Cheyenne Plummer Had such a wonderful experience here! Not only is the salon beautiful, the staff is so friendly! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming! I came as a walk-in and even though the place was packed, they got me in and out so quickly! Andy did my nails and he was wonderful! He was so detail-oriented and did a beautiful job on both my pedicure and full dip set! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be coming back!

Robin Martindale Not impressed. Paid $55 for a gel manicure on fresh, unpolished nails, and it started chipping 2 days later. After the gel application, she gave me a half assed hand massage with lotion and then told me to wash my hands...? Wont be wasting my time with them again

Shelby Messex I always come here and have the best experience! They do a wonderful job for a good price! Everyone is so kind. They have wonderful customer service. Tonight I was in a pinch and needed my toes and nails done and even though they were about to close they stayed later than usual to help me out. They also gave out little gifts for the holidays Definitely recommend this place 100%

Rebecca Castro I came here one time before and had a lady technician who was very rough and made me bleed during my pedicure, which has never happened to me before. I decided to give this place another chance because the experience you have with one nail tech can be completely different from another. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Todd was very gentle on my pedicure and then made a recommendation to get a full set done instead of a gel manicure because I told him my gel usually only lasts about a week due to having very thin nails. My full set and pedicure look amazing. I will probably only go to Todd now. I definitely recommend him.

B Stacy My first time there as a walk-in. Showed a nice young woman at the registered what I wanted to get. She quickly spoke to a woman stationed next to the register and I was seated with her right then. I didn’t have to wait. Showed Mimi what I wanted and she got right to work. Service was fast and I’m very pleased with my nails. Nails Boutique and Spa is a no-nonsense kind of place. If you’re looking to be offered a beverage or something stronger, during a mani, this isn’t the place….but if you’re looking for quick quality work, you won’t be disappointed! :) THANK YOU MIMI! Update from 2nd visit: I’m not sure who the guys name was who did my mani with pink ombré fill and pedi…the cart said Todd on it…but all he did a good job keeping with Mimi’s previous work. Very pleased. Update: 3rd time going. If you get pedicures, you will be offered water or a soda. Took my husband. I treated him to a mani-pedi. I got a pedi with gel and Ombré Fill with art work. Elsa was my nail this time…Mimi was away on vacation… Elsa did a great job…Very pleased. Also need to give props to Nancy who did my husbands mani pedi and Sonny who did my pedi… THANK YOU ALL for a wonderful relaxing time!

Cassandra Benner I went in to get my lashes done on a Friday. It was only one nail tech available. She was working on someones nail. The lady told me it would be 10 minutes. The ten minutes turned into 30 minutes. She finally does my lashes, and it took her roughly 45 minutes to do my lashes....she didnt feel confident at all. It took some time, but the lashes turned out cute. Different from what Im used too, but cute. The only issue is they fell off Sunday. Not sure what type of glue was used, but for $35 dollars I expected them to last at least a week. Now, Im left to pay someone else to do my lashes. So, I would recommend better glue and seal. Highly disappointed.

Marian Barfield I went there for nail repair care after using a salon in Highland City that damaged my nails. The services were detailed and was not rushed. The nail tech was Ashley and pedicure tech was Yasmine. Theyre bilingual and answered all my questions. The salon is small but has a pleasant atmosphere. They accommodated me with my ankle fracture. I told my family and friends and plan to go there regularly.

Terri-Anne Crawford Been going to Robin for 8 years for my nails and pedis. She is the best. I used to do acrylic and now do gel. She’s awesome at both. I’ve had a pedi from Emily too and was very pleased. All the providers are great. Give them a call for all your hair, nail, facial and massage needs.

S W Stumbled in to this nail salon due to a different one I made an appointment at only to be told they do not offer manicures only once I got there. Great first impression as when I walked in to find a nail tech walking around cleaning. They offer manicures only but I did wind up adding gel polish as it was only $35 total vs $49 at the previous salon. Love they are opened on Sunday. Very happy with the service and my nails. This will be my new nail salon:)

Montrece S. I usually go here because they do great work! Today I went in for a full set and pedi, they couldn’t accommodate me receiving both services by a certain time which was totally fine since I am flexible. I was open to coming tomorrow for my nails, but I wanted a specific nail tech (the owner who also does nails and who I was also speaking to about what I wanted). I understand she has a schedule, but she had plenty of openings and almost refused to service me and insisted I tried other techs instead of her. This made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I left immediately. 2 STARS because LISA does amazing on my toes, but unfortunately I will have to find another place who doesn’t “pick and choose” which clients they want service.

