Martina Smith I was a walk-in and taken right away. I had the destinct honor of meeting Miss Katie. I opted for the Organic Signature Pedicure and Manicure with Gel. I keep my nails short because I provide care for my medically fragile disabled granddaughter. What an amazing experience and a treat for me. I never imagined it would be this wonderful. Miss Katie is very professional, personable, kind, and thorough with her work. She cares about Clients and it really shows. She explained everything in detail and asked me if everything was ok. This Nail Salon is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Thank you Miss Katie for making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate you very much. Arleth Arias Amazing experience, extremely hygienic and pleasing location to the eye. The nail tech who had done my nails did amazing. Constantly asked questions to ask if I was satisfied with what she was doing. Overall, would definitely be back!

Ligia Guerra I do not recommend this site! The owners of this place are very friendly and polite! But they dont have good employees, he has a girl who speaks English and Spanish and she is the ONLY one who is really good! I was unlucky and I couldnt take my date with her, pay $ 25 for a job like this, she doesnt deserve it! It took me 1 hour to do a simple pedicure, the employee who did my feet, she herself damaged my shoe with the fresh paint that I have on my nail! I asked her to fix my nail, and instead of removing the paint and making it new, she puts more paint! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!!

Carmen Candelaria I went to do my pedicure and eyebrows today because of the reviews o thought it was going to be a great experience but ended up with a black and blue eye and cuts on my other eye. I noticed that when o got to my car went back to the place and the owner said that the lady that did my eyebrows said I had it before I got there, really people no need to lie because I wouldn’t do my eyebrows if I had a bruise and it was fresh come on people you support each other and there is no accountability for it. I asked for the $10.00 back and did not want to call the police but I better not have consequences for that. I contacted my bank so they won’t get any tips because of not taking accountability for the clerk actions. You better thank me for not suing you for damages. Horrible experience I will not go back at all.

Stephanie N Was going on vacation and showed my nail tech, Jenny, my island inspired pic and she took her time and did such an amazing job to make sure it came out exactly how I pictured and even better!!! My nails lasted the entire 10 days of the trip and even after I came back it’s still looking fresh, I don’t want to take them off and get a refill! I’m obsessed with how these came out and it was probably my most favorite vacay nails and design period!. I’m new to Orlando so finding a good nail salon is hard especially when you want to try cute designs and I’m so happy I found this place!! Thank you Jenny!!

Lilly Vargas Went in for a pedicure and acrylics, pedicure was great enjoyed it toenails look great. I can’t say the same about acrylics, the stylist was nice but didn’t talk or ask if I wanted anything specific she just used the same color for my toes on acrylics which isn’t bad but not what I really wanted, she took like 2 hours maybe more for everything wasn’t too bad, but my acrylics weren’t very even on both hands, when she laid acrylic it got on my skin and my nail underneath were burning. I asked for almond she made them more like stiletto, not a big deal I fixed them at home. Overall will I return yes I’ll give it another chance especially because the pedicure was great, it was my first time ever getting a pedicure. Will I get acrylics again? Maybe but with a different tech, overall I paid 100 tip not included, pedicure acrylics and gel for both, wasn’t bad at all price wise.

Susana Acevedo Leah was absolutely incredible!!! Not only did she take her time to make sure I got the color I wanted (even happily removed the original color I picked because I didn’t like it 100%) but she also did a PHENOMENAL job at shaping my nails!!! I’m so particular about the symmetry of the nails and shaping and I have no complaints. Additionally she was so jolly and good-natured. She had a million things to do and employees to manage yet still did it with so much kindness and gave me 100% of her attention and hard work. I’m so grateful!!

Ana is my nail tech, and she’s fantastic. She’s meticulous about her work, and always makes sure I like the color I’ve selected. I get dip for my nails, and they have a huge selection to choose from. mariana buto College Park has quite a few nail salons but this is now my first choice! They were very accommodating, took me in at the last minute, did a great job and were so efficient. To remove gel polish, other salons will completely soak your fingers in acetone until they burn and then still struggle to get the gel off after 15+ minutes. I noticed the process with this salon was much smoother, they know what they’re doing. They also had a great selection of polish choices!

Chelsea Joy Got my nails done a week ago and they’re holding very well- the lady was excellent. The salon does have a funny odor but it’s worth it for the quality of manicure- great shaping!

