Ms Tiff Eric really paid attention to detail. My gel manicure was simple and quick, just the way I like it. The studio was large. Ample room for all of the staff and clients. Really nice ambiance.

Caroline Kai’s nail spa is the best! Tony has been doing my nails for over 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. Always a calm, clean environment. Every single staff member is warm and welcoming! 10/10 experience every time!

Kelly Wallace-Barnhill Love this salon! Went here today for the first time on recommendation from a friend (who is very particular about her nails). I got the classic mani pedi and it was perfect! The salon is clean and comfortable (great massage chairs!) and the staff are very friendly, efficient and thorough. My nails look great and it was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Dawnelle Owens Unfortunately this used to be my favorite nail salon but not anymore. I was clear about what I ordered which wasn’t what I received. I scheduled an appointment for a dip French manicure and instead the nail tech gave me a dip base color with a hand drawn French tip. I expressed that this wasn’t what I ordered or expected and she mentioned that because my nails weren’t even that she couldn’t do the dip French tip. My nails were longer this time than they were the very first time I ordered this same service a year ago with a different technician. The French lines aren’t all uniform and underneath the nails feel thick and clunky. When I brought this up to have it filed underneath a little bit to make it “feel” more comfortable she told me she couldn’t because my nails were too short. Never again! This place lost a customer because I will not be returning. My pedicure was fine but the “dip French manicure”was not. My cuticles look crusty and old as of I had my nails done for over a week already. Even after she told me to wash my hands there was no warm towel to place on my hands or lotion…I had to apply the lotion myself and she didn’t anything before she walked away. I didn’t even know we were done until I noticed that her station was cleaned and when I asked I was told that she was finished. Who does that?! Definitely not professional.

Vanessa R I dont know if this place is deleting the bad reviews or what, there is no way with the service i got this place deserves a 4.9. I came here last Thursday at 5:30pm, was put with a lady that did my nails so rushed that my 6 year old can do a better job at panting my nails. I am so disappointed, less than a week and my gel is already chipping off, the lady was so concerned about what the other lady was talking about in their language that she did not pay attention to what she was doing. Then went i went to pay i had to scan the code for Zelle because nobody was in the front to ask how the service was or nothing. Waste of my money and time. Update 5/21/24.. I received a call from the place for me to come in so they can fix my nails at no cost, made my appointment and came in, I was surprised and grateful that they actually did call to fix the issue, i picked a different color, had another girl that did my nails even though I felt like she was rushing, the color is very vibrant and looked nice this time, even though my nails were not cleaned on the side I’m pleased with the result. Thank you.

Gabrielle Mikell DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I’m highly unsatisfied with the service I received at iris nail care!!!!!! Iris did an amazing job on my pedicure but her nail master have my nails looking like I paid $40 at the typical Asian nail salon!!!!!! Nails look unnatural and look like I have tips and acrylic on my nails!!! Not only did the master rush on my nails as if she had somewhere to be and I was making her late . I asked her several times During the service To make my nails look more natural!!!!!! I did not want to upset the Nail master so I contact the owner Iris!!!!!! While getting my services done, Iris left, she was not there while I asked the master to correct my nails several times!!!!!!!! When I contact Iris, I was very polite. I did not raise my voice. She became very upset, combative and nonchalant after paying $250 for my service. She stated if I wanted my nails corrected it will be an additional $85 and I would have to wait three more days until I can get my services corrected, my services with my pedicure and manicure came to $220. I tipped her $30 just to be unsatisfied. Iris do not respect or appreciate her customers as I drove two hours away to patronize her business. I should have never booked her services. She is unprofessional , I had to ask her to stop screaming at me. I never disrespected her, cursed at her or raised my voice if you were unsatisfied with your service and you were complaining during the whole entire service, I asked her to review her cameras as she can hear me, asking the nail master to correct the issue . Go to the nail art department if in the Hallandale area don’t waste your money !!!!!!! I didn’t ask for a refund and a correction I asked her to fix what was messed up. I live in Boynton and drive to the nail space in Wilton manors as they were busy, so I went to iris. I’ve been getting Russian manicures and pedicures for the last past two years With no complaints until today!!!!!!! A note to Iris as a business owner customers are always right When customers are Unsatisfied you as a manager, should try to remedy the situation and not provoke the situation Or use your pride!!!!!! My Russian manicures never look like this !!!!!!! Big,bulky flat and disgusting It looks like I have acrylic on my nails !!!!!!! In the white is from the nail space. Clean, natural hard gel!!!!! Iris nail master did my nails in the green it looks unnatural!!!!!!!!!! Then she lied to my mom when my mom called and said my nails were broken and messed up no all of my nails were even they just needed to be done at the time of service!!!!!! Her nail master drilled my nails so hard and said I needed extensions to try and make more money off me!!!!! I declined as I said I don’t want Extensions I want them to look natural!!!!!! Iris u are a liar I expressed during the service which u said u would review the cameras. Which is something u did not do.because you can hear me ask her during service to make it look more natural. In the picture provided the white set was a hard gel set as I already had a nice square shape to my nails. I did not ask her to make a bell bottom shape to my nail and create a fake look to my natural nail. Yes I was late because I had no clue traffic would be such an issue traveling almost 2 hours to your shop. Not only did I communicate throughout my lateness, you were very acceptive to my Tardiness. U did not offer to fix for free u tried to have me book another appointment and pay $85 on top of the $115 I already paid!!!! In your other one, Star review, your customer does not know me from a can of paint Experience I had what a coincidence!!!! She rushed on my nails and did what she wanted to do!!!!!! You were not there!!!!!! You’re very condescending Manipulative and disrespectful and extremely unprofessional

