Familia Immortal I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, from the camaraderie, the clean and nicely decorated space, the detailed nail work (and eyebrows!), and the expertise of my nail tech; I had one of the best experiences at a nail salon ever. The price point is higher but the quality of work and overall atmosphere are worth it. I look forward to my next appointment!

moriah vega I went in to have my gel removed, but it’s still on my nails after paying $30. While I appreciate that they took me in last minute, I was hoping for better results. I would have liked the gel to be properly removed.

Nierop Samantha (CrokodileGirl) I see Gabby, however, Ive seen all the ladies work first hand. They do an exceptional job. Im 53 and Ive been doing my nails since I was 18. This is the first place that has ever genuinely care about the health and integrity of my nails. For the first the ever they are long and strong! Not to mention beautiful. They are all true artist. I highly, highly recommend. I included pictures of what my nails looked like the first time I went and what they look like today. Those are NOT tips. They are my own nails. Strong and long!

Alysha Kubsh This is the holy grail of manicures. They specialize in russian manicures with Nail Art. I’ve been seeing Sylvia here for a few months now and she always exceeds my expectations. I showed my girlfriends my manicure that had grown out for 2 weeks and they all thought I’d just had them freshly done! Their manicures last 4 weeks without chipping or peeling (I get the GelX Luminary overlay). Attaching photos to this review because Sylvia’s art and attention to detail is so impressive.

Tara Love!!! I will absolutely be back!!! They pay meticulous attention to detail and really take time to make sure you are happy and they do everything right. I had a gel dip manicure, a volcano pedicure, and they shaped my eyebrows!!! With all my heart, I hope their Mothers Day is as magical as theyve made mine!!! ❣️

Jamie McCallum I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The environment was so nice and calm. The prices are very reasonable too. For the pedicures, they have a timer to show they are massaging your legs/feet for whatever you pay for instead of other places where they just do it quick and call it good. The wife of the owner is soooo good at designs too I love it. I also loved when I first walked in there was Christian worship music playing.

Helen also makes great suggestions when choosing colors or when bleaching. She really cares about your hair’s health. This has been my go-to place for highlights! I’ve even colored my hair purple and blue here.

Malorie Young I had my nails done by Wendy for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Her attention to detail is incredible—she took the time to make sure every nail was perfect. The quality of her work is outstanding, and she’s also super efficient without ever making it feel rushed. On top of that, Wendy is so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Caitie C. I have been a customer at Happy Nails for some time now and they always do an exceptional job! I really like how clean and aesthetically pleasing the salon is. I did make an appointment for one lady and someone else did my nails but I didn’t mind, they all do a good job. The salon is really cute, they play Netflix so you’re entertained during the appointments and all the ladies are really nice. It’s always a good experience coming & they do a good job!

Janeen Fasulo 6/1/24 update - I hate having to update reviews, especially after originally leaving such a positive review, but after what I just discovered I cant not update. Ive been coming to Cosmo Nail Bar for about 2.5 months, and I absolutely love Chi and the work she does. Originally I had a set of pink and whites, but when I went this last time on 5/11/24, I got color polish, so I didnt notice the fungus growing under the acrylics. I ended up having to soak off my entire set today because of a couple of my nails started lifting prematurely, and after filing and removing the acrylic I noticed 50% of my thumb nail is green from a fungal growth. As anyone can imagine, Im not terribly happy by this discovery. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original post 3/9/24 - I had a set of pink and whites done at another salon that I absolutely hated, but Chi fixed them completely. Both she and Tony were extremely nice when I set my appointment and at the time of my service, and Chi understood exactly what I wanted. Will absolutely be returning here again! Edit to add: I was talking about my experience with my partner and realized that for the first time in almost 30 years (off and on) of having my nails done, I dont have tender/bleeding spots from the filing. Even if everything else about my experience wasnt amazing, that fact alone would have me returning.

Sierra King I went to Cosmo Nail Bar for the first time after another nail salon nearby completely messed up my nails right before my engagement photos. Chi was so nice and fixed my nails to give me exactly what I had envisioned! I will not go anywhere else! Chi and Tony have great customer service and skill! They are the only ones I trusted to do my nails on my wedding day. They make me feel beautiful everytime!

