Michael Walls My new dermatologist!! Just ditched my old big-chain private equity owned practice. Dr Watt is an independent practice with reasonable pricing. Dr Watt is quite a card too, very pleasant demeanor. Glad I switched!!

Donielle Wilburn Dr. Watt was exceptional! He saw my three children’s son took the time to teach them about what was going on and what he was going to do to help them. He was very personable and willing to work with us! His assistant was great, as well as his front desk staff, who were friendly and made us feel welcome. Would recommend to everyone!

Teresa Watson Best experience ever in my entire life! Did full exam not just the mole in question. Did NOT perform unnecessary procedures and billed accordingly. Dr. Watt made me feel at ease and he even threw in a joke or two that made me laugh! Honesty and trust are rare commodities these days! Thank you Dr. Watt P.S. The staff is also phenomenal!!

Ken Schmitz Im new to Florida, and needed to find a dermatologist for my annual checkups. Its NOT easy moving and finding new health professionals, although I chose Watt Dermatology, and they did not disappoint!!! Dr. Watt is the real deal, as in he practices ethical dermatology, hes funny and just makes you feel welcome. I mean come on, who wants to go to see any doctor, not me, but doctor Watt and his staff Bobby, Samantha and Sonya are all super friendly and they actually love their jobs. I wonder why? It starts with great leadership, thank you Dr. Watt and staff for ALL you do!

Heather Martinez My experience here was fantastic. I was in several different units (my favorite being the wound care) and I have never come across such incredible nurses like this anywhere else. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of their patients on every unit. Being there as a nursing student was a fantastic experience for me and all of the nurses I had the pleasure of working with were very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Lorie Ingram My husband was in this hospital for 3 nights. We had alot of issues with the beds . They were worn out. The nursing staff did not give him the water and ice in pitcher . they were giving him a small cup of it. On the second night a nurse came in and got it for him, didn’t understand why it had not been done. They put the heart leaders on his chest, they kept coming off, he’d asked them to shave the spot but they kept pulling his hair when trying to fix them. Finally toward the end a nurse came in and shaved him. The food was nasty…they got him in a room from ER at 9:30 pm, no rooms were available. He sat up all that time, not able to lay down on the ER Bed. It was very too small… His legs were swollen terribly. We will never return to this hospital…

Ashley Clark Great experience from the front desk, to the nurse and the doctor they were very kind and quick! My son had an ear ache and not feeling well and we were In and out less then an hour and the prescription was ready for pick up by the time we made it home. Great job to the whole staff!

Laura Vendetti From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with compassion & feel truly cared about. Rose not only treats my ailments, but also listened when I became emotional over the recent loss of my beloved canine. She empathized with a shared story, & we had a laugh! Everyone here seems to be in a good mood. Clearly morale is high among them, which really helps when one is sick, & feeling bad!

Steve We had a great experience at the Quick Care Med in Inverness. My wife had a bad case of the flu. Staff was very courteous, professional and caring. Rose, the nurse practitioner, was outstanding. We arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, and were out the door about 35 minutes later. Very impressive!

Kyler Kirby Both check-in nurses were extremely pleasant and helpful when I checked in. My triage nurse was efficient, thorough, and also very pleasant. My ARNP came in quickly, was very thorough, and diagnosed me quickly. Im always treated well at this location and will choose it when I need to be seen.

Lisa Groshans I was misdiagnosed and given medication that will raise my blood sugar even though the medical advisor knew I am diabetic. So, I paid a hundred dollars for nothing. No cure, just bad service. I will not go back to this urgent care. Update: The manager of this facility called me the next day and had me discuss my visit. I told her what happened and she requested that I come back to be treated again (free of charge this time). I came back. They let me skip the large line of people that was there, brought me back into a room, and triaged me right away. Then a provider reviewed my chart and came in to see me. All the staff there was very polite and professional. They diagnosed me, gave me a shot, directions, a referral for an X-ray, and sent in to my pharmacy for a prescription. I was very happy and satisfied that I was taken care of. Thank you Quick Care Med. I give this last visit a 5 star review.

Bill Bloom Sr Dr Jordan is the greatest. Hes very professional and personable and understands everything that is going on with your health. Also Dr Lopez who is a intern and he was pleasant and professional also. He listened to what I said and did not disapprove with what I had to say about my health and care that I was receiving from my other doctors. I would highly recommend this combo of Drs to everyone for your health needs and concerns.

Teresa Bartlett Dr Wallace is the most caring compassionate doctor I know! She explains and makes sure you understand everything before you leave the office! I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a good, honest doctor who cares about her patients! And her office personnel are just wonderful! Kind, caring people in the entire office. Edited 2021; Dr. Wallace is not there anymore and Ive changed doctors. But I still feel this way about her and her office.

Erin Coronesi Wonderful practice. The receptionists are very sweet & friendly. The doctors assistant was very nice & courteous. You feel like you are chatting with a friend when you speak with the Dr. yet she is very professional. I would never go anywhere else & will recommend this practice to friends & family.

kristen bilotti Margie is an amazing primary care provider. She spends however much time is needed, clearly explains your conditions, is "open minded", and always has sensible advice. I highly recommend her. I have a complicated medical condition and she is one of the only health care providers in the area that actually listens, cares, and treats appropriately.

