Phenix Foods Amaris is amazing! She genuinely cares about her clients retention and you can tell in the way she does her prep and application. She can do super simple or super blinged out snd artsy sets. I wont go anywhere else in town!

Lauren Henderson LaRose is the best spot to get your nails done! Everyone is very talented and they can do so many designs, everyone here is an artist! I highly recommend seeing T. She goes above and beyond - the color I usually like didn’t come in gel so T created the perfect color for me herself! Their cuticle work is fabulous. They have great ventilation too and it always smells nice. 10/10 service, atmosphere, and artistry!

Logan Schober Diane and Harry are amazing! I came in 3 weeks ago and Diane did a full set and they stayed beautiful for 3 full weeks. I got them filled today and they are stunning. Harry did my pedicure and it was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever gotten. I came in with my two kids and my daughter got gel on her nails and it is beautiful too! They have a loyal customer in me. Not what you would expect in a salon in a Walmart. Service and results are better than most high end salons!

Paris Bryant I called to make sure they offered the service I wanted and they did. The place was nice and clean and staff was very friendly. I have always went to the same place for my nails for 10+years and I wanted to find a secondary or new home. Diane was awesome. She was quick and efficient. I wanted to go to coffin shape from square and she shaped them perfectly. So happy with my experience!

Rocky Able I went there 3 times : my first time was wonderful even I had a doubt on the price of the service. If you do not know anything about nails service like I do its very obvious to let you believe the price they ask you for. My second time was horrible . First I asked her the price because I wanted to know how much it will be. Price was correct but the service was awful . While She was busy with me she was working on other customers. Also she rushed and the result wasnt nice at all. The nail polish was all over my fingers and most of the nails werent polished well. Price paid was okay but I was very disappointed because I wasnt cared and no conversation with the employee. Its a time to relax but felt more I was taken as a chicken in a cage . My third and last time wasnt pleasant at all. I told them I came last time and the service was awful. It felt they cared about me but I was far away to know how many consequences I would pay by complaining . Before starting I asked her how much it will be . Well she had a strong accent and couldnt really understand her clearly but I guess she said 21$. She did a good job this time BUT she started to ask me many questions where I was living, what I was doing, .... . After finishing I had to pay and its there the awful part . I had to pay 30$ and she asked me how much tips I wanted to give her. I thought tips were something secret and written as a surprise for her. I paid but I told myself I wont go back there because they charge you how much they want even you ask them to justify the price. Do not trust them at all !!!! Its sad because its cheap but does it mean this store needs to exaggerate according to the status of the person.

I had requested both a pedicure and a manicure. While I understand that a pedicure was not possible due to my size, as explained to me as I was leaving, this does not mean that the manicure was off the table. No alternative or clear communication was provided. Had the situation been addressed with a statement such as, "Due to our priority on safety, we are unable to offer you a pedicure at this time, but we would be happy to provide you with a manicure," this review would not exist. I acknowledge your right to refuse services at your establishment; however, I also reserve the right to share an honest review based on my personal experience.

caroline jetel I have visited this salon a few times now and I just want to say they are the best! So kind and friendly and really take the time to give you just what you want. And very reasonable prices. My gel pedicure has lasted me about 3 months so far and I am still so happy with it. This nail salon is by far the BEST in Tallahassee! Pictured is the dip manicure I had done today that took about 1 hour and 15 minutes & cost $40. Thank you T nails!!

Nandi Brown I got a pedicure on 12/17/22. Upon leaving everything was fine until I start noticing a change in the shade of my polish the next day. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but they were not. Today is less than a week since I got a pedicure and there is a black film on my polish. I believe this is a result from the top coat. I have never had this happen before. As I just moved into town, I explained that to the owner and I was told, it is" due to the lotion that I use and because it is a week, there is nothing they can do for me". Please take heed, and pay attention to this if you get a pedicure here. Im a black woman that always lotions to moisture and nurture my skin. My pedicures never get a black film on them from lotion. Also he was not willing to simply repaint them for me without a topcoat 6 days later. Anyways, I will not return.

Lauren This has been my go to nail salon in Tallahassee. I have only had a couple of bad experiences, but every time I go to the owner to get my nails done, they come out great! The prices are also really affordable! I got a full set, medium length & coffin shape for $35 and it lasts 3-4 weeks! Could not recommend this place enough :-)

Kathleen Scott One of my favorite nail salons! They are quick and efficient without losing the "Im being pampered" feel. The techs are friendly and quick to recognize repeat clients. Not overly luxurious, but comfortable and clean. And I found my new favorite summer nail color!!