Michele Sweet I love coming here to get my nails done! I was looking for a mermaid type color for the acrylic nails. Savannah (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong) always does a Beautiful job on my nails. I’m very happy with how they turned out. If you want a clean, family owned business; one that is comfortable and they care about their customers, then this is the place for you. I always share that the fumes of nail salon does not hit you in the face when you walk in. I appreciate that. I can get a manicure and pedicure with a migraine. The owners care about proper ventilation. Check them out!

Caity Fahad I had my nails done here while on vacation, and I must say Emma did my nails better than anyone has in the past at other nail salons. The prices are also amazing for the quality of nails you receive, which are exceptional. Mine were the perfect length and were smoothed off at the edges exceptionally. This nail salon is definitely worth the trip!

Milly Mcclelland They don’t have the worst customers but they definitely don’t have the best. Simply inquiring seems to aggravate them mainly the younger one who is the only one that speaks fluent English which makes things awkward because of her tone and demeanor. They honestly gave me Stereotypical vibes the three times I went to this salon from a pedicure,full set/fill in and a wax but it’s not all of them…the younger one again and it’s a shame location is very convenient BUT I only go when it’s a last resort. Service on a scale one to ten is about a 6/7 not the worst not the best either.

Nancy Velazquez Emma is so nice and I love the way she does my nails. She doesnt hurt me. Ive been cut before with the files at other places. I totally recommend 102 Nails.

Michele Sweet I’ve been coming since they opened. I love how Emma and her husband designed their shop. When you walk in, you are not immersed in the strong fumes like other salons. Because of their great ventilation, I can come knowing a migraine won’t be triggered. They do Beautiful nails. And I recently got a pedicure and they have new chairs. Give them a try!

Andrea Cooper Believe me when I say this place is a 10+, I’ve been having nails, manicures and pedicures for 40 years, Lavang is by far The nicest most relaxed, clean environment that I’ve ever been to! I’ve been Going to Lavang this Year, Many times & the service has never changed. This is not a quick shop. It’s a caring Kind environment. You never feel rushed and you definitely always get your moneys worth. We all know how some of the Nail Salons work to get you in and out, that’s is their main goal for the day! La Vang is not one of those salons and it’s pretty in pink.!! ❤️

Christy Wolf I have been to so many salons in the area trying to find the right one. This is it! Most places are in a hurry to get you out the door and charge an arm and a leg, not this place. The people are so friendly and kind. Their work is top-notch. A lady named Moon does such a great job on my nails. They really take their time with you. I can’t believe how great the prices are too! And OMG their massage chairs are literally the best I’ve ever experienced, it even has arm massagers built into the chair. Not to mention the amazing facials they provide. I 1000% recommend going here. I won’t be going to any other nail salon than this one.

Sara Poole I love them here. It Is my birthday today and since I’m a customer, they texted me with a 10% off for today and tomorrow. Once I got there, I was just gonna do a pedicure and a plain manicure with clear on my nails, and the ladies pampered me and made me feel so special today. Jenny, who works there also had a birthday today, She talked me into not doing clear on my nails because who does clear on their nails on their Birthday. She wasn’t too pushy about it. She just reminded me that I do get to spoil myself a little bit today. They’re really great in there. Their prices are reasonable. They are not pushy, They of course, ask you if you want to upgrade anything but when you say no, they take no for an answer and they do wonderful work. I did just the manicure with a cat eye design. I also did it on my big toe. Thanks ladies. I hope you see this. Believe it was Ginny and Kim who worked on me I think.

Elise Goldstein Lovely salon at corner of Starkey and Ulmerton. Mai gave me a great dip manicure and I enjoyed talking with her about our families. She took extra time to make sure I was happy with the length, color, and shape. Fair prices, very clean and peaceful vibe. Update - two weeks later my nails still look perfect. Couldn’t resist posting an updated picture!

