Aly Kash Came in for relaxing Gel Pedicure & short acrylic full set with gel polish. Sad to have seen that the old owners retired but I hope they are enjoying their time with their grandbabies. The new owners did a nice revamp of the shop, are very nice people and did an excellent job. I shake because I have nerve and muscle issues and they worked soo well with me and my medical issues. Definitely reccomend either staying with them as clients or checking them out.

Teresa Wonderful manicure and my pedicure!! The owner takes the time to greet you and makes sure you are comfortable. Customer service is very important. I would highly recommend this salon.

samantha shiner I was looking at places that had the best pedicures and this place by far got the best reviews and I understand why! The sides of my big toes will grow into my skin causing pain and they made sure to address this during my pedicure. There was such attention to detail with everything: filing, cuticle cutting, etc. The leg massage was also incredible and I didn’t want it to end haha. I will 100% come back for a pedicure here!

Aless Milagros Under new ownership! Ignore any old reviews. This couple is very kind and helpful. Feel free to say exactly what you want as they are very accommodating. Completely remodeled and new inventory of polish. I have nothing negative to say but an inside scoop would be to make an appointment. Currently only the two of them are working there. Spread the word and support this new business! Went back for a pedicure and it was by far the best one I have ever received!

Rachel Stadelbauer My experience here was horrendous. My nails look like a child did them and was refused a refund when I expressed that I was unhappy with my nails. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude, when I told her I didn’t want to do gel she rolled her eyes at me and gave me dirty looks the entire time. They do not care about their customers and are extremely rude people. I would suggest to go literally anywhere else.

Ashley Peabody I walked in around 3, and Krystal met us at the door. She and her husband, Sam run the business alone. She could fit us in at around 5:15, and had me text her my design and name. She called us sooner than she said, and got us right in. My niece and I both got acrylics. Krystal and Sam were the most wonderful people Ive ever met at any salon. I wont ever go anywhere else, and its going to be an hour drive from home for me. Worth it. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and super funny. They even have Netflix. Next time, I plan to try the eyebrows and maybe a pedicure. Between removing old polish on my nails, two full sets of acrylic, and all that comes with that, we were there a little over 2 and a half hours. It would have been quicker if we werent having too much fun. This was far more than just getting your nails done. This was a great experience for me and for my niece. We absolutely loved Sam and Krystal, and their work. I got the magnetic cat eye polish, and my niece went with solid green, solid black, and a marbled nail. Both came out beautifully and shaped perfectly.

Lani-elise Mesecher My mother in law, grandfather in law and I went and had the most fun time! Everyone there was respectful and so sweet. We got pedicures and I got a full set and everyone was very fast and good at their work. They were very patient with us and we didn’t feel rushed or unwanted at all. If you visit Florida this is the nail place to go especially if you are very picky about getting good nails done. Most of the time in my hometown I have to go through four designs before there is one they can do and then at that point it’s not a set I want, at bliss she was able to do my first nail design and it only took about an hour.

Jay The vibe in here was very uncomfortable and uninviting. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. We booked an appointment for 3 pedicures days in advance and called as well to make sure there would be enough staff to help all 3 of us at one time because for some reason nail salons like to promise simultaneous service, but not actually deliver… We were assured there would be. We get there at the same time as one of their regulars and they seat all 4 of us at the same time, but instead of starting the party of 3 that arrived together and are leaving together and booked the appointment time together, they start the single person and only 2 of the 3 of us in our party. My sister and I were FINISHED with our pedicures by the time they STARTED our cousin’s… They didn’t even start warm water for our cousin to soak her feet in until she was finally worked on 30 minutes later… They also didn’t ask what pedicure package we wanted. We would have upgraded to the better pedicure packages but weren’t given the option. Their menu says all pedicures include scrubs, but they do not. I’d give one star, but the receptionist was very nice and attentive and the nail tech did a nice job on my color even though I felt uncomfortable the whole time like she was mad. Very uninviting. I’d suggest better customer interaction (maybe with a smile), and starting a party who books together at the SAME TIME…

Apple Beth “Betherz” This is the only nail salon Ive gone to in years. Mr. Tony (the owner) is very professional, not to mention hilarious. & his wife Anna does the best nails Ive ever had. I would highly recommend this nail salon. The product is amazing quality, even tho the prices are more than reasonable. Definitely a should try.

