Shannon C. Karen h is my hair stylist and she is amazing! Everyone is so friendly at this place. The front entryway opens into the main store where they sell all of their products and then you go back and around to the left side where they do all of the hair styling. Every single person is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been so happy with every service I have gotten at this place. I have been coming here for over a year and I am so happy I found it.

Katie Hunter One of the best haircuts I’ve had! Many stylists don’t know how to give me good layers to make my thick curly hair lighter and easier to maintain but this salon always gives me the best haircut! Two times in a row these past 3 years you have made me happy! Thank you! P.s thanks for taking the time to brush out the outrageously humongous dreadful dreadlock on the back of my head! You did it without pain and with speed and gave me a great haircut to prevent more undesirable dreadlocks !

Bonnie Abbey Salon Bamboo Aveda-Premier is amazing, and so was stylist Dania (hope I got that right). I had brought my color “formula” from my “home” Aveda salon, and Dania did an amazing job coloring my hair with their products. Dania gave the most amazing scalp massage I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. She offered a hand massage, which I declined. She also offered to put “product” on my wet head, but I always leave the salon “wet”, and style my hair afterwards at home. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great experience with hair and nails.

Naomi Ceresa I’ve gone to this salon and stylist for a number of years. Don’t understand why I ended up with one side of my hair being longer than the other. Paying $95 for the haircut— the stylist should not have let me leave the salon without ensuring that the cut was done right. Plus I left a 20% tip. Saw the different hair lengths as soon as I got home and looked in the mirror. Very sad to post this. Hoping it raises the awareness of stylists to make sure each customer leaves the salon looking her/his best. After all, customers are your best advertisement. The 3 stars are for the scalp massage.

jb jb Absolutely terrible experience at Mario’s Hair Salon. You’d think a hair salon could handle basic colors like brown, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. I went in for a simple color job, and they acted like I was asking for something outrageous. On top of that, their communication is awful—they left me on read when I tried to ask follow-up questions. Unprofessional and not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else! DO NOT ASK FOR RACHEL!!!

Ellie OConnor All staff very friendly and appear to work together to help the clients. Haircut with Laura who listened to what I wanted. Have had two haircuts with Laura and extremely pleased both times. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is a real sweetheart. Prices are very reasonable for Naples.

Ralph Massetti First time at Marios, and the last time I would consider returning to Alpha Mens Spa. If you live in Naples, this is where you want to go. Great in every way and half the price!

Helene Lerner Amarilis Arevalo is the aesthetician at Tropical Hair in Naples, and she is beyond excellent! She has done my manicures, pedicures and waxing for more than ten years, and I am always amazed by her skill, her patience, her creativity and her timeliness, always accommodating, always masterful. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Mary Vannoy I had an appointment with Diana for a style and lowlights. My hair color was needed desperate attention, not sure what yo do about that. I had been cutting my own hair for awhile...so, you get the picture. Diana, worked magic. The cut was perfect and the color was unbelievable. We should have had a before and after shot. Birgit A. Wolf Maria has been my Hair stylist for years and has always been great with doing my foils & cut. I can recommend her to anyone who is looking to get micro highlights and a haircut for short hairs! I am sure she is great with color and longer hair as well but I never got to that point:)!

breeze miller The second you walk through the door you’re greeted with a friendly face! While waiting for my service the stylist who was not busy talked to me and made me feel so welcomed, as it was my first time being in their salon. Itzel got to me in a timely manner and gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while; I had a bad ingrown nail and started going to her every 2 weeks for a new pedicure and she has now completely gotten rid of the problem. I am forever grateful for her and the salon for showing me such a nice relaxing time, if I could recommend this place 10000 times I would.

I have had several facials from Ciara and always walk out of there feeling and looking great!! Anna Zalewski The owner is extremely rude and so is her assistant. I’ve been a client of an independent booth renter there for two years. The most recent visit, the owner and her assistant were rude to my child and I. This was my first interaction with the owner. My child ended up crying and being heartbroken. She clearly does not like children, upon my experience. Hearing from the other stylists, the owner has a child of her own. So, it’s extremely disappointing she’s capable of that. I refuse to let anyone treat us less than kind. Your response is completely false. I think you not being able to retype my name correctly shows that. Or, it simply shows your poor character, as you know my name is Anna, but you’d like to throw a “jab” instead. I was warned about being there “with a child”, as you aren’t welcoming to them. But, I’ve always been a Saturday client. Now, my stylist does not work on weekends. So, I regretfully got to endure your nasty attitude towards my child on our FIRST visit during the week. That’s exactly why I declined your invitation to talk outside for you to apologize. Because there is no forgiving you and your assistant for your behavior. No young girl (7) should be crying and asking to leave your establishment!

Jennifer Cicero Saretta and Emily are amazing! I have been a client of Blue Water Salon for 3 years and Saretta always delivers perfection! Her consults are thorough and detailed as she spends time understanding what you are looking for. I have very thin, fine hair and she is able to bring out the best. She truly cares about her clients and giving them the results of their dreams.