Kimberly Morey If i could give them 0 stars i would went in for a simple basic pedicure and asked for French tip immediately before I sat down I told her please communicate with me Im very picky and she didnt say anything so she went on cleaning my feet and finishing the pedicure then came the time for the paint HORRIBLE took her 3 times of trying to fix my toes after telling her I dont like the line to be to thick or too thin so she after 3 times of trying I said please just get me someone else so here comes the manager started with my left foot everything is good there then my right food is awful the lines are uneven the paint is splurged never will I ever return to this crappy salon.

Trisha Phillips Love my nails! I got them for homecoming and it didn’t take too long. My nail tech was very professional and welcoming. Love the atmosphere as well, everything seems very orderly in the shop which I appreciate. I paid $70 ($84 with tip) which is definitely a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming here again!

Chelsea Ramirez I just got my nails done at Sapphire for the second time and it was just as lovely as the first time! My nail tech was Dalen and she did a fantastic job on my nails! She was very kind and had me laughing the whole time conversing with her. The salon is clean and has a good atmosphere of people along with good price for their quality. Christine Massie I had a fantastic experience at Sapphire Nail Bar! Booking via Facebook Messenger was a breeze. My husband opted for a men’s manicure with paraffin wax and I ended up with a great SNS dip manicure. My sister got a full set of acrylics. We were seated immediately with no wait. My sister’s nail tech even eased the pain of her injured nail. We all chose spooky designs and added a ghost to our nails. The salon was spotless, and the nail techs were friendly and attentive. My husband’s spooky ghost nail art was a bit special as his nail tech perfectly matched his tattoo. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and amazing prices!

Iris Alv Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. The minute I sat down everything was rushed. I asked for a detox pedicure, it’s $34 for a 30-35min pedicure. I didn’t even get 30 mins. It seem like the lady was rushing through the whole thing. I do not recommend this place.

Taylor Balcom Came in at 11:45 and was asked if I had an appointment. There were only two clients there. I did not and asked for dip manicure. She then asked me to wash my hands and sit down. The nail tech came over and I told her I had until 12:45 and if that was enough time, she confirms yes. The nail tech proceeds to take off all my dip polish using a drill. A woman then walks in a says she has an appointment at 12, the lady in the front tells her “10-15 minutes okay instead?” The woman is obviously annoyed but agrees. Then the lady that told us our wait times comes over to me and my nail tech and tells us she has to stop and do the other woman’s nails first… even the nail tech said but I am already taking off her dip polish. I told her I’m not waiting until the other woman is gone and they should have never started on my nails if they didn’t have enough time. Never in my life have I seen someone’s service be stopped in the middle because they were so unprofessional and forgot they had an appointment coming.

Yuliana Krecklau I came in and did a walk in acrylic fill! MyMy did my nails and did a wonderful job! She did a beautiful design. The inside is cute, clean and calming environment. The ladies are so very sweet and funny. I’ll be coming back :)

Lindsay McWilliams This is my second time coming to this salon and I’ve been impressed both times. I have worked with Kim and she’s super sweet. She takes her time.She makes sure I like the shape, color and length constantly which I appreciate. She even fills all my requests like making sure the color is thick enough so I don’t see my nail underneath. The salon has a nice quiet vibe which I really like. I’d highly recommend this nail salon. I didnt have other services done, but they do permanent makeup, eyebrows, eye lashes, etc. It really is a full service spa. Very clean and comfortable. They have tons of colors in dip, gel and regular polish. I dont live in town, but I will for sure visit them again when I am back. Highly recommend! A year later.. Still my favorite nail salon!! Im from St Louis, but every time Im in Florida I pop in to get my nails done by Amy and Mike!! They are the sweetest and do am amazing job. Krystina I stopped in here after I got my hair done because I noticed they had really good reviews! Well the reviews dont lie. My nail tech was very thorough and detailed. He even corrected a nail that I pointed out I didnt like! The salon is clean, my nails came out perfect and they are very reasonably priced.

Heather S Absolutely love the people and quality of service here! The brighter pink ones were gel (1st time there) and the peachish-pink ones are gel dip (current nails). The gel lasted me WAY longer than the ones I had gotten done previously elsewhere (just moved here). Im sure these gel dips will last just as well. Friendly staff, Beautiful nails!

