Add me to the list of reviewers who listed multiple reasons why this is the best or one of the best experiences they’ve had at a nail salon. Today was my first time getting a mani-pedi there, (I chose it because I looked up most highly rated google reviews. This turned out to be one of the times I could trust the reviews). The space is extremely clean, they use liners for pedicure baths, sanitized packs of tools, there is plexiglass between technician and customer for manicures, it’s a very safe and comfortable salon. (And very reasonably priced for the service I received). Randy was the tech who did my nails today. He was the best, a real PRO; he did an amazingly thorough and detailed job of my nails and is an unusually good natured tech. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

Brittany Novak I’m a Naples native, which means that I was born and raised here. I have been to about 100 nail salons in Naples, Florida. This salon is by far the BEST one I’ve been to— they are consistent and I have recommended them to multiple friends who now only go to Lynn Nails. Finding a good nail salon is hard believe me on this lol. They take and honor appointments, they only hire the best nail techs, they’re clean and they’re talented. I came here for my wedding nails and they made sure my nails were absolutely PERFECTION before I left the establishment. They wouldn’t let me leave the salon until the owner approved of my wedding nails. I would consider myself an authority on good nails in Naples and I can assure you that you will not leave this place disappointed. I love Lynn Nails and you will too. Ps. Your gel nails will not peel and they will actually last for 3+ weeks. I got my nails done an entire week before my wedding because of how much I trust this place. FrancesMary Loughead I came in with my family to get pedicures and it was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have gotten! There are no tvs and spa music that is being played that makes the experience even more relaxing. I enjoyed my pedicure so much that I came back the next day to get an acrylic fill with gel polish. I believe I had a new nail tech do my acrylic fill because the owner had to come over and conduct the first half of the service while she watched him. The nail tech then sat back down and finished applying the gel polish. The service was $55 total- 30 for the acrylic fill, 20 for gel polish and 5 for the shape. (I was surprised about the shape charge because isn’t the point of a manicure to reshape/file your nails?) Less than a couple hours after, the gel on both my thumbs started lifting. It eventually came off so I went back to have the two nails repainted. It is still less than 24 hours after my service and I’ve had three more nails lift/chip in the meantime. I’d come back to the salon, but I’d be cautious about getting a gel manicure 11/13/2022 Update: I thought I could deal with the minor chips that are pictured, but it’s two days later & they’ve lifted and chipped so badly to the point I’m going to another salon where I’m getting them redone. Don’t get a gel manicure here!

Nellie Dempsey Today I was looking for last minute places that I could find to get my nails done as I wasn’t particularly happy with my previous set at one of my regular locations. I googled nail salons in Naples and I found this hidden gem. I live over 30 minutes away near North Naples and decided to give this location a try based off of their entirely positive google reviews. I did call to inquire whether appointments were necessary and when I was suggested to make one, I did. When I arrived for my appointment, one of the techs remembered exactly what my name was and what service I was going to get (very nice). Upon arrival, Le (the owner) and another woman were actually assisting the same customer which I thought showed amazing customer service. I had to remove a prior set of dip powder and Le wrapped my nails while the same woman came over and shaped them a bit in between helping the customer prior to me. I did not mind this as I thought it showed great attentiveness to current customers and also great team work. Le did an excellent job on my nails and listened to every gripe I had as far as shape and requesting extra layers of dip to keep them strong as I work my hands hard. We briefly chatted about our ethnicities which and he explained some things to me about cosmetology. He also told me that his salon had only been open since October of 2021… This salon is very cute, minimalistic and seems to have a different environment/experience than most locations where customer care is definitely prioritized. The salon also has individually wrapped sets of tools for your manicures so that nothing appears to be reused. I will definitely be making the trek out here. Found my new spot. Thank you Daisy team!

margaux dean I’m surprised by all the positive reviews. The past two times i’ve gone, they haven’t used primer on my gel nails. the first time i let it go, (but my nails only lasted a few days before they chipped). The second time I went in and had them fixed. I complained to one of the employees and he told me other employees don’t like primer because it’s too expensive. My nails chipped again after only a few days and i refuse to go back for them to fix. very disappointed.

