Nicole I had a horrible experience, and had to return home only to completely redo my nails myself. I went in for a simple acrylic set, and it turned into a nightmare. The technician seemed completely inexperienced, leaving my nails uneven, poorly shaped, thick, gel polish left on my skin and glue stuck under my nails. The final result looked nothing like what I had requested. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and service.. I wouldn’t recommend.

barb I had Ann fix a set of acrylic nails that just didnt look good. She did an exceptional job! They look AMAZING! AND she took the time to explain what is healthiest for my nails and how to properly take care of them. I highly recommend her!!

Harley Christensen Linda is the best! We had great conversation and she took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. I got an acrylic fill, gel polish, it was $65. I wish I lived near by to keep coming to her.

She takes her time makes sure my nails are spot on to the picture I show her and is always super friendly when I come. I never feel like Ive paid to much for the service provided. Sarah Bailey Best place to get your nails done in Vero by far! The nails techs are skilled, well trained, thoughtful, and great to talk to while you’re in their chair. I get my builder gel done every two weeks with Maribel. She’s amazing at what she does and so sweet. Most places around here only do gel or dip. I’m so happy I found a place with real nail techs that stay up to date with current trends (chrome, cat eye, elaborate nail designs) and with their offerings. If you’ve been doing gel or dip for years and want more on trend, healthy nails, you need to go to Jessyca’s and try builder gel. You won’t be disappointed.

Freely Roaming-About Maribel was amazing. I have finally found the nail technician I’ve been looking for for years! She is not only sweet but, listened to exactly what I wanted and her nail art is on point. She took her time, massage was great. Such a clean relaxing spa. No extra noise or distracting talking to the other techs. So relaxing and a fabulous job! Definitely will be a regular.

Kathie Birk This salon is very clean and everyone there is outstanding. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Side note: the salon was the only with power after Hurricane Milton and they let the barbers from Kutz come in and use an area so they can work while waiting for electricity. These are wonderful people!!!!

Nancy Rojas Horrible experience. Came to this location while visiting the area. The person who did my nails was nice. However, he did not take this time to acknowledge how bad of a job he did on my nails. The nail polish he used was totally out dated and should not have been used to begin with. When calling this location to advise them of the issue they Proceeded to give me reasons as to how it would be my fault like having oil on my nails or my drying time was off. Since Apparently, I was the one doing my own nails and not paying for a service to do so. Instead of correcting the issue, knowing that I am not within the area, proceeded to let me know her policy and how it doesn’t cover this type of work. I would Highly suggest not visiting this location if you do not want your nails to look like a 4 year old painted it. When I asked if I could come in on another date so they could Credit me for this nail set she stated that I would have to come in within this week, knowing that I live three hours away. Instead of simply working with me on my next visit. Again, do not visit this location they used outdated products that would be thrown away and not completely unprofessional.

Jenni Sweeney Came here because of the great reviews, this was my first time here. I had 2 visits. My first visit was not so great. Everyone was really nice and friendly, but I felt the quality was lacking. I came in with a design that I thought was fairly simple. (I’ll include a picture) We ended up making compromises, nothing major, because certain aspects would be too difficult to recreate. The woman doing my nails was very friendly and I could tell she was trying very hard, unfortunately her effort didn’t translate well to the end result for multiple reasons. The length of my nails on one hand did not match the corresponding other. There were spots where the gel polish had pooled on certain fingers, on my thumbs it actually pooled over the edge. She picked off the part that pooled on one thumb which left a big chunk missing that she didn’t fill in. On the other thumb, when she picked it off, it took some color with it and she was going to leave it like that until I asked her to fill it in. I don’t feel the lettering was done very well and the top coat didn’t cover the full nail on almost every single nail. My biggest complaint though, was that she filed in the sides of my nail so far it actually filed my nail off of my nail bed. She would also use her fingernail to separate my nail away from my finger but did it so strongly that it peeled my nail off of my nail bed. It was so bad on my left thumb that it was bleeding. My thumb felt raw. I ended up gathering the courage to call them the next day to share my dissatisfaction which is not something I do often. I typically shy away from any type of confrontation because it’s just so uncomfortable. I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix it instead of just leaving a bad review. After all, sometimes people just have off days and I wanted to be understanding. So I called, but wasn’t able to finish describing what was wrong before the girl interrupted me with “so what do you want to do about it?” Which really threw me off guard because wouldn’t you want to know what went wrong so you can avoid it in the future and improve? They didn’t apologize either, not even for making my thumb bleed. They didn’t offer to fix it, I had to ask them to which they agreed. When I came back in I could definitely tell they weren’t thrilled about me coming back but they were still nice. They redid my nails and this time paid a lot of attention to detail which I appreciated. The girl that redid them asked if I was happy this time around and I was. I just felt like they could’ve at least been apologetic about the first time around instead of making me feel like I was being nit-picky about a service I paid for. Nothing that’s done by hand will ever be perfect and I understand that. But there is a level of quality you expect when you go to a salon. Overall I’m happy with the end result, I’m happy they were able to fix it for me, and will probably be coming back if the environment is still welcoming.