Caitie Rose I had been going here for about a 10 months and about 8 months ago one of the men working here cut part of my actual mail out and left my nail bed exposed and then put acrylic over it. Two months later and I have a bacterial infection under my nail that sent me to the ER. I wound never EVER recommend this place to anyone after what I’ve been through. I wish I could insert a picture of how bad it is but please trust me when I say that it’s been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. (Update: figured out how to add photos)

Hensley Dina (Dhteachus) Admired Nails is a fantastic nail salon. They are open on Sundays which for me is perfect, and you can even book appointments online using Booksy. You feel at home here as the staff is friendly but also so talented! Yuna always does an amazing job on my nails, including designs. Lena is also a great technician and has done my pedicures recently. Discounts if you pay with cash! This is my go to place from now on.

My pedicurist showed me several versions of my color choice and put each color on my toe nails to help me select a color. The extra attention and effort was helpful and most appreciated. Highly recommend this salon.

Abbey Duncan I asked for short nails and the first nail was cut past the nail bed. When I asked her to be careful and go less short she did, but still got to the nailbed on 2 other nails. Some of what you see is polish, most is blood. At the end when touching them up, she put remover directly to the nailbed instead of asking if id prefer to let the excess come off over time. I assume this is a one time thing and a worst case scenario- she clearly felt bad, but I am still bleeding and this is one of the sloppiest jobs I have ever received (nailbed aside- the finish is lumpy). Looking at other reviews, it seems like they do good work, but be careful with the word “short” because it doesnt mean what you think it does.

Holly Reigle Walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. Visiting Largo and needed a pedicure. Amazing job!! Very clean place & friendly staff. Will definitely go back when we are in FL.

Maida Miramontes I asked for coffin nails with a natural flower design. She gave me the ugliest nails, curved NOT coffin and put the flowers where I specifically said not to. I paid and left. These are the most hideous replaced nails Ive ever had. She left my finger full of acrilc. Nails are bumpy and not at all like the one I have from a salon in NM. Picture of my nails before. Sabrina Nemec I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. Cindy and Kevin are great people that work very hard but things have changed since they merged business with Cindy’s brother and his wife. I like the way things were better before the merge. Yesterday a pregnant woman in a black and red flannel shirt did my fill-in and she was very rough with my hands and when I told her she was hurting me she blamed it on the position of my hand. She then manipulated my hand in the position she wanted it in and continued to hurt me. I told her again that she was hurting me and she responded with a rude attitude. I hate to go somewhere else because I’ve been going there so long but it may be time to move to a new nail salon. So bummed and hope they go back in business with themselves again one day.

Morgan Ling After getting a terrible full set (french) from another salon, I walked in & was assured they would help me. I waited maybe 30 minutes on a busy Saturday & then had my acrylic fill done in 20 minutes! Looking so good! Wonderful staff & service, 11/10.

Maria Alampi I’ve been going to this salon for 7 years once I moved to Florida. There are salons closer to my current residence but I still prefer to make the 20 minute drive to come here. I never make an appointment because I have a stutter and the phone gives me trouble. Therefore I’m always a walk-in. I usually come at a down time but if they’re too busy they’re honest and ask if I can come back later or the next day. I had severe eczema in 2019-2021 and had trouble with a specific finger B made sure to treat with care. Two sisters own this store and they always welcome me and my mother (she also uses this salon) happily and ask how she is. I just appreciate them and love their services. You can tell they work hard.

Nyesha Harden I wouldn’t Let This Place Polish My Dogs Nails! I would not recommend this place due to their horrible customer Service and the horrible job they did on my nails. I explained to the lady that I didn’t like my nails prior to getting up and she refused to fix them. I came in three time and they offered me a refund but still charged my card! Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money Going Here.My Nails We’re Still Wet and Has Chips. Never Again!

Cindy 10.22.2024: I started noticing my nails were lifting which is not good anytime but worse when you live in FL., because of the potential to get mold. When I said something to Angel, she told me not to worry, she would fix. It remained a problem until August 2024 when I showed up the doors were locked. I have checked back several times but the store remains closed and I have found an amazing new salon. What a wonderful place to get my nails done. Angel did an amazing job cleaning up my nails done at a different salon and Kim did the best pedicure I have had since moving to Florida 12 years ago. Highly recommended! I have found a great salon with wonderful people.

