Kesha O My stylist Ms. Kim was over 15mins late. The shop is in bad condition & extremely hot. Their is a slight odor that hits you when you walk in. The furniture is worn out dated & tacky! My experience was horrible she talked about death the whole while she did my hair. I arrived at 10am left at 2pm for an hair do I could have did better at home. Talking about she has acrylic brushes that look older than me. She has no technigue or sense of style. The other male stylist does great hair. Which made her look even worse as a stylist. Had the audacity to say I can switch stylist must definitely darling. Cant propely blow out your hair beginners perform better!

Diamond McIntosh I went to Bernie... worst experience ever.. I came at 9 in the morning and left at 12:55 no one was in front of me. When I left my hair smelled so burnt. “I just knew he burnt my hair out”. To no surprise I washed my hair and it was literally just coming out my head. I have very curly hair. To add some of my hair no longer curled so I had to cut the straight pieces out.. I’ve been natural going on 3 years. So to have this type of damage was very unsettling for me. My curls pattern also changed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOR WILL I BE COMING BACK... I have a huge following. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this to avoid damage being made to their hair as well.

Lynda James Arrived at 1 oclock appointment on time. Spoke no one said hi or acknowledged me. Finally said I had a 1 oclock with Bernie who then looked at me but said nothing. He walked over to address two women nearby saying "Im going to rinse you out then curl you". He said nothing to me but was clearly not going to get to me anytime soon. I got up and left. So unprofessional and no customer service. Waste of time. Sounded so friendly on the phone!

ChinaDoll Mcwhite I wish I could give no stars but what I can do is help others so they dont experience such HORRIBLE services! Friday November 6 I went to see Kim for a haircut and edge. I asked her to do a cut down but who would have imagine I would be in tears later that night. Again, I asked for a cut down and not once did she ask me to elaborate or show a picture or anything! If it wasnt for me stopping her to see what was really happening she wouldve balded me. Not only was she ALL OVER THE PLACE cutting my hair but she left patches in my head and cut my hair wayyy too low. She spent most of the time talking to other employees instead of trying to understand what I really wanted if she was " confused or uncertain. She then continue to tell me how she had another client waiting and rushed. Not once did she take responsibility for her work and what she did, she put it all on me.

Terra Shellman Today Ms Kim took absolute good care of me and my hair care needs. She took her time and made sure that every strand of my hair was washed, conditioned, and pressed. She was very nice and professional and quick! I will be back.

Billy Carter I called this company and asked if they can trim mens wigs and her answer was flat and matter of fact which was No. When I asked her if she knew of a company that can trim mens wigs, again it was a flat No and then she hung up on me. Hell would freeze before I ever take my sons there. Very rude!!!

London Blu Had a great experience getting my hair cut and highlighted always makes sure the client is happy and gets what they ask for. Location is very convenient and very pleased with my outcome I highly recommend if you are a particular client and like to have certain things in certain way she can you do it, Thanks for a job well done know your appreciated

Alexis Godwin I’ve been going here for 2 years seeing Lorena and my hair has grew so much. Lorena has other people working in there that don’t know how to properly comb and treat women who has course hair and now all my hair is falling out .

V Dorantes This is a very clean salon and really nice people. I walked-in on a Saturday & no wait… My thick, natural hair turned out super straight. My only negatives were EXTREMELY high heat to my scalp ( I expected some but this was extreme!) and the price ( $135 not including the tip!) which was the most I have ever paid for a service that did not include any chemical or color.

gatorchic127 I came in as a walk-in and they were able to fit me in. I had a Blowout by Kathy and Facial with Cruz. Both ladies were very kind and attentive. The staff here are friendly. They charge more than they should for blow out services compared to other places that do a better job, but they did a good job and were pleasant.

Rafael Lopez Had a Hair emergency with my 12 year old daughter. 2 amazing beautiful women worked on her hair for over an hour to get the knots out. They then washed and straightened it. I am.glad they took the time to help me. I am a lost father when it comes to this stuff. Thank you, we will be coming back every 2 weeks as you suggested.

