Nina Segura I am grateful for the salon being so close in East Boca. Great location for walking around too. You cant beat the price for the high-quality service and products. The owners are always so kind and do the best they can to support you with an appointment, BUT I recommend making an appointment advance, especially for the ladies in high demand like Sandra and Betty. If youre busy professional like me definitely get the dazzle dry. It last forever and it dries fast. Also I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure. Its absolutely perfect. I like that they play fun music and they dont play the news so you dont get stressed out when you watch it! Keep the zen going!

Erica McGinnes Tina is the best and is the reason I go to Nail Depot. Her attention to detail and precision is superb - I won’t go to anyone else for nail builder work. She has great taste, and I rarely pick my own color- I just show a picture of what I want and she helps me decide. She always gets it right and better than what I would have chosen. If you want structured nail builder- Tina is the technician you want 100%.

Brisset Jaramillo Nail Depot is a gem in downtown Boca Raton. Fany does a beautiful manicure and pedicure, especially a French pedicure! She always makes sure you are happy with the end result. Love my me time and feeling pampered. Manicure is Dazzle Dry.

I moved here from Miami and was used to a completely different quality in comparison to this. My cuticles weren’t cut properly, nail polish colors were limited, polish looks like I did my nails 1 week ago. additionally, different people do your nails, and your hands, which was not something that I was made aware of. This then results and you having to tip to staff members. In the past, even with design, the most I had paid for my nails was $70 For way better service and quality. Today I paid $100 in total for Nails that I am not satisfied with at all. Although everyone was very nice and respectful, this is why I was completely embarrassed and was not able to bring this to the attention of the owner. Once I got in my car and saw my nails in detail, I was in shock. on top of everything, when I made the appointment on the phone no one mentioned to me that they primarily take cash. Therefore, there was a 3% charge for using card.

I wanted something clean and simple and natural - Grand Master Han went above and beyond to give me just that. We went with gel X nails with a rounded tip and a simple funny bunny color. Victoria Chenard I was a customer of this salon for 3 years. Paul the owner always did a great job on my nails. On a bi-weekly bases I showed up on time, I never cancelled, I treated the staff and owners with respect and understanding. I never complained if they were running late or in a bind because my regular nail tech wasn’t available and they had to put me with someone else. However, dont ever get in a bind if a nail breaks, cracks or needs the slightest correction, because Paul the owner turns rude, disrespectful, and will not under any circumstances try and accommodate you in anyway. I will miss the nail techs that work for him Delilah, Lilly and Diahna because they are true professionals. I will not be returning to this salon and will not recommend them to anyone. If you cannot be loyal, respectful and supportive to your steady, dedicated customers when they get in a bind for a special event, it doesnt matter how good you are.

Talin Kalender Very unprofessional. Manicure was rushed. Technician was trying to sale semi permanent make up rather than doing nails. I spend $90.00 for regular manicure pedicure combo including $15.00 to take off gel mani-pedi for nothing. It lasted only 3 days. Pictures will do the justice. As a respect to the small businesses, I didn’t give one star. Horrible experience. No go!

Michael Sweeney Immediately upon walking in I was greeted extremely politely by Andy. The second I met Andy I could instantly tell he was a man who got things DONE. My pedicure was just okay, and my gel manicure only lasted two days. The manicure felt rushed, lacked attention to detail, and didn’t reflect the quality I anticipated. The overall experience felt like the bare minimum, and some of their techniques seemed outdated. I expected more, so unfortunately, I was disappointed—and for that reason, I don’t think I would be eager to return.

R Smith EDIT: as you can see by the owner’s incredibly unprofessional response, this place is poison! I didn’t ask anyone there to fix their mistakes because they are truly incompetent. If you can’t do it right the first time, then what’s the point of me going back for a “fix”? Also what’s funny is what your nail tech could not do, I had done by my original nail salon. It was my mistake to ever choose your salon in the first place, truly. You may have a high rating but that is also provided that you only have less than 50 reviews on both yelp and google. I wouldn’t be so high and mighty. I’d also like to add that I NEVER leave bad reviews. Everyone can feel free to look at all my reviews on both google and yelp. I am honest before anything else. So to insinuate that I am leaving this review out of malice is WRONG! Shame on you! I am leaving this review because this establishment is horrid! I did not get their acrylics which is what people seem to rave about but their pedicures are a 0 out of 10! This salon is probably the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I got a French tip pedicure and omg! It’s so bad! The lines aren’t even straight. Normally my pedicures at my regular salon (which I did not go to bc it was not open at 9 AM) take an hour plus! This place took TWENTY MINUTES! I’m never ever coming here again and I’m telling all my neighbors and friends to avoid this place like the PLAGUE! $32 for this! I went to my regular place after to get it fixed. What a waste of time!

Yasmary Alexandra Since I moved here for college 2 years ago I have been coming to Hanna to get my nails done on and off ( when I go back home for breaks I go to my regular nail tech) she always does a great job with my nails the shape, the length the designs anything I ask for, Hanna always does great! I have also gone to Bentley before one time when Hanna wasn’t available and he also did an amazing job. I also always get my toes done and the ladies that usually do my toes are always great and my feet feel amazing afterwards.

