SB Inc Probably the best pedi I’ve had in years. All my toe nails were filed well and weren’t crooked. And my nails have been complimented quite a few times since Saturday.. I’d originally went somewhere else but it was really bad so i had that place remove the chiclets off my fingers and I searched for a new salon and I found this place Penn nails. Will definitely be back. It is a family owned business Mom dad and daughter. And they were very nice and timely. Thank you again. Definitely made my birthday

RHC I am thrilled with the way my nails (fingers & toes) look when I leave Penn Nail Salon! Kathy takes pride in her work and listens to what I want even though the shape I prefer (square) isn’t current. lol It is a clean and tidy salon with ample parking! I will be a regular customer!

Toni Stugard I am new to the area and there is a a lot of salons to choose from. I chose Penn Nails and Spa and I definitely made the right choice! This place is beautiful, clean, everything is new, and the people are fantastic! I had a pedicure by Kim, and Tammy did my nails. Kathy is wonderful as well. I will definitely be back there. This is one of the best I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend you give Penn Nails and spa a try, you will not be disappointed! They make you feel so important, I LOVE that too!

Vanessa Silva This salon is a disaster! Sadly the new owners do not do a good job Ive tried a few of them already as I wanted to give them a chance however the acrylic on my nails was left very thick and there was acrylic all over my cuticle and my skin Andy was very rude and no matter how many times I told him to please remove it from my skin on my own because it was hurting. The other girl that I believe is the owner that spoke perfect English told me that he would do it later, kept telling her that it was bothering me they didnt care, he understood because he said he would do it later then they both very rudely started speaking started speaking in Vietnamese as if they were mad I figured he was upset but I asked him a couple of times nicely I literally left that salon to go to another one to fix my nails I will never go back to the salon they remodeled it, it looks nice but the employees do not do a good job at all I really miss Mia.

Nina White I have been going to ToiSpa for a while now and today I had dip powder manicure done by a new technician Tony. He did impeccable job and I was in and out within less than 45 minutes. My nails look perfect. Very well done !

Allison Marti Toi Spa in Boynton Beach is hands down my favorite nail salon I’ve been to! My girl Mai, is an amazing nail tech and knows how to do my nails exactly how I want every time! I’ve been seeing Mai for over a year and I refuse to go anywhere else. She is the kindest person and such a talented nail tech! I see her every 2 weeks and I always look forward to seeing her and getting my nails done. Toi Spa is so clean and everyone there is so friendly. If you need a new nail place, go to Toi Spa and make an appointment with Mai!

Ty’Chelle Love Horrible service! Tech did things that I DID NOT book for or ask for! I confirmed the things i wanted done 2x with the person at front desk and she still did a whole service that I made sure to tell them I did not want. She didn’t update me on the different price on the things she did .. once again I DIDN’T want. As I stopped her while doing my nails she claimed she couldn’t do what I asked for because she did something else. She had a nasty attitude when I brought the problem to the person in the front attention because I confirmed multiple times of what I wanted. Tech was horrible and her service!!! Literally a rip off, I booked what I wanted and she literally didn’t go off of what I booked! Never did the words “best nails I ever had” ever came out my mouth ! I have a nail tech that does WAY better my nails that were done here are VERY mediocre. But I definitely said it wasn’t worth the amount! Once again I for sure told her the length and she cut it as if it was what I asked for. Your spa sucks, service sucks and communication SUCKED! I still paid for the nails before I even complained about the price so let’s not try to play the money game here ! I paid then addressed the fact that you guys run a horrible business ! I have no problem coming right back in in person and addressing it :)))

Josephine Buono I go to the Wellington location. Positive review: Can’t rave enough for my girl Diana! What I give her ten stars on is waxing my eyebrows. Never, ever has anyone taken such time and attention to detail as she does when doing my eyebrows. I’m 68 and my eyebrows are a little sparse and grey. She even fills them in with pencil when she’s done so they look fabulous! Highly recommend her! Negative review: Hooks are available by the nail tables to hang your purse. There are quite a few that are broken, namely Diana’s! I don’t like having to put my purse on the floor. Secondly, the music is awful. You can barely hear it and it’s music that will put you to sleep. By the time my nails are getting done I’m feeling comatose and fighting to stay awake! Come on, put some more lively music and louder! That’s it, I’m done!

Jillian Alvas Gi is a great technician! She is detail oriented and precise! She really knows her craft and her memory is impressive! Whether you see her once or a repeat customer she is concerned with your satisfaction. Tôi spa makes it easy to book on-line and check out is quick! I like the ability to pay a tip electronically! The facility is clean and smells good.

Jesicca Aloha I’ve been going to the salon for about six months. My first few experiences were good and they progressively got worse and worse today I came in for a pedicure and manicure when I got there. I realize I won’t have time to do both so I told the owner I only want to do a manicure and she assure me that they can do both at the same time. Three different technicians came to ask me what color I wanted and then walked away. A second technician came and asked me what shape I wanted then walked away. A third one came after I had communicated the color and shape I wanted.. third one came and walked away. by the time, my pedicure was done. No one came to do my nails, and I had to leave without my nails done. The customer service was terrible. The lady was ignoring me and wouldn’t come and talk to me to offer a solution . She didn’t even offer to put a clear nail coat on my hands my nails wear dirty and I specifically told her I was going to only do my nails because I didn’t have time. She was rude. Unprofessional didn’t offered to make it up to me in Anyway I do not recommend going to this salon over the past few months it’s gotten progressively bad.