Kimberly I had the most beautiful nails done by Keri, it was my first time and she did a good job following my reference picture but she did cut my skin and it burns to wash my hands now. It was from the file and from the scissors when she cut the plastic nails down.. Sadly won’t go back :/ but she is so talented they turned out beautiful!! But please be more gentle for the next girl. One week update: nails still look beautiful and they don’t hurt anymore!

Kimberly Chase Took a photo to the nail salon of a ombré pink and white nail set with chrome on top. I got a light brown solid no ombré with chrome on top. Not even close to what I asked for. When mentioned to the staff I was told to wait for another member to fix it. If it wasn’t for my kids birthday I would have waited. Was given a $5 discount for my nails not being what I asked for. It’s not like I asked for something crazy or off the wall nail design. Very disappointing!

Jennifer Brown I have frequented this salon recently due to the fact that their staff is absolutely outstanding. There hasnt been one time that I walked out unhappy with the final product of my nails as well as the fact that they are very easy to talk to and get along with and have exceptional customer service! Prior to finding them I had been to a few other spots between Port Charlotte and Venice and never felt as comfortable as I did there. Jackie Mota I highly recommend T&T Bail Bar , I made an appointment by phone, for my friend and I I, but they do Take walk-ins. When we came we were greet it with smiles by Melinda, so nicely it smiles and told us to check in the place is very spacious and clean smells very good , the young ladies Tracy and T give great massages. We had a volcano for a pedicure. Absolutely love it. Highly recommend.. They offer your drinks, liquor or tea, hot or cold in a great time.

Amanda McWilliams Hands down the best nail salon Ive tried. They were absolutely wonderful. They did a fantastic job on my girls. Treated my toddler like a princess. We will definitely be going here from now on.

Cami B First time there today. Had requested a basic pedicure ($35). The tech Melinda? Took it upon herself to do a more expensive pedicure ($45) without asking. Also the Polish job is terrible, (see pictures). Never pushed back the cuticle, did a bad job painting my nails. She seemed annoyed when I didn’t want the gel polish. Don’t know if thats why she did a bad job. I will NOT be back. The bad reviews are true & they don’t care if you point out the poor job done.

Anna Its not great...sloppily applied and so many dips on the surface, and the edges are rough on almost every nail... $50 for dip powder on natural nail.. no cuticle work at all..no push back or any other nail care... did get a glass of wine but really disappointed at the quality of these nails. Why ...why do these things have to be micromanaged to be done well... honestly, I cant believe how little pride people have in doing a good job in their job.

kris lane I’m not one to leave bad reviews, if I have a bad experience, I usually make excuses for the situation. Like “maybe they were having a bad day” or “maybe they’re going through something at home “. Well not today. Today, Im leaving a review because my nails are probably damaged forever because of someone’s “bad day”. My nail plate is completely mangled, in one spot nearly drilled into my nail bed. I’m in tremendous pain. Some fingernails are so tender I can’t even touch them, Some back story- 2/26/25 I didn’t have time to go to my regular salon to get my acrylics removed. I was in the area and seen your salon was open. I pulled in and checked the reviews and seen they were great! I went to the front and asked about acrylic removal and was told it was $15. A little expensive but it was the only opportunity I would have for a week. A gentleman took me back to the back station, looked at my nails and began his service. He clipped off the acrylic tips and immediately began drilling. Multiple times I had to pull my hand away because he was burning me with the drill on my nail plate. He decided to soak what was left. He wrapped my fingers in foil and walked away for 10 min. He came back, and instead of wiping away the goo, he just went in with the drill. He repeated this whole process 4 or 5 times. Never saying a single word to me. I was there for at least 40 minutes getting my nails removed only to have this extensive damage. Because I’m a hairstylist and I believe in tipping no matter what, I gave him a $10 tip on a $15 service. I have included a photo of the worst nail. I’m not sure how you can make this right- a few of my nails are most likely permanently damaged. I hope that you train your employees on the proper techniques of a nail drill in the future.

