A. White So I’ve had migraines all my life, I’m 42. Recently started going to see Risa Clayton about them. She took a different approach than other doctors, instead of throwing pain meds at the headaches she wanted to “fix” them. After a few weeks that’s exactly what she did. She fixed the problem. I haven’t had a migraine in almost 2 months! She cares about her patients! She is very knowledgeable about medicine and the effects they have on you and she cares about what is going on with you as the patient. I cannot praise this woman enough! Thank you Risa for all you do and continue to do!

Pete & Donna Let them stick with small dogs and cats. They had me muzzle my big boy and want him sedated next time for the followup. Thats not happening, he wont be back there. Plenty of good vets in the area. In my opinion, Michael Sturgeon is definitely NOT one of them.

Perla Deleon Wonderful understanding staff, had a vet emergency and has multiple entrances. They have a ramp so its accessible. Treated my dad and I with kindness and patience. Would definitely recommend.

Holly All of the vets here are superb. I will drive the 2 hours to take my pets here. I feel very confident having my pets in their hands. Its hard enough if your pet is ill or special needs. I promise they make it as easy as can be to treat your pet medically. The staff is always very friendly as well. No better place than here.

Terry Snider Today was Marleys first time going there. They were all so good with her. Spoke to her caringly and tried to make her feel comfortable. So glad we decided to take Marley there.

Shell Cook My mom has been there. Virginia McCook for going on 7 years. Ive pretty much never had a problem. If I have, its always been dealt with respectfully. But I love this place. They are always doing something. With the residents to keep them happy and involved. I love this place for My mom.. The nurses are very sweet and respectful, and so are the cnas I would highly recommend it.

Cheyrl Etheridge This place clean, modern, homelike,plenty of Activities, wonderful PT depth. The staff are kind caring ,professional, . They go the extra mile for the residents. The Social Service Department is on site for any family matter. High standards are followed and everyone treated as an individual person, no mater race, creed, or color. Linda Klock Moms 94. She fell, is in horrible shape in the hospital for 6 days, is moved to Ayers and shes doing super! The staff is soooo on the ball! I could not ask for more! Wow. Yes, I recommend them!!!

Kathy Fornes Do not send anyone you care about to this facility. Their lack of care in the rehab area was an abomination The food was horrible and unhealthy. Nurses did not answer buzzers or follow up on problems. My husband left there with pneumonia and RSV virus, and was taken into Critical Care in the hospital.

Larry Wilson My Dad was a bedridden rehab patient at Ayers about 15 years ago and a wonderful PT had him walking within a few months after everyone had given up. He was able to return home and have several years of enjoyable life before his unrelated death at age 95.5. My Mom is a current resident at age 97 and requires total care which is excellent. Everyone is extremely caring and capable. We couldn’t be more pleased and thankful for such wonderful care by caring staff.

Michelle Williams Large lack of communication. Staff is not very attentive, the only good thing as I see it is that the physical therapy staff is attentive, as far as the rest the staff sucks!! Very disappointed in the " care " my loved one is receiving. I wouldnt put my dog in this place!! I believe I will bring my fiance home & have physical therapy come to our home & Ill take care of him myself..I have 15+ yrs taking care of pople....I will be looking into this.

Jessica Cooper I would leave zero stars if I could. My dad opted for this place after being diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer early this year. He was “kicked out” every time he left to go to the VA. Each time it was for a different reason. He refused physical therapy because he could barely walk. His nurse told him that “it’s just cancer. Stop being such a baby about it” if you love your family member, please steer clear of this facility.

Fred Andrews tri county nursing home is a awsome place to go i was there three months and i could not wiggle my toes when i checked in three months latter i walked out they have a fantastic rehabilitation staff thank you tri county nursing home. your nurses and cnas do a great job

Jenn Rook I have been a patient with Palms since March of 2023 and in that time I have went through 3 providers. Each one has left the Trenton office just as soon as they start to get things figured out with my chronic health conditions and then I have to start all over fresh with a new provider. There is no continuity of care with them. I just received a call from the office today, canceling my Tuesday appointment because my provider Jessica Sheffield is now leaving their office. I am beyond disappointed that there is nowhere in the Tri-county area that offers quality healthcare.