Adi Brener Probably one of the worst manicures I ever got. I didn’t get the name of my nail tech but he did not take off all the previous gel I had before so my nails are uneven and bumpy. My nails are also breaking and multiple of them are cracked in the middle which never happens to me. This is so disappointing because I’m probably gonna have to cut my nails short now and my wedding is in a couple months. They offered to fix it after I let them know it was bad but I was there in vacation and was leaving the next day so I did not have time but this should have never happened. I shouldn’t have to get my nails fixed after just getting them done. They need better nails techs. My pedicure was good but I had just gotten a pedicure two weeks before so there wasn’t much to mess up…

Laura Hershkowitz Really disappointed with my results, I had complained to her (Cece) that my nails looked uneven (because she had put the wrong tip size for them), and she just told me that the dip powder was going to fix that, and of course, that did not fix it. She just seemed to be in a rush to jump onto the other customer waiting for her, and she did a bad job. She was sweet, but I don’t pay for just sweetness, I paid the same that every customer pay, for a good job, and it was not done. She did not even my toe nails either. Horrible work, I asked for very square nails and ended up with chunky nails and a dirty finish. Disappointing for a $82 work.

Crown Victoria I had a wonderful experience at the salon. They were great—and was able to schedule me for an appointment the very next day without any issues. I arrived earlier than expected, and they were flexible enough to find someone to accommodate me. Cece did my nails, and she did an amazing job, even fixing one that was badly broken. My nails look gorgeous, and I’ve received so many compliments! Not many salons know how to do a good powder nails job, but they nailed it (no pun intended). The salon is very clean and doesn’t have that strong acrylic smell you often find elsewhere. The prices are also reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back for a pedicure too!

Alice Mountjoy I would not recommend this place. I booked a 40 minute massage on their website, which showed it would be $40. The massage its self, was not good, this could be my fault for going to a nail salon for a massage. There was minimal privacy and lots of noise, as it wasnt in a separate room. When I went to go pay, I was told it was $60. I was confused, and told them the website said $40, they said that was from their old prices.I didnt bother arguing and paid the $60, but left very unhappy, and next day my neck is bruised, and extremely sore. I will not be going back for nails or spa services.

Michelle Manzione I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Actually, they can keep one star for the very sweet woman that works the front desk. I’ve seen everyone but Julie and am constantly disappointed. Today was by far the worst as I sat with Mike. Mike put on tips and then did dip and a design. I was unhappy with the length and shape of my nails. I asked Mike the first time to change them, he said sure. I asked a second time, he didn’t respond but sighed like it was an inconvenience. I asked a third time, which he ignored. I should have stopped here but didn’t. He told me the design I chose was easy and thanked me for the design. Comical. The paint job he did was awful, as seen in the photos. I can’t even put more energy into writing how bad it was. But that wasn’t the worst part. Mike cut me six times. 6. I’m on blood thinners and bleed very easily. I made a comment each time he cut me. Despite that and my visible blood, he continued to drill away. I was visibly upset and it was apparent. Julie, the owner, sits up front and saw I was upset but did nothing. I can’t believe I paid $60 to bleed and have painful nails. Whatever photos they’re posting if designs are not representative of the work they do- stay away!

Valentina Lombardo I called asked for a regular manicure when I went in I said I need to leave at 12 that gave them 30 minutes when she was about to paint my nails it was already 11:57 which I understand I didn’t want to rush her but she left all the nails still on my nail as u can see from picture not only that! The owner at the front when collecting charged me 35 dollars for this I’ve never in my life been so disappointed I never leave reviews and this bothered me so much I feel people deserve to no what they are expecting.

Tara Assari I’m honestly shocked at how awful this place was. Clean, has good reviews but SO slow and SO expensive. I live in Manhattan and get my nails done at a spa like place like this and don’t even pay this much. Also, if the quality and time was good / worth it, it would be one thing but it was awful. The nail technician was nice but kept hitting my toes and scuffing them which took so long. They barely fill the tub with warm water which was weird to start off with. And the manicure was probably the worst, sloppiest I’ve ever had. Didn’t even cut my cuticles, polish job is splotchy and super uneven. The best accommodation they gave me was to come back and they’d fix it for free. I never leave bad reviews but hoping someone sees this and doesn’t waste the time and money I did :(.

I will say they were $85, but I got them done for a special event and I had no problem spending my money on quality nails. Mariella These nails are actually the worst nails i’ve ever had. I called and asked how much a fill was, they said it would be 30. I told her I did not like the shape and she said it was fine. I figured i’d shape them on my own because I did not have time to have her redo them and cause a scene. When I went to pay, she told me they were 50$ and that gel polish costed extra. i am extremely unhappy with the poor quality nails and lack of explanation on pricing.

I wanted to try something new today by mixing dip powder colors and she really worked with me to make them come out how visioned. Robin Cunningham Just move down to Boca and I’ve been shopping around for a good nail salon. Boy, did I get lucky with this one!! Lily & H are centrally located in town, but the best part of course is the service. I went for a pedicure and an acrylic fill with gel polish. Rosie did my pedicure for me, she was sweet and proficient. She’s got a great personality and really adds to the salon. My toes came out beautifully, nice and smooth and pretty. Lily was my nail tech for my fingers, we hunted and hunted for just the right color, she went above and beyond. My fingernails look beautiful as well, and the price is great. Not over blown like quite a few of the salons in town are. She also offers lashes, facials, etc. All in all, I had a great experience and I will definitely keep going!

