Joyce Ervine Good Nails is clean and well run. My family and I have been patrons for 3 years. It’s hard to find the right fit when you move to another area but I found it with Good Nails. It is a family owned small business. Please tip well and pay in cash so they don’t have to pay a cut to the credit card companies. They are worth it!

Jenna Holmes I took my young daughter to do a mother/daughter pedicure while on vacation. The nail techs were personable, showed interest in us, and had us laughing! Their work was thorough and meticulous. I would seek them out on a future visit, we really loved our experience!

Sam Modey Go see Tina! She did my daughters nails for a school dance and absolutely nailed it! My daughter got exactly the look she wanted. Tina is sweet and very meticulous. She was very careful to avoid a cut on my daughters finger and even stayed past closing time to finish the job. Every other worker there was very kind as well. We will be back.

Isabella Dyer Unfortunately yesterday(on my birthday) I had an absolutely horrible experience. There was only one nail technician and apparently she was new. She ripped apart my cuticles to the point that I was literally bleeding non stop, she applied my acrylics horribly, my index one was fully crooked, and when putting on the polish it was super bubbly/bumpy. I don’t have a photo of the polish but I have the aftermath of when I left midway through. I was crying because of the frustration and pain.

Right away I was welcomed, the environment was clean and relaxing, and Jenny did a quick, and beautiful job with my nails while making me feel at home and making me laugh. Chelsea Toldi They are always very accommodating when I don’t have an appointment. Sonia made sure I liked everything she was doing with my nails and took extra time to make them look perfect. I have been to other places since I moved here but now deluxe nails is my go to salon!

Tiffany Coughlin RJ & Solita are absolutely amazing! They treat you like family when you come in, regardless of what service you are getting. They always accommodate everyone that walks in the door and honestly know most everyone by name. The salon is clean and welcoming and the service is top notch! Which is why they know everyone, because their clients continuously return. The job they do is hard but both manicures and pedicures are excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Charlotte White-Patrick Recently moved to the area and was nail salon hopping for a few months, looking for the perfect one. Deluxe nails would be that place. Not only is their work impeccable and precise, it is also beautiful and artistic. The owner and staff highly encourage you to speak up if you dont like some so they can provide the best service possible. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming with plenty of lively and fun conversation. 5 Stars. Highly Recommend!

Catherine Timmons Me and my daughter got our nails done. Hers were done by the owner and came out amazing. I had originally asked for acrylics but the girl they put me with did not know how to do them. They talked me into gel nails. Iryna I believe is new. She put a thin layer of gel on my nails. Then she didn’t know how to do any of the designs so Lena came and did them. Well 6 days later the first nail broke off. Unfortunately we were only there for 5 days. Day 7 the second nail broke. My response from the owner was unfortunately this happens. And if your ever back around come see me. Very disappointed. I spent over $200.

Shelby Misamore I received a full set of builder gel by Iryna and she did amazing! She was patient, and took her time to make sure everything looked good. She was also very kind as well as the other staff members!

Emma Issenberg This is by far the best place to go for a manicure and pedicure! I had terribly damaged nails from doing the dip powder (at a different nail salon), but this place took care of the damage. I went to both Irina and Alyssa, both are fabulous nail techs - they are gentle, take their time, and truly care about the work they do and the overall health of your nails. My appointment was very long because of what services I wanted but it was a truly wonderful experience and I appreciated the patience from my nail tech. The staff are all so friendly and my nail tech took the time to make my nails look spectacular! You can really tell when someone cares about their work so I will absolutely be returning and recommending to everyone I can.

Andrea Ruiz Hello, I wanted to leave my experience, I did this touch-up a week ago, I must admit that it had never lasted so little time. It was my first time in this place, I wanted to try something closer to my house but it went very badly, it had been going to another place for a year and I have never experienced something like this. The delay in the procedure was immense almost 3 hours for a touch-up, what I asked for was not done attached photo of what I ordered and additional and the most disappointing thing is that my nails rose, regrettable. You can see lumps in the nail polish, the shape of the nails was not what I asked for, they cut my nails too much than what I had ordered, the nail polish was damaged very soon. If you have more options, don’t go, you’ll leave very sad like me. I lost the money. The girl’s attention did not criticise her, she was kind but the job was not what I asked for.