April Vasquez Will never return to this place. The ladies who work here are rude as hell. I came for a fill and they told me I needed to go back to the salon I went to that originally did my set... But they were too busy to squeeze me in so I wanted to get them done on my only day off. Very rude. The ladies werent even busy and just doing each others nails instead of taking a client. It had good reviews but definitely wasnt the experience I had. I wont be returning or referring any friends or family here. Found another salon that did an amazing job on my fill in. They will gain me as a customer. .... Oooh I promise you there was zero miscommunication! You know exactly what I asked for! Good luck to your business. Eventually I see it closing down with all the amazing salons in the area that surround it! I can name 3 that give better service! If I had the ladies name I would blast it. So unprofessional and then to not take accountability but to act like she has miscommunication, wow! Pitiful!

Saundra Mena Ms. Nina might have been the best part of my trip to Lakeland. I was here for a school intensive and wanted to do something to celebrate making it through the week. Ms. Nina was so kind, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. She helped me pick my exact color, shape and length. She also helped me to feel heard and not judged. (You know how some places do make you feel that way.) The conversation was great too. Just all around a top notch experience. I WILL be coming back here next time Im in Lakeland!! ❤️

Brandi Swadley Lee always kills my nails and does whatever I come up with. If it is over his head, Nina takes over for paint. My nails NEVER lift with either of them and I have never left here unhappy. Appointment recommended for sure! Word is getting out and they are in high demand!

Allen Helen “PartyGirl” I was recommended Kathy Nails by my hair dresser! And I couldnt have been more happy. It was calm and relaxing, like sitting and talking with an old friend! Annie was genuinely interested and wanted to know about me! I have already recommended her to my daughters and I will definitely be back. I had a pedicure and it turned out very nice!

Kayla Baker They did a wonderful job on my nails. Such a sweet husband and wife owner. Their daughter was with them and watched her iPad movie and did wonderfully! Mom had to step away a few times to tend to her daughter but was very accommodating! They both made sure to take their time to match my nails to a picture I showed and they took their time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I asked for my manicure to be filed and cut a bit shorter since I work with kids and they did a great job! I also got the SNS manicure and gel pedicure and they turned out beautifully! I will be going back and spending my money here because you can tell they truly care about their clients!

Brittany DeWitt Kim girl!! Love her to the moon and back! She is by far the best in Lakeland and I will follow her wherever she goes haha. She has done my nails since they have opened and I REFUSE to go anywhere else. She is so personable and such an absolute sweet heart! If you want your nails to always look the best go and see her. She works her butt off and takes pride in all that she does! 110% the best nail stylist! P.S try out the IBD gel it is soooo much better than dip gel, acrylic etc! Amy McGuire I’ve tried a quite few nail shops in the area and just haven’t found one I loved, until I found Emilia’s. I felt so welcomed my first visit and the quality and consistency of work by everyone is top notch! I am always very happy with both my nails and feet, so I haven’t stopped coming back. Shop is clean and cute, plus I love the convenience to book appointments online-I’ve been coming a while now and never had an issue. I highly recommend this shop!