Donna Dunn The whole staff was incredible. We recently moved here and had been to a different Dr. office and had been treated horribly and refused treatment with no explaination given so I was very nervous about this appointment. The difference between the first office and this one was like night and day. Everyone introduces themselves and speaks to you directly and explains things clearly. They made me feel very comfortable and were able to help me, which was what we needed. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Doreen Breslin Very disappointed in this practice. I called explaining symptoms of a uti. I’m supposed to live with this for 8 days! I’ll need to rely on urgent care. So tell me what good is a primary care physician?

Ken Wright Dr Jordan and Dr Rodriguez are excellent! What I love most about them is Dr Rodriguez is an Intern and Dr Jordan is experienced so you get both old school and new school experiences! The staff is super friendly and nice! Since my Primary Care Physician retired is South Florida 9 years ago, I had been bouncing from one doctor to another until this last year and now I have found my new Primary Care Physician!

Faron Campbell Doctor Jordan was great. He took time to listen, then did the examination. He was very thorough. He also has a great since of humor, very personable.

Michael Scott I want to say THANK YOU to all at this facility. I came into ER with chest pain was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from all in the staff. I had a five day stay here and from the lady cleaning the bathroom to the ones doing the surgery I give a huge recommendation. All the staff I had interactions with were very professional, friendly, very caring and compassionate. I felt very comfortable being in their hands for my health care. I would highly recommend this hospital for my loved ones who may be in need of their services..

Stephen Matthews I recently had to have a heart stent placed after having had severe pain. I went to the surgery admissions and was met with a smile and very professional lady. I had to have bloodwork completed before the procedure and all went extremely well. Before the procedure I was prepared by the nursing staff and later taken into the surgical room. Everyone in the room introduced themselves and put me at ease. Once the procedure was started (you’re only partially out) the doctor and two nurses continually checked on any pain or discomfort I may be having. The recovery area took about two hours but I was checked on every 15 minutes or more. I could not be more pleased with the professional care I received. Special thank you to everyone who I came in contact with that day. Job well done!!! Although I have to say, I hope I don’t see you again, it’s comforting to know I will always be taken care of professionally at Tampa General Hospital Crystal River.

Brad Chester I was there for almost 2 weeks. The 2nd floor staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond in all aspects of my care. Their food service was overall very good. A few minor glitches but overall I would call it 80%. The surgery went well but thecsurgeons bedside manner was kind of harsh.

Mary Gojda Had a two night stay there. Entire staff was great. However, my primary physician and neurologist both tried multiple times to get my records sent to them and never got them. I had to show them my test results on my phone and relay all the info. Terrible way to have the necessary follow up visits.

Lorinda Ackley This doctor is NEVER on time. A 10:00 am appointment, and never here on time. No one in the office at all. Door locked and lights off.

Maryann Merrill I had a very good experience the other night in ER. The check in was super easy and we were taken back right away. The nursing staff and Dr were very professional. They were genuine in the compassion and care given. They listened to what we were saying and asked questions. They didnt try to run any unnecessary tests and addressed all our concerns. I wish I remembered the doctors name as she was the best doctor Ive seen in years. I want to also mention nurse Mel B and her coworker, they showed a lot of compassion and i felt they genuinely cared. I will definitely go back.

Bud Bowley I was very surprised! I had never been to citrus Hospital, but I heard stories that did not paint a very good picture I guess the stories I heard were about the old hospital. My experience was excellent! From pre admission, lab work,scheduling, pre op, procedure, recovery, discharge, billing and follow up everything was perfect. From start to finish everything was on time and ran smoothly. That being said, I pray I never have to go there again. But if I do I am confident it will be a good experience.

Jerry Leinsing We live 25 miles away in Wildwood. Did a test drive the day before because of early appointment. The drive is easy but finding the Admin front door (using GPS) for the hospital was a challenge because that entrance looks like going into the boiler room. But once inside, it was a different and enjoyable experience. People were nice and welcoming. Had battery of tests and hand-offs from one test to the other. We did need to keep on top of things to make sure everything was lined up. Technicians seemed proficient and made sure we understood everything happening. Waiting on still another step in the process before all the tests are in for the decision makers. Worth the trip to get this level of confidence.

Shawn Dean So far 2 surgeries at your hospital with Dr Carmain as my surgeon have been great! At least as far as "needing a surgery" goes! The doctors and staff across the board have been wonderful! Even the patient who was my roommate for 1 night was just a pleasant experience! The pre-op staff and doctors and nurses at that office were pleasant and expedient!

Doris Posey ER deserves 5 stars. Hospital — lacking in organization, proper patient care, time management. Over 24 hours to get “order” for everyday necessary meds. Was admitted for MRI - but no MRI order????? Waited over 24 hours for discharge order that had already been signed. Very disappointed with whole experience. Just very thankful my husband wasn’t critically ill

The staff here is also wonderful and professional.