Rachael Kelly I really enjoyed my experience at the salon. The manicurist spent so much time on each of my nails and made them perfect. It was also so nice to have a conversation/connect with the amazing lady who was doing my nails, and not have someone shouting over my head in another language while ignoring me (you get my drift). Coral Bay Builders I have gone to Lily & H Nail Salon a few times and have encountered some uncomfortable things such as no return calls, no reminders - which they dont have for some reason. Strange for a business, but gave them a chance. On Saturday July 29, 2023, I had a 2:30 pm appointment with Rosie. I mentioned to her how I had a lovely lunch including two beers. When I went home, I realized part of my pedicure had not been done. I called and left a polite message indicating that the appointment was rushed this time and did not receive the hot towel treatment on my legs. The woman next to me picked out the exact same nail color and mentioned that mine looked lighter - and it did. Lily, the other owner agreed. Rosie returned my phone call and said "OMG, you have dementia". "You dont remember?" "We have cameras." "I can show you the video. I agreed. Yes, please show me the video. Rosie replied that she could not do it right now. I replied that I could wait. Then Rosie tried to renege and said sarcastically for me to have a have a nice weekend. Rosie went to far and said that I need to stop drinking so much." This is coming from a nail salon that offered me a glass of wine on my first visit. Sorry, Rosie, after having eating fish chips with a side salad, chicken wings and a cup of potato soup over a period of two hours, I dont think two beers qualify me as having dementia. You were rude, unprofessional and demeaning. I have called my Credit card company and disputed the charge. Does anyone know of a courteous salon in Boca as I will not be returning. You know and I know that you have zero proof! A bad word goes a long way. There are hundreds of more nail salons to choose from. Thank you for showing me your true colors.

Sean MacAdie Lilly is absolutely the best manicurist I have ever found! She is meticulous in doing manicures and pedicures. Besides that, she is a wonderful woman running her own shop. Several of my friends also are her clients and all of us enjoy her work and the atmosphere of her shop. I could not recommend her more. If you choose to use her services, I am sure you will be very happy with the experience!

Emilia I walked in and the service was nice they got me seated and started my pedicure right away. Although the nail lady went super fast and rushed pedicure, my nails are okay. It was time for the manicure and the lady didnt even cut my nails. She filed them though, but she wasnt really paying attention so she hurt one of my nails and it started bleeding. I was upset of course. When she painted my nails she missed a lot of spots so as a result some parts were painted and some were not. The end result was okay but the following day not even 24 hours later my nails were completely chipped. I do not bite my nails and I am careful with them so I knew that the quality of the nail polish was horrible. I will not be returning there again

Robin Cunningham Do you want perfect nails? Richard my amazing nail tech will hook you up Gel X nails are amazing, they last for 3 to 4 weeks and no lifting or breaking. It’s beautiful and clean inside the salon, they take such good care of you and they care about what you want. The gel nails are a little expensive, but totally worth it, you basically are paying the same price as for acrylics and fills per month. Pedicures are lovely and very well done. I use a neutral colors so that when my nails do grow out, it’s imperceptible. Also, it’s not horrible to remove them, and my nails underneath looks super healthy. Definitely recommend Tipsy Nail Bar.

Rachel Zipnick Update: 4 stars. Minus a star. Made an appointment for Sam. They gave me a random person instead… He was good but they charged me to take off the polish and changed the service price… at the time of payment. It is not a problem to charge for removal services or designs BUT I asked the price beforehand went and got cash and paid a totally different price after my service was complete. I always try to have cash for the tip out of respect for the people rendering my service and I had purposely priced out my service before coming in. I cannot respect the lack of price transparency. The guy that did my nails was fine and did a good job. Was kind, professional, polite, hygienic and gentle. However, I didn’t appreciate today’s experience with regard to the price I was quoted vs price I was charged after the fact and the fact that I didn’t receive services from the person I specifically requested. Original post: 5 stars. I came as a walk in. Super clean. The staff were kind and polite. Sam did my nails. Originally I asked for black with orange and changed my mind just before she put the polish on and she was a total champ about the last minute 180 design change. I asked her for designs and my nails turned out so cute! I absolute loved my service with Sam. 11/10 would highly recommend ❤️.

Hanna S Obsessed with my dip manicure! I never really liked dip because it always looks so thick but they do a great job with the shape and making my nails look natural! I get so many compliments and people can’t believe it’s dip! My nails never chip or break. The place is very clean and parking is so easy. Editing - I noticed that every time I come here they charge me an extra $5 for “shaping” regardless of whether or not I ask to cut my nails, which is also pretty ridiculous to charge extra to cut and file. Isn’t filing and cutting standard with the service? They don’t mention this extra charge and it’s not spelled out on their menu either. Every time I question this charge, there’s a different definition for what they consider “shaping”.They also charge an extra $5 for soak off every time. I’ve been to many nail salons and I have never been up charged for soak off ( even though they are soaking off their own work) and nail filing.