And this is now the second time that my nails are chipped within less than a week! I had my nails done on Christmas Eve and I have chipped nails!

luiza buscariollo Iralys did my nails today and she did such an incredible job! She is detail oriented and is excellent at shaping nails! This was the first time in a long tine where i didn’t have to go home and touch up my shape.. i got to go home and just enjoy having gorgeous nails. I highly recommend Iralys if you’re looking for a new nail tech, she really takes her time and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. She is also very nice and gave an overall great experience. I am so happy that I get to have such beautiful work on my hands for my trip to Switzerland this weekend. Also as always Radiant nail spa is a really fun salon with a mountain of snacks and fun holiday decore. The front desk was helpful in putting my with a great tech. Love love love!

Adriana did a wonderful job with my mani and pedi and I will absolutely reach out for her. She was patient and dedicated to providing the best service and leaving me and my nails looking prepared for Halloween shenanigans. I would give her more than 5 stars. However, I have to review the salon itself. I was disappointed in the front desk associate as it was my first time and they did not provide the discount for services that they promise on here. It’s not professional business etiquette. Money is not everything, however, you must provide what you promise.

Justine Camburn I am only giving 3 stars due to the new management. The techs deserve 5 stars, especially Andy. I have been going to this nail salon since they opened, many times taking my daughter with me. They recently changed ownership/management though and her $30 gel manicure became $45 because they put some heart stickers on and sprayed on sparkles (none of which we asked for). I will continue to go and see Andy but I will be taking my daughter somewhere else where the prices are fair, especially for a young child.

I was sooo happy because baby was with grandma and I haven’t gotten my nails done in 3 years.. i just bought a house in Boynton Beach so I couldn’t go to my normal nail place in Broward. Wow Tony was so rude! My boyfriend paid for my nails and he wanted a thin white pink and white set but tony said that was impossible to do because when they grow you would see underneath the pink acrylic….that he can only do it thick but he will try thinner. He did it so fast and I told him I wanted it thinner… what’s so hard about this I do not understand. The only reason I didn’t do my own nails is because of Mother’s Day my boyfriend wanted me to get pampered. I told him once again I wanted the white a little thinner and He told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it….Wowww never In a million years would I think someone trying to get my business be so rude. I left. Unbelievable. I tip well too. Thank God I found a place last minute in the mall called Famous nails I am getting my pedicure as we speak and the lady about to do my nails assured me she can make the white thinner. Oh by the way this is how he left me in the picture attached. This is his version of thin white…. I left like this. I don’t know how they keep loyal customers…

May Mai I ABSOLUTELY ADORE this salon! I’ve been coming here at least every month since they first opened and will continue to do so! I am extremely picky and exact about how I get my nails done and cleanliness, and every time I come here my nails come out better than I even imagined and the salon is always EXTREMELY CLEAN and up to date. I always get at least acrylics with tips and designs, as well as a pedicure once a month to keep myself looking prim and neat. The owner who typically does my nails, does the BEST NAILS I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE! I always get SO MANY COMPLIMENTS wherever I go after! She is also extremely sweet, gives such great advice, and makes me feel welcomed EVERY TIME. The male employee who does my pedicure every time also gives EXCELLENT SERVICE and my toes turn out great every time and my feet become even softer each time! At this point I can’t even comprehend going anywhere else and LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon!

Mary Beth Wilde Clean, fair prices, but best of all the vibes! Vivian creates a fun atmosphere that feels like hanging out with old friends even on your first visit! She has an eye for color! She used 2 different nail polishes last time to match my bridesmaid dress for a wedding. She glanced at a photo on my phone and matched it perfectly!

Flo Smith my Client and I have been there a few times., The first time when we went in we were greeted by one of the owners, I was impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of the shop, there was no chemical smell and friendly atmosphere. This is important to me since my client is 101 and they treated her with respect and were very attentive. I Highly recommend this nail salon , I will only be going here from now on , they take there time and do a fantastic job.

Shamalayin Cosgrove The ladies who work here are good but today I got a gentleman work on my nails and they’re decent (6/10) but extremely inconsistent with shaping and evenly coating. It was very rushed. Request a lady if you go.

Carissa Lynn What I got verses what I asked for. The nails were awful. They were not even, lumpy, and lifting off in a few hours. I ended up going to another salon that took the nails off by the end of that day. They were so bad. I will never recommend going here.

Carla The place is great if you’re in the run for pedicure, they always take walk-ins. However gel powder or designs are not their thing. My nails were bumpy and they “fixed” a broken nail instead of cutting it and putting a tip, but it broke 2 days later. Also the top coat peeled off of all my nails.