Tracey Schwass If you’re looking for a new nail home, look no more. I’m a natural nail girlie and have been on the search for a shop with lots of glitter choices who could handle natural long nails. I’ve been to at least 5 in the area and I’m done shopping. THIS IS THE SHOP!!! It’s rare to find a salon who does good art and they have that too! Sara obliterated my ingrown and I barely felt it. 1st time I haven’t been in tears and the pedicure chairs are something from a dream and they have wine!!

Vanessa Tran So I have been coming here for a year, and truly this is on of the best, if not the best, nail salon in the area. Sara and her team all take such amazing care of me that I am never worried about who will do my nails because I know they all do a great job. This place is so amazing that I had to come back and share that they have been consistently good for a year now. Sara did my nails last night and they are truly a work of art. She loves what she does, and it shows in her craft. If you are looking for a place to get quality nails that last, and a great pedicure with amazing chairs, please don’t wait to go here. I had such an amazing experience. The team here all made my friend and I feel welcomed. We got pedicures. I also got french tips on mine and the man working on me, Steve, did an amazing job doing so on top of providing excellent service on my pedicure. He was extremely detailed, which I appreciated. The chairs were also amazing! We will be back.

Urabia Manley NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! Now normally I have no issues when I come to this salon, but the workers have been changing more frequently. Two days ago me and my boyfriend went, we asked for 2 pedicures, manicure and I requested my eyebrows to be waxed. Two Hispanic women who I’ve never seen before worked on both of us, super unprofessional. Every minute they got up to grab their phones to talk to someone via FaceTime, never came back and washed their hands from touching other surfaces, the one with glasses literally cut my boyfriends cuticles on his toe and painted his toe a baby pink instead of clear polish, didn’t even ask if that was okay.. THEN the lady working on me constantly on her phone as well, shaped my nails uneven, but this is the worse part she literally burned under my eye while waxing me! It’s almost like they had no experience and we were their first clients ever. When I finished and went to pay the lady literally asked how much am I tipping her and the other Hispanic lady, as if tipping is mandatory. I’ve never seen such service like this in my years of getting my nails done. Definitely won’t be returning here EVER AGAIN.

Ashley Im so incredibly happy! Im bursting with joy! I have to share how thrilled I am with my recent beauty treatments. April nail and spa absolutely nailed it! (Pun intended!) They did such a phenomenal job on my nails and toenails. And, to top it off, my microbladed eyebrows look absolutely perfect. Plus, the prices were so affordable! But it wasnt just the amazing results, the environment had more of a warming, home-like, welcoming feel. It made the whole experience even better. Im just over the moon with the results.

Paty Ault Totally recommend. I was in town and looking for a place. I got Mari. She was awesome. She literally nursed my feet back to practically baby soft feet! I have been dealing with a fungus on my toe for months. I tried everything. Not many were able to help or recommend what to do. She was confident of what I needed to do ! I was hesitant as she had to cut the nail short but I had no pain. It didn’t look pretty at first but my toe is healed! Two months later and I’m no longer embarrassed.

The nail salon is impeccably clean, with a chic and comfortable setup that immediately makes you feel at ease. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smile by the owner Allison. She was also the one did my nails. Allison paying meticulous attention to detail and tailoring the service to my exact needs. Arlette Cespedes I’ve been going to this place since December 2024 and they have never failed me they are the absolute best! I even take my mom with me, to do a girls trip and I’m always happy to see them. I’ve had Tony, Mei, Matt and Ben do my nails and they are all amazing and go beyond. If you talk to them they help you pick out budget friendly designs and they really care about their customers. I don’t go anywhere else for my nails. They have really good recommendations to help you find a style you’ll like and all of their nails have been absolute masterpieces on me. They last really long too up to 4 weeks and sometimes even a little more.

Oksana did my nails and I absolutely LOVE THEM! I’ve had Russian manicures in other salons before, and this place has been my favorite thus far! Oksana was careful in her technique, and did amazing work with her attention to detail! I will be returning!