Michelle Ruiz I walked in to get my nails off and was seated immediately. The lady who was originally helping me almost had my nails completely off but near the end she re wrapped my nails with the tinfoil and walked off. I sat there for a while and when I looked over she was working on another lady’s nails! Did not say anything to me just left and never came back! So unprofessional! I should have been treated the same as a customer coming to get a set done. That was very rude and to not even have the decency to say anything to me or ask someone to cover for her. Wow! Will not be back.

Toria TheRandom I LOVE the atmosphere. The decor is gorgeous and the staff is super kind and friendly. We called ahead of time and they were able to get our bride and all 4 bridesmaids at the same time. Our bride LOVED her nails and Eli made sure to help her create a perfect design that she wanted. Jenny helped me with my Pedicure and she did a fabulous job. She was very gentle and even tested the polish on my nails to make sure it was the one I wanted and then helped me switch to find the perfect color. Hai does the prettiest free hand designs upon request while Don and Tom are very meticulously doing pedicures and massaging our hard working feet! I never go anywhere else.

Karrie Layfield This is a small salon and you have to make an appointment. Hai did a wonderful job and continues to do my nails. I bring her a picture every month and she always does a better job than the pictures that I bring. I thank God that I found such friendly people.

I came back to Angel Nails and Christina fixed them and far exceeded what I wanted, even recommending a better color than what I had chosen. I will never go any place else to have my nails done!! Monique Lord I love my pedicure from here, however I got an acrylic fill for the first time and I was charged $10 more than a normal full set because they had to fix 3 nails, at minimum I should have been charged for the full set instead. The lady doing my nails also did a very poor job, she was obviously trying to be finished as fast as possible. I’m sure these aren’t going to last. The shape is uneven and the color poorly applied. Overall very disappointed, I live close by and had hoped this could be my go to for both my acrylic fill and pedicure.

Shelby Brown I have been here twice, the first time I went the lady was okay and continued to check if i liked what she was doing and double checked that the inspiration i sent was correct but this last time I went the lady ask NO questions took my inspiration and was just copying that she didn’t talk to me about anything. I had originally asked for a bow and she made it look terrible i understand no everyone is an artist but say you can’t do it and i’ll pick something else. also! my nails are supposed to have mistletoe or holly im not sure but she was putting a red dot on each green leaf and its not supposed to be like that so i tried explaining but maybe i explained wrong eventually i just asked to do it myself so not only did i pay $90 but i did part of the design myself. then she switch up which design was on which nail so i had to ask her to fix it and take the bow off. i have fuzz from idk what encapsulated into my nails and a few of my nails are uneven and have more acrylic on one side then the other. i have green on one of my nails that are supposed to be red and i have red paint on my cuticle area but it’s encapsulated so i can’t get it off. idk the first time i went i thought this would be my new nail place but now after this i don’t think ill go back bc $90 for nails i hate is a lot. sorry for being a karen just feel like ive wasted a lot of money on something that seems pretty simple and if it was something that could wash off in a couple days or doesn’t really matter whatever but i don’t want to pay $90 for something i look at everyday and other people see for them to not be worth $90. thank you for listening to my rant.

Today, Kim did a fantastic job on my pedicure. The customer service & friendly staff makes it a very inviting & relaxed atmosphere. They also offer a great selection of colors and even suggesting creative designs. The products they use feel high-quality, and my nails last longer than expected every time! Come, check them out!

