Audra Valentine I don’t live in Miami but needed a place for me and my mom to get our nails done before our cruise and this was an excellent place. I called ahead the day before and was able to book a last minute appointment for 2 plus they accommodated a last minute family member the day of. They were very nice and professional to everyone. All of us left very happy. The place felt clean and comfortable.

Kenia Ozoria The Nail Bar was my first time getting my nails done in Miami and they came out so good! Yelenis was my nail tech and she paid a lot of attention to detail. They also offer a beverage at the beginning of the service which is such a nice touch. The ambiance is super cute and makes you feel luxurious and like you’re pampering yourself in style! I would totally go back :)!

Asline Sanders I was recommended by my daughter’s godmother who is also my best friend’s cousin to come to this place. I wish I’ve started going sooner because every time I go there has been a pleasant visit. From the prepping to the finishing touches, Will does an amazing job taking care of my finger and toe nails. The prices are also affordable for everything he does. The best part is that the work he does last long (at least three weeks if taken care of well before breaking). Endea Owens I absolutely LOVED my experience here. My mother and I received manicures. They were done neat and efficiently. I was also given a BOMB drank and conch salad. *Chefs Kiss* This will definitely be my go to spot whenever I need to get right in Miami. I highly recommend this establishment. S S I FINALLY found my nail place in Miami! This is by far the BEST Russian Manicure in ALL of Miami-Dade county. Quote me and trust me! I searched far and wide and had so many bad experiences before I finally came across Smart Nails. I found the salon from a random google search. The salon had one review from someone who said that she drove from Broward to Miami to find her, and that she followed her from her old nail salon. From the sound of that review, I could tell that person was serious about her Russian Manicure, and had standards that might be similar to mine. I went Smart Nails website, made the appointment from there, and showed up to the salon suite and there was ZERO Issues unlike every other salon. There were no issues scheduling, no moving me around, no making me wait when I got there, no annoying people sitting on top of each other in a big busy salon. Its just me and my angel nail Goddess Zami in her perfectly comfortable and suitable salon suite. She is meticulous and passionate about her craft and it shines through in her work. She is so good she has even been able to get me comfortable with trying different colors and nail shapes after doing the same exact thing for the last 20 years of my life. :-)

Renata Bolotova I had a Russian manicure done this week at Smart Nails salon in Miami and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the results! Zamira was highly skilled and paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that my nails were perfectly shaped and groomed. What I appreciated most about the Russian manicure was that it removed all of the dead skin around my nails, leaving them looking and feeling much healthier. The end result was a flawless, natural-looking manicure that lasted for weeks. The pricing was also a deal-breaker! Usually Russian Manicure price rages between $90 to $120, but I got my regular gel manicure for just $70! The salon itself was also very clean and modern-looking, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. Overall, I would highly recommend Smart Nails salon in Miami for anyone looking for a high-quality Russian manicure.

Lorena Fernandez Best nails ever! Cleans your cuticle area perfectly with absolutely no pain or damage and takes her time making sure the application is perfect! Also extremely creative. She’s one of those nail techs you can tell to do whatever they want and you will end up with a masterpiece! Highly recommend!!

Raina Diedrick The staff is friendly and inviting but my issue is actually mostly about the outcome of my service. The first thing I couldnt wrap my head around was being charged for regular polish, $10! I asked for liquid hard gel and they only had clear, Ive been using rose, so I told her, no worries just cover it with polish since it wont match not being informed of the additional charge. But thats whatever. 3 days after my service I lost a nail and day 5 another! It may usually only happen after 4-5 weeks after service with my regular tech. I dont live in the area and I dont have the time to go back for repair but this is ridiculous that after spending $121 my nails, they havent made it a week and Ill have to spend more money to get them done properly.

The salon is warm and comfortable. I’ve never left a review for a salon before but I had to leave a review for Epoch. These women are true artist.