Shamaron Grier Top master Oksana does a great job. The nails last me 3 weeks and when they grow out they grow evenly. Salon is small, but very clean. Expensive but last longer than any other nail I’ve had! My first set lasted 4 weeks!

christine4736 I just wanted to share my experience. My grandma, whose English isnt her first language, got a refill gel with the protective base. I am unsure whether she was the "owner" of this establishment, but this lady was very impatient with my grandmother. She told my grandma multiple times to relax her fingers, sure as an artist, I understand that can be frustrating. But for her to constantly do heavy breathe and constantly grabbing my grandmas fingers to keep it still was NOT OKAY. I told her to kindly please wait as I had to confirm whether she wanted her polish to be tip only or full coat. She got frustrated and bang on her table, I KINDLY told her to wait a second! she replied with "well I m going to polish the whole nail." That reply got me frustrated and I told her to wait a minute. As my grandmother was putting her hand under the UV light, she accidentally hit it, another frustration. This "owner" customer service is the reason I am writing this review, which I never do. My experience and her unprofessionalism is not 100% not okay. In the end, she constantly wanted to reassurance for her design. On top of that, she took a picture of her work, again to get reassurance and confirmation of her work. I did not realize how the work resulted, because I just wanted my grandma and I out of there.

My nails and toes always come out perfectly. They also offer so many different service like facials, lashes, waxing and more! Definitely come support this family owned spot if you live in College Park or are in the downtown area!

Danielle Russo We didn’t have enough time to get our nails done at home before our trip. Googled nail salons near us and found black diamond. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I called and made appointments for 11am not taking into consideration getting out of the Disney area. Called and moved it to 11:30 with no issue. It was an experience for my husband, our two daughters and myself. It was great to have conversations with the nail artists. Our girls asked for Mickey and Minnie designs on their nails ((they are super tiny)) and they came out amazing. So grateful we were able to find this salon on Google. Kathy Dieppa Incredible experience. Andy is very skilled with great attention to detail. They have a huge range of colors too. The salon is very clean and it’s clear they focus on quality over quantity. Appointment times are taken seriously and they do not over promise. I appreciate that honesty because it’s not uncommon to walk into an appointment and be told it’ll be five minutes, only to wait for an entire hour. I will definitely be coming back again and again.

Money is tight for me right now. I was expecting to pay certain price and 10$ is a big difference for me. 85 for something basic is a lot of money. Paint job is kinda sloppy. Probably wont return here.

Tee Bailey Not only were they welcoming when you came in. Not only did they offer you beverages when you came in. Not only were they professional. Not only were they very, very nice, but the work that they did and have done was immaculate. I have been to many different nail salons in Orlando, and never have I been more satisfied than I am with this salon. Jesse was amazing. She is the owner, and she is a gem. She talks to you as if youve known each other for years, and its like night and day from other nail salons that dont interact with you much. The other employees there were just as amazing. 2 people came in right when they were closing, and they still welcomed them in and helped them, and I was very, very impressed. I have found my forever salon and Im so happy.

Sandralynn Super nice staff and salon but I paid $60 for just a gel french manicure on my REAL nails (no shaping, tips, sns, acrylic) just for 3 nails to chip 2 days later. If the work lasted I probably wouldn’t mind paying the price but that was not the case. I liked the environment but will not be returning or recommending.

Jacqueline Carpintero I naively went here due to the reviews but I will not be returning. Mia did my nails which at first I thought she was cool to talk to. However, she talked me into paying more and getting a gel top coat over my dip because she said the nails would last longer. I got my nails done on Sunday… today is Wednesday the 3rd day and I have bubbles in my nails with major chipping from just trying to peel a price tag off an item. The photos don’t even do it justice. I informed her I usually get bubble bath dip, she tried to tell me OPI didnt make that color in dip (even though I have had it multiple times at other salons in the area) she showed me something “similar” that she had instead. Mia was nice but she asked if I wanted something to drink, I said water pls and she came back with nothing and started on my nails. Also, she kept doing this annoying tapping before opening each jar. It was like nails on a chalkboard for me. Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever received. I came to get my nails done to feel good not just have a conversation with someone. I rather go to my usual nail salon downtown for quality and even a few dollars less. Not worth it. EDIT: day 4 and all of my nails looks like it’s 2 weeks old just doing my normal everyday tasks. Dip has never ruined this soon. All of my dip nails have lifted and things are getting stuck underneath. Very frustrating.

