Nayi has been my tech both times - shes amazing! UPDATE: I have been going for 6 months now, and each time has been better than the last. Nayi is a master at her craft and never disappoints!

Isabel Perez I have been coming to this nail salon for a couple of years now and I am beyond happy I came across this salon on the web. The owner is lovely and does amazing nails. Sabrina Gomez Ive been here 3 times and it really seems like the only person that provides a good service is the owner. The 2 ladies ive been serviced by here do not offer a good service. Ive never even been offered a water without having to ask for it. Talking on your cellphone without atleast using a bluetooth while youre working on someone is extremely unprofessional. The lady today didnt even put lotion on my feet (she offered it after i complained that my feet were white and crusty from not properly buffing or exfoliating). The place itself its small and crammed but that wouldnt matter if the service was actually good. Is good customer service too much to ask for?

Laura Aguiar I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed a clear photo of the design I wanted, but instead of telling me upfront that they couldn’t do it, the nail tech attempted it anyway—and completely missed the mark. Worse, she decided to freestyle her own design, which was not only NOTHING like what I asked for but also something I absolutely hate. To top it off, as I was taking a photo of my nails, she grabbed my phone and posted a five-star review on my behalf! I’ve since removed that review and am writing this to share the truth. I paid $200 for a manicure I can’t stand, and now I’m on my way to another salon, hoping they’re open so I can have this removed and redone. This was a total waste of my time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Guita Sassoon Lyn is the best! A really gentle and caring woman who pays attention to details! Exactly what I prayed for! She put a lot of care into my nails and i will definitely be coming back to her :) so happy i found her.

Taryn Webb WORST nail experience ever! Was in the salon for 3.5 hours and I came when they had only one other person in the shop who they finished with about 10 minutes after I arrived. Went in to get a full set and pedicure and it was not worth the money spent. Pedicure was ok but the white was more of a cream color. Literally got my nails done twice. The first person, John, rushed through my nails. I asked for ombré pink and white but you could see where the white was and the pink acrylic was not dark enough to blend seamlessly and the acrylic was so bumpy and thick. John cut way too deep into my cuticles and caused a couple of my fingers to bleed, which they also charged for. Watched him take his time with non people of color and their nails turned out great. I let them know I was not happy and John tried to blame it on my short nail beds. Sir that has nothing to do with your ability to put acrylic on a nail evenly and seamlessly. Another tech, Lyn, stepped in and tried to fix the nails. It was better than what John did but I was still charged for ombré when she used nail polish to make the acrylic darker and thinned out the nails a bit better. This was a horrible experience for me and they still charged me the full price and didn’t even try to discount for the horrible experience. I don’t see how they have this many good reviews.

Rachel Fiore I highly recommend this nail salon! I have been coming here for almost a year and it is the best! The nail techs are so sweet, professional and welcoming, and for good prices. I schedule an appointment with Daya every time I go for structure gel nails and it is always a great nail day with her. She is amazing at what she does as well as every other nail tech there, so you will not be disappointed!

Denise Reme-Class This is my second time going to F21 and my first time in this location with Yesenia and I am OBSESSED with my nails. The picture truly does not do them justice. I did a structured manicure and she did a great job cleaning my cuticles and making sure my nails were. Going back in 3 weeks :)

I have done my nails with all of them in the pass 6 months and haven’t been disappointed. I usually get mani/pedi both gel. -they honor your appointment time so if it says it’s a certain time, you’ll get your service at that time and that’s so rare in a city like Miami so that means that the management is on top of things. -The owner maintains a high standard for the salon: clean, organized, and decorated for different holidays. Started going here on a whim when my usual salon didn’t have an appointment and I’ve stayed ever since.

Jeanette Baez First time visiting this location. Paint Box Nail Shop is my go to when I’m in Santiago and they never disappoint. Mafer did a great job on my nails. They have a great selection of colors and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive it took me to get here.

Claudia K. Rodriguez I have been going to Ceci Spa for a few months now and my experience has been great. Diana does a really nice job with my manicure and pedicure. She has a steady hand, clean technique, and is meticulous with gel nails. Yanet is my girl for all things hair. I met her in a previous salon and followed her to Ceci Spa; she has earned my loyalty. Not only does she dominate color and styling but she is also a wonderful person. She will make you feel beautiful inside and out. The Spa also recently expanded, you can see the care and effort they have invested to enhance the customer experience.