shena marquis Dont waste your money.. I have gone there multiple times and every time my polish always chips. Finally I called 2 days after a gel mani to let them know the polish chipped and it needed fixing. Went back and had it fix they charged me $25 again to fix the polish that was chipped .. so I paid $60 for a gel mani. Am sorry but that is horrible customer service to charge your customers for something that was an error in your part. With multiple nail establishments in the area this is not good customer. Don’t waste your time.

Carmen Malebranche Love Vegas nails. We always come here every few weeks for refills my husband gets a manicure and pedicure from the amazing cookie who is so talented in cat eyes and me and my eldest daughter get our acrylics done by John who always does the best on our designs and shapes. Destiny Strachan The Owner of “Kitty nails” David is an amazing artist and talented person. He’s very attentive and communicative with you and makes sure you get exactly what you need and looking for in terms of nails and designs you want. Hes hyper aware to details and will even help you out with a design if your not sure what you want. His team is also very talented and also communicative with you as well and they always make sure to ask if something looks off so they can fix it to you liking. Jia Liu I had a manicure at this nail salon a week ago. The environment and music were very relaxing and the whole process was very comfortable. The manicurists were very careful and gentle, and every detail was done very well. The color and shape were exactly what I wanted! I especially like the style I did this time. Aileen Menicucci I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience at this nail salon, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. The technician working on my pedicure had no experience at all, which completely took away from the enjoyment. When you go for a pedicure, you expect to sit back and relax, not feel stressed watching someone struggle with the basics. Salons should not assign inexperienced technicians to first-time customers. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one ensures I won’t be coming back. I hope management takes better care in training their staff before allowing them to work on clients.

Jaime Marie Scott I give Quinn 5 stars shes amazing I never had gels that last up to 3 weeks as well as my pedicure and they still look just as nice as the day they were done. I have never had any issues with lifting, breaking and I always get designs with diamonds no issues at all, as well as the entire facility very calm peaceful setting very quiet and everyone here is nice. I get my eyebrows and lip waxed everytime and always perfect. I will never go to any other nail place again accept for Star Nails I give them 5 stars all the way.

Ashlee Wright My grandma and I stopped in to get pedicures and dip. The man who did my pedicure cut my toe so badly it bled the whole time. He then continued to paint over the blood. It was very disturbing considering they use the nail polish for someone else. I then got dip on my nails that last 3 days before chipping. Based on the hygiene and safety issues with the blood I would never visit again.

Yli Valsai Worst nail job I have gotten in my life. First they did my pedicure and it was fine. Then they sat me to get my pedicure dry for over an hour. They the same guy that did the pedicure started doing my nails. It seems like he did not know how not do almond shape nails. I asked him to file them down and he did it with the machine leaving them with no length. After he saw how upset I looked he passed me to the lady whom I assume was the owner. She Kept on taking to everyone and not focusing on my nails. Overall was a very disappointed experience. Will not return there again..

NICOLE NIEVES The lady was very nice, she took her time to do my nails but unfortunately only one nail stayed glued even with the dip powder. In less than a week they started falling. Not sure if it’s the brand of the products they used or that the glue was bad but it’s disappointing to pay $100.00 to have “cute” nails for only 5 days.