I had a family emergency and had to cancel my appointment and because she was upset about that, when I called to make another appointment she had the audacity to ask me for money before she provided the service! She did my nails one time and cut up my cuticles and had the nerve to be mad after I complained. I had a friend on the phone that speaks there language and they were saying terrible things about me. Jennifer Desir I called the previous day to make an appointment the following day (on a Saturday at 10:30 AM with Sue - I have the phone record to prove it and showed it to what I’m assuming was the owner on my way out). When I walked in 10 minutes earlier than my schedule appointment, they proceeded to talk amongst each other and then tell me (without looking it up) that they did not have me in the books. One thing I despise, especially in customer service, is being lied to. If they said, hey Sue is working with someone now and it’ll be a while, I would be a little bummed but not mind it at all. They proceeded to then seat me with someone else and as I’m seating in the pedicure chair, the lady walks always and starts working on someone else! So of course I’m thinking that she’s just removing her polish and will be with me right away, right? Wrong! 10 minutes later she’s still working with the other customer, then another gentleman walks in and they take him right away. At this point, evidently, I’m getting a little upset and they say “oh! He had an appointment at 10:30”…I feel like I’m in the twilight zone because, me too?! So I get up to leave but the owner convinces me not to. I know you’re wondering why I didn’t leave much earlier but see, I would’ve left but my mother in law (she’s a sweetheart by the way) who comes here all the time convinced my husband to get me a Gift card for Mother’s Day so I stayed because it was paid for. I will never ever come here again obviously but the lady who did my pedicure (Nancy) was a sweetheart and I of course tipped her very generously because it was not her fault and she did a really good job on my nails. (I’m a mom of two toddlers and I barely ever leave the house, let alone for self care - it’s also why I made sure to make an appointment so I could be in and out if needed. Now I’m going to crawl back to being my homebody self in peace).

Giovanni Fuizotto The people on the phone gave me the price for a french manicure but when i sat down to start my manicure she tried to up me an extra $10. On top of that she sat me on a previously used station which was full of nail dust and clipping and was bothered that i ask for a new towel. My boyfriend was starting his pedicure and was disgusted by the bad attitude and bad custom ethics that he also canceled his pedicure. I do not recommend this filthy and and un professional place….especially at the exaggerated high prices they charge. Many better places in walking distance!!

Sonya U This nail salon is very unprofessional. If I could zero stars I would! Not only did I get physically assaulted by one of the employees, I was also asked, "where is my tip and got assaulted on the top of my head as I was leaving the spa." I always tip with a generous tip but this time I was questioned in front of all the customers and workers assuming I would not leave a tip. I will never be returning this nail salon or will be recommending anyone to this nail salon ever again. I have never experienced this kind of spa experience ever in my life.

Mallory Deblauw They were nice. Some do not speak English well at all. I told the lady I just wanted a polish and not a full pedicure and she still gave me the full pedicure. I told her multiple times I do not want a full pedicure just a polish. I did get a refund after the fact. They did not compare my nail length when I got acrylics. I came home to realize my two fingers have a huge difference and I have French tips so it’s noticeable. I spent $140 for French tips Acrylic and a polish for my toes (tip included). If you do decide to get French tips you’re charged an extra $5. I am not one to complain about my nails but, I needed these nails for a very important event.

Brooke Cruz This was my first time visiting this salon and I had the best time. From the beginning, they were able to schedule me in last minute for a gel manicure and pedicure. They had a bunch of colors to choose from and all of the polishes were fresh and new. Colin did my gel manicure and pedicure and he did such a great job. He took his time and I am very pleased with the turnout! The salon is also incredibly well kept and clean. I definitely will be back.

Bonnie Witler I am giving this establishment one star because the Mani Pedi was average and I feel completely ripped off; the prices are so incredibly high they should be ashamed and I want to warn others. The mani was $30 which is $10 above every other nail salon in this exclusive area. The pedicure was $50 which is outrageous and $20 more than other pedis in this area. The owner assured me the prices are a reflection of the extra services that are included which are hot towels and a callus remover. As I said before this was average at best, and certainly not worth the extra money.

I had the pleasure of meeting J, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. He took his time and his attention to detail was impeccable. Honestly he was so gentle when taking care of my pedicure, I barely felt anything. He genuinely cared about providing the best possible service! I was impressed by the ambiance. Michaela Howell I went in to get a fresh acrylic set and a polish change on my toes. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 2:30pm and I did not get out until 6:30pm. I did not get any designs on my nails, it was a simple black nail set. So, it should not have taken that long to begin with. When my nails were complete the polish was very thick and clumpy to the point where the gel light was not able to fully dry my nails. As seen in the picture, my thumb nails specifically had to many polish coats so they were unable to dry under the light. The top coat peeled off by the 2nd day. The shape of my nails were not clean and some were uneven. It is clear now that the person doing my nails was not a very experienced nail technician, so it was very unprofessional for him to work on a paying customers nails. I spent about $76 on this set with toes included. I was extremely unhappy with the outcome because Ive been getting my nails done for years and I know how they should look. Especially if I am spending that kind of money. So, I had to call back to have my nails redone by the real nail technician that works there. When I came in the second time there was no acknowledgement of how unacceptable this was. The man that did my nails previously even laughed about the situation...like it was a joke of some sort. My time AND money was wasted so I do not see the joke in that, at all. My nails were redone the correct way, however I had to take time out of my schedule a second day to come in for this. The shop seems very understaffed, and a bit unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to any of my peers due to this awful experience.

I left that place shaking almost crying because of her cold attitude even the front desk girl Lana expressed her sympathy and apologized for my experience, it was the craziest thing ever. Millie Obregon Top hit nails is a good place to go to for your pedicure or manicure. They are normally on time and pleasant. The good thing about them is that they will fix your nails if something happens to them within a week or two of you getting them down there. The prices here are fairly normal and they don’t seem overpriced for their quality service. Obviously, the service quality is dependent on who’s performing your service that day but for the most part, the majority of them do a good job.

