Alona Cruz I love this place! Tam is such a personable, kind, and good-hearted soul. I drive an 1hr to get my nails done by her. She always caters to all of my nail desires and formulates the best designs when I’m indecisive. She is communicative and efficient. Her place is beautiful and super relaxing. She does amazing work and I’m so lucky to have found her.

I’ve lived in the Palm Beach area for 2 years now and tried practically every salon in the area, so trust me when I say this is the best one. Patricia Thomas I visited EMM for the first time today and LOVED it! The salon was quiet & clean. Sydney was so kind, patient, & professional. She did an amazing job and gave me the cutest pink coquette nails, I love them so much. Tom did my pedicure and he also did a great job. I will definitely be going back.

Claudea Belcher Update two day later: I had to take away a star because after two days my nail polish started to crack and became distorted(see pic) I dont know what type of polish they used but it is horrible! Now I need a polish change dont think I will go back to them. For the money the polish should be better and last longer, very disappointed….Had a nice first-time experience. The place was very clean and relaxing. Great comfortable massage chairs. Greeted as soon as I came in the door. Kevin was very good, he took his time to make sure it looked good. Price was average and they even offer a variety of complimentary drinks and cocktails, but you have to ask for it.

callista Called last minute, and they accommodated me on a busy Sunday. Very pretty salon, love the decor and chairs. I think I had Tyler for the pedicure and Bella or Grace for manicure, both great, kind staff. They have refreshments and also offer lashes and brows.

Kim Smith I moved to West Palm Beach a few months ago and hadnt found a replacement nail salon/tech. But today Ive found my place out here. The salon is beautiful and clean, nice amenities, prices are affordable, and everyone who I interacted with was really nice and had a good reporte with their clients. Grace came highly recommended in the reviews and she did not disappoint. I like to keep it simple and she did a great job and I cant wait to go back and maybe spice it up a little more next time :). I didnt have time for a pedicure but I will definitely be trying those services the next time I go.

Alexa Stander I get highlights with Raquel and she does an amazing job every time! I have hair down to my hips and she keeps it a shiny, beautiful, light blonde. Her technique makes my hair look like I’m still a natural blonde. Even the grow out never looks bad. Raquel and her team go above and beyond accommodating their customers. When my mother was in desperate need of attention after being hospitalized and placed in rehabilitation, Raquel arranged for one of her outstanding estheticians to take care of my mother’s needs off site. Going to Bliss is like going to visit family. It is truly a wonderful place where you can be guaranteed excellent services from hair to nails to a range of other specialized services. Meghan Carney I have been going to Kay Salon for approximately 18+ years. Kay always does a fantastic job! She has done my nails for special occasions and hand painted designs for my favorite sports teams, holidays, etc. She offers a wide variety of colors and services. She is a true artist and is so talented and detail oriented. I have also had the pleasure of enjoying her refreshing facials. My skin feels so soft & hydrated for weeks afterwards. Her facial is the best I have ever experienced and I highly recommend it to anyone. Kay cares very much about providing top notch service to all of her clients. Carefully scheduling by appointment only, she allows for the time needed for her level of utmost care and attention to detail. She is always ready and waiting for me when I arrive. The services may be priced slightly higher than other nail salons, but the experience of respectful service and quality of work easily make it worth it. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend this salon.

Dawn Atkins 5 stars is not even close to enough to show how wonderful Kay is. The salon is always clean and my nails are perfect every single time. The attention to detail Kay has is unmatched by any other nail salon I’ve ever been to and she is the most beautiful person that makes the experience even better. cayla leidy Kay is the absolute best in the business. For starters, she does my nails PERFECTLY each and every time. Kay never rushes and pays attention to detail. She is an expert painter and nail shaper. The salon is immaculate, quiet, accommodating and comfortable. Kay has a large variety of colors, with name brands and nontoxic options as well. I will truthfully say that I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else because she is just that good.

Amber Wilson Le is my GIRL! She can literally go any design you show her and she is so fast but precise! I always leave loving my nails and also Danny gives the best foot massages during pedicures! I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! They are all so nice and welcoming when you enter, I highly suggest this salon… you wouldn’t regret it

Rosalida First time her and I loved the service and the work done both on my nails and toes. David did an amazing design on my nails and he took his time. He listened to my request and made sure I was happy with each nail. Kelly did a great job on my pedicure, I love how the chrome came out. Definitely recommend!

