Ruth Deleon I recently visited Kim’s Nail Salon and Spa, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Though the salon is typically closed on Sundays, they kindly made an exception for my daughter a d I, which I greatly appreciated. The salon itself was clean and well-organized, with a soothing ambiance. My daughter opted for a full set of nails they were done to perfection. Kim is skilled and she took her time to ensure every detail was perfect. The results were fantastic, with my daughter’s nails looking amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Kim’s Nail Salon and Spa for anyone looking for top-notch nail care in a relaxing setting. I’ll definitely be returning for my future appointments

Christina Beverly This was my first time trying this nail salon. Im so glad I did! Sabrina was amazing! I went in a week before my wedding to get my nails done and they came out perfect. She was very gentle and it was a nice & relaxing experience. She listened when I told her what I was looking for and the results came out better than expected! Thank you so much Sabrina! Caroline Cline This was my first visit to this location because a friend had recommended it. Unfortunately, the entire experience was not one that I would return for. I showed the man that did my nails the first photo before starting which he stated he could easily do. He proceeded to put acrylic on my nails after I asked for dip, tried to talk me into snowflakes instead of the design I came for, when I asked for the pink behind the design on the middle fingers he told me the clear would look better and claimed his bows would be much better than my picture which as you can see was not the case. I did ultimately go back in and have someone else fix the bows but they used a different green which I didn’t realize until leaving. I never leave reviews but this was such an awful experience others should be aware. Listen to your clients when they tell you what they want

Luisyanix Torres First off I want to thank Angela for this beautiful set. I didn’t take the picture immediately but they still look bomb. I had got this gel X ombré set a little before thanksgiving and it still looks amazing. 10/10 for me she definitely did not disappoint.

Yvette Wise I want in for a pedicure with my brother. They did a fantastic job for both of us. The massage chairs are comfy and prices are reasonable. I wish there werent walls between the chairs so we could talk to each other, but overall, great service!

Mary Leachman This was the cutest studio I’ve ever seen! I wanted to get my nails done before I made the trek back to Indiana. The pink colors and hello kitty decor is top notch! They are very clean which is a must for me. Karina fit me in during a very busy day, and she was such a delight to talk to. We laughed and had the best time! She made my nails and toenails look beautiful! I promised her I will come back when I’m in Florida! I am so happy with my nails!

Saira Mundo DO NOT GO HERE! I went for one acrylic nail repair. Idk her name but she was sitting at the desk to the right as soon as you walk in, short hair with glasses wears a back brace. She said she could do what I wanted so I said ok. I specifically asked if she had the nude color as all my other nails she said yes. The color she used was not even close to what I had. The nail was longer than all the others and wide and sloppy. She was changing from me and another girl that was doing her nails. Didn’t even finish the girl and was starting on me. When she was done and told me the price I asked one simple question to make sure I heard right and she went off on me! All cause I double checked on the price she started going off yelling and was mad for no reason. Cause she knew she did a terrible job. She said leave and don’t ever come back and don’t pay if you don’t like it. I said no keep the money but next time if you can’t do what a customer asks don’t say you can and have the customer leave disappointed. On top of going off on me for no reason she was rude too! I would not recommend this place to no one. This lady was so unsanitary and sloppy. I’ve never had a bad experience at a nail salon ever until I tried this one.

Alexa Seijas How does your quality go down but your price sky rockets ? I used to get a long set with design for 75-90, why does a short acrylic French cost 70? Plus the girl doesn’t pay attention to what she’s doing, got paint all over my fingers and filed it off, then got glue all over my finger tips, did not listen to what I wanted had to keep repeating myself, would so one thing on one side and then not the other. I’ve been a client since 2021 and I’ll gladly not go back because honestly the techs are not as good as they used to be. I wish they would’ve kept the other girls. Also if someone’s flinching stop filing their cuticle and making their skin raw. I’m so angry, I didn’t say it to your face because it’s Sunday and you had me there for 3 hours for French nails, tell me you’re a beginner before you start

Stephanie My first time here! I’ve been to many salons and by far this salon is the best. The nails salon is vey clean and the staff is very nice. Jenny was my nail tech and she did my nails the way I asked, she is also very thorough and took her time! I have definitely found my new nail salon.