Abigail Jewett I went to Lilys Nails for a gel manicure and left with the wrong color, shape and a bloody nail. Two women worked on my nails, they were extremely rude, yanking my arms around and snapping at me to open my hands. There were bubbles and dust under the polish and when I let them know that I was concerned about the finish and shape they insisted it would be fine. I was given less than 30 seconds to choose a color and although I picked out a white polish, I was given a peachy pink. The gel was all over my fingers and curing to the washcloth underneath my hands. One of the women picked at my cuticle so hard I started to bleed and when I expressed my frustration they proceeded to ask for a tip and still charged me $35. Very disappointing experience.

Leeann Diamond Read the full review for my honest opinion. This is my second visit here... both times, I loved the nail techs that worked with me. They provided good conversation and, more importantly, listened to what I wanted done and, for the most part, did beautifully. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be back as I was completely floored by the cost on this visit. I do not like to question or cause a scene so I didnt. BUT I am questining how these nails cost more than my wedding nails?!? I know that I ask for a few extras but I dont think I have ever been charged this much... like seriously ever; even when I was getting full sets on both fingers and toes. Sooooo 2 of my nails needed fake extensions because they were just a bit short, and I did french on both fingers and toes, and SNS dip on the fingers, I did the level 5 volcano pedicure and did a chrome rub on the fingers and an accent design on each daddy toe and matching ring fingers. I thought it was complementary but its worth mentioning I enjoyed 2 glasses of white wine. It really was a beautiful morning. The weather was yucky so the shop was slow, I complemented the atmosphere multiple times. I always tip $20 for hands and $10 for toes.... I dont know if thats good or bad or what; Ive been told different things so thats just my standard now. I finished up and my bill was ....$185.00!!!! HOLY SMOKES!! So yes $185.00 plus my normal tip $30.00... I just spent $215.00 on a mani/pedi. The nails are cute but not $200+ cute. Really really sad I thought it found my new go to place but nope I wont be back.

Shari Mohrman Update 6/19/22 Great customer service, super clean, great pedi and Brittany did a fabulous job on my nails. ……… Probably the nicest salon around the 210 area. Very comfortable and cute inside. Greeted with enthusiasm and great customer care. Lots of services. I enjoyed a fantastic pedi by Lan great massage. Wine, soda or water was offered. Lots of color options. Went on to do nail fill. I want this to be positive. The fill went fine it was the French manicure that did go so well, HOWEVER, situation was rectified and I was happy. It was a great customer service moment. Lan had to take her next customer, so they swapped techs on me. I have mixed feelings on this. You start, you finish in my book. The new tech did not have French manicure technique down. I was getting sorta frustrated. Then she got up to answer phones and left me there for about 8 minutes. When she came back I said this is not working, please remove polish. The win here is she admitted she did not have it down and quickly got Lan back who rectified the situation and made it all better. What I was impressed with this is new techs honesty and how she handled herself with such grace. She was positive and was very sweet. I’ll definitely be back. Customer service there’s days are kinda a forgotten art but not here. Keep it up! I’ll be back and will certainly tell friends to stop in. Good luck as you continue to grow.

peyton robison I came in today I’m not sure who did my nails, but I am really really disappointed and I am really angry. They are poorly done. My cuticles have stuff on them from the nail polish and acrylic. my nails are big and lumpy. I’m very disappointed and I paid $95 when this should’ve been no more than $60. I am never coming back here and I’m not recommending anybody here

debra wycherley My absolute favorite nail spa. The techs. Are so friendly and kind. They do an amazing job whether you are getting nails done or have an ingrown toenail. I always leave feeling amazing, skin and polish looking flawless. Their hours are perfect for people with a busy work life. I also love that they are next to planet fitness. So after a great workout, you stop for a luxury self care. Can’t beat feeling and looking good and enjoying amazing people in the process.

