Nicole Javorski I recently moved from PA to FL and decided to try this salon out on a whim – I am so glad I did! The staff is so helpful and kind and the services are fantastic. My dip manicure lasts 4 weeks and if I break a nail, I am always taken care of between appointments. Plus, the salon pups and complementary adult beverage are two additional factors that really make this place stand out. These red chrome nails have been so festive for the holiday season! jessica perdue I love coming here! They have a complete different vibe than any nail salon Ive been to in the area, it feels super upscale and is always decorated super cute for the holidays. I usually walk in so Ive had many different technicians do my pedicures and have never had a bad experience (Ive also never been asked to wait)! They also have seemingly high expectations for patrons making noise so there is never anyone being disruptive which adds a lot to the environment.

Lee was very kind and informative as about everything ocean nails has to offer. Victoria and Lee made me feel bet comfortable through our the entire process! Angelina H. First red flag, notice how the establishment refuses to respond to or acknowledge any negative reviews! I drove over 30 minutes to come here because of all the excellent reviews. Seems with my luck I didn’t get the best nail tech, I didn’t care for the gentleman that did my nails. A bit sloppy, left polish under my fingertips, couple small red marks along my cuticles but no running blood, I asked a couple questions and got no response. Asked for the express pedicure and pretty sure I was charged for the next higher priced one but who knows because the receipts aren’t itemized. Won’t be back.

Martina Ibrahim Came in for an appointment with jenny and showed her a picture i found online and she did absolutely amazing. she was so kind and sweet and made me feel very comfortable. and my nails turned out great i absolutely love them. the pricing was also great, definitely worth the price.

Francoise DeRose This place is amazing! I was on break doing my 30 minute walk and decided to pop in on a Friday afternoon. It literally took 15 minutes to do my color change on my toes! I got white, she didn’t have polish all over my skin, gave me suggestions, so I told her I will be back. The receptionist was also polite and kind. Classy nails isn’t over priced like the other salons❤️ 10/10 recommend. I love my toes

Katherine Tejeda I’ve been coming to Yen for years now, she’s a perfectionist at her job. The salon is always friendly and their customer service is top notch. If I’m not happy with something they always fix it if I let them know I don’t like it while they’re doing my nails or even after they finish doing my nails. They’ve even fixed a couple nails for me for free when I’ve been in between manicures.

Mika Stefos I am very sad to write this review as I really thought i had found my place. I went to have a routine gel mani/ pedi. My technician completed work. Two days later, I called bc the top layer of color had come off first coat.. strange. I came in to fix it.. she was less than thrilled to address. She removed the two failing nails and the dremeled the top layer of ALL nails.. weird. Repainted and walked away without a goodbye. One hour later, the entire nails were pealing. See photos.. I was very unpleased as I was traveling out of town. I went back to salon to address manager, requesting now a refund for the hand manicure. He refused. This is now with the credit card.

Vianhi Jenkins Tried this place for the first time and fell in love with the service and the staff. It was a great thing to find a place that didn’t completely butchered my cuticles. I had my old acrylics taken off and replaced with an overlay of my natural nail. They look amazing!!! I’ve found my new place. Definitely worth trying it out.

Mary Moussa I’m new to the area and decided to try acrylic extensions here—and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve tried a few different nail technicians, and I was pleasantly surprised that they’re all really skilled. I used to have issues with acrylic extensions falling off between visits, which was so frustrating. However, since I started coming here, I’ve had no problems. The products they use are high-quality and reliable, and the technicians do an excellent job with both application and nail shaping. They’re also reasonably priced, which is a big plus. I recently got my eyebrows done here as well, and they did an amazing job—seriously talented! I give them a 10/10. If I can trust a place to keep my nails perfectly intact for three weeks until my next appointment, I’m sold!

Nelda Ozo Salon was dirty. They need some hygiene there ASAP. Only after 2 days my dip powder already chipped. Lady that did my nails she was sweet but she doesn’t know what she is doing, she made me keep my whole fingers in pure acetone to take off my dip, now my fingers are so dry and dirty I don’t even know what to do. Pedicure colors pink is easy to apply but it also look like a kid put it on.

Karla- Gaye Powell I’ve been coming to NiNi for almost two years now and it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been. The service is always amazing and everyone is so friendly. I usually get UV hard gel which is a strong as acrylic but without the powder as it works best for my nails. I always book with Hachi because she’s so great at her job, no matter what design I throw at her she always executes them flawlessly. The UV hard gel also last so long, I can go more than a month without a fill and it still looks good.

Yaremis Solá Nini Nails never disappoints! I’ve been here 3 times and have never left unhappy. They are the only place that I’ve found does gel x really well on a recurring basis! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to get Gel X done at.

Riannon Canestrelli I’m brand new to Tampa and I’m so glad I found NiNi. They have online booking with transparent pricing and they honor their appointment times. I had a gel pedicure and acrylic fill and both were excellent and so relaxing. The nail tech fixed my nails so they aren’t curve (I looked like I had talons) I had a great experience and I will definitely go back. The color I picked at first I didn’t like and they were so gracious with me changing it. The price was what I had calculated and expected, which is uncommon. Thank you!!

Tara S NiNi’s nails is amazing and the only place I will go to get my nails done! I usually see Hachi for my gel manicure with design but when she isn’t available I have seen countless others like Amy or Jeannie and I really haven’t had a bad experience. If you are a girly that just loves to get a design this is the place for you! I always bring in pictures and they hit it out of the park every time. NiNi the owner is also super personable and somehow seems to remember almost everyone when they come in. Can’t recommend them enough.

Mai is so great, so kind, and so able to work with her clients to achieve their goals yet so entirely professional throughout, with results to show. She performs magic every time aesthetically while still remembering where you left off in conversation during your last visit. I went multiple times for gel nail sets/refills — which turned out perfectly even though I came in with no specific idea of what I wanted— and I watched her perform repeated miracles every time my set of tweezers and eyebrows got into a fight. Such a great salon, and hands down I will recommend to anybody. This is easily that quintessential salon you are happy to return to every 2-4 weeks for upkeep and trust to get the same great results every time. They make the process of looking beautiful absolutely seamless and comfortable.such a great experience every time, and such fantastic results at very reasonable prices compared to the claimed “upscale” places within the area.

Famiglia Busheme This nail salon is the absolute best!!! Nathan and Mai treat everyone like old friends and they are both extremely talented. Everywhere else I’ve had my nails done, the gel polish ends up peeling off shortly after, but Mai’s magic makes my nails last a super long time. She gives the absolute best manicures and pedicures. I’ll never go anywhere else now that I’ve found them!!

