key west tai chi Dr Jackson was my internist for several years in Key West until we moved to No Naples in late 2020. He was fantastic! I wish I had him now ; it’d be worth the 4+ hour drive back to Key West.

Jerri Drazkiewicz Dr Jackson is terrific!, caring, listens well, and works with his patients. I am a recent transplant from Connecticut and agonized over finding a good doctor, Dr. Jackson definitely is the one!!!! And absolutely fantastic staff too, quite a team.

He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met; caring, takes as much time as necessary and makes you feel that your concerns are important to him. I had unresolved issues for a long time and was beginning to feel hopeless about them, but I left his office feeling everything was going to be ok. We are so lucky to have him in our area. If I could give him more stars, they would be 100.

J W It took a long time to get an appt but the entire team was worth the wait. They asked questions Id never been asked and it really made me think and pay more attention to the timing of symptoms. His assistants are wonderful and I feel very comfortable having him as my new doctor.

Natalie Redd My daughter just left your office and had the WORST experience. Gaslighting at its finest. My daughter would not be wasting her day and money visiting the doctor if she was feeling "normal." You would think someone in the MEDICAL PROFESSION would have some EMPATHY. If my daughter discovers she has a condition that you dismissed as "normal", you will certainly be hearing from me again. Very, very disappointed.

His scheduler is amazing and got me booked right away for my colonoscopy with clear instructions. Gary Gomer Dr. Fariss is one of those doctors you rarely see anymore. I had a Lithotripsy procedure done and was one of the few patients that got muscle spasms from the actual machine, which is very painful. When I first reached out to Dr. Fariss due to the pain, of course it was well after business hours and Dr. Fariss returned my call within minutes. He provided some very helpful ways to get through the pain, and then he called back after a few hours to make sure I was OK. That almost never happens now a days. He also called the next morning to make sure I was OK. Then on a Saturday night at 10:30pm I started to have pain again and called him, he called me right back again within minutes and had me try a few things which completely stopped the pain. Then he called back at 11:30pm to make sure I was good. Then on Sunday morning he called me to see if I was still OK, which I was fine at that point and he asked me if I wanted to come into the office today (on a Sunday) and he would remove the Stent (previously scheduled for Wednesday) so it would relieve my discomfort, which I jumped at the chance. It took days off my recovery. I know there are a lot of details in this review but only because Dr. Fariss went above and beyond so many times that most doctors would never do. I dont normally write reviews but Dr. Fariss is just such an amazing Doctor and Person who REALLY cares about his patients. For most people this procedure is a pretty quick recovery with very little pain but it is good to know that Dr. Fariss will be there for you should you have any unusual discomfort or Pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

He helped me through my first major medical disease and was able to quickly pinpoint the problem, do all the appropriate testing, and give us expert guidance on our options. He acted with a sense of urgency, and has tremendous expertise. We’re very pleased he and his staff were able to help us, not sure how things would have turned out with another urologist...

Bill Bray Hands down the most astute and accurate Dr. I have visited in my 74 years . I expected an ordeal, but due to his expertise and understanding, I left with a smile on my face.

alice weingarten The office manager and I had a bit of an argument about my insurance and one question, she was given miss information as well as requested that I came into the office again to ask the doctor a simple question about how long it would take before I could return to work. This was upsetting because when we scheduled the surgery she asked me to assist with the insurance and would call with the answer about when I could return to work. Long story short, she canceled my surgery, I couldnt believe it, gave me no where to go, left me in serve pain and discomfort with no referral, just told to go to the emergency room!!! I then had to drive 170 miles to fine another doctor in Miami. I live on a small island of Key West and we only have 1 urologist and they know that. I had the doctor I found request my pre-op labs so they wouldnt have to be done again, they had a cancelation and could fit me right in only to find out they had shredded some of my labs. I have never hear of anything like this

Marissa Ramirez Ive been going to this pediatrician for 7 years and 2 kids later. Recently the visits have been with the nurses more frequently then the doctor which is fine. Angela pritts is very knowledgeable she gets down to the bottom of the problem very quickly. She is able to diagnose my son quickly and even helped me clean my sons belly button when he had lint and it was in a area that was hard to get to considering he has an outie. Laura is also great she has many solutions. The staff is very nice and usually very accommodating with a busy schedule.