Robin Cunningham They really do care about what you want and how you want it done! You are a greeted immediately after entering which I love. My nail tech was attentive and conscientious. He was meticulous with the pedicure as well. They’re a bit more upscale, but you know the old axiom “you get what you pay for”. My nails came out beautifully, PLUS…it’s super clean and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

jamie kha Reasonably priced for acrylic manicure. Had to remove gel & old acrylics & add tips on my one nail since they were uneven. $55+ tip. They’re quick and quality lasts for weeks! Done within 45 mins! Pics of the two times I’ve been there. One customer was rude and cheap complaining about their $20 manicure. It’s $20 why would you complain. Upgrade to gel or acrylics, they’ll last longer too. Saw quite a few men also getting mani pedis too!

drs 299 Ive been to every nail salon in Boca over the last 20 years. I found my home at Royal Palm Nails. Specifically with Bella. She is amazing and does exactly what picture I show her everytime to the T. Ive been going 2 years now and would never go elsewhere.

Mar Pen This is by far the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten in life. It took the girl 1 hour and 45 minutes to do a gel manicure and regular pedicure. There were bumps all over my nails. One week later the gel has chipped off-I have never had this happen. When I went to file the jagged parts, the polish just came off. BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have gotten the name of the girl that did my nails because there are clearly other techs there that do a good job. As another reviewer noted, I was also hovered over as I paid. I felt like I was being blocked in basketball game, the way the lady had her arms out to make sure I didn’t walk out before paying.

Danielle Pierone Lotus was so sweet and wonderful. Sadly, a very rude and possibly on drugs woman came in and caused a commotion. But the staff was very kind and courteous even when this lady wasn’t. Can’t say enough good things! 10/10 recommend

Elia Teresa HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not recommend for anyone!!!!!! ! The salon is cluttered with messes everywhere. It had trash everywhere and a door fell of a cabinet. Only 1 lady working in the salon that does not know how to do nails. I asked for French nails and left very unhappy and it took her over 2 hours and my nails looked horrible. I didnt even get a pedicure because I hated my nails so much. I let the nail tech know through out the entire process that I was not happy with the nails. She kept just adding more coats to fix her mistakes and did a very poor job. The lady additional charged me 82$ for these horrible nails and hovered over me while i was tipping. She then was mad at my tip. (Which she should have been thankful I tipped her in general.) Do not go here!!! Since my appointment I have now been getting harassed by the owner. Not once did I get an apology or a refund. I had to go and get all of my nails redone along with a pedicure and the nail techs were shocked at my nails and how bad they looked. Since then she been harassing me via phone informing me that my opinion is slandering her company. To slander is to make false claims. Nothing about what I said is false and I am entitled to my opinion. I think that as an owner you need to take this as a learning opportunity and reflect on how you run a business. Your pricing needs to reflect your service and it does not.This is probably why this place is so rundown and falling to pieces. I have attached photos of the horrible work. Do not go here!!!! I will be sharing this everywhere so we can shut this place down ASAP!!!!

Bria I went in for a gel pedicure. The women at the salon were very nice and welcoming. My pedicure felt great and my toes came out so good! The color complimented me well and she used the perfect amount of even coats to cover the nail! Will definitely come back!

R A III N Went in for my first time pedicure with my partner. Front lady asked which package we would like, $35 basic or $50 deluxe. Me and my partner both said and confirmed with her twice that we would try out basic $35 pedicure package since it’s our first time. But at the end when it came time for cashing out, she ended up charging us $100 for the deluxe price. I didn’t argue and tipped $20 in total. Service felt rushed for the price i paid. For any first time goers, try a different place. Hospitality: 5/10 Service: 4/10 Communication: 0/10 Recommendation: Avoid

The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to accommodate their clients. Not only that, but they do an amazing job with both hair and nails. Amazing color, straightening and blowouts given here. I was fed up with my look as Im aging. The gray hair the whole thing. I was desperate. Thank goodness Melissa offered my hair done. Z Lanxi This place is horrible! If I could rate 0, I would give it 0. The guy who did my nails was so rude, and was unprofessional! Even cut my fingers! They charged me full set of manicure and pedicure, but he did not even clean my cuticle. The nail shape is so ugly, he barely shaped it! Even the nail polished is uneven! They charge me 3 percent of paying credit card fees but they did not even tell me! I requested to redo my nails or refund, they ghosted me! Horrible service! Don’t ever go there! They are freaking liars as well! I did not get any help! What’s the 3 hours help? Totally, my pedicure and manicure only took one hour and 15 minutes! If you don’t do anything, I am gonna sue you check all your cameras! So everyone knows who is lying! You are not gonna get any pennies from my credit card! I texted you told you I was trying to be nice, so I did not complain about anything! I did not get any help from your whole store! You need to do your business in a right way! Not fraudulent!

Robin Cunningham Boca Raton Today’s Hair and Nails Review In my quest to find a good mani pedi spa that is reasonably priced in Boca,(I wasn’t optimistic), I happened across “Boca Raton Today’s Nails” in the Palmetto Park Square mall. I decided to call and make an appointment, they answered pretty quickly, so I went and had my first manicure/pedicure. I asked for prices, and they were MUCH better than the chichi spots you usually run into in Boca. Cha-CHING! Winner! My nails are pretty long, so I got an acrylic overlay with French. Tim was my nail tech, and he was meticulous with both mani and pedi. They offer all spa options, at really reasonable rates... hair, lashes, (I KNOW!).. facials and waxing. There’s a small but clean facial/waxing room in the rear, and large, spacious, CLEAN spaces throughout the interior. They’ve got loads of color/acrylic options for nails to choose from, some of the most varied I’ve seen. Ask for these services technicians: Tim Mimi Debbie Lily Hair: Holly -Sophia -Lisa -Jason Sue -Marisa It’s in an easy location, right off 95, in case you’ve got to travel a little. 

