angela marie My experience wasn’t terrible but it could’ve been 10x better. My friend recommended this salon to me and i had SUCH high hopes since i live in town and was tired of driving to the beach to get my nails done. I get to the salon around 12:40. I wash my hand and they sit me down to take off the dip set i had from someone else. I’ve never done the process of a dip removal and it seemed like it was taking a bit longer than it should’ve, but again I’ve never went through that process so I’m not sure. I show the design i wanted and they said just for the background color it would be $100. So i said I’d just do clear or do a clear pink. They seemed so confused on the design so i chose a different option. They then told me just for a brown French tip it would be $15 extra and the lady that was doing my nails said she wasn’t sure if it would come out good. Confused because she did something identical to the girl before me but on a different shape nail. She proceeds to do my nails and i tell her i just want brown. She puts the nail on and cuts it WAY shorter than what i asked and seemed irritated when i mentioned it was a lot shorter. She starts to drill my nails and constantly goes over my cuticle on my thumb. I pull away and she doesn’t even acknowledge that she hurt me. She does the same thing one more time and still doesn’t acknowledge it. Then when she put the color on I’m assuming she got paint on my thumb and goes over my cut cuticle with her nail and i pull away again and she said, “oh i hurt you?” And i told her yes and no apology or nothing. She finally gets done at 3:00. I don’t usually do things like this or complain, i was just really let down. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or something because they seem super nice, especially to their regulars.

Heather Chavers Long did my daughters nails. He gave her exactly what she wanted. Coffin shape with light pink French manicure. They are beautiful. He took his time and did an amazing job! Most importantly besides a beautiful product, Long and Mia gave us the most amazing customer service. They were both kind and humble and truly cared that we were comfortable and pleased with their service. They are skilled artisans as well as good people. Thank you Long and Mia for taking care of my daughter and for taking pride in the way you do your work. It is so hard to find people that care, I feel like Long and Mia care! Highly recommend them!

Jennifer Erlsten **CAUTION- Most Expensive Place in Panama City!** Gel nail & gel toes. I bought Christmas stickers and brought them in. There was a $5 charge to remove my REGULAR nail polish from my toes. The price told to me when I first got there was $55 for toes & $45 for nails both gel. When I was done they said $115! No acrylic nail. MY own nails! They charged me $15 dollars to put them on. Im still in shock! Since when is there a charge to remove nail polish?!?! Mind blown. Ill find somewhere else.

krystal antonucci Very clean and did a great job on my nails Ive been going here for three months now. The anything I dont like is I cant understand what they talk about and I feel like they talk about the customers but who knows what they talk about. When I go back to get a fill in I will down load a translator where I can see what they are talking about. If its bad I will up date this review but right now I give it 5 stars will keep you posted

Phung Nguyen I stopped in for a pedicure today and I am glad I did. The service was excellent. The lady that did my pedicure was very friendly and was very thorough. The salon is small, yet tidy which gives a very cozy feel. The chairs and interior decors were nice. They used liners in their pedicure tubs. They took me right in because they have a 4 people working. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Nina Nadery My first time coming to this nail salon and did not like the way how I was treated by the nail tech. I had initially made a gel pedi/mani for both my daughter and I. When I arrived the environment was welcoming. The place is nice. As the mail tech was ready to start the pedicure I noticed they did not set up for my daughter. I informed the nail tech a few times that I schedule an appointment for my daughter as well but was brushed off/ignored. So, I patiently waited but no one came to start on my daughters pedicure so I again informed the nail tech that I schedule an appointment for gel pedi/manicure for my daughter. He preceded to ask me when would I like for my daughter to get her pedicure done I simply replied with now if possible. He became frustrated with me, rolled his eyes and caught an attitude with me. After he was done with her pedicure I asked him to style my nail with a photo I saw on Pinterest. As he was doing my nails he kept giving me an attitude when I would remind him how I’ll like to get my nails done. It seemed like he was in a rushed to get me out of there. To say the lease I did not get what I asked for and my daughter never got her gel manicure. My nails are uneven in shape/size and poorly polished

Suzy Taylor I’ve never had a salon let me leave with my nails looking like this. I’ve been growing my natural nails for MONTHS and the salon thinned them while applying an acrylic over lay. I have acrylic all over my hands and cuticles. The nails aren’t evenly shaped, polish has air pockets and bumps. I was so disappointed, now I have to grow them out all over again. The staff is really nice and the salon is clean.