Meghan Herrera I’ve been trying to find a nail salon for my daughter and I to go to for the longest time. Where the nail techs actually listen to you and don’t ruin your nails. I stumbled upon Emilia’s by accident one day and decided to try it. I was greeted by Kim and her mom Winny. They were so sweet and kind to my daughter and I. Kim was amazing and made sure that all my nails were the same length and shape since I told her I have PTSD from my last nail salon. She took her time and assured me that she won’t do me wrong LOL. And her mom Winny did my daughters nails. She was the sweetest lady. She helped my daughter open her water bottle when her nails were wet, and gave her snacks. Also did a cute little design on her nails. I have definitely found my new nail salon!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Sheena Woodie Kim and Winny are AMAZING! I moved to Florida about 3 years ago and tried about 87 different salons before finding Emilia’s. I refuse to go anywhere else! Not only are they so kind and professional, but their attention to detail and quality of work is unmatched! Kim is by far the best for nail designs in all of Florida. I always get so many compliments on my nails! She’s the only one I trust. Winnys pedicures feel soooo good! I recently had a toe injury so can’t get pedicures currently but I miss them! They truly treat you like family, the salon is so cute and welcoming, and they are more than reasonable in their prices! Honestly for this quality of work, I’d happily pay double. Rebecca Camilo The welcome when you first walk - in gives a great first impression of how attentive the staff is. This Nail salon has became my new favorite go-to spot for the perfect Spa Day. The offer various services yet lately, I’ve received a manicure and pedicure my last few visits. The options feel endless when it comes to their pedicures. For my first visit, I spoiled myself with a luxury gel pedicure by MK. He was so attentive and took his time with every step. My full gel set was done by Lee the first visit. She was phenomenal in listening to the image I had for my nails. My second visits, today, I went in for a fill in and inspiration for what I wanted. My hands were handled by Lisa who was just as attentive, listened to any constructive criticism I had (because I am picky, haha) and executed the image I had perfectly. Here are the photos of my last visits: The first set of the flowers was done by Lee. The second set (today) with the dark red was done by Lisa. Samantha Sellers This husband and wife team are the sweetest people and are so kind and friendly. They actually talk to you and try to get to know you. They offer drinks and really try to go above and beyond. Its not the most modern looking nail salon, but they do an amazing job and treat everyone so good. Every time Im in there, I can tell their customers are regulars because they greet them so well and ask how they are doing or how their family member is doing. Id much rather support a small business that does a good job and treats you right vs. going to a nail salon that has the latest furnishing with poor talent and customer service. My nails, hair, etc grow so fast because Im oily. Here is a picture of my nails, gel over acrylic 3 weeks in. I wash my hands a lot and their work holds up so well! I highly recommend them!

Jovani Valdez had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the service exceeded my expectations. My nails were done exactly as I requested—I prefer to keep them short and natural-looking, and they delivered perfectly. My pedicure was phenomenal; I almost fell asleep! The technician was especially careful with a toe injury that never healed properly, which I truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality nail care in a peaceful setting!

Cheryl Bauman This is the best nail salon in Lakeland. I had my nails done by Tony. He was the coolest nail artist I’ve had the pleasure talking to. He listened to what I wanted and made appropriate recommendations for me to achieve my desired nails. I got the pink and white powder (which is used for dip). The spa is so beautiful. The pedicure chairs are brand new and give fantastic massages. The chairs even lean all the way back if you need a nap. The woman that did my pedicure was very kind and incredibly quick, which I always appreciate. I will be back here every month for my mani and pedi! I highly recommend you give them a try!

Tony went above and beyond on my nails and created such a welcoming atmosphere which made me enjoy it so much more. The whole experience was amazing.

Tayler Anne First picture is what I asked for. Second was what I received. Within 2 days the nail polish is coming off. My nails are already starting to lift. The man who started my set was extremely rough and was not careful in the least bit. Cut a few of my fingers while filing. Even when told he was hurting me, no technique was changed to prevent it from happening again. The nails are unevenly shaped and not what I asked for. They are supposed to be rounded but somehow I ended up with pointed. No 2 nails look the same. The lengths of each nail isn’t even close. There was also glue all over my fingers from the sloppy work done. He attempted to “glue my cut”. The woman who finished my set was very careless. Continued to bump into my fingernails right after painting them with no intentions on correcting it until I asked her to. There was debris on one of my fingers while fingernails that I asked her to remove. She “removed” it but it’s definitely still there. The French tip on my nails is way thicker than what I asked for even after saying something about the width of it. I was really just over the whole experience and wanted them to stop touching my hands due to the amount of pain my pinky finger was in from him filing and cutting it. Definitely will not go back. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing and I appreciate her for allowing me to have a great experience with her service. She was very focused and really took her time. They did open the shop an hour early for our appointments, which was appreciated, but it was not worth the time nor money spent.

Both pedicures were amazing and our toes have not looked this good in a very long time. Andrew did my nails as well and did a fabulous job! They dont rush to get you done at all. Tina Cray Really nice and clean salon. First time here. I called and was able to get my husband in for a pedicure and me in for a manicure (gel), same day. Andrew and Kathy were very nice. Loved the cleanliness and the decorations (Christmas) The prices were pretty good too! We will be back.