Lauren Denmark I paid AND left a tip to be polite, but I am really, really disappointed. These nails are embarrassing--not lavish. I stayed for 2 hrs/paid $111 for a set of chicklets on my fingers. I am taking these off as soon as I get home.

jenna alltag My aunt and I went to this place because it was recommended. My aunt had an OK experience. The gentleman that did her nails did a beautiful job. me on the other hand had the worst experience would not recommend would not go back and we paid big money and tipped very well even though my services were pitiful to the least! I got a pedicure. I paid the third one down second to the last highest pedicure. I asked if she could do my two big toes I get flower design on. She did not speak English because the other lady had to repeat everything I was saying. For starters I did not get to pick out my own color I told her I want to read. I thought they were going to bring something to pick out what I wanted instead she picked out what she wanted. She was doing my pedicure. She filed my toenails. She just clipped them and was done. She was ready to put the flower on. She was making this big gaudy Daisy not even close to what I had on my toe or the picture I showed her. I said I only put white flower. She comes back with yellow and white you will not use yellow I said only white. Needless to say she started the design it was horrific. I told her take it right off. I won’t even get a design so it’s obvious I was placed with somebody who just didn’t have a clue had to do a pedicure. When we were checking out, my aunt told the lady at the desk look how rough my toes look they weren’t even smooth. Polished was not even smooth. You could see all the roughness I don’t know if the polish was old. I know it was pretty empty. we tried to say how dissatisfied we were. They could care less they didn’t offer a redo. They didn’t offer someone else to do my design. They didn’t offer Discount. I will never recommend this place.

TogetherInSpectrum I am new to the area and wanted to give this salon a try, because I am searching for the right place. I’ve got my first ever acrylic nails (only had powder and gel before) at Durbin nail spa and am unfortunately really not happy with the experience and result. Everything was very rushed, not a good communication with my nail tech and not a relaxing atmosphere due to that. I left the spa very disappointed, because I tried to explain to the nail tech, that I wanted a natural color like my own nails (milky white) and she only gave me orange and two different shades of pink to choose from. She didn’t explain any options or prices. Before we started and in several times in between I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked her, if she could do my nails like that and has the same nail polish and she said yes. Even though I asked her to she didn’t really polish my nails and they are very rough and don’t have a smooth surface, still have product under the nails (asked her twice to remove it). She just clipped my natural nails but didn’t really shape them. Instead of a pearl colored shiny glossy nailpolish that I’ve requested, she just used one coat of a clear one and said we’re done, didn’t even show me any options. The result is, that my nails look nothing like the picture I have provided and didn’t look professional. The only effort that was put in by Tracy was to sell me on extra gel polish, despite me telling her that I just wanted regular nail polish. She even got one of her colleagues over to convince me. They don’t have the smooth texture, shiny glossy pearl finish or same length /shape in the picture, there’s still different products around and under my nails and she just tried to get rid off me quickly. When I asked her nicely and friendly about those issues she reacted annoyed and rushed me to pay while my nail polish was still wet (even wanted to take my wallet out of my purse, because apparently she couldn’t wait to let me dry first). A very unpleasant and not relaxing experience at all. That’s no way to treat a customer. In the pictures you can see what I’ve got instead. This is not what I wanted and not what I’ve paid for. I still can’t believe she sent me home like that. After being rushed out and taking some time to digest this experience I took some time to give them feedback rather than just giving them a disappointing Google review. They never even responded (it’s been over a week). That’s again really poor customer service after giving you a second chance to make things right.

Moriah Hunt Hao is simply the BEST nail tech! He has been my go-to for a long time, and for good reason. No matter how last-minute my appointment request is, he always finds a way to fit me in, and his work never disappoints. Hao truly listens to what you want and delivers it perfectly every single time. His application is flawless, and he works so quickly without compromising on quality. I always request super square, super sharp edges, and he absolutely nails it (pun intended)! Most recently, I decided to take off my tips and just do SNS on my natural nails, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look amazing and feel so natural. Plus, his work is incredibly long-lasting—my nails always last a month or more when I go to him. There have been a few times I’ve tried other nail salons, but I’ve always been disappointed with the results. Now, I don’t even risk it—I ONLY go to Hao! If you’re looking for a nail tech who is talented, quick, and dependable, definitely go see him. You won’t regret it!

