Sharon Lastrapes I’ve been going to Lisa for a few years for pedicures. She is meticulous and very thorough, but also very pleasant and fun. I am the only one there during my appointments, so it’s also much quieter and more relaxing than a bustling salon. She uses a sanitized bowl rather than a recirculating “throne,” so I can be sure that there is no risk of contracting a fungus in the process. Each client has their own personal tools to further assure the highest health standards. I highly recommend Lisa!

Cecille Rodriguez Lisa is amazing! If you prefer a boutique spa experience where you are doted on one on one, this is the place for you! I love going to her for her pedicures. She is very meticulous and takes her time. I never feel like she is rushing to get to the next client. I always make a point to book her ahead of time because she books up quickly! Not only does she offer nail services but she offers skin care and massage as well. Her spa is hidden away in Winter Park on Lee Road so her loyal customers know her through word of mouth. Jenelle Ferrer This is the experience Ive been looking for in a spa! I felt absolutely pampered! I had a 90 minute massage with Joanna and it was amazing! They went above and beyond in their services and it was absolutely worth every penny! Additionally, Im very picky about products being used and they use very clean (natural and organic) oils and creams. Cant wait to go back!

Jennifer Saez This is my second review since my first one was deleted. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! They have the habit of not telling you the cost of your service until AFTER they start working on you or they increase your price after quoting you a different amount. They charge for things they even fail to do. For example, I requested almond shape, got stiletto instead but yet they still charged me for the "shape" even though they did it wrong. I have never spent less than $200 in their salon yet they did not care to lose a customer like me over $10 they suddenly added to my final balance. I do not recommend the this salon to ANYONE and they will not be seeing me in there again. I will also inform the Better Business Bureau.

Stacey McHone Visiting from out of town. This was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. My chrome nails look amazing as well! Very clean inside, and the 2 ladies were so nice and welcoming, offering drinks. She even walked me outside to make sure I got I got my Uber okay since they were closing and it was dark. So friendly! Next time Im in Orlando, I will definitely be coming back!

Tram Le We stopped by here on our trip for a pedicure and hair cut next door. I had a dip done by lily and she was quick and does it julie and hannah did our pedicure. They were friendly and does a great job. Prices are reasonable.

They are very respectful throughout the entire procedure and the price is incredible. I just moved to the area and I was looking for a salon to do my nails and at the beginning of my search I found this one and I will obviously come back!

Dianna My first time here and I came based on the good reviews of saying they are clean. I made an appointment online and arrived a few minutes early. Greeted upon arrival and then Kim took me to pedicure seat shortly after. She was super nice and gentle with my feet. I also received a manicure and eyebrow wax. Only thing I will say I wasnt offered a drink but thats okay. I will come back.

Melanie Fernandez I’ve been coming to Fashion Nail and Spa for about six months now and I love it! The prices are great for the quality of work you’re getting. My nail technician is Kenny and he’s great! I always get the dip technique and they last me over three weeks. They have a ton of colors to choose from as well as designs. I typically don’t get a pedicure because I always have close toe shoes on but the chairs look so comfortable and have the massage features. I always see them use a bag for those who do get a pedicure and it looks like they have jets in the wash, people always look relaxed when they’re there. They also have great hours and accept walk ins. I do my own waxing but a lot of customers go there for waxing their eyebrows, upper lip etc. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean and does a great job for the right price, this is a place to come and try!

Alejandra Smith By far the worst mani/pedi experience. I went only because my regular salon was full and they closed an hour earlier than these people. I feel horrible to say it because the lady was very nice but it was almost like if she didnt know that my nails were 100% crooked when she filed them. I even asked to borrow the clippers to cut them straight and even after she re-filed them and put on clear polish this was the result. I got there looking better than after I paid $45. Im sorry but I will never go there again. Btw thats not dry hands/skin, thats a messy clear polish job.

Eleanor Purves AWFUL. It took almost 2 hours to do a simple full set and my nails usually last a month or more. ALL of them broke not even 2 weeks later. $50 for the worst nails I’ve ever had.

Bri Treat I came in with some BOTCHED nails to be honest, and the nail tech that helped me (I will have to get her name next time I go!) was SO patient with me. Almost at the end of them being finished, I decided on a minor change, but minor or not, I expected her to be frustrated with me because of it, and I was very wrong. She helped me decided what was best, gave her own opinion, and the end result was phenomenal. I originally chose this location because it was conveniently close by, but will be returning because of the customer service and quality. It’s been 3 weeks and my nails still look great (gel manicure). The photo posted is 3 weeks after!