Denilson e Joyce Duarte Jennyfer did my toenails and I was simply in love with her treatment! She is an excellent professional, she did my nails wonderfully and gave me a amazing massage. She is super caring and attentive. I highly recommend her.

Angel Martinez I love their nail tech jennyfer !!!! She was amazing !!!! From the foot massage to the hand massage !!!!! You wouldn’t believe me if I told you my feet use to look like they got ran over by a fork lift and since jennyfer put her hands on them 6 months ago they look like modeling feet!!!! Steph Peters I will preface this review by saying Ive been coming to the Boca Nail Bar for at least 4 years now and the service has always been great, however my experience yesterday was so bad that I will never come back. I had my first dip manicure two weeks ago and it came out beautifully, my nail tech listened to my preferences and I was very pleased with the outcome. He was diligent, kind, and didnt rush at all. Yesterday my nail tech quite literally ripped my old dip manicure off my hands. What she didnt rip off, she scraped off with what looked to be a nail tip. Mind you, my nails hadnt been soaking in anything before scraping it off and ripping off my natural nail length. She didnt listen to my shaping preferences and she cut so deep into my cuticles that they bled on multiple fingers. They are still sore and hurt every time I wash my hands. Im sure my nail beds are damaged and it will take time for them to heal. She was clearly rushing and in the end I wasnt totally in love with my nails like I usually am. If you choose to come here, please avoid any nail tech that is rough with your nails. Im not coming back here because I dont think my nails can handle another round with this nail tech (I dont know her name unfortunately).

Mariana Mejia My new favorite salon! I got my nails done here about a month ago, I was driving by after getting Starbucks in the same plaza (big perk in my eyes), and I decided to give it a chance. I could not have been happier with the experiences. I entered with an hour to close and I felt like a VIP client, there was no rushing, my conversation flowed with Lillie, and she made my nails looks absolutely perfect. She is a perfectionist, constantly looking up close at the nails from every angle to make sure there is no defect. On top of all that, the salon is perfection. It is the complete opposite from salons with posters all over the walls or waterfalls and painted ceilings, I feel like I can truly relax here because the workstations are completely clear and the space feels pristine, I swear you could eat off any surface there lol

Sahar Bari They dont do what you ask them to. My manicure was great, but the woman that did my pedi put barely any effort into it. Asked her to cut my nails shorter, she kept saying no more! She also didnt do any skin smoothing which normally comes with it. Not too happy and wont go back. Then she had the audacity to mention tip to make sure i add that to the payment on Venmo. Lol. Which i always do , but this time a tip wasnt well deserved for the pedicure. I did it anyway. And I think shes the owners sister. Done with this place.

Sofia Vasquez The lady that greeted us was super nice. The only thing I would complain about is the prices and the the service. I payed a total of $63+$10 tip for my gel manicure and regular pedi. The lady doing my nails was gossiping so much that she did not realize the dead skin she left on my feet. My friend(on the left of the photo) got a regular mani and pedi for $48+$7 tip. Not a bargain.

Nancy Oakland The chairs are too close, feels uncomfortable especially when the person next to you is loud and eating. These comments are about only one of the techs. Lame effort put into smoothing heals and under sides of feet. Used a scrub brush, 2 minutes on one foot and only left side on the other. Sloppy ! No assistance to put on sandals like everyone else causing damage the polish. Feels like a mill. No regard for appointments made for two, will put you wherever is convenient to keep the chairs full. Don’t go here if you want something special. My daughter’s pedicure was done correctly by a very nice tech. Would not recommend due to the overall, cheap experience and lack consistent quality service.

I allowed a friend’s friend to do her thing for me & I was TOO NICE to complain but I left horrified, I asked for round she gave me a shape I don’t even know how to describe. I arrived to Majestic out of desperation because they are across from where I live. They catered to me with such warmth, kindness, & understanding & FIXED my horrific nails into something beautiful I was proud to wear for my wedding day. I came back tonight for my refill & I will be a recurring customer from here on out. THANK YOU SO MUCH - best part, this place is clean, gorgeous, & peaceful!!!! Anyone you get is talented & you will not leave unhappy! Love this place!!

alysha bonta If there were 0 stars I’d pick that. 1st the massage chair was broken and they wouldn’t move me to a working one even though there were several open. My toe nails were not cut evenly and the lady massage me for less than a minute, when she was done I looked down at my toes and I’m not being dramatic it look like a third grader painted them, some toenails weren’t all the way painted and there was paint all of my skin. Replying to owner yes it was that exact location. I did not have them put a topcoat on because you guys did not have the matte so when I got home, I put my own matte topcoat.

I did a pedicure and nail extension. the work was done at the same time ... the nails turned out to be uneven. My opinion is that -a Master cannot do a good job if he does not sit at a special table and does not have a special light. My nails are very strange and the surface is very uneven. Now I do not know if I will go there a second time ... Although the salon is very nice and clean.

L Hinds Andy gives the most incredible pedicures ! He incorporates reflexology pressure points as well, which was a bonus! It felt amazing ! He pays attention to detail and takes his time , I can’t wait to go back for a longer one! They tried to have my friend pay before her finishing and everyone else was able to wait til they were done. Paid my pedicure service but will not be coming back again.