Nephateria Johnson I didnt want to say anything but it needs to be said, So I have been to this nail salon before and the environment is nice, But the experience I had made me mad. So these pictures are what I wanted versus what I got the man that did my nails didnt know what he was doing. He took way too long to do my nails plus he filed my cuticles down to where my finger started bleeding as you can see the cut on my thumb. I dont mind a person taking their time and doing their job right, but its clear in the picture that he didnt know what he was doing. I am a nice person so I didnt complain, But I made a decision that I will not be returning.

Nisi Mill I went in for a fill and gel polish, and this is the result. I specifically asked for short square nails, but the technician completely messed up the shape. As you can see, the polish is uneven and doesn’t fully cover my nails. When I raised the issue, I was told I could return on Tuesday to have them corrected, as it was only 15 minutes before closing. I won’t be coming back or spending another dollar at this salon.

I’m honestly shocked at how many good reviews this place has, this place is NOT worth the $225 before tip I was charged. I left so disappointed. I stepped in multiple times during the session correcting color choices, areas on the nail, length, and filing issues.. so many times to where I finally just saved my voice and counted this as a loss. I made an appointment and specifically asked for someone who specializes in mail art as I’ve seen amazing work on their socials. Fast forward to this morning where I brought my 5 year old daughter do get her nails done with me (her gel nails were $85, which is absolutely insane for the zero prep done and quality hers ended up being).. Needless to say, I’ve already scheduled an appointment next week at my usual location by the beach.

Jae B ***I posted this review 8 months ago, here we are April 2024 and I gotta make an update after the experience I just had tonight. I promise I will never go back. I will drive to Alabama to get my nails done before I walk in this salon again. I decided to give them another try bc they are convenient, close to where I live. I arrived at 5:30 and told them I needed a fill and pedicure. The nail ladies were busy but the pedi ladies were free so they did that first. Great, no problem. She finishes and tells me the nail ladies would let me know when they were ready. In the midst of my pedicure someone walks in and wants their nails done. Instead of telling HER no we don’t have time tonight bc I’m waiting and by this time it was about 6 pm, they took her. So they tell me to wait and after about 30 minutes she comes to me and asks me to come back tomorrow bc the other customers are going to be awhile. Like I haven’t already been sitting here AFTER working all day myself. I asked why didn’t anyone tell me this after my pedicure. She said she told the lady she should tell me, but clearly no one did. Then I went to pay for my pedicure and I get the most careless “sorry” I’ve ever heard in my life. No discount on my pedi for the troubles AND I still tipped this woman for my service. Y’all have left a bad taste in my mouth for the last time. Definitely should’ve told the walk in you couldn’t take anyone else tonight since I was already there, but prioritizing profit over customer experience y’all thought yall could squeeze one more person in and make double the money. Now you’ve lost a customer who went against her better judgement to give you guys another try for the past several months.*** I saw Lily a few months ago for a full set and pedicure. No issues. Except they charged me $150 which was outrageous, but I didn’t make a fuss I just paid and tipped and left. Went a few weeks after that for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. It was one of the most awful nail jobs I’d ever received. Polish was all over my skin, nails were filed crooked, and both services were done in the pedicure chair. My appointment was at 530 so they were rushing to get me out before close. I said I wasn’t going to go back, but it’s 5 minutes from my house so I decided to go up there this past Saturday 7/29. I got there at 8:40 and the door was open, so I went in and was serviced immediately. That was nice. I asked for the same thing as last time, manicure and pedicure with gel polish. My feet were satisfactory. Except the polish has a black tinted film on it. I get matte top, and never have I had an issue with my polish looking dingy. But the REAL issue is with my nails. My left index finger polish peeled off THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!!!! Several of my other nails were already chipping. There is polish on my left ring finger skin and when I tried to pick it off it started to peel the paint off the nail so I just left it. This happened after close of business Sunday and I work all week so I haven’t been able to go back. Not that I really care to, I’m sure nothing will be done or I’ll just be given another low quality service. I paid $110 for these services. It’s ridiculous to charge $20 for gel polish for both hands AND feet separately. That’s $40 for a $10 bottle of polish. The ladies are nice though. Only reason they got 2 stars. Services are terrible and products used are low quality. Pictures are from 4 days post services. The one that peeled off happened day after services. Remember $110 was spent 4 days ago and this is what it looks like.