Tyra I keep trying different nail salons to find which would be a perfect fit for me. But I’m disappointed time after time. I came to this salon which is nice. But the service that I received is not up to par. I wanted an “air brush/aura”look for my nails. To my surprise the nail tech was not able to do it after being told that she could. I sat there as she attempted the style. Once she did one nail & realized that she couldn’t do the style. I was forced to keep the base of the aura nail style which was black. She told me that it would be $15x2=$30.00 for the removal & the new polish. Meanwhile she swayed me to ultimately keep the black, then showed me her phone with Pinterest to find a style. I chose an abstract line style over the black. I did not mind her watching her show on her show phone while she did my nails. But I could feel that she didn’t really want to do my nails. I am so beyond disappointed & dissatisfied that only two days after getting my nails done the black gel nail polish is peeling off. Please keep in mind I paid $141+ $6 Tip. $80 for my nails to be cut & Filled for a short set. $60 for my pedicure even though, I was shown & told that it would be $45. I returned to the nail salon, I waited over an hour & 30 mins after showing & explaining to them that the nail polish was peeling. Every person who was here after me had been seated & taken care of. Its a high possibility that the reviews on here are fake, because I overheard them telling one of their regulars to leave them a good review. I wont be coming here again.

lydia vandyck Nothing but love for this salon!! A lot of the times i bring my toddler with me and she can be a lot sometimes but Karla and Gina are so kind and patient with us. Karla entertains my daughter by doing her nails without me even asking, she just does it out of kindness and i will be forever grateful. Gina takes her time with my nails and they always come out looking exactly how i want them too. I get SOO many compliments every single time without fail. She does amazing work. 10/10 recommend.

I normally get an acrylic fill-in with gel polish and a gel pedicure. The salon was prompt with the appointment time and I noticed the same for other clients checking in for their appointments. Vibe: So peaceful. They’re so pleasant and genuinely care that you’re comfortable and like the service. Acrylic Fill-in with Kevin: I opted for a nude color but inquired about chrome options. Kevin asked if I wanted the chrome to be ombré, and as I had never tried it, trusted his suggestion. I admired his attention to detail especially in reviewing the shape. Fun nails make me happy and when I look at them I smile because they represent good hospitality. Thank you. Gel Pedicure: Carla was so nice and meticulous. She asked me about one of my toes (that had been cut at a previous salon). She was very careful asking me how I felt as she navigated the cuticle. She thoroughly exfoliated my heels. And as if that wasn’t enough, she finished with a soothing massage before painting. Most relaxing pedicure.

Robinson Deborah (Sunny Dee) I love this little hidden gem of a nail salon! First, I love the very peaceful atmosphere! Its not chaotic or noisy like most salons typically are. Second the massage chairs are awesome! Third, my tech, Karla, does an amazing job! I have extremely sensitive nerves in my feet and she is very gentle, as well as skillful with whatever service I want done. Also, they are very clean and use plastic liners in their foot spas. This is a must for me. No liner, no business. At another salon many years ago, I contracted fungal nails because they didnt use liners and they werent as conscientious about cleaning well afterwards. This salon is excellent! Give them a call and see for yourself! Youll be glad you did!

Arlene Jimenez This place is very clean with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. The staff is very nice and I love how they are professionally dressed, in uniforms, and well-groomed. The reason that I am giving it three stars is because I was put into a pedicure chair that was very uncomfortable. Although they appear to be new and in very good shape, there was barely any stuffing in it, and so you felt the knobs of the massager that was inside the chair come through and it was very uncomfortable and bothersome on your back. When I mention this to the person who was taking care of me, she mentioned that they had recently been purchased and that was how they came. She was very good at her job when it came to the maintenance of my feet and hands, however, the nail polishing part left much to be desired. I had asked for a French manicure and pedicure and the lines were crooked and not well done. She had done the lines freehand. She already have another customer ready for her by the time I was done, and I wanted to get home since I was there over an hour or so. In all fairness, I didnt say anything to her since I did not really notice until I was out in the lighted parking lot and took a good look at my hands and feet. It was not horrible, however, after I paid $125 for the services, I just think that she could have taken a really good look at everything before letting me go. Again, I should have said something instead of just leaving, but I was done. I would still recommend this place, but they need to do something with those chairs and make sure that the professionals that they have providing services look over their final work before they let their clients go.

She has a referral incentive plan, customer appreciation days, etc etc. This salon owner knows her stuff and so does hee entire staff. I am so blessed to be a client! She builds relationships, not just nails. Once you go to Legacy Nail Lounge, you won’t go anywhere else!

Jordan Martinez Legacy Nail Lounge is always a clean space. I appreciate the hours they have appointments because my work hours tend to be later than most salons. Mely has become my regular technician and her work is always high quality. Not only does her manicures never leave my cuticles or nail beds bleeding, but never causes any pain. Her line work and nail art is immaculate.