Kayla Edwards This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. For starters, during the whole appointment the owner doing my nails was extremely rough. The drill was also extremely hot, which I’ve been told is something that shouldn’t happen. During the whole process I noticed she would file the nails crooked. She then applied a think amount of SNS on my nails so much that it was extremely bumpy and thick, after taking the drill to it, she flattened it out but then tore up the edge of my fingers and made them bleed. Upon finally getting to look at them, I noticed they were all very crooked. So to be kind, I decided to only have her fix the ones that stood out the most. She had to fix my thumb three times because she kept filing it crooked. She then by the third attempt which you see in the photo above it was… guess what… still crooked. She then told me… that it was not the nail that was crooked it was,, “no your finger is crooked”. Good one. Haha but that’s not the icing on the cake. After being very kind and honest I didn’t even ask her to fix the others that were clearly filed very wonky. She then after, noticing I was silent insulted me and told me, “you lack collagen that’s why your fingers are bleeding”. Thank you… ma’am… I take vitamins with collagen in them everyday. But it’s get better,,, I ended up paying the bill because I didn’t feel like arguing and wanted to get out of there. Then as I was sitting in the my car crying at how horrible they looked, and had not pulled out of the parking lot yet… I saw her making ugly faces to another customer that I could tell was a regular and explained my whole situation as she was rolling her eyes and the customer was responding and shaking her head as well. That was my last straw , considering I really kept quiet and didn’t make a fuss. I knew they looked bad and had a plan to go somewhere else after to avoid having confrontation about how horrible the nails looked. But after seeing this through the window. I kindly got out of my car walked back in the store, asked her why she was telling another customer my business and she lied to my face and said she wasn’t talking to the customer. What I find interesting is that the customer was silent (which I’m not mad at the customer, I get being loyal to your place) and so was her husband. So I am assuming this was the owner of the place. And respectfully ma’am if you are reading this, which I hope you are, I knew you were lying. To add, I have to drive by this establishment quite a lot and have noticed they started using their blinds to cover up there windows… might be a good choice considering what happened. Wouldn’t want others to know you are talking ugly about them. I then had to go get my nails done at another place right after in which they felt awful about my nails and how horrible they looked and said, “this is horrible and you should never go back., ”. So if you’ve had a great experience here that is fantastic, however if you’re looking for a new place to go, I would not suggest this one. Also… to add the place I went to said there was so much product under the nail it was cutting into my finger and they had to drill under to get it all out. And lastly, Bartow Nails, not saying you will, but if you decided to have this removed I will repost as many times as necessary so people know. Thanks.

Treasure Shaw This was a GREAT SERVICE! And I am very picky. RICKY serviced me, he was very nice, and polite. I am from Michigan and I was visiting family for the holidays. Im one that if Im not happy that first time I will not come back but NOT the case this time. Kali is gentle and pays attention to detail. She is quick but does an amazing job. The owner did my nails and her sisters did my friends and mothers nails and they not only treated us like family but the experience and quality of the nails was phenomenal. I have never left a review for a nail salon before because most of the time they dont even talk to you or try to interact, but these ladies had us laughing and made the whole experience so wonderful❤️ This will be my new regular nail salon from here on out Thank you ladies so much for giving me and my family and friends such a nice afternoon❤️

Kassidy Goldberg I was nervous about trying a new salon because Ive never had good luck with them, but this one was recommended by my neighbors. Upon arrival, the salon was calm and relaxing and not overly busy. We had made an appointment the day before, so we were treated immediately. The staff was very friendly and did great work for both of us. They treated us as if we were good friends. I will definitely be going back here for all my nail tech needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Christian Havis came here for my bday & the owner went out & bought me a ballon & cake which was so sweet! I got a gel french manicure & a pedicure. A week later it still looks good (pic is from 1 week after). Thank you Susan for taking your time with my nails & doing a great job!

Amanda I have had many manicures but Missy gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. The acrylic was the perfect thickness (not too thick, not too thin!). Looks and feels very natural and was a great price for gel. I cannot say enough good things about Missy’s work and attention to detail. I will be back!

Carolina Quírico Im extremely happy with the experience at this location. I was taken care by Rossi and she was the sweetest lady. Very friendly and always attentive to my specifics needs. My pedicure turned out to be a very relaxing and invigorating experience. I was treated with extreme care and patience from Rossi. She even found a better color for my nails than the one I picked. Definitely coming back and requesting for Rossi again!

ari I am so disappointed in this place. I searched all around for a good salon and stumbled on here on my birthday to get my nails done on 01/28/2025 I was first brought to a lady that started to do my nails she got one on then all of the sudden the front desk lady said someone else was going to help me because she didn’t know how to do what I wanted. EXTREMELY SIMPLE DESIGN!!!!! So then I go over to a man who does the nails and when it’s time for the design (a bow) he can not do it. He tried over and over again and I had already been there for OVER two hours so I just said do what you can and I left with COMPLETELY different nails then what I wanted on my birthday. Not to mention they were the wrong color that I picked out, too short and just nothing like the picture I still had to pay 70 dollars I still want my money back.