Miah Gonzalez I’ve been getting my nails done here since I was about 5 years old and I’m 18 now. Lynn is my nail lady and let me tell you she is amazing!!! I go in with different ideas and designs and she always does it better than the picture! Love her and could never go anywhere else she’s amazing!! Also this picture is my most recent manicure, Lynn has helped me grow my nails so these are my natural nails with dip powder and gel design!

I had an idea what I wanted but after describing to the nail tech; she recommended the “Baby Boomer” (basically an ombré French manicure) and it turned out perfect!! She was fast and let me know they provide a one stop-beauty shop: nails, pedi, lashes and wax. I live about 15min away but I will be traveling over anyway! Great spot!

Locd and Braided By Alisha I went to Gem nail Spa on New Year Eve, I was beyond pleased with my gel overlay! I receive compliments every day!!! The nail tech was thorough and her work was very neat. I found my new nail salon and they offer so much more! I came back for a brow wax and will return for permanent brows & other beauty services!

Cody Cathy is an ARTIST. she is the best nail tech I’ve had and takes such great care of them in the process. She’s super gentle, professional and does killer designs. She also does incredible lashes that last AGES. I’ve gotten my lashes done at her places in the past and no one has ever seemed to make them last like Cathy does. It’s always a great time whether you’re taking a nap while she’s doing your lashes or chatting and or watching Netflix while she works her magic on your nails. Can’t wait to try her other services!

Denise B I have been seeing Cathy monthly since I first found her in December 2020. She is AMAZING. She hits the nail on the head every time and is so excited to make the designs you want. I live about 40 minutes from her salon, but I couldnt bring myself to not take the trip, especially when the services she provides have worthwhile results! AB Filmwrks There is so much to love about Cathy! I seriously have never stopped going to her after she fixed a nail I had broke from a previous artist. She will do everything she can to make you feel and look great! Lashes are affordable and amazing, and her manicures are so amazing. I never did designs before going to Cathy because I was so nervous to show the pictures and have an artist get it wrong and I felt I was not able to communicate at other salons. That is not the case with Cathy and she will do whatever design you’d like, she is so easy to talk to and wants you to love your nails! She is easily becoming a close friend now along with my nail artist, super accommodating and caring!

brianna paul I called ahead to see what services they offered. I asked for a full set, they said they don’t provided that service, but they can do dip powder with extensions. I said told them that was fine. When I got to the shop, I asked the staff member if she can do a French design with dip powder she said no (even though there are pictures in the reviews and on the screens in the shop of the same thing that I wanted). She then asked if I can just do pedicure and come back tomorrow for my nails. I told no because I would not have time. At that point I just decided not to anything at all. I just paid for my mom and niece to get a manicure and pedicure.

Laura Devasto Ive been going here for a short period of time. Never had a problem, until the owner had his young son do my pedicure. I had gel on, he was taking off the gel, shaved it all the way to my skin. It hurt so bad. I was even watching him & said "Watch it thats my skin". So Ive had to wait now a couple of months for 2 nails to grow back. And mind you I have strong nails.. so dont let Tommy do your pedicure. So I wont be going back there anymore. Oh, dont get your waxing done there either. Let me add the place is not clean. There is cans of Raid bug killer in the back room, that customers can see it. Prices are the same as the new place I go to. And its a beautiful atmosphere... Professionals.

And I wasn’t going to refuse to pay because maybe he was having an off day. But first of all. The mail stuff he used wasn’t clean. I grew mold and bacteria in my acrylic nail. Just don’t go here.

You can have a drink on them including wine or a mimosa. Dana has been the amazing nail artist who has done my nails since day one and is the best!!! She always tries new things I bring in from Pinterest. I’ve had other nail artists when she isn’t available and I’ve also had a great experience but Dana is always my #1!!! She did my engagement nails, wedding nails, and will soon do my baby shower nails.

Johnny was professional, focused and dedicated to satisfying my requests and design. Angela is quiet and she takes her time. They offer mimosas, wine and other beverages while waiting in the lobby or during your service which is nice and helps you relax. If you’re looking for good service, quality products and a clean space to get your nails, toes or waxing done, this is a good place. The only downside may be wait times if you’re in a rush, time crunch or don’t have an appointments scheduled. I’ll be back in two weeks!

Cristina G My gel started peeling one day after and by the next day almost all of them are completely destroyed. I noticed none of my nails weren’t even filed correctly. Even After I had to ask her to file them, they are all still uneven. No effort or detail to the job. I called and she asked if I had been the last customer and said it was “weird” that they chipped. Like, why would I want to go back again? If she worked in a rush because I was the last customer she should’ve just turned me away. I did call before I walked in to make sure there was availability. She didn’t say a word except to ask if I was adding a tip. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t suggest giving your hard earned money this place.