amanda barnes I had a great OB/GYN previously, I had to switch to HCA because my OB stopped delivering babies and I became pregnant. I was nervous about the switch because I had been with my other GYN for about 10 years. I made a good choice switching. This office has always been phenomenal from start to finish with my pregnancy and now with just my annual visits. I see Melanie Dryden for my annual GYN visit and I saw Christy Sims for my in office OB while pregnant. I super wished Christy delivered but it was whomever is on call the day you go in. I had Dr Auquiste deliver, I had never met him but he was phenomenal as well and performed the unplanned C-Section I had to have. I would recommend this office and the couple people I mentioned a million times over, they make you feel super comfortable in your visits and as a woman I feel like that’s so important. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GENEVIEVE HURTADO I called on July 30 to schedule an annual exam. I was a patient previously, but due to time lapse since my last appointment they said I would be considered a "new patient" which is fine. They scheduled my appointment for 10/23. My husband was laid off from his job in July and our medical coverage ends on 10/31. I explained that to them and called again on September 3 to see if I could try to get in sooner if there were any cancellations. I was told that since the appointment was only for an annual exam and nothing "urgent" I would have to wait. Yesterday, 10/17/24, I received a phone call that they need to reschedule my appointment because the person I am supposed to see will be doing deliveries at the hospital that day. I again explained my insurance situation and was told that they would try to see if there was anything available before 10/31 and would call me back. Since I never received a call back yesterday, I called again this morning 10/18/24 and was told that they have no openings at all for the rest of the month. So now I am scrambling to find another provider who will see me before our insurance expires. If I could give zero stars I would for just a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and understanding all around.

Bobbi Vonch Front and nurse staff was very nice. The doctor didnt seem to want to listen to my concerns and I felt belittled. It took me over an hour to see the doctor after my appointment time. I was there almost 2 hours total most of that time I was waiting. I understand people get behind and busy but the doctor didnt even apologize for running behind.

kiera cordiano This is my 5th pregnancy with 3 different doctors over the years. we moved and this was the closest obgyn that takes my insurance, I am underwhelmed and disappointed with the overall care. They havent done anything "bad" or off, but I feel its because I know what to expect doing this so many times prior I know the drill, but if I were a first time mom I would feel absolutely left in the dark and honestly scared. What makes me most disappointed and what prompted this review is that there is NO after hours phone number- link to ask questions or need for assistance in cases of emergency or serious/urgent questions. I need to speak to someone and am 31 weeks pregnant. I have no way to contact anyone since its the weekend. I was never given a separate # in case of emergency and when I call there is no urgent answer service/connection to nurse on call option...it simply just hangs up. For an OBGYN office I feel this is completely unacceptable. I am sad about this being my experience and I wish I had chosen a different doctors office to be honest.

Lisa Jawan The worst hospital in Citrus county ! Don’t ever leave a family member alone. They will be nice if a family member is there. I had to spend the night with my mom cause she said they were so mean. I could hear people screaming all night and the nurses wouldn’t even check on the him. I feel bad cause I know there are some nice nurses there but overall I would never bring another family member there again nor recommend anyone to go to that place. Drive the extra miles to go to a better hospital

Tim Moynihan I came there January 13, 2025 for Day Surgery. The nurses were fantastic explaining how everything would go. The problem I had when I went into the other room to the Anesthesiologist, I would tell you his name but he never intrused himself to me.( I do have it now thanks to my Doctor) He proceeded to stab this thing in my arm, I replied your killing my arm. Dont you usually numb it first, after 3 attempts he gave me a shot tried for the fourth time I said it didnt go numb, his replied it takes awhile. So why dont you wait, he said I dont have time. He told the nurse I better put him under before I do the other arm. When I came out of surgery my wife noticed that both my arms were black and blue from the elbow to my hands. Also asked why I had a patch over my swelled right eye. She replied must be something that happened in surgery.. The 21st I went to my Doctor he was surprised I had no voice, said they might of ripped something pulling the tube out. It is now January 24, 2025 I have no voice 2 arms that are still black and blue burning in pain cant lift anything with a damaged right eye.. They did tried to call me to ask how the surgery went, with my voice being distorted they said they couldnt understand me and proceeded to hang up.. So I would honestly say that had to be the worst experience every.... Im hoping there is no permit damage.....

Tony Noble I was seen pretty quick. They assessed the problem. Got me a CT scan. Told me the problem , moved toward admitting me. I had to wait for a room. RN Morgan was the best. She took very good care of me.

Rachael Richards Staff is rude. Doctor is great. But the office people who you mainly deal with are very short with you. I dont understand how a childrens clinic is so rude. I get we are in a pandemic but when we are waiting over 5 mins outside and you take the temp inside of course temp will run high.

Nicole Newkirk Sent in an insurance authorization the day before my scheduled MRI 8/27 even though the appointment was scheduled weeks in advance & they received the referral 8/6! When I questioned the lady who called as to why I was hearing about it at 4:30pm the day before my appointment she assured me they made every attempt to get the authorization… not according to my Doctors office or the insurance company! Then due to their error of course they didn’t have the authorization so they wanted to cancel & reschedule my appointment for next month! Then told me to call my Dr. office, I did and then the insurance co to try to get them to speed up the process. Called their office multiple times before my appointment because I’m in dire need of the MRI, no one answered the phone or responded to voicemail left. No one called back for a requested call back. This imaging center is obviously too busy to do their jobs correctly! Grievance filed against them because this is just ridiculous! I am in constant pain, I needed this MRI weeks ago! & due to their screw up I can’t get it & now have to wait for a different appointment. Definitely not using them for it & I will NEVER be using them for anything ever again!

Fred Hale After specifically asking, they said that my insurance would pay for a cut on my arm (I was gonna deal with it myself). Got a 7700 dollar bill latter because it wasn’t covered. Told me removing the stitches was covered with first visit. Got a bill for over 2000 for that. Asked three times about a tetanus shot, nothing. No band aids, dressing, prescriptions. Then got bills from two different doctors. I never saw a doctor. Have called and written many times to discuss this and have not once gotten a response. Gone to bill collection yet they have never answered my calls or letters! Incredibly indifferent.