Marjorie D Family owned salon. Super friendly, & clean salon. Received gel pedi & acrylic mani: $120 Took 2 hrs and a half to get both done. (Walk in) Pedi: pinky nail was thick on one side causing a thick bump, nail polish marks (wasn’t cleaned off) Mani: Filing of nails was a bit too hard for me . Was not told to wash my hands after filing which caused many textured bumps in polish.

Eve Greiner I had heard that this was the place to go for better pedicures. Beautiful ambience! I ordered the delux package which included an exfoliating and deep moisturizing treatment, as well as a hot stone and foot message. These were all wonderful. The message chairs are new and state of the art. I took off one star because the prices listed on right at the checkout counter were not what they actually charge. Every service is at least $15 higher.

Ingrid Young I dont usually spend money on manicures or pedicures. But then I was going for a job interview and decided to splurge on a pedicure and dip for my nails. I chose Q-Nails because they had good reviews and were close to home. The first thing to know is that they are not a walk-in salon and while it felt inconvenient in the moment, when I arrived for my appointment, it quickly became clear why this is so. Q-Nails is a top-notch salon; they dont rush their clients through appointment and each client gets quality service. Tyler gave me a great pedicure and did an outstanding job on my nails. I look forward to going back again and again.

M Z It’s been 5 days since I went to this nail salon and my nails are still in a lot of pain. The 2nd nail tech I had aggressively filed my nails to the point the skin around the nail filed became raw and bled. It continues to cause pain to touch. Manicure was rushed and sloppy. Very disatisifed with my nails and the polish that’s already chipping off. I paid, even tipped them and left. Lee mentioned they would take better care of me next time. Sadly, I will NOT be back.

Skylar Lucas If I could leave zero stars I would. My mom decided to treat herself to a fresh set today and was close to Lychee Nail Spa so it made sense for her to stop. She went in and asked if they could do a french ombre with a tapered shape. They gladly told her it was something they could do. She was rushed to a chair where they first drilled her previous gel off and put her in foils to soak off the rest. She was then moved to someone else who drilled off the rest. This lady, not sure of her name, put the tips on which did not fully fit her nails and proceeded to use dip without asking my mothers preference. The ombre was not the issue, however the dip application was thick and messy. My mom noticed a couple issues but she is not one to complain, so she decided to trust the process. After this they charged her $75 which she proceeded to tip $15 on top of and left the store. She then took a closer look at her nails and realized the extent of how horrible they looked. Not wanting to have wasted $90, my mom went back in and simply asked that her nails be fixed no mention of wanting her money back. She was then sat with the supposed owners daughter, Tina, who filled the nails put on a fresh top coat and called them fixed. They still were not. My mom then walked out of the store again and still unhappy called the store. Not wanting to create a scene inside the store my mom politely asked Tina to come outside and look at her nails. Tina responded that she was with a client and was unable to come outside. 20 minutes later my mom received a call from Tina asking her to come inside. My mom proceeded to enter the store for the third time and be sat with the "owner" Lilly. She asked my mom if she was happy with her nails which my mom replied with no and attempted to show her why she was unhappy. Instead of listening to my mom, she decided to grab her hand ask yet again if she was happy which my mom again said no and began cutting her nails off. She stated that she would be returning my moms money so she could get her nails done somewhere else. To which my mom responded politely "Youre really going to let me leave your salon like this?" She responded with yes and proceeded to butcher my moms nails cutting off her real nails as well. Then when they "returned" her money, they asked her to walk to the front of the store to be visible by the cameras and attempted to keep the $15 tip she had left. Again politely she asked for the missing $15 back to which the owner sighed and said something along the lines of you must really need it more than me. My mom walked out unhappy, crying and defeated when all she wanted was to treat herself to something nice. This business needs a reality check, there are countless other reviews with practically the same complaints. Unfortunately my mom didnt read these before going here. The issue was never the money, it was the principle. No one deserves to ever be treated this way, they could have at least filed my moms nails but the decency for that just wasnt there. Overall just an unfortunate and upsetting experience.

