Erika Battisti I have been going to Polished for about little over a year and my nail tech Nickola is amazing! I started going to Polished right around the time Nickola started working. Through this year I have seen Nickola grow into a stellar nail tech. Nickola is a hard working and truly has a passion for honing into her skill of being a nail tech. She truly put in 110% of effort and time into her work making sure the customer is happy. Nickola is also very personable and wants to connect with her customer she has been such a great person to talk to during your appointment. Her number one priority is making sure you are happy with her service. Nickola is also accommodating, I am recently a new mom and Nickola is always willing to work with my schedule. She goes above and beyond making herself available on her off days or staying later at the salon. She is amazing!! I love having Nickola as my nail tech!

S. Hess I heard about this salon and their 20 day guarantee through a colleague. I never had any luck with gel polish at other salons. It would always chip& crack within a few days. I booked an appointment last fall with Julie and told her I typically only have my nails done throughout the holiday season. I said do not to expect me in the new year. Lol Well, to my surprise the gel polish lasts well beyond 20 days! I usually book an appointment every 3-4 weeks!! Needless, to say Ive been one of her regular clients for the past year! Highly recommend!

Meg-Riley Swain Polished academy, is a great school. I just recently graduated from here and i have nothing but positive things to say. It was a great experience, start to finish. Very clean and professional. Lots of education in a short period of time. Melissa and Hope are wonderful ladies, willing to answer any questions and they are very helpful. She was thorough and did a great job, but it didnt take forever, like Ive experienced at some other places. I showed her a picture of the color polish I wanted, and she used 2 polishes to get an exact match. I love my nails! Ill definitely be back!

Joan Charles Hands down the best place to get nails done! Van and Chris are both so nice. Van does my nails and they are perfect every time. She also does some pretty art and can recreate almost any design you want! I never had Chris do my nails but I’ve seen the awesome jobs he’s done! Highly recommend either one. Vans mom does a great pedicure too! Nice massage! Takes her time, relaxing, and I don’t feel rushed!

Rosie Posie Clean, affordable, and great work! This is my favorite nail salon. I got a deluxe pedi and a set of gel tips and the ladies took such good care of me. I’ve never been to a salon that’s so gentle! My feet look so cute and healthy and my nails are perfect, the length and shape are flattering to my hands. Don’t let the location fool you, this place is great! They also have gift certificates :)

Kayla Hall This trip was my 4th time here hoping that I have established myself somewhere to go consistently. The first time I’d gone I didn’t think I’d be going back because my nails were chipping and the gel coat had peeled off multiple times within the first few days but I decided to give it another shot. But today was enough to make me never go back! Rude environment and unprofessional. The owner was on her cellphone pretty much the entire time having a conversation with her headphones in while working on my hands. She gave me an attitude when I told her I did not want to do build gel again and preferred dip. I asked her to cut my nails down and shape skinny and square and more natural looking. She made them thick and chunky and when I asked her to fix them she was extremely rude telling me I wanted coffin shape which is not what I wanted. After showing her a picture she proceeded to ask where I got them done at and why I didn’t go back to that place! She clearly does not take feedback well at all. I was a paying customer and was not happy with how my nails looked. I was then lectured about different techniques and so on. I expressed that i understood people have different ways of doing things however, it’s not what I’d asked for and did not like how they turned out. I would not recommend this salon.

She took her time, she brought to life exactly what I envisioned, and I feel like a million dollars! Its been a long time since Ive had my hair look this good, and I am so thankful to her! Brianna Ritli Not the worst gel polish I’ve gotten, definitely liked the color options. For $45 + tip & an easy idea for my nails I did expect more. The edges aren’t cleaned up, the heart isn’t very good & the paint is not even- there are some transparent spots on each one. Cuticles weren’t cleaned up or pushed back before painting. No lotion or anything afterwards. Choosing to go elsewhere in the future.

SeaQ OK my stories a bit different. Im 58 and I have avoided salons for the last 15 years. Why? Because I always had the same issues, time after time. Either the stylest did not listen and cut my hair too short. Or did not listen and got my color wrong. Or did not listen and fried my hair. Did not listen and killed my neck in the wash bowl. The nightmares went on and on!! Granted my hair is odd and not easy to work with, but when you are telling the people what to expect and what you want, that should not be an issue!!! So finally, doing my own hair I just wanted to treat myself to a proper and new style. So I decided to try and trust again. It was the best thing I ever did for myself! I went to Vinnie and she LISTENED to everything I said. She double checked length and style before she cut at all!! She paid such good attention to my desires and what I said about my hair. So for the first time in many years, I had the perfect, professional, hair day! Thanks to Vinnie I have the exact cut and color I want!!!! Plus it was in a beautiful & tranquil setting, the company was pleasant and to boot it was affordable!!!! This very talented stylist, has more than earned her 5 star rating. brittany burke I called as a walk in, and was seen immediately. Bell did my pedicure. She was amazing and friendly, she helped me find the perfect color after showing her a picture of what I wanted. She always asked if I was satisfied and what I wanted and advice since my toe nail was damaged from an accident years ago. Katie did my fill in. She was amazing as well, her appointment was a no call and was able to fit me in, she shaped it exactly how I wanted,coffin with square ends and thin not bulky(which I had a problem with salons in past), but I showed her a picture of design I wanted and it looks just like picture. I have been searching for a salon for me and Im relieved to finally say I found the best one. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in!