Joseph Kenworthy Dr Sandy is literally one in a million and KW is blessed to have him treating the locals here. He went well over and above the call of duty to care for a patient who happened to be my dear friend. With her extremely specialized needs, I was at a loss to help her recover from cancer and cancer treatment and manage the dozens of medications, tube feeding and extreme pain. He checked on us near-daily at times. Lending medical advice in terms I could understand that helped me know what to do for her. I will never forget his kindness as long as I live. Dr Sandy Santiago is EVERYTHING you would hope for in a doctor treating your loved one. I’ve NEVER in my life seen a doctor give the level of care that he provided to us. Let alone a patient with Medicaid as insurance. I will never be able to thank him enough. Mary K.

Madelyn Dudley I have never received worse care and service in my life, and am appalled by their blatant lack of for patient health. I was discharged from the hospital nearly a month ago and am still trying to make my follow up appointment I was supposed to have the following week. Disgusting practice that boarders on malpractice.

Nicole Lee BEWARE! Im sure there are hundreds of women who have had positive experiences with Dr. Peterson, as he came recommended by almost everyone I asked. I honestly dont know why! He was aloof and seemed uncaring at almost every visit, but he was "the best on the island," so I went with him As my OB. About 2 months before my due date, I developed a hard spot in my breast. I told Dr. Peterson about it and his reply was "Its your milk coming in." He didnt look at the lump or even touch it! As a first time mom, I figured the "best doctor" knew what he was talking about. At each consequent visit for 2 months, I mentioned it to the doctor and nurse, and always got the same response. A few weeks before giving birth, I awoke with a terrible pain in my side. After a visit from EMS, I decided to forego the ER (pain had subsided) and call Dr. Peterson the next day. I was told it was the positioning of the baby. Fast forward... I gave birth, but still had the lump in my breast and pain in my side. For 2 days, the pain continued until at the urging of the neonatal nurse, an ultrasound was ordered. After a battery of scans, it was discovered that the lump in my breast was breast cancer that had metastasized to my liver, spine, and hip. The only thing I can remember Dr. Peterson (who became very caring at that point) saying was "Pregnant women dont get cancer." over and over. Well obviously they do, and after doing research, I read 1 in 3000 are diagnosed. It wouldve taken a few minutes, if not seconds, to check the lump. I dont know what would have been done differently and how it would have affected my pregnancy, but I do think that had Dr. Peterson showed even a little bit of concern, the cancer could have been found earlier and perhaps not have spread. Over a year later, I am still undergoing treatment for the cancer that has now spread to my brain. I realize mine is a special case that most women will not experience, but if you are looking for a doctor who will listen to and respond to your concerns, seek another doctor!

Laura Arocho BEST OFFICE IN FLORIDA! Guys, I live in Orlando and I personally find it beyond worth it to hop in a car and drive 7 hours for their services. The office is always so clean (especially now during COVID). I see them sanitize everything between patients. Also, Dr. Peterson is groundbreaking! Im serious!! Hes honest and explains your concerns thoroughly. Not to mention he is funny and doesnt push treatments and services for profit. He will give you his true opinion 100% of the times, all while making you comfortable and relaxed. The staff is very friendly and always welcome me with a warm smile. If your considering this office, stop waisting your time and call for an appointment.

MsAWalker1 I had my first child with Dr. P and he was excellent. He was honest and forth coming the entire time and answered all the questions I had. He is very funny and like I said honest, some people may not appreciate how honest he is (so i have been told) but I wold rather my doctor be honest and tell me how it is rather than spare my feelings and be a pushover. I ended up having my child at 27 weeks and he took all the necessary precautions before delivery and after. He always checked up on us and the baby, keeping contact with Miami Childrens where my baby was air lifted. I would recommend him to anyone.