Cat Joyce 4 hours! So we came in on a promo text for a great deal, so I drove the 25 minutes to the nail salon and surprised my two sisters with gel x full sets, however we were in the salon for 4 hours. AND the Con really started at the end when it came down to settling the bill, since I prepaid $170 for all of us, I assumed the deal was done. It was to include 3 full sets and gel polish and two soak offs. They were being shifty and weird about telling me my total before I was going to leave. The manager of salon was assisting the front desk girl and the sweetheart nail tech(Tatiana) who obviously thought like wow how could she be charging this much extra. I got chrome and hearts drawn on, and my sister got French and stickers and my other sister got plain red. I figured like at most $15 for my extra and maybe $20 extra for my sister, they came at me with $65 extra! And let me tell you these claws are NOT clawing! My cuticle paint and several layers of polish are bulky and it looks like a wall that’s been painted over way too many times. We settled with $40 extra and I to be honest am still unhappy, it was never supposed to be that long upon booking she said 2.5-3 hours at most! And I didn’t think my whole Saturday would be wasted. Two things I learned today, NEVER prepay for a service you are getting done until you are satisfied, and NEVER think oh em gee, what a good deal, because you get what you pay for.

Jessica Watson Service providers are great! I used to love this place but the spa is really falling apart.. no attention to upkeep or comfort. It feels cheap now. The robes have holes, the slippers are dirty, the lounge room is feeling ancient and not comfortable. The sauna / steam room was already minimal and now not functioning. There is no attention to details (I’ve been there about a million times and they have no memory/record of it). Definitely hoping west palm opens a better experience soon!

Olivia Dietrich If you’re looking for a 90s prom updo this is the place for you. I asked for a low loose bun with curled pieces in the front, clean and simple. It was a curled pinned mess. This is not the place if you’re trusting a stylist to be current with the trends. Washed it out immediately when I got home. Photos of inspo versus what I got - yikes.

Jada I had a French manicure done on Saturday, August 3rd, and by August 5th/6th, I noticed that it had started to chip. I had scheduled an appointment to have it fixed for August 9th, but I was told that I would need to pay an additional $20 for the repair. I’m quite disappointed, especially considering that the total cost for my nails and feet was around $168 (including tip). While the pedicure was excellent and the technician who did the French manicure was lovely, I’m very disappointed with the result. Given the high price I paid, I wish they had offered a complimentary fix. I feel ripped off and shocked, especially since I had only heard positive things about the place.

C C Bloom I I have known about Anushka spa And Salon for years actually I worked there about five years ago Kristen the Colorist is by far a miracle worker. I have very dark hair and had been coloring my hair every two weeks to three weeks because of the gray. I’ve gone to other Hairdressers, and I came out looking like carrot top. With that said I had a consultation with Kristen we discussed it would take about six months to go gray gracefully and attractively it cost approximately $300 per treatment, which was well well worth it. I’m in the last stage now of going gray and I only need some touchups here and there. I will add some pictures so you can see but let me tell you if you can get on her schedule and you need your hair done and colored she is by far amazing. Diandra is my stylist and she is fabulous as well, so it is definitely worth it to take a look at coming to Anushka to have your hair done. It is well worth the money and the time don’t cheap out and go to someone else that doesn’t know what they’re doing. Carol.

Took my mom there to get her nails done but so many things went wrong. 1 - She asked for full acrylic; she got dipped nails. 2 - She went with a Valpak coupon listing the service as $25 for Dipped nails and $22 for Full acrylic; she was charged $40. 3 - The nail tech could not initially understand the simple design of doing acrylic with nail art over it as a finisher. 1 star was given since my mom liked the finished product, somewhat. I sat down and no one asked me if I wanted wine or soda, a white woman comes in five minutes after me and was offered soda and wine. My technician was good, but I didn’t like that treatment. Meanwhile, I’m 99% percent sure I had more money, more education, and assets than that white woman.

DJ A First time getting my nails done, I am so happy with my results. I got my toes done by Ryan and he did a very good job. I also got my nails done by Tiffany, which was a fantastic job. She made the design very pretty and the layout is so gorgeous. I am happy with my results and I will say the customer service was a 10 out of 10 wasn’t too much talking and there wasn’t too much you know moving around and stuff like that. It was a nice experience as someone with social anxiety. I don’t like to talk a lot so I was very grateful for this experience and I would definitely come back for my birthday nails.

Yvonne Manokian Im sharing a horrible situation yesterday I had a 10 am appointment. Standing outside and Tiffany shows up at 10:25 she never said goodmorning or sorry I was late. She was to do my gel pedicure and someone else did it. She also was to do my dipping powder nails and I had to wait she was working on someone else. Why not take your 10am customer first. Then when I asked her to match my nails to my toes she didnt she was complaining to the staff not to use this color she rather use another color. She waited on people at the counter and had to wait longer. When i had to pay 101.00 later they charge 5.00 extra for using the cheese grater on your feet. I stopped by last week and asked how much a gel pedicure was and dipping powder nails. She said 91.00..I got played. I also called back and complained and said Im never coming back. Funny thing she took my phone number down and said if shes running late again she will call me. Really??? First time not a very good first impression going there. Shes very rude! I wont be back trust me the least she could have done was give me a discount which by the way it says that on the website. First time customer 15% discount.