Ashley Griffyn This was my first and last time here. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was nice, and would be the only thing I’d (possibly) come back for. First of all, I asked for a manicure with acrylic tips. A manicure provides care towards your cuticles and hands, and I received no such treatment. It was the main reason I came in, my cuticles really needed TLC or else I would’ve done a better job painting my nails myself. Besides that, I felt like I was nitpicking… until my boyfriend (who knows nothing about nails) noticed the imperfections I was trying to justify. From afar, they look nice but my nails are thick, sloppily painted, over-glued, and unevenly shaped. Thankfully, I have a nail kit at home. And second, the price. I’m shocked at how much my total was, their prices state lower than what they actually charge. I could’ve saved my $170 and did it all myself. The person who helped me kept telling me to be careful not to break it and that this is very long, which this is shorter than what I usually do. She also said she had been working here the longest and to trust her, but towards the end says that she’s only been working here for a year. Don’t get me wrong, she’s great for a pedicure but I won’t let her near my hands again. I’ll probably only return to get this acrylic powder off, no “manicure”.

Lauren Burnett Was on vacation and walked in on a whim, they sat me immediately for an amazing pedicure on a Saturday! After the pedicure I had a gel manicure done. The tech did not rush and she very friendly the entire time. Prices were great for the time and detail spent.

Cindy I’m so disappointed. I had been going there for over a year and I even had my daughter go for services so we considered going ourselves regulars. I don’t know what’s going on but the last 2-3 services were a disaster. I used to get acrylic overlay and ended up with fungus. My daughter got dip powder and ended up with it also. This wasn’t even 2 weeks in. We both got gel pedicures on the same day and within a few days they were chipping. Not only that but I wanted a $35 pedicure and ended up paying $60 for SOMEONE ELSE’S SERVICES despite the nail techs yelling to me in front of every customer there to justify why I was being charged that amount. I’m just done.

Karen Martin I got my nails done here initially on August 1st, I had to go back and get them fixed on August 5th becauae they did not look good, after getting them fixed I left unsatisfied but could no longer waste anytime going back and forth, its been just about 2 weeks and my nails are peeling and just ultimately look horrible... I also got a toe polish change during my visit and the person I was assigned took just about 5 minutes on it so that hardly lasted me a week. This is just one hand, the fact that some of the nails are so poorly shaped and some of them look deformed and then there was clumps of gel polish on all or most of my tips which was one of the main reason I went to get them fixed. And an FYI I work from home so my nails shouldnt look this bad after just 2 weeks. When I get them done at Kims Nail salon they last me a whole month. Wasted $100 here to now have to go get these fixed sooner than anticipated.

Carly Scott I don’t like to leave reviews but I can’t not say something my friend and I went in for a fill. The guy who did the fill did both of us at the same time. My friend had broke two nails so he put new tips on and they did not match and the women who painted her nails did a horrible job bumps and just messy. I wanted color tips and it was so think and messy I almost cried. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!

He fixed my nails that were put on 2 weeks prior at another local salon and had horrible lifting. After 2 weeks with my Lucky Nail Fill, my nails still looked like I just had them done. I will not be going anywhere else!

yolaine doralus This was an experience and sadly not a good one. Why there 1st time today for dip and pedicure: 1st they reuse the same nail sets for pedicures on everyone, when I asked for new one, they had me pay $5 for something thats the norm and sanitary then probably talked badly of me in their language lol. I paid it and the lady did her best on my pedi, never asked what type of pedi I wanted. Dip powder, see photo- looks like I did it myself. I asked to have my nail beds cleaned with acetone and was told itll come off when I shower, got stubbed several times during my nails. Not satisfied but still tipped and left and will go get the dip redone elsewhere. He was nice but did poor job, maybe too tired or didnt care since I was later during the day but worse nail job ever (polish pass my cuticles, no clean up, does not look professionally done). $85 later and unhappy but wasnt worth the Xtra fuss because anyone could see if did not look right, he said "its the polish color." I got home and my family laughed at how bad the nails looked. They need Tobe re-educated on sanitary pedicure procedures and nails.

Kerri Lynn This salon is terrible. The reuse tools on different people and do not sanitize in between customers. They are rude and talk bad about their customers in their language and think that no one understands. But I do understand! I hope you all heed these warnings from everyone and stay away from this place.

Gaby S The people there are nice but I was disappointed in the work. I got my nails done 2 days before prom and they turned out a mess. The only girl that does acrylics there isn’t very good. I asked for studs on my nails, now I’m no expert, but I’m sure that you’re supposed to use a glue of some sort? She ended up using clear nail polish as a foundation and put the studs on top. The clear polish spread throughout the nails and it looked a mess. I asked her why it looked like that and she told me not to worry, that it would all set once it was dry... it didn’t. She also took about 3 hours to finish my nails which is insane. I was really falling asleep and I had plans with my boyfriend after and ended up having to cancel... most nail places take about 1 hour and do much better than what I got done here. Anyways I asked for designs on 4 nails and she ended up making a mess with one nail (in my opinion all 4 looked bad, but I guess this is the only one she noticed). She asked me to come back the next day and she would fix it which was nice. Anyways I was so upset I took the nails off when I went home because they were just not good at all. Obviously I didn’t come back and I also wasted $40 of my hard earned money. I wish I could insert a picture of what i asked for vs what I got in this review but I can’t. I will insert it in the photos you can view somewhere here though. I had high expectations for this place but left disappointed. Maybe the guy who does healthy nails is good so I won’t blame the place. But just like the review under me, the girl who does acrylics is just not good. Sorry not sorry.