I have had the same guy do my nails w some help of the gorgeous ladies at times since coming here. And I LOVE him. Every time I come here I have not walked out disappointed. I Just went there yesterday and it was such a great way for me to end my day. My main guy and the girl that helped me were just great ❤️ The first day I came in I felt welcomed. The main girl informed my sister in law and I of spots where we could go for date night. And we tried a spot she had recommended and had a blast. PLEASE COME HERE. it only took me 5 YEARS to find an amazing nail salon. Just got white nails and they are just gorgeous. Ive been growing out my nails since I started coming here and they have been maintained wonderfully.

Liz Cohen Lilly is the best! So professional and so quick. I am leaving 1 star review because Tina, who claimed to be the owner, is very rude and should learn more about customer service. Every time I come they charge me different prices. Between 80-105 dollars. Today I decided to ask about it, and get a decent answer. Tina decided to jump into the conversation with the wrong attitude that Ive ever seen from a business owner or from anyone who is giving service and told me to "pay and leave the place". I wouldnt mind to pay the price, since Lilly really did an amazing job. But I would never support this place ever again. Not me or my friend that used to come here because I referred them before. If youre not an Asian, dont expect to feel welcome here!

rolando acevedo My girlfriend was complaining her feet really hurt after going to Universal Studios last Thursday, so when we were visiting family in the area, I booked her a spa pedicure here and she loved it! Per my girlfriend, she was given a calf massage, foot massage, sugar scrub, and foot mask, the works as well as some nail work and cleanup. They let me sit on the empty pedicure chair next to her and use the back massager feature since my neck and back was hurting as well. All in all, it was a relaxing experience. Friendly inviting atmosphere and sparkling clean shop. Would come back next time Im down here.

Erika Siwicki I would give them 0 stars if I could. Went here around the end of May or the beginning of June. I saw the reviews and assumed it would be great place since I was going to NY for the summer. I told the lady I gel pedicure and acrylic set. I spend 45 minutes on the chair. I was on my phone but realized by the time she was on my second foot she never had the gel machine on my feet to cure the polish. Well she had to take it all of repaint them again. Okay no biggie. I get my nails done I wasnt entirely happy but they were doable. I go to NY the next day and by day 3 of having the nails a few started breaking in half. I spent almost 120 in the place and I was very annoyed I called the place they even made me send them pictures. Tell me they cannot give me a refund but I can come back and they will do my nails. The lady I spoke w was rude , its like NOBODY wanted to take accountability for their own messed up work. Even when picture proof. I really just wanted my money back. So they basically ripped me off of 145 dollar w tip included. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Dont trust all the reviews you see on here.

Laura Awesome place! Not overcrowded and easy to park. The people that work here are wonderful. Honestly, the best pedicure I’ve had. Hoa - (Kim) was outstanding. She was the first one that followed my request. I like my nails short and round. I have requested multiple times and for some reason they the practitioners don’t cut them short enough. I live in California, but came here on a family emergency the first time and never thought I could come for a second visit but here I am! Communication is easy. I selected the deluxe pedicure both times. I was talking to another customer today. from Sebastian. This was her first time. She said she was super impressed as well and despite the distance, she will continue to return. she commented how quiet and peaceful it was here. I also brought someone with me that loved this place as well. What I found interesting was the amount of younger males, some with girlfriends that we’re getting pedicures as well.

Heather I paid $46 for a “Deluxe” pedicure. There was nothing deluxe about it. It was a sub par pedicure that didn’t even last an hour. My polish job is terrible, it’s all over the skin around the nail. The people that are giving this shop 5 star reviews have never had a quality pedicure before. I have, that’s why I will not be returning. Also, I want my $46 back!

Rabia Toor Went here for the first time- I just left and Im so disappointed. The pedicure was okay. I wanted an Acrylic manicure and it was horrible. I had to keep asking the nail tech for almond nails and even showed a picture. The shape of the nails is horrible and I ended up getting cut in multiple places, and the nail polish application was extremely uneven. I also wanted chrome powder on top but they told me to come back on Monday to do that... two days from now. Im very disappointed and these were supposed to my birthday nails.

Melissa Lori was my nail tech for a pedicure. She was absolutely amazing. From the phone call in to schedule, the greeting when we arrived to the service itself. She by far gave the best massage I have ever gotten at a salon. Willie did my friends pedicure and he too was absolutely amazing! He was very funny and witty with great service. We had the best time here and the quality far exceeds the price! Very affordable and just amazing! We can not wait to return. Definitely would recommend to all!

Toni Kouns I have found that Ruby goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the results. I had an injury on my big toe that made it almost black underneath the nail. I stated how I usually like the French pedicure but knew it would be impossible to cover the injured toe so I told her I would do a solid color that was darker. She informed me that she could cover up the darkness under my toenail while still doing a French pedicure. I doubted it was possible and to my amazement, she did it. It took several coats of a very light pink but she didnt seem to mind and my toes looked fantastic when she finished.

