Sandy Tomarchio I love all the ladies at Angel Nails. They do amazing work from pedicures to nails.They care about their clients and make you are satisfied with work. If not they make sure to make it right. I normally get the acrylic put on my nails. The ladies recommended me doing the dip/powder,it would be healthier for my nails. They did not steer me wrong! I did acrylic to grow my nails out, my next visit they were long enough to do the dip/powder. I have done that now the past two times and I love it. My nails are so much healthier. I would recommend Angel Nails to anyone looking for the perfect nail salon. Thank you ladies for all you do!

Brad Doucette For a man Im picky about where I go for a pedicure. My wife found this business and everyone was very nice. This has been our only place for over a year. The pedicure is always great, the ladies are very professional and they have massage chairs A+

Tina Heuer I was a walk-in and I got seated right away for my pedicure. This place is very clean and the lady who did my pedicure was very good. She could speak and understand English which was Awesome. She cut my toenails short like I like them and I got a great pedicure with the scrubbing of my feet and legs then I got lotion and oil on my legs and feet. The cost of the manicure was great too @ $35. I highly recommend this Rose Nails location.

I’m consistently amazed by the results! Nathalia is fantastic at bringing my inspiration photos to life, something I struggled to find at previous salons. Instead of feeling disappointed, I always leave satisfied and excited. During my most recent visit, my regular technician had a family emergency, which is completely understandable—family always comes first. Victoria, the owner, promptly connected me with Ilona, who did an incredible job! I couldn’t be happier and have been sharing my experience with everyone.

Cassidy I have been a regular for 7 months and my nails and cuticles have gotten so much healthier. I love going, and having nails I can be proud of boosts my self esteem so much! The pics are 7 months apart. The growth is awesome! I’m a cuticle biter, so regular manicures never really got my nails looking “clean”. Regular gel was too soft, chipped easily and the application looked sloppy. Acrylics made my nails brittle and would look unnatural. With the Russian manicure I received, time was taken IN DEPTH to actually clean my cuticle. The removal of my old gel wasn’t painful and didn’t use any harsh chemicals, either. Victoria, who did my nails, did not make me feel bad about biting my cuticles, and she did an excellent job - no cuticle flooding, bubbles or, uneven nail shape. The materials used don’t ruin your actual nail, and it lasts so much longer than a regular manicure. Will forever be going back here! Salon: Clean, quiet, and well put together. Nail techs: Respectful, professional, and skilled. Price: $$$ - but this isn’t a chop shop, so keep that in mind! Overall: Love it!

anna palazzi BEST. NAIL. ARTISTS. AROUND. I went to the salon in Panama City (23rd street) for extensions and they did such an amazing job. First, they do not use tips but instead they use builder gel, which looks more natural! Secondly, the attention to detail is absolutely insane. I’ve never had anyone making so sure that my nails matched each hand and were perfect. After years, I finally found the perfect nail artist for me and the quality I’ve been looking for and I will not change. I had Viktoriia and she did such a wonderful job!

Lauren Shaw We had a group of 5 for a bachelorette party and we had the BEST experience. The staff is so nice and accommodating. We are from out of town so we called when we were an hour away and they were waiting for us when we walked in. Ashley Helms These nails were done Saturday 4/30. I chose this place because of the awesome pictures and reviews. I made an appointment days ahead. First impression I should have left but I realize some places are short staffed however appointments shouldn’t be made if there are not enough people scheduled... I waited for an hour and 15 mins with my feet soaking before 2 other employees showed up and I even got someone to my chair. I was there for 3 hours (11-2) (Appointment at 11 and showed up at about 10:50) and this is what I left with. Maybe I got the wrong person as all she did was complain about her tooth so maybe it was a bad day? Either way this is not acceptable. Yes before they respond to this review..I did still tip because I used to do hair and I respect their time. Did I say I didn’t like them? No because - 1 I had already been there for 3 hours and 2- looking at this would you trust your time to get them fixed at the same place? I have never ever written a google review but I just want to warn everyone to make sure they ask for the right person.. I think the one who did mine was Rana.. that’s what she put on this stamp card she gave me.