Kamaya Payne Horrible experience, the people in there have the WORST attitude- the person i went with got charged 78$ for a pedicure and a cut/file down on her nails. When i told the lady i didn’t like my nails she caught an attitude and was very rough with me since the beginning. She would smack her teeth and role her eyes at me as well. They are also unsanitary, they use sour smelling rags on your legs and they use a vacuum to get the filing debris off your hand- WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ashley Bean The young lady that did my nails did an exceptional job. However, the lady at the front desk talked so loudly on her phone, just short of yelling, the entire time I was there. It really ruined it for me. I wont be back.

Barclay Renovations Quickest pedicure I’ve ever had. No frills, no extras. Asked for two colors on my nails and I was told no, they don’t do that. Asked for acrylics on my toes and they would only do one toe on each foot and they don’t accept tips if you pay with a card. The lady actually stopped me from signing and adding it. So I left it off. I can’t believe a tip was even turned down considering the service really didn’t warrant one. First time. Last time.

Ariele Williams Not my regular nail salon. Chose them due to being open late. Horrible attitude soon as you walk in the door. Does not know how to talk to customers. Needs to learn customer service skills. Did not even get a chance to get my nails done because the lady at the front desk has such a horrible attitude that I could not deal with. Walked out just as fast as I walked in. If you value customer service do not go here.

Amanda K Beca does my nails, and they are CUTE every single time. She takes her time to make sure everything is just right. The blue set is the set she just gave me and theyre my faves. I also have gotten pedicures and polish on my toes and it was amazing. My oldest daughter also gets hers done here (hers are the pink tips) Great atmosphere, never crowded, if my kid comes, theres a nice spot for her to sit and chill. Definitely recommend, you wont be sorry.

Kelsea Holmes This is my 3rd time coming here for pedicures. The pedicures have lasted over a month with absolutely no chipping. The service has always been good. Great customer service and they really scrub your feet. I have gotten the #4 Pedicure which is pure heavenly. The only issue I would say is the pricing isnt consistent. For the same pedicure I have been charged between $70-$80 between 3 different times. I dont mind, but if you have a strict budget you may want to ask about the charges. Other than that, I love it here and will continue to be back. Ive been serviced by 3 different employees, but my favorite is the older gentleman.

Jamina Wusik I got a gel pedicure as I always do. This was my first time here and my last. My toe nails are crooked, and the paint is chipped. Literally it’s been a day. 1 day, I have never smh. I got a kids paint job for my 5 years old which usually lasts a day maybe 2…al the polish is off but I was told while there that They would not fix it if she smudged them. My oldest daughter pedicure basic at best but that’s fine. We were rushed my daughter’s eyebrows are crooked and missing a chunk out of them. My little one has nothing to show for and I have chipped and crooked toes. This is exactly why I stopped going to Mall nail salons, not to mention the woman doing my five-year-old nail polish kept grabbing her hand roughly and turning it in order to paint it just no patience at all and I’m still a good person. I made sure I tipped on top of being $155 but they can keep that business to the people who don’t know any better.

Miranda Smith Im very upset with my experience here. I paid $45 for the nails in the pictures. I felt rushed out to where my nails didnt dry and are now all messed up. Not only that the man made my finger bleed. My fingers were not cared for properly as there is still dried glue on the backs of my fingers, hang nails, and disproportionately sized. I am very angry about this experience and will not go back. I was also charged $2 for not wearing a mask and wasnt told about it until I thought to ask.

Cheryl Witt Guy in charge is bossy. I came with friends for the sole purpose of a relaxing foot soak and massage as we had been on our feet for hours. There were three of us, but only two available attendants. It was a cold and rainy day he refused to let me soak my feel while I waited for him to finish. Finally my friend convinced him and I was able to enjoy a few minutes of bubbles. He massaged my left foot really well and when he shortchanged the right one I asked for a little more. NO! After that I gave up.

