Very engaging and delightful. Jimmy ended up giving my wife a manicure also. She loved it! Had a great experience and great pedis as well! Highly recommend!

LV V221 I’m so glad I found this place! I have long natural nails that I love having in almond shape but I have had a difficult time finding a tech that can give me the shape I want. Rose at 5th Nail Lounge was able to shape my nails how I like them! She was quick and efficient. The salon is nice as well with a bar in the waiting lounge.

Lily Walker Don’t waste your money! The gentleman did not do a good job, just look at pics. The nail polish bubbled and he had to redo hands. No apologies and not friendly. You can see the layers of polish and the bubbles on the second try. And the toes he didn’t even cover all the nails and didn’t do the fronts. Never again!

He was fixing what Henry did the last time I was there which was a terrible experience But Ive been going to this nail salon for a long time and that was the only Terrible experience that Ive had here theyve changed Ownership so I will try them again and hopefully it will just keep getting better he used to put cream on your hands and give you a little massage was always a nice touch and I miss it

Budnick57 I have lived in North Fort Myers for two years. For most of that time, I went from nail salon to nail salon and could not find one that I was happy with - at all. Then, one day, I happen to pond the nail spa bar. From the minute, I walked through the door, I was treated with more professionalism and kindness than all of the other nail salons combined. The man who does my nails is named Bob. Bob does my nails (acrylic) better than anyone has done before. He is fast, but very thorough, accurate, and doesn’t miss a thing. When he is done with my nails, I like to have special artwork done. That’s where the genius, his wife Jenny, enters the picture. Any design I have brought to her, Jenny, has been able to do flawlessly. My friends are envious of her work! The pricing at Nail Spa Bar is excellent, much lower than other places I have gone to (that can’t hold a candle to the work they do). The shop has pleasant music or videos playing, it is kept very neat, and I feel comfortable there. I can’t say enough good things about the Nail Spa Bar or the owners, Bob and Jenny. I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful place to have my nails done.

miss chloe This place is awesome! Great location in the middle of town, lots to do before or after your appointment (or walk-in). Shop, eat, after work or school like i did. Went in on a Thursday evening, 5pm which was 2 hours before they close. Very nice environment. They took their time, but still did it under an hour, refilling my old acrylics done by another salon. I loved the precision and care toward their customers. Mentioned glow in the dark nails, which I thought was interesting but I didn’t want, which they did not push me to buy. LOVELY PRICE!! $35 for a refill and repaint!!! I left a generous tip and plan on coming back soon!

Heather Henry Just an update to my review - Ive been now going to Sophia for about a year and Im so satisfied with her work every time. What a pleasant experience with Sophia, she took her time and carefully removed old acrylic from my nails without prying them off to start the service off right. She did an amazing job with the chrome natural gel nails and I will be back as a new loyal customer. I am so glad to have found this salon after having so many negative experiences at many other local ones between Naples and Fort Myers. My nails look nice and natural as well and not thick and bulky like they have come out so many times. Very relaxing atmosphere and I was offered a bottle of water as well when I was looking at the polishes. After my first fill Im happier than ever, Sophia does an amazing job, and my nails look the best they ever have. You wont regret going to this salon!

I have never been a repeat customer before until I got my nails done at herbal nail bar, every place I had been to would Cut off too much of my cuticles making them bleed. Don literally brought my nails and cuticles back from the dead. Quality does not come cheap, the costs are 100% justified in my opinion because they work hard, use top-quality materials and treat you and your nails with the utmost care! I highly recommend them for anyone wanting nails that last over a month without breaking or chipping!

ASyria James I usually go to the Naples location but both of them are great. I’ve been going to them for about 2 years now. I will not be going to any other salon. They are not like regulars nail salons that have a strong odor of acrylic. The atmosphere is always calm & relaxing. Their music playlist is the best. Don introduced me to Gel X and I don’t think I will ever go back to regular gel nail polish. My nails have always been healthy and strong and they still are. Their products keep my nails that way. Great quality! Thank you Herbal Nail Bar. Update: 3 years later, and I still love it here. I moved to Central FL, and I have yet to find someone with quality products like this salon. I always get the soft gel overlay, and I’ve never had any problems with chipping or breaking. My nails always look fabulous. Sophia is the best.

