mallory wilkinson The staff here is so welcoming and is so accommodating when it comes to a specific nail art design, nail color, or nail shape you want. They do such a great job with designs and they do it super efficiently! They also have so many different types of chrome powders, charms, dip colors, glitter, and more. They always have great specials going on too. 10/10 would recommend!

Renee Bruce I’m extremely disappointed after getting my pedicure today. Let me first start off by saying Tony, the nail tech was amazing. He did a fantastic job! However, when I first walked in, I asked how much it would be for a French gel pedicure, I was told $50 So that’s what I was prepared to pay plus a tip. When I sat down in the chair, Sarah, the owner offered her client a “flavor” I guess it’s supposed to make your water smell better. She looked over at me and asked me if I wanted a flavor? I said “whatever the basic covers” Nothing was said, so I trusted this was included. When Tony was all finished, I got up and she told the receptionist that I received a gel with A “flavor”. At first I said to myself, I really hope she did not charge me for that because I said whatever the basic covers. Then I got to check out, I was charged an extra $8 On top of the $50. I told the receptionist I feel really bad because I came in here with a budget and now I can’t even tip the guy what I was initially going to give him. Also, I’m learning today from a previous comment,, that when use your credit card, there’s an additional Fee for that as well, which I did not know because there’s no sign stating that. I think Sarah should have said, would you like a “flavor” It IS an additional $8? I would have declined immediately because I clearly said “whatever the basic covers”. I even went over pricing with her prior to this and nothing was mentioned when she asked me if I wanted a flavor. Not to mention, I made an appointment once, and I showed up early and still waited 20 minutes and had to leave and reschedule. I think the Salon has poor time management and Poor communication. I will not be coming back.

Nancy summers Heather and Valen...not sure where you went but it wasnt here. Nails plus is owned by a husband and wife team and the only ones that work in this salon. They are great people and always strive to do the best job possible. Tina managed to take my nails from cracking all the way down to the quik and further to looking like brand new nails..stronger than ever. Great people, great job.

Amanda Rodriguez Serene and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were delightful and energetic. I enjoyed the pedicure, nail paint was immaculate (Im big on how my nails look after being painted) great prices, I plan to be a regular. Thank you for your service

Val Ashley I went and had my nails done here (basic coffin full set) and the lady added the acrylic IMMEDIATELY after brushing on polymer and it burned so badly and cracked my actual fingernails so to the point where they were ruined and bled and I had to remove them that same day. My friend and I both did. We got them done by two different women and we were in pain. What made it worse it that when we told them it hurt they rubbed rubbing alcohol on our hands which also burned to high hell because she was careless with the drill and filled my fingers down too. Paid $50 (for again a basic full set coffin shape and PAIN.) Didnt tip and we will NEVER return!

Alexie Bordes I came in here for a pedicure, I was helped immediately. Great service, the workers are super friendly and sweet especially Marie and Maribel. It was an overall great experience with affordable prices as well. Would definitely recommend!

julia willis 10/10 do NOT recommend. Did a poor job at my nails. If you don’t know her personally just forget about your nails looking good when you leave. AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. She WILL Scam people out of their money and she reschedules on them at the last moment. Who reschedules someone multiple times because they booked themselves for other things. Wouldn’t you look to make sure you didn’t have an event to take care of prior to making appointments. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Won’t be going back. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Her recommendations and honesty and attention to detail will definitely have me coming back!! Also the salon is so laid back and fun and everyone there was so friendly. Vee Garcia Magda got me in last minute she was super sweet and professional!! She was very attentive when doing my gel pedi. I also got a wash/trim/blowout done by Deja and she was great as well. I know where to come if I’m ever in the area again!

lilvanillachinchilla Very cute and clean inside. Wonderful communication from tech to customer! They really took their time and were very detailed with my visit making sure all of my needs were met and that I was comfortable. This was also the first place I have ever been to my entire life where they cut my nails perfectly the very first time! Later hours and opened on Sunday’s are a HUGE plus for around here!! I told all of my friends to start coming here! I will definitely be back!