Karen W Dr Rodriguez is a good doctor when you can get in to see him I have been trying to get a phone call return from him since January the 2nd. The office staff is extremely rude she said every time you call youre angry and I said youd be angry too if youd been trying to get in touch with somebody in an earlier appointment since January and its now March the 3rd. And the last time I called whoever the girl was that answer the phone was eating something and chewing in my ear. So effective today I have changed to another doctor obviously his nurse and the receptionist tell him what hes going to do and when hes going to do it.

winona harvey Dr. Rodriguez is a sweetheart. He wants to help and it shows in his bedside manner. We have not had to wait long to get brought into a room. We have not had to wait to be given an appointment in a day or 2 from time we called. Our prescriptions are called in very quickly by Christa and staff. We are happy we found Dr. Rodriguez and James his PA. I refer all my family and friends to this office. We have always had great experiences here.

Guichy Bencosme Hes a very good dr, will tell you if is good or not & what you need. Today 11/18/2022, receptionist supposed to call yesterday for him, so today my husband called & since Dr. moved to a different office a little further, now with different workers terrible handling phone, Dr. Rodriguez is going to lose clients because of these receptionist faults, & hes a terrific Dr, I dont want to lose a good Dr., if the other girl who used to work there was back, she made sure the referrals went thru & blood test done without making you wait so long just because the different people now working, were busy chatting that my husband left without him taking blood test. These new workers is not helping at all.

Teri Sanford He has been my doctor for over 2 years now. He is always so helpful and listens to what I have to say , he always helps with my needs. Him and his staff in my opinion are very nice and I am grateful to have him as my doctor. Even with insurance changes he does not take my insurance so I still pay out of pocket for my visits and I wouldnt have it any other way! Thankful for him :)

stuart carlisle I had Dr. Figueroa for about 5 years before an Insurance issue made me find another PCP. Now Im back and so glad hes still in Inverness. I honestly think hes the most caring and helpful Doctor Ive ever had. After dozens of office visits Ive never had a bad experience with either him or his staff. People who may have negative experiences may have had more serious issues than Ive had with only stage 3 lung cancer!

Mark M. If this is the same Person, Doctor Ive seen in past few years ago, he is/was Very good. Spent time with me, asked questions, which many do not, gave my new Ideas for my chronic problems I have stemming from 4 surgeries! He left the office back then, I only got to see him 2 times there, Dunnellon area then. But I recommend him, Highly! Want to add: former office he was with in Dunnellon & Ocala 2 offices at time. The Staff was Absurdly Horrible, they Lost my paperwork Twice after taking me 1 hour sitting there filling forms and my Medical Issues. TWICE, on the 3rd round of same paperwork I finally got an appointment, this was before Dr. Figueroa war with them. The same problem with my Mothers paperwork, and Hospital Test results, Lost never to be Found. This was with Dr. Reddis office Ocala. I believe hes a General Practitioner. I dont change Doctors due to many rare medical problems I have, so Lucky Dr. Figueroa came to practice but left within 1 yr. Or so. I will now try to get back with Dr. Figueroa.

Warren Broom My mother in law is a snowbirds, my wife called Dr. Figueroa office and he was kind enough to make an appointment out of his very busy schedule to see her. He is an absolutely caring and extremely professional doctor. We dont have enough words of thanksgiving and gratitude toward Dr. Figieroa.

SeniorPastoraDrDiana Brevan He is a really great Understanding medico whom sits to listen to your very needs. I was spoiled by my old Doctor which the insurance does not accept any longer due to their services was they had a medical service operator that will contact the physician when you are in dire need of urgent care when office is closed this is the only thing this office does not provide they have a message machine which directs you to 911 or to the emergency room if many here is like me I do not call either or. I Praise God and await his healing unless its close to time Dr Figueroa He is a Great Doctor whom cares for your needs and He is by appointment for each and every call He also is great with diabetics and aligns you.

David Moore I’m a would be new patient for Dr Mane. Very good reviews of this Dr have been posted at the same time very bad reviews regarding staff and the response factor being largely insufficient. I confirm the stories of never answering phones or returning calls as I’ve made multiple attempts to contact….hence the single star

CCC New Patients Dr. Mane is the best, so personable, knowledgeable, and down right awesome. Gregory and Cheryl are Dr. Manes ARNPs and I cant commend them enough for all they do and the way they treat you like family. This group of medical professional is the best Ive ever been privileged to be treated by.

Tonya Caldwell Accompanied my mother in law to her visit today and she saw Cheryl the ARPN there. What a wonderful asset she is to Dr Mane’s office and to Citrus County. She was incredibly congenial and knowledgeable. She explained things in medical terms and plain English. She took time with us and we didn’t feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her. Doug has called me after he recognized my brothers blood was unusual abnormal. Doug has left his availability open when it comes to my brothers care. I got my brother in the car and Doug did His appointment via my brothers passenger car window. We are grateful for the level of care we are receiving at West Florida medical associates. Debbie T The office staff is competent, Dr. Torralba - not so much. This is operated like a training facility where you explain your situation to a practicing doctor who then explains it to the attending physician - so even though the "real" doctor is in the room, you speak with the doctor in training. Dr. Torralba prescribed the wrong dosage of a medication. When I brought it up at a subsequent visit she only replied, "Oh yeah, remember I said there was a lower dose of that medicine." Then she sent me to the wrong specialist causing months of delay in my treatment. When I tried to get a referral to the correct specialist, the office tried to make me come back in before theyd give me a referral to the correct doctor. At that point I switched to another medical provider.