Nicole DeSantis I went for my first time for a gel manicure last Friday. I was in town for the holidays visiting my family. The spa is incredibly clean and nicely designed. They had great classical music playing and it made the experience really relaxing. The staff was so gentle and kind. I love my color and shape of my nails! I would highly recommend this salon.

Mary Board Do NOT book your hair appointment online, do NOT go by the pricing listed on the website. It’s hard for me to write a negative review, but I feel it is extremely necessary for anyone looking to visit this salon. The hair stylists do not schedule via the salon website and the pricing is over 3x what is posted on the website. I booked a 10am wash, cut, blow dry which was listed as $55 and was charged $200. When I arrived the hairdresser, Jimmy, was working on another client. He let me know he doesn’t have visibility to what is scheduled online and asked if I could come back at 12:30pm, which I did. Jimmy was cordial during the appointment- however my 2.5 inch trim and blow dry took 2 hours and I had to ask him to let me air dry the rest. As I was in a hurry since this appointment took much longer than anticipated, I handed my card to Jimmy and was shocked when he turned the screen for me to sign. I asked why it was $200 and he stated, “$100 for the cut, $100 for was wash”! I signed and tipped him $40 in cash and had to run, but took note to come back to find out why the pricing was inconsistent from their website. I came back to see Jimmy a couple days later to better understand the discrepancy in pricing. He stated that the current owners do not have access to the salon website to change the prices, they are currently in California and won’t be back for a month. I urged him to communicate to the owners of this major issue to prevent this from happening to other people. Pictures of the online booking confirmation email with price, my time stamped receipt, and resulting hair cut.

Sophia Peppas This place is a SCAM. The owner requested a $50 deposit that she did NOT apply to my service. We agreed on an appointment time only for her to call and text me multiple times to request I arrive earlier. I told her I couldn’t, and she asked why…I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my start time where she first “washed” my hair (it felt more like someone was slapping my head from left to right) She then started my make up with brushes that I doubt were ever cleaned. Then she went on to blow-dry and curl my hair with what looked like a tool from CVS. She was using a hot tool on my wet hair… I asked her to stop using the curling iron and simple blow dry. The attempt at blow drying was so POOR that I got up and out of the chair while she attempted to “fix” it. I was charged $35 for the wash, and $85 for the make up, in addition to my $50 cash deposit (that again, was not refunded). STAY AWAY!!!

Lilique Jael The design was very pretty, and I got lots of compliments, but I always notice room for improvement! When I go back, I hope to be very specific and honest with the technician so that I get ideal results! The creativity was awesome though and I definitely enjoyed the set! The following time I went, the set was not quite as good, but still enjoyed! The best technician will listen to the guest and accommodate and I appreciated that they were willing to do that here! Its fantastically close to the beach and Eau Resort and Spa, so this is the ideal location!

Influentially Unique My best friend and I are drove up from Miami and were staying at a nearby hotel, Eau Palm Beach Resort. We decided to look into booking an appointment at a local nail salon. My girlfriend friend did a search on Google and found Style Dar Nail & Spa. We quickly called to see if we could get an appointment after reading the reviews. Luckily, we were able to secure an appointment. The location is conveniently located just a few minutes from the hotel. Its clean and has friendly people. My friend got a manicure (dip) and pedicure. I recently had my nails done, so I was only in need of a pedicure (gel). The service was amazing! My pedicure was relaxing and done perfectly. The seating area where the pedicures are done is beautiful and comfortable to sit it. They offer beverages for the customers to drink as well. Thank you ladies for such GREAT service!

She is the sweetest Cuban lady who gives best mani pedi in west Palm- very professional and attentive to detail. Every time I leave LOVING my nails and feeling like a queen. Monica Lobo Should be 1 Star but since my technician was good I will give 2 stars. My pedicure was great, meticulously done and regular nail polish was perfect. My gel mani was horrible. The lamp or nail polish were probably broken/old because almost all the polish came off less than 3 hrs later. Very frustrating because I don’t live in the area the only recourse that was given to me was to come back to get it fixed. I was not offered a refund. I loved my experience and went here based solely on reviewed but the fact that my gel didn’t even cure is horrendous. UPDATE I went back and got the gel redone but still doesn’t excuse my experience. Changed my stars to 3 instead of 2. Had to change the color.

Marcia Post Worst pedicure of my life. The staff was not friendly at all. The lady doing my pedicure didn’t even allow me to pick which level pedicure I wanted and just gave me the basic one. The water was so hot it was scolding my skin, when I told her it was too hot she laughed at me then just made me sit with my feet out of the water. Eventually went and got a bowl and scooped some of the hot water out splashing it all over my legs to get it to the empty seat next to me. I picked a color from the wall on my way in, afterwards I realized she didn’t even use the color I chose and set it on the window, she used a much lighter color than I wanted she didn’t paint my toes all the way and you can see my nails through areas of my nail. The worst part is she clipped my nails so short then tried to fix it by digging and clipping the skin around my toes. Now I have two INFECTED toes that are extremely painful.

