kristin meek Very happy with my first visit at Labell nails . The salon was very clean and organized . I got their delux pedicure . Sophia my tech took her time , gave me a fantastic pedicure and massaged my legs and feet while I relaxed in their massage chairs . I will definitely be going back .

Itsmehi RUDE! I called to ask how late they were open, the lady rudely asked “who is this” as if I was annoying her. I proceeded to tell her my name. Then she rudely says “ my sign says closed, do you not see my sign? Are you outside of my shop?” To which I replied “no” then she tells me they open tmw morning at 8. To which I replied “ don’t expect me to come there”. I guess they don’t want new clients…. Lady was a complete biotch. Just don’t answer the phone if you’re in a bad mood. But don’t be rude to a potential customer. If she’s like that on the phone I don’t even wanna know how she is in person!

Krystin Beautiful, clean salon in the heart of Vero Beach. I had the pleasure of having a pedicure with the nail tech, Kyla. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. Had sugar scrub, mask and hot towel treatment. Overall great experience. Great prices. Will be back. Thanks!

I let it go grey, and it was black in the back grey in the front, badly cut, etc. After a consultation and genius technique with multiple hair dyes they managed a minor miracle. I absolutely recommend this hair stylist and shes a genuinely kind woman who takes the time to listen to your needs.

Sierra Young In LOVE with Paloma’s Lashes. Been going to her for sets since last year & I don’t wanna see anyone else! I had an unfortunate experience with a different lasher a few years ago and was hesitant to try again. Paloma listened to my concerns gave me clear answers and great aftercare instructions, which made me feel confident in her abilities & Boy was I right. There is no other lash artist that i’ve had that compares to Paloma & i’ll be seeing her for my lash fill in two weeks time. I’m also excited to get my nails done with her as her work featured online looks amazing. If you’ve been thinking about getting lashes done I definitely recommend her. I’ve had Classic sets, Hybrid, & now moderate volume sets. Happy with every single one.

Bobbi Hurst Update: I went back for a massage and wanted to leave a review of my experience. Yesterday, I went for my massage and Sharon DID NOT disappoint! I had a 60 minute massage with hot stones & Himalayan salt. I was welcomed with a familiar smile and escorted to the back where the massage rooms were. We went over any aches & pains & concerns I had. Sharon then left the room & I disrobed and got onto the table. Oh my, it was so warm with a heating pad on & the room temperature was perfect! There was a sound machine with white noise and soft spa music playing… I was ready for a nap. Sharon then came in & began her magic. This was one of the BEST massages I have ever received. I felt so comfortable, at ease, and relaxed! Thank you Sharon, I will see you again soon! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I saw this spa opened up near my work (cool flags across the front of the building). I went in for a manicure and ended up staying a few hours getting different services. I don’t like crowds of people and NaySpa has 3 nail stations and 3 pedicure stations (their chairs are so comfortable)!! There was a holder for my cell phone so I didn’t have to keep it on my lap or the table. The pedicure chairs looked so inviting, I had to get a pedicure also.. sipping my espresso! ☕️ I was talking to the girls and they were so friendly, I felt at home! I have always wanted to try eyelash extensions and decided today was the day! I also got my eyebrows waxed & booked a massage for next week. Thank you ladies, you have created a monster and regular client! So glad you opened!

Biscocha Mamuchi This was my first time visiting this Spa and I must say I had an absolutely amazing time. I got a pedicure with Jamie, a gelx full set with Annaliz, a facial with Chloe hands down the best facial Ive ever had, and a 1 hour Swedish massage with Naylin. They all took their time and were professional. The spa is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. 10 out of 10 I would recommend. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kristen Molina I went in for a manicure and I definitely will be going back again! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you are going to have your nails done there are so many different colors to choose from! I love the color I chose and Jaime was amazing! I was able to convince my husband to come with me and have a pedicure done. He was very happy with the results. He says his feet feel great. We both plan to come back for more services soon!

Nina Brow lamination (without tint) by Lauren! She’s great! My eyebrows are tattooed which kinda makes your hairs hidden and basically just shows a shaped and colored brow, especially on someone like me who has naturally thinner brows. Lauren was able to bring my brow hairs back to life while they were hidden underneath the permanent tattoo to give it that nice, fuller look. Highly recommend!

Elise K. I have been getting my lashes done by Skylar for three years. There is no one I trust more, as I still have crazy healthy lashes with no damage! My lash retention is amazing. She always listens to the look I am going for and then customizes my set to my eye shape to ensure it’s exactly what I like. Sky is super responsive and accommodating. I know I can text or call her any day, any time and she will be there. She’s super flexible with scheduling and overall just a great person. She takes her time EVERY time, which is great because many other places just want to move people through and don’t care. I will never go anywhere else!

