Nicole Brown Very disappointed in the quality. The gentleman seems more concerned with people walking in through the doors than paying attention when using the electric nail file. I counted at least 12 nicks on my fingers from when he wasn’t paying attention. He blamed me for having thin skin. The left side of my nails are the square I wanted but the right side are more rounded. He stated that’s the way there are supposed to be and it will look better when the top coat is on. The parts on my cuticles were lifting by the second day and catching on my hair. They will not do a refund, only fix which I do not have time to do, nor do I want to receive further nicks to my fingers as I’m getting married this weekend - which I informed them these were the nails for my upcoming wedding.

Tauji Nice people and it’s clean. My pedicure was okay but my nails are actually terrible. The worst I’ve ever had. They are think and the ombré is ugly. They are uneven, just very very bad. I would stick to pedicures if you go here. I have an event coming up and I don’t have time to get them redone before then so I’m really sad about this.

Ivana Happy Nails is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. I always get my nails done by Sue. Sue is very accurate with her work and doesn’t miss anything. No matter how complex the design is she executes it amazingly every time. Her application is so well I’ve gone 2 months with the same set (no fills) and non of them came off! 10/10 recommend!!

Anya Van Someren I went here once on a whim and have been back several times. The place is very quiet and the owners are really sweet. The owner, Selena, does a phenomenal job on my acrylic nails! She takes her time and does a lot of the process without the dremel. My nails last FOREVER without lifting for 3+ weeks.

Miranda Berrios Got my nails done here Sunday. It was my first time going in and I have a cruise this weekend so I wanted to have my nails done nicely. The receptionist was very kind and was taken back on time. When the nail tech found out I had gel polish on my nails you would have thought the world was over. It seemed like it was a huge issue that I had my nails done previously. Then when I was going to pick out a color there were constant comments about how much she hated doing gel nails and that gel nails are the worse so I felt that if I picked out a gel color then I wouldn’t be receiving quality service. It is now Tuesday and half my polish has chipped off and I’m going to have to get my nails redone. Would not got back. Maybe it was just the person I had, but not the best experience for me.

Name The massage services are ok, but dont book a luxury pedicure. They allot the same amount of time (1 hour) for the pedicure when you add hot wax etc. as a standard pedicure. I purchased the most expensive pedicure and my technician went to use the restroom for 15 minutes during my pedicure at which time the water wasnt even very warm and rushed through the whole thing when she returned.

M and C Munoz Mia was amazing? She has a great attitude and a wonderful pressure, she is very nice and patient and shes gonna be such a good masseuse when she graduates. I highly recommend her she:s the best massage Ive ever had hands down.

She even wanted to take the extra time and fix the naill that I accidentally bumped. You can just tell that she takes pride in everything that she does. Sydney Mullen I have been to the Euphoria salon 3 times. It has been a wonderful experience each time. Nicole in particular is amazing. She fixed a botched haircut from a different salon and she still made my hair look great! She salvaged it! Nicole is professional, skilled, very kind, patient, and fun to talk to! Please book with her, she’s a blast and very good at what she does. Please book with her the next time you need a haircut! Complimentary wine, too!

Candy Appolloni I was able to get a same day appointment with Nicole, who was amazing! She listened attentively, made suggestions, and did a great job. The salon was clean and lovely. My only issue is with pricing. A trim, blow dry, root color, and partial highlights were $265. Additionally the owner charges 3% to you for using a credit card, which was not disclosed when booking nor on the website, bringing the total to over $300. While I agreed to pay the fee the first visit, it simply isnt sustainable every 6-8 weeks in the long run. The rates are too high for the geographic area and the 3% on top of it makes it even more untenable. Might explain why I was literally the only client in the entire salon. Its a shame because I loved Nicoles work.

Fox and Flora Designs I recently had the most amazing facial with Cindy, the owner of Euphoria day spa. Cindy is absolutely awesome! My skin was glowing for days after, and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Cindy was so knowledgeable and informative, my facial experience was SO relaxing that I fell asleep a couple of times and woke up feeling like I had the BEST refreshing power nap. My skin hasn’t looked this great in a while! As a bonus, I recently bought the facial and manicure/pedicure day spa package for my daughter, and she absolutely LOVVVED it! The spa itself is absolutely stunning, with so much attention to detail in the design. Its clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating this beautiful space. If youre looking for a truly exceptional spa experience, I highly recommend booking a facial or spa package with Cindy at Euphoria. You wont be disappointed!

Tia Rose While I appreciate the nail tech for fitting me in as a walk in, I was very disappointed with my manicure. It looks like something I could have done at home or gotten done at a cheaper salon. The nail tech worked fast and was more worried about getting her break between appointments than doing quality work. I would have been perfectly fine coming back another time. I felt bad because her and another tech were talking about how empty it’s been. I didn’t notice how my nails looked until later when I really looked at them. I did tip her because she did fit me in but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Seanna Haslouer Kristy is a phenomenal nail artist. She is super conscientious and does superb work. She has done beautifully thin pink and whites acrylics on me as well as gorgeous and long lasting gel polish manicures with and without acrylic. Her artwork is meticulous. She uses great products and takes her time, so your nails do.not.lift!!! If possible, Kristy is the ONLY nail technician I would book with. You will not be disappointed!!

