Garry and Naomi Gaming channel Helen is absolutely amazing! She did the best nails I’ve ever had—her attention to detail, precision, and creativity are unmatched. Not only did she bring my vision to life, but she also made the experience so enjoyable with her professionalism and kindness. My nails look flawless, and I’ve gotten so many compliments! If you’re looking for a talented and dedicated nail tech, Helen is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

Holly Cook Helen is truly the most amazing nail tech!!! I’ve been a regular client for the past year and a half since the salon opened, and she always delivers. She’s kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Helen’s talent shines in everything she does—whether it’s intricate designs, acrylics, gel nails, powder nails, or classic manicures, her work is always phenomenal. Jennifer Tatko I’ve been going to Logi nails for about 6 months and thought I finally found my place . I have always had my nails done by Bo and they have been done great and looked professional. I had Helen this time because Bo was off and my nails look worse than fake press ons. Maybe she was having an off day, she seemed uninterested and rushed . She never filed the nailed growing under the acrylics, they are almost the same length underneath ! The polish and acrylic doesn’t even go near the cuticle, there is a space as if it’s been a three week growth and the nails are so thick looking .

Shannon Wilgis Helen has been doing my nails for years and her shop is amazing! Always clean and the staff are welcoming! I have never had an issue here. I’ve had many types of pedicures and I’ve had gel nails and acrylic with no issues. Helen is so talented and does designs and they have always been spot on! The staff here stand behind their work. My only regret is not finding this shop sooner than I did! No one will ever touch my nails other than Logi Nails! They are the BEST

Caroline Brown Larson My family and I came to St. Augustine for our summer family vacation. We are from GA. My experience was absolutely amazing!! The staff was above and beyond on service. I felt so pampered and special. I had two different ladies working on my nails. I believe their names were Tonya and Heidi? They were so sweet and talented. I wanted ombre, acrylic nails and they made it happen :) I received SO many compliments and my nails lasted a whole month!! I will be coming back on our next vacation!! Shahriza Greco My first experience at the nail bar was pleasant. I had fills, cut down , and nail art Ms. K elly was very gentle and detailed with my manicure. She wasnt sure how my special request would turn out but I luv my nails. Thank you for appeasing me

Tabitha Plumley My pedicure today was not what I expected Im very disappointed. I spent $45 for the lady to barely even touch my feet I was literally there for a total of 10 minutes and the pictures below show that.

Melissa Stratton By far the worst pedicure I ever had in my life. Walked into the salon at 12:35 now granted my Appointment wasn’t until 1:00 however Kathy was sitting there and said she could take me now. By the time she started the water and sat me in the chair, grabbed the polish and all supplies I started at 12:38. I decided to go with the deluxe pedicure with gel. She asked first if I would like my toenails cut I said not the big toes only my little ones. Before I knew it she cut the big ones into the quick and at a angle with the tool she uses to cut my cuticles back making me bleed. I was to receive a scrub, lotion massage, oil with the hot stones and a hot towel. She failed to rub my legs Legs with lotion instead she put the lotion on the stones and rubbed each led for 1 minute each. She failed to use soap at any point besides a small brush on my toes. Then got the hot towel and I checked out by 1:00 so I was in the chair 22 mins total. Horrible for a $50.00 service to last 22 minutes. Once I called the owner to complain he tried to argue with me over 5 mins however he couldn’t give any excuses on why she cut me or my toes look awful

Ali Bowser Never have had a bad experience here! Lynn is the best. I’ve been going to her to get my acrylic nails/pedicures done for 6+ years now! I’m very picky with my nails (she knows lol) and she kills it everytime!

Hillary Mesa I love Avalon Nails and Spa. It’s such a pleasant environment and I have never had a bad experience with any of the technicians. They all do a fabulous job. It is operated by such a great group. You will not regret a trip to Avalon!

