Angela Kirdy I went in on my lunchbreak not expecting to get in right away and they were able to take me in. I had cut my hair the night before and just needed some fixing and I received that and reassurance. It was a good experience with stylist and friendly staff! Will go back

Zay D I went in and asked for the top of my hair to be layered, I said specifically probably 10 times that I DID NOT want the length touched. Not even the dead ends, I told her that I was growing my hair out and she proceeded to do whatever she wanted and specifically cut the length and didnt even layer my hair, she cut a good 3-4 inches of hair. I knew from the second that she went and straightened my (curly) hair that she had no clue what she was doing. She needs to lose her job in all truthfulness because there is absolutely no way you can disregard every single word that Im saying and do whatever youd like and then expect payment. (Picture one is after the haircut and the 2nd is before)

Jonathan Balseca I got a alright haircut like 6/10 at most but I want to say that I asked the girl for a mid taper fade and she said to me somewhere around the lines of “what is that? those are barber terms” and from there I knew I was cooked not only that but the back was a sad excuse for a fade and was kinda uneven and more chopped then a Jeffrey Dahmer victim I would say that this is a place for older people due to the simplicity of a old persons haircut I’ll definitely be coming back here when I’m 70 if this place isn’t bankrupt by that time.

Robert Elliott 1 of their 2 stylist just doesnt do mens hair. Its the same material as womens hair, right? Ive never been denied a haircut from a place before this.

regina I went in with long hair and asked for layers. I came out with short hair that I did not ask for. I am very self conscience now with this haircut, it is not what I wanted and will take forever to grow back. Extremely disappointed and horrified with my new look

Els Weeg They are over priced. I was told “this is Florida” implying I should expect to pay $50 for a haircut and blow-dry anywhere in the state “unless you to Great Clips or Walmart”. Not true. Ten minutes later, I have an appointment with a highly rated full service salon nearby, where I’ll pay $35 for haircut and blow-dry.

Judy Richardson I hate to brag about my stylist because it will just make her busier and it will take me longer to get into see her. But Crystal is a fantastic stylist. I am a fussy x-cosmetologist myself and hard to please. Crystal can make my day. I have her perm and style my short hair. She is great with razor cuts, my big thing. She follows my lead and gives me the look I want. I have seen some good looking styling come out of this fun little hideaway shop in a strip mall setting here in Punta Gorda. You wont be disappointed with any of their stylists. I highly recommend them!

Chrisann Caparo-Warn They were supposed to open at 9, the employee got there at 9, relocked the door behind her. Then a little while later opened the door. Told us 3 customers that she had to enter the online appointments before she could wait on us, short on stylist, because they keep leaving & then told us she could only probably take only 1 of us when the appointments start coming in. So a woman & myself just left. If you are to open at 9, then get there a little early to put in the appointments & do not make your customers wait. Ended up going to another place & didnt have to wait long & they opened at 8 to get my hair cut.

Adriane Watson Came to get my daughter a hair cut... Walked in and there are 2 girls working, neither one said anything to us when walking in, loud bell so I know they knew we were there. One was doing a hair color in the back and a younger one was finishing up the gentleman she was working on. While we were waiting to even be spoken to we were debating if we should leave as neither one acknowledged us, and both of them haf terrible looking hair. Once payment was taken from the man the younger girl asked how she could help us and i said a hair cut for my daughter. She then told me they do not have time for that. (Nobody was there besides the lady getting color) the lady in the back yelled if its just a trim i can fo it. We kindly declined. Will NEVER be back.
