rebecca wynn Dr.Harris was an amazing Dr! The front office staff was also amazing! I’ve been sick for over a week and was never prescribed any antibiotics from my primary Dr. so I went here to see Dr.Harris and she helped me and prescribed antibiotics that will help me get better! She listened and was very thorough! Thank you Doc!

Shandi B I would never recommend this group. I was informed 2 hours before an appointment that I needed a referral to be seen. I called my insurance who spoke to three of their employees both on phone and in person assuring them that my insurance covered my visit. I was told by the front desk manager in the Bushnell office that she didnt care what my insurance covered it was their office policy. This is after my own daughter was seen prior with the same insurance and no referral. When this was mentioned , I was told that has always been their policy and they would not look up my daughters info to prove my case. They basically inferred that I was a liar. When I asked why they waited two hours to inform me, I was told that 2 hours before the visit was plenty of time to get a referral. The front desk manager had a nasty attitude and tone the entire time this included batting and rolling of eyes. Very unprofessional. Dont waste your time at this office. They need to learn better communication and personal skills. I wish I could give zero stars.

Irene Caldi I wouldn’t take my dog there! I was met by a receptionist who insisted I pay $40 copay. I have Medicare and federal employees bcbs. This is the first time in 35-40 years that I’ve been asked for a copay.
The I went to see PA for follow up on a skin biopsy. With a mouthful of food from his lunch, he chewed while he looked at my right hand and said yes we’ll remove that. Then his assistant pointed out that the biopsy was done on my left hand lesion.
Then we’ll remove that next week, he said. I lost any confidence at that point. Absolutely no professionalism!!
But I did get a copy of the biopsy for someone else.

Charlotte Meyer Yesterday, I went for my reading from my blood work. The receptionist never bothered to look at me, much less greet me, when I arrived. I was treated in the same manner when I went for my blood draw. The girls at the desk seem to talk to each other more than the patient. My last visit, the girl made me an appt. with a doctor that wasnt even mine, till I caught it. She was more concerned about her car that wasnt running.
My appt was at 4pm, I was called back about 10 minutes after 4, no big deal! Hector, the medical assistant, took vitals, asked questions and told me the doctor would be in shortly. After waiting 22 minutes, I left.
I like Dr Lief and the nurse practitioner is my favorite. I have no complaint there. But the way the office and their staff conducts business makes me wonder why I even go for the blood work.
Is courtesy and respect something that needs to be taught to an adult that is in a professional environment, or is it a thing of the past?

Rick Miceli-Wink Went there because I had a severely sprained ankle that wasn’t healing. The doctor couldn’t have been less interested. He didn’t look at my ankle. He didn’t touch my ankle. He mumbled that I probably wanted an x ray, which I said I did. I assumed this clinic had the ability to take x rays. Nope. I had to go to Langley, another clinic, to get the X-rays taken. Then Premier refused to share the x Ray results with me unless I became an ongoing patient of their clinic. I was shocked! They wanted me to come back in for another appointment to be told the results. Unbelievable. I contacted Langley directly myself and received the results. Premier was useless.
I’m a snowbird in Dogwood Park nearby.
I’ve heard from so many neighbors that they’ve had similarly bad experiences. The word all over our community is “don’t go for help at Premier” even though it would be so convenient.
