Griffin White Studios We found the salon to be exactly what we wanted and need. My mother was treated with respect and her hair looks so good. She had never had a male cut her hair before today and my 84 year old mom announced she would “be back”! Thank you to Paul.

Alex She chopped up my hair so it looks like my 2 year old did it. But thats not quite right because my 2 year old would do a better job. She also brushed my hair with a dirty hairbrush she had stacked with others in a drawer, covered with other peoples hair. Its not surprising that they were covered with hair since she yanked on my head and ripped through my knots instead of working through them. Again, my 2 year old would have brushed my hair less painfully. And to Michelle "match my roots" means "dye my hair a completely different color." Avoid this place at all costs or you will be like me, scalp sore from being yanked on and burned with scalding water, hair chopped so bad I had to go straight to another place and pay another $100+ to get it fixed, and walking around with bizarre colored hair. Shell also try to overcharge you, so make sure you keep an eye on her. That wont be hard because shell hover over you while you calculate the tip.

And I didnt realize it until the next day and it would be 2 weeks before I got anywhere close to that place to have them fix it and she said she could fix it the next day she didnt say come back in 2 weeks and shell cut my hair for free

Tiffany Helms Make sure that your hair color is EXACTLY how you want. If you are not happy Shelly will avoid you, go out of town and then tell you it’s been to long to fix her mistake. Very disappointing

His personality is fun and friendly and he’s so knowledgeable. Shelley is the artist with nails. All you could want for gel, powder… cuticle treatments too. They are flexible to work with and my go to for all my self care along with lots of laughs. Highly recommend!!!

Daniela Vellotti Excellent! I let Eric take the reins on fixing my hair. As Ive gotten older, its gotten thinner at the ends and just looks "tired". Im also not great at color upkeep and my grays were out of control! I told him to do whatever he thought best to make my hair look great and look healthy. He cut off a lot, and made me promise I was sure about it the whole time :) What a difference it has made. Its been several months now of once-again no attention to my hair in deference to my revolving door of visitors and all that comes with that when you live at the beach...and it is still healthy and full-looking as can be, while my roots have grown out in a way that doesnt look stark against the color he did. Sure, I can see my grays coming in, but there is no stark demarcation of color, which was really important to me since I am horrible at timely beauty upkeep. This was a specific request and boy did Eric deliver. On top of it all, Eric is a joy to meet and know. He is kind, personable, funny, hospitable, all while being an experienced professional to boot. Im so glad we met, and look forward to seeing him again professionally...and personally when I come up for air!!!

Poetrybuttaflys Chrysalis My hair was beautiful when I left there. I have natural hair and had just taken the braids out. They did a detangle, conditioning tdetailed, blow dry, trim and curl with no appointment and I was put of there on 2 hours. Get there as soon as they open. I though I would be first when I got there at 9:20 but they were already busy. Id definitely put this on my list of go to stylists in Atlanta. The stylist speak to each other in Spanish and it is a brand lively environment. I dont speak Spanish but never once felt out of place. It was a great experience.

Dena brought my permanent color back to life and switched it up a tad bit; I call my new look ‘’Ginger Snap’’. She was patient, precise and very detailed! brenda brockell Booked an appointment online. A few weeks later I received a text message saying my appointment was canceled..no reason given. I texted back but no response. Assuming they got a higher-priced appointment and cut me out.

Prior, she cancelled my appointment. I never had anything done to my head. She refused to answer texts and phone calls. Also, her assistant took my extensions and played around with them and held them up to another person’s head. I take responsibility for changing what I wanted when I got there but she had three days to complete a service. Take responsibility and own up to ruining my product.

Adam Sapp First time getting my haircut at this location. Celeste cut my hair and did an amazing job. When I described the style cut I wanted, she knew exactly what I wanted (high fade), and she cut it perfectly. Definitely be coming back here soon to see Celeste again!

Kaela Segebart Today was my first time going to great clips and I had Chelsea. She was amazing, and made sure my hair looked great before walking out. I wanted to go a little bit shorter than the length I had and layers or something to it. I let her do what she thought would look best. She nailed it. She took off 3 inches and added some layers and shaped longer bangs to my face. She made sure I was happy with it before I left. My husband said it looked really good when he got home and said the person did a really good job. I will definitely be going back to see Chelsea.

Daisy Siltanen This was my first time trying a great clips. It was a wonderful experience. The moment I walked in the energy felt welcoming. I usually struggle to find someone to understand what I want done to my hair but Chelsea was perfect. She understood exactly what I wanted and gave it to me. Dezarae Carpenter Dude I’m so upset. The lady working just dry cut my daughter’s bangs in 5 mins and it shows. I’ve never been so upset. Her bangs are way shorter than we talked about and it’s straight across and not gradual. You could clearly tell her bangs had been previously a gradual. I let her know that I was unhappy with it and all she said was sorry. Now my baby has to go to school like this or I have to try and find someone else to fix it.