Gina S. Salon staff was nice and the nail technician I seen was really sweet. However, I am disappointed in the work especially for 50 dollars for nail dip powder. My nails look very bubbly and the shape from the nail filing did not look clean and even. I’ve been getting dip for years back at home and unfortunately had to get a fill outside the usual place I go to because I was visiting the area. It seems I just had bad luck with the nail technician I picked.

Patience Shackley After living in Ocala for over five years and trying multiple different nail salons around the area, I had almost given up on getting pedicures that were actually worth the amount they charge. I called in and was able to get in for immediate service. I had Coco And she was fantastic. She took her time doing my pedicure and insured that I liked what she was doing every step of the way. I appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service she provided. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend it to others in the area who are looking for a good quality pedicure. The massage chairs they have are fantastic! They also have multiple upgrade packages available and they also offer reflexology massages and you can add on massage minutes for $1 per minute. So glad I called and went in!

Mallory Strandberg Last time I got my nails done they were done proper, but this time the girl (not the same as before) really didn’t pay attention. It’s a good shape just BAD painting. After I got the chrome rub she didn’t even have me wash my hands and the excess dust is still on my hand. I will say they do well generally and are very nice people. However, when you pay money you want it perfect.

Ashley Smith Out of the many nails salons I have visited over the years in this county, my experience here was the best by far. The friendliness, welcoming environment and soothing music is the perfect compliment to indulging yourself in one of their many services offered. I had a full nail set put on, a Deluxe Pedicure and my eyebrows done. The Deluxe pedicure came with a glass of wine or champagne to enjoy during the service. My tech for the pedicure was very nice, polite, took her time with massage and spoke English which was great! I was able to relax and actually enjoy my time. The nail tech which was actually the owner also took his time and my nails were a special case since I am a nail biter by anxiety, so he did not have alot to work with. He explained the anatomy of the nail bed and the things he was doing to help expand the life of my acrylic nails and the the follow up time period for best results. He also spoke English and provided great conversation. My eyebrow tech was quiet, efficient and also did well! If you are struggling like I was to find a great place to go for these services, I recommend trying this place out for sure!

Rebecca Thornhill The salon was very accommodating at getting our group in and the owner (I’m assuming he was the owner) did an excellent job on one of our groups nails. The lady who did my nails tried to get them done as quick as possible. I’ve never been to a salon that didn’t trim or push back you cuticles. She also did not do a hand massage! No hand lotion after. Just a speedy, rushed job and the photo speaks for itself. Seems like a nice place and I would go back, but I would not use this same person. (The photos are a few hours after the manicure)

This "work" was done yesterday in the afternoon and believe me I did complained while the nail tech was doing the nail polish with the lady at the first desk, whom I believe is the owner. I show her my toes and in the owns words she, saw nothing wrong and said I needed to wait until the enamel settles and "even out". Ive worked in nails salon and I know when the products are bad/old/expired and damaged. Starting with the base coat and the thinnered down DND nail polish everything was wrong. You cant complaint because the owner and the staff will dismiss and treat you like your complain is ridiculous. The nail tech Vee was super nice and I know she cant do much. If you go here... dont expect quality in products nor good customer service from the management. If I could, I would have rate it zero star but because of Vee, I will give them 1 start.

Product on my skin nails getting snagged on my hair because they arent right. $85 for short square clear nails and a very simple pedicure. Had to wait in between for over 30 min With an appointment. Horrible 14 years and I wont go back. Over priced

He takes his time to make sure you are completely satisfied nail by nail.I got a full set gel with design and after it was done with such precision and quality I treated myself to a pedicure which was also done to perfection. I waited 3 weeks to post so I could also let you know there was no cracking peeling or any other issues. Im going back today for yet another relaxing pampered day.