Mara Garcia Don and Cindy were amazing. It’s my first time here after having a horrible experience at another salon I was going to over over a year, they started getting extremely careless and sloppy. I’ve been missing out all this time and settling for less when I could of had the VIP treatment with Herbal Nail Bar!!! Don did my nails and he really took his time to clean up the mess my nails were in when I got there (see before photos!!) I couldn’t believe I accepted what the other place did to my nails! Thanks to Don who brought them back to its beauty (red nails photo today)! Cindy took her time with my pedicure and never rushed through the process. I highly recommend them! They only use the best quality products without cutting corners like every other nail shop in Fort Myers! They are one of the only places that do European Gel and I love it.

linda belinda Got a quote for $50 full set acrylic with gel polish over the phone. Ended up paying $85 (incl $10 tip) for nothing more than full set with 1 coat polish. VERY disappointed. Owner claimed nails were long n got custom polish. Total bullshit. This is what I got. Took no extra time or special polish job. 1 color 1coat of clear n done. Am I crazy or what???

They even gave me a bottle of water when I arrived. David, who did my gel pedicure, was gentle, thorough, and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time. Kate, who did my acrylic tips and dip powder mani, did an excellent job applying the tips and powder and sanding, filing, and smoothing after application. She was very nice and easy to talk to. Heather Martinez Steven is an amazing nail tech. I’d never been to this salon before and was a walk-in got a 2hr full set acrylic with designs. I showed a picture and the design came out way better. Steven took his time and made sure each nail was perfectly shaped. Didn’t have a long wait as a walk in, and the price was as really good.

Taylor Danielle I’m giving an honest review. I’ve been here a few times & today will be my last. I’ve been getting my nails done for years & this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. He did a great job on my nails but the customer service was overall rude & over priced. I was charged $165 for a full set. I have been to celebrity artist that don’t even charge this high for a simple set like this. I sat there for 2 hours for a set that would’ve normally been $80-100. On top of that we had to re-apply the polish several times due to their polish not being used correctly. I rarely give bad reviews. I will not be coming back, nor will I ever recommend this location.

Susan Ross Daimy (Daisy) did my nails. She was punctual, polite and listened to what I wanted. Throughout my manicure, she was gentle and efficient. I requested the trendy cats eye style, which she executed perfectly. I cant stop looking at my nails! The parking was easy and ample. The pricing was extremely reasonable. The shop was clean, quiet and spacious. My entire experience was 60 minutes. Bonus ..you can schedule online. Dont think twice about going to this salon ... youll thank me later!

tink g This was my third time going there and the boss lady who speaks mandarin i believe is very rude. The lady who did my nails who speaks spanish was nice then boom I ask for color powder and not just a gel color and she gets an attitude and starts looking at my weird. Will not be back everytime I go the Hispanic workers are very rude and have attitude if you tell them to fix something on your nails. Then they leave all of this on your nails and don’t take it off.

The issue we had was when we checked out, we were charged for the manicure kit ( the emery board and buffer) and the surcharge for using a credit card. It was not an issue of the cost for these items just an issue that nothing was posted up front about these additional charges until after we processed our credit card. Please just post signs or advise your clients before providing services that they will be charged these additional fees.

Banks Haley Kenny was the best! He answered all my questions. I was hesitant to get dip powder due to negative experiences in the past, he reassured me that I would be satisfied and was I ever! My nails look fantastic, the service was top notch and the price was extremely fair. I will be returning for my next service.

Victoria Quero Looks like a very new space, or at least it’s kept very clean. They accepted my walk-in pedicure request and I was taken care of immediately. The young man did a very good job and it was reasonably priced.

autumn cueller I went into the salon wanting short stiletto nails with orange tips for Halloween. As the technician was doing my nails, I asked her several times to shorten them. After the third time of requesting her to shorten and even them out I just gave up and asked her to just put the clear coat on. Unfortunately when she did the acrylic application, it was too messy to leave as is so she needed to apply two coats of pink over my acrylic set. When checking out they asked why I didn’t do the colors which I advised I didn’t like the length or the shape. They offered to re do it but after sitting there for an hour and a half and repeatedly asking the technican to shorten it I was not about to go through that again with another technician. You can see how long and uneven my nails are. Definitely not worth $55 and feeling really duped and disappointed after that trip. Will not be returning, I’ll stick with Organic Nails from now on.