Donna Pitts I’ve been twice. Had 2 different people, a guy and a gal. Both did excellent jobs. The first before St Pats day lasted hard and strong no chips or breaks until 4/10 with decorations. Lovely. Hopefully the summer orange will last as long. I want to thank them for being so patient with me. Soshia Hayes I went here to get pedicure and a full set, everything looked great. Nails held up to my work. Went back to get a full two weeks later and the lady and guy switched places back and forth doing my fill. It was $45 for only pink fill (no white) which I think is kind of high. The guy painted one coat of clear coat and didn’t touch the ends of the nails. It seemed he was rushed to get back to his video game on the computer. I asked him to apply clear coat to the ends of the tips, he did so. Three days later, the coating started coming off. It has not even been two weeks and they look horrible! I don’t believe I will be returning here. Such a shame.

Joe Nadock I had a pedicure scheduled 2/1 with Stephanie, she called in sick. They didnt tell me this until I walked in the door. They asked if I would like someone else, Im going on a cruise tomorrow, so yes. The tech that did my pedicure was awfull! She thought she was digging for gold. My toes actually hurt after she finished. She put 100% hot water on my foot as I nearly jumped out of the chair. As I watched her working on my foot she was looking around the shop as she scraping my cuticles. Also my nails are jagged, she never filed them.

B S Edit: Took 1 star off because the last 3 visits Ive had, Ive specifically asked to have my cuticles pushed back and cut with cuticle clippers. The tech agreed when asked, but did not push the cuticle back at all and trimmed it by using a the drill on top of my cuticles which is not effective or comfortable. When the cuticle isnt pushed back it leaves a very crooked and uneven look at the base of the nail. This is disappointing as my cuticles grow abundantly and irritate me greatly. I dont think I should feel like I have to cut my own cuticles the same day I leave the salon when I pay a good amount for my services. This has become my families new favorite salon. Ive been coming here for almost a year and brought my mother and teenage daughter a few times as well. Ive never had to wait past my appointment time and am always welcomed as a walk-in. Weve had a few different technicians and the best is definitely Kong. He is very honest and communicative during the whole process. If he cant match my inspo pic or polish color exactly, hell talk with me about how to get something similar and go over different options. I almost always end up liking his ideas more than the original. My husband is usually with me also and they are very kind and welcoming to him as well.

Melly P. My sister recommended me this place after getting her nails done here- I loved the way they came out so I decided to give it a try. I’m not one to get my nails done so I’m not really familiar with all the different styles and shape and whatnot- I made this known to my nail tech from the very beginning hoping that they’d sort of guide me.. however, I think there was a bit of miscommunication here. Mai did a pedicure and manicure, as well as gel extensions. She was amazing with the pedicure- great with the massage as well as the application of gel on my toe nails! However, the manicure, not so much. I requested my nails be not too thick and long, but she kept insisting that the length was okay and reassured me that she would file and shape them. She said that my choice of color would not look good and insisted on using one of her choosing. She kept going and assured me that it would look good at the end. Almost time for my top coat and the manager informed her that she had another client- she began rushing and eventually gave the job off to another tech who just dabbed two coats of clear gel and sent me on my way… no cleaning up of my cuticles from left over gel, no cuticle oil, didn’t even ask if the nails were okay. She walked me to the register and me- being riddled with social anxiety- didn’t have the nerve to speak up. I paid and left- as soon as I stepped foot into the daylight, I looked down and realized just how much I hated the nails. I drove home and I was devastated, I truly hated the way they looked and I felt so disappointed that I didn’t speak up. I called my sister and she was also upset (since she recommended the place) so she called them and asked if it was possible to go in for a redo. Thankfully, the manager said to come in and he’d take a look at it. When I returned, he placed me with a new nail tech Stephanie. She was amazing !!! Took the time to ask what it was that I was looking for, and even offered her own recommendations (but didn’t force them on me). She took her time to correct all the things I hated with my nails and in the end, I left a happy customer. I was extremely pleased with how gentle Stephanie was, and I will most definitely be returning as her customer. Overall, I’m pleased with how the manager worked with me to correct what I was unhappy about. TLDR; I loved my pedicure and hated my manicure (with gel x)- called and manager said they’ll redo free of charge. I left the second time loving the way both my hands and feet looked.