Stephanie Bowie I was excited that a new tipsy salon opened super close to me. I really wanted to love this place but I really didn’t. I must say the staff was very nice. I had a gel pedicure and an acrylic fill with gel…the next morning I noticed my nail changed color on both hands and feet. I didn’t use any new products when I got home and I can’t say I’ve ever had that happen before. I went back the next day and they were very nice and re-did the color. Again , I was still optimistic about liking it here however , My nails all chipped within the first week. Such a disappointment! Side note they also charged me $7 for a small glass of wine which is usually included at the spa I normally go to.

Hailey Lord Single mom on limited time, wanted to try somewhere new and local. They did not open or show up for my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and doors were locked- ok I was early. Waited the 5 minutes outside, no one came to open the door. Waited an extra 5 minutes, doors remained locked, despite hours posted on window and bright neon "open" sign flashing in window. I called and scheduled the appointment Monday and received confirmation texts, so its not like I was trying to walk in without scheduling in advance. Complete waste of time and lack of professionalism. If you like to be disappointed, this is the new salon for you.

Seeley Phillips Been going here since they opened and have been happy with it until today. I never make negative reviews but I was extremely annoyed with my interaction today. I will say the nail techs are very friendly. Today I asked for a deluxe pedicure and after a very short massage and scrub which felt like a normal pedicure I figured maybe she didnt hear "deluxe" at the beginning. So I was surprised when I walked up and saw $55 on the payment screen. I tried to explain that it definitely was not worth an extra $20 but paid anyways explaining that I wont be returning if I have to pay an extra $20 for nothing. I would have happily paid the extra $5 for just the scrub. Unfortunate because I really loved coming here.

Brianne Black I am so happy I tried this spa, it is a hidden gem! Ive been to the main nail salons around downtown WPB, and I was getting really frustrated by the results. However, this spa is absolutely amazing! Everyone that works there is SO nice! I love they offered me sparkling water - it was a nice added touch. Alex did my pedicure and it turned out so nice. The whole treatment was really pleasant and relaxing as well. Their pedicure massage chairs are super nice, and Alex is highly talented and pays attention to detail. John did my acrylic fill and reshape. I came in with a 2.5 week old full set that looked rough from from the day I got them. He shaped them correctly, smoothed them out, and fixed their super thickness that the other salon messed up. He is also extremely talented and pays attention to detail. I left there with beautiful nails - fingers and toes. I am so thrilled with how they turned out, and I paid less than I have been at my other salon. I like that they are transparent about their pricing, too. They also have cocktails for purchase if you want to partake. Oh, they took me as a walk in on a Saturday - super impressive! I will be making this my new spa, they are really, really great!

Jenn Cee I never had an issue when I get my nails done here but TODAY, I received the worse experience ever and I’m not returning. And I’ve been to this nail salon since 2021. First I’m going to say my pedicure was exactly what I wanted. Tommy did a wonderful job on my feet but let’s get to rough hand Beina. I asked for simple short French tip nails. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I don’t care especially when she was handling my hands roughly and then gets upset if I say something about the nails. I got the length but let’s talk about how thin she made them. As you can see how thin they are and poorly painted. She ALREADY had a bad attitude so in my head I was thinking to just pay for my nails this time and next time ask for a different nail tech. She twisting my thumb, grabbing my hand as if I’m not close enough to the table, she filed the side down on finger it burned. Never told me to wash my hands; literally nail glue was left on my finger tips when she was done. Also when she was finished she asked me if I liked them and I told her no but I will just deal with them. That’s when Beina starts to argue with as if I offended her. I pointed out the paint on the nails. My French are anorexic. She said it was my fault but she’s throwing my hand however she wants and needs with her bad attitude. How are you mad at me for my opinion on a poor service you knew you provided? Beina can’t bully nobody when BV is already in bullying her. I didn’t like my nail service at all and if I wanted my nails this thin I would’ve worn press ons and I don’t wear press on nails. And all I got out of that service was a $3 discount….they would never get my money again. I work too hard to give my money to badly built poor attitude having wearing pants 3 sizes too small over lard and gut nail tech. This salon would never see another dollar out of me. We all got issues and I don’t care about that when I come get a service done. I’m not spending money where there’s poor attitudes. Thankfully I got enough money to give to another nail tech to fix my nails. I would’ve tipped but Beina messed that up for both her and Tommy. And she uses this small sculpting brush scrapping your fingers and whole hand with it as if they don’t sell those big brushes for $1.25 at dollar tree. Don’t waste your money or your time here!

Debra K So disappointed with the results of a fairly good experience. It does not thrill me to write this because the actual Gel fill APPEARED to ok. The day after, 5 of my nails started popping off like they were press-on. $55 for a fill that didnt last the weekend. The worst part? 5 days after my visit, one popped off (had not previously come off yet) and had fungus on my nail bed. I have not had fungus in maybe 15 years. No chance Ill go back. Please beware.