Lakeshia Henderson I went in a week ago my very first time. The staff was really nice. The my nail tech name tag said Derrick. I went in a fill on already nicely shaped nails. My nails had humps/lumps from uneven acrylic. After 4 days the GELLLL polish began chipping.( what’s the point in spending more money for gel) Go somewhere else. The techs are not skilled. The products are cheap.

Debra Kearns Was leaving for vacation and neglected to make an appt anywhere so landed at this place on Wednesday afternoon, 5/22 for a gel mani/pedi. What a huge mistake. Definitely felt male tech didn’t really know what he was doing but it wasn’t evident how bad it was until the next day and by then I was on a plane! Chipped nails, loose skin on the bottom of my feet-just disgusting. Pics speak for themselves! Had to get everything redone at the resort I am visiting at quite the hefty price so thanks for that Tiffany! Forwarded 2 emails and a text over last few days directly to a person I assume is the owner(nancyss06@yahoo) demanding some accountability and have heard nothing. So here we are. Do yourself a favor and bypass this sub-par salon.

Frances Kenny Place was super busy today for a walk in but worth the wait. Staff was fantastic. Excellent pedicure, great atmosphere with relaxing music on their TV and high quality massage chairs.

Briana Lambert I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure on a Thursday evening here. The older gentleman did my nails. I had the “healthy nails” along with the dip powder. He did the whole service during my pedicure, which I don’t mind because it’s time saving on my end as well. Unfortunately, he never even touch my cuticles at all or filed my nail to make sure the polish sticks. Also, when he put on my top coat he didn’t even do it neatly he just brushed it around my finger nails like he was in a relay race (I’m not even joking). He was done with my nails with in 10-15 mins. Usually I wouldn’t mind it being faster, but he didn’t take any of the proper steps. I informed him I had a wedding that weekend and flying up north and since it’s the weekend before Christmas I would like them to last. He stated to do the dip powder that would last longer. When I was “finished” my nails already looked grown out since he didn’t do anything around my cuticle. When Monday can around on our flight back home my 1 nail was already falling apart. I went back Tuesday when a lady did fix that nail (which was good). On Wednesday when I woke up 4 more nails were chipping and falling apart. I didn’t even have these nails for a week and they look like I’ve had them for a month. This is the first time I have ever left a review on anything, but when you pay $95 for this service $125 with tip and it doesn’t even last a week, I feel like people should know. These photos are my nails now which is a week and 3 days old now. They have been chipped like this since 6 days after the service.

Lynn LaMunyon I had gone here a few years ago and thought it was great. Then I read some bad reviews but still gave them a try. It was AWESOME. Those bad reviews were wrong. The salon was very clean and comfortable (and the decor was great). Perfect place for a group. The staff were very friendly. I was offered a drink but declined. The nail tech did a thorough, fabulous job. She smoothed out all the rough spots and gave me a great leg/foot massage. The polish was done beautifully. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone that is looking for a professional pedicure.

Jessica Banakis I called there while we were driving down from Illinois , requested three pedicures. One adult, one teen, one child. It was supposed to be a special surprise for my 11 year old who has been asking to go for a pedicure with her and my oldest daughter. I gave very specific instructions and the girl on the phone even repeated my appointment for 3 people back to me. She said the only opening was Thursday at 4:00 that they would be able to fit that request in. I reserved the appointment t. My girls and I took an Uber to the salon that cost me $20. We walked into the salon and the girl behind the counter said we were only booked for ONE pedicure!!!!! Instead of trying to accommodate , she just said there was no way they could do three and could only do one. So my special time with my girls was ruined. As a very busy family we have little quality time together and I just couldn’t have been more disappointed. I wasn’t going to chose only one of us to get a pedicure, so we had to leave and take ANOTHER $20 Uber to get back to where we are staying.

Ginny Hunt I had a lovely 2.5 hour manicure and pedicure but the price tag was super high and two days later my OPI gel manicure looked awful. Sad because the atmosphere and staff were great just for the price and quality I will not be returning.