noelle agape Sadly I can barely give this salon one star. A few weeks ago I called PSL Pro Nails Spa and the man who owned the business gave me the appointment for the end of the day to do a pedicure. I was about 10 minutes early. Both owner who are husband and wife were there. They also had an employee, who was working on someone when I walked in. I sat down and the wife (owner) filled up the foot tub and I submerged my feet. When I called to make the appointment I told the owner that I wanted his wife, (the other owner) to do the pedicure (because I wanted to see how her pedicure style was.) So I sat my feet in the water and the wife got up, walked away, as the husband worked on some other customers nails and his wife just went about doing nothing as I sat there for 40 minutes! There were 3 people in there that did nails and there was 3 customers. The husband had made the appointment for me, so you would think that there would be no misunderstanding. Its simple. Give me a pedicure. The owners sat there and did nothing (playing dumb) as their employee tried to work as fast as she could to get to me. I could tell she was embarrassed. Needless to say, I will never go back there again. My husband and I were business owners and when you act that way to a customer the only message you are sending is that the customer doesnt matter. They dont care about their customers. I even tried to give the owners the benefit of the doubt...I thought maybe they thought I wanted the other girl to do my feet, but upon thinking on it, the wife could have said, "I could do this, so you dont have to wait for so long." But NO, not a word was said, as I sat there for 40 full minutes twiddling my thumbs. The place was almost empty. It wasnt as if they had a crowd in there. If there was a communication break down...they are Vietnamese...then they really need to get a better grip on the English language because I was very clear that I wanted HIS WIFE to give me the pedicure. Im all for small business in our country. The Vietnamese have contributed much to the U.S. and have done well in business, but Im sorry to say, these two business owners are not only rude, but clueless. I wont be going back.

Brittany Adams I GOT A FOOT FUNGUS FROM THIS PLACE! They started my pedicure and I looked down and thr girl was scrubbing my feet with a USED SCRUBBER. everywhere I have ever been they take them out of a brand new package in front of you. She was also using tools to cut my nails and cuticles that did not come out of a sanitized bag like everywhere else does ! And the the toe dividers were used that she put in between my toes! Its been 2 days and my feet are itching and burning all over!! How could you do this to people because your too cheap to sterilize and use new tools on each client?? We are paying for it!!! They dont even clean anything at the end of the night they just sweep. Everywhere else I have been they sterilize all od there tables and chairs ..but they ask u to wash your hands before they will work on you ! Ask me to wash my hands but you are using a scrubber that u used on how many other people on me?? This is how people get foot fungus and diseases, this place should be shut down !!!!! I saw another comment where someone said they got foot fungus here and apparently that didnt make them start sterilizing there tools. I think the health dept needs to get involved. No one should be paying for service and go home with a fungal infection, absolutely sick. Go somewhere else!

The results I got today will make this my last time coming here. The shape of my nails are horrendous, the way the acrylic was applied is absolutely horrible, and the way he painted my nails. I hated this whole experience. Not to mention they half scrub the bottoms of your feet. Never again. Money wasted.

Gee Elise I went in to get a acrylic fill they took me right away . Service was okay minus a baby palmetto bug crawling around on the table during my service . And after one day one main starting lifting … I went back the next day to her it fixed no issues but then another day later ANOTHER ONE started lifting…. I pay to get my nails done so I don’t have to worry about them for two or three weeks. I don’t wanna spend every day at the nail salon getting my nails fixed… I will not be coming back to the salon ever

Great Grace I received service today from Kayla (she was so sweet and helpful) and another kind lady who did my pedicure. This was my third visit and I’ve been happy with the service but will not be returning because Cece charged me $30 just for gel polish! I had dipping powder removed for $10 plus gel polish, no manicure for $30! I was confused but just paid it to avoid making a scene. I’ll charge it to the game because I guess that’s the hustle but that’s bad business which is the same as bad customer service in my book and I don’t play that game AT ALL, so I won’t be back. I’m very careful about who I spend my money with so that was enough for me. Shame on you Cece. Smh.