Anastasia Apa I’ve been coming here over a year and the service us always professional and the location is clean and beautiful. I typically get the Deluxe pedicure and today I got the Ultimate which includes paraffin and a hot stone massage - worth the upgrade - highly recommended! Lorena is the best, a true nail artist who will not let you leave the chair unless her work is perfect. Their hours are also accommodating for the working woman!

Sarah Basta Tia is AMAZING! I have been to many nail salons in Miami and never left so happy and eager to return as I did here. I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait. I was immediately sat with Tia and she recommended the Gel X service instead of my usual acrylics and I’m in love with this service. They last longer and look more professional than my usual acrylics. Tia was so sweet, friendly and GENTLE. She went above and beyond ….she didn’t cut my skin and she even specifically applied the Gel X nails to help straighten the look of some on my naturally crooked fingers. 10/10!! I highly recommend Tia and will only be coming to her to have all my services done.

Courtney Mazzola The place is cute and comfortable, staff is nice, and prices are very cheap- but the pedicure was mediocre at best. They don’t do any massage portion and they only did our service one at a time so we had to wait for each other to be done. The end result is honestly- terrible. The polish is lumpy and sloppy. It’s all over my skin and my nails were filed crooked. I will have to remove and re do it myself. Work in photos is less than one day old.

Kuban Kartel Horrible so horrible this was my first time I really needed a pedi because I didn’t have one in months Horrible the lady who did my pedicure wasn’t rude but just a little did a horrible job I only wanted white toes and she didn’t even or shape them evenly she had polish all on my toes not wanting to wipe them off needed more polish && she was then staring at me while paying like she deserved a tip !! The toes took less than 20 minutes because I don’t like all the scrubbing and stuff like that so her job was so easy I had better pedicures who didn’t give glares when paying she did not deserve a tip at all but I still tipped !! Will never come back HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

Gallardo M. I want to share my experience from January 6, 2022. I was a walk in for my first appointment. My first experience was great, so I communicated with his receptionist and made an appointment weeks later over the phone for a gel manicure and pedicure. I arrived no more than 13 minutes late. I apologized but Yulie was very upset with me. I was the only client in the store and he was the only nail tech working. Yulie gave me a hard time because he was upset about the miscommunication that my nails still had gel-- from the last session 6 weeks ago. He refused to do a manicure on me, so I left the store with my fingernails untouched (photo included).. and a gel pedicure. The night prior I tried my best and soaked my fingers in acetone. Usually gel removal is a service I am comfortable paying for but he did not wish to do that service for me. He left me feeling very uncomfortable for the duration of my pedicure complaining about how he did not want to perform a mani on me. I believe that if he had my fingers soaking in acetone during my pedicure they would have easily been off in time. I was a little sad that I left with the ugly nails I came in with but the nail salon across the street was happy to do it for me as a walk in. :) UPDATE: I am only writing an update because Yulie claims my statement is false/made up. My point is that this nail tech did not want to perform a service on me because of existing gel on my fingernails. I was polite and there was no rude exchanges of words during our entire session, however I have not had an experience like this with any other nail salon. My first session was on 10/28/21. The session was great he was nice and offered coffee. I paid $85+tip via zelle for a manicure pedicure gel session. I had the same broken nails when I came in for my next session. I am happy to communicate in a different platform to show my proof of service.

I got exactly what I asked for and you can tell the products are high quality. I got acrylics and they’ve never looked more natural. So worth every penny. Amalia did my nails. Ibis Alcala I cannot say enough great things about this salon. I tend to see Shamy for my mani/pedi, but everyone there is so talented! I am very picky about my nails, and I love them every single time! The salon is pretty small so an appointment is greatly encouraged! They have wine and other drinks to offer while you get your services done. Everyone there is so sweet. The salon’s decorations are so cute as well! They have a cute little backdrop to take pics of your hands, which I love to use sometimes. I highly recommend Royal Salon! You won’t regret it.