Dawn has a wealth of knowledge regarding hair styling, cuts, color,treatments, and maintenence. She provides so much more than cuts and color, she provides education in a warm and gentle manner. Provided so much detail in caring for hair in this humid climate. Every move of her scissors were executed with extreme precision. Her eyes already knew where the hair was going. Precise-surgical manner all while keeping us engaged in conversation and maintaining the finished style we came in looking for. With wonderful stylist like Dawn, no wonder Polished has maintained and thrived in the competitive location of 32963. First of all this is not even the first time this has happened. They need to manage their time better or at least get back your timing because I went to get my eyebrows done. Hi just wondering you know because I kinda was like in a rush, I could’ve just gone somewhere on my way like I was very much in a rush and she knew that they made me wait there an extra 40 minutes and when I finally asked after waiting for 45 minutes, I said hi I’m sorry could you just please give me an estimated time like you guys first originally told me 15 minutes now we’re going on 45 minutes like I just if I would’ve known that I was gonna be waiting for an hour. I would’ve literally gone somewhere else And it’s like they just get you like that to stay and just waste your time so honestly, please, please please everybody don’t come here

Made an appointment for 10am the day before. NO ONE showed up by 10:25 A hotel staff member kindly called the salon and they said 25 MORE minutes and claimed we never confirmed the appointment when the employee said to my mother when she made the appointment. "So ill see you at 10?" TWICE. **1 HOUR after the appointment NO ONE HAD COME. In the end we left with the store STILL closed. They tried to call us on the road 1hour 30 minutes after. Simply unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL Maybe conveint but go somewhere where the saloon people will value you enough to show up to your appointment or even in the time the OWNER* had quoted. Which she did not hold true too at all. Thanks for wasting our time.

I’m not sure who does the nails in the pictures advertised in reviews, but I don’t think they were there. First salon I’ve been to where tech(older gentleman) got upset because he wasn’t doing a good job. And even when explaining what I wanted and with pictures, the nails are terrible! Shape isn’t correct and not really a diverse selection of colors. Job felt rushed so I just asked for a basic top coat, and not sure why I did that either. Most likely won’t be back, but I’m sure that won’t change anything for them. Just my experience.

Ashley Smith I walked in wanting a full acrylic set. I was greeted kindly by the girl up front. Then sandy came over while I was looking at the colors I explained how I wanted OPI’s “funny bunny” she had no idea what I was saying. Luckily the front desk girl knew exactly though. Now I understand this is an opaque color, anytime any other nail tech has used this color they do 3 light sheer coats of the color to get it even. That was not the case unfortunately and also the acrylic is uneven. While painting she flooded my cuticles and didn’t care to clean them up before curing my nails. It was just very unfortunate as I’m new to Vero and am looking for a consistent place to go. This however won’t be it. Also the gel polish has already chipped on one nail. EDIT ON 1/6/25. Yesterday afternoon I got a local call from a number I do not know but I answered and it was this nail salon. I think my review was honest and yet still kind. Now that my private phone number is being used to Harass me for a better review I’m livid. I didn’t even bother listening I hung up. If you think that is the way to get a customer to come back you are highly wrong. That was violating my privacy and It made me feel so uncomfortable. Respond on the google review publicly do not go in your system find someone’s phone number to then call and complain or harass or try to sway my already made opinion based on your employees/owners poor work! I’m so disturbed by this encounter and I will never be going back there again and will be sure to tell others about this occurrence.

Heather Messina I walked in today with a gift certificate with a remaining balance on it that was given to me by my mother back in 2021. As soon as I walked in I asked if there was time for a pedicure because I was just a walk in. I was told to pick out my color and then I went to go sit down. While I was waiting to be called up for my service something told me to just go ask if I could use the gift card because I had a weird feeling that they might say something about it being given to me back in 2021. (But in the back of my head I was like “gift certificates don’t expire right?!” it’s already a paid amount, I don’t have anything to worry about!) Side note: the date it was issued was clearly stated on the gift certificate. Anyways, I proceeded to the reception desk and I gave it to the young man to look at and he said that it was fine for me to use it. I then was called up to the chair and got my service done. Although the young man and the woman who was doing my toes were very nice, I felt like I wasn’t being attended to correctly. The woman was constantly getting up mid service, she was always looking around to make sure other people were doing their jobs correctly or something, always talking to other people to help them (which I understand if someone needs help with something but this was literally every 2 mins) and trying to do my toes at the same time. She was not even looking at my toes half the time while doing my service that the electric nail file rubbed against my skin several times and felt like I had just got burned. Not to mention the job was such a botched job that looks clumpy and felt rushed. I had to tell her that she didn’t even clip my toe nails evenly! The young man from the reception desk came over to the chair and asked if I would like to pay now because he was closing the register, so I handed him my gift certificate that he said was valid to use and my card to pay for the remaining balance. He came back over to me and said that the gift certificate is no longer valid and that he couldn’t find it in the system. I was in shock because I literally asked him before the service if I was able to use the gift certificate, or I would not have gone here, I would have just left. He said the gift certificate expired so I was not able to use it. (There was no expiration date stated on the gift certificate) I asked if he could honor the gift card since he told me it was okay to use for my service. He said no there’s nothing he can do. I told him this was not right and he asked me if I wanted to pay the remaining balance and I said no because this was not fair. He still proceeded to say there’s nothing he can do so I just gave in to paying the amount because everyone at this point was starting at me in the salon and I was just done arguing. Let’s just say the service was NOT worth $56+$10 tip and i’m NOT going back!!