Sabrina Billings NAILS THROBBING. I went into this salon earlier in the day to get my regular SNS/Dip removal and re-do. The previous times I have been here I have had decent service. However, this session was likely the worst experience I’ve had from a nail technician ever. She was clearly inexperienced with using the drill and doing dip powder and did not listen to me when I made her aware of my nail patterns/sensitivities. What compelled me to type this review is the terrible throbbing sensation of my finger nails right now. I have thin and sensitive nails which is why I do dip powder in the first place as opposed to gel. I start out by letting her know that I can feel the drill more easily and she will have to use lower speeds and less harsh maneuvers. She started out careful, but then attempted to be more harsh with the quick back and forth movements of the drill in small spots to remove the old SNS. I can feel the heat of the drill when they do this, and it is absolutely painful. I had to stop and re direct her. I do not like it when technicians try to “test” what I can tolerate after I’ve already told them I’m sensitive. Once the product is all removed, I tell her how I want my nails shaped. I had one nail that was broken, and I wanted the rest of the nails to be cut/shaped down to match it. The technician tells me that she will do this step after she puts the dip on my nails. This was completely out of order from what I am used to in the past. Reflecting back, this is when I should’ve spoken up and asked for a different nail tech. I continued with her because I was being open minded and I did not want to make a scene. Well as she is dipping my nails, she is applying it thick and I had clumps of powder sitting on my nails, multiple nails. The dip process was extremely slow. It took her 1 1/2 hrs to almost 2 hrs to do my nails completely. Once she was done dipping, she applied the clear gel she normally used before dipping my nails LAST, then applied the more watery solution that helps the dip harden/dry on my nails. My nail bed felt extremely uncomfortable during this step. Then she decided to file down and shape my nails. It was very uncomfortable due to the intensity at which she had to file because none of my nails were shaped prior to the dip. Once the drill was used in the end to shape the top of my nails, she cut into my cuticle with the drill on one nail which was stinging for the rest of the time. When I got home I noticed dried up blood in the area. In the past, I’ve had maybe my thumbs throb after the dip powder service because of how my nail naturally grows but never the other nails. Currently all of my nails throb as if I had acrylic nails done (which I stopped doing in the past because of it). I am very concerned that my nail bed is destroyed now and I will have to take a break from SNS. I hate to have to write this review; however, I have had bad outcomes from my nails before at this location such as gel manicure chipping after only 4 days, and it doesn’t seem like they care when I tell them about it in person. If my nails continue to throb for another 24 hrs, then I will go back for them to remove this for free. Furthermore, my nail shapes are not even, even. You can see on my nails where the clumps were previously. This is completely unacceptable. A nail service should not happen like this for anyone.

P. Cowan Sad to be leaving this review. I told Tracey 3x my thumb nail and pointer finger nail was crooked and she kept saying “I will fix at the end” and never fixed. She also left huge chunks of acrylic under all of my nails. I spent $120 for these crappy nails and a pedicure. I will NEVER return here

Dana Tilton clean place, they were able to get me and my daughter in last minute, if you are in need of a quick pedicure, this place does the trick. Super nice staff. To me, the only downside was they didnt use a liner on the bowl for the pedicure. I could be wrong but I thought that was fairly standard these days and more sanitary to use liners. But overall was happy with my experience.

Im a dog groomer so the dip also protects my natural nails from the grooming Dremel. I love the French tip look, and Kim is always careful to create beautiful nails for me! Its best to book online, especially around the holidays as she books up fast!