Crystal Klaproth Andrea and Sophia in L&D and postpartum were amazing! Andrea rushed to get me all checked in ASAP so she could get my epidural going as quickly as possible since my labor was advancing rapidly. She was very knowledgeable and kind and relaxed. Sophia helped us in postpartum recovery and was very kind as well and informative. All the nursing staff gave me confidence in our care while also giving us time to rest. Jamie Hoeffer I just had a tubal removal this morning, and I had an amazing experience. Dr. Webb, anesthesia, and all the nursing staff were wonderful and really put me at ease. Wendy Wilson Mostly kind, compassionate people who know their jobs. In the 20 years Ive been using them I have only had about 2 bad interactions. I use them for almost everything so most of my medical history is all in the same place. Very practical.

Madisson Gouveia As other reviews mention, the stuff at LKMC ER are absolutely fantastic. I went in feeling awful, in so much pain. They helped me quickly and gave me the best care to get to back on my feet. Finding yourself in the ER is never pleasant, but they made it so comfortable for me. I don’t remember my triage nurse’s name who gave me a warm blanket and a quick check in, but I appreciate her. I also don’t remember my two sweet nurses names, but they were wonderful. I only remember Dr Caleb’s name who was professional, efficient, straight forward and kind. They all were. I am very appreciative!

Barb Holman The waiting room and ER were VERY COLD!!! I had to ask for two heated blankets. The ER was very busy, so the wait was 5 hours or more. The PA I saw was very nice, professional and explained things very well. The young woman that did my ultrasound was very nice and personable. The ems trainees, wrapped my leg backwards, it should’ve been distal to proximal, but it wasn’t, it was the opposite. I changed the direction when I got home. It should be pointed out to the two male EMS trainees. Thank you.

Marjorie Spoto I went in due to an extreme migraine. I was taken back quickly. The nurses and doctors took my pain seriously and gave me something for it. Did CT scans. Thankfully, nothing serious was going on. The experience from this time and my previous experience are completely different. Something changed, and for the better. And it was the intake nurse. Last March, I was left crying in pain from food poisoning in the lobby for 45 minutes when it was an empty room. This time it was less than 10 minutes when I was put into a room. Thank you for addressing that issue. Thank you for the excellent service.

Michael Rae Check in quick & friendly. Information about illness collected excellently with lots of relevant questions. Intake person was fantastic. She’s a credit to your facility. Brought to back and blood drawn very nicely and she set up antibiotics easily and painlessly. Doctor came and she was fantastic. Professional and knowledgeable. Got to the issues, ordered the right tests and scans and she determined the issue within a short amount of time. Would love to have this doctor as my personal physician. She was the best in all aspects. Bottom line… I’m from Ohio, they knew they’d never see me again but I got the best treatment and attention. Totally happy with the service & Im on the road to recovery.

George Rohwer We got in quickly for a fairly nonemergent visit. I did sit in a hall bed which was fine. The Dr. came to the bedside quickly asked direct and pertinent questions, he did a specific exam gave me his diagnosis and told us the treatment plan. He came back with medicine and tools needed and performed the procedure himself. He was done and we were out quickly instructions and medication in hand.

Sylvia manning Horrible emergency room. 1 doctor and not even a nurse practitioner. Waited 4.50 hours and never seen. A man that came in after me with chest pains waited three hours before he finally complained and they took him. A Latino lady with a little boy with a high fever came in right after me and was still waiting when I finally walked out. Three other patients left while I was there because they were waiting forever ,The only good thing of the whole place was the nice older woman that sat at the desk. I seriously feel bad for the people of this area , I sure wouldnt want this to be my only choice for matters life threatening. Ive worked in the medical field most of my life and never saw an emergency room more pathetic. Sad , sad situation

The front desk taking care of my husband , the nurses taking immediate care of me & the Dr was one of the best. Marathon is definitely is the best of hands there!