Meredith Gibbs Wow. This salon is so much better than any other. They are nail artists. They take doing your nails seriously, it’s not a 15 minute rush job where you go home and see how crooked your nails are. They desire for your nails to meet your expectations. We had a race weekend coming and I asked my artist to paint an oar blade for men’s WP Crew on one of my nails and wow. She made it look exactly like the photo I gave her. My daughters nails also look amazing. They chat with you and are lots of fun. The place is clean and lovely. If you are looking for a place where you will leave happy with the results, go here!

Nicole Lama Ive been getting my nails done with Natalia for 3 months now and I do everything possible to go back every month. My nails are the healthiest, longest, strongest and most beautiful they have ever been! Setting up appointments is quick and easy; parking is always available and free; pricing is extremely reasonable for a Russian manicure; tools are sanitized. The fact that Natalia is so professional and such an amazing conversationalist is just the icing on the cake! I cant praise this business enough!

Jenny Joy Ive been coming to Natalia for almost a year. She has worked wonders with my manicures and pedicures. Not only is the work beautiful and impeccable, Ive learned so much about taking good care of my hands, feet, and nails. I have very sensitive nails, skin and cuticles. She is so gentle and responsive and careful. She listens and works to accommodate what I need. I dont know how to properly describe the transformation of my nails with her care. It is night and day. I am so grateful to have found Natalia. Her prices are very competitive. I feel like I get every bit of what I pay for. I paid more at another salon that was a revolving door of nail techs who were always new and in training. With Natalia you get a passionate professional who takes her skill and craft very seriously. Natalia is very reliable. She keeps her appointments and has even helped me with last minute emergencies for events. I book my appointments months out and I have never had an issue with her canceling. She is very responsive with her communication. I truly feel blessed to have found this nail salon. Anyone looking for a place to truly have your hands, feet, and nails improved and cared for, this is the place! I usually only get neutral colors but I have seen the artwork she is capable of! My nails are healthier and stronger now than ever. Gels, dips, and acrylics ruined my nails for months after a single manicure. You can see the difference in the color and strength of the natural nail even after one service here. 2. The manicures and pedicures *last*. The process is unique compared to traditional nail services. The polish does not chip, break, or crack. Mine usually last about a month and look salon quality for weeks. 3. Natalia is an artist. She can make any design come to life. The quality of the artwork is amazing, and truly feels like wearing art. No matter what ideas I have, she makes them happen every single time. She will do whatever she can to show your unique personality and make you feel beautiful. 4. Every service is enjoyable. The salon is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people who are genuinely kind and care about your well being both during the service and in your life. Jordan Shariff Adrian was amazing today we did a set inspired by the Tanzanian flag for my husbands birthday Friday since that is his home country. And they turned out so gorgeous I love them so much. I will be coming back for every next set of nails I get. They have the Tanzanian flag on my middle fingers, an ‘s’ for his name on my ring finger, the Capricorn symbol on my right ring finger, gold stiletto pink fingers, and the thumbs have gold blue and green foil on them which are the colors of the flag. My husband and I love them so much. They are just too perfect. Thank you so much Adrian. See you next time.

Ashley Garrett I was desperate for a fill since I’m going on a trip and I had a broken nail and I couldn’t get into my normal place. This place had high ratings so I gave it a try. Disappointed to say it’s a really bad quality of work. I arrived at 5:45 and waited about 30 minutes. They close at 7, so I’m not sure if by the time they started, they were just in a rush. The man didn’t ask me anything about keeping length and shape the same or not. He just started. I did want to keep it the same, so no big deal, except I feel worse off. The broken nail that I got replaced doesn’t really match the shape of the others, my left thumb nail is very textured with obvious brush strokes on it, and the other nails are missing color around the edges and cuticle. I pointed this out on the right thumb and he fixed it, but there’s several other nails with the same issue. Not only is the color missing, but the acrylic is as well. You shouldn’t be seeing my natural nail in the spots that you do. I came in with extensive nail art on my fingers, so obviously I’m not a novice to getting my nails done, I like investing in my nails, and I can tell bad quality work when I get it. It’s a shame. The photos were taken immediately after getting it done. Update: 3 nails broke within 2 weeks and several chipped, so the quality is just atrocious. Not just me being picky.