Goldie The new office looks so fresh and welcoming—it’s a great update! It would be super helpful if the location info could be updated online— the photo was of the old location. I also wish there was a website where I could easily request, cancel, or reschedule appointments—it would make things so much easier. Now, when it comes to the service which means the most—my family and I couldn’t be happier! When I call the phone is answered, and my needs are met with a kind tone. Dr. Hiremath is always so pleasant, and quite funny. He does an amazing job making our children feel comfortable. He is also incredibly knowledgeable, which is why he’s been their doctor for over 14 years—ever since they were babies. The front desk staff is also so kind and helpful, which makes every visit even better.

K H I have been taking my children here for over 12 years. Dr Hiremath & the other providers in the office have always been nothing but wonderful. They listen to me and my concerns. When my kids are sick 99% of the time they can get me in the same day to be seen. The front office staff is always pleasant as well. The medical field is a tough field to work in so people really need to have some empathy. This is an extremely busy office. They are all doing the best they can, and it is very much appreciated.

Beware, if you need a doctor you are better off going elsewhere.

Sarah Robinson Beard Ive had lovely patient care from Inverness Family Care. Ive had visits with both my PCP, Dr. Connor, and her medical assistants. During my in-person visits, I always feel heard. The front office team, including Brittney, is warm and friendly with me whenever I call or am on-site. Whenever I have had prescription requests, outside orders, or referrals, Christina sometimes calls me the same day or the next business day. Ive had excellent communication with all the staff Ive encountered, including the billing team, with a question or two. With such a busy practice, I appreciate the time and care I have received from everyone there. Thank you!

Julia Spencer I met this place that says Dr. Tara Conner is your Dr. but I never met her! My aunt only saw her staff! The level of care was very appalling to say the least! I waited 6+ weeks for referrals that never came! THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! Never called back. My aunts insurance was charged for treatment she never got!! I wouldn’t take any living thing to this place!! If I could give NO STARS I’d gladly do that..So very unprofessional place of business!

Karen Stein I have been going to Dr. Tara Connor for about three years now. She is an exceptional doctor with fantastic bedside manner. She also is very compassionate. I would’ve given the office a five star review. However, it’s the office staff and her PAs that are the issue. No one ever answers the phone at the doctors office and most times you don’t need to call back. I am not sure if they are overworked understaffed or a combination of both. This review might’ve been a three star rating, if not for the relatively new nurse Chris that I have had my last two visits. Chris is also compassionate, caring, and takes time at each visit. This is something that I never had in the past from any nurse or PA, Dr. Connor always took the time and I never felt rushed. If only they could fix their office staff maybe more help a little more friendly they would’ve got a five star review.

Klaatu 01 I met Dr Connor after relocating to Inverness. I had the same family care doctor for 30 years in Oregon. I was very happy with my first visit with her NP and very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Connor. She had reviewed my med records I provided, was very informed and we got along well. Im very glad I found her and that she took me as a patient.

Jessica Parker Staff was great. But the doctor himself was the most rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate person I’ve met in a long time. Didn’t care about my health care needs/situation, only cared about his own “opinion”. Walked in there truly needing help and the second visit when meeting him, I knew then and there that isn’t the doctor for me. Any doctor that can walk into a room, look a computer and put his hand in your face and say “I’m going to speak first not you.” Was Highly disrespected and he doesn’t deserve to be in his position. Nothing worse than needing real help and walking away more hopeless than when you walked in.

Gina Derby Very happy with Dr. Khan and staff. However, I rarely see the Dr. He always has nurse practitioners who fill his shoes. My main complaint is the phone service. If you call, you never get the person you need. It goes to a machine. And returning calls when you leave a message needs addressed.

Abbie Scott I went to Dr.Khan for terrible stomach pains and was told it sounded like my gallbladder. they told me they were going to refer me to a GI. I waited three months to see a local GI just for them to call me the day before saying Dr.Khans office failed to send the approval, I personally went to the office to pick it was greeted with attitude by a young boy in the office. I then made another appointment with another GI and was told the same thing a day before. Once can be a mistake but twice is plain negligence. Don’t go to this office if you want any answers/help all they care about is getting your insurances money.

His recommendations regarding the specialists whom we have to visit give both of us the confidence and peace of mind that we would be in good hands for proper treatment. SABRINA Compton This office has been terrible since they moved to this new location. They cancel your appointments. They reschedule your appointments without telling you and then when you show up, they tell you that you are at the wrong time when you know what time your appointment was I got blood work back in September here it is December and I finally had them just print off the results for me because they will not go over them with me. I’ve had a stiff neck for two or three months and I can’t get in to see my doctor because they always have an excuse or a lie on why you can’t be seen

One of the top examples of insolence founded on ignorance Ive encountered... •Receptionist: Its 2:03, well have to reschedule. Remember, 1/2hr early? New patients forms?? •me: I was here a half hour early filling out the paperwork in front of your office inside my car with my wife. Can you explain the difference between having it filled out within your office or without? •R: so, can we reschedule this appointment? •M: can you first answer that one simple question? •R: ..(defining silence as Im the only patient in their office) •M: uh, no. Nevermind my bulging artery.

