Brittany Neasman I had an amazing experience at Hollywood Glam! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was professional and friendly. I alternate between their silk press luxe and traditional sew-in services, and I am always satisfied with the results!
My stylist Sonia has been taking great care of my hair for the past year, making sure to use quality products and gentle techniques. The silk press luxe service leaves my natural hair feeling soft, silky, and full of movement. The sew-in is always installed flawlessly—flat, secure, and blended perfectly with my naturally curly hair (I purchased their raw hair package to use during my sew-ins). I’ve received so many compliments on how natural and beautiful it looks!
Overall, the service is top-tier, the salon was clean and comfortable, and the experience was worth every penny. Below are photos of the silk press service. Thanks Ladies! ✨

Eve Artis This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider, even the ones that do not have a salon. I am so disappointed in this place. They have terrible communication practices. My first here which makes it worse. After my service that I was not satisfied with due to the obvious difference in hair color than what I previously requested (which I shared with the stylist) there was a terrible and confusing back in forth about cost when I went to go pay- I was told at least 3 different prices. I had to take my sew in out shortly after even though I wanted to keep it in for the 2 months as promised. I spent almost $500 for 2 weeks of hair because the hair couldn’t blend in with the color of my natural hair bc again (that’s not what I asked for). Of course I tried to reach out, at one point had to threaten disputing and posting a review to get a timely answer which I didn’t want to do because i never want to tear down any black owned businesses especially those owned by women. They did ask me to bring it back (I assume to fix it but even when prompted, they didn’t give me a solution until after I dropped the hair back) and after all the back and forth (almost a month of it) I decided i wasn’t going to return to salon because I felt uncomfortable at that point. They offered to ship the hair to me but honestly that didn’t seem like a fair enough solution because I am still out of $500 AND I would have to pay another $150+ to have someone else install the hair. Very, very disappointed in this salon. Now based on these other reviews, this could be an anomaly with the salon but dang did they drop the ball with me. I am now short $500, I do not have the bundles (I never responded to them shipping it because I was so over it), and I had to pay to get my hair done all over again.
I truly hope this never happens to anyone else and for the sake of the business I will not be posting the photos and communication. I just wanted to get my hair done at a nice establishment and I am now paying for it. It’s not about the money, but the principle.

Brenda Jackson Update to My Original Review of Hollywood Glam Lifestyle by Brenda. Following a productive discussion with owner Quinn, I would like to formally retract and apologize for my previous review. Hollywood Glams clean and inviting environment, paired with skilled stylists, exceeded my expectations. The owners commitment to excellence and customer care has earned my highest recommendation.

D F Had an issue with an install, Quinn was great in communicating with me and resolving my issue! Hard to find businesses these days that care about their customer service but that’s not an issue at this Salon. Thank you! :)
