Noneya Business I hate to be ugly because I think the person who worked on my nails was nice but unfortunately their work was incredibly sloppy. Several places where my nails were over filed and when he went under the nails he drilled my skin and it hurt so bad. My nails and fingers are covered in glue. My cuticles look terrible. Honestly it’s an expensive chop-shop

Felicia Henderson I have been to Lee nails in the mall a couple of times and the employees are pretty nice with fair prices. However my recent visit as with the last there weren’t any customers inside and it was 30 minutes until closing. I wanted my nails painted to look like French nails….my real nails not acrylics. So it only takes usually 15 minutes or less to them. The employee that decided to do my nails did not want to paint them like I wanted and I felt like I was pressured into getting them “painted” a solid color which I do not do my nails that way. To each his or her own. The woman that painted them did a terrible job that I could have done at home and they would look better. I got them in white and she chose just flat matte white. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. They also acted like they didn’t want to wait on me even though as I said there were no other customers in the salon. They also were speaking to each other as they all do in their language and about me. That was made obvious. It was just not a good experience for me at all. The last times I went in I didn’t have that problem and the man was nice and courteous and didn’t mind doing what “I”the customer wanted. I mean since I’m paying for them and it’s my nails that I have to look at I should be able to get what I want. Had it of been a different attendant with more knowledge and better service I would have given them more stars from my previous experience. But I will not make the mistake of returning to pay for something I don’t want again. *I will update my review to add that all my other visits here were great and they have always done a great job, just this one visit wasn’t that great of an experience in getting what I wanted.

kaylee DO NOT RECOMMEND. I simply asked for french tip and a heart design w an initial and the first image is what I got. No effort was put into them at all. It’s ridiculous. I then went to the salon in walmart and the lady was so nice and was quick to fix them for me.

Jamie Johnston They lie about what they charge. They tell you the amount, and at the register its different. This has happened more than once. Not sure why I went back. Workers are super nice, but they will all lie to your face. DONT EVER GO HERE!

Ellen Ander Super convenient to my house and each tech Ive had has been very respectful and detail oriented. It’s super clean and the staff is super friendly and everyone is super talented so no matter who you go to your nails and toes will be beautiful! Nail boutique & spa has a friendly environment and has wonderful and experienced people working there. My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once.

Brenda Matthews Ive been going here for several years. Its always been very clean and the staff have always been very friendly. Today was my last visit. The sheets on the waxing table was nasty. The tech took care of it after I said something. She then screwed up my eyebrows. When I said something she blamed it on the last person that did my eyebrows. It was her! Thank God its hair and will grow out. But I wont be back.

Emmelie Atkinson Very professional , beautiful and relaxing! They offer comfortable seating options and provide pillows or blankets if needed. Nails came out just how I wanted. This was my first time at Nail boutique & spa and I had the absolute best service ever. Got a manicure and fell them so beautiful!

Wingfield Worship The pedicure was not bad . The gentleman was also OK. The foot rub was not great, and I should have asked for them to look for the back of my feet more. When I got home, they looked the same as when I went in.. It seemed like 70% of the time that I was getting my feet done. I was being talked about in a foreign language.

Rachel Willlems I dont usually leave reviews, but these are literally the worst nails Ive ever gotten. Nails are un even ... didnt do a base coat, so u can still see my actual naill. Cut me multiple times and didnt even apologize......

Bryan Vino My wife and I have been going to Luxury for about 4 years and have always had a good experience. This time was the absolute worst my wife went in with our daughter she told the lady what she wanted and she did nothing that she asked for and then they messed it up horribly I will never return to this place when I called to have them try and fix it he said he would my wife got there and he didn’t even look at her nails he just said she did it but these are the photos right after she left.

Kristen Rye I went and got my nails done at Lee nails and they were so horrible I cried!! The next day they had to be fixed so I came here and Lisa did the best job ever she took her time and cared that this happened to me and did everything she could to fix them and I left extremely happy! She was sweet and did EXACTLY what I wanted! I’ll post the before and after pics of my nails!! I will be coming here from now on!

Madeline Wong Came here two days ago for my bridal shower nails with my friend, she got gel over natural nail and I got pink and white full set. My nails are crooked and lifting, and one of her nails already peeled up. My nails are super thick and lumpy, and honestly kind of embarrassing. Save yourself the hundred dollars and go anywhere else.

Eva Stroud I’m only putting 1 star cause no star wasn’t an option It was awful when I got there a girl was in tears of pain saying that they hurt her they were the only people open so I gave them a try but never again. They don’t listen and extremely pushy and insult you. Terrible job at shaping nails and left me a mess. Around my nails they left gel on my skin and the electric file they used was burning my skin so bad I felt so much pain and like I wouldn’t have any skin left. I would never recommend this place to anyone for nothing not even if they were the last nail salon in lake city! DON’T EVER GO THERE!!!!

Kelli Strawder I have agonized for over a month over sharing this publicly, but I truly feel people need to be warned. This was the worst nail job Ive ever experienced. The woman who did my pedi, did an amazing job, but do not let the other person who works there touch your nails.

Kaci Demers I was charged $200 for two basic pedicures( supposed to be $30 each) with gel polish & one gel full set. It was done absolutely atrociously. When I asked about the price and why it was so much when the price menu says $30 per basic pedicure, $28 & up for full set and nothing about being charged $35 extra for gel Polish I was yelled at by the lady & there was a guy in the back yelling at my friend and I as well. Then they started arguing in their language. I’m posting pictures of my full set that’s not even 24 hours old. There’s glue all over my cuticles & it’s already chipping. I am making a claim with my bank because no way should this have been $200. Not to mention there were roaches crawling all over & the seat beside me had black rotten water sitting in the pedicure bowl.

Gina Faille Mrs. Tina does an awesome job and she is always very nice. She’s very reasonably priced. She did my pedicure. I also come regularly to get my eyebrows/lip waxed and she never disappoints!

Tiffany Smith This was honestly the worst “professional” nails I’ve ever experienced. I don’t even think this guy was licensed. The guy put no primer on my nails. He also put gel all over my nails and the shaping is awful. He got upset when when I asked him to fix my nails. All I was asking him to do was what I was paying for. $45 for a fill in, and my nails looked like they were painted by a child. This place should be shut.