Debbie Forand I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years and have happily recommended this place to friends and family. It’s truly disheartening to say that lately, I’ve noticed a decline in quality. It seems like the team is struggling with getting the shape of my nails just right, and while there are a couple of talented artists, they aren’t always available. I’ve also experienced inconsistent pricing depending on who is serving me, which adds to the frustration. It saddens me to leave this review for a place that has meant so much to me, but my experiences over the past six months have been less than satisfactory. I hope that this feedback helps bring about some positive changes.

Nicole Reis Came in as a walk in on a slammed Saturday morning. The nails speak for themselves. Absolutely amazing shape, dip application, and design. So beautiful! Updated: $65 plus a $20 tip for just my fingernails which was fine except one broke 4 days later. Went in at opening to get it fixed (called two days ago to make sure). Said they were too busy to fix one nail and I had to come back in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes to get there and work evenings so I’ll just have to go to an entirely different nail salon and pay to have the one nail done.

Nicole Watkins Had an appointment at 3 PM. Just left $60 for a pedicure and $40 for a dip manicure. pedicure is fine but I want to cry looking at these nails. I didn’t notice inside of the shop but as soon as I got to my car realized how jacked up they were, I’m going to call and see if they’re willing to fix them tomorrow. Hopefully they have some sense of decency and will make it right

Moe Mayfield Im extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The nail shape is unflattering, and the color doesnt match the polish book. The nail design looked childish, and the gel polish was already chipping and had a lumpy finish. I asked the lady attending me (sitting at the back left table) to redo the design, but she argued with me, claiming she couldnt color over it. Fortunately, a younger man intervened and corrected her. She then redid the nails with a solid color, but did a poor job. To make matters worse, theres still visible blue polish peeking out from underneath, indicating she didnt properly drill down the old design. This experience was horrible, and I wont be returning. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

samantha smith 62 dollars for a fill and gel and chrome is terrible. they told me fill with gel is 40 dollars. chrome powder should not be 22 dollars more. DO NOT COME HERE they lie they aren’t the best like there chips and i asked for a certain color didn’t have i originally wanted bc i asked for a color by name. and there is a chip in my nail and i just got them done yesterday and they are uneven it’s a fill.. and my hands were so covered with extra acrylic and i was left with it all around my nails. like why is attach to my actual finger

Daphne Lewis I was really disappointed with my dip. My technician could two layers of powder and they were so thin they cracked in 3 days and he spent so much time filing them down at even made them thinner and when I mentioned it it was as if I was making it up.

Linda Liebersbach I’ve tried many places in my area and I’ve finally found one that provides wonderful service; been going for a little over six months now. Chad pays attention to details and he is very gentle with the hands. I’ve observed the other nail techs do the same. Everyone is very nice and accommodating there.

Marcia Fernandes My new salon! Since May, I have tried a few salons mostly with mediocre results. Today I tried U. S. Nails. Looking around one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was. That is always a plus when having something like this done. I was taken quickly for being a walk in. Chad was my technician. I showed him the picture I wanted and told him the color scheme and he said no problem. He started the process and was super gentle and took his time to make sure he didn’t hit the skin. Once he was done with the initial old polish removal, he realized how poor of a job the last salon did. He said he didn’t want to talk bad about another tech and I told him don’t worry about it, I know how bad they were. He fixed their work and went to work on the new nails. He was very precise with what I asked for. Over all I am SO pleased. Will definitely be back.

Brittany Moore The people here were super nice, but the quality of service that I received is despicable less than eight hours later the paint on my toe is chipping. It is a gel nail polish, which are supposed to last much longer than eight hours. The paint on my thumb was not even completed. My nail art is horrible, they are different links and the colors that I asked for are not matching. I have a black and silver glitter paint on my finger when I asked for a solid black glitter I’m not a super confrontational person so I did not say anything while in the store because I cannot handle competition, it gives me , actual panic attacks but I shouldn’t have to say anything for my nails to be done correctly. I paid $120 for both my nails and my toes absolutely insane that they’re not done correctly And already chipping.