Angela Brothers This is my 4th time coming to Royal Nails and always have a great experience! Very nice ladies. This time I made an appointment for myself and 4 of my friends and they accommodated all 5 of us to get a pedicure at one time. We enjoyed a mimosa on the house while getting an awesome pedicure with hot wax and hot stones as a nice extra touch!

britt c first time coming here i had an amazing experience! diane did absolutely amazing on my birthday nails, she paid such close attention to detail, and had great conversation. the only downside is not even a day after having them done the top coat is already peeling off, i also have tiny micro tears all over my fingers from the filing tools. aside from those things i definitely recommend.

Z P I went in yesterday and while Jenna executed what I wanted, my experience felt rushed and some of my nails have “bumps” or “bubbles” in them like something is underneath the polish. I appreciate them getting me in when they did, I just wish that my experience was more personable and did not feel rushed. Jenna stayed on her phone almost the entire time and probably said all of 5 words to me the entire visit. Three stars given because the place was clean and the selection of gel polish was great. Deducting the 2 stars just due to the issues I listed above.

Victoria Booth Terrible service and they do a very fast job which in the end looks like a mess. I spoke to the manager/owner and requested for them to fix it but they don’t communicate effectively or promptly. When I voiced my concern on the phone with Samantha, she became very condescending about not responding for days or me having to send multiple messages just to get a response back, she said “do you think I’m going to stop to message you while I’m with other clients? no” which I obviously didn’t say I wanted her to do that exactly but to not get back to your client who have concerns about their services, I’d think you’d make time to help them. I was offered 50% back instead of a full refund due to me not having the time to go back at their convenience. I requested to go back at a certain day and time but due to their lack of communication, I was unable too because they responded very late to me and expected me to work around their time. DONT come here. Not worth it. AT ALL.

Madelyn Allen I’ve been twice and had two different people do my nails and I was very satisfied with both! The salon is so cute and comfortable and everyone is so nice. Jenna usually does my nails and she’s amazing. JJ did my most recent pedicure and it was amazing. He really took his time on the massage which is my favorite part and my French tips look so good!

shanda brown They are really sweet and helpful, but I’ve gotten athletes foot twice after getting a pedicure there. The first time I wasnt sure but the second time the timing lined up again. This isn’t to bash anyone but just maybe help with some of the cleaning and sterilization practices. Other than that I’ve always had a great experience here.

Although I had loved my previous manicure and nails from home, I expected to only get them cleaned up and painted light pink here. Nancy did a fantastic job making the “repair” look just as good as the old nails I had walked in with - light pink with white tips and sparkles. She is an artist and did a beautiful job. Christa Lodico We found this place by accident when The spy next door canceled our reservation. They turned our disappointing spa day, into an amazing girls day out. They did such a great job on our manicures and pedicures that I wish they were closer to her home. They were kind and friendly taking very good care of us. My nails were just not neatly done the next day I literally was picking up some towels and my nails broke on my right hand I went back the next day to fix them and as I got to work the left hand middle finger broke and I literally had to reshape my nails myself shown in the last picture. Ms Matilda von devaur Went there to get pedicures and a fill. The Lady that helped me Told me that I needed a full set because my nails were in bad shape. She started to pill off my old nails damaging my real nail bed. It was very painful and my nails were hurting the whole next day. At the end of the process I ended up with UGLY nails and multiple cuts , because she was too busy looking around than doing her job. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Safe your money and nails!

Liam Wilson Horrible horrible I spent days looking at reviews and saw so many people saying bad service and still came here the lady did my pedicure was new from Cuba she didnt know what she doing i selected the most expensive package they offer and was finish i lesss than 20 min the lady didnt do half the things on the list. A few employees was arguing and debating on me still paying for unfinished service however the owner said its ok. I also had my daughter done a pedicure but I choose a cheaper package for 25 I just paid that with hers. The polish job is horrible posting photos but because of the whole drama we endure I just let it stay but never again do not come here do not. Tina truly transformed the shape of my nails, which were in rough shape before my visit. She was incredibly attentive, patient with my indecisiveness, and made my vision come to life—no small feat! The atmosphere was welcoming, and both Tina and Lee were warm and friendly, making our experience nothing short of delightful. KIMBERLY FREED Do not go to this salon. I went in with my husband for 2 pedicuresand a dip. Asked the owner how long it would be. 30 minutes later they did my husbands pedicure while I sat with foil on my nails for almost an hour. My husband got finished while I was still sitting there. So I said just take this dip off and Ill go somewhere else. The woman that was finished with my husband then rudely and hastily came over and finally took off my dip then charged me 10 dollars to remove them. She left glitter all over my hands. Also while I was there the owner was berating an employee in her language. She was very unprofessional. K. Freed