Brenda Isaacs I have been going there for many years while in Naples. I did not get very good customer service yesterday. Sweet girl did a great job and then just got up and left and someone else sat down to finish. No explanation. He did not put a fan on my nails. Told me to sit for 10 minutes. I did. No one ever came back so I finally got up and they were not dry. Messed them up trying to get my sandals on. Asked the guy doing nails next to me if someone could help. He said when he got done. He had just started. I sat there another 20 minutes. Then I got up to leave. Someone came then and told them I was not happy. Then they were willing to do what I wanted. I was there 1 1/2 hours for a 45 minute appointment! Poor customer service!

Kailey Kernick I recently moved to Naples and was looking for a new nail salon that specializes in Russian manicures and gel nails. Unfortunately, my experience here didn’t meet my expectations. A week after my appointment, my cuticles look worse than when I arrived, which shouldn’t happen with a properly done Russian manicure. Additionally, the gel application was inconsistent, with some nails appearing cloudy and uneven. I was hoping for a more polished result, but the overall finish felt rushed. I appreciate the effort, but unfortunately, the quality didn’t match what I was looking for. Elena was my nail tech.

All of the nail techs were so polite and professional and they very detailed oriented. My new nail salon in Naples and won’t ever go to a regular salon again. We both got French manicures with hard gel but my daughter wanted extensions as she likes the almond shaped nails. It’s not your typical acrylic tips application. I can’t explain the process but it’s very different. It came out beautifully and my daughter loved her nails. loretta l This new salon is my favorite in Naples. I followed Rosy here, and love it. Freshly painted and redecorated in muted pinks it is both relaxing and friendly. Most of the clientele seem to have followed either Anna or Rosy here because of their expertise. Cindy and Laura appear equally dedicated to their craft. The selection of quality gel, regular polish, and dip powders is absolutely huge, and meticulously arranged and organized. Clients choose their colors from an array of painted samples. The foot baths have hygienic liners, and tools are sterilized. Hot and dry towels are clean and fresh. They offer many nail services as well as waxing. The music is soothing. You wont find an annoying TV here. Ask for a complimentary beverage if youre thirsty. Ill be going here whenever Im in Naples!

I wanted almond-shaped nails & a pearly pink color. I’ve only gotten nails a few times in my life bc my natural nails are usually long & pretty. I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage. What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied

They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. They even cut my cuticles, which I didnt even know you could do! I never get my nails done unless its a very special occasion, but I will definitely be coming back! I also got my eyebrows done and they fit them perfectly to my face shape. It was the least painful eyebrow wax Ive had so far-even the underside near my eyelid barely hurt. Very clean environment and they were so considerate. Prices were great, probably half of what Ive paid in the past for much shorter nails. If you are in the Naples area, you NEED to go here! 10/10!

Naty Solivan I was really looking forward to a relaxing visit to this nail spa, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The staff seemed inexperienced and unsure of what they were doing, which made the entire process stressful rather than enjoyable. My nails were uneven, the polish was applied poorly, and the overall service felt rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, the hygiene standards didn’t seem up to par, which is a major concern for a nail salon. I expected a higher level of skill and care, but sadly, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not worth the money—there are far better places to go for quality service. Cynthia Duran Núñez Today I went to get my manicure and pedicure. I liked the pedicure, they just didnt remove my cuticle or file my feet. The problem was in my manicure. I wanted some short square nails with French. But she slimed my nails and made them for like coffin style. I told her that I wanted them square and she told me that it was my fault for not telling her but she never asked me the way I wanted my nails she asked me when I had already filed them. I went for a refiel but she removed all the acrylic I had on my nails and made a full set. I also asked for my shorter nails and he never cut them. She just said "relax they will be beautiful" and yes they look pretty but its not what I wanted. Claudia Rivera I went to get my manicure and pedicure. In my pedicure they didnt file my nails, they didnt exfoliate me, they didnt cut my cuticles... they just cut my nails and painted them. At the manicure I asked for some almond French nails. And at the moment of sticking the tip she cut them a lot and I told her to remove them and start them again. But she began to be very rude and disrespectful. She didnt want to do it and said she was just going to take them off and not get my nails done. When she remove them, she doesn’t remove the rest of the glue from the tip on my nails.

Martha Manning Jenny (also known as J Lo :) does a liquid gel manicure for me (also known as hard gel). She does a wonderful job. She is so friendly and considerate - I enjoy spending time with her. She also does my pedicures - she is great with that, also. I have seen her go out of her way to help people - such a nice person! The salon itself is great - friendly, clean, accommodating. You cannot go wrong at Utopia Nails. I highly recommend Jenny and Utopia Salon.