I had to come here for a quick polish change for an event in between my regular pedicure. My first experience with another woman wasnt terrible but i felt I could give them another chance. Gina McHugh Horrendous. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST nail service I have ever received in my life. I went to Thuy? I think her name was. She put my nails on crooked, I asked her to fix twice and I stopped asking when I realized this was the best it was going to get. $70 for this. Do YOU think this looks good? The gel x is literally still wet under my nails, the gel on top is still wet. The French white part is THICK. I just have no words.

I feel like I get what I pay for. And they just got new pedicure chairs. I love nail art, so I go to Dan the Man, and get beautiful hand painted nail art. Literally art!!!! I’ve seen other technicians in there who are also very talented.

Michaela Zemantic Finally found good nail techs in Boca! I have tried about every place in the area and this one has won me over. My nail tech listened and did exactly what I wanted. Nails came out great! No chipping, lumps or uncured, peeling polish here (which always seems to happen to me) very well priced for what I wanted. The salon itself is very clean and well kept. Ladies were all very friendly and it’s quiet which is my favorite part.

Imtyaz Amin This spa is worth a try. The staff is super friendly and they take their time with you. Not like other spa i have been to where they look to get you in an out in a hurry. Yen was my technician and she did an amazing job. Taylor Tompkins To all my girlies and guys who want an HONEST review, read this all. I have been going to 5th ave Nails for about 6 to 7 years now. They do an excellent job on your nails and even if something doesn’t turn out perfect, or it breaks a few days later, they will ALWAYS fix it if you just ask them. Everyone there will always answer your questions and will always do their best job to satisfy your needs and wants. Every time I have had a problem with my nail, they ALWAYS fix it for me (coming from a girlie who gets long AND short nails). Every tech there deserves a 5 star themselves. As long as you are openly talking to the tech, who is doing your nails, about what you’re looking for i’m sure they will come out stunning, like mine always do. michelle levy When I visit Fifth Ave Nails, they always treat me like family. The managing staff and the nail pros are all the best of the best. I schedule with Kevin every time and he is a master at his art. I have done simple nude or funny bunny nails and I also have also requested customized design or special occasions…he is creative and meticulous in his work! Notably, not everybody can hand design deer antlers on the spot and he nailed it!! Annie is my daughter’s preferred artist and she does all of the intricate and detailed designs she challenges her to with absolute precision. Customer service is top notch and the manager Katie is literally a ray of sunshine to brighten up any day. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do, the wonderful customer service, and the experience altogether. I am a loyal customer, locked in for life!!

Natalia Barbery I’ve gotten two manicures with B already, and she does not disappoint! Both times, I got a French manicure, and she executed it exactly how I wanted. She’s super careful with the nails, takes her time, and is incredibly detail-oriented. B makes sure you’re happy with the result, showing different options and double-checking that you get exactly what you want. On top of that, she always has a great attitude, making the experience even better. Highly recommend her!

Yasmary Alexandra I honestly expected a lot better from this salon since I had heard from so many people that it has good nail techs, usually no wait time and reasonable prices. I got my nails done on 11/10 with my friend and I didn’t think my nails were bad. I asked for basic almond shape bubble bath pink next gen dip nails. When I got outside I saw my nails in better light and noticed that there was hardened dip powder all around my nails on my cuticles everywhere and they were connected to the dip powder on my actual nails not just little dots that accidentally fell on the cuticle. I got home and made sure to wash my hands really well to get off the excess powder all around all of my nails. 3 days later I started to feel like my nails were going to pop off, and i started to look really closely and noticed my nails were different thicknesses on each finger and are starting to lift and get caught in my hair. I honestly expected better usually my dip nails last me 2-3 weeks 4 if applied well. I honestly don’t recommend coming to this salon unless you do your research to see who the best nail tech for you would be. My nail tech just happened to not have done a good job but that doesn’t mean the other nail techs won’t do a great job. (As you can see in the pictures my nails are lifting all around the edges and are each different thicknesses)

Emilie Witte What I asked for vs what I got. Tiffany did my nails tonight and was great at first, but quickly got defensive and wouldn’t do what I requested. Several times I asked her to add more glitter and to carve out the french tip more to look like the photo, but she just got annoyed and defensive. I’m a people pleaser so I eventually just stopped trying. I should’ve just had her take it off and left. $75 for nails I don’t like. I’ve been here several times and it’s the same problem of feeling like an inconvenience because the staff just wants their money and doesn’t care about you.

Marc Horowitz I followed my nail technician (that’s such an odd title) from her former nail salon, where she did my nails for more than 15 years. Her name is Tammy, but she is now called Kelly, as there already was a Tammy in the shop. Tammy/Kelly is outstanding. That’s all that can be said as she truly is awesome. She provides great manicures and her pedicures are the best I’ve ever had. Having type 2 diabetes, it’s critical that my nails be properly maintained. Her sister, Amy, also works in the shop, and she is as professional as Tammy/Kelly. They both work fast but are efficient. And they don’t engage in idle chit chat. The shop is spotless, well managed. It runs like clockwork. The air is well ventilated. My former shop always had an issue with fumes. Not here. And they use liners in the pedicure basins. If you come here ask for Amy or Kelly. And you’ll be pleased.