Ray I needed my nails filled and was looking for a place close to home, I was unhappy with my current nail tech and thought I’d give diamond nails a shot seeing as It was under new ownership. They did an amazing job on my nails, design and all. The gentleman did the fill and the lady did the design. It has amazing detail and the perfect shape, the nails also havent chipped, and are holding up very well. It had been over a week since I’ve gotten them done and I would highly reccomend. It’s very high quality with reasonable prices. I WILL be coming back

Jodie West This was my first visit. I stopped in as a walk in on a tight schedule, and the shop was very busy. They worked me in immediately for a gel pedicure with Lan. Sadly I only had time for a basic pedicure. I say that because Lan was amazing. The shop is very clean, very friendly and I highly recommend you visit them.

We booked an appointment to have our services done together, but while my friend started on time, I waited over an hour for mine to begin. My technician was not very polished, and the manager’s attempt to address the delay by offering me only 10% off (nothing for my friend) felt inadequate. The lack of customer service and understanding was frustrating. That said, my friend’s nails, done by Fabiana , were absolutely amazing. If you go, I’d recommend booking with her and her only.

Estelle Carbone Ive now been to 4 different nail salons over the past 7 years. Today I went here and had both a manicure and pedicure. My nails were extremely short and I had them add extensions with acrylic and all nails were completed with gel polish. Donny did my pedicure and Dawn did my manicure. Both jobs were outstanding, this is a first. No language barrier, plenty of polish options and exactly what I asked for is what I got but perfect!! Ill definitely be returning in 2 weeks to continue maintenance. They could do some cleaning to the place but other than that (it wasnt horrible and Im just overly obsessed with that) my manicure and pedicure were OUTSTANDING and great pricing!!

Lauren Harkins Literally the best nail salon I’ve found in this area after trying all the neighboring salons off of six mile cypress and colonial. They’re affordable, take their time, gentle with gel removal, and my nails are flawless every time. The products they use for your pedicure leave your feet and legs so soft. The scrubs and lotions smell great yet not over powering and are deff a better quality than I’ve had at other salons. I’ve been twice and would have never known about this salon without someone recommending them to me. Most importantly I’ve picked out colors on both visits that didn’t look the same on the color swatches. They immediately said this doesn’t look right and took the time to find a color that matched my skin tone. It’s so chill and relaxing in the salon. I literally zone out and haven’t felt overstimulated once in there. They take such pride in their work and it shows. Don’t sleep on this nail salon.

V If I could give ZERO starts I would. I gave her several references photos and told her everything I wanted. She assured me she understood. She also tried to trick me and she didnt apply tips to 4 of my nails claiming my nails were long enough. I wanted a medium length full set so I needed tops on all the nails. Every nail is shaped incorrectly. All the nails are the wrong length. Every time I tried to address it during the service she waved my hand away to shut me up. She told me to put my nails in the lamp so I wouldnt notice the bad work after I washed my hands. She tried to rush the top coat on my nails to avoid addressing my dissatisfaction with the shape. I am very disappointed. I still paid $20 because they accuses me of not wanting to pay. Racial bias is a slap in the face after the crappy work. Ill include pictures. Her name is Amy. She wanted to do the set SHE wanted, not the full set I asked for. I am extremely disappointed.