Ashley Fancy Nail Salon is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The service is absolutely amazing, and every time I walk in, it feels like home. Nany is truly a gem – she always knows exactly what I want, and somehow, my nails come out even better than I imagined. What I love most is how much care they put into the health of my nails. My nails have grown more than ever since I started coming here, and they always last a month without chipping or breaking. The team is also super accommodating, always trying to find availability that fits my schedule, even when it’s last minute. I’ve never had such a consistently great experience at any other salon. Andrea Sper Mano Nails is my favorite nail salon in Miami. They do such a great job and pay so much attention to my nails. They use Japanese gel and it lasts forever. They also don’t layer up the gel so it’s nice, smooth and thin and does not bubble up at all. Come in with any design or idea and they’ll bring it to life. Cannot recommend enough!

S M This nail studio has been the best experience for me out of all the places I’ve tried. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with good vibes, and warmth from the staff. This is a great place for me to get experimental with nail art, express myself and also get inspo from their experienced nail techs. They do such a clean job and don’t hesitate to explore intricate designs or pull inspiration from literally anything! I’m so glad I found Mano, the design of the space alone is so relaxing and you really get an A1 experience from beginning to end :)

The detailed: Mano is a great nail salon. I started my transition from acrylic to natural nails with them and I have never seen my nails grow like they do now. It only took a few months but the Japanese gel they use and the process of taking it off is a way better process for my nail health then my old ways. Miranda is my nail tech and she is the best. She pays attention to detail, always makes me feel welcome and always delivers what i have in my head. Kim at the front is the sweetest, interactive with the customers and always a welcoming smile. Monique created great vibes with Mano nail salon with the music, aesthetics, and who she has working for her.

Noemi Mano Salon is one of the best kept secrets in Miami, the Japanese gel they use is definitely a game changer. I have been coming to Mano for 5 months now and my nails are the longest and prettiest they have ever been. The nail technicians at Mano don’t rush through the appointment so this is not the place for you if you’re looking for something quick. I do my nails with Salome, she is a true nail artist, I love how detailed she is with my nails, how she make sures every nail is perfect, my nails always look amazing! If you’re looking for a Salon with technicians who really care about their craft, who take their time and use products that don’t damage your nails, make an appointment here, you won’t regret it.

Laura Figueroa These ladies are true artists. I have had appointments with 3 different nail artists and every time I leave, I am astounded by what they have managed to do. They take so much care shaping and prepping your nails, and the talent for making designs is next level! Theyre also amazing at removals -- if you get your nails done here, make sure you come back to them to remove. I learned the hard way that regular salons might not know how to properly remove the nail art and builder gel and can damage your nails. Beyond that, the studio itself looks beautiful and smells nice, and staff is always helpful whenever I have to figure out booking or discuss pricing for different designs. It is not cheap but worth it!

I booked the same day and they were very nice to accommodate my appointment. My nail tech was Rachel and she was very meticulous and had great attention to detail. Alana Carolan I had an appointment made for 10 am today. I booked with Andrea, she did not show up until past 12 due to car troubles. The salon didn’t even open until 10:40 (they texted me at 9:15 am that they were going to be 30 mins late). Someone else did my nails, and two of them are crooked. She offered a discount and I tipped, but I will not be coming back. As a first time customer, this was a terrible first impression.

Allyssa Brown Perfect gel manicure and regular pedicure! The salon is super clean and the nail artist is very efficient and a clear perfectionist. Best salon I’ve tried in Brickell so far (I’ve lived her for a little over two years). She was very gentle and careful with removing my previous gel manicure and I liked that she had uv gloves available to protect your hands when getting gel. I look forward to returning!

Catherine Hopkins Got my nails done last Friday, it’s only the Thursday after. Paid for gel overlay which was extra on top of the gel cost. The nails took an hour and a half and for it to legit lift on every nail and fall off. Also, had to pay $30 for parking next door. Would not recommend! This is ridiculous! I feel I deserve a refund.