The family that’s runs the salon are amazing people! Each nail tech is wonderful but Kristy is my personal favorite! Sycosoulreaver Had a very long day cutting hair. Needed some pampering. It was a Friday night, they got me right in and 30.00 for a pedicure not to shabby. Great customer service, not to mention the shop is beautiful inside. Was able to just relax and use the massage chair after the pedicure. It was just what I needed and this may be my new pedicure place. Even though I only go a few times a year. Still coming here 3 years later. Occasionally getting nails done. Today was a hit! Sarah Arguelles I usually love this place but this time was different. Romeo usually did my nails and he took the time to do them exactly how I wanted....Romeo is no longer there, so the older man did them this time. I told him what I wanted, he recommended something different. I asked him to fill certain areas that needed more acrylic and his response was "the polish will cover it." I told him no, if the base isnt right the polish wont be. He sloppily "fixed two" and said the rest would be fine. Nails are crooked and sloppy. Look great from far away.... but needless to say. I will not be going back.

S S I come here quite often to get pedicures and my nails done, but I will not return. I got a pedicure the other day and now my little toe is infected. I tried to talked to one of the employees about it. They tried to say it was not infected and it just happens when the skin is scrubbed too hard! Well now it effecting how I walk with a shoe on and going to need a Dr visit because of them! Do not go here!

Brittney Anderson Last week I had my nail done at a place in Lynn Haven and it wasn’t too good within a week my nail was breaking and looked horrible. So I decided to go get my nails fixed with only having a hour to spare before having to be at work. They took me straight back to be seated and Ms Tina jumped right into fixing my nails she was so nice and she was so understanding about doing it and helping with my issue I had. she did a awesome job fixing my nails and she did it in the short amount of time so I wasn’t late for work and my nails still looked amazing. Christin Nation I literally go here every 2-3 weeks and I love it. I had the worse experience the other day. I brought my aunt with me for her first time. They told her that hers would be $35 then charged her $50. Not to mention I went for a fill and I already had ombre nails on. The lady puts the wrong color pink to fill in my nails. So I said something and there like we will fix it so I sat there and they had to totally re start. Kind of annoying but it is what it is. She "fixes" them with the right pink. They clearly dont blend like they should and the shaping she did is awful. Very disappointed. Wont be going back.

Crystal Speights I’ve had my nails for a week now and I’m still in love with them . I love the design and she did such a great job , I haven’t lost any nails and haven’t had any issues . This was my first time getting my nails done at this place and I will be going back . The salon is so clean and welcoming , I love that the workers wear mask still . Prices are affordable and the selection of different colored acrylics are AMAZING !

I knew when I called, this was the place to go as Danny answered the phone and had the best personality and was so humorous. This was our first ever time in PCB. He told me the wait would not be long and it was not! I had read other reviews of other salons in the area not including a massage, but Lovely Nails did do a massage, even with regular pedicure. We literally picked our paint and had a space ready for myself and two daughters in the pedicure chairs. I was in luck as my younger daughter and myself had Danny as our nail tech as well! My oldest daughter received a gel nail regular pedicure and gel nail regular manicure. I did a regular pedicure with regular polish. My youngest daughter did regular polish on toes. The total for all services received was $150. When we venture back to PCB, Lovely Nails will always be on the agenda, thanks to Danny!

Cheri Juergens Workers were very nice and respectful. Great customer service. Great job on trimming,shaping and polishing my toe nails. They spent a lot of time on my feet. Still look great 3 weeks later. My daughter also had a full set done. They were pretty. I cant find a place that can help me with my dry heels

Kaela Segebart This was my first time going here and I set up appointment with hanna she was amazing. She did an absolute wonderful job. I got a deluxe pedicure and a full set pink and white. Definitely will be going back to see her again. The price was very reasonable and I will pay that anytime for the great job she did on my nails and pedicure.

Jessy Flanagan I love this place! My son bought me a pedicure and manicure for Mothers Day. They were busy but worked me in. The lady who did my nails stayed an hour after closing to take care of me. Thank you everyone for being there today. *****Hey I could only edit my earlier review...but Ive gone back many times in the past 3 years, so Id like to update on my recent visit on 09-15-2022 I got my Halloween on and got these nails done. Great people fantastic job...the black and silver is a full set acrylic nails with one design on pointer finger nail total without tip was $65......its getting more and more expensive to get anything done but at least here the nails last 3-4 weeks before breaking off.