Argued with manager to lower price from 15 to 10 then to 5 once he saw how horrible my nails looked. They were not buffed nor filed so l got a refund. After going in for a soak off this is what the finish result was (mind you im telling him it hurts and he keeps going). Emily Smith I had my nails done here last night, I loved them when I left the shop, however when I woke up this morning the color had yellowed. Last night they were sparkly white, Michael had placed a white powder first before doing the top layers with the white glitter I had chosen. I went in today to explain how I woke up with yellow nails and I’d like to get on the schedule to have the color changed. The owner proceeded to talk at me aggressively to the point I was shaking and almost in tears and had to walk out. She said that the yellow on my nails was the color I picked, even when I showed her the exact sample. She said because the sample was painted onto a more white nail it looked white. I explained to her that Michael had actually used a white powder first in order to ensure that it would match the sample. I wasn’t angry, unkind, or rude, I just genuinely wanted to change the color. I would have even been willing to pay for the color change but it didn’t even get to that before she was berating me. She said verbatim,”I didn’t do your nails but I know my colors.” Wild behavior when I’m legitimately looking at my nail next to the sample knowing what it looked like last night. The nice lady in her chair tried to help explain what I wanted as if I wasn’t clear, and she looked so embarrassed at how the owner was speaking to me. To the point that she was blushing. I just said, you know what, thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere and leave an honest review. I used to get my nails done by the owner 3 years ago and stopped because of the unprofessionalism. I thought I’d be fine giving them another chance after years away if I just went with another nail tech. I was sorely reminded why I made the decision in the first place. She is an unkind and unprofessional person. I can’t believe I just left a nail shop nearly in tears.

Larisa W I’ve been a loyal customer for over four years, even trusting this salon for my wedding manicure, but my recent experience left me disappointed. During my full set manicure, glue was left around my fingers, and polish extended onto my skin. The acrylics underneath my nails were uneven, and when I mentioned it, I was told the polish would come off after a couple of showers, which didn’t feel like a proper solution. The nail-shaping process felt rushed, and my skin was painfully ground despite me voicing my discomfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I’ve always appreciated the quality and care in the past, but this appointment fell short of my expectations.

Casey Jordan Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I got a fill-in for my acrylics here. The technician working on my nails was very slow and didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. It also seemed like he wasn’t very comfortable working with acrylics. The end result was just okay—some nails had bubbles, and I was charged $45. Unfortunately, one nail broke in less than 24 hours. When I went back to get it fixed, the woman who helped me was rude and didn’t even use primer before painting the nail. Overall, not the best experience. If you’re okay with average (or slightly below average) nails, this place might work for you, but I won’t be back.

Star Star “Star” Was a regular customer but I am now never coming here again. If you need multiple services or can not come in the middle of the day for them, do not bother. I went in for a Manicure, Pedicure and full facial wax an hour and a half before closing (to be fair, I DID think they would be open later). They did my pedicure, and during my facial wax, they started to rush the lady working on me. They called her twice AND walked into the wax room while she was with me. Despite a language barrier, I can read a room, so I told her that it was alright, Ill come in another day for the manicure. She thanks me, I pay the $110 with a $28 tip only to come home and find out that they completely messed up my eyebrows without telling me. I cried and have vowed to NEVER come here again.

Nat P Just got. Manicure with my daughter. Not happy at all. Manicure was okay the polish is awful. I told the gentleman that the polish needed to be fix and he just used a brush with nail polish and just went over them. They feel rough. Very disappointing

Alice one of Dans subscribers I went here to get nails for a formal event. I paid 85 for a deluxe pedicure. She did an okay job. I then went to get a manicure, acrylics with a simple design. It was terrible. She cut almost every single finger and I have bandaids on almost all of them except 3. My thumb finger is the worse cut. Not to mention the design has too many imperfections. The acrylic is bumpy. The design is chipped and uneven. I spent a good amount of money and over two hours here and I am incredibly disappointed. Please spare yourself the pain.

AnnaMarie Ballman I got a gel pedicure and manicure at Envy Nails in hopes of finding a new nail salon to go to, and was very disappointed at the service received. The two women who did my services were not licensed, did not use sanitized tools, and the woman who did my gel manicure (I think her name was Tovi or something) took two hours for a plain color gel manicure, was on her phone scrolling social media or texting half the time, ground my nails to be paper thin and brittle, did not shape my nails the way I had asked (I asked for almond and she continuously shaped my nails to stiletto even after I stopped her several times and showed her a reference photo for the shape). Additionally, she paused here and there to use the same tool to pick at her own cuticles and nails before continuing to use the same tool on me. She also used a grinding tool to grind away my cuticles, making three of my fingers bleed, and even three days later, my fingers are still sore and scabbed. The owner Emily seemed very sweet and talented, and was licensed, I wish I had her for my service. But the other women who were working there all were very rude. I will not be returning. UPDATE: I will not be returning to this salon - there is no way a licensed nail technician would use non-sterilized tools on a client in a professional setting. My cuticles are completely dried out and scabbed over, my nails have never looked this terrible. Because my nails were filed down so thin, one nail has completely broken off, and the “gel manicure” has started chipping off my nails less than a week and a half after the manicure was done.