My nails are usually 65 and pedicure 35 ok...... So, my daughter and I went recently and he did white powder on my nails ( when I asked for white gel nail polish) and pink powder on my daughter ( when she only wanted French tip) we kept getting a no it wont look right or last long ( when I get gel nail polish all the time and it lasts just like it always does) so now I know why he did that ( MORE MONEY!!! Because he said something about the bills at the salon. Ok ... Moving along, I said how much for my pedicure ( just to see what he would say because its usually $35.00) he said, $45.00 I said no, regular polish, he said no only gel. I said do you have regular polish for toes anymore??!! He said no!!! JUST LIED TO MY FACE! I said well, no thank you!!! SO TODAY, I WENT ELSEWHERE TO GET MY PEDICURE ONLY $30.00 AND IT WAS A MAGICAL EXPERIENCE!!! I LOVE IT!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE BUT I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THE ONE I WENT TO TODAY.... WAY!! CHEAPER AND NOT TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU!!!

Ms. Tinson I visited Hawaiian Nails with a friend who has been going there for a while, expecting a quality experience. Initially, everything seemed fine as only three people were working: the mother, the husband, and the son. The mother was welcoming, which gave me hope, and I picked out the colors for my manicure and pedicure. The older lady did my manicure, and I was satisfied with her work. However, when it came to my pedicure, I immediately noticed that the older gentleman who was assigned to it was rushing through the process. I attempted to guide him on my preferences, but he ignored my requests completely. When I told him I was displeased with the way he was doing the pedicure, I asked the woman who did my manicure if she could take over my pedicure. She spoke to the son, who then asked me if I didn’t like it. I said no which noticeably upset the older man at which point, disrespectfully yanked the plastic protective cover out of the water and then told me to leave. The son, seemingly the only one who could understand my concerns, informed me that the older gentleman was the only person who performed pedicures. Throughout this ordeal, the rudeness of the older man was shocking. I’ve rarely experienced such poor service—especially considering that I view pedicures as a special treat that I seldom indulge in. I take great care of my feet and budget for these moments of pampering. Being told to leave was entirely unacceptable and disheartening. My expectations were not unreasonable; I simply sought a basic level of courtesy and service. Customer service is immensely important to me, and I will not tolerate disrespectful treatment when spending my hard-earned money.

J D I took my teenage daughter to Pro Nails on Pensacola St first, and were turned away because they “don’t do acrylics for minors”. The woman was very condescending and rude to us there. We happened to see Hawaiian Nails on the way home (we were on a time crunch, so didn’t think we had time to find a new spot) and it must have been fate. We were taken care of immediately, without hesitation. Young man was very quick, we were only there for 30 mins total! He was very gentle with my daughter’s hands and did not hurt her. The nails turned out exactly like she wanted. Well worth the $40 plus 30% tip. Excellent service, friendly staff and atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Jasmine Hutcheson 1st, sponge was washed & reused. Nasty! Poor service. Poor communication. I asked to plz focus on cuticle care due to frequent hand washing. It was rushed & not thorough. I am not satisfied with the manicure and expressed that. There was still no effort to resolve. I sensed that because I chose natural over spending big money with gel or powder, my satisfaction wasn’t a concern. Certainly not worth $55! I took a chance with this place and regret it.

Diana Ramirez I moved to Tallahassee from the Tampa area over a year ago. Since then I have tried so many nail salons in Tallahasse and without a doubt this is the best place. Cathy did my nails exactly the way I wanted and even better. She was very detailed and caring. The work was better than the one I used to get in Tampa. The detail design Cathy added to my nails was beautiful! I found my favorite nail salon. Thank you Cathy you are amazing. Oh, I went back the next day for eye brow wax, again Cathy did an amazing job. Highly recommend Magic Nails with Cathy.

Brooke Stewart Great pedicure, but my manicure was the worst I’ve ever gotten in my life (and I’m genuinely not one of those people that is picky about their nails). I came here because my usual place was closed for a few days. I informed the tech 3 times that my pinky nail had a hang nail and to please be careful, it would need to be clipped or glued. She proceeds to take a drill to my nail and almost rips the entire hangnail off with the drill - it was super painful. As the manicure went on she filed my nails down with the most intense grit file I’ve ever had used on me. She pinched my fingers and basically rubbed the area around my cuticles raw with the way she was filing so roughly. Then to top it off, I got a ridiculously messy polish job. When I asked if she could clean up the edges, she took clippers and began clipping at my skin around my nails. She pulled so much skin off on the SAME pinky that she hurt before that it drew blood. I ended up with messy, misshapen nails and sore fingers. Wouldn’t come again.