Judy Jakuboski This place is truly horrible did you ever think an owner gives you an appointment a week in advance and then book somebody in your place asking you to step aside while you’re in the middle of your appointment? yes it truly happened when I replied “No” thanks I wanted to stay with the girl that was working on me little did I know when I called to book another appointment I was told to “call back sometime next week” I only wished I walked in the door instead of calling for the owner to say exactly that in front of all of his clients. Think twice before you dial this number, thinking you will get an appointment for all services you requested will be followed through to your satisfaction. I was a home builder for 24 years. I would never tell a client sorry I can’t talk about building your new home …call me another time.

Boat Girl I usually like coming here and while Tom does a good job, his attitude sucks, he is not friendly or polite, he seems annoyed at some point. Its to the point that I dont go there anymore because of it. While I understand that technicians dont have to be super friendly, they shouldnt alienate their clients either. If you dont like working with the public, dont get a job working with them.

Johanne Garcon Got my nails done on Friday by HaHa and Elizabeth and within 24hrs my nails were chipped 5 total. Not to mention some where lumpy which I pointed out when Haha was dipping my nails After spending over two hours. I had to wait until Monday when they opened to repair them. I get there youd think that they would be eager to please a new customer but no Elizabeth had no client & decided to give an existing client a neck massage while I waited like I have nothing better to do with my time. I will NEVER come back. If you cant get it right the first time then why are you open for business.

Jacquelyn Oliva Went in on July 4th while visiting area due to other salons being closed. Paid 70 for mani - pedi. Not sure of his name but horrible treatment. Pedicure was very low quality only using water in pedi tub . Used sugar scrub on my legs so aggressively I had to ask him to stop because it was painful. His work was poor and sloppy my nails chipped same day after asking for gel I’m not sure what cheap products they use but looks horrible I had to ask him to fix a nail before I left and then once we left I noticed the horrendous job he did on all my nails. I called next day asked for refund and it was refused. Very very poor quality service. I advise to avoid this salon. Not worth the price or service received. They definitely don’t guarantee their mistakes either. She had terrible attitude when I called to complain. I had to go to local salon where I was treated much better and their disaster was cleaned up but cost me double. Nothing Pro about this establishment.

sha ta Anna has been doing my nails for 18 years. She always does a great job and has me in and out super quick. Susan is also the best with the pedicures. My whole family goes here now and have nothing but high praise for the quality of work and price.

Lois Tallent I was greeted by a very friendly guy. It was down hill from there. Seated in the last chair towards the back and waited for a short time. Then a young Asian woman came out of the back room and proceeded to read the soaker. Never asked me what level pedicure I wanted so I found the list and told her which one. She didnt even let me soak for 1 minute then started scrubbing my feet with the pumas. I picked color #555. As she was working it did not feel relaxing at all. She was going too fast and I felt she wanted me to get out of there ASAP. Then she was painting my nails and I noticed the color I picked was way brighter then what the sample showed. I was like "Oh well, its done". I did not enjoy it at all! Paid $31.00 plus $5 tip but she didnt even deserve that.

Gigi Croom Today was my first visit to this nail salon. I researched the top rated nail salons in my area and they were in the top 3 recommended. I called ahead and made an appointment and the man on the phone was very personable and friendly. I arrived on time and was greeted immediately. As I waited for my tech, I noticed how clean the facility was and how many employees were genuinely smiling. My nail tech, Vivian, was friendly and smiling as she came to get me. Her technique was very gentle and expertly skilled with her tools - no excessive grinding or filing. We didn’t exchange excessive chitchat which I very much appreciated as I just wanted a relaxing experience. My gel powder nails are perfect - not too thick - and look natural. It’s the best manicure I’ve received since searching for a local salon.

She took her time made sure it was exactly what she wanted. I also got a pedicure for myself and it was a pleasurable experience. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly.

Amy Torres First I would like to say it has been difficult to find a nail tech who knows what she is doing and consistent with her work. Which I was surprised to find at exotic nails. Since I began to get my nails done at exotic nails it has been a good experience until now. On January 25th I got a new set along with a pedicure which was around $94 as you can see with details for each item I paid for; today I went back for a fill and pedicure which I would assume would be less then 94$ at least 50-60$ but to my surprise was only 5$ less....came out to be 89$!! I am highly upset and frustrated and will no longer be going back to exotic nails for such inconsistent charges.

Honest Reviewer Great service, they make you feel at home. Kevin was so kind and funny and did my nails with such precision, they came out perfect. They were really busy but they got me done in less than 40 min , i can definitely see why it’s packed their amazing !