Ashlee Harris The place was very clean and didnt have that overpowering nail polish smell according to my boyfriend . The staff was nice and my toes look great. They dont have a big selection of regular nail polish colors though. And the extra colors they have cost extra money. My pedicure came out nicer then it has with other places. If youre a person who looks forward to the massage part of a pedi then this is not a good place. But overall really great!

Lori Segal The shop was messy and dirty, with two dogs in case you’re allergic. The male nail tech was rude, impatient, and did a horrible job. I have never had a worse set of gels nails in my life and I am not a spring chicken. I do not recommend and will never go back, though the woman who did my pedicure was not bad.

Karen Sprague Yesterday I went to Emess Spa to get a full set of nails. Edward did my nails and recommend dip with tips. I am a nail biter and I had bitten them so badly that the top of the my finger was bulging up. I bit them very low into the nail bed. Edward was very courteous and did a wonderful job. He is detail oriented and made sure they looked perfect. I told him I wanted short natural nails. Attached is an image of my new nails. They look awesome! Thank you Edward!

Dana Lever Awesome pedicure. They use hot stones which definitely make it an awesome experience. I called and they fit me in last minute for a pedicure, which I do appreciate. However, my service was slightly rushed. At the end, the lady who did my pedicure essentially made me get up from the pedicure chair to seat another client, even though there were plenty of other chairs available. I will try again and hopefully will not be rushed.

The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, squeezing me in at the last minute and offered discounts and other customers and I water. Tony was a true professional, removing my old gel with care and precision. Jolie gently prepped, trimmed, and shaped my nails. Her attention to detail was evident in the even and clean application of the polish. The salon’s atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with music and entertaining YouTube videos playing in the background. The other nail technicians were friendly and attentive to their clients, creating a positive and welcoming environment. Kate MacCloud Unfortunately my experience was not very good. Everyone was kind but my nails turned out horrible. As you can see in the photo my cuticles look awful and were bleeding. She took the nail drill along my cuticles and caused me to bleed on several fingers. It was incredibly painful, but I’m not good at confrontation or speaking up from myself so I didn’t. When she noticed, I was bleeding she started rubbing my open cut with the towel underneath my hands which is incredibly unsanitary and painful. You’re not supposed to rub a cut when you get one, you clean it properly and tap the blood away. She did none of this. She then took the nail glue and started gluing the cuts along my cuticles to stop the bleeding. This is incredibly unsafe and unprofessional. I’ve seen people get horrible infections from nail salons and I am at risk for one now as well. The first picture that is shown is not even the work done by the girl who did my nails (the second picture shown of me in the car is the work she did). I came home and took my own nail drill and drilled off the polkadots she put on there. I redid the polkadots and reshaped them with my nail file once I got home. My nails were incredibly lumpy and uneven before. No one should have to go home and redo their nails that cost them $94. I also got a pedicure, which was ok they look nice. But she cut my toenails without asking me if she would’ve asked me I would’ve told her to only file. She also stepped away to do someone’s eyebrows while I was getting my nails done. This wasn’t a super big deal to me, but if I’m going to pay $94 for nail services, I expect your full undivided attention. Overall, everyone was nice, but their service was lacking in time management, professionalism, and quality. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know.

Marisa Dickman Amazing! The studio was clean and had a great atmosphere. Everyone that worked there was so nice and accommodating. The energy was 10/10. Jolie was 12/10. She is phenomenal! She did my nails and toes and hit both out of the park! I talked to her about my concerns with previous studios I have tried and she took them all into account and did a fabulous job! She is very talented and so nice! I have tried 7 other nail studios in the area but Tina’s has my vote without a doubt! Also great prices! I did a regular pedicure and a dip manicure with short extensions and it didn’t break the bank :)

Sherri Schneider Based on the mixed reviews, I was hesitant to try this salon. I had a fabulous deluxe pedicure. I had my lip and eyebrows waxed. My eyebrows look wonderful. I also had a manicure. After 1 day, 6 nails are chipped. My nails look awful!! Hence, the 3 stars.

Abigail Richner What I asked for, versus what I received. I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and will not be returning to this salon. I paid 13$ shy of 100$ for the ugliest set I have ever had on my hands in my entire life. No disrespect intended towards anybody, you should not be offering a service if you are completely unqualified to provide it. It’s extremely difficult for a college kid with severe social anxiety to stand up for herself when unhappy with a service requested. I had been a returning client of this salon, I have already made an appointment for this week ELSEWHERE as this set was for a wedding I’m attending, and I can’t afford to show up with my nails like this. please do better by your clients and just be honest up front about what kind of services you are able to provide.