Katie Douglass Worst place I have ever been! They are rude! The older lady did my pedicure and did an awful job. I went back the next week to get my nails done and told them my toes looked awful and wanted a polish change. They refused to do my fill in because I was a “complainer” and charged my $30 to repaint the same color on my toes. When I asked why the wall said a polish change said $15 the rude skinny dude said they charge what they want. I will be disputing the charges and filing a complaint with the cosmetology board.

Amy Molyneaux quality of service not worth the price. Got a pedicure (half done), she only cleaned under my big toe nails & ignored the rest and my daughters toes look like a child painted them, polish was super thick. needless to say dont think Ill be going back.

Brown Paradise I do not recommend and here is why. First, simply treat others with the respect youd expect especially running a business. The guy running things was being rude to another customer and was NOT handling her nails with care. She expressed one nail was broke and he made several attempts to use the grinder hurting her, smh. She complained and he said you can go elsewhere, I interjected because she was tryin to do business with them, she works in the mall with her own business. There isnt that much convenience to deal with ignorance. My daughter and I were there for service but after seeing him miss treat the customer and speak wreckless I withdrew my request for service. He then asked me to move out of that seat as if the place was packed, a whole 3 customers. Unfortunately my daughter was with her tech and already with service underway, so no turning back. Second, there was another worker there that was trying to assist but he spoke out of line to her, she sat on sidelines. So apparently his tone she is used to. Thirdly, the tech tried to do a design my daughter wanted, epic fail and my daughter was like, no dont bother. Not what she wanted for freakin $55, big disappointment. I can add more but you get the jist of it.. Nail Pro in the Lakeland Mall is a bust, dont patronize this business.

Jeanette Mack I had a full spa day today. A much needed experience. I got a massage by Kristen who was awesome and helped with the soreness in my neck. A facial with Danielle who did microderm and made sure my face was fresh and dewy and a pedicure with Harmony, who rocked an awesome service, my nails looked great and the massage chairs were the perfect touch. Plus Alexia put lashes clusters on me. ( my first experience) Over all it was a great day. If your looking for an awesome experience and want to be a valuable part of these students growth I highly recommend checking them out. The best part. There are 2 campuses. One in Lakeland and one in Tampa! I will be back to repeat soon, hope you will be to!

Taylor Rose Couldn’t have asked for a better school experience. As a single Mom working 2 jobs, Artistic was flexible with my schedule, my instructors were EXTREMELY encouraging and supportive!! We also have a very diverse atmosphere!! I would recommend to anyone :)

Jennifer Mathers Holly was a delight. I walked in for a manicure and pedicure. She explained the different polish and spa services offered without hard selling them to me. I was surprised by the base services offered, like paraffin treatments, that I havent experienced elsewhere. I will definitely be back!

Carla33 Love Regal Nails! My husband and I go for pedicures and they are consistently good. The basic pedicure includes hot towels and paraffin wax for only $35. Cindy is great!

brooke wagner One of the BEST pedicures I’ve had in a long time. I was visiting my mom so I didn’t go to my usual place in Tampa. If this place wasn’t a far drive for me, I would come here instead. We just did the basic and it included a lot for a good price! They took 3 of us as walk ins and was very nice and accommodating. The place is clean and relaxing and an important to me: they listened to what I asked for without pressuring. We will definitely be back. Thanks for such great service!

Kristan Flores I have thought about this review for a while. I never like to leave bad reviews but here goes. A week before Christmas a friend and I decided to go get our toes done. My friend had a good nail tech she got right to work making her feel comfortable and what not. I waiting next to her in my chair patiently for my turn. The gentleman finally came to fill my water which was cold he would not warm the water up. He ignored me entirely. The water was not full yet in the foot tub he told me not to move because I was splashing water all over the floor. (There was no water on the floor and nothing was splashing) I picked my level of pedicure which the lady tech laughed bc it was the basic one said I needed to upgrade he shook his head no. He was really rough clipping my nails. He took about 5 minutes to do my pedicure left thumb print on my big toe did not put clear polish on the top got up walked away and never came back out. The lady tech was very concerned with the lack of amount I was paying and kept trying to make me get other services. I left very uncomfortable and never wanting to go back. This is not my first visit to the salon and no it was not busy at all that Friday.