Avery Callaway Diamond Nails was such a nice environment with really friendly staff. Even though it felt like I was the only one in the room speaking English, I loved the service performed. The prices were a little higher than what I expected, but my nails looked 10x better after the cleanup & shaping, and that was BEFORE the gel polish. I felt very comfortable in the salon and appreciated by staff as a customer. So happy to have found my go-to nail salon in Tampa!!! Edited: after having one of the most disappointing nail experiences ever, I will not be returning to diamond & nails spa.

Asanka Godfrey I received a beautiful, natural manicure from Yani today. I did builder gel with a light color and chrome. Yani was meticulous, detailed, and took really good care of my nails so that I could enjoy my journey back to natural nails. Love this place, all the ladies are wonderful. I have NEVER once had a nail break and have always been able to retain them for 3-4 weeks. Neisy kills my nails, she is always able to replicate every picture I bring to her, she is a true artist! There’s always a warm atmosphere coming into the spa, all the girls are super inviting and do everything they can to accommodate you. This is my favorite place and I will always keep coming back.

Ms Al Visited today for the first time and had such a great experience! Salon was clean and wait time was minimal. Tonny handled my pedicure - he was friendly, very thorough, and did a fabulous job. Katie was walking the floor checking in on customers and she was so lovely to everyone. Prices were more than reasonable and they didn’t nickel and dime for petty things like polish removal. I will be returning and would 100% recommend.

Lilli Blank My mom and I absolutely love and recommend this place. We came in last minute for a walk in and everyone was so sweet. One guy was extremely caring about making sure my purse didn’t touch the floor and he would put it on a hook or a chair for me. And my nails turned out beautiful and they are completely perfect, I’m a little bit of a perfectionist and I couldn’t find any imperfections, Christinas work was flawless. The price for two pedicures, a regular manicure, and a full set of acrylics was I think 180 and it was soooo worth it for an unforgettable experience.

Gio Mor Although there was a nice tech that did my eyebrows and a sweetheart that did my pedicure, my nail tech was rude tugging at my fingers in frustration. She made me feel as if she didnt want to help me. I walked in at 6 pm they close at 7:30pm. Everything was done right before 8pm but not my wrong doing but rather the lack of talent in using dip, to filing correctly and clearing the dust from my fingers with a brush that stained my nails. The attention to detail was non existent. The nail art I requested to be removed because it was extremely childlike experience level. I paid in full $90 for something worth maybe $60 plus I gave fair tips of $35/ total of 25% even though their work was poor. I left crying in frustration because no one there cared about making me happy as a first time customer. No one offered to make it right. That has a lot to say about their way of doing business. I will not be returning but Im sure they could care less.

They were able to accommodate me after I was turned away from another nail salon, were able to squeeze me in a pedicure as well and I ended up with beautiful nails! Gina For the price, I don’t feel like I got a great manicure. This is the day I got it done. Cuticles poorly cleaned up. I also got a pedicure and the color I selected didn’t turn out great on and after trying a new color and I still didn’t like, I felt bad wasting the nail techs time so I just asked if there was a price difference if I didn’t do polish. She said yes and then confirmed with the front desk and they said yes as well. When I went to check out there was no price difference. I wish I was told the correct info because then I just would have picked a color if I was paying for the full service.

Shannon Stephens First time here and had a great experience. I do recommend calling to make your appointment if you want nail art/ombre or anything more than just a basic color. I did this because I wanted to experiment with something new and they assigned Andrea to me, who did amazing! I had a few inspiration photos prepared and she helped me come up with the perfect set up nails for my vacation to key West and even designed some little limes. I definitely plan on coming back. Bonus is that they do give a little massage with sentenced lotion and they had a pretty good selection of coffee/tea

K C I wish I could give this salon zero stars—unfortunately, one is the lowest I can go. After six months of regular visits with the technician Bryn, I really wanted to love this place. Initially, everything was fantastic: great service and quality products. But then, things took a nosedive. It all started with the first mishap appointment when I received a text just 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive, letting me know that Bryn was no longer available and I’d be booked with someone else. I thought, "Okay, that happens." But when I arrived, I waited 15 minutes only to find out that the second technician was already booked too! This pattern continued—on several occasions, I got phone calls saying Bryn was unavailable again. Each time, I’d ask to rebook with her, only to learn she was booked out for two weeks. The day of the third mishap appointment, I noticed the appointment vanished from the Frenchies mobile app. I received a called from the salon that morning, they insisted I hadn’t arrived on time. I explained my confusion due to the booking disappearing, but the representative became argumentative and dismissive. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner to address the ongoing issues, and she practically told me to take my business elsewhere! I’m not sure if it’s just a problem with this specific technician—who also claims to be the manager—or if it’s a broader staffing issue. What I do know is that this salon does not value its clients’ time and the staff can be downright rude. There are countless high-end nail salons in Tampa that treat their customers with respect and provide excellent service. I ended up choosing this one for its proximity to home, but I’ve learned my lesson. If you want to be treated well and receive premium service, steer clear of this place! Youll leave feeling disrespected and frustrated.

L Hernandez Outdated, slow service, frenzied customer care. Wont be coming back. So Im leaving this review visiting 5 times. I try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt as not all of them have the capitol to spend on salon aesthetics but the service continues to decline. The first few times I had full set and fills with very basic designs that looked pretty bad. But yet i came back hoping it was a one off. Im not even discounting the owners children who run around after they arrive from aftercare. Well after a 2 month hiatus I come back. There are only 3 nail techs on hand. One lady waiting next to me got up and left after waiting 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and finally was helped. Pedicure was short and basic at best. Something at the same level as a trainee. Anyways, I wish the business all the best and hope they take care to make the necessary changes to improve, thrive and grow.

Dino Nails provides quality dipping products with a huge selection of colors, the pedicure chairs give great massages and the service is outstanding!

Filled on Monday, wasn’t thrilled with the finished product and didn’t have time to sit through taking gel off and reapplication. Middle finger started lifting on Thursday, fell off Friday with 3 others starting to lift. Bummed!