Stella If you come here definitely go to Ceci!! She saved my nails!!! I came here with an appt prior to this visit and someone else did my nails and massacred them!! They started popping off and breaking before the week was out. So if you want your nails to be on point don’t go to the angry lady that’s sits at #2 she will only ruin your nails and not do what you ask. Ceci on the other hand works magic! You show her a picture and she tells you straight up if she can do it or will try her best. I’ve been to her twice and will keep going back to Ceci. I originally had long, almond nails but since the previous person there didn’t do the dip correctly they broke and didn’t last me a week, which I can say was a waste of my money. But Ceci was able to save my nails and make them look beautiful! I am very, very happy with my nails! Go to Ceci if you want beautiful nails!!

Jay Experience was great at first. While getting my eye lashes done I had a wonderful time with Tracy. Following she semi rushed my nails and they came out sloppy around the base and I was frustrated because I had a graduation coming up and spent close to 300$ on the services plus tip. When I asked her the following day to clean up my cuticles because I wasn’t happy with how the “hard gel” came out she told me it was an additional add on but “fixed” it anyway. She didn’t add product when she took away the “cuticles/cleaned them up” so 24 hrs later they look over grown and now 4 days later they look like I’ve had them on for 2+ weeks. First photo is 24 hours after they were done and she fixed them. And second one was the day I got them done. 10/5/24 I went back to have them fixed and Ceci was my tech! She did phenomenal and was very thorough. 10/10 experience.

Shalontay Boggs I recently got a pedicure from Noire nails. My nail tech was Alex, he was fantastic! He is one of the nicest nail techs that I have ever been to. He was very considerate. I got to the nail spa later in the evening, due to my work schedule. Alex made sure the water was a comfortable temperature and did not rush me to pick out a color. He did not make me feel picky or inconvenient. This kind of service is ideal when youre trying to have a relaxing experience. All the nail technicians seemed to be very kind and accommodating. Overall best service from a nail spa, by far. I will be back.

Andrew Parillon Mai is absolutely amazing, very nice and professional, friendly and fast. I was not a big taker today, so she let me sit in my thougwhile she worked on my hands. She does things in her process that I’ve never seen any other technician do she checks and double checks the shape of my nails. Shannon Lopez If I can put this at zero I definitely would. I went and got a pedicure and the pedicure man didnt even know what he was doing another lady had to walk him through the pedicure. Once he applied the color is was horrible. I told the lady and she just wanted me to finish my pedicure but he wasnt doing a good job. She told me I would have to wait for someone else to finish the polish. It was horrible dont go there it was my fist and last time going there.

Jessica Rufus Kayla is wonderful. I followed her there from another salon. Her work is fantastic. I see her once a month and my nails last. I do acrylic with gel color. She always gets the shape right. Kayla is good with designs as well. If you need a really good nail tech you should try her out.

Kayla Terrible experience. I went to do my nails on December 24th and literally two days after I got them done it was completely chipped off. I spent 50 dollars on these nails and it was a complete waste of money. It didn’t even last a week that’s incredibly sad. They said they could nothing about it because they have a three day policy but I was out of town and couldn’t go. They had no accommodations and did not care that I payed so much just to receive chipped nails. Will not be returning here.

Alyssa Roberson I thought the service was okay. The nail technician did a great job with my cuticle work, which was the main reason I went. Unfortunately, the next day my polish was already chipping off. This could have been avoided by preping the nail better before polishing. They do have a guarantee on the nail services for a few days which is nice.

Linda Register Tuesday Elder, the owner, has been doing my nails since 2007ish when our daughter was a baby—and our daughter now gets her nails done with only Tuesday. Her shop is always clean and all hygienic guidelines are followed. Additionally, she is a nail artist and extremely creative!

Theresa Owens Overall good experience. The place is immaculate with nice music playing. I was trying to decide on accent color for my nails and I thought they forgot as the nails were all same color. I had picked one accent color prior then changed my mind. So I asked if accent color being done and I changed to silver. I may have read it wrong but he said something to the other workers in their native language which I perceived as him being upset I changed the color. The silver was applied and It looks amazing. I gave him a hug after the service. That won’t deter me from booking again. So that was why 4/5. Thank you.

Sharon TheGreat I really wanted to like this place. But I cant spend $70 and get nails like this. Seemed like the nail tech was more worried about leaving on time than completing the service. I was passed on to another nail tech halfway thru the service with no explanation. So, two techs worked on my nails and they still ended up looking like this. The last photo was the design I asked for.