Victoria V Do not got here. Horrible. I got a full set of acrylic funny bunny WHITE nails put on Saturday afternoon. When I woke up on Sunday, the NEXT day they were this yellowish color. They are all knocked and horrible just after two days. These should have lasted close to a week. All I did was shower once and wash my hands as normal. I refuse to go back because of how horrible they look and they refuse to give me my money back. They were all uneven and not cute from the start. I don’t understand why the color got all gross. Could be an old top coat because my thumb is still white-ish? I don’t understand why they won’t be more accommodating with the refund. Take your business elsewhere. Yuck. Update- Yea, I work 9-6 every day. I asked to come in today at 6:10 and I was told no, you stop taking people at 6. Another reason why I want my money back. That was the rudest response from an owner. If my review doesn’t scare you away then that response should. Shows zero accountability. It’s not just the color. The size, shape, cuticles, everything was terrible. The sink in the back to wash your hands is filthy, dirty too. I can keep going. But the poor customer service is the icing on the cake.

Vikki Morales First time here and Kathy took care of me. I only wanted gel polish and my toe nails trimmed. Kathy used a nail drill to take off my regular nail polish. After she was done I asked her to use nail polish remover to take off the remaining nail polish that was left on my toes we went back and forth on what I wanted. I had someone intervene and translate for me what I wanted. After that she had a slight attitude and was rough taking off my left over polish. I won’t return here again. Kathy needs to work on making people feel more comfortable.

Nicole Ramiscal I called on a Monday around 12:15pm. They were able to take me as soon as possible, 12;30pm. Kim Lyn did my toes, she did a great job. Dustin did my nails, good job also - I did dip, no tips as I like my nails to look natural plus I have a long nail bed so I dont need to add any length. Total for both services was $83 ($40 nails, $43 Pedi). I just moved to the area, so finding a good place that I can get into quickly and service good as well as fellow clientele being friendly is a plus. This will now be my new local nail salon. S - FL Cali Nails is very unprofessional; the staff often talks down to customers for no reason, extremely disrespectful. The atmosphere is dirty, and they rush you through your appointment. I highly recommend choosing a different nail salon. I typically only leave reviews for either outstanding or extremely poor service—check my profile for proof. Ive given this salon many chances because its close to my house, but I’ve been consistently disappointed. Today was my last attempt. Save your money and choose another salon; you’ll be better off! You will definitely have to go to another salon to get whatever service you have done fixed, so please save yourself the hassle and extreme frustration. Lastly, no matter who you get for a pedicure, they will hurt you. Ive never had a relaxing pedicure, all the women are extremely rough.

Leslie de Lepine Legitimately the most painful and worst pedicure Ive ever gotten in my entire life.... the nail tech never asked me if I wanted to cut my nails short, she just hacked away at them. The picture tells the entire story... and Ive never been asked to sign a release for getting a pedicure anywhere else. Probably necessary if this is the type of work they always do. Crystal Marie So I’m giving 3 stars because of this. I had quite literally one of the best pedicures ever by Nina. She took her time, was patient, very details, and it was extremely relaxing. I was so incredibly happy with the service that I decided to come back the following morning. I got there at 9 because I had some things to do. No one was there until about 9:30 ish. Idk if the AC broke or what but it was HOT. Like crazy hot. But whatever it’s fine. I wanted the same service I experienced the day before. I had to wait and I guess they wanted me to be done by Nina again. She got there around like 945. So I’m all excited but the manicure was nothing like the pedicure. Barely any massage, she did the cuticles and stuff well but I had to tell her to reshape the nails and I was super sad when I left because the paint job was pretty horrible. The paint is on my skin and not just my nail and there’s a mess up on one of the nails (it’s gel so it was the way it was painted). I was too shy to say anything but I left pretty upset. It just wasn’t worth it. I feel like I wasted $35 (the pedicure was great, but I’ll probably go elsewhere for both)

Lasia Harris Worst experience I’ve had in a long time and I tried to be nothing but patient understanding it was a Sunday morning and they clearly needed help. I sat here for 2 and a half hours simply needing a soak of on the hands and an gel pedi… only to have a chunk of my cuticle cut off on my thumb and to be left with cold towels on my feet for 15 minutes waiting some someone to finish my pedi (a customer walk in and they literally stopped my pedi mid way because the 5 minutes they quoted the walk in was approaching. It costs nothing to be honest instead of rushing the client you’re already working on!). Ended up leaving with a plain unpolished hands and feet. I had to go to Majestic nail salon down the street and pay extra for them to finish the job! Awful service please save yourself the time and money. 100% would not recommend.

Chelsea, who did my nails did an incredible job! I was shocked because Ive shown nail techs pictures of what I wanted and I got the complete opposite, but not with Chelsea! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is impressive—each nail was perfectly shaped and the polish application was beautiful. Chelsea also remembered the color I love and now does them every-time I go there. I highly recommend Chelsea and Tina’s nails to anyone!

Kate Kelly Lady at front desk is always a pleasure! Although majority of the employees are simply not good at doing even the simplest of nails. The problem with this place is the ability of the employees. The pedicures here are fine but i will never get my nails done here again. Very messy work and they think it’s the best they’ve ever done, not to mentioned the prices are ridiculous for the final product. You’re much better off going to a private person doing work from their home for much cheaper prices.