First pedi in years, income declined but I got a bonus from work and wanted to treat myself and this is what I was left with. Don’t waste your money. Didn’t get a glass of water or anything.

I first got a pedicure which was great everything was fine the man who did it was patient and very gentle and wasn’t trying to rush through it. although when it came to my manicure the woman who did it first cut my cuticles down so low that a majority of them were bleeding in the pictures only a couple are still swollen and red but they still sting pretty bad. and there are some little mistakes here and there which is understandable because I got a little more complicated thing done. although as she was doing my nails she took a very personal phone call on speakerphone the majority of the time and when she took the call that’s when she seem to start getting kind of sloppy and just kind of trying to rush through doing my nails.

I WAS A LOYAL CLIENT BUT NOW I AM NO LONER GOING TO BE. AS FOR STEVE HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICEC SKILLS! I TRIED TO SEE IF THE SHAPE OF MY NAILS WAS OKAY AND HE KEPT TELLING ME TO PUT IT BACK UNDER THE LIGHT AND STATED “WHAT AM I TRYING TO SEE” VERY ANGRILY. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO TALK AGGRESSIVELY IN THEIR LANGUAGE. SKIP TO THE NEXT DAY. I CALEED THE OWNER AND ASKED IF THEY COULD FIX MY NAILS CAUSE IT ALREADY CHIPPED AND IS HASN’T EVEN BEEN 24 HOURS. SHE TOLD ME TO COME IM AND I LIVE 30 MINS AWAY! I PULL UP AND THE LIGHTS ARE OFF AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED BUT THE OPEN SIGN LIGHT IS ON. SO NOW THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CLIENT AND I WILL NO LONGER REFER ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

Tamoka Richardson It was a full house when I visited this salon on a Thursday evening after work. Its very clean and cute. The wait was pretty long but it was well worth it. The owners were very nice and accommodating and apologetic about my having to wait so long. The technicians were really nice and my pedicure and manicure with dip powder was everything I expected. I think I have found my nail salon in West Palm.

Latausha Williams My experience yesterday was terrible. The nail tech pretty much used an electric file on my fingers! She was very rough, I added a photo of the most visible mark but majority of my fingers are very sore and at one point they were bleeding. I’ve never had this issue and I’m not sure if the girl was new but never again. She also cut my nails different lengths. She sits in the second row by the window. I would not recommend her services.

Anonymous Platypus I visited Palm Beach on a Sunday to attend a friends wedding and needed a manicure in the hours leading up. The day before I called Winstons to book and the owners phone manner was polite and informative. Day of, the nail technician Briana was delightful to talk to and possessed great technique for both cleanup and aesthetics. She even re-painted my one toenail from a pedicure I had gotten a few days before (clearly, a sub-par experience), which I really appreciated. The polish Winstons uses must be really high quality because 4 days later after wedding meals, visiting beaches, carrying luggage, and doing dishes I am back in Ontario and my nails still look fresh and gorgeous. Scarlet Levin Beautiful spot and nice employees, i sent a design I wanted the night before and even specified I had a backup design should it be too complicated but was told someone could do it. Cut to the day of, I was there for FOUR hours for a mani dip/pedi in which the girl doing my fingers firstly didn’t give me a transparent dip like the design called for and then kept attempting and removing the design for almost an hour before giving up and painting a new design on top. She grabbed shades of “orange” insisting they were what I had in my backup photo before I asked to look and immediately found real orange, not reds. I was charged $175 and in under two weeks my pedicure is completely gone and my dip looks like the attached photo. Super frustrated by how long I was there for, the outrageous price and the quality of the polish and dip.

After I took off the nail this how it looked, I called the lady and she told me to come in not telling me if I have to pay or anything when I got there I explained that the nail was itch and green and it stank, it looked like fungus she kept telling me it was not fungus and told me they would fix it , after that I was done and walked out she told me I had to pay $15 for one toe that they made green. I don’t recommend but Elizabeth is the only good nail tech

Debra S My Mom and I came in for manicures. Compared to other nail salons, this one seemed poorly managed. The nail polish was generic, old, and separated in the bottles. Very few good colors. The staff appeared unprofessional. One manicurist wore pajama pants and a sloppy sweat shirt. She hand dried my Moms nails with a oriental hand fan, while I had an electric fan. There are not enough electric fans for everyone. I was told to wash my hands and use the community nail brush. No antiseptic anywhere for the nail brush. It did not seem like the cleanest place. We were killing time until our ride came. When I paid, I was told the amount. However, I was not told there would be an extra charge for using a credit card. It was in the fine print by the register. The manager was kind enough to finish my polish. The nail tech did not do the greatest job. I dont think well be back again.