Im hard on my nails and my nails withstand almost anything. They are always beautiful. Tee does fantastic designs for me that always get peoples attention and compliments.

Julia Allen I loved the look inside the salon, and Athena was super nice and fun to talk to, and really detail and service oriented. But the price was a bit shocking, with my service (including the 15% first-time discount) coming in at over $70 for dip on my natural nails, that seemed a little absurd. The tools were also NOT sterilized, and the workstations a bit unsanitary. For me, thats a big no no, and is illegal in FL. I dont think I would return here, but I am satisfied with the look of my nails.

Kimberly Walker Wont be back. My couple of my nails are bumpy,the guy left nail polish on my skin & just did an overall bad job. Then when I was paying the lady up front started getting onto him in front of me about my nails. She could have pulled him aside after I left. Gretchen L. Beatty When I got to this location, I was asked what I wanted. I mentioned that I needed to have my nails fixed and I was told to go sit down. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to take a look at what colors they have or anything like that. After I was seated, that’s when I was asked what color I wanted. I pulled up a picture of the color that I wanted, and asked her if they had a color similar to that. She brought over all the colors that they offer. I chose the one I wanted and she verified with me three times that the color I chose is what I wanted. I said yes, all three times. Once I was taken back to where I would be seated the lady that started doing my nails took polish off four of them before getting up and walking away. She then came back did four more nails and got up and walked away and this time took the electric file with her. Upon coming back to where I was seated she was eating food and brought the electric file back with her did my two remaining nails grabbing the electric file and walked away and said nothing to me. Nobody said anything to me as far as why this lady got up and left so many times and didn’t say anything to me. I was asked if I wanted some water. About the time I was about ready to get up and leave Kim, who is an absolutely wonderful person came over, did my nails and apologize profusely for her coworkers rude behavior. I will not go back to this nail salon because how I was initially treated.

Jess Hodge Perfect place to get nails done. Very fast, organized, and phenomenal work. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. They use tub liners for pedis and the shop is small but very clean.

Judy Moats I am in love!!! Tina does a wonderful job on my nails!!! She’s the first manicurist I’ve ever gone to that I feel comfortable leaving the final result in her hands. Chris does an amazing job for pedicures. There has only been a couple of times Tina nor Chris were available and I’ve still received excellent service. The shop is extremely clean and the atmosphere calming. Thank you for amazing experiences! HIGHLY recommend!!

Sydney Smiley Update: I’m updating this review because I was contacted and offered to redo my toes. Based on this customer service alone, I know these are wonderful people and I appreciate the kindness in her voice. I know typically you should speak up while you are at the salon about any issues, but I’m pretty big and pregnant and it’s hard for me to see my toes up close and notice blemishes. I will definitely be back here for future services. I wanted to love this place so bad! It’s so pretty, peaceful, and the staff is so super nice. I am just highly disappointed in the pedicure I received. Being 8 months pregnant, all I wanted was a good pedicure to last until after I give birth. So I was gifted a trip here. However, I don’t think this will last even a week. There’s gel polish on my cuticles, the layering is SO thick on several nails that I know it could peel off pretty easily.. I had a broken pinky toe nail that was painted over, not cut.. I haven’t been able to reach it well to cut it myself. But the woman just painted over it.. it was an older lady, and she was so sweet that I feel bad even leaving this review. But I am so disappointed at the sloppy application. It was hard for me to see details while I was there because again, very pregnant.. but being home and looking in different lights i just keep finding issues and it makes me sad. I would like to go back here again because I believe it was just an off day, or maybe just the employee I got.. but I may just stick with my original nail salon. Such an adorable place though.

Erin Hill Nail inspo is the best nail salon in town! Everyone is so friendly and does an amazing job! I’ve been going since they opened and won’t go anywhere else! They are meticulous and make sure your nails look PERFECT before you leave! Ye, Tina and Diana always do such a good job! My gel polish lasts a month!

Brittany Sigler I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this location. I was from out of town and needed a fill in. My nail tech was Brandon and he was amazing. You could tell he really cared about his job and he was very communicative to make sure I got what I wanted as far as the color and shape of the nails. I would highly recommend this nail salon and I will be back if in the area again!

Liz Harrison I just had one of the best pedicures ever from Monica. She was detailed and polite and everything looks wonderful. I paid for the extra long massage and it was worth every penny. Will be back.

