Denise Polonia Hao welcomed me and fit me in for a new acrylic set last minute. When removing the old set, he was careful to preserve the length of my natural nails. Unlike, most nail appointments, I didn’t resort to drowning out the experience with headphones. Fortunately for me, because he’s so funny. We had real conversations and he indulged my nude color choice and then ultimately, this beautiful gold chrome. I bartend and don’t use gloves to wash dishes so the fact that they’ve stayed so pristine, is a testament to the care he put into it. He and his wife are the new owners, hence the name change of the salon. I’m excited for their success.

Her patience with my OCD was truly appreciated, and she didn’t rush the process at all. The entire place is amazing, and the team is excellent. Judy Guillaume I was really disappointed with my experience here today. It has been several years since I had gotten a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails so I was looking forward to this. Upon walking in, the person at the front desk just pointed to a kiosk and had me enter my phone number and then told me to wait. My pedicure chair was unplugged and I had to ask them to figure out why it wasn’t working. There was someone else’s nail extension floating in the water where my feet belonged. The tech cut my cuticle , making me bleed. Then my acrylic nails, the man didn’t size the extensions at all, just started gluing random sizes down. 4 nails are completely separated from the extensions. The nail art is already lifting. Super disappointed!!

Bri N I wish I could give zero stars.. I spoke with a woman at the front desk (who I now know is the owner) and first asked if they had someone with knowledge on structured manicures. She assured me that they did and quickly sat me with an older woman who proceeded to do my prior structured mani removal and manicure prep. I asked repeatedly if the woman could do structured, if she could do the design pictured and requested to keep my square/oval shape. She assured me and continued to proceed with services. The woman cut my nails to be ovular/cateye, did not do any steps with semblance to a structured manicure AT ALL and instead used multiple clear layers and then gel polish. Then when attempting the design, her French lines were inconsistent, and she could not properly place the thinner glitter line. I had to get the owners attention and request that someone more capable complete the design. The polish on the tips is even chipping and it’s only been a day. Overall, the work was haphazard and the owner was “so gracious” in giving me a 5 dollar discount for services that were fully wrong. I do not recommend this place at all, seek an alternative!

Elizabeth Gibb Vicky is amazing with nails, she was attentive and used my inspiration pics and planned with me to create what I wanted for the holidays. Made sure I got a great pedicure too. They take their time and do a fantastic job. This will definitely be my new nail spot for the future.

Ariana Mejia I have been to this salon on multiple occasions. Recently they have done a crap job on my nails. I went in today because I got a full set on Tuesday today is Thursday and a nail has split in half in just two days. I go in to fix ONE nail and I was told 25-30 minutes by the receptionist. I sat and waited and after 30 minutes I told the receptionist I was leaving and he said okay. They had multiple people that I know who do acrylic nails sitting with no one and they were not trying to help. This isn’t the first time I have went in there because my nails have been ruined after a few days and each time I have been given a hard time. I am giving my money to an establishment who could care less about their customers. They are overpriced and have the WORST service! They have lost a customer.

Bridget H Worst and most unsanitary manicure I have ever had. The woman doing my nails adhered acrylic to my skin in multiple places and then tried to cut it off my skin with an electric drill. I kept asking her to please stop drilling my skin, she would ignore me and continue doing so. Then she resorted to sharp scissors. Thats when I noticed the tools she was using she was just digging out of a drawer, they did not seem to be sanitized at all. This is all after she refused to give me the short manicure that I wanted because she said the length she picked would look better. I tried to explain to her that I cut hair and cant have long nails and she ignored me. None of the nails are the same shape or length. Theyre not uniform in any way and they look ridiculous on my fingers. Its now been over a day and a half since I got my nails done and my fingertips are still in so much pain. ***The picture of purple nails is the example i showed her for length and shape Please beware!

Mitzi Napoles First time doing my nails here. I had a great experience, very good customer service and outcome. My nails lasted about 3 weeks without any kind of damage. During those three weeks, aside from the regular activities of a mother, I trained with weights and did boxing 4 times a week, decorated a birthday party and set up a tent at a market place. Very good work, I totally recommend it!

Emily Cavan I got a gel pedicure here a few days ago. It was my first time at the salon. I got a simple French on my toes. The pedicure looks absolutely awful and one nail has already broken off. But, the worst part is the SANITARY CONDITIONS. They did not use a protective plastic bag in the foot tub. And all of the tools were OLD, deteriorated, and looked completely unsanitary. The skin on the bottom of my feet has literally been flaking off since I went there. I’ve never experienced my feet peeling after a pedicure in my entire life. Hoping it isn’t a type of fungal infection or athletes foot from the conditions of this salon.

Alania Herirá i love this nail and hair salon!! one of the bests in miami , Monica is very skilled at doing nails and she is my favorite. i always get my nails done here and by her and recently got my halloween nails done and it came out hella good. i always go to this salon and get my hair and nails done here. it’s worth it. it’s very costumer friendly and feels like you’re at home which is really comforting, and especially with the epidemic they are very clean and professional and sanitary! Lupe as well does really good hair , i always get crazy color and spilt dye my hair and she’s just amazing when it comes to that process

Kami Hill Stopped in for a pedicure and Maria did a phenomenal job. My nails and feet look so good and it was extreme relaxing. Price was good, she was so sweet and even out cucumbers on my eyes during the service. I feel asleep! Highly recommend.