Didi Galvan High quality and professionalism! I started going to Coco’s Nails this summer and now I’m obsessed with this place. The whole experience with them has been wonderful. The team has a welcoming spirit and the environment is cheerful. They will make sure I’m always feeling at my best… starting from making appointments on the phone with Ana Maria and Juan (they always accommodate my requests), continuing with complimentary beverages, and of course, the mani and pedi service that Karla provides with a graceful smile and meticulous attention to detail. The temperature is comfortable, the lighting is very appropriate, and the music is happily melodic (I find myself always ‘shazaming’ their playlists). Location is convenient and there is a public parking lot next to the salon (payment required). They offer great prices for the services. So, if you’re looking for the best place in downtown you should def book your next appointment with them!! I highly recommend.

Carolina Amaris Maria is the best manicurist hands down! I have tried everyone in Miami and I will drive out of my way ( 45 minutes ) to Miami Beach just for her. When we first met I had short little nails! Since turning me on to hard gel in addition to gel manicure making my nails long and strong! Highly recommend !! Cara Paul Well walked in for a manicure the lady that greeted me and asked what I would like was absolutely rude. Thats not the worst part she cut me and it would not stop bleeding. Then she proceeded to tell me I had a cut already.. Nope she cut me and it hurt. Never apologized at all.. absolutely awful. Beware.. I paid $27.00 for this manicure. Then asked her for change to tip her this was before the manicure and again was rude told me she had no change i said I need change to TIP YOU.. all of a sudden she had change.

Marie Yoshimizu Quite disappointed with the service I received. First, the communication was an issue. I called to see if they could do the dip nails and regular pedicure at the same time of the appointment because the regular pedicure service was only available later in the morning. They told me to send a text message instead, so I did. But I got the no response for a couple of days. I showed at the salon 8am, the time of my appointment, but one side of the salon was closed, and the other side had a technician but the sign said “closed”. I called 2 numbers listed on google, and at the storefront and let them know I have an appointment. I also sent them a screenshot of my confirmation. Text message from one number said “they were on the way and the other number said “they were already there.” The technician inside the store with “closed” sign waved at me to go to the back. It was very confusing and there was a lot of miscommunication. The service of the technician was pretty rough and was a bit painful for some filing steps. There were not enough colors available for dip nail base or the chrome coating that I asked prior for. The other side of the salon opened and the technician bright some more colors. It wasn’t the color I expected for but close enough. However, it’s only 4 days since I receive the service, and one of the nails is already chipping and peeling off. I liked the chrome color, but the service is poorly done. I do not recommend this place.

I had broken four nails the day before my appointment and did not think I would have enough time to do the nail art I had booked. Jenny Mas I’ve been coming to Nails & I Spa for about two years now. My nails have never been in better condition and they never break. Yeni is the best manicurist, and can always pull off any design I show her! The owner Jacky is also amazing!! I love this place!!!

Sindy Morales Had a horrible experience at this salon. I wanted a simple set with French tips and was serviced by Jenny, the manicurist who left me with the worst manicure OF MY LIFE. I was cut 5 different times, my nails were different sizes, and she left me with nothing but product and acrylic power on the corners of my fingers and under my nails. To make things worse, when I went back inside to tell her I was dissatisfied with my service and would like it to be fixed she started insulting me and saying I’m “acting like a 5 year old” because “she’s done nails for 20 years and has never had someone dislike her services.” I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Attached are the pictures that show how bad the gunk and residue left on my nails were. All the cuts in the pictures on and around my nails were caused by this manicurist. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. I was so disappointed I didn’t even stay to get my pedicure.

Daisy Martinez My experience here was horrible, I had an appointment they didn’t have no one to do my nails so there was a girl that finished with someone she needed to go home and she was forced to do my nails through that time she said no someone else can do them. She kept saying no and no that the other lady will come. I think it was rude and unprofessional, she was doing my feet and as soon as the other lady came in she got up and told the lady to do my nails when she was already doing mine…I still had to pay full price for this inconvenience and on top of that the quality of how my nail came out was horrible was not what I wanted she rushed into doing my hands and feet she only did 1 layer on nail polish on my hands and Cindy had to fix them…these people just wanna take your money and not care about how the workers treat you…I payed 40 hands and 40 feet not even a discount for the inconvenience….not coming back again.