Bambam 1a This was my first time getting my nails done and Semi was my nail artist. She did such an amazing job at explaining it and making me feel comfortable and enjoy the experience! I wanted a cat eye but I didn’t know it’s called that lol but she instantly figured out what I wanted what shape I want and helped me figure out pretty much everything lol cause I didn’t know what I was looking for either. The environment, quality, communication everything was really good. I was late but she still did my nails and didn’t rush at all. Even checked up on me from time to time ❤️

Junique Shevon Number 8 chair appeared to be broken and uncomfortable to sit in while getting my pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre at best. The technician scratched my leg more than she massaged it. I had to ask her to clean her equipment before using on me. The technician polished my nails as an amateur. The polish was uneven. I pointed out several errors and she attempted to fix yet the corrective action was awful as well. A second nail technician came over which was much better with polishing with me instructing her. I will say I have a really good nail bed. So it shouldn’t be a problem polishing my nails. To my nails. I’ve never had such a horrible nail service. I received dip as this is the only form of nail service I receive. My only request was for it to be “not too thick” I like my nails to look as natural as possible. My thumb of my left hand looks disfigured, there is various dips and unevenness throughout. I’m very disappointed in this service. I’m not sure if it’s the products or the technicians but overall a very poor experience. I value my self care Sundays and this really was a poor experience. I only get my nails done once a month and now I have to sacrifice time and money to get this redone. A very disheartening situation.

Hamilton Sherry (Sherbear) Beautiful salon and very nice staff!! Didn’t have to wait and the younger girl did an awesome job!! Actually listened to what I wanted and added a bit of crome which I had never heard of before.. It added an amazing shine…. Love love and worth every penny!!!

Royea Daniels My first time visiting this salon, very quiet and tastefully decorated. My Nail tech, Kayla, was sweet but not skilled in Dip Nails. She applied too much product and failed to smooth the lumps out. The Gel topcoat helped to some but for $60 including tip, smooth, no lump nails should be a given. Hopefully a conversation on the next visit will ensure a better experience.

V LB I throughly enjoy having my nails and feet done at Modern nails. My favorite Nail tech is Ms. Kim, OMG she’s Phenomenal. Her Pedicure skills are quite an EXPERIENCE!!! I leave her chair feeling Elevated and completely Relaxed. I live quite a distance from their location, but it’s worth the trip. The Staff are kind and very attentive. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Jackie H I’ve been to a few nail salons since moving to Florida and usually stay loyal… However, I was finding that my nails were cracking and lifting and breaking more often so I looked at nail salons near me and noticed that this salon had excellent Google reviews. They also had an Instagram page and I saw all the beautiful nails that they were creating, I looked them up online and first off I have to say I love that I was able to book my appointment online and I have to call I noticed you can pick a time and you can pick a specific nail tech if that’s what you like and then right after I got a confirmation via text about my appointment. I walked in and was greeted very energetically. It was a nice serene, very clean environment and they sanitize their equipment which I have to say I haven’t seen a lot lately but most of all I had the owner Mia do my nails and she did the most amazing job I have ever had done on my nails! I’ve always envisioned what I wanted, but it never came to fruition until today! I had a whole new set put on and Mia was kind enough to give me ideas on what I could do with my nails and I let her vision run and I’m so glad I did because they are so beautiful!!!! Highly highly recommend… Nothing was rushed, and the environment of everybody else getting their nails done was in good vibes!

Sunkissed Libra I REALLY want to like this place. I live nearby, and have come here many times. I’m let down every time I visit. I don’t know why I even come to this nail salon anymore. The employees are SO nice but their work is lackluster. I use to get dip, but it would lift from my nail within a week. I was also curious why getting dip doesn’t come with lotion or a hand massage… the employee told me that only comes with gel manicure. Okay, so this time I got gel. They charged me $5 for the dip removal, left dip residue all over my hands and nails, and didn’t give me a full manicure. Mind you, I had red dip, so since it wasn’t fully removed, I can see it through the gel polish! The woman also let gel polish cure under the UV lamp on my skin. They didn’t trim my cuticles or do anything other than trim & file my nails. I asked if at least a hand massage comes with the manicure, and the woman did a very quick one. Oh yeah and to top it off, she did the wrong color on my nails… the color I asked for was a milky pink, so kind of similar I guess, but not what I asked for. Attached are photos I took right after I left the nail salon… gel cured to my skin, red dip leftovers on my nail and skin, and uneven application. Can’t believe I paid $40 for this. But I’m sure I’ll go back because it’s a convenient location. UPDATE: The gel polish I got that prompted this review started chipping off the next day. 3 of my nails broke within a week also. Changing my review to 1 star bc of this.

Sam Merigliano Lee was absolutely amazing. He was so willing to listen to what I wanted and told me multiple times to let him know if I wanted to change something. I cannot recommend him enough.

Truc Ho Tracey did my pedicure today and she was fantastic! She can be a certified masseur if she wants to. She was fast and accurate with the nail application but still provided the relaxing feeling the whole time. Not to mention her fashion sense is very unique! Always have the best experience coming out of here. 10/10 recommended.

Stephanie Hilland Came in on a Friday Morning, was sat immediately with no appt. Came for a gel pedicure. Tobin was my nail tech. He asked me which pedicure I’d like & answered my questions. He didn’t push other services on me, he was polite & man did he do an amazing job. I received the paraffin wax pedicure with gel polish, $80 total & FULLY worth it! I walked out of there with fresh new amazing feeling feet. What a treat! The place is so clean & it was a lovely environment. Plan to be back again even if it’s across town for me!

adriana hoplin I had went in about 8 days ago and had a good experience but the nails didnt hold up. They were chipping really bad! kaitlyn hoyt I came in to get a pedicure after a really tough week. I normally don’t treat myself, but it was Friday and this week sucked…. so I came to the closest salon. Thank you google, because this was the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer was my nail tech, she was so kind, compassionate and understanding. She absolutely crushed my toes, I feel like a girl again. She also gave me the best set of acrylic nails I’ve ever seen in my entire life. RosAnna Wilson I was excited to come because i saw some gorgeous nails done here but Im a bit disappointed. the pedicure was great and its a very nice environment, it was just the quality of the nails that’s bothering me. I asked the woman doing my nails to make the design centered, and she said she fixed it but looking at it now it’s not good at all . it looks completely different than the picture and just overall sloppy. makes me a bit sad as these are for my homecoming this weekend. i’ll put a picture of what the nails were supposed to look like at the end (i asked for the darker color) Very kind people working there i just wish i got what i was paying for.

Mari C I was initially hesitant to book due to mixed reviews on Google, but Im so glad I decided to go for it. Upon arrival, I questioned my choice, but I decided to give it a try—and it turned out to be a great decision! My nail technician, Helen, was exceptional. She took her time and did an outstanding job, meticulously removing a lot of cuticle, which is very important to me since many technicians overlook this. The nail polish application was flawless, with no gap between the cuticle and the paint. I absolutely love the result and will definitely be returning.

Elizabeth Comeau The outside looks rough, inside is even rougher. If a dive bar was a nail salon, I think it would be this location. Of course, this had me questioning the cleanliness of my experience. You will get what you paid for as the pedicure was ~$35 without tip so not the entire nail was painted, streaks in the polish, you can clearly see the top coat does not go the polish length/ to the nail bed/ to the edge of the nail. The appointment went over time, which I’m sure some people may see as a bonus but for me, I only have the 35min. Any salon can exfoliate and treat the skin but not every place will focus on the nail polish work and for me, that’s the point of a pedicure.

