Lisa Fast, efficient and caring. I had two recent visits for kidney stone attacks. Dr. Bhanji so nice and listened to me, and got my pain under control fast. RN K. H. was excellent as well, she interacted with me by talking with me trying to make me feel better and she did. Second visit was with Dr. Gillette which was great as well and the nurse "Amber" I think was good. CT Technicians was nice. Security Guards were very helpful.

John Jull I was there for a routine CT Scan of the chest. The facility was clean and personnel were friendly and helpful. The Imaging Technician, Yevette was polite, courteous, creating a stress free visit.

Cola Krause Wonderful experience! I was greeted at the door, and someone took my insurance cards to register for me. The woman who did my CT scan was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind.

ian pettigrew Had a back and arm injury that I had dealt with for 3 weeks. Tried another urgent care facility in Starke but after 30 mins decided my Vets was a better run establishment. Went to HCA Emergency and was treated with respect and urgency. They addressed my needs in a timely manner, diagnosed my injury, prescribed a treatment, administered a good solution, and I am now on my way to recovery. If you have an immediate problem, go to a professional, skip the lame, fast food, medical wannabes.

Steven Ringbauer I was seen within 5 minutes of entering. I had X-rays and did a breathing treatment. In and out 3 hours, that was probably one of the fastest ER visits I have had.

Adriane Lynn If you going for a birth or death cert dont get there when they open, even thou they OPEN AT 8, arent busy and nobodys ahead of you they dont "start printing" until 9 so you will waste an hour sitting.

Calamity Genesis Clay and Duval Counties gave me the run around on trying to get the 680 form for school. I called here and got the most amazing lady, Ill call "K." She was so sweet and even more notable is she was helpful!

David Cressler I am an impatient person at times, however I quickly became a huge fan of this specific location, my first visit here. I dont recall names, but all were perfect to me. I also talked with another single parent who was incredibly helpful to steering me in matters I need. Mother of 4 with a 2 year old born on my 4 year olds birthday.

Gloria Stewart Dr. Sharma denied me my blood pressure medicine for 4whole days after I had told her I had given out of my blood pressure medicine that only she could approve.Sje called it in Oct.31approved it then cancelled it and had to be asked by the Nursing director to reapprove it because cshecwas mad. She forgot her oath to be concerned about the patient,she showed no professionalism at all

Cali Rodgers Called them a week and a half ago for an appointment with child phycologist, she was referred to him by her regular doctor. The receptionist said she would mail out a packet for me to fill out and have ready for appointment. Never got the packet, went to appointment, did not get to see him because I did not have my custody papers on me. I dont know about anyone else but I dont carry them around with me. She never said I needed them when I called to make appointment, I told her that I could go and get them I live 5 minutes away, she said no they were closing. They are rude and inconsiderate people,. My advice to you is when you are making appointment and I called and say , this is,.........I need to make an appointment for my grand daughter, is that you listen to what is being said and act like you know what is going on.

John V Conveniently located in the middle of Starke, this is a great primary care doctors office. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get in for appointments. No problem with new patients and accepts most insurance. Really good with reminder and follow up calls.

charmin spurlin If youre looking for a milking Doctor then you have found the right ones. My husband has been going there for over 10 years and has watched countless of patients being scammed from a 25 dollar no show fee to talking to the actual Dr for only 5 min and charging the insurance for an hour. And how they are getting around it in that 5 min you spent to see the Dr and do your blood work. They call you back to tell you come back in for 5 more minutes to tell you what you already know is wrong and charging the insurance company another hour. God forbid you have multiple things wrong with you because this is a milking Dr in their eyes its one thing at a time. And if you call them out on it they wont call in your medicine that they prescribe to you and have been taking for over 10 years but the sad thing about it is coming off these medications can drive someone insane and if you tell the Drs this he will call the police on you to cover their tracks. So my suggestion is if you like paying milking Drs you have found the right place or find a Dr that will listen to you more than 5 minutes. So peace out starke family medical group.

Anthony B I am not sure whats going on here but they seemed unprofessional this visit. I noted that I had chest pain the past few days, and they just took my blood pressure and let me go. I paid $40 and waited too long for no reason after driving 40 minutes to get there. After that they let me walk out with no explanation or recommendations based on this visit. Just wanted to rush me out. First visit was thorough and much better..so I guess it just depends on who you get.

Lesa W Was seen by Alicia and she did absolutely nothing to aid in my health. Then they wanted to keep making appointments and was rude when I told them I didn’t need/want to see her. Oh and let’s not forget they charge you for your own medical records but won’t tell you how much. Beware!!!! Not a good place to go

My Doctor out office cant or wont say if he will return so had to find another Dr. I call for copy of my medical records and this need if their fault and want to charge me for my records. 63 and never has a Dr. Office asked for payment. Additionally, pretty incompetent place every single prescription ever subscribed took me 2-4 trips to get it right.