Londa Cooper Came in to get nails taken off due to hitting index finger and I was in pain cause it lifted. Advised tech of this and STRESSED how my index finger was hurting and needed it to be taken off with ease. Lady clearly didn’t care and was rushing. I wanted my nails soaked off because I wanted a manicure to let my nails rest. However , she started using a fake nail to lift the acrylic off and it worked for the 1st nail but after that it was just ripping my nails off. I advise her that I wanted to keep my nails and wasn’t in any rush. When she started doing the second hand she used the machine to make my nails thin. But midway through she tried to used the fake nail again on my pinky and hurt it. I told her she wasn’t doing that anymore and told her I need them soaked off. She then got the machine again and said the nail had to be lower and nicked my nail to the point it was bleeding. Then proceeded to argue with me like she did nothing wrong!! I was instantly in extreme pain and she was still trying to use the machine saying this is the only was to get them off. I told her she wasn’t touching me again. Manager was no help just apologizing for her and had no resolution on how to fix. Left in extreme pain and will be calling the board of cosmetology tomorrow!! ZERO STARS!!! Will NEVER go here again…!!!

gabrielle govoni What I wanted VS what I got. Now I did ask for the French tip on the middle. But MAN. Let me tell you about my experience and my first time at HN. I was seated with Pam. As we got into the nail process, I showed her my design and she asked What color I would like for the background of my pointer and ring finger. I told her I would like it to be nude, she looked at me, shrugged, pulled out a color, palette and pointed to a few different brownish. Light tan could be considered nude colors… I pointed to the picture again and asked her if there was nothing more like the picture she flipped to the back of Her color palette and pointed to one and I said sure it was a semi off white I had hope would be light enough with the first coat . I had assumed that was the best she had when she applied the color it became VERY white. I was not looking for White. When I asked if she was sure there was no way we could make this color more nude, she reaches to the table next to her and pulls out a nude nail polish and proceeds to put this nude nail polish over this white nail polish. And so I asked her is that nude? And she said yes? I said is there no way we can just use the nude color? And her response was so you want me to take these three off? I said well I wanted nude to begin with so yes, I would like you to remove those. She aggressively shoved my hand into the heater and began to prepare to remove the color from my nails. Moving forward to the dotted nails, she did not Even attempt to align the design with the center of the nail. And when I asked her to fix it, she once again seemed agitated. She did not keep my hands clean of dust, and as she angrily applied the second coat of polish, she pulled in a lot of nail dust so my nails are coated in small bumps and are not smooth. AND TO TOP IT OFF she didn’t even push my cuticle back, she just piled the nail right on top of it!! My right middle finger is RIDICULOUS! In other cases left it wherever it was and the base is just whatever shape the cuticle was… Lastly some nails are super thick and others are paper thin, could slice you open. It’s wild. If I had had more time I would ask for someone to redo the set, but sadly I don’t and it’s frustrating to leave with nails I don’t like but have to pay for. This was my first time here.. and I was so nervous to come.. However while sitting there I noticed a different nail tech who seemed to really know his stuff and I had seen his last set walk in for a new set and both sets looked amazing- and over all the price was the best I’ve seen in a long time. So I’m willing to give the place one more chance. Update!!!!! I can’t make a new review for some reason however.. IM SO GLAD I WENT BACK!! Kay understood the assignment and nailed it! She did away with the bird claws and gave me sleek and sexy! What I wanted vs what I got done right!!!

F R M (Ray) YIKES......Waxing eyebrows has become a No Go for this establishment. When it was the older woman doing them it was great. Now, its a younger woman... Ive been here a handful of times, today I get waxed and walked out with 2 DIFFERENT EYEBROWS. Thanks for awesome job and the embarrassment of looking like ray Charles waxed me.