Kanishka Saravanan This is my first google review ever and i’m sorry but i had such a bad experience. I went to this place because of the student discount and new customer discount they have. I was a walk in and sat down with Ana. I just asked for an acrylic set with french nails. While prepping my nails she made me bleed on two fingers from drilling my skin too much, and when she started doing the french tips she painted it on one finger and it looked fine. She did the rest of the nails on my left hand and before i cured it i looked at them and they were too thick and the lines weren’t straight, I asked her to make it a little thinner and she started complaining and making a big deal about it to her coworker so i just asked her to wipe of the french tips and to just add a top coat to the base. She still charged me $45 and i got no discount even thought i asked about it when i came in. This is how i left the salon

Pauline Sacks I found this place by chance, and I am 100% grateful I did. The ladies that work here are few, but they are worth the wait. I had a broken wrist, and for 7 months, they still did my nails. They worked with my lack of movement and were accommodating and moved around to do the job. Love, Love, Love, this place and my nails are always perfect and always last, and there prices never inflated like every other salon Ive been to since covid.

lexygavin If you go to glamour nails ask for Holly! She does the best acrylic nails, the shape is always perfect & she always gets me in & out so fast! Which I love because I hate sitting at the salon for a long time. It seems to be hard to find nail techs that do good acrylic now adays-everyone wants to do dip or gel but holly always does an excellent job! Once I found her I have not gone to anyone else for my nails! Ask for her you won’t regret it!

Mallory Garcia I wanna start by saying that overall this nail salon is good and has great service and employees. The salon is clean, peaceful and an overall enjoyable experience. The only downfall is the quality of the service was not worth the amount of money I paid. I paid 180 dollars with tip for a full set gel acrylic and gel pedicure, which is ridiculous. When I originally called over the phone they said $45 for gel pedicure, and $55 for gel acrylic. When I showed the stylist the original design which was a brown French tip with glitter she wanted to charge me $95 just for the nails. I told her to forget the design and just do basic French so she said $75 just for a French tip. How a full set with gel went from $55 to $75 I will never understand. The nails chipped and came off 2-3 weeks later. Nonetheless I hope this review prevents someone from making the same mistake I did. If you are looking for length, design, & affordability I would recommend looking somewhere else. The photos below show what I wanted vs what I got.

It was a simple dip and stain color that I picked out, some of my nails are not the same shade which is super annoying. Also she didnt file my nails all one shape so when I went home I ended up correction the shape to what I like.

Christy no; I called from 4 different numbers to make a simple appoinment for my daughter and I. They kept hanging up the phone. If it was one phone it would be understandable (maybe they couldnt hear me) , but it was 4 different phones! ( So I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may have had a problem with their phone line. They kept saying hello, like once or twice and hung up. So I finally got though on an office phone here at work. I told someone what was happening all morning when I TRIED TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT. They were like "oh well" I even said, "dont you think this could make you lose business" they said "maybe" I was appaulled. No apology, no "how can we help you" NADA! Well they lost our business before it even began. Customer service is everything to me.

Ashley Ann I had the worst experience at Gel Nails in South Tampa. I was lied to about the price of my nails, and when I questioned it, the mid-aged lady owner aggressively argued with me. The lack of respect and professionalism was appalling. This is a family-run business, but the way they treat customers is unacceptable. To make matters worse, she actually turned on her phone video recorder to record me, implying that I might not pay, which was incredibly disrespectful. Of course, I had every intention of paying, but this behavior was beyond unprofessional. The prices are not worth the poor treatment or the subpar results. My nails look nothing like they usually do when I go to other salons in the area. I’ll never return to this place and will be sure to share my experience with friends and colleagues in South Tampa. I wouldn’t wish this kind of experience on anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and stay far away from this salon.

Kayla Hoyle Once I moved to South Tampa I found Gel Nails as my new nail shop. My last nail shop was exceptional so I had high expectations for them as well, Tim always does my nails and they are ALWAYS fantastic. His wife Mai or his daughter Lynn always does my pedicure and they’re both great as well, I spend a lot of time on my feet for my job so it takes a toll on my soles, she does a great job making my feet look and feel pretty. I recommend their salon to anyone who asks me about nail services in this area. Clean, prompt, beautiful end result services. I also get my eyebrows waxed here as well when needed and Mai always does a nice job. 5 stars at this salon!

SUNSET EYES I have been coming to this place since I was 13 years old and I have to say this place welcomes you and such a great family that owns this place. They never disappoint me with the work they do and the service is perfect and prices are Great. Nail work is fantastic and can’t ask for anything more. I recommended here 100%. They’ve became family and their work no other.

Russell Coleman My sister and I went in for matching sets due to a wedding. We showed them pictures of what we wanted even before deciding to stay (the condition of the salon is horrible) and was told it would be no problem. After being burned my a hot towel that I had to take off myself due to the technician not paying attention, it took them an additional 35 minutes to find an acceptable color. The one they promised they had was not what she attempted to use and even the color I walked out with is not at all what I expected. My sister asked for Hannah specifically and was told she couldn’t help because she did not do Gel nails, again something we confirmed would be an option when we arrived. The overall experience was very unprofessional. To top it off, I left with bubbles in my nail the technician said she didn’t have time to fix and 3 days later the color is peeling from the cuticle so not from wear and tear. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Michaela S Avoid, this place is trash. They don’t soak gel off so they just filed our nails down, making them super brittle. They also both nicked our skin multiple times while doing so. No one can understand requests - 2 separate technicians did not understand the ask (we both asked for an accent nail with stripes). Zoom in to see the horrendous quality and bubbly polish on the nude nail. Overall absolutely horrible experience- you definitely get what you pay for.