Rajia Gilbreath I thought long and hard about leaving a bad review because I almost never do. I will not be returning to this salon, I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I have been to this salon 5 times in hopes I’d get a good technician since the salon is so close to home. That was definitely not the case, I’m very disappointed. Take your money elsewhere, the gentleman technician is rough and rude. I’ve gotten two full sets by him, each time after my fingers burn. I have never had that happen at other salons.When I told him they burned he just roughly sprayed my fingers with alcohol and looked very annoyed. He then made comments in his native tongue that made his coworkers laugh. He offered me a new nail technique before we got started and I agreed to it. Halfway through he tells me the price in a mean way, implying I can’t pay. I went ahead and got the cheaper alternative and at the end tipped him the amount I would’ve paid for the technique and he was shocked. I’ve also had a pedicure previously that was rushed by a girl technician and she was very rough with my feet. I also noticed they do not sterilize their tools only spray them with alcohol. They also are angry if you ask to soak off your nails, they rather pry it off with another nail which I can do at home. Overall mean unhappy people, and mediocre work is done. I would advise against using this salon.

Natalie Leonas Kelly is one of the most talented and kind nail techs I’ve ever worked with! If you are looking for a safe space to unwind and leave with the most beautiful looking nails then you need to book an appointment with her! I’ve been a client of Kelly’s for about a year now and while my nails have always looked great after my appointments she just recently introduced me to the Russian manicure and it has been a GAME CHANGER!! My manicure last longer, my nails are healthier, the skin around my nails is so smooth! This is one appointment I can’t miss!

Kassandra Salazar I’ve started coming a couple months ago and I don’t regret it at all. Kelly makes you feel so comfortable and is a perfectionist and I love that about her she makes sure that you leave feeling great & beautiful. Russian manicure is the way to go! Erin Canciamille Kelly is incredible! When I first started seeing her, my nails would chip, peel and crack anytime they got any length. Since seeing her, my real nails are so healthy and I have never had a manicure last longer. I’ll never see anyone else! She is also so talented, and so patient. 10/10!

Morgan Reding This was my second visit to DayDreams, my wife and I got couples massages, they were amazing! Misti and Renee were fantastic, Misti got all my knots out of my problem areas! My wife said Renee was also amazing she focused on the knots that were in her shoulders and hips. We will be back many times in the future! Such an amazing way to relax!

Reagan James-Adams People working there are nice. Quality of work is fair. Personally not a fan of how close they cut the skin on my toes. Hurt to walk for two days. Accommodating for sure, though! Use caution when Considering their jewelry. I bought a bracelet that broke less than two hours after wearing it

April Hudson I ONLY GAVE 4 STARS JUST FOR THR FRIENDLINESS AND CLEANLINESS. I got my nails done today earlier around 11ish and didn’t even get done until 1:30pm. I paid $90 for a completely terrible pedicure my skin is still the same on my feet and the gentleman does not really take much time in doing it as his wife does he is friendly and polite just not very business professional wise and way overpriced.

Rahjanique Locklear I hardly ever leave one star reviews however they earned it with their chest out. I got a fill done with gel on short nails on a Tuesday, by Wednesday multiple places on my polish were chipped. I went to let them fix the polish on Thursday, by Thursday evening my nails were chipped AGAIN! I couldn’t make it in to let them fix them until Saturday afternoon. Frustrated by the inconvenience but not by the nail tech because I presume it’s not her fault. By this point I decided to remove the polish because it must be the culprit. On Saturday after coming for the THIRD time in ONE week I was charged to change the color— for polish that was clearly OLD or BAD! I asked to politely speak to the manager, and she did absolutely NOTHING but translate. I was looking for a place to become a regular. The incident isn’t enough to lose sleep over but I absolutely won’t be returning.

Katy Whitehouse I had an appointment for a pedicure on 10/26 and when I arrived for my appointment I was told my appointment was canceled cause the water was backing up and they couldn’t do pedicures. When I asked why I didn’t get a text informing me before wasting time and gas to drive all the way there they said they had no way to reach me but yet I got a confirmation text and email and a reminder text the day before my appointment. They said all of that is done through the booking app. Terrible customer service, lost me as a customer, I liked this salon until this happened.