Marcia Fernandes My new salon! Since May, I have tried a few salons mostly with mediocre results. Today I tried U. S. Nails. Looking around one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was. That is always a plus when having something like this done. I was taken quickly for being a walk in. Chad was my technician. I showed him the picture I wanted and told him the color scheme and he said no problem. He started the process and was super gentle and took his time to make sure he didn’t hit the skin. Once he was done with the initial old polish removal, he realized how poor of a job the last salon did. He said he didn’t want to talk bad about another tech and I told him don’t worry about it, I know how bad they were. He fixed their work and went to work on the new nails. He was very precise with what I asked for. Over all I am SO pleased. Will definitely be back.

It is a gel nail polish, which are supposed to last much longer than eight hours. The paint on my thumb was not even completed. My nail art is horrible, they are different links and the colors that I asked for are not matching. I have a black and silver glitter paint on my finger when I asked for a solid black glitter I’m not a super confrontational person so I did not say anything while in the store because I cannot handle competition, it gives me , actual panic attacks but I shouldn’t have to say anything for my nails to be done correctly. I paid $120 for both my nails and my toes absolutely insane that they’re not done correctly And already chipping.

Then this beautiful woman got down on her knees beneath the manicure table and insisted she had to paint my toes, despite my feet being dusty and crusty from wearing flip flops all day, she sprayed and wiped them clean and did a quick coat on my toe nails to match my fingers. Forever will be a new tradition to come here for my nails whenever Im back in town, I loved the way it felt like I had been welcomed into their home not just their shop.

I Had an amazing experience with the staff/owners and observed incredible customer service and a desire to make sure the customer leaves completely satisfied they have received what they want. My stylists even helped me understand how to care for my skin outside of the appointments too. My nails have never felt stronger and they even redid the design. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I look forward to coming here every time I need them done.

Tabitha Chapman I took 3 girls here to get their nails done for prom. They were excited. From the moment we walked in the lady who greeted us at the door was rude and seemed irritated that we were there. We called ahead for an appointment. 2/3 girls were cut while getting their nails done. They have lumps in their gel polish. The man who did one of the girls nails was rude to the point that she was about to cry. The woman who did my daughter’s nails cut her and didn’t even apologize. They ignored the girls when they tried to show them the photos they had of what they wanted. I understand people have bad days, but not one person was friendly. To have a name like happy nails and have 3 girls leave unhappy is ironic. This salon ruined what should have been a good experience for these girls. We will never come back.

Gracie Clark Will absolutely never come back. I showed her two different designs that I wanted she told me she could do them, and then proceeded to tell me she Couldn’t after she had already gotten all of the paint and things ready. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes and none of them are what they’re supposed to be the only good thing about this experience was she took the price down to $35 because she seen how upset I was and how she did not do anything like she was supposed to.

Summer England Got my nails done a week and a half ago and they’re already lifting. My cuticle have been bleeding and peeling and right at my nail bed the acrylic is uneven and lumpy. Already chipped and they look dirty. I paid $60 and I’m upset with the outcome and they lasted for a short period of time. First experience was okay and was going to make this my home mail shop until this experience was just awful. $60 my nails should have lasted atleast 2 weeks before lifting and chipping. I don’t do anything but tap a screen all day at work.

Lexie Hats I’m EXTREMELY picky on who does my nails, and I’ve tried plenty of places in town. This was the first time I’d gotten my nails done and my nail beds weren’t throbbing afterwards. They do amazing here, and they really take care of their clients! The Owner is also super nice, and the establishment stays clean!