Elissa Lithman - Sobe British Homes I’m a local that loves this spa , with relaxing water feature and amazing staff , working 2 at a time on these incredible beds. Hidden away in a beautiful courtyard off Lincoln rd . Highly recommend and owner Brenda is a delight .

Kaory Teruya I’ve been going there for 2 years for a variety of services, and hadn’t had a poor experience until a couple days ago. I went there for a gel pedicure and the lady buffed off my skin, making an open wound on my big toe, and the whole cuticle cleaning process was very painful. After the cuticle cleaning I asked her for no color anymore- she asked why, and I told her “because you cut me and I don’t want those chemicals touching my skin”. She said “I can go around it”, I said no and she just said “Ok”, not even an apology. I paid in full and the owner/manager did ask me if I had I relaxing time- I said “Aside from getting my toe cut, the massage was great!” She said “oops” and I left. I’ll look for somewhere the technicians are more interested in making the client comfortable and less about getting them out of the salon quickly.

Katherine Bui New nail salon in the area and I could have not asked for a better experience. Staff were really friendly and offered an array of amenities. They were extremely accommodating and Kelley took her time to ensure that I am satisfied with my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon and will be making a second visit.

Alena Sarduy I literally needed an emergency manicure and came across this salon as a Google search I did while I was in the area. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a salon in a while. The salon is super cute and cozy, the technicians and reception were super nice and accommodated me last minute. But the best part was the actual manicure! I got a hard gel refill and it was like a mini Russian mani minus the price tag. My tech Vanessa made sure I was happy with the length, shape and color before going to the next step and it was half the price. I already booked for me pedicure next week, I loved it and 10/10 highly recommend.

Karen Mudrik My first visit was fantastic! The builder gel on my nails lasted an entire month. The nail tech who did my nails then was amazing, but unfortunately, they were no longer there for my second visit. My second experience was quite disappointing and felt like a waste of money. The cleaning wasnt thorough, and my nails cracked in the middle, leading to a painful break. The builder gel was applied too thinly, which caused the breakage. Additionally, the design I requested was not followed. While the salon is recommendable, you must find a skilled nail tech.

Danequa Ritter This beauty bar is so cute! Let’s start there ! The staff is amazing. I flew in from NY and they accommodated a last minute pedicure for me and she did an amazing job. And they offered margaritas !!! Which were so good by the way! I then made an appointment to have my nails done the following morning. Soly did my nails and she took her time and did an amazing job. The shape came out really good. I will definitely be revisiting them whenever I am in Miami.

The Bauer Beauty Experience Not a bad place they are super nice and the location is amazing! But they don’t properly remove gel polish, they use a drill which thins the nail and always results in my new polish chipping prematurely. After just a couple weeks my gel pedi is done.

Well I’ve been seeing her for about 1 month 1/2 and my nails are so long and strong! So happy to have found her, she’s a true gem in this industry and her knowledge of nails is unmatched. Also I have never had such a great and relaxing pedicure, she made my feet feel brand new like baby skin after my feet have been gaining hard skin from being on my feet so much. She is so professional and detailed, you will not be disappointed after seeing her!

Strandsbynicola Lana has been doing my nails now for the last four years. I’m so picky when it comes to my nails and when she’s finish I never I have to file at home or worry about my nails not lasting. She’s very creative, is amazing with design and hand painting. Jolicoeur Lana is the only person in Miami Beach that I let touch my nails. She is gentle and takes her time to sculpt your nails to perfection leaving you satisfied from every angle. Whenever I see her, I encourage her to let her creativity run wild and give me whatever nails she thinks would be unique and cool! Recently, she’s been working with polygel, and the shape she has formed has everyone doing a double take at my hands. I mean come on, have you ever seen this shape??

Sam Andros I never knew what a difference it would make taking care of my feet and hands. When I started with her I had a bunion and now it feels like Im walking on brand new feet. I can compliment on my just basic gel polish nails everyday. Lana really has changed my life when it comes to comfortability and No longer having dry cracked fingernails and cuticles. She wont just do your nails and send you on your way shell give you advice put you on the right products that she trusts not that she needs to sell. Honestly this is the nail technician youve been looking for.

Finlay Stockmeyer Great service. Clean place, and music is fun but calming it wasn’t too loud. Owner seems very nice. Staff was incredibly sweet and very gentle when doing the job. They were also very patient when I asked for nail shape change which I really appreciated. And, the nail job for both gel mani and gel pedi was superb. This is now my new nail spot. Prices are also great here. This place deserves 6 stars! Angel and Patrice were awesome

The oil they use is INCREDIBLE, I purchased one to use at home and it has worked magic! Nafsika is simply a magician, she really has transformed my nails. I also love the colors they use.