Not only is this the worst city I’ve ever lived in with two of the worst hospitals in the state, but these doctors and nurses genuinely just care about the paycheck. That’s why they spent all this time fighting for better pay, going on strike, while patients get less and less better treatment. When I have severe panic attacks that cause me to stop breathing, YOU DONT PRESCRIBE THE LOWEST MG MEDICINE ON A FRIKIN HOLIDAY WHERE I CANT EVEN GET IT. I HAVE HAD THE WORST TWO DAYS BECAUSE ALL I WANTED WAS HELP. ITS YOUR FRIKIN JOB TO HELP PEOPLE WITH THE BIGGEST SMILE ON YOUR FACE. Maybe you should take a look at who funds the hospital. Thanks.

Emily Truell I had an emergency appendectomy while on vacation in the keys. My surgeon at Fishermans, Dr. Whitaker, was phenomenal. He was kind and caring and seemed to do a great job. I came to the ER and did not have a long wait. All the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful. As good an experience as an emergency medical situation on vacation could be.

Jessi Wolski I highly recommend Dr Kaplitz to anyone that’s looking for a specialist that is helpful in making sure she covers everything. I have been seeing her for years and I am beyond blessed to have such an attentive neurologist. Not only is she very knowledgeable and professional but she takes the time to go over every question and concern that I’ve had, she makes appointments FEEL personal and you can tell she actually cares about the patient… unlike other doctors that herd people through like cattle. Dr Kaplitz takes the time to get to know you, what you need, and explains things in terms that anyone can understand. Her staff has always been absolutely amazing and comforting, and have gone above and beyond to help me with any issues I have.

Steven iliff Doctor Wagstaff is not just a Doctor, and he is knowledgeable doctor, he is a Gentleman. And, I mean that as to the literal meaning of the word. Dr. Wagstaff does not have any electronic devices as he pulls up a chair and talks to you, and more importantly, he asks questions and listens. Friendly, gentle and soft spoken, his bedside manner lends itself to healing already, because one feels as though he actually cares. And, that. does. matter. Went in today with some concerns, and left with less concerns. That’s all we can ask for sometimes. But, he did let me rage on about these GI issues he knows I’ve been dealing with for over 2 years. He knows I’m a Veteran here in Key West with little resources, and does his best to help me, even if that means simply listening and advising. Doctor Wagstaff has been my Primary Care for years now. He once sent me to the ER with just a swollen calf. It was a blood clot. He is a good doctor, and a good human too. Glad he’s here.

Christine Weiss Come here to key west urgent care after walking into the advanced urgent care on the main road, listened for a rude receptionist tell me it was over a hour wait and everyone else is closed. Called Keywest urgent care and the person answering the phone was kind and said come right over, we can take you right away. (Only one day open until 6) After filling out paperwork, Dr Langley came in and talked with me in great detail. Sent my prescriptions into CVS and I was on my way. My co-pay was what I pay for an office visit. Very friendly and polite staff. Also helped us with places to eat (since we are on vacation). All around an awesome experience. Thank you Key west urgent care!

Robyn Rubenstein Dr Catana provided me with the worst treatment during one of the worst events of my life. Being an avid runner i was comforted by Dr Catana’s history in sports medicine. This was a mistake. He totally screwed up my ankle and after revisions surgery i’m thankfully back on the trails. If I had left things as they were after Catana i would have had a pronounced limp and would have never run again. STAY AWAY!!!

He fixed both of my shoulders (mostly - still some issues with one - but it had four complete tears and I used something that did not go around my neck during recovery - so that was my fault). I have seen Doc C for years and he is always kind, compassionate and gives a thorough exam.

Dr Catana discussed several options for treatment, including surgery, but felt it was best to go the non-surgical route. He is knowledgeable, kind and treats the whole person, not just the injury. I am so grateful for the care I received - my shoulder healed and is pain free. He made the right choices regarding my care and did not just jump into surgery. He always kept me in the loop - he’s a great doc as well as being a cool guy. His staff is fabulous as well. I highly recommend him.