Unfortunately the intial customer service and the fact Im convinced Tanya wasnt licensed it negates that my nails are pretty and I wont be back.**** When I say I will NEVER come back here. Had I read the reviews I wouldve kept it moving down to Abby Nails. I came as a walk-in on my birthday. They asked me to come back in 30 mins, I did and still waited 20 mins. I wanted almond shaped and the lady that was doing them (Tanya) wasnt understanding so I asked the other lady to explain but she was rude and seemed like I bothered her even requesting her translate. I forgot to mention that I looked everywhere for Tanyas license and I did not see one anywhere. They are normally proud to post them. Either way, it took almost 2 hours! Yall be the judge. I had an appt that I missed because it took so long, I was beyond ready to go and be done but when I left I called immediately and made an appt to come the next morning to have them fixed. I waited almost an HOUR for them and the young lady with the long purple tipped hair is rude af. I mean I will NEVER EVER go back here. Horrible quality, not a lot of versatility and they really arent the nicest people on top of acting like it was my fault she made a mess of my nails when went back! WHY spend money here?

Michelle Garrett The nail services themselves were excellent, but the overall customer service could use significant improvement. My friend and I arrived at 1:30 PM and didn’t leave until 4:00 PM, which felt excessive. My nail technician, Kim, did a great job, and Hep, who polished my toes, was wonderful as well. I appreciated his gentleness, especially given that I have a broken toe. I used a translator app to communicate with me. However, during our entire visit, we were not offered anything to drink. We couldn’t help but notice that when an older white lady came in, she was quickly offered water, and the staff brought her the nail color options. In contrast, we were simply told to “pick a color and have a seat.” I’ll leave it to others to decide whether this place is worth their time and money.

I mean I just get a pedicure, so how hard is that right. But my husband came with me this time and his toenails are atrocious. I mean, I don’t mean to sound mean I just am stating the facts. He has had two toes smashed off. And they grew back funny so they’re very hard to deal with. The young lady that did my husband’s feet was absolutely amazing. Christin Nation I literally go here every 2-3 weeks and I love it. I had the worse experience the other day. I brought my aunt with me for her first time. They told her that hers would be $35 then charged her $50. Not to mention I went for a fill and I already had ombre nails on. The lady puts the wrong color pink to fill in my nails. So I said something and there like we will fix it so I sat there and they had to totally re start. Kind of annoying but it is what it is. She "fixes" them with the right pink. They clearly dont blend like they should and the shaping she did is awful. Very disappointed. Wont be going back.

I knew when I called, this was the place to go as Danny answered the phone and had the best personality and was so humorous. This was our first ever time in PCB. He told me the wait would not be long and it was not! I had read other reviews of other salons in the area not including a massage, but Lovely Nails did do a massage, even with regular pedicure. We literally picked our paint and had a space ready for myself and two daughters in the pedicure chairs. I was in luck as my younger daughter and myself had Danny as our nail tech as well! My oldest daughter received a gel nail regular pedicure and gel nail regular manicure. I did a regular pedicure with regular polish. My youngest daughter did regular polish on toes. The total for all services received was $150. When we venture back to PCB, Lovely Nails will always be on the agenda, thanks to Danny!

Debbie Forand I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years and have happily recommended this place to friends and family. It’s truly disheartening to say that lately, I’ve noticed a decline in quality. It seems like the team is struggling with getting the shape of my nails just right, and while there are a couple of talented artists, they aren’t always available. I’ve also experienced inconsistent pricing depending on who is serving me, which adds to the frustration. It saddens me to leave this review for a place that has meant so much to me, but my experiences over the past six months have been less than satisfactory. I hope that this feedback helps bring about some positive changes.

Nicole Reis Came in as a walk in on a slammed Saturday morning. The nails speak for themselves. Absolutely amazing shape, dip application, and design. So beautiful! Updated: $65 plus a $20 tip for just my fingernails which was fine except one broke 4 days later. Went in at opening to get it fixed (called two days ago to make sure). Said they were too busy to fix one nail and I had to come back in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes to get there and work evenings so I’ll just have to go to an entirely different nail salon and pay to have the one nail done.

