Ashley Jamison I booked a spontaneous last-minute haircut with Debbie to do a summer chop on my long hair and was pleasantly surprised. I wanted about five or 6 inches cut off and she was nice, polite, quick and did a great job! The only negative was I thought it was a bit pricey for such a simple haircut that didn’t require a wash or style either

B.J. Pearson The salon is beautiful and my Stylist Casey, was professional and expert in her skills. Ive had my hair highlighted and lowlighted many times over many years in Wisconsin, but never as excellent as my stylist Casey accomplished today! Wow! She is really a gifted colorist! I plan on using this salon for many years. Casey was professional and her hair beautifully coiffed. Her station neat and clean. The salon was nicely decorated and everyone was friendly. Great experience!

Taylor Leigh Who ever is in management for this salon is extremely rude and unprofessional! I applied for a stylist position and was planning to relocate from Miami, I’m a stylist of 15 years . With multiple certifications in color , cuts , extensions, I’ve worked along side with lady gaga, Oprah , and JVN. I have been a stylist for a high end clientele on a private island in the Florida keys for 4 years , for her to tell me “your moving with no clientele you have to start at the bottom all over again” just because I’m moving doesn’t mean I will be your RECEPTIONIST! it’s so sad that people are so competitive rather than collaborative! This is really off setting and quite disappointing. Offering a celebrity stylist a receptionist position is crazy. Very distasteful and shows what kind of salon I’d never work for.

ron last I would not recommend this salon. Half of this womans staff walked out and quit. I stayed with her as a new client even though my stylist was one of the staff that quit. I asked the owner Amy if they could include a bangs trim with my service - which is $125. She said she would talk with the new stylist (most salons will include a trim with service). When I checked back after not hearing back from her, she said she forgot. When I came back in, the new stylist Brittney gave me a lecture on running a business and doing things for free. This girl is 24 years old. I have owned and operated my own service business for 30 years. When I was there for this appointment I became aware of the fact that another new stylist that had just started and was suggested by the owner Amy, was now no longer there as well. Then Brittney went on maternity leave and I was rescheduled with a new stylist Brandy. The salon called me approximately one hour before my next appointment and scheduled time, asking me to come in later, that the new stylist Brandy was running late; and I agreed to do that. I called back to make sure the new stylist had my formula for color, and Brandy answered the phone. She knew nothing about it. I told her I was a little weirded out that no one there had talked to her about my formula, the products were a special order and my appointment was in approximately one hour. She asked me to text her the formula, which I did. I then get a call back from someone else at the salon telling me that they wanted to reschedule my appointment for another week with someone else, because the new stylist Brandy that I had just talked to, was no longer comfortable. I had made this appointment 5 weeks in advance. A few minutes later I talked to the owner Amy who took no responsibility for such an unprofessional thing as cancelling someones appointment at the last minute due to miscommunication on their end, and the fact that no one there communicated with each other on behalf of a customer. The owner Amy told me that my formula is in their computer, so not sure why Brandy didnt know that. I asked her why she is asking me this question instead of Brandy, how would I know about their computer system? Disappointing to say the least that my loyalty to this salon was met with a staff that obviously doesnt care whatsoever about customer service or about your business. Amy would not take any responsibility for herself or her staff, so I told her I was done and moving on. My suggestion to anyone considering this salon is to take your money and business elsewhere. There are MANY salons to choose from in this area that I am quite confident will offer you far better and more professional service.

Celon Murphy I have had my hair colored at several places around Fort Myers, but none have compared to the quality and beauty I recieved with Karina at Michelinas Hair Salon. I have never had a stylist test colors before the treatment, neither have I had one listen to exactly what I wanted and pick out the perfect colors. I was going for peanut butter and jelly hair color and Karina nailed it. She picked out the perfect combination of reds, purple, and browns to give me a color combination that looks different in whatever light I am in. Karina has an eye for making the colors pop. I have had two other stylists attempt this and nothing compares to the piece of art Karina created with my color.

