Chris Smith Been coming here for about 3 years now and never open have silent door be back in 15 minutes come back an hour later so Im still there open sign on someones in the store but youre not open it they must get paid by the hour. That sound has been up for almost 2 hours now And everyone else here in town is its very busy have to make an appointment days in advance at this place is never open

Sai Martinez This nice African American lady cut my hair, she was very gentle and had a great customer service. but her skills where terrible, her machine was pulling my hair, constantly, and what was supposed to be a 0.5 looks like a 1.5. Very uneven and WAY shorter than what I wanted. Besides I asked her for an specific haircut and she told me she wasn’t sure so I was like “okay, so just do a simple cut then” I didn’t even complaint because it’s so short that the next step would be a buzz cut, and I didn’t want to be that annoying person . Left w my hair soaking wet and I swear I had hair everywhere, went immediately to the car wash after. It’s better to pay some extra bucks and have professionals deal with your hair. The people in here are nice but I guess they really don’t know what they’re doing.

Lisa Cole My husband and I, as well as our 8yr old son get our hair cut here. The prices are great. Plus as regular customers we receive coupons in the mail so we get haircuts real cheap half the time. They usually do everything exactly as we like it

L.J Goldstock Just had a fantastic experience from Great Clips was greeted at the door and had a very short wait time. Was call up from a very friendly women named "Katie" said hello and that she would be cutting my hair today.....Exceptional shampoo and hair cut for 19 bucks. What was the over the edge was the great conversation with her and the the great hair cut I received.... I would recommend..........enjoyed the cut...

Shelley M Only one Stylist working and she was swamped! She still did a great job and was very professional and courteous. Its a shame Great Clips makes them work alone. No one needs that kind of stress!

Kathleen Taylor You can still see the blue polish I had on before all in the corners of my toe nails and she didn’t even coat the entire nails. Sloppy for $45. I definitely won’t be returning…

Susan Edwards Linda has given me pedicures for over 5 years now. She is extremely good at what she does. I wouldnt go to anyone else. Vann has my nails fir the same period of time. She is always gracious to fit me in when she can. She is a professional with nails. Thank you both.

Bonnie Rooney Dianna was doing my 14yr nails for a quinceanera and was rude, disrespectful, had no customer service skills. As I was explaining to her that she had cut my daughters nail way to short and very uneven. She cut me off speaking over me as if I was a kid telling her to let her do her job! Well her job is do it it right the first time and if not to own up to her mistakes and fix them.... These were absolutely to worst nails I have ever seen done on me or any of my girls!!! I highly suggest never to go here! Getting her nails done for the party were suppose to be a fun experience but Dianna turned it into an absolute terrible mess!!

Sabrina Pedroza I’ve been going to Adela for years just to be embarrassed in their salon because I wanted to leave before finishing due to the nail tech hurting my feet even after repeatedly telling her my foot is feeling stil. Their response saying it didn’t hurt and talking about me in another language knowing I don’t understand. They charged me full price and over charged my card to almost $100. When we brought the issue to the owner Adela her response was “Have a nice day.” And rushed us out. Extremely unprofessional.