Brittney Companion I’ve had some not so great experiences here and some good, so I guess that’s why I keep coming back but this I feel was the worst experience I’ve had here. Vincant did my pedicure and cut my toe pretty good and the gel pedicure he did wasn’t the greatest there’s still polish on my feet. In all honesty the massages anybody does now it’s not a massage. It’s just rubbing your legs until they feel weird. Vincent wasn’t unkind. He was funny and nice, but there was no apology for cutting my foot or even offering me a Band-Aid. He just kept putting this Green mixture that kept burning on top of the alcohol putting on my feet. My husband had to go up to the front and ask for a Band-Aid. Then, when I explained that I wanted nail design on each finger, no one in the building I guess was comfortable with doing it. Then Sally approached me probably not how she meant to, but how it came a cross was that I couldn’t afford what I was asking for. This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done nor with designs on my fingers, But I could tell she was trying to talk me out of what I wanted. And just made me feel like I couldn’t afford what I was asking for. Then she put me with June that still did not give me the only design that I asked for, but she did try. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who did my husband’s pedicure, but she was very kind and did wonderful. There customer service can use some work and how they speak to people also need some work. We spent $190, $55 on my hands, $70 on my pedicure , and $65 on my husband’s pedicure. We did tip $5 per person. I put in a picture of my foot that has just stopped bleeding after two hours. A picture of what I asked for which she only did one of the designs in the design that she did.

Bianca I will never go anywhere else! I’m obsessed with Linna and her work (and I’m picky)! I wish I could post videos to show how the red ones changed with the light in different angles but either way you can tell how beautiful they are. Love them every time ! Photos of the most recent attached.

Jamiliah Braithwaite I got my nails done here on Saturday, 2 days ago, and I will never come back to this shop again. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and it was not what I expected. First off, after soaking my feet and chipping my toes, the nail tech proceeded to paint my toe nails first before actually cleaning my feet. Now I’m no expert but I have never had that done in that order in over 20 years. Then she did my gel manicure and after only 2 days it’s peeling. Like really!!! Lastly, I got my eyebrows and lip waxed, which at this point I should have stopped any services with her, and it was a total waste of money. My eyebrows were not ached correctly and she didn’t even wax in between my eyebrows like everyone else before her has done. Now to put the cherry on top, she kept asking if I wanted my chin waxed and after several no’s I asked her why do you keep asking me that when there’s no hair there. She rubbed her hands across my chin so she knew that already. All of this cost $170 which was by no means worth it. It’s a shame to because I’m trying to find my permanent nail shop and this one is not it!!!

So I gave this place a try as I love just across 200 from the salon. No appointment, greeted with a smile, taken right in as a walk-in & had Jessica. What a wonderful experience!! She listened to how I wanted my nails, cleaned them up so nicely & shaped them beautifully!! I just love them!! Trimmed my cuticles too! My new salon & Jessica - Ill be their new regular customer!!

Aaliyah Real shady nail techs. i don’t usually leave reviews but my acrylics are already peeling and bending. I had came in for a fill in about a week ago along with a friend, and I was seated with a woman who was using hard grit on the electric nail file to get rid of my previous polish, she did not take her time and pressed hard enough for the nail bit to hurt my natural nails and every time I flinched I guess that was an inconvenience to her because she’d stop and look at me with disdain. this happened about three times and the third time she stopped completely and just stared me down and chatted something to the lady next to her. I asked her if she had a problem with me getting hurt over her vigorous nail filing and she just called another person to do my nails instead. The next guy who started on my nails after put a weak structure of acrylic on the part of my nail that grew out and in less than a week to no ones surprise its already breaking and bending. If you look at the pictures you can see from the side the uneven structure under the gel polish from my old acrylic set and this current one. Not to mention the fluctuating prices for services depending on who I ask. their menu states acrylics as “$55+” so they can up charge you for absolutely nothing. I got charged additional for “long length” but when i asked to cut it down i was told that’d be an additional charge as well. the first time I came here I was charged an additional 20$ for a design my friend and I BOTH did, hers a bit more intricate than mine. Long story short this was a complete waste of money and some of the nail techs need a touch up on their licenses because that is by no way how you treat a new AND returning customer.

Katie McCrink Was able to get a last minute appointment within 30 min of arrival for a gel mani with chrome. Service was quick and they have a large variety of color options! Lots of cat eye options that I noticed - will have to try that out next time. Salon was also very clean and had a relaxing environment. Mani came out great.

Shelby Gonzalez I usually don’t like to complain, but I went and got a pedicure. I was originally supposed to get a full set and pedicure. I left after the pedicure. The young lady who did my pedicure cut my toes with the drill three times, I told her I didn’t want my toenails cut with a toenail clipper, just filed. She filed my right, then cut my left. I did french on my toes and every toe was different, some looked square and some rounded. She never took the time to rub my feet or legs, probably spent 30 seconds on each. I don’t mind paying ANY price, but there was zero quality in the work that was done. I left extremely upset, and will not be returning.