Shelby Brown I have been here twice, the first time I went the lady was okay and continued to check if i liked what she was doing and double checked that the inspiration i sent was correct but this last time I went the lady ask NO questions took my inspiration and was just copying that she didn’t talk to me about anything. I had originally asked for a bow and she made it look terrible i understand no everyone is an artist but say you can’t do it and i’ll pick something else. also! my nails are supposed to have mistletoe or holly im not sure but she was putting a red dot on each green leaf and its not supposed to be like that so i tried explaining but maybe i explained wrong eventually i just asked to do it myself so not only did i pay $90 but i did part of the design myself. then she switch up which design was on which nail so i had to ask her to fix it and take the bow off. i have fuzz from idk what encapsulated into my nails and a few of my nails are uneven and have more acrylic on one side then the other. i have green on one of my nails that are supposed to be red and i have red paint on my cuticle area but it’s encapsulated so i can’t get it off. idk the first time i went i thought this would be my new nail place but now after this i don’t think ill go back bc $90 for nails i hate is a lot. sorry for being a karen just feel like ive wasted a lot of money on something that seems pretty simple and if it was something that could wash off in a couple days or doesn’t really matter whatever but i don’t want to pay $90 for something i look at everyday and other people see for them to not be worth $90. thank you for listening to my rant.

Teaha Green Update: I went in and Kate fixed them! I will say that I am very pleased. She also made them thicker. I got my nails done at Glitz and Glam last week, and unfortunately, the quality did not hold up. Within two days, one nail chipped; by day three, two had completely fallen off, and by day four, I lost a fourth nail. The nail technician made them extremely thin, which may have contributed to the issue. I asked for white tips and am wondering if they are weaker than regular nails—if I had known, I would have chosen differently. While the nails were beautiful when first done, and the technician was very kind, the durability just wasn’t there. I feel like I wasted my money, so unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Cinthya Ulloa This is my favorite place to do my nails in Saint Augustine, the location is pretty convenient for me and plenty of parking space around. The place is huge and there is always sit for everyone, I dont have to wait long if I did not make an appointment beforehand. They have great color choices and their service overall is great, a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. I totally recommend this place.

Hailey Hoffman This was the absolute WORST set of dips I have EVER gotten in my entire life!!! My nails are literally lumpy!!!! She took an hour and a half and they are so lumpy and awful!!!! It’s to the level other people have noticed. I had an event THAT night and I had to go with botched nails. I will not be returning and would suggest you go else where.

Sam Mashburn I have gone to Glitz & Glam many times before and received excellent service. Unfortunately, this was not one of those times. I asked for a pedicure on a slow, Wednesday night and received mediocre service. Water was running for the first 5 minutes, but the liner covered the faucet, so I sat in a dry tub for the first part of my experience. Dawn dish soap was used on my legs and feet to wash them (I could recognize the smell and color). There was no scrub, no callous removal, and my hot towels were not even lukewarm. While my cuticles were trimmed, there was no cream applied first. The toe spacers were dirty with something green, I assume nail polish, that didn’t come off. Nail polish, while fixed, was smudged multiple times and it was assumed that I would be getting gel again, but never clarified or confirmed. Lastly, the shape of the nails are not symmetrical on both feet; the left side is much rounder than the right. I did let the girl at the front know, and she was as sweet as could be letting me know I could come back in the following day to get the service done again, for free, but I declined. There’s nothing else to do, unfortunately. I would’ve taken a credit for a pedicure in the future, however. Unfortunately, I would consider not coming back because of this experience.

Makayla This is for yesterdays nails, you didnt send me a link to review and I can see why! Not to mention my blood thats mixed in with the nail polish from him nicking my finger, the polish is all over my fingers, the acrilic is on the sides of my fingers. My five year old niece would of done a better painting job. I drive 2 hours to come to yall, and its my last time coming ever. Why so thick?? They look like I did them at home. I had a coupon, and still paid 60$. Terrible terrible service, the worst nails I have ever gotten.

Aylin Prato Arteaga Im absolutely disappointed !!! I am very upset and frustrated. You get your nails done and ask if they can do a job. They say yes a thousand times, and the result was pathetic. I lost $93 and my time. If they are not capable of doing the job, say no. Several times, I told her they were thick, I like them thin, dont put so many layers, she ignored me. I told her to remember that I needed you to do my manicure, and she said, "Why dont we clean the edges, and thats it, and she never did the manicure. Terrible job so much so that another person lifted her from the chair and took her place (it was late and the bad job was done) 2 hours there and it was no use.

Primo Bengals Cattery I just had a wonderful experience at this place . I had my full in done with Nina today and she was great! She was very nice, attentive to my needs, asked me how i liked my nail shape and color several times and I really liked that. Very professional. Wasnt on her phone like some nail techs do. I think I picked out the perfect red for the holidays ! I highly recommend Nina at this salon for all your nail needs .

Cess Brown Not great. Deviated from my normal place because it was closed and I was in a pinch. Only reason for two stars is because I am grateful that they had availability. But they were rushed, thick acrylics with gel - started chipping the next day - looked awful.