Carmen Wispe Customer service and quality is trash. The nail tech kept getting upset because I told her to make them thinner. She kept passing the filer on top, barely doing anything each time and asking me if it looks better now. So after telling her 3 times, I decided to leave. She still charged me $40. Debra Middleton I will never use there services again. I took myself and my teenage girls to have 2 over lays over natural nails and one full set. Short cut finger tip lengths as the have never had there nails done before. I told the lady at the front desk on the left side of salon what I wanted. One daughter 14 was sat at the front of salon of the left side. Second daughter on the same side 2 chairs away and then I was sat 4-5 chairs away from them so I could not see what was being done. The lady who did may nails. Acrylic over lay only on my natural nails got finished first with polish before I could see the whole process with my 2 girls. Teenagers at that they don’t know what to tell the nail tech. Never had there nails done before. My youngest got done first and she noticed that the tech didn’t go all the way to her cuticle with the acrylic over lay. I mentioned it and was told no worries we will fix it. I said if it was out of the scope of the work I will pay the difference. The only thing the tech did was paint her nails to the cuticle. Then my 15 year old got done. She did not have the sports cut finger tip length I asked for mind you I was being asked by the tech 4-5 chairs away on what she was suppose to be getting?? No prices of services is posted in the salon. Paid 115 plus a 17 tip which I don’t think you deserve. Watch out for this salon going in with teenagers. You will be seated separately so the parent can not see or assess what services are happening. My mother used this salon for years and years now I regret ever giving them the benefit of the doubt. Mind you my 14 year old still didn’t get what she asked for. I bit the bullet paid and left never again. They said they would make it right and still didn’t. Just used polish to cover up not using the acrylic all the way to the cuticle base. I found flaws in mine as well. Stupid me for paying for something that wasnt right. That is one me. Unless your going for a full set with tips don’t bother. 115 for acrylic over lays and a full set. Your better off finding someone whole does this from there home. Garbage absolute garbage. Never again. The red nails my 14 year old. The blue which is not the color she asked it was a baby blue again first time ever having her nails done for my 15 year old and the sparkles is me. The blue nails NOT A SPORTS CUT FINGER TIP length.

britanie mckayle I’ve only been to this place twice and both times I’ve had a terrible experience. Don’t get me wrong, The people are nice and all, but the first time I went there was for my birthday and they cut my cuticles so deep that I started bleeding and I couldn’t even get my nails done because I didn’t wanna get a fungus. The second time I went there was for my eyebrows and they literally burnt me so bad two days before my vacation. I would never go back to this place again. It is the definition of a chop shop.

Sarah Thompson I’ve been 3 times and I’m happy with the service and the atmosphere. The last two times I went to Tiffany and she was helpful and very nice. These are my most recent nails and I was super excited to get something “different” for the first time ever (I normally just do basic gel polish, no fancy designs). One weird thing to note, they have 2 types of pedicure chairs, some seem fancier than others. That was just something I noticed the first time I went and it was unexpected

I never ever write reviews but Im so disappointed that it hasnt even been 30 mins since I got them done and I had to post this.This is my first time ever getting acrylic nails, but Im positive they shouldnt look this awful! Didnt have enough time left to say anything to the owner because I had to leave. Since I didnt know what the procedure was, I was just waiting for her to fix the shape and all but it never happened. Up close, you can see what a horrible clumped finish it has. Got a gel pedicure done which was equally bad and felt super rushed. Chose this salon as it was the closest salon to where I was staying. Was extremely excited about getting them done and going back home, but this is such a disappointing ending to what shouldve been a memorable vacation. Had to give them one star because I cant do a negative 1000 stars!!! I paid $63 for this absolute garbage of an experience. Not worth it even if it was free!

YayIts K It was right my job came here for a gel manicure & I had a great experience! The owner was super nice! & so was the staff members! Also it’s affordable all I generally do is just shortened gel manicure & I paid $20! Like usually I’ll pay $35-40 compared to my regular spot. Which have the same exact colors brand & variety! If I save extra $15-20 why not!!! It was a week now since I’ve gotten them!

Shannon Latrise My 3rd day moving to Tampa got a full set here(pic with the 3D flower nail). I love their work and cleanliness of the shop. I usually do a pink/white set or Ombre because its a classic/classy look for me, but wanted to do something a little different. The shop starts busy(which means theyre good). Why 4 stars instead of 5? Every tech seems to be sloooooooow. I think because everyone seems to be a perfectionist (which Im not mad about). I spent over 4 hours for a pedi and a balance(which I had to reschedule my other plans). Stop, theyre really great and give you what youre asking for, but just plan to spend some time....

Maggie Smith This is the second time I’ve left upset over how much I paid and what I received. I left a review about 7 weeks ago on the other location’s page by accident but the run down of that was I didn’t get anything close to what I showed them for inspiration. They asked me to come back in and had someone else re-do my nails at no cost and they were great so I left happy and decided that whenever I need my next fill I’m only going to go to her. I got a pedicure today and that was fine but for a total of 149 dollars (tip included) I’m so upset. I’ve taken several photos thinking maybe it was just bad lighting, but these nails just suck. The shape and length are great but seriously, if you can’t do the design that’s being asked of you just say that so this whole mess could be avoided. I don’t think what I was asking for was outrageous either. I gave heavenly another chance but this is the last time I’ll give them any of my hard earned money or my time. I drove Lyft all last night so I could have some extra money to be able to get my nails done and this is beyond frustrating. Below is what I asked for vs what I got. 2 hours of my Saturday wasted. I don’t recommend them unless you’re doing an absolutely basic color.

Tatyana G So disappointed. Went in for a dip manicure and signature pedicure. The tech Nanna didn’t even try! I didn’t have polish on my hands and she went straight into applying the dip after buffing my nails. I stopped her and reminded her I wanted the full manicure: nails filed, cuticles pushed back and or cut as needed, but she kept telling me she’ll do it later. Well that never happened. After just a couple days, the polish is coming up on the corners on the nail beds. The pedicure was just as mediocre. She rushed through it without paying attention to detail. She didn’t clean up the cuticles or try to make the French nails look even. I’m so upset and feel taken advantage of.

Lauren Anzalone omg i finally found my perfect salon here in tampa! i randomly tried this place out because my roomie recommended it, i walked in and had Layla. oh my god she got me so right my nails are literally perfect. this full fresh set and gorrrrrggeousss design was only $75- im literally obsessed!!!

Desiree Ballester Figueroa I visited Unique Nails last Thursday around 5:00 p.m., and my experience was incredibly disappointing. There were only three people working, and I kept being told to wait just five more minutes. Eventually, they had to call the owner to come in. When she started doing my nails, she ended up stopping and had her husband finish them instead. I wanted short coffin nails and showed them a picture of what I wanted, along with the same orange color to match my toes. Instead, they gave me a coral color that leaned more towards pink. The acrylic application was terrible—too thick and not properly shaped around the cuticle. Just two days later, one nail came off completely intact. When I went back to get it fixed, they couldnt find the same color they used and instead applied a bright orange, thinking that was acceptable. They didnt even offer to remove all my nails and redo them completely. Overall, it was a complete waste of $70 for subpar service and mediocre nails. I will never return, and I do not recommend Unique Nails. Theyre short-staffed, slow, and the quality of their work is just not worth it.