Lucy Miranda Below average job. The Asian woman was distracted and attending to customers who were walking in while she was doing my nails. I get that Sue had to do that, but I noticed the terrible job she was doing on my fills .I didn’t mention it bc I couldn’t wait to get out of there. It took 1.5 hours, although I was only getting simple fills which normally take about an hour. She just Leo screwing up. Even though my nails needed a lot more tending to, I rushed out before she could do more damage. My nails were not properly done. I believe she is the senior tech there as of November 2024. Never ever again.

DeAndra Flowers My experience Today was nothing less than "Horrific"! I waited patiently to be serviced by a Nail Technician for a simple "Acrylic Fill". My natural nails have always grown Strong and Healthy. However... I utilize the acrylic to safeguard My nails from breakage. Not only was I "Cut" on two separate occasions. My "Fill" was of the worst quality. There were "indentations" in My natural nails bed and the finish was extremely "Lumpy" even after Buffing and Polishing. I always provide My own quality nail polish and I am accustomed to a smooth and professional finish. Needless to say! I left the salon in "Tears" after having paid for My service as well as a 15%Tip. The experience ruined My entire morning and I was forced to find another salon to repair the damage to My natural nails and provide the service I "should" have received at Regal Nails. Although ... I did receive a Full Refund. I never received an apology from the technician who serviced Me and allowed a customer to leave the salon with such dissatisfaction. The lesson for Me is... To always remember "You Get What You Pay For". It cost Me an additional $45.00 to repair the damage and restore My healthy nails. Obviously! Not everyone cares about their Professional Brand "or" providing Excellent Customer Service.

Ashley Plean First time at Lux and the majority of staff were nice and friendly, and the salon was clean. Not the best dip manicure Ive had, though. I felt like a few of my nails were very over-filed and one of my thumbs turned out to be uneven. The tech didnt clean up the edges well at all- he took a paper towel with remover and rubbed it all over my freshly done nails, which messed with the gloss and shine of the topcoat, and he barely touched around the edges that were covered in blue. (Im used to having a brush or q-tip for a precise clean up, I thought that was standard) I had to clean them up when I got home myself, and I left the salon still picking out the dip/gunk from under my nails. He also started to cut the skin underneath my nails and next to my cuticles, and they were not a problem until he started picking at them, and then he left the skin frayed. He also didnt say a word to me the entire time (which isnt a big deal.)

Judith Martin We scheduled an appointment for a pedicure the same day. Something came up so we called to push the appointment back half an hour and then ended up asking if we could still go during our original appointment. They were super accommodating and took us during our original slot. The pedicure was great. It was my husbands first time getting a pedicure. He’s super ticklish so we let them know beforehand and they made sure he was comfortable. They were meticulous but not slow. Definitely can’t wait to go back.

Brenda Barbour Went in for a quick gel toe polish change. First time I’ve ever been here. It was quick and the guy was nice, but both of my big toes have such a gap between the cuticle and the polish that it looks like they’ve grown out for 10 days, they’re lumpy and they definitely needed another coat as you can tell that the paint is uneven, and the edges are rough. Definitely not happy with this. Seems to be hard to find people who actually can paint evenly. Unfortunately, I really couldn’t tell until I left there.

You could have just said you didnt have time for designs today, or you dont do different colors,but you chose to be so rude.

Christal Lanagan I’ve been a regular customer for about a year and half. I was very satisfied with quality and customer service until recently. The gel polish they are using will come off within a day or two. Not sure if they have changed the gel product but it happened more than once. This happened to my daughter as well and they were happy to fix the nails that came off but it’s an inconvenience to have to return several times for one gel manicure.

My nails stay on completely for 3 weeks, which is very impressive, especially since I am in the ocean and pool so much, and I play multiple sports. Annie Went 3 times after recieving a gift certificate from a friend. Each time I had healthy nails done and gel on my toes. First time she forgot to clean under my nails but the tops turned out good. Second and third time my nails were uneven. Gel were always good. Last time I came in she was over half an hour late and no one was at the front for my scheduled appointment. Staff is friendly.

