair styled here. I love the fact that it’s one on one. Just me and Zelda. It is my escape to peace and quiet.

Marilyn Willhoit Ive been a manicure-pedicure customer for 30+ years. 10 years ago Zelda went back to school to learn hair cut, color and design. Shes excellent at both! I have short, naturally curly hair I wear symmetrically and Zelda does a great job. I even took up her suggestion that I add a touch of purple to my deep red hair with a swath of black color and I love it! Given that Im 72 years old, its a daring move! And I would never have thought of doing so myself! Im definitely not ready to be the natural grey haired old lady!!!

Domminique Kinnie I was on vacation when I broke a nail. I arrived to find the salon closed. She explained when I called the number on the door she was by appointment only and was completely booked. I explained the situation and she was willing to fit me in. I’m from Chicago and they do great nails there. Zelda’s work was amazing, timely, professional, and comparable to Chicago nail salons. Prices were super reasonable and affordable. I could’ve easily paid close to double what she charged me to get a full set with two nails decorated with rhinestones in Chicago. I will definitely book an appointment and come visit her when we visit Daytona Beach next summer.