Lynn Christensen LaBella is my absolute go-to Salon! The nail tech I usually go to is on vacation for two more weeks and I was in desperate need of new nails so I called up yesterday and they took me today and I went to Erik. I was going to get cat eye again, but I loved the bubblegum color underneath so much, I just asked him to put clear over it and I could not be happier!!! My nails are beautiful!!! Erik is a definite perfectionist. He took the time to look at each and every nail to make sure they were all perfect. He’s amazing!! Don’t believe any negative reviews that you read. Please try them I promise you that you won’t go anywhere else ever again!!

Kathleen Slifer This salon used to be a very good salon for all nail services. NO LONGER!!!! Experienced technicians are now training new young technicians who do not know what they are doing. A simple manicure turned out a disaster. Manager was informed and said “I don’t do simple manicures”. Be warned of going there for any nail services unless you are part of the managers “in crowd”, otherwise who knows who will be performing your services? Very Disappointing!!!!! Many other salons in area to choose from!

Elena Bartolone They do excellent nail work (I am very picky lol) and I would highly recommend them based on this. Grace did my mom’s pedicure and she was lovely!!!! I will say though the prices advertised online at the time of booking are simply not the same as the prices they give you at the end of the service; also they do not include many things in their services that other salons do and instead these end up being paid add-ons. I personally prefer consistent and transparent pricing but would go back and give them another try because my experience was otherwise great

Barbara Elena Romero I had a highly disappointing experience at this salon. It is consistently empty, which I believe speaks volumes about the quality of service provided . On one occasion, I had a scheduling conflict and, due to an unforeseen issue with my phone, was unable to call and cancel my appointment. Unfortunately, when I attempted to reschedule, I was informed that they would not accommodate me in the future, despite the circumstances. This response seemed unreasonable and unprofessional. Additionally, the quality of service did not meet my expectations, except for a few times I did my nails with the Cuban girl (who works awesome). Overall, I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Lynda Moodie This is definitely the nail salon to go to. Excellent pricing, the staff is friendly, it is very clean, vibrating chairs provide many health benefits, and the pedicure is phenomenal. My legs, from their calves to the tips of my toes, were cleansed, moisturized and massaged. Never before in any salon or spa have I received such attention to clipping. Hot towels were placed around my legs from knee to ankle that, apparently, can improve circulation, relax the muscles, soften the skin and provide a soothing sensation. I know this sounds weird, but I’m looking forward to my toenails growing.

Each time they charged her for not asked for services and say “ next time we fix”. But each time she keep getting charged over 30$ more than it should. Don there is amazing and is the best guy there. But if you say you’re going to “take care of it next time”, then do it. Now it’s over 200$ paid for services she didn’t want

Alyssa Watters Absolutely worst 2 experiences of my life. I will never ever recommend or be back to this establishment. The first time I went I got gel x and absolutely no details involving the burning of my nails or any of the process was explained. The gel that was applied was so thick that it was lifting my real nail from my nail bed. The 2nd time I went which was 4 days later, I went to get my nails removed. I was told it would take 2 hours to remove the gel x which is absolutely absurd. I was kept waiting for someone to finish the removal process for an hour then left waiting another 30 minutes for someone to NEVER do my manicure. I ended up walking out after the front girl was a complete snot. I was told by her that it’s not fair to have the techs waiting without work while nails are soaked off so she just never came back. I guess it’s ok to just never receive services then blame the customer for not having an appointment when it states on their door that walk ins are welcome. Never ever come here. It’s a shame I won’t be back given they are literally 3 minutes from my new home. I’d rather drive an hour than come back here.

Beverly Keitz The salon is big and bright and clean and can accommodate a good number of clients. Christine greeted me when I entered and assigned MaiLee to do my gel pedicure. The service went well, but I’m disappointed with the color. I should have paid more attention when she applied it because it is not the color I chose. I take responsibility for not watching as MaiLee applied the color but what I got looks like chalk white and I know the color I chose had a pinkish tint. That’s my only gripe, but as I said, I should have been paying attention.

Myo I visited Sea Nails to have my daughter’s nails polished with plain colors. The female owner upcharged us an additional $5, just for choosing different colors with no extra details. Even the nail tech felt bad and offered to take care of it without additionally charge. Horrible experience. This place is clearly money-hungry, and I don’t recommend it. I won’t be coming back.

They really listen to you and they want you to be happy, and it shows in their work. The retention is excellent and my nails never break. It is a relaxing and comfortable environment. Their prices are reasonable and I would continue getting my nails done there even if their prices were higher. I look forward to my appointments at Sea Nails, and I will not go anywhere else!

Jillian Celeste The nail techs are rude one of the women yelled at her client for dropping the acrylic nail samples. They mislabeled their nexgen nail samples so I didnt get the color I asked for. Barbara Pope Gel nails look good at first, but dont hold up. They dont provide new, clean nail brushes for each customer, used brushes sit on sink. Good luck trying to get them to honor a gift card. They have a dozen excuses why they can’t honor their own cards. Update 2020- very few colors, seedy looking, lackluster nails and the manager is rude and manipulative. I gave it another try. I won’t again.

isabela duque i came here asking for a simple design, which the owner said they were able to do. after sitting down with the nail tech she informed me that she was not able to do it because she lacked the skills, so i was looking for a different one to see if she could do it. but when i couldn’t find another one i liked, she got extremely upset, yelled at me that i was complicated and should just let her do what she knew how. then the owner came over to also yell at me saying that she wasn’t a nail tech and didn’t know what her employees could do (how was i supposed to know that if she said that the design was ok?). i respectfully asked to leave but was instead met with more yelling and disrespectful comments saying that i just wanted a free manicure which was shocking because no service had been provided yet. overall terrible experience. do not come here.