Ana Cris I feel like I got scammed! I went here two weeks ago as I’m new to the area, and she was able to fit me in. Right from the start, she showered me with flattery—complimenting my hair and nails. But then I realized she didn’t even wash my hands, just buffed and trimmed my nails before painting them. I brushed it off, thinking it was fine since I didn’t have much time. Next, she put plastic over the foot spa tub, and I was excited for some scrubbing and nail cleaning. Instead, she simply placed my feet over the tub, buffed, and trimmed my toenails—no washing, not even a spray, and definitely no massage. Midway through, her husband called to say he was waiting at the beach, and before I knew it, my toenails were painted. I thought, "Well, I guess I’m just getting a quick polish and saving some money." Then she charged me $90! What a rip-off! That’s more than I usually pay for a full mani-pedi with tip included. Never again! Check out what she charged me for - definitely did not receive luxury. And my gel nails after only 2 weeks are already chipped.

Lauren Marguerite Kovit I’m from out of town and needed a place to get a quick fill. I usually just get white acrylic fills because it’s just simple. When I first called they said sorry we can’t do that; then told me to come in at 12. When I got in I asked for something a tad different, and was told he could do something “similar,” so I was like okay; why not. Anyways, there were two people working; the lady who initially booked my appointment was rude and dismissive.. and on her phone, she ended up helping an elderly lady but was on her phone for a good 20 minutes before helping her. My guy was decent… but I will NOT come back. What nail salon doesn’t have gemstones or nail art?! The vibe and energy was just way off. I would just pick another place if I were you. It’s worth driving somewhere else. Below are the pictures of what I asked for and what I got. Also, of the lady texting on her phone instead of listening to the older lady and what she wanted. They couldn’t do exactly what I wanted because they didn’t have the appropriate nail art.. so this is what I ended up with. My total for a fill was $55? HOW? Usually it costs me $35 for a fill and I live in Tampa. Not coming back whenever I’m in town, and again suggest you try and find somewhere else.

Teaha Green Update: I went in and Kate fixed them! I will say that I am very pleased. She also made them thicker. I got my nails done at Glitz and Glam last week, and unfortunately, the quality did not hold up. Within two days, one nail chipped; by day three, two had completely fallen off, and by day four, I lost a fourth nail. The nail technician made them extremely thin, which may have contributed to the issue. I asked for white tips and am wondering if they are weaker than regular nails—if I had known, I would have chosen differently. While the nails were beautiful when first done, and the technician was very kind, the durability just wasn’t there. I feel like I wasted my money, so unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Cinthya Ulloa This is my favorite place to do my nails in Saint Augustine, the location is pretty convenient for me and plenty of parking space around. The place is huge and there is always sit for everyone, I dont have to wait long if I did not make an appointment beforehand. They have great color choices and their service overall is great, a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. I totally recommend this place.

Hailey Hoffman This was the absolute WORST set of dips I have EVER gotten in my entire life!!! My nails are literally lumpy!!!! She took an hour and a half and they are so lumpy and awful!!!! It’s to the level other people have noticed. I had an event THAT night and I had to go with botched nails. I will not be returning and would suggest you go else where.

Sam Mashburn I have gone to Glitz & Glam many times before and received excellent service. Unfortunately, this was not one of those times. I asked for a pedicure on a slow, Wednesday night and received mediocre service. Water was running for the first 5 minutes, but the liner covered the faucet, so I sat in a dry tub for the first part of my experience. Dawn dish soap was used on my legs and feet to wash them (I could recognize the smell and color). There was no scrub, no callous removal, and my hot towels were not even lukewarm. While my cuticles were trimmed, there was no cream applied first. The toe spacers were dirty with something green, I assume nail polish, that didn’t come off. Nail polish, while fixed, was smudged multiple times and it was assumed that I would be getting gel again, but never clarified or confirmed. Lastly, the shape of the nails are not symmetrical on both feet; the left side is much rounder than the right. I did let the girl at the front know, and she was as sweet as could be letting me know I could come back in the following day to get the service done again, for free, but I declined. There’s nothing else to do, unfortunately. I would’ve taken a credit for a pedicure in the future, however. Unfortunately, I would consider not coming back because of this experience.