Over the years and visiting several different nail salons, this one has to be the most friendliness and caring salon. I have been coming to this salon now for two years and everytime each visit has been wonderful.

They immediately remembered how I like my toes and the design I prefer (I’m a bit picky, and they alway satisfy:) If you aren’t dating they WILL do their best to make it right! The family feel is wonderful. Local family whose kids go to school in the community. Nicole Sanz Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! All of the staff was so kind and accommodating to myself and my 2 year old daughter. We all know how well 2 year olds do at sitting still. They were friendly and do very well with nail shaping, which is always a personal issue for me usually when going to get my nails done anywhere!!! Very talented young ladies in there with sweet hearts. I’m so glad I decided to give them a chance, I was not disappointed and you won’t be either!!

Pam Curtis Nori was fantastic ! I didnt have an appointment and walked in was greeted and sat down right away, there was no heavy acetone smell and the music was soft and relaxing. We had a nice conversation and the staff was very professional and kind they spoke to their clients rather than each other a total 360 compared to other places near by. Nori took great pride in her work and made sure my nails looked a felt amazing :) This cost me $30 and thats with a gel polish ! Very afforable and the quality is unmatched!

Mary Lyon The girl was not friendly and not helpful with color selection. She did a very average job. One nail was not smooth and the edges around my cuticles have a ridge which will peal off. I asked for a fill of my acrylic nails and they dipped them in powder. For $50 and they charged my friend $45.

leila espinoza Adriana was awesome with my nails and i loved them. Although when I walked in for a walk in I asked Amy how much for nails i wanted and how long it would take due to a dentist appt i had. She explained $45 for short white full set and i said okay sounds good she got me set up with Adriana. And when it was time to pay she advises me with card there is a charge which i didnt know earlier. I asked her if i can go to the store Dollar Tree and go get cash back to pay her she said yes thats fine. As i walk out i see shes following, i go back and tell her it’s not right shes following me so I gave her my ID card for proof that i was coming back. I paid and explained that she shouldve let me know about the servicie fee when i asked pricing and i explainef or at least have a sign up. She said she will out one up, I am very dissapointed in this place. I told her i understand this may happen to u frequently but i am not one of those people and you CANNOT judge.

Because of our line of work (screening pool cages) Wei /jon goes the extra mile and makes the top coat extra thick so I don’t break the nails as easily as you normally would.and the deluxe foot and leg massage was extra long and great says michele

Jessica E Not customer oriented I only heard of this place because my sister in law got me a gift card for Mother’s Day. Went there several months later because I have a place I’ve been using for a decade. I made an appointment for another massage the next month. I was sick with the flu at the time of the appointment. They called me. I wanted to reschedule but was charged the full amount of the massage approximately $100… I would have been fine with being charged a fraction, even though it sickness is not my fault… I’m NEVER going back to this establishment

Paola Maldonado always got confuse with the appointments and then starts working on you all mad .. I tried for 3 years but last year I couldnt anymore she hurt me 6 fingers with blood and everything i was a week without go to work for the infection in my nails . I found another manicurist where she told me that my nails are so hurt by the way she used the drill on my nails so now Im on the process of getting them back and for now I cant put on acrylics.