Lily G horrible. I first wanted a design and a woman came up and told me “honey they can’t do anything close to that” ok…. so i just asked for plain french tips instead. my “nail tech” that was just some random guy got the glue all over my fingers, cut my cuticles so painfully on my toes, and glued on tips that were far too big for my fingers and were basically just glued onto my skin. I asked for him to just take the tips off as i decided i didn’t want my nails done and both him and the nail tech doing the person next to me’s nails were very rude. Lowkey goated calf massage though even though he wouldn’t let me turn on the massage chair

Heather H Pedicure was good but my nails came out horrible. I asked for a soak off and simple acrylic overlay. They nail tech must not have much experience because he was attempting to cut down and pry the old acrylic off with a nail file until I explained that these were my real nails. Unfortunately, my nails came out misshapen and bulky looking. I didn’t have time to complain about the service because I have a flight to catch but in the end I wish I could’ve been happy with the nail service.

Brianna Dames I have been coming here for years and have had nothing bad to say!! The staff are all nice and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Kelvin does my nails and has been for years and is very talented. I like to do designs on special occasions and he nails it every time! I also get waxing done here. I always have good experiences and leave happy. If you need a nail spot to go to this is the place! Prices are reasonable as compared to other other salons.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and I’m always happy with my nails. People complain because they’re looking for $100 nail services for $25 bucks. I’m a simple gal, pedicure and fill ins, so this place is perfect for that. They owner is the only one that does the acrylics and he’s damn good at it. He doesn’t do the fancy stuff but his place is affordable always! If you want top tier nails go somewhere else and don’t slander this shop owner. I hope this place stays open forever!

Alison Garcia I came here before and did a set with Bryan or Ryan i think his name is and left happy. I walked in and some other guy attended me and was just mad about doing them the whole time. I went on a Friday and asked for French tip… this is what i got and one on my nails chipped the same day and keep chipping… it’s been 3 days not even.. so dissatisfied and disappointed. They look ugly and ruined!

Sweet420 came here randomly with my aunt around Christmas time and decided I would get a full set since I hadn’t had one in years. Charlie did an amazing job and I’ve been coming every two weeks since then. I always get a gel pedicure and full set which usually runs me about $90 which i think is pretty reasonable. Came back today with a design I found online and Mr. Charlie didn’t disappoint!

Nona I love this Nail Shop and would come here regularly when I lived in Boynton Beach. They are always professional, and do a great job. Did I mention they were fast too which is important to me. I actually traveled here because I did Not like the last result of my last visit to the nail shop I had been going to for almost 3 years. Prices are on Par so no surprises. Most important, they are extremely clean and sterilize their equipment.

B Donna (Donna Bee) I got my tips 16 days ago and already 2 nails popped off. Maybe he didnt put enough glue on the tips or acrylic. Also the tech never checked to see if my nails were even, when I got home they were uneven. He had me wash my hands after the nails were painted. He didnt do a hand massage nor did he put lotion on my hands. Im totally unsatisfied with the tech. So it was $45 wasted.

Shalara Valdez Horrible, fullset dip and supposed to be square . I told the young lady that there was waves in my nails. She tried to re-dip it and it came out more horrifying. When it was time for me to check out, I spoke to. I’m guessing the manager, the one that of course takes your payment to let her know that the girl needs more practice in dipping Didn’t offer me a discount but did offer to redo my nails. Why would I wanna sit here for another 2 1/2 hours when I’ve already sat here for that long. It’s not like I ask for some crazy nail design something simple. I have a company Christmas party to go to!!!! These things are coming off!!!!

Katy Huffman Asked for short nails in a neutral color and the tech told me they don’t have an off white tan color and was pushy about getting longer nails with designs so they could charge more when I refused she started talking to the other employees about me in a different language. When I reminded her of the nail shape she pulled off the tips she had put on and told me to get out. Miss this place

Ganelle Thompson I had a really great experience the first few times I went. But the last two were very questionable . The second to last time I was told there wasnt enough time to do a fill at 5 o clock after another young lady walked in a few seconds after me. I explained I had a flight and the young lady mentioned she had no problem coming back the next day to do her nails. Neither of us had appointments I might add. The owner said no. I guess she opted for the client that had more expensive services that day though I had proven to be a returning customer having come every two weeks for 2 months straight. I didnt make a fuss, I quietly left and went else where. This despite that incident I decided to come back and try again. The location is very convenient and its less than 5 minutes from my home. This last time however, the owner seemed annoyed with me when I was explaining that my toe nails on each foot did not match being that the lines on my French were thicker on one foot and the polish on the big toes were very thick because the tech put too many coats of polish. With an attitude she explained they would only cut the nails down on the other foot but said they wouldnt removal the polish. I asked her if they could file to flatten the appearance of the polish and maybe just put gel on top ( I have seen this done) she said no. I paid my money and left. This is definitely the last time I will be returning. I have always tipped handsomely so I am not sure why today I received so much pushback today. But I do know that I spend a lot of money to get my nails done and they lost a valuable customer. Headed to another salon to redo my toes.