Birgit Forck Unprofessional salon. I was greeted but then ignored for a long time.When my stylist arrived,late,she had a lengthy discussion about private things with her coworker. She washed my hair,but not the nape. We discussed my goal,ended up with a terrible cut,longer on one side,uneven layers that are not blended and to short. Needlessly to say,I immediately went to another salon to have it fixed. The front of my hair was at least 2” longer on one side and it was inexpertly blown out.It is unfathomable that such a stylist is let loose on clients. At least she as very nice,I am crying about my botched hair right now.

Krystall Allender I recently had a 90-minute hot stone massage with Martin at Spada Day Spa, and it was truly exceptional. After a few past experiences that didn’t quite meet my expectations, I was close to writing off Spada altogether—but Martin has completely changed that. From start to finish, his professionalism, technique, and attention to detail were outstanding. His routine is seamless, incorporating long, flowing forearm strokes that create a sense of deep relaxation while still being incredibly effective. He was thorough without feeling rushed, intuitive with pressure adjustments, and provided the perfect balance of therapeutic relief and relaxation. For the first time in a long while, I was actually able to relax. Too often, I’ve encountered therapists who either talk too much or apply overly intense pressure. Martin, however, created a comfortable and calming experience, allowing me to fully unwind while significantly reducing my pain. The ambiance was serene, the heated stones were perfectly utilized, and the entire experience reflected the high-end standard Spada is known for. As long as Martin is there, I’ll be a Spada regular. His expertise, professionalism, and refined technique set him apart, making him an absolute asset to the spa. If you’re looking for a true luxury massage experience, I highly recommend booking with him.

Sarah I had a shellac manicure with Alyssia. She did a phenomenal job. I brought in a reference photo and she nailed every color. I knew I was with the right nail artist when she told me creating fun colors and designs are her favorite things to do. She took the time to create a custom color to match perfectly with what I wanted. I will definitely book with her again when Im back in town. Thank you so much Alyssia. I love my new nails :)

El I couldn’t be more happy! Not sure what the bad reviews are even about. This was a great day and experience! I have never been to a spa never treated myself beyond a haircut. I’ve always been weird about getting a massage but after today I am in love! Very serene and tranquil the waiting areas are nice and quiet. Provided chocolate covered strawberries is really a nice treat. They offer champagne and mimosas! I didn’t indulge today as I had no lunch yet. But next time! My facial was amazing the girl doing the work was personable and although I’m not normally too talkative she really did a nice job making me comfortable to be me and just speak freely Very nice! The lady who did my massage was wonderful she took her time working out troubled spots I could feel tension being pushed away. The haircut was perfect I only needed a trip really but Pam met my expectations and helped fix this horrible flat spot. I’m happy with the services and cost for being pampered. This is something everyone needs! Women most importantly!

Chris Moskos First visit to Spada. From the moment I was greeted when I walked in the door until I left after my massage, everything was perfect. Facilities were super clean, comfortable and relaxing. Most importantly my massage therapist was excellent! One of the best massages I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