He was worried that his surgery was not going to be scheduled. She made sure to get his records faxed and his appointment scheduled this month. Edward Sadlon Could not have asked for anything more from a clinic as a visiting tourist. Saw me quickly, paperwork was reasonable, and all personnel from check-in to check-out were terrific. I was especially impressed with the diligence of Nurse Jerri (sp?) and Dr. Reed. They listened to me, researched and probed about my medical history before making a diagnosis. Although it is likely my only visit to the facility, I will recommend to any friends who may be coming to Key West.

Ive been seeing different doctors for depression since 2003 and they could never get my meds right. Dr. Rossi had it figured out in no time and I am finally feeling normal. She is also incredibly kind and compassionate. Just overall a great person!

Kendall Jones I have found Dr. Rossi to be professional, caring and insightful. She is a wonderful psychiatrist for adults and children alike, and is very present during appointments. In particular, I can’t list the number of stories I have heard from parents of children whom have found her to be incredibly helpful. Carrie Jenkins One star because zero stars isn’t an option. If you react poorly to Percocet, either don’t go here or tell them you’re allergic to it. The surgeon won’t come brief your family post-operation about how it went. If they agree pre-op to give you an anti-nausea med with the Percocet because they won’t give you anything else, get it in writing. You’ll have to fight to get even a mild anti nausea. If you have any issues post surgery like vomiting for 18 hours due to the meds, go to the ER. Calling the office and talking to nurses does nothing. Showing up to the office to get answers does nothing. You’ll just get a shoulder shrug and a heartless “sorry”.

Samantha Coughlin Dr Atilla was the attending physician at Lower Keys Medical Center when my son had emergency surgery. My insurance pays with no patient responsibility if billed correctly. I never received a single bill from this doctor until 8 months later when I received a bill from a collections agency. It’s quite ridiculous to not reach out to the patient regarding any money owed before sending it to collections. If they had billed my insurance correctly, I wouldn’t have had any outstanding balance. I could have resolved the issue months ago had they made me aware of the balance. Dr. Atilla’s bedside manner was great, but dealing with a collections agency now, at no fault of my own, is very frustrating.

Denton Davies On vacation in Key West when my wife had what seemed like a severe ear infection/allergy reaction. Dr. Moodys office was able to get us in within 2 hours. On arrival the wait was a little longer than normal but this was not a normal visit and we were happy to be able to see her. She was very straightforward and very professional. There were 2 MAs in the room as one was training and Dr. Moody was having them chart for her. Understandable as her hands were full with equipment as she was inspecting my wife. As for the previous reviews, I can understand where someone might want to tell Dr. Moody the whole story and what they think is wrong but I could see how she wouldnt need that. She simply looks at the medical evidence and makes a diagnosis. Her "berating" her staff could simply be that she speaks to them as they need to chart. I would recommend her to anyone traveling or living here.

casey west Same thing as Beth. I was rushed out, paid almost 400 for a consult for a deviated septum. Had questions about the process told me that I had already been there for thirty minutes and if I had more concerns to schedule another consult. This is just the icing on the cake... Plenty of issues I had that I wont go into detail about. Either way imo stay away.

Stephen Ragusea My family and I have been using her professional services for years. Dr. Janice Moody has constantly been professional, competent, and helpful. I recommend her to others frequently.

Debra Snyder I broke my femur while vacationing in Key West. Dr Perry came to the emergency room to advise me about what his plan was to fix my leg. He was clear in his explanations and he put me at ease while I waited for surgery the next morning. The surgery went very well from my perspective. I remained in Key West for two follow up visits, my fractured femur healing without incident. The office staff is friendly, helpful and responsive and so is Dr Perry. He always treated me kindly and with respect. Since getting back home to Georgia, I followed up with an orthopedic practice here, femurs are big bones and take a while to fully heal. The doctors here were pleased with Dr Perry’s work on my leg - no complaints! Thank you Dr Perry!