Linda This women is a rip off she over charges for the same nails the locals in town do for much less. This women states that she charges for design starts at $65.00 but what people dont know is that she charges $55.00 more for an unknown reason. She lures customers with the low design price. $120.00 was a rip off for 2 nails with a 3 d design when I have gotten my nails done all 10 fingers with 3 d design on them,with price ranging $75 up to $90.00 total no more . The reason I came here was because it was recommended that she does nails with design for cheap,obviously not the case. I would truly advice get your price before getting your nails done here .money seems more important to this woman then keeping customers.

Jane Connors Very unhappy with my finished nails! Besides the fact that they look like ski slopes, they are not oval in shape, which I would be fine with, if they were at least even! I mentioned it to my technician and he didnt serm to understand what I was pointing out. A different technician started to file and still the same result. They are uneven, oddly shaped from cuticle to tip and very rough.

Lorri Swan DONT GO THERE ! Booked an appointment online for an opening at 11:30AM yesterday ( February 5, 2025 ) for a basic pedicure with JACKIE. I called and verified it and even verified it again with the receptionist when I arrived ontime. Waited 1/2 hour only to find out that Jackie could not take me as she was ready at 12:03pm to do a manicure with another customer. The nice customer even volunteered to get her other service done and let JACKIE do my manicure. JACKIE was very rude and said to me "you only booked it this morning". I went back to the receptionist and asked to talk to the Manager who was not there and preceeded to get no help from the receptionist. So I left , very unhappy, to find out I received a text from the salon at 12:08pm saying they could not accomodate me and make another appointment. ( CYA ). I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer. Obviously here at Babcock Ranch you are a captive audience. Hopefully, the new competition in the future retail center across the street will treat their customers with respect and professionalism.

casey potts One of the best nail salons I have been to in years. Hands-down the best nail salon I have found near Northport. It is only 15 minutes from my house. They talk as much or as little as you would like. Always friendly. They offer water, wine, and soda and you can bring your own booze. They offer an experience for whatever you are looking for. Men, women, simple, complicated, they serve it all!! I never used to get my nails done much because I could never find the excitement in it. Thu is the best nail tech I have ever had. She will even pick my colors and designs on the days I really don’t feel like making any decisions for myself. She is extremely talented and very creative. Honestly I’ve had her pick the last two times and it’s better than anything I could come up with. Her nail art brings me joy every time I look down. 15/10 go !!!

Safrah Khan Tina was very pleasant and gave me a beautiful French manicure. Salon is spacious, brightly lit and very clean. Prices are reasonable. This was my first visit based on a recommendation from a friend. I will definitely return. Overall a nice experience.

Olympia Rose Definitely wont be back! Please dont waste your time and money in this nail salon! They did sloppy job on 2 gel manicure and 1 gel pedicure. The paint is everywhere on our skins! What a waste of money! When I try to point it out to a woman (which I believe she was the owner or manager) she wont listen and wont let me talk. So I just let them have my money and just wont be back and will spread the word to everyone I know not to go here!

Sherri Ormond I’ve been to this salon a few times so i expected this time to be great as it always has, however it was terrible. Instead of soaking my dip off i had to submerge my fingers in polish remover and he Manicured my entire Right hand leaving my left hand in the remover for a long time. The station was messy my hands were left with powder all over my hands from removing the previous color the entire manicure. My right hand still has the silver color under the new color and my right hand has my old color and my fingers from soaking them in a small cup. Which the grinder tools were also added to the cup while my nails were in the cup. I was told to wash my hands at the end after the gel overlay. Which i hit and the nail tech sighed in aggravation. My nails are bumpy. Totally disappointed and disgusted with the towel being dirty with nail clipping and grinder off gel the entire manicure.