G G The reviews dont lie, this place does good work. One customer was complaining that something want done to her liking and was not asked, like they usually do. She was watching them but didnt stop them, and only said something at the end. The girl handled it politely, so there was no drama, for everyone else enjoying their experience, to hear. It was very relaxing environment with pleasant music. The space is small or average size and not your boutique salon. I prefer someone do a good job over that kind of more expensive experience. I asked for something simple and my Dominican beautician (sorry I didnt catch her name) did beautiful. I will be back to see her, I will recommend this place, and plan on bringing my family there.

Chinese Mothafucka Went in for a Christmas fill with a set from another salon. Only been here 4 times before, 5 including today. This is their best work on me! It was a fill so everything was laid out already but the snowflake was all talented hand work.

Danielle Shine Came in the salon with my daughters to get our nails done. They were a little busy and I didn’t mind waiting, my daughters got their nails done. The nail tech at the front of the salon was finished with her customer and then a “ “customer came in and she comes up to me and says if u don’t want to wait next time call even though the people she decided to take didn’t have appointments. The whole vibe changed, they were offered drinks and put in front of me even though I had been waiting. There’s definitely “ “ privilege going on there. I would never step foot into that establishment again. I really like the way they do nails here and it saddens me that I’m not as Important as the other people. Its extremely rude and disrespectful because my money is just as green as theirs.

Kirsten Jansen Overpriced for what you get. I upgraded my pedi to a "luxury" and then they wanted to charge an extra $15 for Gel polish, so i declined having my toes painted, they then charged me to remove the old gel polish. Isnt that supposed to be part of the service?! Cutting toes in 3 different spots while removing the old polish. Wont be back.

Alyssa Coleman My first experience was great with Hana she did my wedding nails- only artist I would recommend. Last week I brought my friend with me. It was a long wait with no appt but I didn’t mind. They finally started my pedicure and the lady was using the scrubber and not paying attention looking towards the door when the customers were walking in and cut me so bad! I had to tell her to stop scraping me so hard! I told the manager and they gave me $5 off. But I will not be going back here after this experience. My heel hurts days later and is scabbed.

Carrie Burch I have been going to this particular salon for about three or four months. For the most part it was an okay experience. I learned early on to not have the owner (male) do the design on my nails. Why there are anyone working at a nail salon that cannot do simple designs is beyond me. I am not a fancy person. I do not get stones or anything crazy on my nails. The young gentleman that did my nails did a wonderful job. The last trip to Florida Nails was the first time I had seen them during a busy time. I asked for the design in the third picture. The first and second picture is what I left with. I felt like I was rushed out and as I was leaving I was told by him to "Come back when we are not busy and I will fix. It wasnt dry when I put on the top coat and it chipped off." While pointing to my ring and middle fingers. I just ended up going to a new nail salon instead after it had grown out. The older lady was the one who put acrylic on my natural nails in an overlay and I had one nail that had broken off. Instead of putting a tip on my finger she just put acrylic on top of my nail and poorly shaped it. I will NEVER go back here and I hope no one else goes here to get their nails done at this establishment!

Amber Jones I got a pedicure with acrylic on my toes a while back in early/mid 2024. My toe has since then caught a fungus infection and I’m still fighting this infection in January 2025. Haven’t been back since. I normally go to them for my nail and pedicure service but not any more. The prices aren’t even worth the work anymore. Barely trained and educated technicians who soak your feet in water, scratch them and slap paint on top. A five year old could paint nails better than they do.

EC This nail salon is very professional and clean and follows guidelines for social distancing. They want to make the customer happy and listen to what customers want and will provide it. Ive never been unhappy with my nails or toes and always get exactly what I am looking for sometimes its more than I expect. I really enjoy Jimmy as my nail technician.