Jodi Darren Beware. Originally, I wrote a good review for this salon, but then three days later all of my nails started chipping. I got a gel mani/pedi for $90. It lasted less than a week with 6 chipped nails. Nonetheless, I was quite disappointed as Manicures from other spas last 2 to 3 weeks.. I called the Spa, owner and she refused to believe me or provide proper Customer Service with zero customer concern. So I kindly warn you to not expect your manicure to last more than three days. They used a product to take off my previous gel manicure that I never used before. It was very strong, it burned my nails and perhaps it compromised my manicure. I had 6 of my nails chipped at the ends within seven days. When I called the salon, she said she would do nothing and it wasn’t their fault because they used good products. Here are the pictures to state my case. Please be beware.

Tynia Davis I am a visitor from out of town. I called this establishment to ensure they had availability after a long wait at another establishment. I called and specifically asked if they had availability for a pedicure and provided them the time of my arrival. They stated yes, they will have availability. I spent money on an uber to simply be turned away upon my arrival. They stated they don’t have availability, which is strange given I just spoke with them 10 mins before asking their availability. They don’t offer me a wait time or anything. They simply declined me from getting my toes done.

Gigi Wong New update: MY NAILS DID NOT LAST EVEN FOR 2 DAYS. I have been going to this place for the last 2 years and sadly this is the last time and won’t return again. I took off the 5 stars rating because of the bad customer service, I made the appointment thru IG and they accepted it, I asked for the same lady who did my nails last time but was told she left, 2 ladies who did amazing nails LEFT the store for the last 2 years and it tells you something is not good. Anyway they arranged another lady for me and the nails art came out amazing but I was double charged for the nails art and was NOT notify prior, I always paid $20 for nails art every time but was charged $40 without any communication and alone with $25 gel came to total $65 since the nails done nicely I tipped $10 BUT 2 days later, the nails had already chipped off, I got the Xmas nails and it’s not even Christmas yet and my nails has already ruined. If I knew I would not tip at all and the amount of what I paid didn’t not meet the minimum quality. It’s disappointing that when I contacted the nail salon staff and they just ignored my complaints, no apology or compensation. Unfortunately I need to look for a new nails salon, this place has changed from good to bad and that’s why workers don’t stay long. See pictures. So don’t go to this place unless you will be overcharged and cheap made nails, I lost $75 but you LOST a LOYAL customer!!! I’m very picky when it comes to nails and this place did not disappoint me. I found them on IG by searching Miami nails salon and saw their art work and decided to give them a try. Looks like it’s a new salon because not many reviews, I always like to see what other people experience before I spend my time and money on the business. At least they have better reviews than other businesses that I read, I tried to get appointment at other places but it was full and I DM Marean nail salon and got an immediately response and was able to get an appointment with them 2 days before thanksgiving and thanks to the kind lady accepted my last minute appointment. The place is far from where I live ( downtown Miami) but it was so worth it. The nice lady who did my nails was amazing ( didn’t get her name ) done a good job on my nails with the art design I requested it, World Cup nails design ( see photos) I loved it so much and exactly how I wanted it, this will be my to-go nails salon in Miami, there are many nails salon in Miami but only a few good ones, and the price at this place is reasonable and affordable. Keep up with the amazing work and will revisit soon.

Alana Carolan I had an appointment made for 10 am today. I booked with Andrea, she did not show up until past 12 due to car troubles. The salon didn’t even open until 10:40 (they texted me at 9:15 am that they were going to be 30 mins late). Someone else did my nails, and two of them are crooked. She offered a discount and I tipped, but I will not be coming back. As a first time customer, this was a terrible first impression.

Andrea Sper Mano Nails is my favorite nail salon in Miami. They do such a great job and pay so much attention to my nails. They use Japanese gel and it lasts forever. They also don’t layer up the gel so it’s nice, smooth and thin and does not bubble up at all. Come in with any design or idea and they’ll bring it to life. Cannot recommend enough!