They had good reviews so I gave them a try let me say that they are clean and always do a great job on my nails. Decent regular nail Polish selection and very good gel and dip selection. Plenty of chairs and drying stations. They offer non-alcoholic beverages and snacks as well. I got a very nice pedicure (basic) that included foot and leg massage as well as hot towels. They have AMAZING massage chairs - the ones that also massage your arms. I felt like she knew me for years. I got the French tip pedicure with gel polish. She fixed my broken nail on my big toe without using any acrylic. I will definitely be back!

Tatiana Smith I made an appointment over the phone. The person who answered the phone was very professional and answered all of my questions. I received a text message confirmation. When I arrived, the parking lot was almost full but I got a parking spot. I was immediately greeted and sat down to start my service. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming. My nail technician, Nolan, did an excellent job. I am very picky about the neatness of my polish at the cuticle. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out. He took great care of my hands, my shape is beautiful and it fits my nail. I have no complaints. I highly recommend.

Charles is an excellent nail tech and always does a fabulous job with the shape and colors - also, he always has new brands and colors which is fun for mixing it up! The salon is clean, organized, and consistently decorated for the holidays which I love! I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the staff is so nice. Best nail salon in winter park by far & I’ve tried them all!

Victoria Hodges I think we’ve all had bad nail experiences in our life but not everyone has had great a great nail experience. I have started getting my nails done by Ro Ro and she’s consistently done an excellent job. She nails what I want, is really efficient, does a great job at never hurting me, and is very kind/friendly. I 10/10 recommend.

elizabeth Ive been coming here for close to 2 1/2 years and when i say the service is amazing!! I always get my nails and toes done with Sophie, and i absolutely love her! She always does an amazing job and is the sweetest! Honestly, the whole staff is amazing and takes care of you! They also recently redecorated, so the salon is absolutely gorgeous as well. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced nail salon, I would definitely go here! I also attached a picture of a set of nails Sophie just did for me and I love them!

I got a manicure while on vacation- 2 days ago- and had Excellent Service- no complaints, BUT less than 48 hours later 6 of my 10 nails have the polish chipped off. Very disappointing! I wanted my nails to look nice for Thanksgiving- that was one week within my appointment.1st picture later the day of appointment, pictures 2 & 3-under 48 hours after manicure.

She then called Grace who works at City and sent me to her because she specializes in designs..I love my nails and I highly recommend. Grace is super sweet. Will return for TJ to do my toes.

They went above and beyond this has truly been my best experience at a nail salon not only that I absolutely loved the chrome design full set .. also the lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job she cleaned and cut my toe nails very well best pedicure i have ever gotten literally 10/10

Jeanne Giardino I had a gel pedicure done by a young lady with blue tinted hair on 11/11 and while she was polite she lacked skill. She took 2 hours for a deluxe pedicure and she made my feet bleed. She tore at any ingrown toenails and did not care for my comfort though I voiced pain. It was distressing. I walked out with 3 BANDAIDS ON MY TOES! No apologies or remorse! My toes hurt now. While City Nails is a very good salon please be aware. Thank you.

Jessi 0 STARS. WASTE OF MONEY/ TIME!!! All I’m going to say is I walked in and 2 girls walked in after me. How is it that this is all I got done.. but the 2 other girls that walked in after me got nails and toes done and left before me? I was in there almost 3 hours just for this and I got charged $80 for it! PLUS this isn’t even what I wanted! This place just wants your money and will literally look you dead in the face like they are not in the wrong. I will NOT be back. 2 1/2 hrs just for this??!! Crazyyyyy 0 STARS

Rebecca Cartagena Im giving 1 star because it was a terrible pedicure. It was my first time there and when getting my pedicure the water was cold. I told the woman and she added some warm water but it was still cold and I told her again but it didnt get much warmer. The woman told me I should get the pedicure with the callus remover so I did. The woman scrubbed so hard she took off skin! I told her it hurt and not to use that on my other foot. I continued to complain about the pain and Im unsure if she understood me or what. I got my nails done with another tech and she was good. If it werent for the pedicure Id consider going back for my hands. When I went to pay the woman that did my feet was sure to tell the woman cashing me out that I got the upgraded pedicure with the callus remover...even though she cut me and didnt even do the other foot. I tipped because she did do a service but never going back.