They were talking negatively about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand because I’m Black. Spanish isn’t a difficult language to understand, and I caught every word. I chose not to confront them at the time, but I won’t be returning. I’ll also be sharing my experience through reviews and ensuring neither I, my family, nor my friends—about 20 people in total—patronize this place again. And, to be honest, the lady was not a good tech. She cut me twice while trying to cut my cuticles.

She turned my once sleek coffin shape med length nails into IRREGULAR SHAPED BLOBS && then charged me an additional $10 because she says they were long! My set is barely med length! I would NOT recommend or return! They have an elite atmosphere and GHETTO service didn’t even offer refreshments to patrons!

She did a great job, I love my nails. She has gentle hands and she’s super sweet. Also the salon is beautiful and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back every two weeks. Update 3/1/25 Tracey is the best! She’s a wonderful lady and beautiful inside and out. I love getting my nails done at Queen Nails and I’m locked in as a loyal customer.

karen kenton Lei lei does a wonderful job. She is very thorough and pleasant. The salon was clean, well lit, neat, and did NOT have a strong acetone smell. There was an instrument sterilizer in use. The prices are good. I called at 3:05 and made an appointment for 3:30. I had no wait. Other coming in without appointments were waiting 5-10 minutes. This was my first trip to this salon. I will definitely be using this salon in the future!

M Service: Gel Polish onToes The nail tech put my socks and shoes on and when i got home the gel nail polish was all over my socks and shoes and smeared on my toes, because it was not dry and it bled through… I went back to the salon and was told by the Manager to sit down. No apology, no money back- told to have a seat and we will redo polish for you No thanks, a simple sorry goes a long way. We don’t pay $30 to have our shoes ruined and not get a simple Sorry let alone a refund (or offer to pay for the socks and shoes that you ruined). My dog could have done better

I got Gel manicure and Pedicure and my nail paint chipped in less than 24 hours . I am going on vacation out of town for a while and can’t even go to show them . When she was doing the nails for my hand, I could tell it’s not perfect and I have had better experiences in past . I would not recommend this place inspite of the fact that they take walk ins and are nice and clean . I wish I dint have to give even one star. I have had gel manicure several times for cheaper or similar prices but never had my nail paint chipped very next day .

Suzette Clarke My stiletto nails starting breaking after 3 days. I went in for the first broken nail repair and Tracy was rude. She applied regular nail polish and error and was telling me that she changed it and she was putting the gel polish on. I asked her to repair it self, because my it was noisy , she got mad turn around, took the piece of tissue out of the garbage and slammed it on table said see a change it already. The application was weak and thin so that’s why they kept breaking. No Apex. I’ll just stick to do my own nails. Im not spending my money in this establishment again.

Martha Melvin I went back to Wyn Nails again today. I really love this shop! This is the first nail techs I have found that can do a French manicure with dip powder. Everywhere else Ive gone in the past cannot do this. They do a terrific pedicure, also. I am so glad I found such a great place to get my manicure and pedicure! Thank you, Ann, for taking such good care of me. Wyn Nails bought out Top Nails. I really like the way Wyn Nails does my dip powder on my nails. They also do a manicure that is wonderful. Everything is clean and sanitized. I have tried other nail techs, and I like this one the best. I highly recommend Wyn Nails!

B B Terrible!!!! I wanted my nails shaped a specific way & didn’t get it. Instead I was told that she( the new manager) was going to do them her way because it was better than what I wanted. I just went to where my nail tech is now and had a soft soak done then a new full set done and got EXACTLY what I wanted and the way I wanted it.

Megan Hamilton Used to go here when it was TOP Nails. New ownership now. Walked in for a pedicure and explained off the rip that my big toenails were acrylic. Lady asked if I could wait for a lady that new how to do what I wanted. Long story short I ended up with the woman that asked me to wait. We get to the big toes and she took all the acrylic off and proceeded to paint the pink and white. I stopped her an said I didnt like it because of how my toenails are always acrylic. She proceeded to get upset and tells me to pick a color pink, and is talking in her language to the lady next to her. very disrespectful. I was clear and showed a photo of my look. So i ask her to just remove the polish and let me pay for what she had done. She tried to tell me "no pay just go". Absolutely not, i paid for my service because if you put any time in you deserve that at least. I will however never refer or return. It was a waste of both our time. If you dont provide a service than it needs to be stated.