S M This nail studio has been the best experience for me out of all the places I’ve tried. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with good vibes, and warmth from the staff. This is a great place for me to get experimental with nail art, express myself and also get inspo from their experienced nail techs. They do such a clean job and don’t hesitate to explore intricate designs or pull inspiration from literally anything! I’m so glad I found Mano, the design of the space alone is so relaxing and you really get an A1 experience from beginning to end :)

The detailed: Mano is a great nail salon. I started my transition from acrylic to natural nails with them and I have never seen my nails grow like they do now. It only took a few months but the Japanese gel they use and the process of taking it off is a way better process for my nail health then my old ways. Miranda is my nail tech and she is the best. Noemi Mano Salon is one of the best kept secrets in Miami, the Japanese gel they use is definitely a game changer. I have been coming to Mano for 5 months now and my nails are the longest and prettiest they have ever been. The nail technicians at Mano don’t rush through the appointment so this is not the place for you if you’re looking for something quick. I do my nails with Salome, she is a true nail artist, I love how detailed she is with my nails, how she make sures every nail is perfect, my nails always look amazing! If you’re looking for a Salon with technicians who really care about their craft, who take their time and use products that don’t damage your nails, make an appointment here, you won’t regret it.

Laura Figueroa These ladies are true artists. I have had appointments with 3 different nail artists and every time I leave, I am astounded by what they have managed to do. They take so much care shaping and prepping your nails, and the talent for making designs is next level! Theyre also amazing at removals -- if you get your nails done here, make sure you come back to them to remove. I learned the hard way that regular salons might not know how to properly remove the nail art and builder gel and can damage your nails. Beyond that, the studio itself looks beautiful and smells nice, and staff is always helpful whenever I have to figure out booking or discuss pricing for different designs. It is not cheap but worth it!

Courtney Mazzola The place is cute and comfortable, staff is nice, and prices are very cheap- but the pedicure was mediocre at best. They don’t do any massage portion and they only did our service one at a time so we had to wait for each other to be done. The end result is honestly- terrible. The polish is lumpy and sloppy. It’s all over my skin and my nails were filed crooked. I will have to remove and re do it myself. Work in photos is less than one day old.

Kuban Kartel Horrible so horrible this was my first time I really needed a pedi because I didn’t have one in months Horrible the lady who did my pedicure wasn’t rude but just a little did a horrible job I only wanted white toes and she didn’t even or shape them evenly she had polish all on my toes not wanting to wipe them off needed more polish && she was then staring at me while paying like she deserved a tip !! The toes took less than 20 minutes because I don’t like all the scrubbing and stuff like that so her job was so easy I had better pedicures who didn’t give glares when paying she did not deserve a tip at all but I still tipped !! Will never come back HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

Gallardo M. I want to share my experience from January 6, 2022. I was a walk in for my first appointment. My first experience was great, so I communicated with his receptionist and made an appointment weeks later over the phone for a gel manicure and pedicure. I arrived no more than 13 minutes late. I apologized but Yulie was very upset with me. I was the only client in the store and he was the only nail tech working. Yulie gave me a hard time because he was upset about the miscommunication that my nails still had gel-- from the last session 6 weeks ago. He refused to do a manicure on me, so I left the store with my fingernails untouched (photo included).. and a gel pedicure. The night prior I tried my best and soaked my fingers in acetone. Usually gel removal is a service I am comfortable paying for but he did not wish to do that service for me. He left me feeling very uncomfortable for the duration of my pedicure complaining about how he did not want to perform a mani on me. I believe that if he had my fingers soaking in acetone during my pedicure they would have easily been off in time. I was a little sad that I left with the ugly nails I came in with but the nail salon across the street was happy to do it for me as a walk in. :) UPDATE: I am only writing an update because Yulie claims my statement is false/made up. My point is that this nail tech did not want to perform a service on me because of existing gel on my fingernails. I was polite and there was no rude exchanges of words during our entire session, however I have not had an experience like this with any other nail salon. My first session was on 10/28/21. The session was great he was nice and offered coffee. I paid $85+tip via zelle for a manicure pedicure gel session. I had the same broken nails when I came in for my next session. I am happy to communicate in a different platform to show my proof of service.