Dawn Smitley I helped a co-worker purchase a gift certificate for his girlfriend for their anniversary based on the reviews. He purchased the package that included a massage, facial, lunch and a pedicure. When she made her appointment and went they told her there was no one there to give her the massage or facial so they started with pedicure and told her she would have to come back another day. Right before the pedicure was over they told her someone would be in to give her the facial but to reschedule the massage. When checking out to leave they told her she didnt even have enough money for the massage anyway. The gift certificate was in the amount of the package deal but they rang her up separately. Very unorganized.

N Overton My daughter and I came here the other day for the first time. There wasn’t any customers in there the whole time other than us, until we were finishing up, then one lady came in. I agree with the other reviews that their prices are cheaper than most places. I got dip nails and a pedicure and my daughter got gel nails and a pedicure and it was $130. A guy did my daughter’s nails and toes and I thought he did a wonderful job. The older lady I got was just ok. I guess she thought one of my big toes had a hang nail - which is odd since I get pedicures every two weeks faithfully- but she cut too deep into my nail and when she pulled it- I winced. Once I said “hey that hurts” she was a little softer and moved on but that part of my toe is still a little sore. She did my nails and her style was different than I’m used too. She dipped my nails first, and then used the same color of gel to polish over them- it made them shine a little more so no complaints there- but she didn’t clean up around my nails. I had gel residue and flakes around my fingertips and although I went home and cleaned them myself- it was expected that she would have done it. Will most likely return- and ask for someone to else to service me - but overall clean place, chill environment and like I said affordable. They also had a little girl there - someone’s daughter- who politely brought us a bottle of water- so that was sweet. My nails looks nice, my daughters too- just the toe issue- but worth a visit.

Cheyenne Franks I went to get my nails done with my friend. Well they sat us down at the same time and said they could do both of our nails. No one started on her for about an hour. The lady doing my nails was really nice, but then she took out this cheese grater thing that’s banned in other states and went to town on my foot. At the time it did not hurt because I was distracted by the big fish that kept staring at my in the tank. Well anyways, a few days later my feet was as hard as a sandpaper and crusty like a French fry. It took me a few days to fix it myself. Anyways..I would not suggest the cheese grater.

Sarai Soto Ortega I went for a fill in, she drilled along the sides of my cuticles way too much and sliced my middle & ring finger. It’s been 3 days & it hasn’t started healing. And it BURNS so much when I shower or wash the dishes.

Amy Vasquez Terrible !! My mother went this morning to do a pedicure & they cut her & did nothing about it ! They didn’t take notice & ignored the injury they caused on her nail. At the end, she still had to pay in full even though they injured her ! Very disappointed in this salon. Never again !

d lloyd The ABSOLUTE WORST nail experience in my travels of the USA or abroad!!!!! I will not even give this business one star. The nail tech got up and left me several times to answer her phone, and to chat with others. The WORST part was that two days after having gel polish put on ...it literally fell off. It didnt chip but rather all of the sudden I had no polish on my nail. The owner took 8 hours to respond to me and then blamed me for the action, when it was poor technique on the part of the technician. This is a RIP OFF and a place to avoid. If they are this blatantly careless, perhaps the health department should have an investigation!

Tiffany Stover First of all, I’ve been coming here for years, even before when they were across from where they are now. I came in just to get a simple nail fixed. I did not get my nails done there. I’m okay with them not working someone’s else work. But don’t lie to me as if I am stupid. A woman proceeds to tell me they don’t have long nails. Go to the place across the street or where you got them from. I told her I got them done out of town and I’ve gotten my nails done here plenty of times done long. I asked her you don’t have tips for nails ? She said no we don’t have nail tips. Never again will I be back.

Arabelle Jade Awful place! Got my nails done for prom and it took almost THREE HOURS. Theyre healthy nails. My usual place takes a little more than an hour to do those. Three hours?!? The guy who did my nails seemed like he didnt know what he was doing at all... I requested something that wasnt that hard he seemed worried that he couldnt do it, AND he kept getting up in the middle to help at the door when he absolutely didnt need to. If you cant do it then let someone else do it instead of ruining my nails. Usually my nails last 2 weeks. Its been a week and theyre already falling/have fallen off!

Hope Serwatka I would NEVER go here again. I seen all these amazing reviews so I gave it a chance and boy did they do me dirty. To start off the lady I got had no idea how to do any designs. So I said fine I’ll do a simple pink and white ombré. Little did she know she couldn’t even manage that! I was highly upset. The first picture is what I asked for and the 2nd picture is what she left me with! How Devastating! I would put 0starts because they don’t even deserve one!

Suzy Harris I have been going to Foxy for a long time now. I have experience with many of the technicians in there. They always stay up to the latest trends and do their very best to deliver in any way possible. I was recently affected by Hurricane Milton and due to my hardships I havent been able to go in. Upon finding this out, one of the techs offered to do a free set for me. This is above and beyond anything I could have ever expected! Quality, trendy work, at fair prices!