Emerald Gilbert My mother booked a party here for everyone to get pedicures and nails. I could tell it was a little overwhelming because they removed me from my pedicure chair while I was already in water, to start on my nails instead of keeping me with the party. Well while everyone else in the party was being served, I was sitting in a nail chair- waiting, like I wasn’t even a part of the party. He comes back and apologizes and brings me a champagne flute. It was fine because like I stated, I’m not bougie…until my nails were crooked and all different shapes. I pointed out my concern, he said it’s just a rough shape and would get better…it didn’t: and he attempted to fix it.. it wasn’t fixing. He offered to mix more acrylic to even my nail out, at which point I told him don’t worry about it, just file it to a different shape and make it look intentionally done to be different.. he did. So now I have a square nail a round nail and a coffin style nail… anyway I would have never posted a bad review until I saw that he CHARGED me 5$ to change the shape of the nail- when it had to be changed to fix HIS mistake. I would have left one star but the girl that did my pedicure was amazing and my toes look great. So she by herself deserves 5 stars. I think her name was Cindy. Overall my nails do not look great at all. My toes look phenomenal. Maybe a great place for a pedicure but not a full set. Photos taken right after leaving the salon same day.

Jj K The girls in here are great and very friendly. They take great care to make sure things are perfect. I find them very affordable as well compared to other places at the Largo mall! They did a fantastic job on my daughters nails... they always do when I take her in there to treat her. This is technically VO nail salon next to Aldis off of Missouri.

average_dj Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any salon. Have been getting my nails professionally done for years and this place was not it. What I asked for and got are two completely different things as far as cleanliness and following the design goes. I work 13/14 days every two weeks and this is supposed to be enjoyable experience which it was far from. Blaming my skin for being thin instead of changing how aggressive one was getting against it. Told me send picture of what I wanted then proceeded to mess up and rush everything. I am not a picky person and have never left a bad review this is unacceptable for the price asked and time one took to treat themselves. None of the lines even reach the end of the nails. Flowers are see through and uneven when compared. Stones and color of red is wrong which was expressed and unchanged. Not worth the price for hands and toes. All three women worked on me and the only good one did my foot message. Last one didn’t even paint them right

There are plenty of gel polish colors to choose from and she always gets the shape and length perfect, even taking care to mend and strengthen my thin nails when they break. Theres typically only one technician there at a time, so appointments are recommended, but Ive walked in without an appointment multiple times without a problem.

Cintbay I have been there twice for a pedicure. The first time was great the second time not great. I had Tommy. He massaged my legs and all it did was burn. I wasnt aware that I had an ingrown toenail, he was digging it out before he even told me. I told him I wanted my nails short, I came home there was a lot still that could have been taken off. Lori Pfender I’m very disappointed in Julie’s. I’ve been going there on and off for years and my last experience was not good. I asked the technician not to cut the sides of my nails and she kept arguing with me that it’s better. It doesn’t matter I asked you not to! The color I picked was so old she kept putting thinner in like 3 times but it still was going on like mud. She say she would do them again but I don’t have time for that it was almost 6:30. Jaylah Harris Can’t even do a simple line on my nail, It came out crooked. Barely added any nail polish and added to much acrylic. When the older man glued my nail down it was to side. When he was doing my nail he stop doing them to answer a phone call. It took about 3 hours and the nails didn’t turn out the best. I had to pay $60 for these nails. I do not recommend going here

Jean I won’t be back to this place for various reasons. There’s only two people working (I see this becoming a problem when there’s people waiting and the tech rushing through their work). The place was empty on a Saturday and just when I was leaving, after being there for almost 3 hours, a person came in complaining because her nails were not done right. The A/C would not turn on often, so the place was hot. Was not offered a chair massage. The woman did a good job with my gel pedicure, but she made my toes hurt at times while using the cuticle pusher. Then the guy did my acrylic nails and this morning I saw bubbles on 5 nails plus the acrylic powder was not all the way to end on some of the edges of my nails. And this morning I can see the red and hurts a bit on the cuticle area of some of my fingers and that is due to the nail drill he used and how he used it since I had to pull my fingers a couple of times because of the sting.

