kelly lajoie Told $50.00 more than once. EVEN after seeing my length and thickness. I received a wash, style, and blow dry. Im checking out, and i was told $63.00. I asked why the difference and what I was told didnt make sense but paid anyway and tipped my hair stylist and the girl that washed my hair. The staff was very nice and welcoming but the price change was a bit unease feeling. I am happy with my hairstyle.

Brandy Courtney Jennifer was amazing! This was my first time here and my expectations were exceeded ❤️ I wanted to try something new so I left it up to her to choose for me…I’m completely in love with the cut, style and color! I will definitely be using this salon for all my future needs.

Jennifee Lai I just moved to Sprijg Hill from New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area. I was being lazy to not drive to my regular hairdresser and wanted to try a new salon that just across a street from me. This lady took too much time to do my hair. I usually have a hair apt with my regular hairdresser for 2 hrs or 2 hrs 30 mins at the most. I usually leave 12pm or 1230pm ONLY with a 10am apt. I didnt get out of the salon like 3pm. This is unacceptable. I usually paid only $155 plus tips and these people orginally told me $177 on the phone when I booked the apt, then the price kept on going up to $233, then $245 and finally $275 WHEN I LEFT. I would never and ever go back there again. I am extremely disappointed of this bullshit service. I like the lady who did my hair personally. She is nice and talkative, but this is outrageous with wasted my time and my money to ger the similar hair color result that I can have gotten from my regular hairdresser in Temple Terrace. I will drive back there from now on.

A Pretty Penny Productions Was visiting Family during our Thanksgiving break from Saint Augustine. Jennifer Haag was one of the best stylist I have ever encountered. If I could give her more stars, I would!! Very professional, very knowledgeable about the products, and an overall AMAZING experience! Make sure to ask for her when making your appointment. Ashley Jae I have been to my fair share of salons and I have to say by far this is my absolute favorite for multiple reasons. The atmosphere is amazing. Very comfortable and welcoming. All the women and men that work there are so kind and easy going. Feels like friends and family. I personally see Jennifer. She has been doing my hair for a while. It can be something simple to drastic because I am always changing my mind. She ALWAYS does a amazing job. She is so kind hearted and has become a personal friend. If you are looking for a salon to not rush you in and out to make a quick buck and actually care about what you want at affordable and amazing prices Id 100% suggest coming here.

Ryan Cornelius My stylist is Leah. I have been coming to her for years now. Always a perfect cut. Prices are steady. They keep it clean and safe. All the ladies here seem to work super hard and are always pleasant. I love the app they have. I can check in and usually am next in line by the time I get there. The app even reminds me to come back every 30 days to get a trim! Love it.

Brandon Baker Upgraded my phone, needed to bring my old one into a store. Sadly the stuff had a poor attitude and made it awkward. Reinforced why I prefer to do everything online.

Samantha Rietveld Absolutely my new hair salon! Meagan listened to me and went with it. I was getting long, thick hair cut and didnt really know what I wanted just thoughts... She NAILED it!!! Polite, patient, and actually cared about my wishes and expectations on the outcome. Its not every day a person has their long hair cut off... I sure am glad I went there!! Johnny Bajana Awesome and inexpensive place to get a buzz to keep your head cool and the ladies that cut your hair are awesome and they all know how you like your hair cut because they communicate with each other which I find to be an awesome experience.

Matt Sieverts This place is absolutely amazing! I would never go anywhere other than here for my haircuts. Michele goes out of her way to make you comfortable and enjoy spending time there.

Book Keeper The owner Michelle Cut and Styled my hair, I loved the results, I have curly frizzy hair and she worked magic! I will defiantly make this my new salon.

Christina Gildersleeve Came in for a cut and all over color to just do something nice for myself. I set an appointment with Jade, and had the best experience! Not only did she make my hair look and feel healthier with a wonderful cut, but the color she recommended for me was PERFECT! I prefer effortless and low maintenance hair that can be beautifully lived in before my next appointment. Going with my root color and making it simple was just perfect. So many compliments on my hair and it’s only been a few hours since leaving. Thank you so much Jade, I really appreciate your attention to detail and just connecting. I look forward to seeing you again in February!

Suntana Kennemore Amber did such an amazing job putting in rainbow tinsel for my five year old! She was super patient and very helpful with tips on aftercare and helping me learn how to put the tinsel on the beads so we could get as many pieces in her hair as possible during our time a lot. She was very sweet and kind to my daughter! Just look at that smile at the big reveal! Thanks Amber!!

Crystal Goffena I took my daughter in today to get her hair cut because it was so long and way too heavy. She saw Jeanette and got a cut with layers to remove the weight and my daughters reaction to seeing her new hairstyle for the 1st time is everything! I will absolutely be going back to see her again! We are so happy!

Beverly Whitlock I visited Ulta for the first time yesterday! I had such a great experience. I walked in not having a clue how to match my face with the right shade. Anastasia was more than helpful. She picked my shade on the first time and took time to walk me through step by step on how to apply all of it and picked out everything I needed. I’m beyond grateful for her help. She knows her stuff for sure and was so great to work with! Thank you so much Anastasia and Ulta l! You have forever customer in me.

Reagan Connolly Today, I went to this Ulta to grab a few things. I needed some help and had a few questions. (Im not the greatest with makeup) There was an employee there named Hannah who was available and was able to help me. I need to tell you all that this young lady was beyond knowledge about so much. From the different types of brushes with each mascara to the different textures of lip gloss. She didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. She even told me (some) stuff I had in my hands I really didnt need. She showed me great colors to go with my tattooed lips, where I would never have thought to look at those colors. (When I left, I tried that lip gloss color on, and she was on point) When I checked out, I spoke with the manager and gave Hannah praise! I highly recommend that if you go to this Ulta, ask for Hannah!

Eli Alva The owner is such a pleasure, and accommodating, she even opened her business on a day she was closed. I had the Keratin treatment, she did an amazing job, Im in love with my hair. No better salon in Hernando County, also she has the best pricing. I love that she didnt change the pricing like other hair salons do, people are on budgets and she was very reasonable. Job well done. I have found my hair salon finally!!! Great service. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ❤️ will be coming back for sure!

Krista Evans I received a “Keratin treatment” in march of this year & i have a feeling that it was a relaxer. my roots are a completely different texture from the rest of my hair. to top it off my hair has been falling out and is incredibly thin since getting it. i am devastated as i have been working on getting my hair healthy & preserving length for it to just fall out and break off…. i don’t think you guys were honest with the treatment you were using & now i’m suffering because of it.i asked them several times to please not put relaxer in my hair & she wore that she didn’t. You should be ashamed of doing this to women. updating on 02/15/2023 to say i had to cut all my hair off because it was severely broken. i would shower and my hair would dry completely straight, but was brittle dry and limp. back to square one..

She knows exactly what shade compliments your skin tone and hair type. She helps me achieve my desired look as she takes the time and effort in creating the look I am looking for. I genuinely appreciate her fashion sense and style advice. She is an excellent listener and delivers what you want … you can go in with elevated expectations as Lizzie delivers. Lizzie has a cheerful outlook, is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. She is up to date with the latest hair trends and knows what works and what does not work.