Natalie Vance Went for Mani/pedi. the guy didn’t say 1 word to me, acted like he was pissed to be working on a Saturday. He filed my finger & toe nails like duck nails in the shape of a U. When asked to fix he acted like I was bothering him. He made my fingernails so short “trying” to fix them I eventually took the file and did it myself. The paint job was mediocre if that, splotchy and he initially only put one coat on my toes & 2 on my fingers so they looked totally different, had to have him fix that too. I paint them myself. He didn’t even do a full manicure even tho I paid for it. No hand rub, oil on cuticles or anything. It was a waste of $60 to not even be happy and treated like I was a bother to the guy. Would not recommend. Each time I’ve been it seems to get worse.

Salon Noble (BONITA) Katie did a great job on my nails. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It only took a little over and hour which is perfect. Will be coming back! Finally a nail salon that gets it.

L Miller ALTHOUGH Hanni is my favorite for meticulous dip manicures that last 3-4 weeks (even though I am hard in my nails as a gardener), I was a walkin today with Dan who did the Cat Eye polish. Coolest application ever! I have been a customer for about 10 years. If you ever have a problem, just go back and they will make it right! For this reason I do not understand the negative reviews. Thats how I found Hanni, the owner. They remodeled in 2020 and doubled in size and the finishout is very elegant and spacious adding to the comfort. The prices are exactly the same as those salons around I-75 and Corkscrew. I consistently pay 45 for a dip and 55 for a French Dip. They have recently improved their appointment system. Phones are answered quickly but they dont interrupt the clients service. Customers always greeted by name at entry and exit. The staff number is huge so waiting is rarely a problem for walk-ins, but if you request a specific tech, appointment is recommended. I see many men and couples getting nail services. They added lash extension services. I highly recommend.

Perez Family Ann has been doing my nails for 8+ years and I love given her an open canvas. The results speak for themselves. Rhinestones last 2-3 weeks for me and she nails its every time. Wouldn’t let anyone else touch my nails or do any art work.

Honestly Jody This visit was a total disaster. I broke out in hives from the nail polish for 2 weeks straight. Its a shame. The customer service was poor and Im not sure how clean the tools are. I had to get all the polish removed which costed me $150 in total of the expenses for all my medical care and to remove the polish. It is truly a shame.

sandy hood Extremely clean, modern type nail bar with 7 pedicure seats and lots of well staffed salon tables. They have a few waxing rooms as well. They always have room for walk a in. Fastest most least relaxing pedicure ever but my nails look great.

Paola Iglesias Bad service!! I paid $35 for a pedicure and $50 for a manicure which is overpriced compared to where I usually go to. After my pedicure was finished, I told the lady “do you not cut the cuticle and skin around the toes?” She said “oh I did” when it was clearly visible that she did not.. I stayed quiet I did dip on my manicure and she did not let the powder get to my whole finger from her, the back edge did not get any color. She had one of my hands under the light and the other she put a fan before putting it under the light (which I did not understand) She told me she was “done” and there was polish all around my fingers and hands, my hands were blue (color requested) and I told her “my hands are all dirty, do I just wash it under the sink?” She shrugged at me after I paid and said “if you want” I washed my hands and everything remained dirty around my nails. My nails also looked very tarnished. I showed my mom and she told her "I dont like this, very dirty, you are not finished and I paid a lot of money for your bad service" lady also gave many dirty looks and stars during my service Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name for her, but I will not be coming back As soon as I started complaining all the workers came to see what had happened

Krystal Beyers I have been going here since they first opened. Almost like clock work once a month for my brows and my nails. Great quality work and fast. Paid a little more today than I usually do. Not sure why. Finger Tip knicked and all that was done to remedy it was trim the skin. Any deeper and it would be bleeding. Could be worse I guess. Overall I recommend this place regardless.

Kristal Velez I asked for matte coffin nails and got crooked half shiny half matte nails. I told the male tech (never got his name) that two of my nails were very crooked and he proceeded to tell me my finger is crooked! I wanted matte color and he told me shiny is better. Um it’s what I want not what you want. Will never come back here. I paid $40 for a full set of horrible nails. He did a great pedicure for $25 which I was happy to pay. So maybe he should just stick to that and never do anyones manicure.