Samantha This place is amazing! I normally can’t keep nails on for more than a week, and I got my nails done on October 25, and they are still absolutely perfect today. They have grown out a bit, but they are not budging off of my fingers that is amazing.!!! The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and I will be back for sure. Thank you! Please note, the photo included is my nails three weeks after getting them done so yes, there is growth…. But overall Amazing!!!

Jen My daughter got her nails done yesterday. Weve been going for many years off and on. And for the last year decided VO was our place. She called and made an appointment asking for acrylic overlay with nail art. The gentleman said yes. The gentleman that wears a hat (owner I think) did them. He put regular polish on her nails THEN put them under the UV light! She did not get gel!! Then he could not even do a star. She came got in the car and noticed how bad they were. They are really bad. Ive never seen anything like them. She paid full price AND tipped 18%. This is not ok. We reached out to them and NOTHING!! No response, no apology. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

lariah Cecilia Recently I decided to start coming back to this nail salon, my first visit was amazing and my nails look great. My second visit, the service was awful. The man upfront had an attitude, while I looking at the colors he told me to come over and he’ll bring the colors to me. He grabbed two random books slammed them on the table, while the books were still sitting on the table I didn’t have a chance to move them he tugged on my hand and decided to begin. I asked for a chrome nail they told me it would be $62 and I told them “no I’ll just get the same thing I had before”. The man up front who did my nails kept pushing the chrome nails and was insisting he’d lower the price for only a few dollars. Once again I told him “no I just want the pink”. He cut my nails extremely short and didn’t ask what length I wanted them, he started applying white acrylic after I told him again that i wanted pink. He barely filed my nails, my nails were all different lengths and sizes and just overall sloppy. Once he “finished” he took out the chrome after I told him multiple times I wanted PINK, then he claimed that I told him that I wanted chrome. His partner next to him decided to jump in who also claimed that I told him I wanted chrome. Throughout the service he kept tugging on my hands and was tossing my hands around. Once he noticed they were super short he kept filing and at this point was honestly filing my skin. The following day I called and told them exactly happened, a lady answered the phone and as I was explaining she cut me off and said this “ you talking too much, just come in and we will redo.” I asked her if I had to pay again and said “duh we don’t do services for free”. I spent $50 for these chrome nails that I didn’t want and now they are wanting me to spend more money. Side note: this past year I went to nail school and although I am no professional I know the process of acrylic nails. This place looks nice but is extremely dirty. The drill bits are old and so are the files. Once he finished you are usually are suppose to wash your hands to remove any dust, instead he used a cold rag and wiped my nails off. He left my nails unfinished and did a terrible job at blending the nail in with my cuticle. I also should mention, that another lady was next to me getting her nails done and I complemented her nails. The man doing mine became extremely pushy and kept telling me to come back and get my nails done after his work was awful. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Franceen Gonzales Ive been coming to VO Nails for years and have always received great service. Recently I saw Ha and she did a great job. My gel did not chip or lift even after 3 weeks. Her massage during a pedicure was amazing Last time I saw Jenny and she paid attention to every detail often going back to make sure the finish was perfect. I had weeks of business trips and did hurricane cleanup working with my hands and my gel manicure still lasted a month! Yes it was grown out but never lifted. I like how they take care of the details and provide a service that exceeds the price.

Jay Weaver My wife wanted a pedicure before our cruise and we just happened upon this place while looking for another place. We walked in just before 10am. And they were not busy. But by 10:20 there was a 20 minute wait. She said this was the best pedicure she has ever had, Kelly was the technician. She said the price was great. They gave her fast service and the massage chairs were excellent. I counted 11 technicians working on people.