I didn’t notice inside of the shop but as soon as I got to my car realized how jacked up they were, I’m going to call and see if they’re willing to fix them tomorrow. The salon is small, yet tidy which gives a very cozy feel. The chairs and interior decors were nice. They used liners in their pedicure tubs. Moe Mayfield Im extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The nail shape is unflattering, and the color doesnt match the polish book. The nail design looked childish, and the gel polish was already chipping and had a lumpy finish. I asked the lady attending me (sitting at the back left table) to redo the design, but she argued with me, claiming she couldnt color over it. Fortunately, a younger man intervened and corrected her. She then redid the nails with a solid color, but did a poor job. To make matters worse, theres still visible blue polish peeking out from underneath, indicating she didnt properly drill down the old design. This experience was horrible, and I wont be returning. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Kelley A. Simple manicure for my daughter.... $80!!! Seriously??? Then she lies and said...well she got a full set. Um...no she didnt! They are her own nails. Then she lied and said she did a design. She did a simple french manicure with a tiny heart on one nail. She tried to throw my 14 year old under the bus by saying she agreed. My daughter told me she had no idea what she was saying. AND... as her mother who was the one paying, you should have run it by me...not a 14 year old. We are locals and get our nails done in the area all the time. We have had much better and much more elaborate for a hell of a lot less. This was our first and LAST visit to this salon. Absolutely despicable way to do business. Never again!!!

Samantha Price I visited this nail salon today for a full gel set and an eyebrow wax. I decided I wanted a design on one nail and I told her if she couldn’t do it I would do something else, she said she was able to do it. The beginning was okay. I told her I wanted to do a manicure as well and she agreed. About 15 minutes into my appointment, a woman walked in and said she was waiting for her. The woman doing my nails then started rushing and hurt me with the file multiple times. Once she started painting, she didn’t even ask me what color I wanted underneath the design and did a bone color. I wanted a pink tone. She proceeds to draw the star and seems annoyed that I asked her to fix it very politely so I just tell her to paint it plain. I would have chosen a different set if I knew she couldn’t do it. Then she did the clear coat. I told her there was dust on the nails and she ignored me so there are bubbles in all of them. Then she finished and told me to wash my hands. I still haven’t gotten my manicure so I’m confused at this point when I see her standing at the check out desk. I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed as my appointment stated. She did a sloppy and quick job there too. I went to check out and totaled my visit based on their menu. $75. She tells me I owe her $87 for a manicure. I asked her what manicure and she said cutting my cuticles. That is the bare minimum of a full set. I told her I would pay her $75 and I wasn’t paying for a manicure I didn’t receive. She proceeded to try and argue with me and I walked away after paying $75 for the worst set and wax of my life. Never will be back.

Jerry Hebner Ok, I’m a dude and don’t normally get this done but this place did an excellent job with my hands and feet. My hands are the best they ever looked and my pedicure is the best I ever had. My wife and I came here twice, once for manicures and the next day for pedicures. Excellent people, service, and price. They weren’t rushed and I felt like they took their time with us. We will definitely be back when I visit my friends over here again. We love Cosmo!!

Ytearie Stevenson Joann did my overlay and shaved my natural nail tip off while filling the underneath. When I asked her if my nail tip was gone she lied and said it was still there. My nail before and after I left on my index on my right hand. This broke my heart and I will NEVER trust her again!

We had a bad feeling to and we should have turn around and left atill I saw the regular lady who owns the business or Lang. I wasnt thinking a lady whos eyebrows looked good would mess our eyebrows up but she did. This was the second time I took my daughter to get her eyebrows done n the first time was right before mothers day she was so happy with her experience and her eyebrows but not today the older lady was horrible. She waxed and then started plucking so much that we both had no brow left. Now my daughter doesnt want to ever get her eyebrows done again thanks to the lady not knowing when to stop.

Me and my cousin are teenagers and her parents dropped us off so we were alone she was complaining and being mean to me because I asked for a price and then I asked to change my nails because she was complaining about the design taking all day so I chnaged them my cousin sat beside me picking a color and she was yelling at me and my cousin for no reason.. she was yelling at my cousin for getting up and picking colors which she told her to do.. and she was screaming and rolling her eyes everytime we asked her to fix something.. pls don’t drop ur teens off here because whenever i called them to confront them about their attitude she said ohh noo i was nice!! She lied.. please don’t drop ur girls off here to get their nails done

However the gel polish, that I was talked into, changed the color on my nails. I didnt even realize until I was almost home. 45 minutes away. I called and they said theyll fix it. Told them Im available Saturday, since today was my day off. Its supposed to be the purple color NOT the grayish.

C P My sister and I came here cause our usual spot was closed. The salon was clean. They didnt have spa slippers so my sister did not get her pedicure. We both got the dip both our nails had lumps and bumps plus dip on my skin all of this took over 4 hours.