Fran Thomas 1st time in, shop was ok. ladies were nice but pushy. I came in wanting a refill (fill in) on my S&S dip. She firmly suggested gel says it last longer. Color you see was NOT what i chose this is how it came out using gel. I didnt want to complicate so I left & decided not to come back. $40 service + tip. Gel way too thin. My nails only lasted 6 days before chipping.

Eurrope E She did a horrible job for one she at first had to start over because of what she did incorrectly then she put three cuts in two toenails so I was grimacing in pain the entire time then the work was bad ugh, would not recommend!!

Louanne garro They were great. We took our 4yr old great granddaughter and they were so patient with her. They did a great pedicure and manicure for both myself and my granddaughter also. Its the first basic manicure that lasted more than a week. I am very happy with the service.

Kevin is super and my favorite Mimi keeps me looking well tended. I was never a nail polish, massage gal before, so long as Lush Nails and Mimi are there, thats where you will find me.

Alexis Meshel I love coming to Lush! I’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience. Leo does a great job and can do any design you show him. This is a great family owned place and very clean! Everyone is friendly and so much fun while you’re there.

Eden David This was my first time and last time I’m going to this place, I have on both of my big toes ingrown and when the women gave me a pedicure it hurt me and I kept saying that it hurt but she didn’t even look up at me and she heard me say “ow” non stop but she kept going. I don’t recommend going to this place they are not professionals and my nails are very weak now. Very bad service!

S Merri Haque I felt rushed and I am not satisfied with the manicure or pedicure I received. My right hand has rounded corners and my left hand is squared. I asked her to fix it and she just took more length which i specifically asked her not to at the beginning of the service. she wasnt paying attention as she filed my nails. Instead she was watching TV. Then when I asked for acrylic tips on my toes she said she cannot do it. I said I dont want the pedicure and she assured me she can make it work to save face... same story here. My right big toe is nice looking. She extended it out nicely but my left looks very short. Tge old polish that was on my toes was not taken off all the way. It shows thru my current color. I have other engagements today so I let it pass. I dont have the time to keep telling this lady how to do her job. See the pictures and you tell me. On the upside the salon was very clean and everyone else is very friendly.

Jennifer Cruz Henry did a great job with my classic mani & pedi. It was a clean establishment. The massage chairs were awesome. Make an appointment the chairs get full, and you might have to wait a little bit.

Leea Reid Kimmie was my nail artist, and she did an incredible job. She was very professional and transformed my wedding day nails into something even more beautiful than I had envisioned. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, adding her own creative flair to enhance the design. Each nail was like a tiny masterpiece, glimmering with elegance and sophistication.

FinnaOriginal This place is over-priced for me for the quality service that you receive. I have been to other nail places and they clean the nail before they put the acrylic. I should of stuck to my basic nail spot! I had to tell the nail technician how sloppy my nailed looked after he said it was perfect. He also charged me for another type of pedicure $55 instead of the basic pedicure that I came to get $35. All he did was half of the service I get for a high price. Then he went to assume that I knew the prices already when it was my first time there. I won’t be horrible and give them a 1 star. I will add the pictures and you be the judge. I saw other reviews and apparently is a hit or miss. I went on a Sunday and I should have left when I saw myself and another young lady were the only customers! It’s true walk ins are welcome.

Aviana Cruz I had the absolute worst experience at this salon today. I arrived around 1:15 PM, and what should’ve been a simple mani and pedicure turned into a nightmare. Victor started with my toes. While they weren’t great, I didn’t think much of it because they were just okay—not worth complaining about. However, when it came time to do my nails, everything went downhill fast. I asked for medium to short-length French tips, similar to what I had on my toes. Victor said okay and started working on my nails. But as he began filing, he was so rough that he kept hitting the skin on the sides of my nails, cutting into it repeatedly. It was extremely painful, and despite my discomfort, he kept going. He eventually opened up a painful gash on my finger that started bleeding and still hurts. When I finally saw my nails, I was in shock. They were beyond bad—crooked, uneven lengths, filled with bubbles, and the surface was lumpy. Worse, parts of the nails were already chipping, as if I’d had them on for weeks, even though they were fresh. I was so upset that I left the salon in tears. After leaving, I called the salon and asked to come back to have them soaked off and get a refund. They said sure, so I returned, hoping to resolve the issue. When I got there, Victor denied that anything was wrong with the nails, even though they were visibly terrible. Another technician insisted on fixing them. I repeatedly told her no, that I wanted them removed and a refund, but she wouldn’t stop insisting. After telling her no about 10 times, she kept pushing and finally convinced me to let her fix them with a simple pink gloss. After she finished, we went to check out, and instead of the refund I was promised, she handed me a $20 gift card. Mind you, I had spent $140 on my nails and toes. When I refused the gift card and asked for the refund on my card as originally agreed, she only refunded me $20. At that point, I was exhausted from arguing and just wanted to leave. I ended up leaving the salon around 5:30 PM, after an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I’ll never go back to this salon, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism and poor quality of service I experienced is completely unacceptable, especially for the price I paid. Please see pictures attached.