Denise Phillips Coming into lay nails. I booked my appointment ahead of time. I called and asked if it was okay if I made arrangements for 15 minutes late. I was greeted by Mimi and Henry and they were so kind and courteous. They were so accurate. They were very professional. Very studious, you can tell that they have been putting their blood sweating tears into this business for years. These are the types of people that I want to come and see over and over again. This is the kind of business that you can be proud of these are the kinds of people that you can be proud of I am so grateful that the nail salon down the street from my house was closed today. Because. I was able to come get service from Henry and Mimi. And because of them I will come back over and over for their service. 5 star service exceeded my expectations. Amazing

Tara Larsen Well me and my best friend went the other day....Im a little upset because I was the one who recommended this place. We go, and we get our pedicures first, this part was lovely. We sat in the chairs and has mamosas and they did great. But going to the manicure part was a little crazy. The woman soaked my nails in what appeared to be dirty acetone with debris from Im assuming a previous persons nails inside of it....after this, (mind you I had previous acrylics on), she starts shaving them down, then decided to use an acrylic plastic tip to shove under my acrylic nail and rips my acrylics off literally leaving my nails looking so broken..... I told her they hurt and she kept going.... They were bleeding and everything.... The young guy did my nails thank God hes at least gentle and pays attention to the things the woman seems to miss. Im never going back. They overcharged me and my best friend.

Stefanie Pizza They are very professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great prices on all nails and fills even with design. They 100% back up the quality of their work. If you are not happy they will fix it. They also welcome kids my daughter has had the best experience there and wasn’t looked at crazy for wanting nails done. All the staff is great. Tina has a wonderful team of nail techs. After being mid treated at other places and spending entirely way too much on poor quality nails. This is now our spot!!!

Hailey Hunt I got my nails done on January 18th. I wanted a fill, and Lynn made me do a full set when I only had 3 broken nails. I paid $78 for my nails. It had only been 3 days before 4 of my nails started lifting which leaves me at risk of an infection. This should not be happening and I’m requesting an immediate refund. The nail salon keeps saying they need to talk to their boss and then you’ll get back to me, but I believe that is just an excuse. I also think they are hoping I forget about the situation and move on with my life which will not happen until I get my $78 back.

ANTHONY SANSONE She had come there for five or more years for other services.My sister had her eyebrows dyed, and expected them to be permanent they came out dark so the girl took some dye off, today she took a shower and when she looked into the mirror her eyebrows were no longer dyed it all came off, we went to the salon. The lady said why did you wash your face, ,so my sister was never to wash her face because if she did the dye would come off.I never heard of that.My Sister asked for a refund and the girl said they never do that.

Rose Went in for a fill. Got my original set at a different location. Long story short, the gel wasn’t applied very well. Couple nails were clumpy. I got the feeling the young girl was new. She was super sweet so I didn’t complain and even tipped her. 5 days later both pointer fingers popped off. I probably won’t be back.

Melanie Wood Photography I went to this salon for the first time and asked for my acrylic to be taken off and I would like gel on top of my natural nails.Well I got acrylic put back on so I decided well it’s fine I will do it next time.Then the color I chose looked nothing like the example swatches.The person filing my nails did not know what shape I wanted when I said soft coffin. She filed then square and I had to ask her to keep fixing the end because some were filed at an angle. Immediately as I left and got into my car, I saw that one of my nails the polish was smudged. I wasn’t sure, but I did not have time to come back. The next days were holidays and I still was not able to come back to have anything fixed because I was sick. More nail polish was just chipping off. We went back today to get it fixed, and the front office person said we had to talk to Vicki. I showed her my nail and the picture that I took the day after the original nail chip. She said it’s because I didn’t put my hand in the machine far enough to cure. I’ve been doing my nails for years. I highly doubt that was the reason than the same tech fix my nails, but she still did a bad job and had to file my thumbnails down and now they are so short and square again. I asked them why there are no color did not match the swatch and I did not get any response. That was a client sitting next to me and said yes I agree that’s a completely different color. I’m not really sure why they lack customer service and I try to be patient, but I just cannot believe that this is how they treat people. They could’ve simply said oh we are sorry about that. Let’s fix it for you. Nothing that happened to my nails was my fault. I’ve never had this happen at any other salon. The only reason that I went is because I was accompanying a friend.