Tina I have been coming here every 3 weeks for a couple years now. They are great! If you want to sit and have a conversation with them they will or you can just chill and people watch. I use to come in and just take whoever was available at the time, but the service does vary from person to person. I now always call in and make an appointment. Ive had different people do my eyebrows but Michelle is the best, doesnt hurt at all! If you get a pedicure, definitely get #2 the $25 one. You get additional scrubs and the hot stone massage is amazing. Ive almost fallen asleep a couple of times. And throughout my time coming here, Ive seen many improvements. Also if you get your nails done and they chip within 2 weeks they will repair it for free.

Gabby D This is my go-to place to get my nails done. I always get dip nails with a chrome finish and love it every time and when I get a pedicure I get gel because it lasts a while. This is my favorite nail place in Largo.

lex If you’re looking for a choppy line and little design experience, this place is for you! The hearts were barely visible, lines sloppy, and hair was in the nails. We had to return to have the bigger hair pieces removed but there are still fragments. Save your money and find a nail tech who will take the time to care.

Lis C Today was the first time getting my nails done there. I appreciate the nail techs patience and being nice because I have issues relaxing my hands as I have general anxiety. She did do a good job on my nails too. However I do want to say; I could tell they were shocked by my choice of how I wanted my nails. I asked for two short nails and the rest long. I appreciate that they didnt try to change my mind. I just wish the techs that were watching would have asked why I got my nails the way I did instead of talking about them and staring. I wouldnt have been offended. To add- Its not that they were all talking to each other. I was taken care of and it wasnt busy. I love when co workers get along enough to where they can have a good time at work. (I have seen the low reviews a little late but I will keep them in mind if I return after seeing how this set goes.)

He never holds my hands together when he cuts them and just eyeballs it. I was just putting each nail on both hands to see how close they were I dont really care was just bored, but no joke they couldnt be more perfect it he had a level to set on top lol. Diamond Very POOR customer service. She was supposed to do my nails my niece nails and my eyelashes. After doing my niece nails she ran over to the customer waiting and started doing her nails. I said you forgot about my lashes… SHE stated NO because she’s been waiting…. I’m black the waiting customer was Caucasian Highly Don’t recommend and she rushed my nail job ….. very poor place poorest customer service every I see why no one really goes there

Jermaine Beadle I will never come back to this salon the man who did my nails rushed thro it my nails are not the same length and the nail art is two different sizes my daughter n niece got their toes done and it was all different lengths and messed up my youngest daughter got her nails painted and they messed that all up the photo on the left is the way my nails r supposed to be n the one on the right is how the man did them I told him multiple time to take his time n make sure they were correct n even he did not listen

I went to get tobacco at the store next door a week later, 6/15/2024 & the blinds were closed and so was Shiny Nails. There wasnt a sign posted saying they were closed just a locked door.

Elizabeth Bazan Im a mom of a one year and my husband works so hard for me to treat myself. So I came to this nail salon and first off they were soo nice but the lady that did my nails didnt even cut my nails correctly it hurt a little and it was dirty. So I went home and the next day the Gel I paid for came of three of my toes then I called and they re did it. And I told her to re paint all them again but she didnt then I came and another nail of paint came off. Im just not going back a third time with a one year old! This place is not the place to get your nails done unless you want them to last a day its your place! This is the first time I ever wrote a review for nails.

Amy Robarge Lori did an amazing manicure and pedicure for me today! She suggested a natural color for my manicure and I absolutely love it! The prices are very reasonable, so please support this small business. They will pamper you!

Marie-Elise Barton Absolutely the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Zero effort went into it. No massage, just half hearted rubbing. No scrubbing or callous care. Uneven trim. Even my nail beds were unkempt afterwards. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. I dont recommend this business. Warning: the people there will make every effort to make you pay by cash and not card: the nail tech who did my "pedicure" had the audacity to look into my wallet as I was paying and point out that I had enough cash to pay for the service and give her a tip as well! I opted to use my card anyway. I wont be returning. Total cost of this lesson was $24 wasted.

Grace Whitmore Literally horrific never go here. All I needed was a polish change & 1 repair & first of all it took her 25 minutes just to drill off my gel polish????????? This is a 5 minute job. Then when I asked her to thin out the nail she repaired she said no and told me I’m wrong. Then painted them absolutely horribly and completely ruined the shape & everything else and then proceeded to comment “see this is how professionals do it but you don’t know you’re not from here”