Amanda McCoy I normally do not have problems here but the last time every person I was with had issues with there nails! Customer service is friendly and the shop is always clean and full of laughter! The only complaint here is the quality of work we received! Gel nails were uneven and certain parts of the polished pooled to one spot or another, other places of the nail not covered at all. My basic manicure was terrible. Instead of cutting the cuticles the lady would rip them instead of closing the cuticle cutters all the way like you should. Excessive skin was left.

Megan Ashley Called before I arrived (was basically in the parking lot) and asked if they could take a walk in right now and they said yes. I get there and they said they could do a mani and pedi done within 30 min at the same time. I then sat there for 40+ min and then left bc no one attended to me. I would not recommend coming here based on the lack of communication. If you’re busy just say that.

Lauren Shaw We had a group of 5 for a bachelorette party and we had the BEST experience. The staff is so nice and accommodating. We are from out of town so we called when we were an hour away and they were waiting for us when we walked in. I will definitely be back next time I visit the area and will recommend this place to anyone!!

Jayla A On the door it says appointments only but they took me as a walk-in so it was just me and one other person in the nail salon which is pretty nice I like rhinestones and jewels on my nails they didnt have those?? Thats why I gave them a 4. But he did work hard at getting me in between coffin and square shape. I appreciate that

Melissa Tanner I made an appointment for a fill. Quinn did an amazing job on my nails Including the cat eye polish. The whole experience from the moment I walked in was stellar! I was greeted promptly, the space was clean, and the vibe was spot on! The salon had beautiful design and appointments. Quinn was very concerned that I was happy each step of the process. She and Tristan chatted with me and made me feel like she really wanted to know me as their client. I highly recommend Muse Salon and Spa. This type of fresh business is exactly what Callaway needs as we rebuild and grow.

The care to detail, presentation of the establishment and just the staffs dedication to the comfort and well being of their clientele has assured that I will be a repeat customer. Sheridan Jones I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! This place is amazing. The owners are super sweet, I got the TLC pedicure and absolutely loved it. They do more than just wash your feet. It’s an entire spa experience. I even brought my little baby and they didn’t mind at all Great salon. I’ll be back.

I had an appointment but my daughter did not. They were able to do a gel polish for her. The salon is very clean and modern. We will definitely be going back!

Summer England Got my nails done a week and a half ago and they’re already lifting. My cuticle have been bleeding and peeling and right at my nail bed the acrylic is uneven and lumpy. Already chipped and they look dirty. I paid $60 and I’m upset with the outcome and they lasted for a short period of time. First experience was okay and was going to make this my home mail shop until this experience was just awful. $60 my nails should have lasted atleast 2 weeks before lifting and chipping. I don’t do anything but tap a screen all day at work.

Lexie Hats I’m EXTREMELY picky on who does my nails, and I’ve tried plenty of places in town. This was the first time I’d gotten my nails done and my nail beds weren’t throbbing afterwards. They do amazing here, and they really take care of their clients! The Owner is also super nice, and the establishment stays clean!

Tories Fair Shares ** Update: After waiting over an hour and Bin doing a nearly complete new set, I LOVE the nails. Unfortunately the intial customer service and the fact Im convinced Tanya wasnt licensed it negates that my nails are pretty and I wont be back.**** When I say I will NEVER come back here. Had I read the reviews I wouldve kept it moving down to Abby Nails. I came as a walk-in on my birthday. They asked me to come back in 30 mins, I did and still waited 20 mins. I wanted almond shaped and the lady that was doing them (Tanya) wasnt understanding so I asked the other lady to explain but she was rude and seemed like I bothered her even requesting her translate. I forgot to mention that I looked everywhere for Tanyas license and I did not see one anywhere. They are normally proud to post them. Either way, it took almost 2 hours! Yall be the judge. I had an appt that I missed because it took so long, I was beyond ready to go and be done but when I left I called immediately and made an appt to come the next morning to have them fixed. I waited almost an HOUR for them and the young lady with the long purple tipped hair is rude af. I mean I will NEVER EVER go back here. Horrible quality, not a lot of versatility and they really arent the nicest people on top of acting like it was my fault she made a mess of my nails when went back! WHY spend money here?