Pat Engesser I was able to get a same day appointment. The provider I saw listened and diagnosed my problem(shingles) and the medication I was given helped tremendously. The pharmacy is also good to work with. I have been going to Palms Medical in Trenton for at least 40 years. (Even before they were Palms Medical), I highly recommend them for all your medical needs.

Kayla mitchell I always have a pleasant experience with Palms. I use them as my PCP and chiropractor. The chiropractor Dr. Frazier is so nice and welcoming. I always look forward to an adjustment with Dr. Frazier. Highly recommend this place.

breanne rathell I love the front desk staff they do their best to schedule and check when Doctors are running behind. It’s just extremely sad that Dr Rooney runs hours behind he takes at least 2 hours on a simple filling on a 13 year old child that’s gives no problems in the chair. If he’s unable to provide service in the appropriate manner he should try a different profession. Not only is he unable to complete a filling he denies care because he says the insurance doesn’t pay enough. That’s not the patients fault they can’t afford good insurance or that the doctor signed a contract accepting the fees for service. Don’t accept the insurance fee if you’re going to deny the services that’s insurance fraud. He will deny a patient for a crown because insurance won’t pay enough he recommends putting a temporary crown on a permanent tooth. Not only does he recommend that he does this to patients on a regular bases. Knowing that a temporary crown is not fully fitted to the tooth which will allow the tooth to accrue decay/cavitys and possibly have to be extracted leaving the child with a huge problem and even costing the insurance more money in the long run. He accepted the insurance contract but found away around denying patients the services that he doesn’t want to accept the fees for. He is setting children up for failure and does not even think twice about it. He’ll tell you just go somewhere else and that’s fine for the parents that understand what he’s doing but parents that don’t understand the difference between a permanent crown and a temporary crown it’s very sad that they would even allow this to be done to children all because they don’t have good insurance. Not even only is he committing insurance fraud he’s harming children without them even knowing about it. When you do inappropriate service on a child causing them the possibility need an extracting when you were recommending a root canal and a crown to save the tooth it’s just sad that a Doctor that has the knowledge and knows what he’s doing could even do something like this. * when they extract teeth they don’t use space maintainers * they recommend temporary crowns on permanent teeth *they require gas on all child under a certain age that they will charge you for even though your child has never had to use it any other time she’s been to the dentist. Just to make it easier for them. *thy won’t charge you the difference to do the appropriate service on your child. They just allow them to do inappropriate things because of how the insurance pays. * they will run an hour behind an rush you through your appointment causing them to burn your child’s lip

Michael Taylor PA Shawn Robertson was very rude and was concerned about forcing drugs for me to take than to listen to the patient from the moment she stepped in the room. She was disgusted and did not want to be in. It seems to me that this place is a pill shop just like most doctors offices in America today. I felt very violated and anxiety. While being there I was there for three hours and nothing was done when I mean nothing was done. Absolutely nothing was done. The PA Shawn Robertson made me feel all these feelings due to her negligence and explaining or even listening to the patient I don’t think that a pa should be the one seeing me when I was told that it would be a medical doctor. You are falsely advertising yourself as a medical doctor when you are a PA you have crossed the line screaming down the hallway stating that you will get paid for this visit no matter what you will bill my insurance. I’m gonna repeat what I told you in that office you will not getpaid for this visit. I will be contacting my insurance company and letting them know about their experience with you and that you did not render any services You did do no services and you were belligerent please stay far far away from this office if you care about your health.

Jessica Burchfield Crystal ( I think that was her name) she was my dental assistant today 4/18/23. She is absolutely wonderful ❤️ During my dental appointment she was just so supportive and had such an uplifting spirit. Im thankful for her presence and my appointment went extremely well.

M Wendy (Breezy) Staff really nice for the situation. Limited parking for the amount of cars, but the cars were moving at a steady pace to allow other visitors to come and go. Should I need something that this place offers, I will return.

A. PATE82 I’ve never had to experience the disrespect at a dentist office that I did today.. He was rude to my daughter and me.. just because she said what he was doing hurt, he took his gloves off threw them in the trash and walked out.. He didn’t say a word, jus walked out.. Very unprofessional.. I won’t be back..