Yvette Dahlhoff I’ve had the most wonderful pleasure of having Kristy as my manicurist for 15 years! Devanie Sykes I gave this salon 2 attempts for my business and each time disappointed. The first visit, I only wanted gel nail polish for festive Christmas colors that turned bright orange in outdoor light. It began chipping the day after having them done. The second visit I received a full set of TAP nails in a natural look. The day after having them done, it looks like I already need a fill in. For $60, I expect better.

C Sherlock Got a lovely dip manicure with French tips today. Definitely the best dip French manicure I have ever had. However it was also the LONGEST manicure I have ever had. I was there almost two hours and for the first hour I was sitting there with my nails wrapped and soaking. My appointment was at 1:30, but people with 2:00 and 2:30 appointments were in and out way before me! They clearly overbook and having an appointment means nothing. It was incredibly frustrating.

Katia Seitz I just had to leave. After sitting with acetone to remove my nails for over 15 minutes and having waited close to 30 minutes for that even to start, I walked out. There was no apology and very little concerned that I sat there for that long. If I could give a lower rating, I would. Needless to say I am going to to find another salon yo finish the removal.

Trish Childress Went to get my nails done and they didnt do it right the first time, went back not even a 4 days later due to chipping and flaking, all she did was add more paint to my nails, didnt even blend or anything, went back a 3rd time finally got what I wanted, then again 4 days later, my nail broke when I BARELY grabbed a pillow to lay In bed!! We paid over $200 for two manicures and two Pedicures and my mother in laws nails are still perfect, and she is rougher on her nails than I am, Im very gentle with my nails, but yet Im having massive issues with mine, and the staff is very rude and disrespectful and the lady made me bleed multiple times and was rude with me

Shes so sweet and NEVER damages my nails when switching out sets(very talented), Im always comfortable when going there and she always does a flawless job. EVERY SINGLE SET lasts! Great freestyle designs And Im very rough at work. Ive been going to her since January and my nails are still healthy doing acrylic. You gotta ask for Laura.

Moy-Lyn Chen The nail tech did a very good base before the nails and it was basically perfect. My right hand came out great but I don’t know why the French is so messed up on the left. He already cured it with the French being messed up on my L middle and index and I didn’t want him to start all over so I decided to just accept it as what it is. They prep well I just wouldn’t recommend getting any designs because of the inconsistency.

Baginski Dee 1Well I gave them 1 more chance. Had an appt this past week, 1:00. Get there she tells me someone else needs to do my nails. She was rude as can be. 1 guy starts , another guy finishes. She was talking to some other 1customer and I never seen her again. Was there at 12:45 didnt get out till 4:20. Yes I had a pedi as well. My pedi was amazing by Lee. My nails well look at the pics. My original post was from weeks ago. This post is from Feb 2024. So not happy. My cuticles hurt under the light and still hurt and red and swallon. He cut my finger, my V on the tips is all jagged up and not straight. And look around the cuticles. You can see all the rubbish. Gave a 2 star because my nails suck, but my pedi was amazing.nails a zero.

I G (Girlinterrupted876) I went in for a manicure. I wanted my nails to be cleaned and my cuticles to be cleaned but just like as is expected with everything from China what you buy vs what you get. He said my nails don’t need to be cleaned because the dremel will clean it. Under the bed of my nails are still dirty and this was $50!! Never again. I’m not a one size fits all person. This is why I do not like supporting certain businesses and I prefer to stay home and clean my own nails. Never again. Not here and not any Asian nail salon ever again. I am sooo mad!! I just want this mess off my hands!!! This is one nasty unnatural looking mess.

Andrea M. I got the 60 minute therapeutic massage with the Thai Ball add-on and it was amazing! Kim was spot on with getting the tightness out of my muscles. She would make sure that the pressure was just right. Same thing with the Thai balls; she wanted to make sure it wasnt too hot on my skin. Heather Wright I love imperial! We visit this spa frequently. We’ve never had a bad massage or experience but I will say I feel like the “spa experience” isn’t what it used to be. I was hoping for a nice relaxing afternoon with massage and sauna but I had to ask for champagne which I feel should be offered and then the sauna wasn’t even on so I had to sit in there for 20 minute for it to barely be warm and then I was running out of time and just left. The front desk said they only turn it on for specific clients or if someone calls and asks… I thought that was odd. I’d say other than that it’s good for just a quick pop in a get a massage and go type of environment now. This wouldn’t stop me from going back but I would have to go somewhere else for a “spa day”

Larissa B CHOP SHOP!! I’ve come here multiple times and I’m just disappointed with the inconsistency in work. Here and there you may actually receive quality work from a nail artist who isn’t rushing to get you out of the chair, but otherwise expect to be given subpar work. Recently got a dip manicure and was shocked at how I dang near pushed out of the chair. I understand it gets busy, HOWEVER, every client deserves QUALITY. My nails are so thick, there was polish/dip all under my nails that wasn’t cleaned up, cuticle care wasn’t really done and I had to repeatedly ask for some moisturizer and hand care. I’ve had to get my pedicures redone bc again the work wasn’t up to par and they were understanding about it, but unfortunately, this is the last time I’ll be at this salon. Just go in with lowered expectations.