Lauren Rodriguez It’s really hard to find a nail place that does it all. Usually you’d have to choose between quality and a reasonable price, but here you get both. So happy I found this place. The girls are all very talented and meticulous, but my tech Grethel is GREAT. They’re also hilarious and all super friendly. Love this place.

JOHANNA Even though I was a little skeptical in the beginning, the nail salon exceeded my expectations. A number of things stand out about the facility, including its cleanliness, its modern decor, and its comfortable chairs. Besides being a great manicurist and having a reasonable price, my technician always goes the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. There is not enough I can say about this place and I recommend it highly for all and any services that they provide.

Melissa is the one who did my daughters nails and I must say she was extremely kind, she suggested the best nails that wouldn’t damage my daughters real nails, she designed them exactly like the photo my daughter showed her and we were both extremely happy with the final results. KELIA TEJADA I had a terrible experience at NailSpa Miami Wellness Center. I went in for a relaxing foot massage and specifically told them I didn’t want to renew my nail polish, only to get the hot wax service. The service provider didn’t speak English, so I couldn’t communicate my needs. At first, I thought it wasn’t a big deal, but it quickly became clear that this spa isn’t as professional as it claims to be. The technician started removing my nail polish without asking, and I had to yell to stop her. Not only did she mess up my nails, but the massage was rough, fast, and definitely not relaxing—it felt like she was rushing through to get to the next customer. I work in heels every day and really needed a proper massage, but instead, I left feeling worse. When I spoke to the front desk, she try to help and spoke to the owner who said I should’ve spoken up during the service, but how could I when I couldn’t even communicate with the lady? The owner didn’t care at all and offered no empathy, even though I wasn’t asking for a discount, just for some understanding. I paid $56 for an awful experience, and no one seemed to care. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you want quality service and customer care.

The salon is super clean, well-designed, and provides a variety of services. I only needed to do pedicure to keep my feet clean. My wife had manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, drawing, and her nails look stunning. Jackson was the one did the nails for my wife, and he is a true artist and professional. Jadyn Thibodeau Unfortunately, my experience at Love Nail Salon was disappointing from start to finish. The issues began when I first called to inquire about basic service prices. I asked about the cost of a gel pedicure, followed by a regular pedicure, and before I could even finish my sentence to book an appointment, the owner abruptly hung up on me—without a simple "Is there anything else I can help with?" or even a "Goodbye." In hindsight, that should have been my sign to take my business elsewhere, but I decided to call back and book two regular pedicures. When I arrived, the owner apologized for hanging up and assured me she would "cut us a special deal" in place of the student discount I had originally asked about. However, the basic pedicure, which was listed online for $40 and included a massage, took no more than 20 minutes and did not include a massage at all. After the pedicure, we inquired about a simple no-color manicure (just a nail clean-up with clear polish). Again, the owner mentioned a "special deal" but ultimately charged $60 in total—$40 for the pedicure and $20 for the no-color manicure. There was no actual discount. While the nail technicians themselves were skilled and professional, the owner’s management and quality control left much to be desired. If a pedicure is advertised as including a massage, it should be provided. To top it off, when I stood up to leave, I noticed my thumb nails were visibly uneven—something that should never be overlooked in a standard manicure. At that point, I was so frustrated that I went home and fixed them myself. Overall, my experience was underwhelming, and I won’t be returning.

Deshanti Mckay I went yesterday to get dip nails with tip and a pedicure. I was nervous because finding a nails salon that’s not crazy expensive with nice people in Miami is hard but I will be returning. Arlety was my tech she did my hands and feet. She cut the length of the nails exactly how I wanted with the exact color I wanted. At first the width of my nails were too thick and I asked her to make them a little thinner. She understood and fixed it with no problem and they came out perfect. She always asked if I liked it every time she did anything. I did French tip gel on my toes and I love them so much. They literally look perfect. I only paid $150 which I don’t think is that bad at all for the service I got. I do wish the pedicure massage was longer and more detailed. Maybe it was because they were closing I didn’t get asked what kind of pedicure I wanted or they just don’t do specific pedicures I’m not sure. But she massaged and lathered my legs and feet in oil after which was nice and I appreciated. Everyone was very kind