Nephateria Johnson I didnt want to say anything but it needs to be said, So I have been to this nail salon before and the environment is nice, But the experience I had made me mad. So these pictures are what I wanted versus what I got the man that did my nails didnt know what he was doing. He took way too long to do my nails plus he filed my cuticles down to where my finger started bleeding as you can see the cut on my thumb. I dont mind a person taking their time and doing their job right, but its clear in the picture that he didnt know what he was doing. I am a nice person so I didnt complain, But I made a decision that I will not be returning.

Nisi Mill I went in for a fill and gel polish, and this is the result. I specifically asked for short square nails, but the technician completely messed up the shape. As you can see, the polish is uneven and doesn’t fully cover my nails. When I raised the issue, I was told I could return on Tuesday to have them corrected, as it was only 15 minutes before closing. I won’t be coming back or spending another dollar at this salon.

Tierra Justus Uneven length, unsealed tips, torn up cuticles, bubbles/debris in polish, patchy polish. I’m honestly shocked at how many good reviews this place has, this place is NOT worth the $225 before tip I was charged. I left so disappointed. I stepped in multiple times during the session correcting color choices, areas on the nail, length, and filing issues.. so many times to where I finally just saved my voice and counted this as a loss. I made an appointment and specifically asked for someone who specializes in mail art as I’ve seen amazing work on their socials. Fast forward to this morning where I brought my 5 year old daughter do get her nails done with me (her gel nails were $85, which is absolutely insane for the zero prep done and quality hers ended up being).. Needless to say, I’ve already scheduled an appointment next week at my usual location by the beach.

Jae B ***I posted this review 8 months ago, here we are April 2024 and I gotta make an update after the experience I just had tonight. I promise I will never go back. I will drive to Alabama to get my nails done before I walk in this salon again. I decided to give them another try bc they are convenient, close to where I live. I arrived at 5:30 and told them I needed a fill and pedicure. The nail ladies were busy but the pedi ladies were free so they did that first. Great, no problem. She finishes and tells me the nail ladies would let me know when they were ready. In the midst of my pedicure someone walks in and wants their nails done. Instead of telling HER no we don’t have time tonight bc I’m waiting and by this time it was about 6 pm, they took her. So they tell me to wait and after about 30 minutes she comes to me and asks me to come back tomorrow bc the other customers are going to be awhile. Like I haven’t already been sitting here AFTER working all day myself. I asked why didn’t anyone tell me this after my pedicure. She said she told the lady she should tell me, but clearly no one did. Then I went to pay for my pedicure and I get the most careless “sorry” I’ve ever heard in my life. No discount on my pedi for the troubles AND I still tipped this woman for my service. Y’all have left a bad taste in my mouth for the last time. Definitely should’ve told the walk in you couldn’t take anyone else tonight since I was already there, but prioritizing profit over customer experience y’all thought yall could squeeze one more person in and make double the money. Now you’ve lost a customer who went against her better judgement to give you guys another try for the past several months.*** I saw Lily a few months ago for a full set and pedicure. No issues. Except they charged me $150 which was outrageous, but I didn’t make a fuss I just paid and tipped and left. Went a few weeks after that for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. It was one of the most awful nail jobs I’d ever received. Polish was all over my skin, nails were filed crooked, and both services were done in the pedicure chair. My appointment was at 530 so they were rushing to get me out before close. I said I wasn’t going to go back, but it’s 5 minutes from my house so I decided to go up there this past Saturday 7/29. I got there at 8:40 and the door was open, so I went in and was serviced immediately. That was nice. I asked for the same thing as last time, manicure and pedicure with gel polish. My feet were satisfactory. Except the polish has a black tinted film on it. I get matte top, and never have I had an issue with my polish looking dingy. But the REAL issue is with my nails. My left index finger polish peeled off THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!!!! Several of my other nails were already chipping. There is polish on my left ring finger skin and when I tried to pick it off it started to peel the paint off the nail so I just left it. This happened after close of business Sunday and I work all week so I haven’t been able to go back. Not that I really care to, I’m sure nothing will be done or I’ll just be given another low quality service. I paid $110 for these services. It’s ridiculous to charge $20 for gel polish for both hands AND feet separately. That’s $40 for a $10 bottle of polish. The ladies are nice though. Only reason they got 2 stars. Services are terrible and products used are low quality. Pictures are from 4 days post services. The one that peeled off happened day after services. Remember $110 was spent 4 days ago and this is what it looks like.