Cynetra Moore Nail tech did a good job but OMG $70 for a Polish only is crazy. My daughter and I stopped in before a doctors appointment and we did not get a pedicure. We literally just got gel polish on our toes. Mind you I paid a $20 tip which brought the total to $70 but $25 each for polish only is crazy. My regular salon is, $13 for a gel polish change. Just thought I would put it out there if considering this salon In response to the comment left on my review, your high quality products peeled right off. I made sure to add the time stamp so you or anyone else don’t think it was made up. So I guess the nail tech didn’t do too good after all. This is ridiculous.

Danielle Salgado Been here a few times and it was decent. Its cheaper and closer than my usual spot. Today was terrible! I am going to have to go home and paint over this or pay to have someone else fix it. I tried speaking to the manager and he YELLED at me! Due to an extreme language barrier, I ended up with the wrong nail shape and colors that I am not happy with at all. The nail tech was using hand gestures to communicate and ask me questions. Limited English does not usually bother me at all. This was beyond the point of being able to communicate functionally. There were no words spoken, the entire time..zero! By the time she understood that I was saying I was unhappy (the color was completely different than the provided sample), she had painted all my toes with gel. She finally asked the manager to help her understand what I was telling her. Then, he yelled at me for not telling her sooner! It was bad enough that they had an assistant do my manicure on a stool wedged between pedicure chairs (couldve done better myself), but the service was really unprofessional today. I am very upset that I paid for this.

Ranada Hughes Absolutely Love this nail salon. Excellent customer service, great peaceful atmosphere, all nail techs are highly talented. Shout out to Leo who is the design King, he will have your nails flawless and perfect for any occasion. All staff is very professional and welcoming. My pedicure and eyebrows are also perfect and they did an amazing job on my two daughters as well. Highly recommend and prices are affordable and worth every penny. I am now a forever customer. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Yanybel negron The best salon. Their attention to detail is very good. Lee did my nails and so fast! I know some people say fast is sloppy but he’s done nails for so long he’s just that good. He free styled a cute pink French. And sadly didn’t get the name of the pedicure guy but he TOOK his time. And make sure I got what I wanted in my design with length and color ☺️☺️ 10/10!!!

Ally Lee is so talented and very professional. I went to him for about a year or so when I had acrylic on my nails. He is almost always punctual. I very rarely ever had to wait on my appointment so I appreciated that a lot. I find that to be rare in the beauty industry. He’s got a great creative mind as well, I would come in a lot and just give him a general idea like give me something springy and he always did such a great job freestyling. He’s also so quick, quickest artist I’ve ever been to. He’s so good at what he does and he deserves all of the recognition! If you come here, absolutely ask for Lee and see if he can get you in! He is so worth it and his pricing is fair. Highly recommend!

I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and V was patient and gave me ideas to get me exactly what I wanted. Their work is amazing, and they’re so entertaining and sweet. They got two girls done in less than 40 miutes, and one of the best quality nails I’ve had. They care about making your nails last, and the prices are so fair. This is the only place I will go to.

Jeanne- Marie Branche So usually go here while I am at UT for school. Initially loved the staff and service and the selection of colors were great! It was a decent salon but I always felt like the polish chipped too quickly especially for gel. I went in today and service was kind of slow but nothing that kept me back. The man who did my manicure was very nice and did my nails nicely however when he was cleaning my cuticles he cut some of my skin too harshly and rough and it was bleeding! I didn’t complain or anything for I thought it would’ve been rude but it hurt and my fingers are a bit sore now. He even observed it but didn’t apologize or say or do anything to clean it up properly. Overall a decent place based on selection and price but I may not come back...

Heather M Picture one is day 2 after pedicure. Picture 2 is day 3 after pedicure. I am so disappointed in this place. I wasnt even going to leave a review, but their service towards me has forced me to. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to sit and wait for my pedicure. There were two ladies already working with someone. I waited literally over 30 minutes in the foot tub with cold water. I finally asked how long it might be and they said just someone was on the way. I wish they would have let me know it would have been that long because I could have gone somewhere else. When I finally have someone work with me she was nice. However, she cut my big toe or pulled out a hang nail. It was bleeding for 2 days on and off. On day 3 it stopped but is super sore and I cannot wear closed toed shoes. I spoke with someone on the phone the day after the pedicure and she said I would be able to come in and get a voucher for a free pedicure. I paid $45 before tip and all they were willing to give me was $20 "because services and products were already paid for." This is terrible customer service! Its their fault for hurting me and want to be cheap about honoring their own work and customer service. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here. I didnt even see her use sanitization methods and pull out clean tools. Hopefully my toe doesnt get infected!

Management is always around making sure things are going well for everyone. Lily is my girl. She’s been doing my nails for years even before she started working at Touch Nails. Bianca C Summary: My nails look mediocre from the top and side views but completely horrible from the front. Details: I requested an appointment with Layla because of all the great reviews she had. I went in to get Gel X application and it wasn’t until I stepped outside that I noticed the excess gel coming out from underneath my nails and that the extensions did not align with my natural nails. In addition, my nails look like they’re curving upwards. Unfortunately, I’ve had several bad nail jobs at this salon with different nail techs. I was really hoping this place would work due to the convenience but I’ve learned my lesson and will not be returning in the future.

Nikki Bottoms The worst experience. The salon has nail polishes all over with no real organization. A shelf sitting right in front of two water fountains? Then I ask for a soak off and full set. As my fingers are wrapped in acetone a woman walks in and says she has a 1pm appt. The man up front looks around and tells her to wait “15 minutes”. The woman complained rightfully so that she made an appt and couldn’t wait. This man stops working with me and leaves me sitting there to take her. He tells me to wait another 10. I assured him I’m also on a schedule and he took me when I came in so his scheduling problem isn’t my issue. 15 minutes went by and my fingers are still in acetone with no sign someone is remotely ready to take over what he started. I asked how much longer and he said 10 more minutes. At that point I had to ask him to remove the acetone off my hands because it had been well over 20 minutes and my nails were going to get damaged. He ripped it off and didn’t ask ne to wash my hands or file them. On top of it all, he walks over to one of the manicurist gets right next to her and tells her to hurry up!! While that poor woman was working on another client. He was telling her to rush because he messed up. So incredibly demeaning!I had to walk over to wash them and simply left. My nails look destroyed!

MaKyla Clemmons First off, I’ve been coming to this location for a few years. From when they were in the new Chase building to the new building in the next plaza over. Anilay did my nails for the first time last week. And this was the longest I have ever sat to get a fill in with gel, over 1.5hrs. I had to come back 3 days later because the gel on my left thumb started peeling and I have never had this happen before. So I went back to have the nail fixed and it was fine. Now, almost 3-4 days after that my entire left hand started to peel, the gel was coming off. I don’t know if the gel was old or what. But I am very upset, and it’s really embarrassing. I would not be going back and this where I have been going for years !!!!