Sandra Robbins I was recommend to go to this salon for proper dipping powder. Thinking 2 people I trust vouch for the professional service I was excepting top treatment. What I got is 6 fingers out of 10 bleeding. This is day 2, and it looks like inflammation and possible infection. Worst part is the pain. No sorry no apologies no attention to detail and to top it off, couldn’t complain. The technician was actually the owner. Wouldn’t be back and never recommend this. Wouldn’t wish this misery to anyone.

The Champ I got a manicure and pedicure done at this place. The price was decent, $70 for the service without tips. However, the attitude was not great. When I came in and spoke to the lady at the front, they said something in their language, and then all of them started laughing. The lady doing my nails seemed like she was having a hard day. She spoke perfect English but barely interacted with me and would just push my foot away whenever she wanted me to move. Im giving 3 stars because my toes still look nice, but as you can see in the pictures below, less than a week later, the clear coat on my fingernails is already coming off. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

Kimone Anderson I have been coming here the last 1yr and some months , never had a problem with my nails done I always use Julie for my service , I am so disappointed I went in there this morning and had to take service from someone new , I don’t know her name . Look at what I left with .. and I had to pay full price for this horrible job . The dips are so thin you can see through my nails , it’s not straight at all around the edges my toes are a mess and they took my money.. I am not one to leave a review but the mere fact that I made the complain before I left the salon and nothing was done to fix the problem is making me so furious, because these need to be done all over again.

Farha Pierre Adele does my pedicures and she is a master. She makes my feet look great and with each appointment they’ve been looking prettier and prettier! Adele is the BEST. I recently started with a new nail tech at Avalon Nails who do an amazing job but for some reason she’s always booked so I started going back to La Mer….The manager in the front seat by the nail polish is the worst and has theeeeee worst customer service ever. I’m trying to figure out how someone hasn’t punched this lady in the face yet. She’s extremely disrespectful. I speak in such a calm manner and she had the nerves to cut my nails to short then every design I picked she told me I can’t get it. I begged her to just polish my nail in full gel and she continued to argue with me telling me I should have asked for it in the beginning. Now my secret is, I’m also a nail tech so I understand that she still could have placed acrylic on my nails and polished them with gel. Instead she literally went back and forward with me very combative in front of customers. I paid for my toes and left like with tips still on. She included the removal of my nails which I was fine with, but I was totally embarrassed and would never step foot in there again nor would I refer anyone to La’Mer. She is also rude to her staff. Sad. Sad.Sad

Rebeca Caceus I’ve experienced having to go back to fix issues too many times and this is getting so frustrating. This was a simple gel manicure. It’s messy and uneven, not to mention the “matching” set one my toes are two completely different colors. I have yet to go to this place and not have someone cut me. I understand accidents but more than once is unacceptable and very unsanitary. I feel like these mistakes wouldn’t happen if they weren’t rushing to get you out before they close. I’ve had decent experiences, don’t get me wrong but if you want quality, sanitation and professionalism…I would find somewhere else.

Oliver Mary On one of my many trips to West Palm Beach I found this gem of a place. Julie did my nails and I have been absolutely in love with them. I showed her an inspo picture and she took the idea and brought it to life. My nails lasted four weeks before I took them off due to them being grown out already but they were still holding strong. I definitely recommend this place and will be going Utopia Nails back when Im back in town!

Sandra Garcia Had my acrylics done twice here. I actually really liked the lady doing them. She did a fabulous job, the nails looked great! After about two weeks one of the nails popped off, as acrylics often do, and I noticed a slight green color. Thought maybe my nail was bruised. I decided to take the rest of the acrylics off and discovered two more green nails. Definitely not a bruise, it’s fungus. A total of 3 of my nails have it. This is really upsetting and disgusting. In all of the years of getting my nails done I’ve never experienced this before. Very sad

Jordan G avoid at all costs - I just moved to the area and always get gel x tips have never had an issue. I went to get my nails done here Sept 20 THAT SAME NIGHT they all popped off while making dinner I didn’t even feel them. I called to have them corrected for the next available appt which they were very accommodating and Karen did the set which I was please with but unfortunately they lifted and peeled off within the week. I went BACK to address the issue and was told by Karen that my nails are the issue & I should find somebody else to do my nails and clearly she thought I didn’t know what she was doing which was far from the case. Beyond disappointed with the customer service - don’t waste your money, they don’t have 5 stars for a reason.

Jazmin De La Peña I asked for an acrylic full set with a gel polish. I was told where to find the gel color swatches and I picked a color. No one told me that the color I picked was actually a color PLUS a chroming powder. No one told me that chroming powder would be an additional $20! Just the color on my set would total $35. And that’s fine but don’t wait until I check out to say this. If I hadn’t asked for a price breakdown they never would have told me and that’s shady. I think he may have also used the wrong color powder because the color came out differently. The last photo I included is my friends manicure. Her technician left stray hair to dry into her polish and it had to be redone. Overall it was sloppy work and she reshaped her nails herself. We came because we were from out of town and this salon was close to our hotel but if I had bothered to read the reviews I would have chosen someplace else.