Vasharia Hendrix If I could give the nail tech that did my nails 0 stars I would. I got my nails done here on 4/20 at 9:00 AM. First of all, he roughly and carelessly filed my nails to prep them causing small tears along my cuticles that burned every time acrylic or alcohol touched them. Then he applied the acrylic sloppily causing it to get all over my skin which he had to excessively file to try an neaten up causing further injury. Even with the excessive filing my cuticles still looked flooded with the product which will cause them to lift and look horrible as they grow out. Also my nails looked bulky and lumps because of how he placed the acrylic and polish. I had to stop point out several unfiled or sloppy areas to him because he kept missing them. Then while I was expressing my dissatisfaction during the process he kept telling me it’s ok and I’ll like it when he’s done. I KNOW how I like my nails so I knew he was doing a horrible job. Instead of listening to me he decided he wanted to finish and get my opinion afterwards. Then he took the oil and rubbed the dipper across my fingers instead of just dripping the oil on them. It made me consider how many people he has cut with the file then rubbed this dipper on their nails and put it back in the bottle. I had to wash my hands and dip them in alcohol immediately to disinfect them. I did not get his name but I don’t think he regularly does nails. Please do not let him touch your nails! The women do great work and the main guy that answers the phone is great as well but this particular tech is the worse!

Mary Jane Swift I thought I went to a good nail salon at home but Best Nails has them beat. What a great place. A friend and I went today for acrylic fill and gel. We had appointments. I had Tammy and my friend had Tom. The salon was very clean, all the employees wore mask. Tom and Tammy were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. I love my nails. They are shaped just like I asked and they look great. Although they were busy and took walk-ins it might be best to make an appointment.

Melinda Fisher Went here for about 8 yrs. In that time and going every two weeks, the Owner, Tommy never once got my name right or show interest in my return business. Not the way to treat a frequent, returning customer. Also, did not appear very sanitary as visits continued. Would NOT recommend.

Debra M I visited the nail salon under new ownership, and the place was Beautiful since they remodeled it! Very light, bright and updated. Helen gave me my manicure, and she was excellent. She spent a lot of time grinding off the acrylic that was on from a different salon. I thought I was getting a fill-in but she said no no no. These are too thick, I’ll start over. And she did a wonderful job! Now my nails look natural instead of thick and puffy. Thanks Helen, I’ll definitely be back!

The nail techs were personable, showed interest in us, and had us laughing! The salon was super clean and affordable, we really loved our experience! Kelang The inside is very beautiful and clean. Lots of techs available, the facility appears to be equipped to handle big parties. The front receptionist was not friendly at all. Kinda of like as like “sign in and sit down to wait”. No welcome acknowledgement. My tech was Henry. He was straight to business, which I like. He burnt me with his drill four times, cut the skin on my toe and two of my toes and were not done correctly, so I have to go back and get them repaired. Overall it was a good experience and the price was reasonable. I would go back but choose another tech. Update: So I came back to get my nail repaired and had to pay additional $8 to fix something that I paid to be done correctly. I was not told that I would have to pay anything. Cost is not the issue, just the decency of it all. The same front desk receptionist was there and still same negative attitude as before. The nail tech that assisted me this time was Thi. She was good. I would recommend if you go to this establishment, be sure to look over everything before leaving, that is on me for sure

The Travel Reviewer When I initially came here I was pregnant and had a great experience. After I had my baby, I decided to come back my first day out of the house postpartum. The tech LISA decided to do my toe nails how she wanted to do them. They looked like witch toe nails. She lied and stated that my toes were already that shape which they were not. She took almost 2hrs and only massaged my legs for 1 min. It took her 2hrs for Gel polish. I calmly spoke to the owner who called over her son and LISA. I did not feel that I should have had to pay for something that I didnt ask for. They removed the cost of the Gel polish like they were doing me a favor. Meanwhile, I have to walk around with my toes looking like witch toe nails for 2+ weeks until they grow back properly. I will not be returning from the mere fact that they caused a scene and insinuated that i wasnt going to pay them. Perhaps because I am of darker skin tone, my race is often stereotyped in nail salons. They did get their money of course, but how they handled the situation and embarrassed me in front of multiple customers was beyond disgusting. Please take your business elsewhere. They do not hear their customers out. There are many other nail salons in the area besides this one. Save your time and money or at least make sure you do not go to LISA for services. ***follow-up response to the owner: You guys responded to cover your tails. She spent 2 hours messing up my toe nails. Also, You did cause a scene, including sending your son over to speak to me. Why does it take 4-5 people to speak to one person that spoke to you calmly. If that isnt a scene than I dont know what is. You did not handle things professionally and instead your son proceeded to tell me how your establishment was considered luxury, which perhaps thats why you felt the need to let your tech get away with messing up my toe nails; If race had nothing to do with it, why the need to send 4-5 people to speak to someone who was speaking calmly Instead of handling things professionally. I acknowledged that you took the cost of the gel polish off. I also acknowledged that I paid for it since you lied and told your son that I wasnt trying to pay. Clearly I paid with no problem. However, I also stated that I should not have had to pay anything since I was completely dissatisfied with how your tech left my toes. **** Again, go here at your own risk. If you have issues, dont expect a proper resolution.