Bella Whyte I’ve always been sceptical when it comes to trying new nail places, but I decided to take my shot with VS Nails. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, we’d been told at first there’d be a short wait (we were walk ins) but just as we were walking out the door the gentleman stopped us and said they could take us right then! I told the gentleman that I don’t like the bulky feel of acrylics and so he’d suggested Crystal (which I’ve never heard of before) and I can definitely say there’s no going back to Gel or Dip from here. Normally I don’t do designs either, just a casual french, but today I’d wanted something more intricate. Yesenia was very gentle and she did an amazing job! They were also very open and honest about their prices before I’d even made the appointment. After the appointment we even received a cute holiday card and a coupon for our next visit! Highly recommend VS Nails and Yesenia! I’ve added photos of the design reference and my nails!

Caroline Charde Fantastic experience at VS Nails. First off, they are open late and they welcomed me at 6:30 without making me feel bad or rushed. The tech did a very good job on my fill and listened to my requests. They offer an incentive of 5% store credit to pay with cash AND have an ATM machine on site. Rita I Unfortunately after my 3rd time giving this salon a try I will not be returning. The first time as you can read on my previous review Cindy did a great job doing a powder dip, however a week later I started to notice how my dip was beginning to raise up meaning there was a void under my nail and my hair started to get caught on these areas where it was no longer attached to my nail. I also noticed how thick the powder dip was and that made my nails look obviously not as natural. I came back 3 weeks later after all my powder dip nails were able to be removed easily to have a new dip powder done by Cindy again, she asked why I removed it instead of coming back here to have them remove them and I explained they literally were coming off on their own and causing issues getting caught so I couldnt wait to see her (this was over the holidays) I told her if she can also make them a bit less thick so it doesnt look like a fat short fake nail. She said yes of course and she did, a week later my nails were already coming off again which is when I decided to come back and show her and have them completely remove them and do gel instead. She began to tell me the reason why theyre coming off is because I wanted them so thins that this is what would happen! I understand what she is saying and it would make sense if what I had asked for was an unrealistic expectation... dont we go to the nail salon to get nails that look as natural as possible? My co worker also gets dip powder here and is how I was referred to in the first place, her nails do not look bulky and fat at all and she is the one who told me that I should ask for thinner because that is what she gets and most clients expect work that looks natural otherwise it would look obviously fake and a bad job. Regardless I decided to do gel, I thought a simple resolution, Cindy had a guy removed my powder dip nails and do my gel, I showed the staff Cindy and the man working on my nails the design I wanted, I believe he tried to do a good job however it wasnt good enough. In the pictures you can see how he did not bother to complete cover my nail, he only painted what was in front of him, I go to the professional nail salon so they can do a good job, otherwise I would do this myself at home and miss all the edges of my nail. So at the end I ended up paying $68 dollars to have them remove my dip powder (what was left since it was coming off) a bad gel and nail art. Seems like some customers they do a good job and perhaps others they dont care.

Lori Giannotti As a NEW client, I went to the salon to get gel x and a pedicure. It was over 115.00! I wanted to add a 20% tip because that is what I budgeted for that day. The owner was curt when she responded that the standard was 22%. Honestly, I wasn’t prepared to pay more…. But I felt like I was bullied into Tipping more. The next time I came to this salon, to get similar services, I booked an appointment first thing in the morning at 1O am. It was 10:03 am and the owner was inside and SAW me and didn’t let me in! It was pretty hot outside, and no shade, but she let a paying customer like me stand outside! A few minutes later other customers showed up, but the owner had already left to go to the back after she saw me. A worker showed up a few minutes later and finally started pounding on the door! Another worker from the back, showed up to open the door 5 more minutes later. The owner headed back to the front, but she never addressed me until she acknowledged “her” regulars first….. she was chatting them up, while I stood there. I never went back. I gave the review 2 stars because my expensive nails looked nice. UPDATE to my recent review: In response to the owner of Paint: Honestly, a customer should not have anytime limit in which to write a review on crappy service, as it is done on MY time and not anyone else’s. The timing of my review does not excuse the owners unprofessional behavior! That I choose to try other nail salons, also, has nothing to do with the review. I stand by all of my statements on your unprofessional snotty behavior and sky high prices.

