Dana Turk Owner was very rude, had an attitude when I informed him that I wanted my toe mail tip cut shorter. I informed him that I wouldn’t allow his attitude nor allow him to speak to me in an aggressive manner. I didn’t have an attitude when I voiced my dislike of how my big toe nail looked and that I had a right to voice my complaint. I will NEVER patronize this place again!!!!

Marie Castaneda I wish I could give them no stars! Worst experience ever. I stopped by last week and they only had one customer in there. The lady was very rude and mean. Her husband was very nice and pleasant I was hoping he would help me but she did instead. She ruined my eyebrows and she didn’t even want to do my nails she would aggressively push my hand away. Needless to say the day after getting them done the polish was chipping off and fading. Please stay away from this place!!! Never again will I waste my time or money here!

Devon Martin Aweful nails! $60 for misery. I got yelled at by the girl doing my nails because I told her the nails were all crooked and she said shes not done yet, she was just chopping away. Dont put acrylic on nails you cant even file to fix. They are all different lengths especially my thumbs. I was told to come closer the entire time and I had to tell her I can touch the back of her chair. Never going there again! Poor customer service and bad nail jobs.

Ravina Bhakta 0 stars. Did an awful job painting my nails with gel polish for manicure and pedicure. It looked like a little kid painted them. Became very rude when it was brought to their attention. Then proceeded to accuse me of doing that to them before when I have never done that before. Wanted to charge me full price for nails that looked absolutely ugly and unprofessional. Even tore off my skin on multiple fingers while using the electric nail filer. The entire experience was awfully insane.

I went there for the first nails ( the wife did them) they werent the best but I gave them another chance because they werent busy. The husband did my fill-in, he asked me who did my nails, I said your wife. He was totally quiet he was worse than her !!!! I will never go there again !!!!

Crysta Andrews I called in advance for an appointment, walked into the salon, and the technicians didnt even make an effort to acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes. It wasnt busy at all and multiple staff members looked up at me when I walked in. These people clearly didnt want my money so I wont be returning.

ByDesign929 My mom and I went to get a mani pedi and we waited for an hour. Two more people walked in and signed in after us and yet we were told that we would have to wait on a particular person to help us while the other two ladies would be seen next by the available nail tech. Mind you the other two ladies were walk ins as well. Very bad business and customer care. Needless to say my mom and I walked out with no services performed….

Tara Connor They did a great job on my nails ! They shaped them just as I asked. I also got a pedicure,which was amazing! He took his time,and I enjoyed getting pampered,! I will be back!

jeanine james I typically come here on a regular basis with no complaints but I was already peeved for waiting almost 2 hours to get a gel manicure but nonetheless I waited.The nail technician who normally does my nail was unavailable so the other lady technician serviced me.She was very friendly but the gel polish i received was sloppy with too much nail polish on my skin and unpolished areas...i went back after i shopped around and told the male tech I was not happy for the $30 I spent and time I waited. he tried to fix couple nails but I wont be back. What a waste of my time and money.

Cassandra Green Races went in the nail shop and waited until it was my turn. Then the nail lady tried to take a white lady before me and I told her I was there first so I checked the list and the white lady came after me The nail lady took me back and left me soaking in the pedicure chair for about 30minutes. Water was cold and all she went a back up and done the white ladys whole nail service so I decided to leave on my way out I told the nail lady that there customer service was horrible n I asked her why did she insist on doing the white lady before me. The nail lady never said anything she wouldnt even look up. When I left I called the shop and asked for corporate phone number and said I felt was discriminated against The lady hung up on me. I called back and the man answered the phone he said the white lady had an appointment. Which was a lie it was Friday I called back the following Monday and ask to make an appointment and the man answered the phone and said they dont make appointments. ITS SAD BECAUSE ALOT OF AFRICAN AMERICANS COME IN THE NAIL SHOP