Itssmfsoniaa Okay so let’s talk about it … been coming here for 14 years now usually just do my nails well I’ve been wanting to do my eyelashes and so I see they offer that service down below is an image from their insta page which is what I had imagined I would get when asking for a classic lash but no I got something different a little bit fuller and longer which she did ask me if I wanted to do a long lash because she stated my lashes are long just straight so I said okay if you think that would look good thinking I would just get the same classic look just different size lash me not knowing what she means because I am not a lash tech okay cool so while I’m laying there getting my lashes done people are coming in and out the room due to a client having booked an appointment at 11 with her and it was maybe like 11:20/11:30 so the client was upset in there while I was getting my lashes done asking the lash tech/owner Tricia when she would be next so I felt her rushing on my right eye which is what she had left to do I get the lashes done and when I take a look I let her know how I felt saying they were big and I felt like a burning sensation which she stated is normal and would wear off but it didn’t when I go to my car I see a lash out of place peaking on top of the rest then I’m looking at my eye trying to figure out why it burns and I see the individual hair glued to my upper lash line that’s why I was feeling the sensation then I decided to go back to just get them removed or fixed hoping to look like the picture she asked if I wanted a shorter lash and I told her yes thinking maybe she’d just redo the lash but no instead she literally just trimmed the lashes she had done which looked choppy to me I was in there just telling her how I didnt know how to feel about them and she just said for me to come back in two weeks for a fill so I go back to the car trying to convince myself that they look fine but they didn’t so I just go back in and tell her I want them off and she gets upsets saying I’ve wasted her time and lied to her and that I told her to trim the lash in front the rest of some clients that were there even asking for their opinions because apparently mine didn’t matter she told me I’d have to pay for half the service this was never about the money I just wanted to be happy with some lashes I ended up just getting them removed and left with a few lashes still there but very minimal and residue as shown in the pictures and I didn’t even care to ask for the refund broken hearted that the money was more important than the clients happiness.

Paige Dupack $90 for a pedicure charged me $15 for two acrylic toe nails. Ending up having to remove them myself two days later because they were so thick and my two big nails were sore. Asked if I could come in and just have them paint my two nails and they said I would have to pay for it, three days later after my appointment, the front desk hung up on me. They are unprofessional and overpriced for the services they charge will not be back, gladly.

Nadiyah Henry I wish I could put no stars!!! I ignored my first red flag when I seen no one was in there in the afternoon. It was the closest place near me with me being new to the Winter Haven area. I am the Queen of French tip so when I told her I didn’t like it several times another worker asked what I didn’t like about it.. first off my toenails were cut down way too low! The white strip was very bulky and the lines were not precise. She also DROWNED my toes with oil which was so unnecessary! She tried to force me to like but I will not fake that! I will never go there again not even on a desperate day. My face and body language read unhappy and with the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip, absolutely NOT!!!!!!

Ashley Brossart I found this place when I moved to Winter Haven, it’s 2 minutes from my house so I gave them a try. I thought I found my new regular spot, came here for the last 9 months. Most visits were great, a couple questionable, but I kept giving them a chance. This time just spent $120 for nothing I asked for!! My nails are not even the color I asked for and my pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had and they offered nothing, but to pay full price for something I absolutely hate!! I am so disappointed and cannot believe they treat people this way.

Cherie Russo Plaskett I walked in and was seated instantly. I had a bit of pain in the corner of my big toenail and --Nhi -- saved the day! She was able to trim me up and relieve my pain. Funny what a little pedicure can do. It was absolutely what I needed. And I am sure we all know someone who needs a feeling like this. Heck you probably need it too. Karina Hernandez I paid $30 for a rushed pedicure and as result my toe nails are crooked because my technicians performance was unsatisfactory. They seem more involved with their side conversations instead of giving a decent service. I was in and out of this salon within 30 minutes. The lady barely scrubbed my feet, let alone was able to pay attention when cutting down my nails. In addition there was miscommunication between me and the lady cashing me out so another employee took it upon herself to shout the price at me from her desk. Won’t be back.