Olivia Zaremba I’ve been hearing about this place since I moved to Naples and was excited to try it out when I had the opportunity to bc I can’t have nails due to my jobs policy. I think this atmosphere is beautiful but the technicians don’t match it.. especially for the prices you pay. I paid 114 for gel x basic French tip with chrome added on which barely looks like it. The technician didn’t know how to apply the chrome at all. At the end the owner asked if I wanted to add a tip. I told her I wanted to add $5 due to the experience I had. She looked at me with a judgmental face and said she couldn’t add that on and the standard tip was 20% bc “it’s a serving industry”. I then told her I would add 10 and she said okay I can do that this time just because you are a student so “I get it”. I spent 124 in total. A JOKE. It was belittling, uncomfortable, and absolutely unnecessary especially coming from the owner. Don’t not go there if you want you to over pay for basic nails, get judged on your appearance, or pressured to spend more money just bc it’s a serving industry. NOT OKAY. Treat your customers better.

He further insulted me in several different ways. Then he didn’t talk to me for the rest of the time. The guy who did my pedicure painted my nails like a five-year-old. Honestly, he needs to learn to color within the lines. I have never left a review this bad in my life.

Brittany Lukosavich This is the second of four times getting my nails done and they have fallen off. The first time they correct my entire set as I lost all but three nails in 3 days. Since they were nice and corrected it I went again the nails were fine I went and got another fill and 4 days later I’m missing 4 nails again. Just popping off. Not being hit or anything. The amount of money I spent for my nails to last 4 days is absolutely ridiculous. I did get a pedicure too and she did an absolutely amazing job

Rita I Today was my first time coming here for a regular manicure and basic pedicure. Kelly was the nail tech who did both, she was very thorough from the moment she began trimming and dealing with my cuticles, she truly tried to do a good job with polish however I think that’s where this place might lack practice in. I truly appreciate her effort because it’s very hard to find a nail salon that tries to provide a good job. Usually most rush and don’t care about detail at all. Kelly took her time while doing my nails, but I’m very picky and like most people I care about every corner and like my polish to be even throughout all my nails. You can see what I mean in the photos I posted, again it’s nothing very noticeable which is why I didn’t fuss about it. However since the attention to detail in the polish wasn’t there is why I can’t give a better rating. The establishment is pretty big, a lot of tables and chairs. Clean restroom and a decent selection of nail polishes. They have regular nail polish (Essie) and some OPI options that they charge an extra $3 because they claim it’s a better product and will last longer. I opted for the opi simply because I found a color I enjoyed, only time will tell if indeed it might last a little longer but I do hope so! Prices are reasonable, you can do walk in or call to make an appointment. I suggest you pay in cash, you’ll get a small discount. They only accept tips in cash so be prepared.You check in by putting your phone number into their kiosk, they also have an ATM machine inside. Plenty of parking in the plaza, and they’re open Monday to Saturday. Oh and if you continue to come back, you’ll get a stamp card for any service over $35 after you fill your stamp card you’ll receive $30 off your next service. Pretty cool.

Bora G If I could rate 0 stars I would. The man who did my nails was very rude, didnt speak any english and clearly didnt know what he was doing. The quality of the job is terrible.Uneven length, no cleanup, bad attention to detail. the gel looks terrible and broken in multiple spots. One of the girls tried to fix it but it was not fixable. They still charged me full price. I would recommend spending your money somewhere else.

Sihan I used to be really bothered by my short and sparse eyelashes. They just made my eyes lackluster. But all that changed when I tried the eyelash extension service at Babi Nail SPA! I was truly amazed! Their techniques are so professional, and the quality of the lashes they use is top - notch. After the extension, my eyes became big and expressive right away, and the result looks so natural and beautiful! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Also didn’t explain price difference… +$27 for Gelx instead of Acrylic “It looks more natural” “You’ll like it better” They started putting them on my mom and she said “I didn’t ask for this… I want my own nails” (Regular manicure with gel $40) “It’ll look like your nails” “It’s fine” “you’ll like them” Proceeds to dismiss my mom and puts them on anyway. +$20 for fake nails my mom didn’t want At the end I asked for an itemized copy of my receipt. They instead printed one with the total. I asked them to explain the price and they tried to act like they didn’t understand and finally told me. $58 pedi - Lavender scrub $65 gelx mani $20 Chrome powder $20 Gel polish Individual Total : $163 We paid and tipped for their time but we won’t be back. They prices are a bit high but I would’ve felt better about paying that much had I not been tricked into it. I also would have picked differently had I not been rushed and prices were explained before service. FYI - You can get 16 jars of chrome powder on amazon for $9.99 Charging me $20 to add that to my nails is enough to get me started on doing my nails myself.