Randy Holly Kayla was AMAZING! Another salon wrecked my nails. Kayla patiently removed them and started fresh. Her French manicures are perfection and the thing I love the most? The consistency of my acrylics! Same length, thickness, and shape. Very impressed!!!

Lee Cheri $115 (original price) for a mess! Went in for full set and pedi. Pedi was okay, the tech wasn’t very inviting though she was friendly which I appreciated but my toes arent the best looking. The full set tech was almost fully cold. He spoke at me, spoke over me and answered my questions impatiently in an annoyed tone. I complimented his tats and tried to make small talk to lighten the mood. It went no were. It got really uncomfortable when the tech started puffing and dropping his shoulders after every nail he manually worked on, as if ordinary filing  was now extensive labor. Midway through doing the tips on the 1st hand, he took a call that would last the remainder of our sessions. During this time, he was even more short - putting his hand up to stop me from asking questions about my nails to listen to the caller, only to ask my opinion after my nails were drying.  I didn’t bother him with my thoughts and chose to explain my concerns to the manager (Lee) I spoke to the manager in a low even tone to not be overheard or misunderstood. I apologized for interrupting her session for assistance and told her I did not like my nails. I gave details on the impatient/impolite  behavior & lack of concern up until my nails were already drying. I asked that she talk to the tech at a later time following my absence. Instead of doing so, the manager nonchalantly announced that I didn’t like my nails & went back to conversing with her customer. I stepped away to use the restroom while I waited for my payment to arrive only to return to the manager and two other techs, along with their 3 customers, commenting and laughing about my experience. I heard one customer ask “who did her toes then” while the others snickered. The manager made a point to announce “that’s what happens when you bite your nails, now you don’t want to pay” in the air not directed towards anyone as the rest laughed while exchanging glances with me. I didn’t complain about the price or even mention it & I do not bite my nails. Thanks for the terrible service & lack of accountability. Expecting professionalism is clearly out the question, but trying to passively bully your customers? Lol

Samantha Alvarado I went in for a coffin ombre set. This is NOT coffin (that I was charged extra for) and the ombre is blended so badly. The pics are immediately after leaving and there was still such a mess on my fingers. This was my first time and I really regret it, I left crying! Yes, its just nails but I paid $60 for a set I feel embarrassed to have on. The male (not sure his name) tech wasnt friendly either. I always try to be patient and trust the process. Not sure if Ill try again with someone else.

Pia Snyd Nasty and rude, the guy didn’t clean his station just before he had another lady doing his manicure, then he was going to use the same dirty tools to do my nails, I asked him to use clean ones and he just gave me a bad look and turned around to get another set. Pulling my hands all the time, rude from beginning to end. What an unpleasant experience Never again. Disgusting place!! I think they have a new owner who doesn’t care about keeping everything clean

Victoria Gutierrez ryan needs to replaced with someone who enjoys there job or with some who knows how to talk to people and give the customer what they want.... my nails are not even! muchless colored the way i want. i asked him to even the shape twice and he said "okay later" later came but with attitude i told him how i wanted the color and he said no! he does not know how to do it with polish but can do the job in gel. you can see my nail underneth the glitter worst servise.... i was in rage with everything and just wanting to leave Ryan you need to learn how to talk to people without the attitude and give customers what they want. my nails are not even, the color looks horrible.

Kristin Z It was just a way to treat myself. Was not the best Ive had. Only got a pedicure. Felt that the language barrier might have hindered the experience. The chic I had would just yes me and nod....but then not do what I was asking. She cut a little to much off my skin..that bled a little..then got a small infection. Not all her fault that stuff can happen. With all the other nail places in town, I will not be go back.

Charity Chambers The Nail palace was very nice and welcoming. They did a phenomenal job on my gel manicure which remained perfect for about a month. It is also one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Everything was clean and sanitized and I really appreciated their attention to detail. They are closing down for some renovation and I am very excited to see what opens up.