My pedicure took 21 mins and was centered around putting pretty colors on toes and not taking the time to actually remove much of the dead skin around toes or under feet. I had to tell the woman 3 times to stop squaring off my nails as I wanted them round. I had to go back over my toes to remove dead skin left after service. Superficial at best and not an actual pedicure by most salon standards. I paid 29 dollars which I feel is about 5 dollars to much for the end result I received. Overall everyone was pleasant and welcoming.

ANDY GRAF Started by walking in the door to a beautiful brunette female with a red tattoo on her chest that has zero personality and customer service skills. Shame to have such beauty and not make a person smile when they walk in. After that things didnt get much better, the girl who helped me was very fast at doing a mans manicure. I was done in 15 minutes and the ultimate job was not very good. As a guy, I just let her do her thing and I left. It was not until I got in the car that I realized just how bad of a job I had gotten.

Madison Ramsey Great staff! Kimmy is the best she does a fantastic job on my nails every time I get them done. I am able to show her a picture and she is able to create an exact replica of my vision. ivette rios The customer sink is dirty, at the bottom of the sink there’s pink and black mold. The soap dispenser has a third of soap to 2 third water and at the tip of the dispenser there’s mold. Also the sink area is filthy dirty. I told my nail tech that the sink needed to be cleaned thinking he would clean it or have someone else clean it. Came back 2 weeks later and the mold, and dirty sink was still the same. Never again. Disgusting.

Dana Klein I came here while I was visiting. The lady on the phone was very nice and informative about the “ healthy “ nail way. However, I wish I could say my visit was pleasant. I believe the technicians name was sherry ( last station towards the back ) who clearly was not sure what she was doing. I have cuts on my fingers from her drilling and sanding over my finger numerous times. I told her a few times and then I just stopped since she didn’t understand. The place itself was very clean but they need to retrain her for sure.

Mallory Thomson I am so upset how my nails came out. I just moved here and switched nails salons because my old one is now too far away. I paid more than my old place and they look terrible. I also got cut three times. I’m sad I am stuck with these untill I can get them redone.my middle finger nail is going sideways …I don’t recommend going here. I do have to say snow did my pedicure 2 weeks before this and did a great job. Friendly, professional, skilled nail techs The shop was fully staffed so you didn’t have to worry about waiting in line for a tech to become available. I took my girls and we received a variety of services from 4 different nail techs and all 4 nail tech did a fantastic job on our pedicures and nail services. Resealable priced services. We walked in with no appointment and we received services immediately . I highly recommend Bliss Nail Spa!!

To start off I came in for a gel polish change on toes and gel refill on hands the toes came out ok but when I tell you I cannot believe the person who did my nails would ever allow a customer to walk out with the work he did all my nails were different sizes the polish was sloppy and way to bulky. I complained before leaving but it obviously was not an issue to them so as soon as I left and got home I called the salon to complain once again and was told to go back in and that they would fix it long story short after coming back in I left again unsatisfied! And not to mention they are so rude and do not care about the customers needs! Kyesha Walker Very very UNPROFESSIONAL! I came here today to get a Toe Polish with Gel, usually a 20-30 min job not even. Ended up spending a hour in the shop because they decided to have someone new playing on my feet when I asked them was he new and they told me no (everybody needs to learn so nothing against that). I kept my composure because I needed my toes done and had somewhere to be at a certain time but the other workers kept starring at me and seen I was getting upset. The boy who did my toes took 40 mins to shape my toes and I’m not even over exaggerating and then he finally was going to polish and kept removing the polish and re polishing so I finally said something and told them I will pay for whatever he done so far because I had to go, they finally sent a girl with experience to finish off what he was doing and she didn’t even do a great job herself. And I told the manager how upset I was and she didn’t even care just she proceeded to do what she was doing and just said “sorry” like I didn’t want it to be free but it was the principle of the situation they are money hungry and don’t care about they customers, they need to train the guy a little more because they all pissed me the hell off I will never recommend this place EVER!

Anya Dulin Got my nails done TODAY. Chipped off after 7 hours. I feel SO BAD for my mother, who paid $125 for me, not to mention for herself for such a lackluster and low quality job. I could have done better with my dollar store nail polish at home. At least it would have stayed on for days instead of hours. I got $10 nails at Claires and they lasted longer than this. We got to the salon because we booked an appointment a week prior and they had no idea where to put us.. whats more is the guy who did my nails was kind of rude, chipped off the corner of my actual nail, acted like what happened was perfectly fine and that it didnt need to be evened out, and scolded me for moving my hand when my wet nails were touching the UV box. When he was shaving my nails, it hurt and I did flinch from the pain. Instead of asking if I was alright, he kept drilling away. This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Try another one, I bet youll have a better experience.