However I just moved to the area and needed my hair style shaped up and didn’t know where to go so I rolled the dice and walked in. Melissa was fantastic I have very thin fine here that I wear stacked And my hair looks fantastic

Miara Kole Went in for a silk press, and trim. The sylist was very clean and professional. She washed my hair and applied a conditioning treatment. I am very happy with the results. My hair is a lot softer, and manageable.

Enrica Bozzo I found this salon on google and i’m so glad I did. Ms. Tasha is excellent at her craft and excellent customer service. Her studio has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere as does she. I got a silk press blowout and am beyond happy with her work. Prices are very fair and affordable. She was very nice to talk to and I never got bored during my session. I would definitely recommend going here to get your hair done.

Renae Wooten This was my 1st time meeting Tasha. I set my appointment like she stated and everything was smooth sailing from there. I have been in the area for almost 7 years and I can honestly say, I’ve found my stylist. She is absolutely an amazing woman and I am grateful she was willing to accept me as a new client. Ruddy Went in around seven looking to get a haircut, understanding that it was late that there may not be anything available. Entered the salon was not greeted, Gentleman that was there didn’t say anything as we approached the counter. Told us under his breath that he had a couple people going and was the only one there, again totally understandable. We said okay and turned to leave and on the way out he said to the customer he was with “people just come in here expecting service”. It was a very unprofessional interaction and very rude.

Crystal Dunaway Yall.need to get a grip on your expectations in life! Or maybe, find a hair braiding robot!? Was.she.loud on her phone most of the time, yes! Was she late, yes! Did she eat.at.meal times,. yes! She is human! Did she do a great job, hell yes!!! Yesterday, me and my daughter had appointments to get our hair box braided with hair and that woman had us there from 11 am until after 1 am doing our hair! Thats 14 hours!!!! 14 hours out of her precious life and time! At a great price!!! And she was amazing! And, LASTLY, if she was rude to you, maybe you were rude first or didnt approach her correctly! She is very professional and kind so maybe for those who wanna say she was rude, you truly need to look at yourself and evaluate that situation again! Anyways, thank you SO VERY MUCH MISS B B !

Patience Alston BB is not only extremely talented, she has such a big heart. She can literally look at a picture and duplicate it braid for braid. Her prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to less talented. Ive been a customer of BBs for 6 years. She is worth the wait!

dayana centeno I want to share my terrible experience at this establishment. I went to get braids and from the first moment the service showed a noticeable lack of professionalism. The person in charge did not follow my instructions and instead of executing the requested style, she applied her own criteria, also using a hot appliance on me that caused me severe discomfort along with the pulling and pressure on the braids, which increased by the minute. The discomfort was so much that it made me cry. It is unfortunate that, when paying for a service, you expect respectful and professional treatment, and on this occasion, the experience was completely deficient. I sincerely hope that this review serves to review and improve the procedures, since the well-being of the client must be a priority. For all the above, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Ki Ki 2nd visit was VERY disappointing. Walked in to inquire about her availability for the week. She told us to come on Wednesday at 11am. Kept my daughter out of school for this appointment just to get there and she tells us we dont have an appointment. It was written in my phone but she hadnt written it anywhere. Told us to come back at 3....long story short, she had a helper this time, was very cold and unfriendly, charged more than the first time AND we had to bring our own hair this visit, but it was provided on our first visit. Well, I was going to just NEVER go back to this business, but thought Id be neglecting my citizens duty by not warning others and just letting my original post stand. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH SECOND VISIT -WITH HELP! How does your customer service decline when you have help?? Disappointing. Goddess box braids on my 14 yr old. With highlights. Looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!❤️

Madison Rose I am one happy customer, thanks to BB! This was only my second time in life ever getting my hair braided and I thought I would never have it done again. I got my hair done at an African shop in another state and the experience was traumatic for me! It was horribly tight and I stayed up all night taking it down because I couldn’t sleep. I’m not tender-headed so it was definitely too tight! I shared my experience with BB and she assured me that I would not have that kind of experience with her and she was correct! The experience was great and not once did I go through the pain and discomfort I felt from the previous shop. I’m a daily swimmer and I needed something that could stand up in the water. Thank you for the recommendation! It was a perfect choice! I love my new style and will definitely visit again for services. The style is versatile and matches my natural hair perfectly!