Bob Evans This is THE WORST PLACE FOR MEDICAL CARE I have ever been to. THE WORST!!!! These people that work there should be embarrassed. I have had to literally drive over to their office a number of times to make sure referrals were sent. I had to sit in the office and watch as each referral was sent because they promised they would do it previously on the phone. Just last week my physical therapy doctor canceled because she didnt receive a referral. She then said she called them and they had the wrong number. She then said they would send it right over. Nothing. She still hasnt heard from them. I just had a call today from my dermatologist that my surgery has been canceled this same day because, guess what, no referral was sent. Unbelievable. DO NOT patronize this place!!!!. I repeat DONT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!! The absolute worst.

Susan Collin This place is incredible! Every staff member is efficient, competent, timely, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! Had a bone density with Shirley and cat scan with Lizzy, was in and out in half hour. That’s after check in/copay process with a sweet receptionist. They run an extremely well-oiled machine. Lucie I am new to the area and my doctor referred me to Inverness Medical Imaging. As soon as I entered the office and was greeted by the friendly staff, I knew that I was going to feel comfortable there. I had a mammogram as well as a Dexa scan and they were able to schedule both appointments together so that I did not need to come back. I really appreciated that and the technician performing my tests was super nice and seemed to be very competent. I got my results quickly too. I would definitely recommend Inverness for any imaging needs.

Drew Pearce Hope everybody else has better luck than I did. They canceled my appointment the day before saying they didn’t have authorization when authorization number was on it and evidently they didn’t see it. I needed to go back to work and they wanted to try to push it out two more weeks, I just told him to forget about it. I normally don’t write reviews cause I think they’re worthless but this one cost me money and time. I’m sure the actual nurses and doctors inside are nice good people. Just seems like the ones that do the scheduling and authorizing things are the incompetent ones.

Gwen Dean I have been to this location a few times and my latest apt. was yesterday. I can not say enough about the staff there, and Ive been impressed since my first visit and they continue to impress me. From the Apt. schedulers, front desk, and the medical staff , they are all top notch! Very caring, empathetic and go above and beyond during procedures as well as when addl tests are needed. Huge shout out to Christina and Sam and the Radiologist who came in and spoke with me yesterday! They know how to not only run a business, but more importantly, know what Patient Care is! I would give 10 stars if that was an option!

S. Soto One of the worse hospitals Ive experienced. The extremely small waiting room leads you to believe the wait time will short. When youre called youre lead to the emergency room hallway, where they have chairs lined against the walls. A thin curtain separates you from the other patients. You can hear their conversations with the medical staff and vice versa. The doctor gave me a misdiagnosis but thankfully I was transported to a much better hospital. Now I know why the locals refer to this hospital as "Croak Hill & Stroke Hill".

Joselyn Lopez The first time going to this hospital because my little man popped his elbow which was super scary for me and hubby. Not even 2 minutes in the door and the wonderful Dr. Bob came straight up to my baby did a quick assessment and popped it back into place. Not only was he super friendly his whole staff was so nice to us and he was super intentive to us and our baby. And we were there for about 20 minutes. Best hospital visit we ever had! On the day of her visit every single person from front desk, to doctors assistant, to Dr Hiremath himself was so friendly, patient asking all the right questions, and made sure she got the right referral. Then Peggy and Julie went out of their way to make sure she got the referral from insurance so she could see specialist. We are so blessed to find this office. Thank you!

Jana J I use the Patient Portal for SCHEDULING and MESSAGING my team of doctors at Citrus Cardiology. Dr Topi is my cardiologist and his team is top notch. I’ve been a patient here since moving to Florida. I had asked my neighbors’ group who they recommended for various doctors (PCP, Pulmonologist, Oncologist, Cardiologist… ) and was recommended to Citrus Cardiology and Dr Topi. The practice is highly thought of outside the “recent Google reviewers.” 2021 was my first major cardiac need since back in 2009 when I was first diagnosed with heart failure and in need of a cardiologist. I’m have surgery coming up and trust the medical practitioners here with my life.

Sharon Stegemeyer I have left FOUR messages (since nobody answers when you call) stating that I was trying to make an appointment after going to the ER with heart related issues, and I have yet to receive a call back! Im not even a new patient! Plus, this is the place that the ER doctor recommended!

Stephen Clarke They seemed very nice people at the outset, friendly and efficient, nurse who took the vitals was excellent. The Dr Goel came into the room and was unable to get blood pressure and after a few attempts “We’re not here for blood pressure anyway so let’s stop trying, besides it’s due to poor life choices anyway” He then described my Mother in Law as “Enormous” and who is not enormous with a 32 BMI, and said he can’t help her. As he left the room he said “God bless you” Obviously we’re not going back!

Deb Councill If you decide to get a second opinion after using this "practice" good choice. If you need a second opinion from an Electrophysiologist, expand your search to Pasco County and read reviews for options for an Electrophysiologist in Pasco County to decide what is best for your care. A one time second opinion if you decide that is the best choice for you is worth the time to decide how you wish to proceed once you have a backup opinion for your care and your health.