Carmela Hinton LANI is the cutest & coziest salon, not to mention the vibes were ON the minute you stepped into the door. Everyone greets you with a smile and truly listens to your needs & wants to make your beauty goals come into fruition. I am extremely picky with my eyebrows, hence why I usually do them myself. After growing them out, they were in need of a good wax & shaping. Lauren did an amazing job & instilled trust in me, making sure to show me before she waxed what areas were going to be cleaned up with a drawn out penciling on my brows. You can tell she is passionate about her work because she was detailed & spent the time to make them PERFECT! Highly recommend this salon if you’re wanting amazing results, up to date techniques, great customer service & a welcoming experience. I will be returning!

Karen Gibson Sky gives the best facials - she has the softest touch and I constantly leave the spa feeling refreshed and renewed. She does my lash extensions just how I want them, every time! Lately, I’ve been getting a more natural style, but she can also do the fuller more voluminous looks, too! The best part is, they dont fall off the day after getting my fill! I go every 2-3 weeks with no issues. Skylar is my go to Esthetician!

Penny Landen We had a wonderful experience today at Royal Day Spa. My daughterr and I had mani/pedis and our technicians were amazing! We felt relaxed and pampered and got really great nail treatments. We highly recommend this spa and well be back.

Annie Went 3 times after recieving a gift certificate from a friend. Each time I had healthy nails done and gel on my toes. First time she forgot to clean under my nails but the tops turned out good. Second and third time my nails were uneven. Gel were always good. Last time I came in she was over half an hour late and no one was at the front for my scheduled appointment. Staff is friendly.

Dawn Smitley I helped a co-worker purchase a gift certificate for his girlfriend for their anniversary based on the reviews. He purchased the package that included a massage, facial, lunch and a pedicure. When she made her appointment and went they told her there was no one there to give her the massage or facial so they started with pedicure and told her she would have to come back another day. Right before the pedicure was over they told her someone would be in to give her the facial but to reschedule the massage. When checking out to leave they told her she didnt even have enough money for the massage anyway. The gift certificate was in the amount of the package deal but they rang her up separately. Very unorganized.

First of all this is not even the first time this has happened. They need to manage their time better or at least get back your timing because I went to get my eyebrows done. I asked how long she said just give me 15 minutes. I said OK no worries. I go wait in my car. Come back 15 minutes later. Nobody says a word to me when I walk in and then I’m waiting 10 minutes goes by. I said hi how how long do you think until you guys are available to help me? Oh, she’s waxing somebody right now just wait. OK I wait another 10 minutes. Nothing I go. Hi just wondering you know because I kinda was like in a rush, I could’ve just gone somewhere on my way like I was very much in a rush and she knew that they made me wait there an extra 40 minutes and when I finally asked after waiting for 45 minutes, I said hi I’m sorry could you just please give me an estimated time like you guys first originally told me 15 minutes now we’re going on 45 minutes like I just if I would’ve known that I was gonna be waiting for an hour. I would’ve literally gone somewhere else And it’s like they just get you like that to stay and just waste your time so honestly, please, please please everybody don’t come here

And Bonnie was very, very nice and was able to fit me in that day. I brought her in a picture of an idea that I might like. And she nailed it gave me the best haircut Ive had in a long time. Annie B. I had brought my mother to Vero Beach as treat for all the hard work shed done to recover from several illness she faced. Thought a spa day would be lovely for her... Yeah right!!! Made an appointment for 10am the day before. NO ONE showed up by 10:25 A hotel staff member kindly called the salon and they said 25 MORE minutes and claimed we never confirmed the appointment when the employee said to my mother when she made the appointment. "So ill see you at 10?" TWICE. **1 HOUR after the appointment NO ONE HAD COME. In the end we left with the store STILL closed. They tried to call us on the road 1hour 30 minutes after. Simply unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL Maybe conveint but go somewhere where the saloon people will value you enough to show up to your appointment or even in the time the OWNER* had quoted. Which she did not hold true too at all. Thanks for wasting our time.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and willing to make sure your experience here is custom to your needs ! Staff is very friendly . The owner is very nice and professional ! She makes you feel like your rite at home . She has been in the beauty industry for over 50 years and had this location for 23 years. She also accommodates home bound , nursing homes , and hospitalized clients that cant make it in to the shop ! They also offer nail services (manis,pedis) etc! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone .

They did my manicure in the same chair they did my pedicure in where I was having to hold my hand up in the air. He did not push my cuticles back nor trim the dead skin away from the end of my fingers. They speak Vietnamese, or Lao to each other. That is plainly RUDE. Speak English when you are in front of English speaking people. TERRIBLE Service!.