Nina Nadery My first time coming to this nail salon and did not like the way how I was treated by the nail tech. I had initially made a gel pedi/mani for both my daughter and I. When I arrived the environment was welcoming. The place is nice. As the mail tech was ready to start the pedicure I noticed they did not set up for my daughter. I informed the nail tech a few times that I schedule an appointment for my daughter as well but was brushed off/ignored. So, I patiently waited but no one came to start on my daughters pedicure so I again informed the nail tech that I schedule an appointment for gel pedi/manicure for my daughter. He preceded to ask me when would I like for my daughter to get her pedicure done I simply replied with now if possible. He became frustrated with me, rolled his eyes and caught an attitude with me. After he was done with her pedicure I asked him to style my nail with a photo I saw on Pinterest. As he was doing my nails he kept giving me an attitude when I would remind him how I’ll like to get my nails done. It seemed like he was in a rushed to get me out of there. To say the lease I did not get what I asked for and my daughter never got her gel manicure. My nails are uneven in shape/size and poorly polished

Suzy Taylor I’ve never had a salon let me leave with my nails looking like this. I’ve been growing my natural nails for MONTHS and the salon thinned them while applying an acrylic over lay. I have acrylic all over my hands and cuticles. The nails aren’t evenly shaped, polish has air pockets and bumps. I was so disappointed, now I have to grow them out all over again. The staff is really nice and the salon is clean.

Demi Doan Absolutely love this nail salon! The atmosphere is so relaxing and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They really take the time to listen to what you want and ensure you’re happy with the results. The quality of their work is amazing—my nails always look flawless and last for weeks without chipping. They also have a great selection of colors and designs to choose from. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons, but this one is by far the best. I highly recommend it

Sarah Arguelles I usually love this place but this time was different. Romeo usually did my nails and he took the time to do them exactly how I wanted....Romeo is no longer there, so the older man did them this time. I told him what I wanted, he recommended something different. I asked him to fill certain areas that needed more acrylic and his response was "the polish will cover it." I told him no, if the base isnt right the polish wont be. He sloppily "fixed two" and said the rest would be fine. Nails are crooked and sloppy. Look great from far away.... but needless to say. I will not be going back.

S S I come here quite often to get pedicures and my nails done, but I will not return. I got a pedicure the other day and now my little toe is infected. I tried to talked to one of the employees about it. They tried to say it was not infected and it just happens when the skin is scrubbed too hard! Well now it effecting how I walk with a shoe on and going to need a Dr visit because of them! Do not go here!

Brittney Anderson Last week I had my nail done at a place in Lynn Haven and it wasn’t too good within a week my nail was breaking and looked horrible. So I decided to go get my nails fixed with only having a hour to spare before having to be at work. They took me straight back to be seated and Ms Tina jumped right into fixing my nails she was so nice and she was so understanding about doing it and helping with my issue I had. she did a awesome job fixing my nails and she did it in the short amount of time so I wasn’t late for work and my nails still looked amazing. Raven Goodman Tom is literally the best nail tech I’ve had he helped me make sure I was getting what I wanted and took his time to make absolute art on my nails. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. No pain, no discomfort just did an absolutely amazing job. Could t of imagined a better set first pic is what I wanted and second pic I what I got. Cutest set I’ve had in my life.

JaNea White I don’t get my nails done very often, and this is my first time at this salon. I was saying I wanted just the basic nude pink polish with French tips. I thought that was just called a French manicure. He tried to get more info on what I wanted, but because I was new I was just saying whatever the French tip/manicure is. Which there could be some blame on me because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted since I was new but the ways to achieve a French manicure was also not explained and I did not know the differences. I ended up getting fake white tips with acrylic then clear gel polish on top. He rushed through the entire process and at the end I had a whole bunch of air bubbles everywhere. On literally every single nail. You can see that in the first set of pictures below. I paid $50 for this. I came back in and told them I was not satisfied with the service. I showed him all the air bubbles and he said that’s how they always come out. He made it seem like I should’ve known that they were going to be like that. He offered to “fix them” For another $10. I had to pick an extremely bright pink to cover up the first white tip and then he painted on that pink then painted on the white tips. The “fix” are the photos below. These look like cheap press on nails And I am so dissatisfied. In total, I paid $60 for two bad services. Take it for me, do not come here. It was a waste of time and money.