Misty G Nick does an amazing job each time on my nails! I’ve been happy with other staff, but I think Nick will be my go too now on. I didn’t get a pedi tonight, but I’m always happy with the pedis from here, too.

Alissa Bennett So I go there and I had a picture of the design I wanted, and I picked out my color. He sent me down and start off. He was very rough with my hands, which is usually a bad sign, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, and kept going, he gets the design all done and he use two different tools on both my hands so they look different. All I got was a simple flower pattern and the flowers looked different than each other so I told him that I didn’t really like the flowers on one hand, and I asked him to redo them, and he tried to charge me for him redoing them like it was my fault. He made the mistake and to top it off the flowers look nothing like I wanted them in the picture they just look like a bunch of dots around each other. They don’t even look like flowers or flower petals very unhappy with my visit won’t be back!!!

Katie B Got my nails done by the guy and he didn’t know how to do design cool, he stated another lady was going to do my design all of a sudden what I wanted was going to take to long. So I just got clear. A couple days later my nail popped off. I do not recommend.

Patricia Perez Gonzalez Horrible experience! The admin lady who received me at first was very gentle but technician had a bad attitude from the beginning. At first I asked for a white french with acrylic flower and tech told me she didn’t know how to do that. I said okay and looked for more simple design of white french and silver glitter and the admin lady agree for 65. Technician sat me and when she was half of way through the process I asked to confirmed the pay and design as boyfriend was going to pay for it and she flipped over started talking on her native language with Owner who came and told me 2nd design will be 100. This upset me and I explained to him that lady confirmed to me in front of tech 65 before sitting me at the chair. His answer was she is the technician and she tells the price not the admin. At this point I asked for white line border only and decline any other service for the rest of the process. I gave them the 100 dollars bill to pay and she charge me 75 for the POOREST DESIGN I HAVE EVER GET DONE IN MY LIFE! Pictures will be included! I end up going somewhere else to get them reshaped and redo again.

Kali Posey If I could take stars away I would. I asked for a BASIC design. First photo is what I asked for, the next two are what I got. They spent no more than 10mins on my nails. I just got them done and they are already peeling up. Super disappointed I spent $30 on this, just to turn around and have them done AGAIN.

She left some of them warped, looking some of them bulky. Left gaps in between the actual nail and the acrylic I would not recommend going to that place. Theyre just A rip-off.

I have no arch, not the length I asked about, I asked about the missing acrylic and she told me the top coats would make it bulking. I asked for coffin, and I got lord knows what. Stay away! It’s a waste of your time and money.

M Johnson Worst experience ever! Will never go back $165 later for dip nails nails are super thick and shaped funny. My cuticles are so dry and skin is snagging. She just did what she wanted didnt ask me what I wanted either. I have never had dip powder nails using acrylic liquid. Im allergic to for 1. For the toes well feet are dry only used wax on heel, didnt clean or do cuticles, didnt clean under nails, hot rocks burned the bottom of my foot. I feel like she just applied the power whatever she used to my nails and used the cheapest stuff they had. I asked her to do more and she just wouldnt and told me it would be soft and look fine. Well sum it up they look and feel worse than before I went there. Ugh idk how they are in business. She also wanted to wax my eye brows that I had done the day before. Like why pay for a service I dont need. What a rip off now o have to paysomeone else to take this off and pay someone else to redo them

Caroline Folsom I have gone here multiple times to get my nails done and they always do a great job! Jam did my nails today and did them perfect. I showed him a picture and he was able to make exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this nail salon!

marlene dell I have being coming here for two years and today will be my last. I talk to the tech before they start my nails and tell them what I want and I leave without what I ask for every time lately. I want nail art I leave with nothing. If you cant do it tell me up front. Never again

Kim Womack Worst nails I have ever had!!! I went in a few days ago to get my gills done for dip powder and I waited 20 mins! The gentlemen who sits in the right side first table took care of me! Very friendly and fast! Well fast was not good because I literally starting. Remaking nails 3 days after my service ! I will never go back there! My nails are paper thin!!! They just care about how many people they can get in and not the quality of nails they are giving their customers. Save your money and don’t go here.