Kelsey Never in my life have I been to a place where 8 of my finger nails (gel x) literally pop off clean the next 2 daysss !!!!!! Literally the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced, paid $125 for my nails with no problem but literally every single nail popped off, I went back to get them fixed they fixed it and 3 of those same nails popped off and it’s my bday weekend LITERALLY HAD TO CRAZY GLUE THEM THIS IS A JOKE. Most embarrassing thing ever and they don’t do refunds smfh !!! Only reason they get 2 stars is bc Kevin did my feet amazinglyyyyy but no smh

B Sequoia “SequoiaB” Would rate overall 6/10. Sabrina has potential she did my set in 25 minutes which was really fast. But in her going so fast the shaping wasnt that great, I had acrylic residue on all my nails I had to scrape off and the top coat had imperfections. I called prior to coming in to see if there was availability for 3:30 so I could plan my day accordingly I wasn’t seen until 3:52…. Which resulted in me having to leave and come back later. Fine I paid, left and came back 2 hours later for the pedi. The guy was friendly, offered me wine which was nice, did an overall ok job but I would have loved to know in advance the callus remover was $5 extra.( Never been to a salon where they charged extra for this as I thought it was apart of the service. ) When he finished and I went to pay he rang up for the pedi AND the full set I had already paid for earlier that day. Thank God I caught it before touching my phone with my Apple Pay. I needed this to hold me until I could get to my regular nail tech and salon with the holidays I had to get something quick and this was that. As a stickler for my mani and pedis I won’t be back….. good for something quick or a temporary set.

Michelle Perez The ugliest nails Ive ever done. From a distance they look good but if you detail them, you realize that on all the nails I dont get to where my nail ends and I wipe my natural nail so that it doesnt be noticed, but it looks even worse. And on the toenail I told him that it was broken. That he wanted to repair it and nodded his head implying that he did understand me. When I go out I see that he painted my nail and my skin so that it doesnt be noticed. Horrible

sacra I wanted a soft translucent pink base color and Winnie mixed certain powders to make the shade I wanted. She was very quick & efficient, Very attentive to detail. I was relaxed with no pain at all I would definitely recommend Winnie.

Cher Louis My toe was cut twice while getting a pedicure. I told the guy in charge, and all he said was that he would talk to her. I paid full price, and my toe still hurts. Hours later, I tried walking in my heels that I must be able to walk in tomorrow for a show, and my toe starts bleeding again. I hope this doesnt ruin my walk. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesnt happen to others.

Jennifer Gardner Im beyond pissed. The quality of my nails looks like a toddler played on them. I just started coming here and this is my 3rd set. These are pretty basic and shouldnt have been so hard to do. They dont have steady hands to make the lines good at all. My toes look so horrible and im going on vacation with this garbage im so embarrassed to have to wear these that i think om going to a new place tomorrow to do a paint change after just spending 35 on my toes and 65 on my nails smfh never again will i go here. Cher Gemini Louis I recently visited this salon for a fresh full set and a pedicure. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The pedicure technician accidentally cut my big toe twice while chatting with a coworker, which caused it to bleed. She wasnt looking at my feet as she worked. I flitched the first time she cut me and she went on to cut me again! I pulled my foot back and put it into the water. I endured the stinging pain. I wanted to tell her to stop but I had a modeling job the next day and needed it done. I asked her to put alcohol on it which she did. After it was done, I informed the owner before I paid, he mentioned he would talk to her about it but still charged me the full price for the service. I stayed and little longer to dry my toe nails then left. Hours later while I was practicing my walk in my heels, my toe started bleeding again and it hurts. Im hoping it doesnt do this during the show. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesnt happen to others

Raven Patterson I’ve recently moved from Broward county and had been looking for a nail place in which the quality was as good or close to good so I can stop making the trip to pompano every two weeks and came across this place yet this place is a hit or miss I have been going here since August and probably had 3 to 4 good enough sets out of 15 and the bad out weighs the good I had to go back 3x on a black matted set in and get my nails re polished every day back to back until I finally just settled for regular gloss gel coat I’ve had horrible paint jobs and pedicures where I’ve had to go home in go over scrubbing my feet and depending on who you go to like I’ve seen In other reviews the techs are talking and not paying attention and cutting too much off your toe nails or not shaping them right or THE POLISH JOB SUCKS another issue is I got my face waxed minimum hair the lady kept going over it and pulled my skin off my face and it was scared up for weeks after I’m still traumatized they have a few really good techs in there but they are selective they do nails when they feel like it other than that they sit right on there phones and let people go to the beginners and walk by and laugh as they mess up your nails honestly so with all this said I’m done with this salon

Amber New review since, prior to this one, Ive had good experiences/manicures from this place. Today I went for a cats eye manicure and was taken by the man that works in front of Laura. He not only barely said a word to me, but the manicure is NOT cats eye, there is no line or effect on my nails, it looks more like ombre than cats eye.