Saadia Robles I have been to this salon several times. I have had my nails done by Jimmy and Tina. Both were very good. I love Jimmy. He is friendly and does an outstanding job on my nails. Jennifer does my pedicure and she is great too. She takes her time and gives me a great foot massage. I have tried several places and this one has been the best by far for me.

Lauren Kirsch Going here has made it so I may never get my nails done again. My cuticles were cut over and over again even while bleeding they were taking more off. My fingers have cuts. I said ouch numerous times. My nail design isn’t what I asked for. I didn’t say anything as when another customer said something wasn’t the way she wanted it the lady seemed upset, annoyed, & was rough with handling her while changing it. I debated while in the pedicure chair not getting anything else done as every color I asked for they were out of. But the gentleman pulled together 2 colors to make the color I wanted so I stayed. I did not expect the price I was given at the end of service. My pedicure was fantastic on an up note.

April DO NOT GO HERE unless you really want to be ripped off. I asked for red, white and blue which they did but did not tell me each color was extra. It seems a husband and wife run this place. So I told the gentleman what I wanted and then for some reason instead of just finishing with me he stood up and went to go help someone else while his wife replaced him. Well she didnt care to communicate with me about what I wanted as I assumed she knew. Long story short I asked for gel polish, she didnt do that and she did my toes messy. First photo I shared shows my right foot. The big toe isnt fully covered with glitter and the second toe has blue mixed in with the white and not pictured well my second toe on my left foot looks like a very light pink instead of white because she didnt clean off the red and so it mixed in with the white. Second photo my toe closest to my pinky also doesnt have glitter all over it and the same finger I said looks like it has a hint of pink you can clearly see how messy she did it. Anyways, my total was supposed to be $45 but I noticed (I read body language and mannerisms very well) that I didnt even get gel tip right before I paid ( I dont even think they would have admitted to me they messed up if I didnt speak up) so I asked the gentleman if these were gel tip to my surprise he told me the truth and said they werent.(I did appreciate his honesty which is why I still tipped) What was so upsetting is his wife made an angry face and said it was still $45 because I used three different colors and a clear top( which the clear top is included in pedicures at most places) of course I stood my ground and I only ended up having to pay $30 since I didnt get gel nails, on top of that I still tipped 5 bucks because KARMA! I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE and since I live here I will make sure to tell all my friends to NEVER GO HERE. That woman has anger issues and is too rough as well. She shouldnt be running the business and she should let her daughter and husband run it as she is making them look bad.

Michael Wilcheck I made an appointment with her and she talked to me twice confirming. I said I was on the way when I arrived it was closed and I reached out to her numerous times and she ignored all my calls and texts! She never responded so I drove there for nothing and it was insane how unprofessional this all was. She also blocked me from calling the salon after I messaged her saying only that I was disappointed. IDK if its some sort of scam but be weary of this one for sure? I may follow up with better business bureau so they are aware of this situation.

Julie Anderson Had a pedicure and a full set. The lady who did my pedicure was great, very nice and listened to what I wanted. After that, I went to get the full set and I had a guy do that instead. He seemed okay at first, but then kept grabbing my hands as if I wasn’t relaxed enough and acted very frustrated with me. I might be young, but I have bad arthritis in my hands and it wasn’t my fault. He asked me if I was “okay” and I said yes, I’m fine. He kept staring at me and making me feel as though something was wrong with me. I smiled at him a couple of times to lessen the awkwardness, but he then laughed at me under his mask. Very unprofessional!

Loren Niswander Chris is the best. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have really, really short nail beds. Chris was the first professional to actually make a recommendation to successfully grow out my nails . These are my real nails with dip over them. No acrylic . I am so pleased with his professional recommendations . Will definitely be back.

Swan City Tours I recently visited for a pedicure, and while the service itself was average, the overall experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. A little warmth and professionalism would have gone a long way in making me feel more welcome. Unfortunately, I won’t be rushing back.