Thank you everyone for being there today. *****Hey I could only edit my earlier review...but Ive gone back many times in the past 3 years, so Id like to update on my recent visit on 09-15-2022 I got my Halloween on and got these nails done. Great people fantastic job...the black and silver is a full set acrylic nails with one design on pointer finger nail total without tip was $65......its getting more and more expensive to get anything done but at least here the nails last 3-4 weeks before breaking off.

Amanda McCoy I normally do not have problems here but the last time every person I was with had issues with there nails! Customer service is friendly and the shop is always clean and full of laughter! The only complaint here is the quality of work we received! Gel nails were uneven and certain parts of the polished pooled to one spot or another, other places of the nail not covered at all. My basic manicure was terrible. Instead of cutting the cuticles the lady would rip them instead of closing the cuticle cutters all the way like you should. Excessive skin was left.

Megan Ashley Called before I arrived (was basically in the parking lot) and asked if they could take a walk in right now and they said yes. I get there and they said they could do a mani and pedi done within 30 min at the same time. I then sat there for 40+ min and then left bc no one attended to me. I would not recommend coming here based on the lack of communication. If you’re busy just say that.

angela marie My experience wasn’t terrible but it could’ve been 10x better. My friend recommended this salon to me and i had SUCH high hopes since i live in town and was tired of driving to the beach to get my nails done. I get to the salon around 12:40. I wash my hand and they sit me down to take off the dip set i had from someone else. I’ve never done the process of a dip removal and it seemed like it was taking a bit longer than it should’ve, but again I’ve never went through that process so I’m not sure. I show the design i wanted and they said just for the background color it would be $100. So i said I’d just do clear or do a clear pink. They seemed so confused on the design so i chose a different option. They then told me just for a brown French tip it would be $15 extra and the lady that was doing my nails said she wasn’t sure if it would come out good. Confused because she did something identical to the girl before me but on a different shape nail. She proceeds to do my nails and i tell her i just want brown. She puts the nail on and cuts it WAY shorter than what i asked and seemed irritated when i mentioned it was a lot shorter. She starts to drill my nails and constantly goes over my cuticle on my thumb. I pull away and she doesn’t even acknowledge that she hurt me. She does the same thing one more time and still doesn’t acknowledge it. Then when she put the color on I’m assuming she got paint on my thumb and goes over my cut cuticle with her nail and i pull away again and she said, “oh i hurt you?” And i told her yes and no apology or nothing. She finally gets done at 3:00. I don’t usually do things like this or complain, i was just really let down. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or something because they seem super nice, especially to their regulars.

Heather Chavers Long did my daughters nails. He gave her exactly what she wanted. Coffin shape with light pink French manicure. They are beautiful. He took his time and did an amazing job! Most importantly besides a beautiful product, Long and Mia gave us the most amazing customer service. They were both kind and humble and truly cared that we were comfortable and pleased with their service. They are skilled artisans as well as good people. Thank you Long and Mia for taking care of my daughter and for taking pride in the way you do your work. It is so hard to find people that care, I feel like Long and Mia care! Highly recommend them!

Jennifer Erlsten **CAUTION- Most Expensive Place in Panama City!** Gel nail & gel toes. I bought Christmas stickers and brought them in. There was a $5 charge to remove my REGULAR nail polish from my toes. The price told to me when I first got there was $55 for toes & $45 for nails both gel. When I was done they said $115! No acrylic nail. MY own nails! They charged me $15 dollars to put them on. Im still in shock! Since when is there a charge to remove nail polish?!?! Mind blown. Ill find somewhere else.

krystal antonucci Very clean and did a great job on my nails Ive been going here for three months now. The anything I dont like is I cant understand what they talk about and I feel like they talk about the customers but who knows what they talk about. When I go back to get a fill in I will down load a translator where I can see what they are talking about. If its bad I will up date this review but right now I give it 5 stars will keep you posted