Not to mention my blood thats mixed in with the nail polish from him nicking my finger, the polish is all over my fingers, the acrilic is on the sides of my fingers. My five year old niece would of done a better painting job. I drive 2 hours to come to yall, and its my last time coming ever. Why so thick?? They look like I did them at home. They had a beautiful orange color that fit my mood that day and boom $27 and I was on my way. I plan to make this my regular routine. Tiny parking lot tho, so I wonder where you could park if they were busy. Not sure

Sunshine Dalzell Pedicure was mediocre. Plus, my credit card was supposed to have been charged $40, but the cashier took it upon himself to add on a $10 tip that I did not authorize. I cannot recommend places that blatantly steal from their customers. If you decide to give them a try, then hopefully youll get a better nail tech than I did and make sure to check your receipt before leaving the salon.

Ember Skyer As a disclaimer i have not gotten my nails done in years but if thats how its supposed to feel i dont know why anyone would. I showed the image of the brown nails as a reference for the shape but wanted them painted black. Im not sure if the services have changed but my cuticles look a mess there is product up to them and on them that is hardened. They are thick and misshapen. He could have just been having a bad day but when I asked if he could change one he just kept trying to convince me it looked fine. I didnt want to argue with the with him I just wanted to get out of there at that point. Im not sure if youre supposed to feel a lot of heat when they file them down but its probably going to take a lot to get my nails healthy when these finally come in. It was a nice place and the people were nice. Like I said maybe he was just having a bad day.

Nicole P Edit: first time was five stars. Three times since, between 1-3 stars. Last time in was the last time I’ll ever be back there. They waxed half of one of my eyebrows off! Thankful that after two months it grew back. Nails were uneven when we got the dip, and the massages were terrible and short after the first time. Really wanted this to be our go to salon. Leaving the first review attached, as it really was a wonderful experience the first out of four total trips. Walked in with my mom and daughter and they accommodated us immediately. Very clean nail salon with pretty decor. Tons of colors to choose from. Two of us did the dip, one did gel. The Volcano Pedicure was awesome! Time spent on massage was amazing. Hot stones and wax were relaxing. Also got my brows waxed, they look perfect. Foot baths and seats were sanitized once we were finished. Nail technicians couldn’t have been nicer. We will be back!

Devon Stubbs 2 hours down the drain. My nails are worse than when I went in. I had to have her remove my polish after over 40 minutes of her trying to get it right. I tried to guide her to what i was looking for, but the more she tried, the worse it became. It looked like my child did it. Then, after telling them Im late and to just take it off. I still had another 30 min before I could leave. With gel polish still in the corners, nails all different lengths, and a talking to about wasting peoples times. If anyone wasted someones time, it was mine. There was no reason for this to go the way it did. If she wasnt capable, then she should have said so. I could have done 1 color. I could have done clear. All I wanted was to take off my old grown color and replace it with a new color. I live an hour from town, travel for work, and have my graduation this week. Now I have to make time I dont have to get my nails fixed. If they even can be. Since the lady has some nails so short and thin, I dont know if they can be fixed in time. Beyond stressful. Worst experience. And they still charged me. Youre better off having your toddler paint your nails.

I lost $93 and my time. If they are not capable of doing the job, say no. Several times, I told her they were thick, I like them thin, dont put so many layers, she ignored me. I told her to remember that I needed you to do my manicure, and she said, "Why dont we clean the edges, and thats it, and she never did the manicure. Terrible job so much so that another person lifted her from the chair and took her place (it was late and the bad job was done) 2 hours there and it was no use.