The only reason why I have this hideous color is because she couldn’t do the French manicure because the acrylic she used on my nails did not match what was on my nails to begin with and I have a complete two tone Coloration to my nails . Had a pedicure done by an older woman who literally cut my toe . The woman doing my nails, understood how annoyed I was she did nothing to rectify. The problem charged me for the job. I will dispute it with my credit card company immediately. Not the type of service I expect from a nail salon . Going to get your nails done is not supposed to be stressful. It’s supposed to be enjoyable was anything but enjoyable.

Kim Krell This is by far the best nail salon I have been to. From the moment you walk in, this welcoming environment invites you to unwind and relax. From the soft easy listening music, to the natural light coming in from the windows and the plants all around bringing life into the space is really something! This family owned establishment also has a charming boutique side to it as well including clothing, jewelry, skincare, and Farmhouse Fresh items. The booking system was easy to navigate. I got a BIAB Gel Manicure (Shade: Double Denim) from Faith and she did a tremendous job on my nails. As someone who used to work as a nail technician, I expect perfection and that’s exactly what I got! I always had a hard time finding a place that was very detail oriented and clean but not anymore. This safe space is truly special. Can’t wait for my next appointment there!

Leslie Pilotti It took me quite awhile to find a good local nail salon who provides liquid gel nails. Bella and Tim have both done my nails here and are very kind, listen and provide quality with attention to detail in their work. I will gladly return for the great service and quality work time and time again!

Danielle Bar-Navon Will not go any place else besides Luxy Nails! The last time I went someplace else when I was out of town I got a foot fungus and my entire big toe fell off. Lexi was so understanding and put an acrylic on my big toe and made it match the rest of my toes until it was able to grow back. They are exceptional at nail designs and the building is always clean and relaxing. This is my happy place!

Cloe Groulx Finally found a good nail salon after moving to the area! The people there are so nice and attentive. Bella is a great technician, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and confirmed how I liked my thickness, length, color, everything along the process. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely return!

Kira Edit 2/11/2025: Chris and Trang reached out to me right away to make this situation better for me and I really appreciated them so much for that. They tag teamed my nail correction and it turned out amazing. I went from random nail length/shape to everything even (Chris used gelX tips which was an amazing fix) and the design executed perfectly. Im still leaving up my prior review, but the less than 2 hour response time from the Owners as well as the quick turn around for them to try to make the situation better for me gives them 5 stars and an absolute try again from me. I came here after the recommendation of a coworker. I asked for a mani/pedi and was able to get an appointment in the evening. Everything started great with Steven, he did my pedicure and did a great job. The problem is when we got to the manicure. I came into the spa with long natural nails, what I left with are little stubs. When Steven was shaping my nails, he seemed rushed, and before I knew it, I had short little stubby nails and not at all what I wanted nor was I consulted on the length. I chose the design idea with my nail length in mind, and if my nails had just been shaped round, they wouldnt be as stubby as they are now. Not only are they stubs, but each finger has a different nail shape to it, the cuticles were not pushed back so I have one finger that already looks massively grown out, and the design just does not look as cute as it would have with my longer nails. Ive already sent a text message asking for a correction to my nails, but I cant recommend Lisa as a nail artist. She seemed rushed and annoyed that I asked for a different pink color choice. She did not like that I kept asking her to make the lines straighter, and did not fix one that goes sideways. I eventually just stopped asking for the corrections because they werent being fixed. The design is cute, but the execution and how it came about is what I dislike the most.

Evelyna Burrs I had Amber as my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She very quick and efficient and executed my design well. The inside of Luxy is very elegant and the decorations are top tier.

Jessica Keenan The staff is amazing and they are always friendly and they all do a great job! You can call and make appointments and they also take walks ins!

Brenda Wilborn Ive been using them for many years after being discouraged with a handful of other salons. I finally found what I consider the absolute best in the Melbourne/West Melbourne area! My first time I explained to Lina exactly what I wanted and she graciously obliged with each and every detail Id asked for! Ill never go anywhere else again as Im completely satisfied with her excellent professional results each and every time!

Katey O Neill I am so happy with my nails! Ive gone to 3 different places my last couple fills and they either made my nails to thick and the last place burned 3 of my nails and made them bleed they rushed me to get to the next person and didnt care about the one in front of them. I forgot to ask her name but she was the sweetest. She took her time and made sure i was 120% happy. And i was! This will be my go to spot and now i dont have to go to anymore places and hate my nails when i leave! Soooo happy!