Keith Bocchicchio I went to this practice with severe sciatica from a recurring herniated disc. Practice advertised they have an MRI which is why I chose them. Before I could see a actual qualifed spine doc, I needed a more current MRI. When I got to my appointment I was told its not working and not fully installed. Dr. who saw me ordered x-rays and after reviewing them told me he could give me a shot that would stop the pain in 30 seconds. From past experience and several epidurals, I knew what he was suggesting would not help but let him do it anyway. Shot did absolutely nothing. I had to convinced him to order an MRI from Lower Keys Medical Center. At checkout staff told me they would send the order and the hospital would call me to schedule. Whoever was responsible for this never read the doctors orders and never sent the order to the hospital. I had to contact the practice to resolve the oversight. Practice’s website says they have patient portal to access records. I decided to seek consultation with other specialists who asked for records. Turns out when I contacted them to find out how to login to the patient portal is was told "that doesnt work anymore". If you want records like x-rays you have to come in and get them on a CD and then mail them to any other physicians. From my personal experience I would not recommend this practice.

Michelle I received a bill from this establishment that was under my son’s name; however, I never went to this doctor nor do I live in the state. They sent the bill to collection agency. I tried to contact both facilities but no one answers. Beware of your personal information. They obviously allow people to come to their facility without proper identification or multiple ID checks.

To boot, office staff is incompetent and engages in unethical billing practices. Overall, terrible experience. Find a more qualified provider (and office).

Jim Caton Dr. Perry and the staff are fantastic! I very rarely go to a doctor (fortunately from a health perspective). However, I want to take the time to share the perfect experience I had this week with the KW Orthopedics team. Michelle was great at working with me to schedule an appointment. Luckily she called me twice, as I missed her first call - thank you! My intake was amazing. Kristen was delightful and made the process extremely easy. She was organized, timely, and friendly, anticipating my questions. Super, super nice! I am sorry I did not catch the name of the individual that brought me back and checked me out. She was quick in getting me set up, immediately informed Dr. Perry and then made check out super fast and easy. Dr. Perry was informative, working through the diagnosis, providing me step-by-step his assessment of my elbow. He took time to answer my questions and was direct and educational. I cannot imagine a better experience. Thanks to you all!!

Scott Smith Wow! Great hospital. While visiting Key West, one of our family members had a new heart arrhythmia. The ED got her straight back, immediate care. The doctor explained everything very well and the therapy worked. Nursing staff was friendly and caring. We were in and out in less than 2 hours! Grateful for the care.

Pam Van Meter My husband has been in there for 3 days.(Addiction issues from way back caused by opioid prescribing Dr.) Needs to have a bowel movement has had same underling health conditions for 40 years that Primary and Specialty Drs. Have under control. They want to give him prune juice he needs a Fleets that is what work for him with his ulcerative colitis. Well he told me and I called the nurse she got very abrupt with me and said I told him that this morning. He has to wait for Dr. I asked a few other question and she said I dont know I only come in on weekends. What kind of answer is that to a courteous concerned wife. Note: My thought (I bit my tonge)was get a job you like. Nurse ratchet must have been your mentor. Not a good career choice for you and for gods sake put a fake smile on your face and act nice. Even if your miserable. People in there are already emotionally stressed without your attitude. On a good note the week day nurse was very nice. Thats why I gave 2 stars. I would love a call from administration to discuss this. My number is in your system. Marjorie I took my son here because I was told they could help him with medically supervised detox. We met with a social worker who clearly has very little training in dealing with clients who are mentally ill or have addiction problems. Granted my son was less than cooperative but he was intoxicated and she kept arguing with him and finally told us she could not help us because he refused to cooperate. The SW would not even tell me how many beds the facility had because it was "privilaged information". She does not even know what is privilaged and what is not?? She kept telling us how busy she was and that she could not change the fact that they had no beds. I understand there were no beds available but once we found this out, we just wanted to get a referral to the center in Marathon. The person (Susan) who initially greeted us and escorted us upstairs with the SW was much more professional and had much more empathy than the SW did. Get the proper training or get out of the business of dealing with this patient population. As a health care professional I was very disappointed with the way we were handled, the lack of professionalism and the help that we did NOT receive.