Alli B This location is my favorite nail salon in the area. From the outside, it’s nothing special, but inside the atmosphere is well lit, clean and the ambiance is great! Terri was very helpful and she spoke very good English, something I prefer regardless from where the originate. The have reasonable prices and offer a beverage while you relax. Massage chairs are always clean and in good working order with sanitary practices. I’ve never been cut here and they tsk great care for safety and satisfaction. They even had time for an unplanned walk-in for me today. I will be back

Melissa Stratton By far the worst pedicure I ever had in my life. Walked into the salon at 12:35 now granted my Appointment wasn’t until 1:00 however Kathy was sitting there and said she could take me now. By the time she started the water and sat me in the chair, grabbed the polish and all supplies I started at 12:38. I decided to go with the deluxe pedicure with gel. She asked first if I would like my toenails cut I said not the big toes only my little ones. Before I knew it she cut the big ones into the quick and at a angle with the tool she uses to cut my cuticles back making me bleed. I was to receive a scrub, lotion massage, oil with the hot stones and a hot towel. She failed to rub my legs Legs with lotion instead she put the lotion on the stones and rubbed each led for 1 minute each. She failed to use soap at any point besides a small brush on my toes. Then got the hot towel and I checked out by 1:00 so I was in the chair 22 mins total. Horrible for a $50.00 service to last 22 minutes. Once I called the owner to complain he tried to argue with me over 5 mins however he couldn’t give any excuses on why she cut me or my toes look awful

Susan Zimmerman Went here 2/17/24 for a dip fill and pedicure. The man that did my nails was very gentle and I left feeling like he did a good job. Less than 24 hours later the top of my all of my finger nails has cracked and the top layer is starting to come off. See photo of the thumb nail where the top layer is off. $50 down the drain. If I had paid by credit card, I would be disputing the charge as I did not get what I paid for.

Meredith M I’m going to start by saying when you first walk into the salon, it seems clean and tidy with good decor but this is where the good things stop. I went to get a fill in from this salon a little over a week ago. After I walked in I was told to pick my colors and soon after I tried to show a couple of the workers pictures of the colors I wanted but nobody would assist me. After looking through about a 100 of basically the same colors I opted out of getting the nails I wanted. The guy who did my nails was rude and unfriendly and snipped at me everytime I asked for something to do with my nails. As he started doing my nails he didn’t even do a fill correctly. He didn’t wear away the old acrylic from the previous manicure and left, old yellowed acrylic that was lifting at the edges and just filled over top of it. There is quite an obvious line and color difference(see photo 1). After a bit I noticed a air bubble had formed underneath my acrylic nail and a greenish tinge started to appear. The greenish tinge turns out to be a fungal infection that I now have to go to the doctor to fix(see photo 2). Overall i would give this place zero stars because of the lack of attention to detail, unprofessional practices, and just plain laziness. The price was ridiculous for a fill like this, maybe I wouldn’t be complaining about the price if the work was good and I didn’t get a fungal infection.

Candace Bloom Not once, but now the second time I’ve been Fat shamed at this location if you weigh over 300 pounds I suggest you not come here even though there’s one in a world full of people that have medical issues that make them overweight. I wasted my time coming here to get a waxing on my face, which I was told I couldn’t because I was too big for the chair which three years ago I was told I was too big to get a pedicure here which is why I’ve never got my nails done here. It’s pretty sad that they treat people horribly because they’re overweight. It makes them feel bad about Their weight so thank you nail spa again for the horrible atmosphere. I don’t know why I even came in here. I wish you weren’t so close to my house.

Have you ever walked into a nail salon where there are no customers? And I went to this one because I first stopped at one close by but it was packed and it was a 30 minute wait, which I didn’t have time for. I got acrylic and when the nail tech put my hand under the uv light my nails literally burned and an awful chemical smell was blowing in my face. There were three people working and while I was in there two other customers walked in for pedicures at two different times. They were told they couldn’t get them in and sent away. So the whole time I was in there I was the only customer. The nail tech kept telling me to relax my hand, yes as you can imagine just like Angela Johnson would say. I thought I was relaxed I didn’t know what else he wanted me to do. Needless to say I won’t be going back. The photos are after a week of having them done, they don’t even look worthy of being filled when that time comes, they’re already lifting near the cuticle. Save your money and go somewhere else and wait. The fact that the salon was empty should’ve been my first red flag.