Jay I would have loved to give them a 5 star review but I just can’t. This was my first time here and I spent over $200. I got a Russian manicure and full gel set. I also got an acrylic full set pedicure. The nail tech seemed sweet but she cut my cuticles down too far to the point that I was bleeding non-stop for the entire first half of my appointment. I excused it because I really didn’t want to give her a hard time even though I should’ve had no problem speaking up due to the amount of money I spent. And upon leaving the salon, despite the bleeding on my nails, I was happy with the finished look BUT The second week after I got my nails done 1 nail came off but I put it back on then shortly after, 2 others came off. Luckily I have a mini nail salon in my home and can do my own nails but I shouldnt have to when I’d already paid to have them done properly. When I do my own gel set, I’ve never had a nail come off and I’m not a nail tech, so I hoped this would’ve lasted much longer than it has. Gel sets should last 3 weeks or longer especially being that I don’t do any manual labor and I’m not hard on my nails. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Nnnataliab Stewart My husband, son and myself went. All 3 of us had pedicures. I also had broken several acrylic nails off so there was only 5 that needed soaked off. Then all redone with a very simple design (purple and black photo) they called us 3 times before our appointment time because someone else had walked in. We told them each time we were on our way. No one asked what type of pedicure any of us wanted other than what color of polish. They were ok but very fast and felt very incomplete. My nail tech seemed very new, she looked concerned when she was shown the picture of the design. When it came to the polishing she didn’t know how to do it. Removing the polish several times, asking a worker next to her and I even told her how to do it. Having to use a translator app on my phone. After almost 2 and 1/2 hours just for my nails I just wanted to be done and out. When it came time to pay I was completely shocked $362.00 when the front desk lady asked how it was t told her the nail tech must be new and did not know what to do and had to ask. I was told I was have mistaken she does this all the time. Then why did she have to take the polish off several times and she the picture to a coworker. My family does this same service at different places when we travel a lot NEVER has it taken over 3 hours and cost so much. Black and blue was what I ended up with.

She tries her best (and succeeds) to complete whatever design I show to her even with my small nails. She takes the time with me to pick out colors to best match what I am envisioning. Honestly, the manicure and pedicure combos cannot be beat in terms of price. Miriam also looks out for the health of my nails recommending structure gel which has allowed me to grow my own nails naturally and make them stronger. Every time, I leave happy and wowed! I have gotten so many compliments at work. She tries her best to communicate in both English and Spanish as needed.

I got to my appointment pretty early, luckily she was available and took me right away. I told her what I wanted and she went to work. I got a structured mani and was a little skeptical at first. She did them square and the shape was nice but Im a round-shaped girly so she ended up reshaping. Needless to say the results were fabulous! The first thing I couldnt wrap my head around was being charged for regular polish, $10! I asked for liquid hard gel and they only had clear, Ive been using rose, so I told her, no worries just cover it with polish since it wont match not being informed of the additional charge. But thats whatever. 3 days after my service I lost a nail and day 5 another! It may usually only happen after 4-5 weeks after service with my regular tech. I dont live in the area and I dont have the time to go back for repair but this is ridiculous that after spending $121 my nails, they havent made it a week and Ill have to spend more money to get them done properly.

Cara Paul Well walked in for a manicure the lady that greeted me and asked what I would like was absolutely rude. Thats not the worst part she cut me and it would not stop bleeding. Then she proceeded to tell me I had a cut already.. Nope she cut me and it hurt. Never apologized at all.. absolutely awful. Beware.. I paid $27.00 for this manicure. Then asked her for change to tip her this was before the manicure and again was rude told me she had no change i said I need change to TIP YOU.. all of a sudden she had change.

Catherine Hopkins Got my nails done last Friday, it’s only the Thursday after. Paid for gel overlay which was extra on top of the gel cost. The nails took an hour and a half and for it to legit lift on every nail and fall off. Also, had to pay $30 for parking next door. Would not recommend! This is ridiculous! I feel I deserve a refund.

Didi Galvan High quality and professionalism! I started going to Coco’s Nails this summer and now I’m obsessed with this place. The whole experience with them has been wonderful. The team has a welcoming spirit and the environment is cheerful. They will make sure I’m always feeling at my best… starting from making appointments on the phone with Ana Maria and Juan (they always accommodate my requests), continuing with complimentary beverages, and of course, the mani and pedi service that Karla provides with a graceful smile and meticulous attention to detail. The temperature is comfortable, the lighting is very appropriate, and the music is happily melodic (I find myself always ‘shazaming’ their playlists). Location is convenient and there is a public parking lot next to the salon (payment required). They offer great prices for the services. So, if you’re looking for the best place in downtown you should def book your next appointment with them!! I highly recommend.