Iliana Lacouture I’ve been to this nail salon several times, and each visit has been worse than the last. From the moment you walk in, there’s absolutely no welcoming atmosphere—no smiles, no greeting—just cold stares that make you feel like you’re not wanted there. It’s like they’re asking, What do you want? instead of offering any kind of customer service. On my most recent visit, I brought my own nail color, thinking it was suitable for gel. Instead of politely informing me otherwise, the technician proceeded to mock me and gave me serious attitude. The salon was empty except for two other people, and yet I still felt unwelcome. There’s also always this one male technician who constantly looks people up and down with a demeanor like he’s better than everyone else. His attitude never changes—it’s always rude and condescending. On a previous visit, I asked for a chrome finish, but they applied the wrong color. When I pointed it out, they fixed it but with so much attitude, as if it was my fault, even though they admitted to the mistake. Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience at this salon. Unless management steps in and provides serious training on customer service and basic manners, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Maria B Warning that there’s a lady there that has no idea what she’s doing. It was my first time at this nail salon. I went with my daughter for a gel mani/regular pedi. The technician that did my daughter’s nail seemed competent but mine seemed to be winging it. My nails look absolutely awful. I should have gone with my gut feeling that told me to skip the gel manicure after I saw my pedicure. She also nicked one of my fingers and her massages were weird, like barely touching me. I wish I knew her name, I believe she sat at the first table but don’t know for sure because for the manicures, they would just bring every piece of equipment from their table to the pedicure chairs while our toes were drying. It was uncomfortable as they had to stand in an awkward position, having to lean awfully close to us (our personal space) while walking back and forth between their tables to get supplies and us. I have no idea why they didn’t just have us sit at their tables. It was odd. I had called my regular salons for a last minute appointment but this one was the only one with availability and now I see why.

Aerial Robinson I’ve been getting white SNS for years and never had this issue. Less than a week after service my nails are all yellow/brown and cracking. Paid more than I typically do and am extremely disappointed in the quality and that I now how to pay to get my nails redone only a week later.

anthony lombardi I received a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing from Rose yesterday. She did an excellent job. The extra foot massage was something I tried for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I suggest treating yourself to that. My gel manicure looks excellent. She made sure my eyebrows were perfect. I just moved to this area and Im so glad I went here first. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Chelsea Miller I had gone here last month for my eyebrows and they did an awesome job with the waxing , best eyebrow wax Ive had tbh. So I decided to book my medi and pedi appointment for my baby shower. So happy I did! The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, everyone in the salon is super nice! When I went for my appointment I had a last minute design I wanted an a photo to go off of on my phone and Lynn was amazing !!! They came out beautiful and recieved many compliments at our butterfly themed shower. Definitely recommend this place and have made it my new go to for nail care!

Lo Do I don’t recommend coming here. I’m pretty chill when it comes to getting my nails done. I don’t make too many requests and just trust the professionals to do their thing. The lady was so rough with me. I get gel on my toes. She immediately started drilling, and it burned. I should’ve gotten up right there in that moment and left. But I understand it happens sometimes. I mentioned the water was too hot. She didn’t do anything to adjust the temperature, so I just kept my feet out of the water until it cooled down a bit. I felt like I was getting my toes done by a pack of chihuahuas. The way she grabbed my ankles, I thought I’d done something to upset her. When I started paying attention, I noticed she was staring me down. Initially, I was like, Oh, there must be a TV behind me. Then I took this photo and realized there wasn’t; she was just mean-mugging me, and I was weirded out a bit. This was towards the end of the service, so I just decided to finish and get out as quickly as possible. When she placed the top coat on and put the light over it, it started to burn. She said it’s fine, that happens. So I was like, Uh, okay. I’m happy to be out of there. I am not happy with my toes. They are horribly done. I will not be going back, and I recommend you look elsewhere too. Or see a different nail tech. The woman next to me seemed to be enjoying her service.

bruce minott First time coming here and they did an amazing job on my nails ,it was everything I asked for! The prices are reasonable and also they offer 20% off your first visit. I went to Julie she does a great Job! I will Definitely be coming back for a follow up appointment. Also location is good and have different stores and restaurants around the area. They Are Also Under New Management.

Maura Boschetti I recently visited after the change in management and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I went in for a gel manicure, and the technician attempted to paint my nails but struggled. After removing the gel, he mentioned he only works on "fake nails" and had difficulty with the color application. What was more frustrating was that two other staff members could have assisted. However, one was busy on her phone, and the other clearly didnt want to take on any customers. This place used to be a top choice in the area, but after this experience, I wont be returning.
