Julian Gándara This place has the best customer service in all of Miami-Dade county, regardless of the industry, that Ive visited since moving to South Florida a few years ago. The employees are very attentive to the customers needs, they treat you well, and offer up the best haircuts in town. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up since the start of the pandemic, but you still get a better bang for you buck compared to the other haircut places in the area. I have not come here very often since the start of the pandemic and since I started cutting my own hair in that time, but when I need a well-done, professional haircut, theres no other place Id rather go to than here.

LLR 1 Great service. I was traveling for work and needed a haircut. They got me right in. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she cut it just like I wanted. It was a drastic change, but she paid attention to details, making sure I was happy with the results.

Finales Funkeln I started going to this place November 2017 since it was closer than my usual place that I go to get a hair cut. My first two experiences have been positive with Rebecca doing my first cut and Dora my second along with a friendly atmosphere and warm reception from Ida, the manager. But when I went to get my hair cut tonight at 8PM it was completely different.
I went in and there was only one customer that Ida was working on so I went and sat down for about 10 minutes before another hairstylist came to get me. She did not speak English and my Spanish is limited but that did not deter me from giving a new stylist a try. However, I noticed things can easily go bad with miscommunication when my stylist had to ask Ida for translation help. The next half hour was unpleasant. Ida, whom I had a positive past experience, questioned my knowledge of Spanish and she quizzed me what these words meant. Shortly after she asked me about my payment option while I was in the middle of my hair cut. I just gave her a look because I never had to pay BEFORE having my service done but she claimed it was because they had to close the register. In the end my cut was done but it wasnt exactly what I asked and when I requested it to be shorter the stylist told me she cant cut it shorter (or at least to my understanding).
I dont understand why they couldnt given me Ida or another stylist that can speak English to help cut my hair but the attitude that night makes me not want to come back again.

Chyu If youre even lucky enough to have someone working at the correct time, sure the cuts are nice. I went around 7:30 pm to be told that they close at 8 and that I should come by tomorrow morning EVEN THOUGH the door and the site say from 9am-9pm on weekdays. Come next day, I waited 40 minutes after 9am and no one opened the store. In a rush for an interview I had rushed to a nearby barber shop. Lazy Stylists.
