crystal Ricketson The nurse Josh was amazing… great bed side manner and made a bad situation feel better.. very professional yet made us feel at home. I’ve been to several hospitals due to having lupus, and this time I brought a friend to be seen and he’s the only nurse I can confidently say I wish we had more like him!!! If I had to pick a hospital to go to from now on I’d pick North Walton Drs hospital simply for the amazing staff!

Chilcutt C. Kevin (Charles) Jackie Calhoun was a terrific triage nurse. This new place seems to be running very smooth and efficiently. It is clean, fresh, bright, and smells good. The staff has been very friendly. They are responding to us and listening nicely, and seem to be doing a great job.

Sydney Leahey My husband and our two daughters unfortunately made our way into the ER tonight (2/3) due to an ugly laceration on our 2 year old. The women up front were very helpful, very sweet. Nurse Jackie was an incredible help! Shaina also! Dr. Costello did a spectacular job on our daughter’s stitches, we were really impressed given the circumstances! It was our first time in, we’ll definitely return back if we’re ever in need of emergency care again! Thank you for your great work!

Laurie Cook EMS brought my Dad to North Walton Doctors Hospital tonight. He had to be checked out after a fall. Dr. Landa is very thorough. During exam Dad hurt in his stomach and he was complaining of pain in his back so Dr Landa ordered CT. I have to also say Thank You to Nurses Jay and Angel. They were not only attentive to all of Dad’s needs; they asked my Sister in law and I if we needed anything also. We were highly satisfied with North Walton Doctors Hospital.

James Schaefer This is the worst place ever

daniel miller Id rather use the military healthcare than this place. They dont return phone calls. Getting the doc to stay in the exam room for more than 30 seconds is a chore. Referrals get lost. Prescriptions never get submitted. Save yourself a headache and find a different facility. Chasing a doctor for a service youre paying for isnt worth it here.

roni walton I have been a patient here for the past 4 years. I have had 3 different Nurse Practitioners during this period. The most recent has been responsive, easy to contact and very empathetic. She listens, and provides great answers in language I can understand. I have never had to wait very long from check in until I go to the back, nor too long in the room before she arrives. I have my lab work, x-rays done in house. I have had problems with referrals for procedures, to see specialists and getting prior authorizations from my insurance in a timely manner. Overall, if you stay on top of your own care, you will be OK.

Marion G. Helms I am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran and Doctors Medical Center has always treated me with respect and professionalism. Barry Reed is my PCP and he and his nurse asst. are awesome. They do their best to help me work with the VA Community Care program and get me the primary care that I need. God bless yall!

Tammy Runge Dr. Angela Pool is by far one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She has a nonsense approach to medicine and patient care. Dr. Pool has a wonderful bedside manner that makes you feel heard, a priority,and appreciated as a patient in her care. She is a lets get to the bottom of what is really affecting your health with natural preventive care but understanding modern medicine is sometimes needed as well to get positive lasting results. She gives you knowledge and confidence to be your best own advocate with healthy alternatives and advice without pushing unnecessary medication. When you leave your appointment you know you matter to her as human not just another appointment. She is the best! Doctors Medical is lucky to have her on their staff.

Frank Ramsey Long lines. Half my appointments are cancelled by the DRs office. If you get X-rays for serious problems, do not expect a call back. Apparently it involves the fax machine, only 1 person in the entire building that ‘can use it’ and if you call she’ll openly tell you she just hasn’t done any yet because there’s “hundreds” very unprofessional. Best experience is the front desk, they’re very nice.