Amanda Lopez Its funny how you treat locals or customers for that matter, your front staff called my daughter badgering her because she wouldnt change her appointment time that was already established for Personal reasons, and just now the manager called my daughter to yell at her to take down her review or she would be cancelling her appointment. As someone who has worked in a surgery center this type of treatment is egregious and disgusting please do better with your patients and members of this community, someone at management level should be better understanding at customer service and patient need. Thankfully the doctors treating her are amazing but should take note how this type of treatment reflects on their business, Hopefully the future of this center will be better staffed with quality management in the future.

Taylor Stubbs I had a good experience with this surgery center overall. Dr. Blass was exceptional, and the surgery went smoothly. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive both before and after the procedure, readily answering any and all questions. The only reason I didnt give a full five stars is due to the post-op process. While not terrible, it could be improved. Patients arent allowed to see their spouses or significant others immediately after the surgery. Instead, the staff bring the recovering patient out front and instruct you to get your car. I insisted on seeing my wife because I knew she would be disoriented from the anesthesia. Im glad I did because they were giving her important post-op and recovery information that she couldnt fully comprehend. Consequently, I missed some details because she later couldnt recall everything they told her. This is my main concern with their post-op process: vital information is given to patients when they are not in the best state to retain it. I believe the center should either allow significant others into the post-op area or have a nurse come out to explain everything and provide an opportunity for questions. The current approach feels rushed. Despite the post-op experience, we had a great experience in all other respects. I would recommend this center and would choose it again.

Southernmost Surgery and Veins Clinical Dept I had the pleasure of having a procedure done at the surgery center. The entire staff were incredibly sympathetic during my stressful situation. I was well informed from everyone during every step of the way!!! The staff and my doctor Blass were so informative and caring and really put my mind at ease. I remember when we went to that hospital because my wife was having a serious problem with her uterus—something beyond what we could afford. This woman referred us to The Good Health Clinic and handled everything for us. After all the tests, The Good Health Clinic discovered that my wife had cancer. They took care of everything from A to Z. I want to say thank you to this amazing woman and to The Good Health Clinic for the incredible work youre doing in the world.

Sugarloaf Sanctuary No test results after 1 month , no one answers the phone. Poor office help. Its been a month since my test, i never received a phone call regarding the results or the card i filled out to send if everything id ok. I tried to call several dozen times, but no one answered the phone. Also, Its baffling how customers or staff dont wear masks when entering a doctors office. I can understand people not caring about their own health thats apparent looking around the US, but not caring about others, especially when theyre there to help folks, is rude and insulting. If its a right vs. left thing, then they are purely ignorant.

Maggie DeMond Asking for an appointment with a specific provider, got there and they switched who i would see. That provider couldnt help me, but said the surgeon would be able to do a zoom call because I live 50 miles away. When i went to make that appointment i was told they could not. When i asked for the medication i was also denied. The point of the appointment was to get the medication but because they couldnt communicate i was not able to get it. Communicate in the office needs to improve. I would recommend going to another place that communicates. Womankind is much more helpful and on time.

j dibsky I LOVE Dr. Ward. When I first switched to her, she fixed an issue that had been giving me pain for years that my previous doctor kept misdiagnosing. She spends a lot of time with you, and she is extremely knowledgeable and addresses your overall health, not just gynecological. She makes you very comfortable and is easy to talk to. The office staff is great too. Im very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Ward.

Tom Traynor This has to be the worst, unhelpful VA Medical facility I have ever been to. They told me at least 6 times they could not help me. Not once did they say they could help. Told me I would have to drive to Miami to get blood drawn. There was not one patient there, just me and 4 employees. They acted as if I ruined their day by showing up. This is the service I get for 20 years service.

John Parce It is impossible to contact the Clinic by phone. The administrative staff is not interested in answering calls, only in maybe replying to your voice mail message. The administrative staff is slow in making appointments and in processing referrals. You, the Patient, will have to follow up on everything. Unfortunately, this means having to visit the clinic to make sure all is well as the administrative staff does not answer the phone and may take days to reply to your voice mail. The nurses are very professional, though one has a listening problem caused most likely by constantly talking over Patient. The doctors are excellent. The waiting room is always a mess.