Ashlee Bowles My mother first came here three years ago via referral from her PCP after having a sudden minor heart issue, and while there was a little miscommunication at first with scheduling and referral information, things got straightened out quickly. The nurses and staff onsite were nice and helpful, but the doctor himself made things unbearable. The doctor flat out told my mother during her first visit that she would be dead before she turned 60 with me sitting right there (she was 58 at the time). He was very discourteous to her and completely disregarded me as her caretaker. He ended up sending her to Citrus Memorial Hospital to have some tests done, and when the results came back he scheduled her for a follow-up appointment. Upon arriving, he said he couldnt help her and wouldnt explain specifically what the results said, be it good or bad. Needless to say her PCP was very disappointed to hear this feedback and thankfully my mother hasnt had any other trouble with her heart, and shes doing just fine now with no issues.

Absolutely the most unprofessional, condescending and non empathetic medical office I’ve ever been to of any kind, primary or specialist. As many of the other reviews state, the office staff is just rude. They treat you as if you’re crazy or stupid. They are only open one day and if that doesn’t work for you then oh well. I was out of my antidepressants and they refused to work with me on getting an emergency script called in, in order to prevent a mental crash. They told me I should’ve called last week. I did, and of course got the answering machine. Their message is even rude, stating that if you leave more than one message you will not be returned, which I was reminded of when I did actually speak with someone. Really!? I am on a simple, low dose antidepressant. I can only imagine that this office treats patients with more severe mental issues and can only hope that they are being treated at least a little bit better, but I highly doubt it. One of my reason for the depression is the loss of my youngest daughter almost 4 years ago. She was taken tragically by a hit a run driver. After her passing I was lost, in a fog, however you’d like to explain it. (Trust me, it is unexplainable). I had recently moved and had not yet found a primary and after this event, it was last on my mind, so yea, I’ve been off my medication for some time. This man had the audacity to tell me I would not be in the mental state I was had I not stopped taking my medication back then. How dare him. He either has no children or is simply a heartless human being. He also diagnosed me as OCPD, and told me I needed to read a book he recommended. Wow! Just wow. Needless to say I am changing my primary (that’s a different story for a different review) in order to be directed to a more professional office.

kellei johnson Office staff makes mistakes and tells me to pay no show fee. I did not no show. I was sick and contagious and could prove it with my PCP office. They cancelled next appointment anyway. Asked them to have doctor call me. No one ever called again. I was a patient for 2 years!

Brian Keith The staff is clueless! Was there in March, had an outstanding balance from insurance. I told the older lady, in March I would pay it all in April when I got my taxes. I called to confirm my appointment,in April and it was non existent! Didnt think much about it and rescheduled for the next Monday in May. She called me back the next day and said both appointments, April and May, were cancelled by the OFFICE MANAGER until I payed 50%. No- inter office communication? The whole place is falling apart. I need a good doctor. I dont need this stress.

Robby Wagner He treated, and even referred to me, as my diagnose. Especially when he had an intern with him. Im a patient, not a lab project. Then he asked me to tell him what I should be taking. When I told him thats his job, he claimed I missed two appointments and fired me. Had to struggle with no meds for weeks, before I was able to find another doctor. Hes lost his passion for helping. Time to retire doc.

When I need a refill I can pick it up within a day, bloodwork always has been reviewed and discussed if there was an issue. Denise Carroll This review is for Dr. Summers staff, Brittney is extremely rude and unprofessional...I wanted to reschedule my husbands appointment because he didnt want to see the PA, I was told everyone has to see the PA when I explained my reasoning I was told that maybe my husband and I should find a new primary care provider! Seriously! My husband is a 2 time cancer survivor and is very comfortable with Dr. Summers. It amazes me that someone who works in healthcare could be sold cold and callus. Things were much better with Dr. Summers old staff.

Jk B I am in disbelief of how the staff treated me. However, upon reading the Google reviews, I can see I am not the only one...by a long shot. I concur with the experiences of the other raters regarding the behavior of the staff and in particular, the nurse. I switched my son and I to this physician a little over a year ago because he was highly recommended. We have only been a couple of times for the annual visit and I have only one prescription. Somehow, at the last visit, the prescription was not called in properly, then it went to the wrong pharmacy and by day 10 I still had no prescription. I had already called and left messages. Finally, someone answered the phone in the afternoon (all calls seem to only go to everyones voicemail, even reception), and the receptionist told me it wasnt her fault. Then she said she would tell the nurse- who then got on the phone and began being disrespectful, condescending and refused to let me speak. I was so angry! I did nothing except come for my annual exam and need one medication refill. How could that simple visit turn into such a negative and bizarre experience??!! I even left messages for my doctors assistant insisting that I speak directly to my provider about this- but just dead air. Not how I wish to be treated by my physician or his staff- so I will be searching for a new primary care. I find it unfortunate to have to leave advice for others to steer clear of this practice!