Cristina Cheing I’ve been coming here for a while; my mom and sister do too. Overall, a great salon if you know who to go to, a bit pricey but in a good location. They get busy midday, so do your best to set an appointment. Clean environment. I highly recommend Jessica, and I’m sure there are other talented technicians too. Avoid Michael at all costs. I knocked two stars off because of him, but my experiences aside from him were good. The good: Jessica is the absolute best! Had my first ever dip set done by her. If this review was for Jessica only, she would absolutely get five stars. I booked for her today at 4pm, arrived 15 minutes early and she took me in immediately. The almond shape she did on me is perfect and she is very precise, and gentle. She is easy to talk to and tell her about corrections/preferences. She took lots of care in taking off my old acrylic set (which you’ll read about below) and cleaned up my cuticles nicely. My natural nail wasn’t damaged afterwards. I was charged 66$ for a dip set with tips, cuticles cut and acrylic take off. My friends have also came to this salon and said that as long as the work is done by women, they have never been let down. Their nails have came out looking nice, which is why I continued to come back and give this salon a shot after my initial experiences. The owners seem sweet, and gave me a price breakdown when asked. My mom and sister are fond of their experiences here. The bad: Don’t get your nails done with Michael, had a terrible experience (to the point where I would really suggest asking for a new tech if you happen to walk in and he’s who you are placed with.) I’ve been placed with him twice- first time for a gel builder fill. Michael thought I asked for an acrylic set and I attempted to correct him once I saw him take out the acrylic tools, but he rolled his eyes and didn’t acknowledge me. He then proceeded to put nail glue under lifting polish, which ended up staining my nail. At this point, I had grown out my nails very long and I was frustrated that he put glue on them and dirt ended up getting stuck on it, leaving me with a black spot on my nail. I kindly complained and was handed off to Tim, and Michael threw his hands up in frustration once he was made aware I wanted a gel builder set. Tim was great and I walked away happily, but the experience with Michael ruined my day. Second time I got stuck with Michael for an acrylic set, this was the worst acrylic set I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a short/medium length almond shape french acrylic set, with tips. He had to remove my old gel on my nails, in which he drilled into my nail bed and it hurt. I felt like he didn’t care about my nail health. When he applied the acrylic powder, he put so much on my nails and it dripped down to the sides and under. He used the drill to attempt to remove it from the sides and underneath the nail, which ended up cutting my skin and I bled. The acrylic was left very thick and there was some leftovers under my nails. The gel polish itself was very bumpy and thick. He somehow forgot that I asked for french and then cured top coat gel over the french base, which I complained about and he sloppily drew on some french lines while visibly annoyed, huffing and puffing. The almond shape was ridged, and the nails ended up looking like bird talons, no apex to be found. Anytime I spoke up, he rolled his eyes and ignored me, there were no corrections and he actually wouldn’t even acknowledge what I said or asked for (I promise, I was really nice and respectful, I hate inconveniencing others.) I was in a rush, I ended up leaving his work alone and walked away extremely upset. The polish change he gave me was also subpar, the polish was just messy but it wasn’t painful. I didn’t complain to the owners or manager or anyone because the following day I got onto a cruise for a week, so I wouldn’t have had the time to come in to get them fixed, and he had already taken an hour and a half to give me the messiest acrylic set ever.

Stormy Hampton Being my first time here. I was excited about the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I wanted acrylic. Linda did them. They look fine. But she hurt my cuticles and the surrounding tissue of my nails. They are throbbing today. Lynn did the French paint on them. She honestly could have done better. I believe they rushed. I would have gladly waited for an appt. Instead of this painful rush job. Everyone was really nice. I wanted to find a nail salon home so badly.

Jasmine Hinds I do not recommend this location, the colors don’t match the book and they said they cannot guarantee colors, first time i’ve heard that at a nail salon. I ended up just doing white since that was the easiest option, she got gel polish all over my cuticles that I can’t take off or the polish peels. The gel application was not even and it’s noticeable so some spots are full white with some spots lighter white.

Enbal Sabag The best nail salon in Boca Raton! I frequently see Joly here for pedicures and dip powder manicures. My sister sees her for gel manicures and very happy with those as well. I have attached some examples of manicures she’s done for me. She always has good ideas for me to change things up a bit with my nails but keep with a style she knows I’d like (especially when I have a hard time choosing a color!). She is very talented, patient, accommodating, friendly, clean, and takes her time to make sure her clients are happy with the work she does. The work is very high quality and remains on for 3 weeks. I usually only take it off because it grows out. It never chips or cracks. The salon has many colors and options to choose from. I have also seen Linda and her daughter and they are both very good as well.

lian attias Love love love lily nail spa. The best at what they do. And the price!!! The best in boca! I leave feeling brand new and so happy about my nails. I’ve been here for over 5 years and never have been more loyal because of the quality and professionalism displayed by them. The quality is outstanding and everyone should be heading over here. I just hope they still have availability for me;)

Diana Abadir Today, I went to the nail salon for the first time. Nancy, the technician, did my nails, and she was absolutely amazing. The only issue was that she is very slow, but she is extremely professional. When I finished and went to pay, I used Apple Pay. Nancy needed help, so she asked Lynn for assistance (I learned Lynn’s name from others calling her). Unfortunately, Lynn was very rude to both me and Nancy. She spoke in an unprofessional and impolite manner, saying, “Do you have the card?” I replied, “No.” Then she said harshly, “You have to click to pay; otherwise, I’ll have to repeat the steps on the machine again!” Lynn was so rude, and despite me asking her multiple times to wait because I was paying with my phone, she showed no patience. After I completed the payment, she didn’t say thank you or even smile. Instead, she walked away to her client with an angry expression. To make matters worse, her client mocked me as well. It was such a rude and unpleasant experience. I’m not sure if I want to go back to that salon, even though I really loved Nancy.