Jess Jess I’ve been a customer for years, I came back this Saturday 03/01 at 12:30 pm (with an appointment) and after a few months, I opted for the orange pedicure and manicure and eyebrows wax. The lady that did my nails did not know how to properly do the orange pedicure, didn’t even massage my legs. She cut my nails without soaking my feet or hands first and hurt me. I could’ve done a better job at my nails than her. The whole reason for even going was to pamper myself. On top of that the wax was even worse. The lady ripped my skin off. She dropped the wax stick in my hair too. I’m so disappointed, I’ve never had such a terrible experience. $130 they charged me

Amanda Fuentes Such an amazing experience! Nicole was lovely, the whole staff was so kind. My fingers go in wild directions and she was so kind taking her time to make sure the nails look as straight as possible. First time I’ve ever gotten my eyelashes lifted and it looks amazing! A longer ordeal than I imagined so idk if I’ll do it again but again, the staff was so gentle and kind! I told them it was my first time and she explained every step of the process along the way. Price is pretty average for Miami, but the service and attention to detail is unbelievably worth every penny.

Motivational Daisy Needed a quick fill and fix while in the land of money. I decided to check this nail salon out. You have to pay for parking ... the service was quick and easy to explain what I needed. The atmosphere was fast paced. For a fix/fill/design I paid $99.00 .. I wasnt surprised! S/o Jenny for hooking me up. One of my nails broke before I left Miami.

Aida Ramos I really enjoyed the experience initially. Everyone is kind and all of the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I got a set of dip done on my natural nails which initially were beautiful, some of the best work I’ve had done. But unfortunately they didn’t last. Attached are pictures of my nails only 8 days after I got them done. I’ve never had a set of dip nails fall apart on me like this. I loved the place but don’t think I’ll be back considering I also went with my mom who is having the same issue. Just wasn’t worth the $70 to me. I wish them the best.

Olha I go to this place pretty much every month but yesterday their top master cut almost all my fingers. She said I have sensitive skin but she clearly saw that she was filing my skin instead of the nail. I feel like this salon is always pushing their top masters because it costs more but this is definitely not the work you expect from the top master.

Ann Zakkery This was my second time—and my second negative experience in a row. The first time, I had my nails done, and they chipped within five days—every single nail. They fixed it for free, but I had to waste an extra hour to get it redone, which already spoiled my impression. Still, I decided to give them a second chance. I was short on time and booked another appointment. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was even worse. The staff was incredibly rude—by far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The manicurist was rough, pulling my hands and twisting my fingers. She clearly didn’t want to work with me or provide proper service. On top of that, she even made a comment about me speaking Russian during the appointment, saying something like, “I wish nobody spoke that language.” I found this extremely rude and even discriminatory. What is super important: the place is dirty. The previous customer left, and they seated me without even wiping the table. What’s worse, they don’t sterilize the drill bits! I asked them to do it, but they said they usually don’t because the drill bit doesn’t touch the nail. I highly doubt that complies with safety regulations. Please keep this in mind before deciding to book an appointment with them. I will never return and strongly advise against it. st booking an appointment with them.

It’s always hard to find a decent nail salon when I’m traveling (especially when I don’t know the area very well), but I Googled nail salons near my hotel and this was one of many that came up. I loved how easy it was to book an appointment online AND that prices and inclusions in each service were clearly listed on the website. Check in upon arrival was on an iPad, which made it super easy and staff saw to me quickly. In fact, the staff at the front desk were DELIGHTFUL :) I always hate choosing a polish color and the young woman at the front was so gracious in assisting me :) Lots of different styles of pedicures available (I went just for a plain one), including Hello Kitty — super cute! Very clean and quiet salon — and NO harsh chemical smells like you find at other salons. My nail tech didn’t speak any English, but it still all worked out okay and I was happy with her work. Unfortunately, however, she was coughing and sniffing as she worked on my feet and do wish she’d worn a mask as she clearly wasn’t 100% well… Massage chair was great too, and I loved the sparkly motivational quotes on the walls. Very reasonable prices too, especially for Miami. Would definitely recommend this salon!