Alain Sexto Horrible Thieves!!!! My wife went today and they charged her $110.00 for a manicure and to paint her nails. When she looked at the receipt she went back inside and they acted like they didnt understand her. My wife was too nice and they took advantage of her. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Lesley Cook Although nice, Tammy did my nails. I asked for her to match my color with a picture my husband liked. As you can see that did not happen. I even questioned and was told the powder will change to match. As you can see that did not happen. Before I was done, Andy had let his customer sit too long and told Tammy to finish. My nails were not cleaned up and I was told the color around my nails and skin will wash off she was done and I was to just go with them that way. I complained about color as well but it did not matter. I had eyebrows and lashes done by Christina and that part I recommend. Will not be back for nails. I went next door and was shown the horror that happened to this young ladies fingers who went there and got such a severe nail fungas on more then 3 of her nails. She had to go to hospital. Nope. Definitely will not be back.

Olga Valdez I was recommended to go here. Never again. They said I had sensitive skin and that’s why my eyelids look like my skin was peeled off. I have had my eyebrows waxed before and this never happened. When I was there, it burned and I shook it off because I didn’t think it was that serious. When I woke up the next day and I felt my eyelids burn, I looked in the mirror and I look like I just got beat up. I called and they told me to go in but I am not driving from Naples to Lehigh just to prove how bad my eyelids look. Then, they said to just put neosporin on it. I’ve never had any beauty professional tell me such a thing. I would give zero stars if I could.

Chelsea Mendez The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my pedicure was great. Marilyn did a fantastic job and was very friendly . But the lady who did my nails was horrible. She clearly just wanted to get me out. She rubbed one of my fingers raw with the nail file and made the other bleed, then sprayed them with alcohol. My fingernail beds are super sore the next day. The nails look horrible but I just wanted to get out of there so badly. Again, Marilyn did an amazing job on my pedicure but nail set…never again!

Alisa Pignataro Great Experience Today! I just moved to the Fort Myers area and needed to find a nail salon. I walked into Majestic Nails Salon, which did have a 30min wait which was fine as a walk-in on a Saturday! Ran some errands and they promptly sat my husband and I upon our return, 30 min later just like they promised. I was assigned Linda and she went above and beyond to do exactly what I asked for. I needed a fill-in and I wanted to change my nail shape as well as do ombré nail! I showed her a pic and I didn’t need to say anymore - She new exactly what to do! She was very professional, nice, explained everything she was doing, and gave me the most beautiful nails! I have to do a video shoot on Monday and I feel so confident thanks to Linda! Jerilyn Patton Love my nails, I thought it was little too much with extra cost I was charged for length, then extra for nail design but at the end, "you get what you pay for." I left VERY pleased! Staff is very friendly, professional and when a bail broke, I was not charged for repair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My design was the date of my twins birth and their initials.

K Murphy I LOVE LOVE my nail salon! I drive nearly 1.5 hours every two weeks sometimes three because they’re always so durable to get my nails done here! Everyone is so sweet and very accommodating and the staff really do care about you, and who doesn’t enjoy being greeted by name EVERY single time… I wish I could give more stars!

Ashley Vangraafeiland Been going to this salon at the other 2 locations for over a year & only recently tried this location. Sin did a beautiful job on my fill with gel polish. The pedicure was done by Mama T & she did great except for the polish, it was streaky and bumpy/ bubbly. I returned the next day to have it fixed by someone else & still the same issue. I don’t think I’ll be returning for a pedicure. I’m gonna paint them myself at home because I didn’t want to go back a 3rd time for them to be fixed. Edited to add: I called the salon and they gave me a gift card for a free pedicure. I’ll be returning in a couple weeks

Alex Horrible the guy couldn’t do a simple French tip and a heart didn’t even cut cuticles he was in such a hurry for idk what reason he didn’t have anymore clients and didn’t even care to ask what color acrylic color I wanted, horrible place don’t recommend super expensive for horrible work