E_ lizabette Horrible quality of nails. Needed a place close by at a short notice. I usually dont like leaving bad reviews. I shouldve read all other bad reviews before I went there, now that I checked if theres anyone else with the same experience, I can tell you they are all correct. Bad quality, looks worse than when I used to do my own nails. The guy in the front right liked to trash my previous set that had lasted for 4 weeks, how its not good and is weak. Ends up, his acrylic set being ugly, ugly shaped, nails uneven, not smooth, acrylic all over the place, color on top uneven, with small bubbles in topcoat that started getting dirt inside of them, nails weak, one nail started breaking in half two days later in the middle of nail causing constant pain in the nail and cant touch anything without it being sensitive.

LL My favorite nail salon here in Boynton Beach. The nail technicians always do an excellent job. Jennifer is amazing. Their facial hair wax removal is gentle too.The atmosphere is always friendly and the decor is beautiful and a very clean nail salon too…highly recommend.

Lisa Michalek A friend recommended Kim at T&H and it was a fabulous recommendation. The salon is very clean and Kim gave one of the best gel pedis I’ve ever gotten. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Max Krzyzaniak My fiancée and I’s go-to spot for pedicures. Always clean, and they just recently updated their massage chairs! I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment because they can get busy. They are also located right next to a Starbucks which is convenient. Leann and Lisa always take care of us, they are great! Good prices and an ATM inside.

Deneille La Mendola NEVER go here and NEVER go to Jason- He clearly hates his job and doesn’t want to work there. I got a gel pedicure with acrylic on my two big toes to make them more square, but the acrylic was wayyyyyyyy too long and when I asked him to please make them shorter to match the length of the rest of my toes, he got all pissed off and purposely burned me with the drill!! I have never experienced anything like that in my life. Super disappointed and I’ll be sure to tell EVERYONE I know to never go there again. Also considering legal action!

Saniyah Exume The owner was very rude about me paying her after me and my friend said we did not like our toes. She was getting defensive and yelling while i was on the phone . We paid 70$ for the service we received but the way she was treating us wasn’t respectful. -1/10 don’t recommend . Would you guys walk out a store like this ? Also the lady that was doing my toes asked me if I wanted a massage and i proceeded to say no and she still gave it to me and i was still charged even tho I didn’t ask for that.

Shelly Kelley Kim is the best EVER! she shows extreme attention to detail! Shes always in a good mood. I have been there until an hour after close and she is still making sure that my nails are meticulously done! I highly Recommend everyone! Their hygiene is above par! Five stars all the way!

Barbara Christiansen I went here because some recent reviews were positive and highly recommended Hellen. my pedicure was ok, not much of a massage but ok. as she was grinding off the old dip I kept feeling stinging around my nail beds thought it was the heat. unfortunately it wasnt she grinded off my cuticles, see photos. unfortunately I forgot my glasses at home so I couldnt see what she had done till I got home. Take a look at the uneven dip and bubbles on the nails. Look also at my cuticles the cuts and messed up cuticles. My cuticles today hurt so much. Who ever heard of grinding off cuticles? I dont think she was proficient in doing the dip either. I will not recommend this place and never go back. Enlarge the photos so you can see first hand the mess especially cuticles.

Katherine Bernier This is a picture of what I wanted versus what I got. I feel like I should’ve been told that they were unable to achieve this style instead of attempting anyways and making my nails look like this. I would’ve gladly picked a different style. I’m very disappointed especially because I paid $66 for this. I understand it was a different style which may have needed more experience but please let the customers know if you can’t do something and I’m sure most people would not be upset and would actually prefer honesty.

Claudia Rodney Ive been coming here for years and always satisfied with the gel Pedicures. I received a very bad gel pedicure. Literally like a child did the work. I called complained sent pictures to the owner. Never heard back. Very disappointed. After being a loyal client for many years. I will never return and I will ensure to post the pictures of the $47 I paid for. Note: Photos also have been added to their website so you can see the work they did on my toes. Pretty bad! Pam Made an appointment on Sunday for Monday at 5pm at the Gateway location for a french manicure with tips. There was a hand display in the store I really liked and asked if I could have that. Unfortunately, the person doing the job was not specialized in that nail type. The nexigen was not applied well: they were too thick. The nail art was not done well at all. The diaganol white tips were not drawn evenly, the designs were not matching nor were they good at all. Worse, the nexgen powder covered my cuticles and was on my finger skin. I spoke up several times but it became clear the tech was not skilled in this technique at all. I am disappointed in the (owner/manager??) Who insisted the style could be recreated even when the nail tech made a negative facial expression when the hand model was shown to her. I have several photos but this is not allowing me to add photos