Freddie Pippin I am a 100% disabled veteran. While on vacation in Key West my knee became swollen to the point I could not sleep or walk (only hobble). At 8 am I arrived at the VA outpatient clinic. Upon entering a gentleman ask how can I help you. I informed him I would like to see a Dr. about my knee condition. He asked my last name and last four. He appeared to pull up my information on the computer. Afterwards he informed me that the Dr that provided for walk-ins transferred to Miami so they had no one to see me. Asked if I had Tri-card and informed me that I should go to Advanced Emergency Care in Key West and use my insurance. 6/12/2019

FurrySourceCode That doctor is garbage. Anyone claiming its his sense of humor is also garbage. He refuses to fill out things on the computer, claimed that a skin doctor "wouldnt care" after writing a "ref" that was just my name on a piece of paper and to add insult to injury said things about my family life that would have him counting his teeth to make sure he had them all if it was a normal person. He even came to work in his boxers after a back surgery. If he keeps it up one of these days his medical license is gonna be revoked like that other one who butchered my grandpas knee. That or he may end up like that doctor who had half an ear for a reason that used to work for depoo.

Jack DeVan I ended going to this office because they took my insurance and accepted walk-ins; bad decision. Walked out feeling like I paid for a bad joke. This doctor is down right condescending, rude, and has no business dealing with people; inappropriate all around. After blowing through some medical issues I wanted to discuss, the whole time answering with his short condescending answers, (and possibly wrong treatment; need to go see a competent dr) he proceeded to try to engage in a political conversation and give a history lesson w/ twisted facts, I told this man two times this conversation is making me uncomfortable and I didnt want to continue this and he continued..... his response was, "why do you feel threatened, Im not going to beat you up". There may be something wrong with this man!!! I never felt threatened by this man, just extremely disrespected and irritated. I went in to seek medical assistance and walked away sick at my soul. This man is beyond arrogant, has no social or medical courtesy, and should be looked into by the state medical board like the other reviews have suggested. (Read reviews before going and see where it appears they run out of room for his 1 star line, and many state they had to leave 1 star to leave a review as I did). I feel like i have definitely gotten better treatment and professional courtesy in my travels to third world countries and would suggest anybody seeking medical help to go elsewhere.

Anna Brody Disgusting bedside manner. An absolute pig of a doctor. I will never step foot in his disgusting practice again. And when I say disgusting I mean it, literally and figuratively. The office is as outdated as can be. Cluttered and filthy. The only positive of his practice are the sweet nurses. I almost want to do a welfare check on them as they have been working for him for years and under horrible conditions. AVOID DR BURTON AT ALL COSTS.

Anthony Alexander I was mandated to go into this office for a pre-employment drug screening on August 22, and both the receptionist and nurses aids were very rude. They snickered in hushed tones about how someone in the waiting room smelled awful (there were only two other patients) and talked about how people dont shower in this country. I fessed up that it was most likely me, since I work on a boat in the heat for the majority of the day, and I commented that it must be nice to work in an air conditioned office. The other two patients told me they didnt notice my smell, whether that was just a polite lie, or the truth is up for debate. I didnt have any contact with the doctor, and after this interaction I am adamant about keeping it that way. I know its a small island, and theres not much competition, which is probably why they couldnt care less about their piss poor customer service. I would definitely avoid this place at all costs if you have the means to make it to another facility.

Sala Yrenia (Reni) At the moment, hes the only civil surgeon on the island who can perform medical exams for immigration purposes. If it werent the case that wed have to return in two days to complete the exam, it wouldve been worth it just to travel to the mainland to have it done the right way. Ive sat in the waiting room with people who were nearly dying, and hardly any attention was given. One guy sounded like his appendix may have been inflamed and there he was doubled over in pain, crying, and it took over an hour for them to realize that the last thing he needed was to see anyone in the back.