Tee Capo i had a pleasant visit for my first time at spada, my stylist was great! .The salon was affordable,clean, professional and efficient.I was in and out in two hrs!I had Jo as a stylist and she was GREAT company.I was a little disappointed with some things even though I did my best to communicate them.Honestly iam feeling ok about the results. Jo did do a good amount of highlights as i’m pretty dark all over, and I told her I want to work towards an all over blond.I plan on going back and keeping her as my stylist. One of my discrepancies are with pricing. Although I found their pricing to be very reasonable you cannot go off their online pricing.While I didn’t expect it to be exact,I was quoted one thing, then another for the same services in the chair. There wasn’t to much as a price discrepancy as there was a communication vs expectations,possibly some of it on my end.My repair treatment must have been urgently needed as it was not communicated with me and later added to the bill.I was booked for a haircut,style and full foil but it was expressed early on that she would not likely be styling.This left me a little confused. The price went from $220 for the foils and about $285 with the cut and style.She asked if this was ok and I agreed; although I was originally quoted $240 for a foil, tone, cut and style. A little disappointing but still decent, I think. I wanted the cut but wasn’t sure if it would still be $285 without the styling, as she expressed we may not have enough time and then later suggested my hair needed a rest. That mattered to me as a requested service was being removed but there was no mention of a price change..I also wanted to remain prepared so that I would have enough for an ample tip. She did skim the ends of my hair and I was thankfully not charged for that service. I was initially wanting and expecting a full cut with layering and all that.Anyways i’am indecisive and iam glad I didn’t end up with a full cut or style if iam being honest. Ironically it also rained shortly after my visit and iam a curly girl and again i’am glad my hair got spared the unnecessary heat.In the end I paid a fair amount for my service, so it was finically, right around were i wanted it to be. However again two services were subtracted(cut and style) and one added (repair treatment) that i didn’t ask for. I asked for a cool toned blond which i certainly got! There are some very harsh lines at the root with orange lines at the root as well and some pieces appear so white they look silver grey.I also feel like a few spots were missed or I could have used a few more foils. lastly it does not look good at all pulled back.There are also spots were it’s very dense and bright and others were it looks over processed. i take very good care of my hair and explained it was only colored once in 4 years..i’am surprisingly not mad about but like i said it’s not perfect. The salon has tiers of stylist that range from beginner to advanced and it fluctuates the price.I had 24 foils in my hair and was charged for a full foil but according to their website that would fall under a partial.( I just like to know what to expect,be treated fairly and pay for the services that I received) Had I got done all the services I initially booked for or if the treatment was mentioned i’be estatic but Ultimately i’am still happy.Jo is a hot ticket and good people. She also gives an amazing minny scalp massages!I really had a great, relaxing time at the salon and how light she got my hair is promising, I just wish it was more even. I’d be lying if i’d said i wasn’t worried about the integrity of my hair, as i go above and beyond to care for it.I do look forward to going back in the near future. I think next time i’ll just tell them I want my pantene moment:)This was my first time leaving a salon with my hair un-styled. UPDATED 2nd visit! no made me blond and at a great price couldn’t be happier and disappointments i had prior had been set right! she went above and beyond and really listened and did t stop until i was happy! Liz Scott I Wish they have a zero stars, I was just there 2 of the hair dresser saw me at the lobby area no one even said hello! I wait for 15 minutes after they both saw me the blonde lady and the afroamericana hair dressers! So disappointed! Funny fact I called them one hour before and they told me to come! Lol they just ignoring me I think was because I was dressing super casual and they think the I can’t afford the services! After both looking at me from toe to head! So bad! The level of discrimination in this location is complete unbelievable! Please don’t come to this place they are many other places where ppl appreciate the customers!

Janae S Julia is a rockstar! I just moved to Fort Myers and have been looking for a new stylist. I am an EXTREMELY difficult client. I have very fine and brittle hair, and Julia did a wonderful job on my color and cut while maintaining the integrity of my hair. SO pleased I found my new salon! :)

MGM New to the area, was my first visit to Hair Cuttery. Pam was great, exceeded my hopes. Pam listened and understood the type of haircut I was seeking, and did excellent work (on someone with damaged hair/skin). Pam is very nice, friendly, and personable. I highly recommend Pam!

Marina Y Ive been going to Forum Haircutter specifically for Abi for long time now, and Ive never been disappointed. She is incredibly talented with color. Real artist! Abi takes the time to listen to what you want, offers expert advice, and works magic with her scissors and color skills. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Ive received countless compliments on my hair, and I couldnt recommend her enough.

Kylie Jorgensen Went to get my hair cut, simple layering etc. sat down, with a nice lady that did a perm over a year ago, that fell out. Which I didn’t even care my hair can’t hold perms, and I just wanted a simple cut, but the lady refused to even cut my hair. Even when I told her, I wasn’t even upset about it, and still would like my hair cut. But she refused to just simply cut my hair because of the failed perm a year ago. Like seriously?