TANEYA WILLIAMS Absolutely love this place! The customer service is amazing! Even if they aren’t doing my service, the workers are nice and friendly. They care about their customers and do a great job on all services. Tom is the best in there that I’ve experienced! Offering food and beverages and a huge plus in a beautiful salon parlor. Marilyn B Terrible powder manicure. The guy, Tom, did not know what he was doing and wouldn’t listen to me. He argued that my nails were not too long when I specifically told him that I wanted them shorter. He took 2.5 hours to complete a manicure that should never take more than 1-1.5 hours. I told him that there were small bubbles in the application and he said no bubbles. He then applied 2 layers of gel which should not be necessary when the dip powder is applied properly. He actually used polish to make the tips white for the french manicure instead of using dip powder and there is a ridge on each nail. Not to mention he did nothing for my cuticles. I was there yesterday Feb 2 and a day later it is chipping. I’m so disappointed and will never be back and never recommend anyone. This used to be such a great salon.

Joseline Rodriguez Came here with my mom to get our nails done. We both speak Spanish and I only understand English and a male employee was talking bad about us with a client right in front of us and even pointed at us thinking we don’t understand English. This is very disrespectful and unethical. Every time I come here it is always a problem I want to wait for certain employees and the boss wants to pick who does it for me and when I simply choose not to I get talked about. Not right, since I’m paying I have the right to be able to wait for someone who is going to do it right. I don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.

sandra knowles Would not recommend staff was very rude and rough. Staff complained when I expressed that the design I should was not the design they were doing. For that to be my first time it will also definitely be my last. I left the shop with no design on my nails just the acrylic and without my pedicure. 0/10!!!

Shelby Bird I’ve been coming here for about 8 years now. David is the only person that does my nails. The details are always on point. Be prepared to either come before they open or WAIT because this is where the girlies come to get their nails slated. They offer other service such as brows, waxing and the best pedicures.

victoria fiallos Great place my family loves coming here they are very attentive, sometimes there can be a wait, however it is very worth is I got my acrylics done for prom and they were beautiful and only $35 (holographic silver dip). There is only one nail tech that does acrylics but he knows what he is doing. Also, when you get a pedicure its almost like you are at a spa with hot towels and foot massages with lotion.

Katherine Pierre This nail salon should be a staple in the community. Customer service is always the best, David is the best nail tech I have ever had the pleasure of letting do my nails. No matter the style or color he can do it! He’s always so nice and gentle. The prices are affordable too! I live in Miami and make it my business to drive to Guppy Nails, been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Hands down the best nail salon in south Florida!!!

Teaching Makes Me Happy Extremely professional staff! The owner really cares about your natural nail care. I went to one of those venetian nail salons and they really messed up my nails. It is evident that Hana is not only skilled but also passionate about her work. The whole experience is relaxing, and I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon, which is always a plus. Hana also does lashes and eyebrows so when I get the full package of services, I leave feeling pampered and feel beautiful and turnheads! They have the F Gel which is a non toxic gel with beautiful colors. Very caring in regards to my allergy to acetone. F Nails Pedi & Gel X with F Nails gel. The first appointment I made was abruptly canceled before the appointment time due to "unforseen circumstances", which is understandable. I then, rescheduled for another date. I am now parked in front of the locked salon. No answer to the phones. No explanation. Just a no show I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are other options out there. I appreciate businesses that value their consumers time and deal professionally. Here is not one of them

Natalie Borowski I came here for the first time and ended up leaving with 4 nails where my skin was cut. The process was so unpleasant and painful. I even told the tech that I was in pain. The drill was also used for every process and even on top of my nails after the dip was removed which weakens the nail incredibly. Maybe the employee had an off day but it’s just unfortunate to go get your nails done and walk out in pain and fingers bleeding. Nails aren’t the cheapest and I’m always willing to pay the price no matter how much it costs but I expect quality work and techs to at least take there time. It hurts to even wash my hands cause my fingers are sore and constantly stinging.