Everyone is so friendly, they have TONS of options, and I always love how my nails turn out. Kelly Park I never post reviews but was so deeply disappointed in my most recent visit at Rose, that I needed to share so they hopefully can improve. I’ve been coming to Rose since it opened and have also referred many people to the salon as I live nearby. Unfortunately my last pedicure was extremely upsetting. My nail tech skipped about 5 steps of the pedicure process, not cleaning or scrubbing or doing any cuticle care as a typical pedicure includes. She essentially dipped my feet in water, cut my nails crooked (did not file or buff). And then put on color unevenly. I had asked her politely to do the steps she missed and she just stared at me and rolled her eyes. I had to flag down another nail tech and ask if they could fix three nails that were so uneven because my nail tech ran to the back room when she finished before I could take a look. Now that I am home and can take a deeper look at my toenails. Every nail is uneven and the cut is jagged, sharp and digging into my skin. My two big toes have already broken because of the cut she did without filing. For someone who has been a loyal customer, this was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Ann H I am probably the hands down pickiest client to ever walk into a nail salon but let me tell you they nail it every time! There was only once where I didn’t LOVE the color and the manager was PROMPT to have someone fix it right away and the nails stayed on a MONTH!!!! They do get booked and busy because they are just that good!! However I can usually get a same day appointment if I call during the week! I did have to go to another salon once bc they were booked on a weekend I needed a fill and I paid the same price just to leave crying.. it made me realize how great this salon is!! I refuse to go anywhere else. They do the cuticle like Russian manicure too which I love! This is the only salon where I don’t have to monitor the nail tech and can relax and just trust it’s going to be exactly what I want.. they have a lot of talented techs which is also rare bc usually salons have like one or two good techs. I just moved to Miami so unfortunately, I don’t speak much Spanish but they are very accommodating to that for me as well and make sure to still give me excellent service! Such a fun salon.. the nail techs are such a vibe! ♥️ Have to edit bc Helen is really THAT girl! Ask for her!! She got this done fast and she’s such a sweetheart!

Corin C Over the past year Ive been serviced by Aurora Nails. When you walk in its very girl, purple EVERYWHERE! its festive and the swing is cute. I had the pleasure of meeting various nail techs and they were all nice and friendly even if we are chatting via translator it seems like they really try to engage with me. Although the stations are cramped with little to no room the nail techs do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The greeter/the lady sitting at the front is friendly but most times she isnt. In her absence I met the owner once, she was nice. The prices are competitive and reasonable but depending on the nail tech th quality of you nails can vary. The prices on the website are sometimes incorrect and there were times I booked the same service and the price would be different based off the nail tech... Overall, it is convenient, easy to book appointments, they work with you if you need to rebook, send alerts when your nail tech is ready, offer you refreshments and coffee and the music is calming. I gave this establishment three stars because of the inconsistency in pricing and quality of nails, customer service and spacing.

Bianca First of all I want to thank Marcella for her 5 star service. She is the reason why I gave Venetian another chance after several bad experiences. She is detailed, patient, kind, and makes sure that you are happy with the results. I always get an Apres manicure and gel pedicure and it lasts me between 4-5 weeks without a single chip. I love their location in midtown because I can get multiple errands done in one place. The ambiance is very relaxing and I love that they offer a beverage with each service. Also, the color selection is amazing. However, I am disappointed that they removed their Wi-Fi. The signal is bad and I couldn’t get anything done on my phone the last time I was there. Janelle Sales 2nd time getting serviced here. You are easily able to book an appointment via phone and they will send a confirmation and reminder text. Parking is easy on the street in front of the shop or directly north of the building in the grass area for free. The chairs are comfortable and they have a very good selection of polish colors. They sometimes have deals on Groupon if you want to try them out but you will not be disappointed! I have loved my nails everytime.