Kyon UPDATE: Ive only been in twice this year (2023) and both times the staff was more pleasant than before (honestly it was only one staff member the first time). Ive changed my rating from a 2/5 to a 5/5. Again, Dr. Summers is a great doctor and Im glad his staff is indicative of that as well. I want to be clear that this rating is because of Dr. Summers nurse, not him. Dr. Summers is a kind and compassionate doctor. He also has a great personality. His nurse answered the phone and was very condescending. I am a parent with a genuine concern. My son has been a patient at this office for about 5 months and Ive been unable to get him in to be seen when hes been sick.I called this morning to see if he can be seen, but Dr. Summers is out. When I was informed of this, I stated that this wont work for me and Ill have to switch my son back to his previous pediatrician so he can be seen. His nurse informed me that I "Dont know why Dr. Summers is out" and that if my son is sick then I "Should have booked an appointment yesterday and he couldve been seen." This point would have been a fair one if, 1. she wasnt being condescending, and 2. she shouldve realized that she didnt know why my son didnt have an appointment booked that day. He had a dentist appointment out of town to arrange a procedure to get done next month. I called teladoc yesterday and they suggested that he is seen today. So I called early this AM. Ive decided to just take him out of this doctors office, but I am very disgusted with Dr. Summers nurse. To the point I will be looking for another PCP for myself as well. Im giving them a rating of 2 stars because 1 just seems like a terrible rating because Joshua Summers is an awesome person, but he needs to revaluate some of his staff.

Laraine Jordan I have been a patient of Dr Govantes for the past four years and I’m so thankful I found this amazingly kind, patient and thorough physician. Dr Govantes takes his time with you and really listens to the concerns or issues you’re experiencing. He thoroughly explains an issue, offers options and recommendations. He has a wonderful sense of humor and puts you at ease from the moment he enters the room which helps you better explain your reason for the visit. His staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Tracey his nurse has been there since I began going there, and she’s also is a very kind and patient person. Any time I’ve called the office when I was sick they got me in to see the doctor, or refilled prescriptions that had run out almost immediately. I’ve watched the staff interact with patients many of whom are older with compassionate care and understanding! This doctor and his staff really care about your healthcare, and I thank God I was fortunate enough to have found them because of a friend’s recommendation whose been a patient there for 16 years!

Melvyn I am unbelievably upset by the way the receptionist treated me when i was on my way to this office. I was taking a client with developmental disabilities there for a physical and there were a lot of detours around the area so i called and said i need some assistance on getting to the office. This woman was the rudest most unprofessional woman i have ever talked to she. She basically belittled me and made me feel like an idiot because i did not know how to get there due to the detours. I also had other coworkers say this woman was nasty to them as well.

Brittnee Shore If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful. I went the first month and told them I had low blood pressure and had to be careful with certain meds. They prescribed me a medicine that lowered it to the point I was blacking out. I attempted to reach out and was told they’d reach back out to me. A week later, I found out she was fired. I meet the new doc and she prescribed me a different med but it was giving me insomnia. I asked if we could lower it. She told me to cut it in half. I proceeded to call back saying I can’t because it’s a capsule. I kept calling and calling being told they would call in a new prescription. NOTHING! We go there to get help and they DO NOT help. Stay far, far away from this place for your mental health and wellbeing.

Robert Larson I became a patient in December of 2023. My nurse practitioner, Tammie Leydig, has been very helpful and informative guiding me through a medication change and thanks to her, Im doing very well. I feel very comfortable under her care.

Regina Soria This is the best mental health practice I have been to in many many years. My first experience was with Tammi and she made me feel so comfortable when I called to set up my first appointment. It was like I was chatting with a friend. Next I had my appointment and I could tell Dr Vernon was not only listening to me but she was also hearing me and thats a big deal!! Im so glad I found them!!

Liz Windley When I scheduled my appointment, they told me they would call me back after I filled out paperwork. A week passed without a call and I had to be the one to call back for an appointment. They told me I would have to wait at least 6 weeks for the next availability. Once the appointment time came, I received a voicemail stating to be there at my appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes early and wasn’t even greeted by the two people behind the desk. When I said hello, the guy, Erik, behind the desk was short and didn’t greet me, only asked for my name and before I even finished, he rudely interrupted me and said “we need to reschedule you.” Even after insisting the voicemail said to be there at my appointment time, he continued to interrupt me and cut me off mid sentence. I went to play the voicemail as proof insisting that I could fill out paperwork afterwards, but he rudely told me “there’s no need to be testy.” I responded with “please don’t be rude to me. I’m only trying to make this work and haven’t been on my psych meds in over 8 months and desperately need them” he said “am I raising my voice? No. So I’m not being rude.” Which I then responded with, “you don’t need to raise your voice to be rude.” He was condescending and gave me an appointment for a month and a half later. My husband called 30 minutes after I left the office to schedule an appointment just to see, and was given an earlier appointment time. I was discriminated against and I will never EVER recommend them to anyone. GO TO OCALA PEOPLE! Balanced well-being have me an appointment within a week and literally saved my life. Instic is careless, thoughtless, and all around a bad environment. Not at all designed for people on the brink of mental health.

Claudia Miller I Valarie Lockard, would like to share a wonderful expericenc I had yesterday with Tammi. I spoke with her to see if she could assist me in getting into tratment with a new provider/doctor, Dr. Patel whom I treated with while in hospital last week for the first time. He has never been my treating doctor before. I really like his professionalism and the way he worked with me on my case. However, when discharged from the hospital I was given a follow up appointment with a staff member PA insteaad of Dr Patel for month of August. The change I was requesting took most of the day speaking back and forth with Tammi who was so very patient, kind and respectable to me on each call. Finally the end result was that I had a new appointment date and time with Dr. Patel that was moved up from September to August. I just wanted to give a wonderful review to Tammi for he help and let her know how much she was appricated.