Polina Calderon I came with my friend and one lady took her in and began to do her nails while I had to wait about an hour to get started on mine because there weren’t enough staff, and when she finally took me in, she was rushing my nails the whole time and even messed up the design. I felt very rushed when picking the color so I did not get the color I wished for. These were supposed to be a really cute set for Christmas but it was ruined.

Lauren Tilley I went in for a spa pedicure and full set, with an appointment and still spent nearly 3 hours there. I later found out that could have been due to some miscommunication, but from the looks of it a visit here will be a lengthy one. When I did finally get into the chair, I received very quality speedy service on my full set. The pedicure was just OK, it was pretty mediocre/sub par for the price paid and being a "spa" pedicure. Value for price paid - just okay.

Yailin I’ve been coming here for a few months now & I’m so happy with how my nails come out everytime! If you are looking for a new nail tech I highly recommend Diana! She is absolutely amazing. She’s very talented and detailed. I really enjoy getting my nails done with her, they always come out perfect! She will help you if you can’t decide on a color or design! When I first started going to her my nails were super short and now they’re long & healthy. She’s really sweet & honestly the best!! 106/125 Words

Evelyn Pina Janet is absolutely amazing. She is very meticulous, my pedicure was amazing. My nails perfection and lasted a long time. I’ve had the pleasure of going to her twice and highly recommend her. Also this location is excellent, plenty of parking and super clean. The front desk is very friendly and much more calmer than the south location. Will only come here now.

Yissel Andrade Diana is one of the best nail techs that I’ve encountered in my 27 years of living. She’s a perfectionist and it really shows within her work. I’m so happy and blessed I found a nail tech for life. You won’t regret her amazing and professional work.

I tend to be meticulous about my shape and length, and she did an amazing job from the start. She’s super easy to talk to, which was great too. Nada Boualam Jenny was amazing. I wish I lived in Miami so I could come back to her every month. She was meticulous both in the mani/pedi process and the color application. I got a gel mani/pedi and it looks AMAZING. She charges very reasonable prices (frankly, I think she should charge much much more considering the quality of her work). Jenny is also super kind - she was such a delight. Highly highly recommend.

Melissa Huberman very professional and sweet. She helped match the color I wanted perfectly and did an expert job. My nails were not in the best of shape and she really helped make them look great without damage (mani and pedi). My fiancé got the manicure without polish and also turned out excellent.

Rachel I have now gotten my nails done with Miriam 4 times. She is amazing, friendly, and attentive to detail. She tries her best (and succeeds) to complete whatever design I show to her even with my small nails. She takes the time with me to pick out colors to best match what I am envisioning. Honestly, the manicure and pedicure combos cannot be beat in terms of price. Miriam also looks out for the health of my nails recommending structure gel which has allowed me to grow my own nails naturally and make them stronger. Every time, I leave happy and wowed! I have gotten so many compliments at work. She tries her best to communicate in both English and Spanish as needed.

Denise Reme-Class I went yesterday for the first time. I booked with whoever was available. I was booked with Rommy. I got to my appointment pretty early, luckily she was available and took me right away. I told her what I wanted and she went to work. I got a structured mani and was a little skeptical at first. She did them square and the shape was nice but Im a round-shaped girly so she ended up reshaping. Needless to say the results were fabulous! The structured mani is $35 but was charged $40 because I had an overlay from a previous manicure. Excited to go back! Gracias Rommy!

Ana Rodriguez Absolutely love this place! The people are super sweet and welcoming. They check up with you throughout the process, to make sure you like your nails. Sabrina Gomez Ive been here 3 times and it really seems like the only person that provides a good service is the owner. The 2 ladies ive been serviced by here do not offer a good service. Ive never even been offered a water without having to ask for it. Talking on your cellphone without atleast using a bluetooth while youre working on someone is extremely unprofessional. The lady today didnt even put lotion on my feet (she offered it after i complained that my feet were white and crusty from not properly buffing or exfoliating). The place itself its small and crammed but that wouldnt matter if the service was actually good. Is good customer service too much to ask for?