Megan Magdziarz I started seeing Tom this year after being recommended to him over 3 years ago. He has consistently provided me with the best nails I’ve had in Tampa Bay (been here for 8 years). He is INCREDIBLE at designs and shape. I get long stiletto and am very particular about their look. They last 3+ weeks without break, tear, or dullness. The salon itself is clean and always has a variety of relaxing music.

Jordan Kleinhans Jay has done some of the best nails I’ve had since I moved from Las Vegas. The first set was a picture taken after a week 1/2 of being on and they are still solid. Show him a picture of what you want and he will deliver! Prices are very reasonable considering the time he takes to design. My favorite thing about his work is that he gets the shape down perfectly. I hate when you look at the set a few days later and realize one nail looks crazy, but that doesn’t happen with Jay. The salon he works out of here isn’t the prettiest …and it’s further from my house but his work is the best I’ve had so far so it’s worth the drive for me.

Isabella Rozo I had an appointment with Tom at 9am. He told me he was going to be 15 minutes late and ended up being 40 minutes late to our appointment. He also continuously kept asking me to reschedule because it seemed like I was “in a rush”. He did a decent job on my nails but because of how late he was and because he wasn’t honest from the start I will never go back.

kathrine lol the nails came out beautifully, i had come here once before and gotten a plain nude med-long set for $60, which was incredibly reasonable. however, the second time i came in for a fill it was the same $60 price JUST FOR A FILL and i was only in there for about 35 min... if i had known it would’ve been the same price i would’ve gotten a whole new set :/ kinda disappointed… probably won’t be returning

The Mahogany Roads DO NOT GO HERE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO THE OLDER LADY HERE!! I went here for a manicure and pedicure and the older lady there was extremely ruff, yanking and pulling my feet in and out of the tub, digging the skin on my toes, butchered my cuticles and she was just ridiculously ruff and, get this, She cut skin off of tips of my toes, YES, SHE CUT THE SKIN. My feet are butchered. She then proceeded to butcher my fingers. She cut the skin off of the tips of my fingers and when I told her to stop she pulled my hand and said no its OK.... what.?.?.? she then attempted to try to file my skin... she butchered my cuticles. I should have asked to see her license because she horrible. I cannot say it loud enough, DO NOT GO HERE!

Lexx H TERRIBLE SERVICE! Owner with short bob is extremely RUDE. Constantly leaves for smoke breaks.. pulls my feet out of the water by grabbing my big toe only. She coughed on my feet multiple times! She argued with me because I informed her that she’s coughing all over my feet. She later apologized and said that it isn’t a sick cough, it’s because she smokes cigarettes! She watched videos on her phone while servicing me. My overall experience here was horrible.

Picklemans Cafe Lady is rude, I saw a roach. She kept hurting me after I told her she was hurting me. Then when it was finished the pain job was very messy. Pain on my skin even after I left, the filing was uneven on my toes. Bad experience over all.

miranda pettermon This is by far the worse nail experience I have had in Tampa! I went in wanting my nails taken offf and redone! She literally tried to fill my nails with a different nude color than the acrylic I HAD, that I wanted off! Then painted over them with gel polish and a pedicure that literally still hurts today the day after. Annie! She sits in the front. Very unprofessional. And not for nothing the 4 smoke breaks, and whatever was on that “Starbucks” cup smelled hella strong! I do not recommend going here for anything!!

The Reptile Bunch My first time here, but my family has frequented this shop for years. I had already left city nails because they closed earlier then advertised. When I and my niece came in customers were already being attended to and the shop did not appear busy. After being told to sit at the pedicure stations we waited four pedicures later to finally get service. My issue is that Sunday’s shops close early so letting us know there was a wait would have been helpful the customers that were already being attended to hadn’t even received their pedicure’s. We could have made it to another shop in time. Im big on customer service and today was not it.

Olivia Peel At first i wanted to give a low rating for my issues but i waited. I am glad i did because now they get the rating they deserve. So I came In on 2/25/23 to get a manicure and a pedicure. I did the basic French tip on both. I then wanted a design on my big toes and ring fingers. The nail tech said no no you need diamonds I said ok I trust you know what your talking about. So she did a wonderful job they were beautiful. But I made it home and within an hour and a nap later I woke up to all my diamonds off one finger, 2 off the other finger and a couple off each toe. I came in the next morning to see why this was happening and they fix the issue with no problem. I was very satisfied. I didnt do the diamonds again I stuck with my first choice and got the design I wanted. I will come back in a few weeks to get a touch up. Great job ladys you have a custom that will continue to come back. They listen and fixed the issues and for that I Ive them a 5star rating.

Lashon Baisden I came in for my birthday to get my feet done which my boyfriend recommended this place. To sit was very fast, but honestly not worth it. I knew I should have left when I seen the cart and the used tools not cleaned or maybe cleaned but needed to be changed out. I asked for acrylic on my big toe, which I always get so I know that you’re supposed to get your pedicure first THEN the acrylic added after the toes are clean. I mentioned to the one who did the acrylic that I would like my toe cleaned first, I guess they don’t speak english because she kept going. Expressed to her that the acrylic was too long, too thick and they were not even and were also crooked. I have a big toe that goes slightly to the side but this has never been an issue with my other nail salon off of Bearss, it always comes out straight. She continued to go, saying when she file it will even out…it did not. It was still crooked, square as hell, long as hell and ugly. The lady who actually did my nails was horrible at painting, I could’ve had my 6 year old niece do a better job. All in all, I will not return. I tipped because I am grateful but will not recommend coming here to get your nails done.

Nakita Straw They do look down racially on some Black people, and then have the nerve to change up there language and be talking bad about you in your face to another tech in there language, you can tell by the facial expression while doing your nails, especially AJ.. I went there for 1 toenail repair on just 1 foot and A j gon make the nail really skinny which did not match how my big toe which was done wide was.. and just gonna leave and have someone else to polish it, and tell me I owe.

Ali Blu I have been getting my nails done for over 20yrs and even though Ive had other nail salons do not so good work I would say this is one of the worst. I sat down and initially thought that I should go to my regular place but with me moving and my normal place being over 45min away I decided to try and find a salon near me. I took the leap was driving by and said to myself that I would stop. At first when he furnished taking my polish off there was still polish there but I know that usually what they cant get off with the remover that the portable file ( the thing that looks like a drill) will get it off. He started to put the acrylic on over the polish he didnt remove. And Im not talking about the polish residue im talking about actual polish.... after putting the acrylic on he used the portable drill in the nails but never smoothed the nil down. I didnt say anything because I just thought that by the time getting my feet done it should be dry. As I am sitting in the chair getting my feet done im look at my nails and it looks like little bubbles and streaks in the paint. So I told the guy that they look messy and first thing he said was I must have touched something Now I am never gonna say that I have never accidentally touched something while my nails where still drying buy Ive always owned up if I did. I told the guy that I never touched anything and that he did smooth the nail. He also used a clear coat that was very clumpy. I told he that and he repainted my nail and it came out the same way. When I asked for the manager just to show the work this guy was giving customers he said no manager was there.