Pat N. 2nd time I tried this nail salon. I had an appt which they were ready for me I had a lovely nail tech Lina who was fabulous she did a good job and was very informative. We had a lovely chat she did great job on my gel polish and my pedicure Very professional. However, the manager was not so nice. Lina spoke excellent English and Vietnamese. She wasnt working at this salon long and the manager in Vietnamese was reprimanding her as she was doing my pedicure not so professional I felt sorry for Lina She should wait until the client is completed before yelling at her in Vietnamese. Was very happy with Lina I hope she stays with the salon I would definitely request her if I go again

Chris Atkins I would give 0 stars if I could regarding a very negative experience with a gift card issue that I experienced with the business. I was forced to purchase the gift card using Zelle vs a credit card. After the gift card never was delivered to the address via the mail and even having the Zelle receipt, Fancy Nails would not honor the gift card. They said they do not track the gift cards nor ask for ID for their gift cards. I highly recommend NOT doing a GC order except for in person. Bring cash...

Susan Mallardi Picked out my nail color for my mani and pedi, same for both. My pedi was perfect and the nail tech was very professional; my nail tech for the mani, the manager, was something else. I was uncomfortable for the entire process, I commented halfway through the mani that it didn’t look right. She told me she wasn’t finished, blah blah. Well my mani ended up being a completely different color than my pedi. Coral for the mani and the color I chose, dark red for the holidays, on my toes. I knew I shouldn’t have gone here after my daughter got yelled at by this same manager for being on her phone. I haven’t been to this salon in over a year since moving out of Fl and as I recall it was a very busy place. Not anymore. She offered to fix my toes but my toes were fine. I’ll never go back to this place ever again because of the manager. I feel bad for her employees.

Caroline V Dont appreciate their customers. Was a long time customer, Staff has never been overtly friendly however they were always efficient. Went there yesterday at 5:50 Sam wrapped up my nails to remove the nexgen. He then decided while i was soaking that he would do a full set on another customer. Still I was OK making the best of it, watching videos on my phone. Before he was done with the customer WHO CAME IN AFTER ME, the phone calls began and the friends starting to arrive. While doing my nails he had to stop nearly 10 times in order to have his conversations. Regardless of what language it is in if you can not do your JOB and speak at the same time...STOP SPEAKING! He ultimately abandoned me in my chair and his wife came and applied my top coat. She noticed the look on my face as I was clearly upset and she very rudely asked me why I didnt say Thank you. Well that was it, this ignorance to the fact that they stole nearly 2 hours of my time! As customers our time counts and is Valuable! I walked out of there at 7:30. 1:40 for Nexgen? ridiculous! Not only will I not go again I will make sure others know what kind of People SAM and TINA are!!!

Crista P Pros: Allowed me to walk in within an hour of closing - I couldn’t go any other night after work. One lady came at 7 and they got her in. Fast and price is more affordable than others but lesser quality work. Cons: The salon is old, and the tools are dirty/had a weird smell to them. The guy burned my finger under my nail and acted surprised that it hurt. The trim from my pedicure isn’t straight and the lady was in a hurry so it was a little sloppy. Acrylic manicure is on my cuticles and it’s lifting after two days. Overall, mediocre. I’m thankful I was able to get my nails done before my trip, but I probably won’t go back.

Alexis L Very unprofessional 1/10. Kevin specifically and the owner Hannah are very rude. They declined me of a service when I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone when I tip them 10,15 and $20 everytime they do a service on me. Never had any disagreement or bad history with them. Would not recommend. They hate when you tell them how you want your nails well get a NEW OCCUPATION. And if you look at the picture my nails are way too thick, it was ON MY CUTICLE and that is how they look after a week. Kevin did them.

Zinnia Charles I was running short on time and informed a staff member that I wouldnt be able to finish my appointment, but she assured me that I would complete everything on time, so l agreed to proceed. I had acrylic on my toes that needed to be soaked off. The nail technician mentioned that there wouldnt be enough time for a soak-off and a pedicure, and suggested she would simply file down the old acrylic. I tried to explain that I wanted a proper soak-off, as I understand it involves using acetone to remove the acrylic. Despite my request, she continued to use an electric file on my nails instead. and why did i get charged $20 when the price list says $10 additional for a soak off. Never going here again

To my assumption I thought it was first come first serve then I spoke.to the receptionist and she said no name shed recognize my face, I didnt take the chance and stayed in line. Someone went in and got seen before me but I stood by and waited. ... and boy, did I LOVE my outcome for waiting !!! They hooked me up with exactly WHAT I WANTED.

Mildred Vazquez Waited an hour to get regular a pedi . They get mad if you don’t do a gel ! Lady put my hands in a bowl of acetone and then goes do a pedicure! Like really? Was waiting for like 15-20 said I’m leaving ! She says she has to charge 10 to remove my gel dip ! I was like you didn’t remove anything ! Just pass the machine over my nail and put my hands in a bowl ! Not fighting over 10 bucks! Paid & last time I go there! They take customers back to back and start rushing and doing sloppy jobs!