Kat Hp Over all, the business is clean, the technicians are attentive, and the customer service is amazing. I had a chip in my nails after 2 days and they redid the manicure. So I cannot complain. I took 2 stars because the application of the chrome was botched both times. I didn’t say anything the second time because I had to leave and honestly my body couldn’t take sitting in the chair again. I would come back for simple nails and if my regular nail artist isn’t available. All in all a fair place.

Renea Adams This place was nice when I went. The owners were nice too; however, they charged me $100 dollars for a pedicure and gel acrylic set. I will not be returning here at all. They overcharged me and my nails are all shaped differently! DO NOT RECOMMEND! And my set started pealing after two days, so I’m not going back. Go to Hawaiian Nails or some other place.

Clo I posted this review on Friday but it was taken down the following day. I got my nails done while on vacation but one of them had broke on the way home. I stopped here to fix the one nail and the results are repulsive. The nail is crooked, painted poorly, and there was glue left all over my finger. Would not recommend this place.

Charkeveia Hall So I’ve had the pleasure of trying this place out, and my experience receiving a Pedicure was incredible! The husband did an amazing job! However, my experience with the wife was the total opposite. I’m not sure if she has a dislike towards young women, or what but, I tried the place twice to be sure I wasn’t discerning harshly. The first time I went, I got a mani w/ a white finish, and you could see through the polish straight to my nail bed. She had me pay before starting, and being who I am, I’m a big tipper. I felt robbed of my services both experiences. The second time, I tried acrylic with tips just cause, maybe she’s better at certain things. No, she did terrible, was extremely aggressive with my nails, and tools used. Because of my personal experience, with her specifically, I won’t be back. The place has potential, but I don’t think anyone would feel comfortable being treated that way. Again, husband was incredible.

Megan Vickers I went to get a mani/pedi the guy done my feet and that part was great the gel polish looked/look great but the guy applied my acrylic nails & they are crooked some fingernails look thicker than others, and the woman painted them. I wanted black paint on the tips kinda like French just not with white. And I’m pretty sure she didn’t do the gel polish bc it’s been three days and they are already faded and chipping. And they charged me $95 after telling me $85 until the woman spoke up and told him I wanted just my tips black not the whole nail then it went to $95. Which makes absolutely no sense. This is the 2nd time I went there and was too impressed with the acrylic but I’d definitely go back for my pedicure there!

Beverly Womble This is "The Best" nail salon Ive used in my twenty plus years of receiving this type of service. I appreciate the professionalism and the friendly mannerism of each individual. The atmosphere is always calm with relaxing music. I enjoy the conversations I have with my nail technician. Shes very attentive and remembers the colors I like. Im very pleased as a client in this business establishment.

Caydence Gray The nail technician messed up my nails and still charged me $43 for a fill in and cut down. I do not recommend this place to people of color, they cater to older white women. The positive side is they are not usually busy if you need a last minute/quick fill.

My nails look great Update: I love this place. Pedicures are only $35. Nail dip $45 The service is outstanding and keeps me coming back again and again. They make sure you are happy and they honor appointments. You are a client and not a customer here Look at the fabulous dip for New Years Eve!!!!

Cara Williams Oh no! This is not the type of business you want to support! The nail tech had a bad attitude and seemed to lack emotional control because I told her I didnt like the way she trimmed my nails and asked her to fix it! Afterwards, she didnt ask me what type of pedicure I wanted, she did the most basic pedicure and charged me $45! I spent a total of $84 for a fill and basic pedicure! I do not recommend this place!

Had to wait an hour for them to do someone just for me to come back and they took someone else causing me to have to wait for someone else again to finish . Nydia N First time at Lees. I got a regular pedicure & gel manicure. It was ok. Pros: service was ok, reasonable prices, nice interior with iPads at each pedicure station. Cons: reservations not taken, theres a waitlist only, it wasnt the BEST polish job ever. It was just ok. Nothing bad... I didnt like that he used a drill on my natural nail to do gel polish. Ive never had that done before...Gel lasted an average amount of time. I notice the gel started lifting on the 6-7th day.

Adrienne Lee Ive been going here for two months after learning of them from a coworker. My nails are growing healthy now & I love how clean, quiet and nice this salon is. They are wonderful and I love their service! Thats saying alot because I can do my own nails but choose to visit them and be serviced for self care. Yes, its that nice!