AJ R I came in for a gel manicure today, I picked my color using the samples provided (DND - gel&lacquer "hot jazz" #463) the lady did the basic manicure (clip, shape, clean up) when she put the color on my pinky finger she looked at me and made a face proposing I pick a different color. The reason being that it was too light, I told her that I wanted it to look like the sample (which probably required 4 coats of polish) she basically refused to do so and again proposed I pick a different color. Im paying to get my nails done. If your sample looks a certain way then I want my nails to look close to if not the same regardless if its going to take 4 coats or 10 coats of the polish to achieve the look. I work in customer service, I would NEVER do that to any of my clients. I got so upset I pulled out my card and told her to take the gel coat shed applied on my nails off and clean them up. She charged me $12.00 for the service she provided. My nails looked awful when I left, half of the clear coat was still on my nails (see pics provided). I ended up going to another salon where they had to clean off my nails and fix them and they were more than happy to do what I asked. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant relaxing experience and this was anything but that. I will never come back to this place and I will make sure to share my experience with my friends and NEVER recommend this place ever again.

N Overton My daughter and I came here the other day for the first time. There wasn’t any customers in there the whole time other than us, until we were finishing up, then one lady came in. I agree with the other reviews that their prices are cheaper than most places. I got dip nails and a pedicure and my daughter got gel nails and a pedicure and it was $130. A guy did my daughter’s nails and toes and I thought he did a wonderful job. The older lady I got was just ok. I guess she thought one of my big toes had a hang nail - which is odd since I get pedicures every two weeks faithfully- but she cut too deep into my nail and when she pulled it- I winced. Once I said “hey that hurts” she was a little softer and moved on but that part of my toe is still a little sore. She did my nails and her style was different than I’m used too. She dipped my nails first, and then used the same color of gel to polish over them- it made them shine a little more so no complaints there- but she didn’t clean up around my nails. I had gel residue and flakes around my fingertips and although I went home and cleaned them myself- it was expected that she would have done it. Will most likely return- and ask for someone to else to service me - but overall clean place, chill environment and like I said affordable. They also had a little girl there - someone’s daughter- who politely brought us a bottle of water- so that was sweet. My nails looks nice, my daughters too- just the toe issue- but worth a visit.

She does a REAL gel manicure & Im not talking about gel polish. Its a gel overlay. She does not use acrylic, which is not good for your nails. My gel manicure still looked great even after 2 weeks.

Lucy Miranda Below average job. The Asian woman was distracted and attending to customers who were walking in while she was doing my nails. I get that Sue had to do that, but I noticed the terrible job she was doing on my fills .I didn’t mention it bc I couldn’t wait to get out of there. It took 1.5 hours, although I was only getting simple fills which normally take about an hour. She just Leo screwing up. Even though my nails needed a lot more tending to, I rushed out before she could do more damage. My nails were not properly done. I believe she is the senior tech there as of November 2024. Never ever again.

DeAndra Flowers My experience Today was nothing less than "Horrific"! I waited patiently to be serviced by a Nail Technician for a simple "Acrylic Fill". My natural nails have always grown Strong and Healthy. However... I utilize the acrylic to safeguard My nails from breakage. Not only was I "Cut" on two separate occasions. My "Fill" was of the worst quality. There were "indentations" in My natural nails bed and the finish was extremely "Lumpy" even after Buffing and Polishing. I always provide My own quality nail polish and I am accustomed to a smooth and professional finish. Needless to say! I left the salon in "Tears" after having paid for My service as well as a 15%Tip. The experience ruined My entire morning and I was forced to find another salon to repair the damage to My natural nails and provide the service I "should" have received at Regal Nails. Although ... I did receive a Full Refund. I never received an apology from the technician who serviced Me and allowed a customer to leave the salon with such dissatisfaction. The lesson for Me is... To always remember "You Get What You Pay For". It cost Me an additional $45.00 to repair the damage and restore My healthy nails. Obviously! Not everyone cares about their Professional Brand "or" providing Excellent Customer Service.

On top of being so talented, Kristie is also very communicative and works flexibly with all of her clients’ different wants and schedules. Best nail spa in all of Vero Beach. Madelyn Padgett I’ve been here many times to get my nails done, and it is the best I’ve ever gotten. My nail tech Kristie is amazing and she always makes sure my nails look AMAZING. She’s so much fun and though she is almost always booked, whenever I get an appointment I am always so happy with how they turn out. My nails stay on completely for 3 weeks, which is very impressive, especially since I am in the ocean and pool so much, and I play multiple sports. They are also so well priced and you definitely get what you paid for and more. I 100% recommend Titi’s, and if you’re going to come here, try to book with Kristie or Reagan. They’re both amazing!

Forever Books I’ve been to soooooo many different nail salons from WPB to Vero Beach. Titi’s nails has me won over. Kristie is the absolute best. She does amazing designs and work and always has me cracking me up during our appointments together. I’ve been coming here for about 3 yrs. Now. And always extremely happy with everything. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Joan Woolf I had a great experience. This small shop is family owned and operated. I called and got a same day appointment for a pedicure. Not only were they accommodating, but I arrived a bit early and TK took me immediately. Her work was great. I had a broken nail that she spent extra time on to even out so that the French pedicure did not look wonky. I will definitely return.

June Monaco TK does a wonderful job. In all my years i have never had someone paint so close to cuticle. It lenghtens the time between visits. She is personable and fun. You will love her.