Cortland Hurst Came here to get my acrylic nails taken off and my nail tech, Lisa did not go the proper route in doing so. Without wrapping all nails in tin foil from the beginning, she just chipped away at each nail, causing excruciating pain. She did that to almost two whole hands and wrapped only one finger in tin foil. It seems like all the other nail techs were doing a great job but avoid Lisa at ALL costs!

KayB Worst pedicure I have ever had. I was rushed, no attention to detail. The old guy who did my nails moved thru the pedicure at record speed. Don’t think I have ever had a pedicure that lasted 30 mins before. When I went to pay, also rushed no thank you nothing. Rude and unprofessional.

Christina Moreno I went there once to get acrylic nails done. They were very poorly done. Unfortunately at the time I did not take pictures. I just dealt with it until I was ready to get a fill-in. It was about a year later that I went in again because I was a bit desperate for a last-minute eyebrow wax (my own fault). I specifically told the lady that I have been growing my eyebrows out for months so that I can get that nice arch. My eyebrows already have an arch. I just wanted them to look full and shaped up. She said she understood that I wanted the arch and started to apply wax. I immediately felt her put the wax on in a curved motion over the top of the eyebrow. I hoped that it was just in my head and she was gonna do the art on the bottom part. Nope. She made them completely curved and removed the arch that I’ve grown out for so long. To some women that’s not a big deal, but for women that do not have that type of arch naturally, it takes time to grow out. I was very disappointed and I haven’t been there since.

Emily Bikowicz This was my second time coming here and it will be my last. The first time I came, I had an appointment for 2pm for a full set and didn’t get seen until about 2:45pm. I’m a pretty easy going person so I was understanding they might have just been really backed up. My nails were done by the owner I assume, but they were alright. Nothing glamorous and nothing horrible. Today, one of the gentlemen did my nails and this is the worst nail job I’ve had. I don’t make a huge deal of little details, but this was applied so thick and he left several gaps on my nails. I’m going to have to get a fill sooner because the multiple gaps that were left on my nails. I just honestly wouldn’t waste my time.

Jacqueline Elfers Very high standards, lovely family run salon. Hugo sensitivly listens to what my mature mother wants, needs, requires and professionally takes care of all that with a smile. On the other side of the Vero demographic- the younger staff are on trend. They also trade off tasks and teamwork for efficient customer experience without unnecessary delay. Very important detail as I travel 2.5 hours, pick up my Mom, and head straight to FL Nails for feet health!

Nicole Huber The worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life. The lady was nice but thats about the only positive I have to say. When cutting my cuticles she cut me, rushed through the entire thing, had to correct her and tell her to repaint the sides of my nails she missed. Theres paint on my skin and my cuticles are still there.

Kelsey O’Kane The lady and gentleman who did our nails were nice but the actual work is very bad. It seemed like they were taking their time but once getting home and actually looking at them we are very disappointed. Nails look randomly and unevenly clipped and not shaped at all. Polish application is very bad, messy, uneven, and bubbles. Hopefully they can work on improving the quality of their work and technique.

Kimberley Mann Please do not waste your money or time on this place. 57 dollars including tip. They did my manicure/pedicure literally in 20 minutes. They did my manicure in the same chair they did my pedicure in where I was having to hold my hand up in the air. He did not push my cuticles back nor trim the dead skin away from the end of my fingers. They speak Vietnamese, or Lao to each other. That is plainly RUDE. Speak English when you are in front of English speaking people. TERRIBLE Service!.

AJ R I came in for a gel manicure today, I picked my color using the samples provided (DND - gel&lacquer "hot jazz" #463) the lady did the basic manicure (clip, shape, clean up) when she put the color on my pinky finger she looked at me and made a face proposing I pick a different color. The reason being that it was too light, I told her that I wanted it to look like the sample (which probably required 4 coats of polish) she basically refused to do so and again proposed I pick a different color. Im paying to get my nails done. If your sample looks a certain way then I want my nails to look close to if not the same regardless if its going to take 4 coats or 10 coats of the polish to achieve the look. I work in customer service, I would NEVER do that to any of my clients. I got so upset I pulled out my card and told her to take the gel coat shed applied on my nails off and clean them up. She charged me $12.00 for the service she provided. My nails looked awful when I left, half of the clear coat was still on my nails (see pics provided). I ended up going to another salon where they had to clean off my nails and fix them and they were more than happy to do what I asked. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant relaxing experience and this was anything but that. I will never come back to this place and I will make sure to share my experience with my friends and NEVER recommend this place ever again.