Amber Lozado I just had to write a review about these excellent technicians and their excellent work. I went on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and my acrylics stayed on well after the new year. I’ve never had my nails stay on 100% with no lifting or cracks for well over a month. Not only did they stay on, but they looked great the entire time. I highly recommend going to this nail salon. :)

Allana Rubalcada Literally the worst!!! she rushed my nails leaving me with THICK acrylic, used a DRILL directly on my cuticles which u can only imagine, hurt, lumpy polish, there was hair in my polish she refused to fix it for me, she put my design on the wrong finger and waited until after it was dry to say something, she took a picture of my design looked at it once before starting and from there pretty much just freestyles where to put my jewels and my designs, polish wasn’t even on the entire nail and when i asked her to fix it she said “it won’t dry if it’s on the side” and chuckled as if it was so crazy i wanted my WHOLE nail painted, literally three days later the acrylic started lifting at my cuticle leaving my whole set looking like press ons, because of my acrylic being SO thick it got stuck on a door and ripped my entire left pinky nail off (including my real nail) and now i’ve had this set for 2 weeks and my right pinky nail the acrylic is begin to fall of… And to top it all off it was the OWNER who did this to my nails. HIGHLY do not recommend save ur nails the trouble!!

C C This place deserves zero stars. I was charged $40 for a fill in when the price chart states $15 & up but no one expects to pay more for a fill in than they paid for a full set. They changed the shape of my coffin nails and I got the cat eye polish which looks like regular polish they claim to have put gel on my nails but I had to return 2 days later bc it was chipped. Now not even a week later 2 nails have popped off like press ons. Bryan who did them seemed ok however doesnt speak English so the translator and owner of the the salon steps in and has a terrible attitude and started speaking in another language so who knows what she said about me. Never will I return or recommend this salon. Picture is 5 days later.

Nail Tech is think her name was Lulu, was unfriendly, didnt even pay attention to detail when doing my nails, had a bad attitude from the beginning. Made my nail start bleeding and then just painted over it. Missed spots on my nails and nails look lumpy, could probably have my 5 year old cousin do a better job. Did not even think it was worthy of the $50 dollars I paid for. Should have gone to one of the better rated salons nearby.

Michelle m I have been here a few times in received good pedicures. decided to get my nails done today. they sat me at seat 2, the girl with orange blonde hair, immediately I was worried because she spent the first five minutes playing on her phone. she cut my nails down to the length after gluing the plastic nails on. I was good with that length until she filed EXTREMELY too hard and long, she cut off an extra 2 to 3 cm which made my acrylics no longer than my normal nail.. she was talking to someone on the phone the entire service and not really paying attention to my nails. . I asked for white polish with a sparkle at the tip, for the sparkle they charged me an extra $15. I felt like that was a rip off being since well was so short there was such a little polish being used.. your nails will be tender after going to her and she told me the whole time "relax" as she was sawing away at my fingers. would not recommend for acrylics

Alexander Rodriguez I visited LV Nails today. I had a very pleasant experience with the tech Kim. I had a manicure and pedicure done. The gel polish is cheaper than most places and I noticed they had kids chairs. I had a great time will recommend my friend.

Tialisa Whipple Walked in with no appointment, and they took me on the spot. I got a full set with gel polish. The place was pleasant, staff was accomodating and it was an overall enjoyable experience. The bill came out to $48 which was less than I was used to paying in NY so I was happy. I scheduled my next appointment on the spot.

Melissa Kilcrease Called and they got me in right away. Tom did an AMAZING job on my fill with gel and changed the color on my toes with gel. My nails look BEAUTIFUL and the price was very reasonable.

The Po Brought my mom in to have her nails done. The fee was $22.00. I gave the girl at the front $25.00 expecting to get my $3 in change. The girl walked back to the nail tech and gave her the cash. She stuck the $25 in her pocket and neither one of them mentioned the change. Normally I would have said something but I was more concerned with taking care of my mom. I had a $5 bill that I was going to give her but because they never offered the change they cheated themselves out of a bigger tip. Im done with this place. Next!

Tita Bartels We walked in to get our nails done. The lady in the first station was so rude. She blurted out that we need to make an appointment. And just walked away. I said ok can we make one . She then said she didn’t have anything anytime soon. Would have to be next week. It’s not that they didn’t have any availability. That’s not my issue It’s her delivery and her awful attitude. I went down the street to star nails and they were so accommodating and polite. She is definitely in the wrong business with that attitude. I will never go there again

Gloria Davila I have to canceled my appt with Chanel twice and reschedule on time, due to personal emergency and no transportation.. Today when I called an oriental lady answered , she was very rude and even said "no more appts for you, you cancel a lot". What kind of service is that? Please. Ocala customers use another place. They should provide a service and be willing to accomodate customers. This Place not recommended!

Fern Miller Tina was my nail technician and she was fabulous. I had a pedicure and manicure. I can’t say enough great things. It was very relaxing and I wasn’t rushed. Highly recommend.