I was charged $25 for this “manicure “… after seeing how bad my pedicure turned out, I did not want to waste my time on another service so I asked for my gell to be removed and to just have a plain manicure. No buffing or detail was put into the service and my pedicure was so painful and messy .. not to mention $80

Kavxrn5ssandra Lopez I recently visited this nail salon for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The person who did my pedicure was inattentive, and she actually hurt me while filing my toes. To make matters worse, she took a personal call and was watching Netflix on her phone throughout the process, which felt very unprofessional. I also found it frustrating that they charged an extra fee just to have my heels scrubbed and dead skin removed – something that should have been included in a standard pedicure. On a positive note, they did offer me some wine, which was a nice touch and felt sophisticated. However, the wine wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service. I ended up paying $76, which felt far overpriced, especially since in Golden Gate City, I typically pay $50 for gel and full-service pedicures. I walked out feeling unhappy, and I won’t be returning.

Chely Arizola I have been looking for just that perfect nail salon in Naples and I have finally found it. I’ve tried many and as a retired nail extension artist myself I know what’s good for my nails and what I want and most saline always try to push acrylic with tips but this time I was greeted by the shop manager expressed my concerns. He paired me with sexy in and I could not be more pleased. JJ took a look at my nails and immediately saw my concerns with my split nail beds cause splits to grow since my last child. He recommended the gel nail and he did them and I am so please. Matching mani/pedi they are perfect. I am going back in a couple of weeks for fills and I am excited to be able to discuss my next nail design with JJ. Their customer service is excellent offering beverages and massage chairs of course and their work is just gorgeous. Highly recommend. Very clean and very professional!!! What stood out the most was the overall care and attention to my comfort. Each visit, Henry makes sure to ask throughout the process if I was okay, which added a personal touch to the experience. Macalone Kathy (KathyMac) Ive been going here since they opened. Ive had a few different technicians since they have moved away but now I have Max and hes wonderful, Quiet, focused, and does a great job. I have the powder dip every 3 weeks, along with color change on my toes. Comfy massaging pedi chairs. My nails have never been stronger. After 10 visits you get a free pedi. I have a standing appointment. Definitely recommend it.

mariah izmailova I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent nail appointment. I came in simply to have an acrylic refill with a new color — nothing complex or difficult. Instead, I left with nails that look absolutely awful. For nearly an hour and a half, the technician was cutting down my natural nails that I had grown out, even cutting two of them off without any explanation. She applied excessive acrylic, and my nails turned out bulky, uneven, and far from the shape I asked for. Despite expressing my preferences multiple times throughout the appointment, they were entirely disregarded. After this disappointing experience, the salon owner told me I didn’t have to pay, which speaks volumes about the service quality. I still tipped the technician $20 out of courtesy, but I left deeply unhappy with the result. If the technicians aren’t comfortable with certain services, it would be best if they’re reassigned to ensure a better customer experience. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

I "Confirmed" an appt. with 1 technician. When I showed up, they told the technician she could not come in for my appt. I did not know that. So, I left. 4 - They push technicians who you DON"T want. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I love how you can pay them with venmo as well. I didnt have to wait forever to get my nails done like most places. Nicholas Nails & More is literally the best Nail Salon Spa in Naples. The only shop I will patronize. Pedicures are amazing, Manicures are amazing, Eye Brow Waxing is always incredible!! I always look & most importantly I Feel Great after my visits! My wife also gets her Nails here. She loves the Gel Nails & they always look great, she says they always do a Great Job & its super relaxing. I will not visit another shop. As a Man I feel very comfortable here. I love getting my Feet, Nails, and Eye Brows fixed here. Something for everyone! Theyre Modern Clean Hygienic always use new tools for every patron. Lee & Na are my favorites. Try them out for yourself. I am sure you will love them as much as I do. Update: remodeled and better than ever...