Natasha Carter This nail salon is in the area where I work so it’s very convenient for me to go there right after work. The young lady that works in the shop did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Very attentive and gentle. The polish came off on a couple of my toes within a day or two but I will definitely go back…hopefully it was a one time occurrence. Don’t say anything about Groupon because they will treat you in a rude way. Yinka was good until I show her that I have Groupon, she didn’t accept that I paid the Groupon at the moment so I have to pay full price that it was $57 Gel Nails Full Set - Hands $10 + Majestic Manicure $17 + Majestic Pedicure $30 Total= $57. I don’t know why the Majestic Manicure if it was wherever and poor quality. She was angry because I didn’t tipped her but I didn’t expect the price it will be so expensive. In Groupon shows $25. The place is in Overtown.

Sindy Morales Had a horrible experience at this salon. I wanted a simple set with French tips and was serviced by Jenny, the manicurist who left me with the worst manicure OF MY LIFE. I was cut 5 different times, my nails were different sizes, and she left me with nothing but product and acrylic power on the corners of my fingers and under my nails. To make things worse, when I went back inside to tell her I was dissatisfied with my service and would like it to be fixed she started insulting me and saying I’m “acting like a 5 year old” because “she’s done nails for 20 years and has never had someone dislike her services.” I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Attached are the pictures that show how bad the gunk and residue left on my nails were. All the cuts in the pictures on and around my nails were caused by this manicurist. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. I was so disappointed I didn’t even stay to get my pedicure.

Daisy Martinez My experience here was horrible, I had an appointment they didn’t have no one to do my nails so there was a girl that finished with someone she needed to go home and she was forced to do my nails through that time she said no someone else can do them. She kept saying no and no that the other lady will come. I think it was rude and unprofessional, she was doing my feet and as soon as the other lady came in she got up and told the lady to do my nails when she was already doing mine…I still had to pay full price for this inconvenience and on top of that the quality of how my nail came out was horrible was not what I wanted she rushed into doing my hands and feet she only did 1 layer on nail polish on my hands and Cindy had to fix them…these people just wanna take your money and not care about how the workers treat you…I payed 40 hands and 40 feet not even a discount for the inconvenience….not coming back again.

Polina Calderon I came with my friend and one lady took her in and began to do her nails while I had to wait about an hour to get started on mine because there weren’t enough staff, and when she finally took me in, she was rushing my nails the whole time and even messed up the design. I felt very rushed when picking the color so I did not get the color I wished for. These were supposed to be a really cute set for Christmas but it was ruined.

Lauren Tilley I went in for a spa pedicure and full set, with an appointment and still spent nearly 3 hours there. I later found out that could have been due to some miscommunication, but from the looks of it a visit here will be a lengthy one. When I did finally get into the chair, I received very quality speedy service on my full set. The pedicure was just OK, it was pretty mediocre/sub par for the price paid and being a "spa" pedicure. Value for price paid - just okay.

I called ahead the day before and was able to book a last minute appointment for 2 plus they accommodated a last minute family member the day of. They were very nice and professional to everyone. Gina Grace at Mira is personable, genuine and an excellent beauty technician. She has great attention to detail and it’s always a joy to see her. She got me hooked on Japanese gel nails, they last for 4 weeks, no chipping and only issue is the growth that I switch out. I highly recommend Grace.

Lisbeth Vivanco I gotta be HONEST: The service was amazing I enjoyed my nail tech vibe and conversation although the job, details and price were DEFINITELY NOT. As you can see in the pics it’s the third day since I have them done and the design is already falling apart. The fact that I paid 245$ no tips it’s in my opinion insane. I have had better jobs done for half price. The details are the WORST part, some of my nails have polish bumps that were not taken care of at the end, I asked for acrylics full set and they ended up using gel refill and paid the same. I really didn’t understand, although they were nice to explain me all the not included prices they added to my bill at the end. I will never come back. I am no someone who writes long detailed reviews but every time I see my hands I cannot stop thinking about how it happened. Making my app in another place to take them out NOW.

Andrea Beilmann I’ve been a long-time client at Mira Nail Bar, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. I went in for a dip manicure, and the quality was absolutely terrible. When I reached out to see if there was any flexibility on a refund, instead of being understanding, they claimed the issue was due to the shape of *my* nails. Instead of taking responsibility, they basically blamed me and turned the situation around, which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a loyal client, I expected better treatment and respect. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place anymore.