Ashley Marie Went here for my birthday last week while my husband was getting a haircut down the street and I didn’t have time to go to my usual salon. I walked in and there was not a customer in site and the lady attended me right away. She had cut me twice on my cuticles and I kept telling her something but she wouldn’t say anything just completely ignored me. It took her over 45 mins just to apply the dip in powder application. Then she tells me to wash my hands and once I finish, another worker comes from the back randomly and then he finishes my nails and takes an additional 45 mins just to green French tips. I’ve never spent close to two hours in a nail salon just a small job. I have product on top of my cuticles and under my nails. Gentleman that finished my nails added like one layer of gel and that was it. Never applied oils on my cuticles nor lotion once everything was finished. Before I walked out, I had to grab some lotion on my own because my hands and nails were disgustingly dry. Any other Nails came out okay but I won’t be coming back here.

Joy Moments I was looking for a pedicure that would be relaxing and take some much needed stress off my feet. The Jelly pedicure is soooooo much fun & makes your feet super soft. They did a fabulous job delivering exceptional service! What a nice atmosphere (no kids no offense)… it was tranquil & exactly what I needed. Thank you sooooo much. I used to come here years ago & it’s my new-old favorite spot again. Make sure to go see them!

Lori Slusser I got a great acrylic fill with nail art and was very reasonably priced. My nail tech was super quick but did a wonderful job! The salon is beautiful and staff are friendly.

Meghan Pace-King Todd, David and staff go above and beyond to create a clean, relaxing and artistic experience. I’ve been going here for full sets, fills and pedis for years and didn’t think I could be more pleased however, since being under new ownership the entire vibe has become more positive and the remodeling taking please is stunning! I was hesitant to write a review because I would love to keep this beautiful secret. Yet, I cannot help but to share my excitement for the changes being made and support such hardworking artist. Edit: Still getting top notch service consistently. Todd and his crew take pride in creating a classy environment. Loving the addition of the new chandeliers!

Michelle Do not waste your money. Before I sat comfortably I needed a pillow for my back. 3 workers sat across from me chatting. They didnt see that I was on the edge of my seat not in the tub. Finally another came and brought a pillow after I asked. I should have left then. The person giving me the pedicure was in training. He started the massage before he finished with the pedicure. I told him to stop. The other person came and explained that he will finish after the massage. I told her I needed help with an ingrown toe. We argued. She came and tried to work on it like it was a bother. She charged me more for her time. $36 instead of $33. I had to go to another salon to get my toe professionally treated.

Dezaray Gray I had a great experience today with Richard. He was very pleasant and complimented my choice in color and me as well. I came in last minute and appreciate the staff for not making me feel like an inconvenience.

Jessica Saul I haven’t been to this nail salon since 2021 and my experience then was very good but today was exceptional. I walked in to get a pedicure and Michelle helped me. She was so great from beginning to end. She was very kind, courteous and smiling the whole time. I truly love the way she did my toes, they came out good. She took her time with me which I truly appreciated, so I will definitely be going back to see Michelle.

Jeana Rosales 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Imagine my disbelief when I paid 10$ extra for an extra scrub because I haven’t got a pedicure in a while, and my whole pedicure start to finish was 20 min. My massage on each leg (not foot) LEG was 1-2 each side. So disappointed as I’m 36 weeks pregnant. Take your money any where else!

Sarah Verrastro I definitely would not recommend this nail shop. She never took off my previous polish. She just filed it off. I asked for a specific pedicure and got something different and didnt realize until I went to go pay I asked for a specific scent and received Something entirely different and when I said no She said OK then open the packet anyhow and proceeded to use it. Left there with a horrible paint job as well as as callous still on my feet. Definitely not pleased

Deana Harris We had pedicures and we got Horrible service! The paint job on my toes is messy. When I was watching her paint my toenails she was missing the sides of my nails. I had to tell her several times that I wanted my whole toenail painted and she would look at me like Why would you complain. We will never go back there again. You go in for a service and you pay for it. You expect to be able to say something if you are not getting this service properly. My feet still had dry skin they barely did anything, just put your feet in the water, rub some lotion on them and paint. As soon as she put my shoes back on me she told me to get up. I didnt even have a chance to gather my purse and get my feet on the floor, just very rude and not relaxing at all.

Katie Jones Theyre always so friendly here and do a great job. Its been hard to find a place that gives quality paired with a price that doesnt break you. Jessica is awesome, she gave me some tips for my problem with dry cuticles and added in a moisturizing hand massage at the end. Definitely going back! ♡♡

Jackie Blasucci Thought I was finding a new nail salon but I will never go back or recommend them…. The two who did a pedicure and nail dip were nice but the job they did never even lasted a week…. The polish wore off the tips of my toes and two fingers chipped off…. A terrible job and more expensive than other nail salons….