Cynthia Tilley Walked in just needing to have my nail design wiped off and changed but they were trying to tell me they had to take off my whole nail polish to change the design? I told them it wasn’t nail polish it’s just a top coat that can be wiped off but they just didn’t want to do it. Unprofessional. More worried about doing each others nails than taking in real clients.

Angella Francois I arrived a place of business came in was greeted by, Mia the owner. I ask for a gel Pedicure and take off Acrylic nails with gel polish. I got half what I paid for I didn’t get all of the steps for the pedicure and she didn’t ask me what kind of pedicure she just did her own thing. The whole time it was hot in the salon. By the end of my nails another customer came in for a pedicure her and her husband. Remind I arrive at this a little after two and didn’t leave until six. The whole time I wasn’t offer anything to drink but soon as this white couple arrived the were offer a bottle of water. But as a black women I wasn’t offer anything and paid $110.

Nicole Bennett I stumbled upon this establishment unintentionally, and had such an inviting experience, that I returned the following day for an additional service! Mai was extremely friendly, courteous, and GOOD at what she was doing! (I dont trust my eyebrows to just anyone!) And my pedicure the next day was equally enjoyable, and satisfying! This will be my new go~to place for any of my future needs, that it provides!

Sheryl Smith I was trying to make this my nail salon I mean I was going there as much as I could afford to go. She doesnt have anyone to help her so you can get that one on one attention without feeling like you not going to get good quality service because other people are coming in to get their nails or toes done. I was upset because I went in for a pedicure okay mind you I was the only one there she put plain water in the tub without adding anything else so she trimmed my toenails and put my lotion on my legs and feet.Then put my feet in the bag with wax polished my toes. I just felt like she didnt do a complete pedicure and I was charged for $27.00 so again I am looking for professional people who will treat me right.

Cally Elyse Alex is amazing! I was a walk in for a fill. They fit me in last night close to closing time. I had previously gotten my nails done at the mall and was not happy with them. They were all uneven and not what I asked for. Alex took the time to fix all of them and straighten them. Also he did an amazing job on the cat eye nails! Anyone looking for good nails and you have a unique style Alex is who you want.

Jillian Percy Sorry for the long review, but I would give this place ZERO stars if I could and not recommend it to anyone. I’ve previously been to tic tac nails and had no problems when Johnny does my nails. This time I went I got Isabel who I believe was new. She was very nice and tried to accommodate me as I requested what was in the first photo. I’ve always had coffin shaped nails which is again what I requested. When she did the initial acrylic, it wasn’t smooth and looked lumpy like I had something under my nails. She filed them (not in coffin shape) and crooked. I had extra acrylic hanging off the edges and gel polish stuck on the side of my fingers and nail beds. My “nail art” I paid an extra $15 for was also not straight, and it looked like a child’s drawing. TWO and a half and $60 later I ended up with the last 2 photos. I don’t think I’ll be returning anymore. UPDATE: I went back to get my nails fixed as the owner said. I called the day before since multiple of my nails began to lift just 3 days after my original set. I was told I can come in the next day to get them fixed free of charge. When I got there they told me it’d be $50 for a new set which I was not willing to pay as I had already spent $60 on the first horribly done set. They told me I still had to pay as only getting THREE nails fixed is free. After going back and forth and them making a few phone calls they told me they’d do it for free. Their way of “fixing it for free” was to just cut what was lifting. No new acrylic was applied or anything. I requested that they be repainted as the previous polish was not the best. I asked if they would lift again as I nothing had been done other than shortening the top of my nails, and she says, “they probably will lift again just because of how the precious tech laid the acrylic or because of the product she uses.” They charged me $10 for a repaint and an additional $15 for the nail art of the nails they were supposed to fix for free. So after $90 and 3.5 hours of being there I got acrylic nails that still will not stay on.

Samatha Crisp The guy was very friendly but my nails look horrible. I got a fill and gel polish yesterday evening and they look so clumpy. It looks like a child did them ok so update on my review…. I went in and a young lady fixed my nails. She was very sweet about it . I didn’t feel any negativity from any of the staff for writing my first review. She absolutely did a great job and I left out of there with super cute nails and I would definitely go back and have the younger lady do them again! Thanks again for fixing my nails!