Angela D On October 4th, 2023.. I came to Tampa on vacation with a couple friends, we decided we wanted to get our nails done together before our event we were going to the next day. We tried to find a place that was close to our hotel since we had to Uber there. I picked Aj’s nail spa because it was close and had better reviews than the other 2 in the area. The service I got at this salon was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I understand that usually you should make an appointment, but I did call ahead and ask if they had time for 3 walk ins and they said yes. Also online it says they close at 7:30pm.. but they told me they close at 5:30pm, so we had to rush to get over there. Once we got there, we got seen pretty quickly.. I had to wait a little bit, no big deal. Then one lady started working on my nails and I told her what I wanted. Short coffin style black acrylics with some rhinestones and a moon on the ring finger. So she started working on my nails and put the tips on and the black acrylic powder.. then sends me over to get my feet done and she starts working on someone else. The lady who was working on my feet didn’t even bother asking what kind of pedicure I wanted and just did a basic pedicure rushing through it the entire time. After she finished my feet, the same lady started to finish my nails and I had to explain what I wanted again.. she was really rushing through it, just as the first lady did too, leaving glue stuck under my nails and powder all over my hands.. they looked so messy.. usually at some point they ask you to wash your hands.. they did not do that at all. When the second lady was finishing my nails, the rhinestones were crooked and she couldn’t even paint a crescent moon so she just ended up using a moon shaped gem. And there was little bubbles in the polish as well. After she was done she put oil on my hands and my hands felt so gross covered in oil and powder and I had to wash my hands before I left. I didn’t say anything at the salon because we didn’t have time to get them redone and I figured no one will be looking that closely at them anyway since we were going to a goth music festival, so it would be dark in there anyway… but I still have to look at them! Thankfully I will never have to go back to this salon again since I live in another state. I think my friends had a slightly better experience than I did… but I was really upset after we left and I still left a tip and paid $100 for nails I was not happy with. Next time I will make sure I get my nails done BEFORE I go on vacation. I just took these photos, even though I got my nails done a couple weeks ago.. you can still see how crooked the stones are…

Evy E The WORST PLACE TO COME TO!!! From the edges the nail polish and they have no care in COVID REGULATION!!!! They have no sense of what nails are about and design !!! Horrible place I drove an hour away because of a person telling me about this place being good and I am horrified of the experience they have no fear of protection or disinfecting anything I had to get up and just pray that I didn’t catch anything from this place!!! Baynham Windy (Sister Windy) Ive been going there for 5 years I have repeatedly got disrespected so I havent been back there in like a year and a half but I finally went back because I started my podcast and I needed a quick fix on my nails it was the worst experience I ever had going there. I got a new Sues chair shes one of the best technicians there. She stopped her process of doing my nails because of her appointment came late so she made me get out of her chair and set me down to another technician that his hands was all shaky. Its Friday that Miss Sue asked another woman to do my nails but she refused to do them because when I came in I asked specifically for MSU I miss you agreed to take me so she took it personal and got offended even though they were speaking in Japanese I know what day was talking about. It made me feel very uncomfortable now Miss Sue has me getting rejected by one technician then the other technician is talking major crime while hes doing my nails and hes doing a terrible job. The job was so terrible on my nails I was getting upset he told me not to get upset because he was doing me a favor thats when I snapped in the nail shop.I told him no one is doing me a favor when Im paying my money to get things done put on tell me that youre doing me a favor when Im paying you. If you didnt want to do my nails thats all you had to do was say so I could have went to another nail shop. The feeling that atmosphere and there was ridiculous after he finished my nails I could not let them finish drying they looked horrible. I told the man in charge the one that takes the money and grease the people when you come in I showed them the process of my nails he immediately took the nail polish off my nails and told the technician to come look at my hands he took a picture before he took the polish off and told him it was horrible he redid my nails. He put gel polish on my nails as a peace offering but he left nail polish all around my fingernails and my hands it was just a horrible experience and then he still had a nerve to ask for the tip. After I got all the fingernail polish from around my fingers and my hands I was ready for my show. But I told them I would never come back there again and I will never go back again

Celia Kaufman This is the worst salon I have ever been too, and the worst set of nails I have ever received. Look at the pictures!!! There’s polish all over my hands now. I was left in the shop alone for my nails to dry after they closed. The guy also made me dip my fingers in hot wax without asking, and got wax all over my watch. The shape is messy and my nails literally look like claws, and the polish is just horrible, not even close to decent. And they’re lifting before i leave the salon. They’re bumpy and uneven. The one guy left at the stole refused to fix it. They have no idea what they’re doing, and they’ll make you pay before your nails are finished. I will be reaching out for a complete refund

Rebecca Chesbrough I went in with long almond nails and asked for short due to work and lets just say I paid but will have to find a different place because the paint is clumpy looking but she did great with my eyebrows. They almost overcharged me and when I was trying to explain how the guy kept yelling at me and finally said we even. I wont go back here again. I also asked for my cuticles to get done and they arent. Very disappointed.

Jaquana Harrison Got a fill in Tuesday by Amy I showed her where my nails had cracks b4 the fill in so to apply more acrylic, Wednesday I noticed the same spots had cracks so I go bk today(Thursday) and show her she starts making excuses for her poor work.. I WONT BE RETURNING

Lindsey Willis I visited this salon on 11/8/24 because it was next to Publix, I went in for a pedicure and fill spending 100$ before tip you would think my nails would be on point. NOPE the color on my toes and nails are very inconsistent and looks like my toddler painted them, also my gel top coat is already coming off my nails after 3 days. Also the acrylic was not removed from my cuticles. Although the man who did them was super nice and the massage was nice, this is by far one of the worst pedicure and fills I’ve ever had and theses were suppose to be my birthday nails. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Always Pixi Wish I’ve read the reviews first , I only went to this place out convenience and i definitely won’t be back . I only wanted a pedicure and acrylic on my big toes . It was a language barrier but she understood that I wanted pink gel. She came back with pink acrylic and proceeded to do my big toes .So frustrating. She was nice but it definitely not what I wanted . $60 and no pedicure .