Sharon Vickery First and last time there. I had a gift card. Basic pedicure is very basic, $35. Only 4-5 clients when I walked in today. Not busy at all. Cinder blocks piled in bathroom used for a table. Due to recent leg surgery, I have not had a pedicure in 3 months. I was pretty much in and out in half an hour. While waiting for my toenails to dry, I noticed the feet on the lady checking out looked like they had not been touched...horrible, cracked heels. Establishment needs a cleaning also. Just saying...

Meek I will never ever go back to this nail salon! Only reason I went is because I needed a fill bad and Jay nails was closed for remodeling. They screwed up my nail shape couldnt do a simple design. On top of that, they messed my daughters nails up as well to the point they didnt want to go to school. Not even two days later one of their nails broke! They had Polish all over their skin and wasnt going to clean it off until I said something about it! My 6 year old son could have gone a better job. Do not waste your money with this place

C C Went and got a full set of lashes on Tuesday and was charged $2 more than the advertised price which was fine bc I was going to tip anyway however by the end of the day half of it was hanging. Went back Wednesday and Amy just put glue on it as if it was a strip and the next day the other half came off so today(Friday) I went in & asked to have it replaced not glued back on and was charged $10 more dollars so $30 for 3 days is not acceptable when youre 1 of the few that still support the business. I hope they understand this is why their business has gone tremendously down.

Diana Zamudio Tim does a wonderful job nails and pedicures. Massage is a little rough but I love it!! Tina always makes my eyebrows the perfect shaped! Used to thread because I couldn’t find anyone to wax properly but Tina is the best!! Super friendly they always get me a drink and treat my daughter w so much love!! It’s hard to get your nails done w a 5 year old but they make it possible!!

Kelsey Peardon I have been going here for years and they always do a great job. I just had my appointment today and he had me in and out within 30 minutes. He did a full set of French Tips and I had my toes done in a white gel polish. The price is always affordable as well.

Aamya Thomas I visited this place this afternoon around 2pm I was headed out of town for a vacation and didn’t have much time so I requested French tips and white toes it was a very rushed job the guy half painted my hands and he gave me a pedicure and immediately chucked my crocs onto my feet so I never looked at my feet maybe it’s my fault for not double checking both feet but I drove straight to my destination and begin my vacation excursion only to see that three of toes were left unpainted once I was in the shower not even trimmed or shaped when I’m back in town I pray they give me a refund because this is ridiculous.

Allison Galarneau If I could put no stars then I definitely would have. My grandma and I went in for a pedi/mani. At first we got our pedicures done then I was asked t9 go to the table to do meaning. Well the guys starts then all the sudden stops and tells me I have to pay first. This isnt the 1st time Ive been here and the 1st time I did go there, I was not asked to pay first. No one else had to pay before. They tried to say it was so I dont mess up my regular nail polish, not gel. Honestly I do feel some type of way .

Liz-Beth Chiavetta Was here for so long because they didn’t have the color I asked for even though they said they did when I called beforehand. They kept trying to find something similar but I wasn’t liking any of them. They then somehow got the color I wanted. I was getting acrylics and they had tested so many colors on my pinky nail so he decided to redo and just ripped the nail off. Not only did it hurt but now that they’re off a few weeks later half of my pinky nail is white and it’s the only one so I have a feeling that’s why. On top of all of that I still left a pretty good tip and I did that by just checking the amount that was suggested. So I know there was no way it was a mistake because it was clearly written there and checked. I then look at my bank acct a few days later and they overcharged me by 10 cents… yes I know it’s just 10 cents but it’s the principle after already having a bad experience and still tipping good. I have a feeling I’m not the only one they’ve done this to. Just not a good experience

Joe Loeffler Wish I could give this place zero stars. Paid $60 for the WORST manicure ever, my dip had no top coat but used gel instead (which came off immediately), and I now have an infection from the horrible hack job on my cuticles

Miriam L I had the best experience with nail tech Chyna. She is great and also makes you feel comfortable. Excellent work !!! Reasonable price. Would of rated a 5 star but the hand towels had a bad odor and need to be wash. I brought it to their attention. So hopefully next time I can update my review to a 5 star .

Dania Mercado Did whatever they wanted caked on nail polish layer after layer. I complained and they told me it was my fault for having my nails done somewhere else first even though I asked for a fill and they said they could do it. The nails ended up looking warped. They also put on a different color on top of the color I wanted because they said it looked better that way. Wasted money! Now I have to go home and soak these in acetone.
